Your Golden Years

It’s like my  father always said during the battle he lost to cancer,            “that  he  thought…. the  only  thing  was  Golden  about  those  years                 was that your urine  flow is gold  from all the drugs  you have to take             to survive.”  Whether  you  have  a   family  history  of  cancer  which               I  think  is  over  advertised  because my  fathers  siblings all  died  of    different reasons at different ages with longevity.

Or your currently battling the diseaselifestyle  factors including               diet play a critical role; makes a huge difference in helping you  fight  cancer.  Some  foods  more  than  others  increase  your  chance  while    others support your body  and  also strengthen your immune system.                After  50,  when  your  immune  system  weakens  your  risk   for  any           and  all  diseases  increases,  including  pneumonia,  bacteremia  and meningitis.

The immune system…..  typically  helps protect against a bacterial infection,  however,  when  the  immune  system  weakens  a  person  is         less able to  fight  off  bacteria once they invade the body. The bacteria      can  grow  until they cause  an infection  and it’s this bacteria that can  causes chronic inflammation. It’s  true  also  those  whom  watch  what    they eat  and get regular exercise still might get chronic disease but do     they really understand all the pertinents of  their immune system.

So through videos:  let’s take a look  at  your immune system as you     grow older.  Basically as you age your whole hormone production gets altered as these hormones control the targeted organs and cells. Which work  in  unison  producing hormones that control other hormones and       it’s  this response that decreases  the immune system’s  ability to detect     and correct cell defects?     http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SY62_lBKNHA
