Information you can trust

There can be little doubt that people touched by chronic illnesses want to do something positive to help themselves or a loved one.

However, these people face a challenge or two.

Firstly, talented scientists discover interesting factors that can directly impinge on illnesses, yet after a brief mention of their work and even peer group praise, if it doesn’t yield a drug, all too often the discovery seems to be forgotten and unused. And newcomers to the illness remain blissfully unaware of something that could have dramatic benefits to their health. This is especially true in treatments not funded, developed or patentable by Pharmaceutical companies.

A second problem is that many websites, including some of the biggest, have been shown to be inaccurate in their commentary when subject to the vagueries of non-scientists or amateur editors. For example, 2013/4 American research showed the widely used Wikipedia to be inaccurate in nine out of ten health categories.

Our website simply aims to help. And to provide evidence that can be checked for accuracy by anyone. On this website, we publish a short summary of research we think could help you make smarter health choices today. We give you the reference; so you can run down the headings of a particular illness and read the latest information for yourself, and check it out.

All in one place. 100% accurate.

Nothing could be simpler.
