  This is a shortened version of our story to let you all know that we are living proof there is another way in treating Cancer and the many other diseases.  My husband was told by two top Urologists,  he had stage T2A bladder cancer and to survive,  he would need  Chemotherapy, radiation  and radical surgery to not only remove his bladder and prostate.  But to remove his intestines  and have a neo bladder built  from them so that he    can pass urine. We were living  and working in the middle East  at the time so we travelled back to the    UK and hoped it was a terrible mistake, the outcome was the same, which again gave us the same prognosis.  What the doctors forgot to tell us was that if he took this operation, the chances of him living longer than 24 to 30 months were very slim and they refrained from telling us he would be incontinent for up to a year,  quite possibly lot’s of infections and also become impotent at age 52.

I was already doing so much research when I saw the movie “Run From the Cure,” and     my research was mainly about nutrition  and giving the body what it needs to heal itself.     I tried to get hold of  cannabis oil but was having too many difficulties and as we lived in    a place where  it was too dangerous  to make it ourselves. All I knew was that everything     I could do  to save my husbands life,  I was going to do.  Fear is a terrible thing  and fear     is ripe when we hear the word Cancer.  The saying,  “Frightened to death”  is really what happens to the body once you believe there is only one way to treat this terrible disease.

I hope that sharing our story  might give you,  at least some hope  that there is another   way.  Our belief system does not have to be locked we can open up our minds to think for ourselves, inform ourselves and learn not to just accept our “fate.”  We spoke again to the Urologist  and also told him we needed more time to research alternative treatments  and modalities, and we would not take the Chemo or surgery just yet, we were already looking into different therapies, both of us are concerned with the quality of his life after surgery and both of us need time to digest all of this dreadful news.

The Oncologist  and also the Surgeon  tried to impress on us…. that we need to think very carefully about the surgery, the Surgeon had already got a date in his diary to proceed with removing his bladder. Something was screaming in the back of my mind to take some time before making this radical decision. I began first researching the natural cancer cure in the form of Essiac,  given its name by Rene Caisse (“Caisse” spelt backwards);  this herbal cure consists of four main herbs  that  grow  in the wilderness of  Ontario, Canada.  The original formula is believed to have its roots from the  Native Canadian Ojibwas.  Also My husband started on this medicine within a week of him being diagnosed.

Then we made an appointment  with a naturopathic doctor  and we asked for her help in   Doctoring my husband each step of the way as we try the alternative approach. This doctor did all of his blood tests to find out  what he was lacking  to make his immune system be so depleted and we found out he was almost completely depleted of vitamin D even though he lived in a hot and sunny climate.  We put together a plan of action to continue to work with the conventional tests MRI and scans. While including vitamins, supplements and we also changed our lifestyle with a complete diet.

The conventional doctors gave my husband 18 months to 2 years to live if we did not do       the surgery and the chemo. We did none of them, only natural healing with vitamins diet and lifestyle change and cannabis oil.  I first saw that movie in November 2011 but it took me until April of 2012 to find the oil. It has been hard work for me as a carer and wife and I never stopped my research for 1 day in the last 22 months but today I can say 22 months after my husband’s first diagnosis he is cancer free and still has his bladder in tact. He has been cancer free now for the last  3 cystoscopies,  nine months Cancer free in April 2014  he has no metastasis to other organs.

We have every one of my husbands medical records,  and every laser surgery to remove tumors has been recorded on Cd’s nd (we even have the biopsy slides)  with pieces of the tumors that were graded as being aggressive  and muscle invasive.  We had to travel with them from two Countries,  (this is how we got them released to us.)  We still have to have regular check ups every three months but to think 22 months ago. He was told he had 18 months to live if he did not remove his bladder,  prostate and some lymph nodes.

We just lost  22 months of our lives  to this disease  and yet it has turned out to be the     most important time of our life too.  I found what I was put on the earth to do and that     is to be apart of something.  Therefore,  as this  world wakes up  to there actually being another way   and it is through natural healing  and  that of giving our body  just what it needs to repair itself. Taking Control of your own body means you too can heal yourself with proper diet and nutrition and vitamin therapy

I am so happy today  to say as a side effect  of all we did,  all natural,  and his cholesterol went back to normal as did his blood pressure.  He looks ten  to 15 years younger and feels so much better than he ever did.  It was amazing he never had one day sick or even looking sick in the whole journey with Cancer  and out the other end.  It is shocking that we are led to believe that there is no cure for Cancer.  Our story  is living proof…. there is another way and I am now consumed with only getting the word out that Cancer does not need to mean death.

   This book  by Alyssia Sade  is  a definite book  in anyone’s cancer library. It’s easy to read with 140 pages of  detailed content as I know  for a  fact that Alyssia is committed to getting the word out of her mindboogling experience and would never want to see a  family  go through what her  family endured. Throughout  my eight years of  researching  this website  this book is a great read even  for someone having uncovered most stones!!!
