Don’t Laugh…. It’s Not Allowed

Meditation is about true inner peace,  quiet mind set and a natural state of  being  that  allows  you  to  be more creative.  If  you  have  ever gotten  a special  feeling without reason and were spot on about a hunch… you know what  I’m talking about.  It’s  about  alerting  your  body  to  tune  into  your highest potential (what you truly can do) calling out a golf shot  from a far.

We  hold  the super natural ability  from within  to harness laser – sharp    focus,  to relax at will  and standout  from the crowd;  whenever  we  see  fit and do away with all the single minded chatter around us. That allows you to tap into your subconscious levels of  Beta,  Alpha,  Theta,  Delta, Gamma  and the all important REM Dream State.  The transcendence toolbox which will bring out a new you with confidence,  faith  and mental stability.

The Circadian Biological Clock Rhythm….  dips  and  rises  at  various    times  of  the  day.  Adults strongest sleep cycle  generally occurs between 2:00 – 4:00 am  and  in  the  afternoon  between  1:00 – 3:oo pm  depending whether you are a “early bird”  or “late owl.”   This circadian rhythm also causes us to feel more alert at certain times of  day and is a sleep vs. wake restorative process to good health.

Rather we struggle to stay  focused, battle with stress, are over whelmed with  feeling  0r  just  get  tangled up  inside  ourselves  with  self  confidence  and  self  doubt issues.  For whatever reasons, we may have  for  falling out of  realm  within ….it’s simply not healthy  for you  and it causes bad habits or  for you to overeat. Obesity is a major risk  for osteoarthritis that’s most commonly  occurring  in the weight bearing  joints  of  the hips,  knees  and lower back.

Also  affecting  the  neck,  small  finger  joints,  the base of  the thumb and    the big toe while rarely affecting other joints. An estimated 27 million people living  in the United States have osteoarthritis.  Characterized  by  the  break down of  cartilage,  which cushions  the ends of  bones  and allows easy  joint movement.  This  bone breakdown  causes  bones  to  rub against  each  other while causing stiffness.

Pain  and loss of  movement and mobility is critical to being able to grow old independently.  With  more  weight  lost,  less  pain,  and  better mobility, decreased  joint load  and  inflammation you have.  While  improving  heart, liver  and lung  function, as well as lowering blood pressure with improving any  other  sense  of  well being.  When you over eat ….you’re just not doing yourself any  favors.

When you overeat indulge, especially refined carbohydrates  and  juice with excessive sugar (which can cause kidney stones) and starches, or will  make you sick  and when taking  some medications,  and /or your stressed out,  your tendency is to produce more of  the hormone cortisol  which lifts blood  sugar  levels.  Cortisol  functions  to  reduce  inflammation  in  your body which is good over time.

However,  with these efforts to reduce inflammation,  it also suppresses    and  wreaks  havoc  on  the  immune  system.  What  chronic  inflammation caused by lifestyle choices,  can do is keep cortisol levels soaring and what this unchecked immune system responding to unabated inflammation can lead to is a host of  health concerns.

With myriad problems:  being increased susceptibility to colds,  flu and other illness,  with tendencies to develop  food allergies  and also increased  risk of  assortment  of  gastrointestinal issues  ( because a healthy intestine is dependent  on  a healthy immune system  and quite possibly a decreased risk of  auto immune disease and cancer.)  However,  with daily meditation and if  you learn to laugh out loud  and  at  yourself  it  just may lessen your chance of  chronic disease though reduce chronic inflammation.
