Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò

Abp. Viganò warns US bishops about COVID jab:

The Great Reset wants ‘billions of chronically ill people.’
The silence of so many cardinals and bishops, along with the inconceivable promotion of the vaccination campaign by the Holy See, represents a form of unprecedented complicity that cannot continue any longer.

Tue Oct 26, 2021 – 11:07 am EDT
(LifeSiteNews) – Editor’s note: Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has decided to make public an October 23 letter sent to to Cardinal Luis F. Ladaria S.J., Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Archbishop José Gomez, President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, as well as to all the bishops of the United States of America.
I address you, Archbishop Gómez, as President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and to you, Cardinals Ladaria and Müller, for your competence, some serious considerations related to the so-called vaccines against Covid-19.

I believe there are some aspects of the question that now allow for a more complete evaluation of what these drugs are and what effects they cause; this evaluation ought to lead to a collegial stance, in conformity with the Magisterium of the Church and not influenced by biased information or by erroneous news spread by the producers of these drugs or by the media.

Subject of the Note of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
The Note on the morality of using some anti-Covid-19 vaccines was issued last year in the absence of complete data on both the nature of the gene serum and its components. I point out to you that the subject of the Note is limited to “the moral aspects of the use of the vaccines against Covid-19 that have been developed from cell lines derived from tissues obtained from two fetuses that were not spontaneously aborted,”[1] and it states that “[w]e do not intend to judge the safety and efficacy of these vaccines, although ethically relevant and necessary, as this evaluation is the responsibility of biomedical researchers and drug agencies.”[2] Safety and effectiveness are thus not the subject of the Note, which in expressing its opinion about the “morality of use” therefore does not even express its opinion about the “morality of production” of these drugs.

Safety and effectiveness of the vaccines.
The safety and effectiveness of individual vaccines is determined after a period of experimentation that normally lasts for several years. In this case, the health authorities have decided to carry out experimentation on the entire world population, as an exception to the usual practice of the scientific community, international standards, and the laws of individual nations. This means that the entire population finds itself in the condition of being susceptible to suffering the adverse effects of the vaccine, at their own risk, when normally experimentation is done on a voluntary basis and carried out on a limited number of subjects, who are paid to undergo it.
I think it is clear that this is an experimental drug that has not been approved,[3] but only authorized for administration by the bodies in charge; just as I think it is evident that there are medical treatments without adverse side-effects, even though they have been systematically boycotted by the Health Institutions – WHO, CDC, EMA – and by mainstream media. Even if the Church should express a moral evaluation of the different treatments available – some of which are carried out with drugs produced with cell lines that originated in an aborted fetus, like the vaccines – it must be reiterated that there are effective treatments which cure patients and allow them to develop permanent natural immune defenses, something that the vaccines do not do. Furthermore, these treatments do not cause serious side effects, since the drugs that are used have been licensed for decades.
Other recently developed treatments are absolutely effective, inexpensive, and carry no danger for those who receive them: this is the case with the plasma treatment studied and employed with great success by the Italian doctor Giuseppe De Donno.[4]

Treatment with hyper-immune plasma was strongly discouraged and boycotted by pharmaceutical companies and doctors financed by them, because it does not cost anything and renders the analogous therapy useless, which is made in laboratories with monoclonal cells at exorbitant costs.
International standards specify that an experimental drug cannot be authorized for distribution except in the absence of an effective alternative treatment: this is why drug agencies in the USA and Europe have prevented the use of hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, hyper-immune plasma, and other therapies with proven effectiveness. There is no need to remind you that all of these agencies, along with the WHO, are financed almost entirely by the pharmaceutical companies and by foundations tied to them, and that there is a very grave conflict of interest at the highest levels,[5] about which the media are culpably silent.[6] In expressing a moral evaluation of the vaccines, the Church cannot fail to take these elements into consideration, since they cause a manipulation of scientific information, on the basis of which the judgments about their moral liceity by ecclesiastical Authority have been formulated.

The experimental drugs are not vaccines in the proper sense.
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, while not expressing its opinion on the effectiveness and safety of the so-called vaccines, nevertheless defines them as “vaccines,” taking for granted that they actually give immunity and protect people from active and passive contagion. This element is disavowed by the declarations coming from all of the world’s health authorities and from the WHO, according to which vaccinated people can become infected and infect others more seriously than those who are not vaccinated[7] and find that their immune defenses are drastically reduced if not even completely destroyed.
A recent study confirms that the gene serum can cause forms of acquired immuno-deficiency in those who receive it.[8] Therefore, the drugs that are called “vaccines” do not fall within the official definition of a vaccine to which the CDF’s Note presumably refers. In fact a “vaccine” is defined as a medicinal preparation aimed at inducing the production of protective antibodies by the organism, conferring specific resistance against a specific infectious disease (viral, bacterial, protozoal). This definition was recently changed by the WHO, because otherwise it would not have been able to include anti-Covid drugs, which do not induce the production of protective antibodies and do not confer a specific resistance against the SarsCoV-2 infectious disease.
Furthermore, while mRNA serums are dangerous because of the implications they have at the genetic level, the AstraZeneca serum may be even more harmful, as recent studies show.[9]

Proportionality between the costs and benefits of the vaccines.

Limiting itself to an evaluation only of the morality of the use of the vaccines, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith does not take into account the proportionality between the presumed benefits of the gene serum and the short-term and long-term adverse side effects.
Worldwide, the number of deaths and grave pathologies following vaccination is increasing exponentially:[10] in only nine months these vaccines have caused more deaths than all vaccines in the last thirty years.[11] Not only this: in many nations – such as Israel for example[12] – the number of deaths after vaccination is now greater than the number of deaths from Covid.[13]

Having established that the drugs sold as vaccines do not give any significant benefit and on the contrary may cause a very high percentage of deaths or grave pathologies[14] even in subjects for whom Covid does not represent a threat,[15] I do not think that we can conclude that there is any proportionality between the potential damages and the potential benefits.
This means therefore that there is a grave moral obligation to refuse inoculation as a possible and proximate cause of permanent damages[16] or death. In the absence of benefits, there is therefore no need to expose oneself to the risks of its administration, but on the contrary there is a duty to refuse it categorically.

New data on the presence of aborted fetal cell lines.
Revelations from Pfizer executives have recently been released showing that the mRNA gene serums contain aborted fetal material not only for the production of the original vaccine, but also for its replication and production on a vast scale,[17] and nothing suggests that other pharmaceutical companies are an exception. Bishop Joseph Strickland[18] has also expressed himself in this regard, inviting the faithful to “say no. I’m not going to do it just because you mandate it, in that, who knows what next crazy thing will come up.” This makes the use of these drugs absolutely immoral, just as it is immoral and unacceptable to use drugs that use orphaned children for experimentation.[19]

Side Effects on pregnant mothers and nursing children.
Another aspect to consider is the concrete danger of grave side effects on pregnant mothers and even more serious ones on newborn children: in the United States there have been 675 miscarriages in vaccinated mothers and in the United Kingdom 521 nursing infants have died.[20] We should remember that for the so-called vaccines against Covid active vigilance was not put into effect, but only passive vigilance, which requires patients to report adverse cases themselves; this means that the data on adverse effects should be multiplied at least ten times.

Components of the vaccines.
I would like to point out to you that the components of the gene serums are still concealed as trade secrets, even if there are already multiple studies that have analyzed the content of the vaccines;[21] it is therefore not yet possible to completely evaluate the other critical elements and their long-term impacts, because the experimentation on the world population will end only in 2023/2025, and it is not known what the effects of the newly adopted technology are at the genetic level.[22] The presence of graphene in the doses that have been administered, reported by numerous laboratories that have analyzed its content,[23] suggests that the forced use of so-called vaccines – together with the systematic boycott of existing treatments of proven effectiveness[24] – serves the purpose of contact-tracing all vaccinated human beings throughout the world, who will be or already are connected to the Internet of Things[25] by means of a quantum link of pulsed microwave frequencies of 2.4 GHz or higher from cell towers and satellites.[26] As proof that this information is not the fruit of the fantasies of some conspiracy theorist, you should know that the European Union has chosen two projects dedicated to technological innovation as the winners of a competition: “The Human Brain” and “Graphene.” These two projects will receive one billion euro each in funding over the next ten years.[27]

I trust that Your Excellency, Archbishop Gomez, will take into serious consideration these observations of mine – which I have taken care to thoroughly verify with highly qualified Catholic doctors[28] – together with your brothers of the US Bishops’ Conference gathered in plenary Assembly from November 15 to 18, 2021 in Baltimore, so that the official position of the Catholic Church in the United States on the so-called vaccines will be revised and updated. Likewise, I ask Your Eminence, Cardinal Ladaria, to proceed as soon as possible to the revision of the Note of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith on the morality of certain anti-Covid-19 vaccines.
I realize that it may be extremely unpopular to take a position against the so-called vaccines, but as Shepherds of the flock of the Lord we have the duty to denounce the horrible crime that is being carried out, whose goal is to create billions of chronically ill people and to exterminate millions and millions of people, based on the infernal ideology of the “Great Reset” formulated by the President of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, and endorsed by institutions and organizations around the world.[29]

The silence of so many cardinals and bishops, along with the inconceivable promotion of the vaccination campaign by the Holy See, represents a form of unprecedented complicity that cannot continue any longer. It is necessary to denounce this scandal, this crime against humanity, this satanic action against God.
With every passing day, thousands of people are dying or are being affected in their health by the illusion that the so-called vaccines guarantee a solution to the pandemic emergency. The Catholic Church has the duty before God and all of humanity to denounce this tremendous and horrible crime with the utmost firmness, giving clear directions and taking a stand against those who, in the name of a pseudo-science subservient to the interests of the pharmaceutical companies and the globalist elite, have only intentions of death. How Joe Biden, who also defines himself as “Catholic,” could impose vaccination on 28 million children aged 5 to 11,[30] is absolutely inconceivable, if only for the fact that there is practically zero risk of them developing the SARS-CoV-2 disease. The Holy See and the Bishops’ Conferences have the duty to express a firm condemnation in this regard, and also in relation to the very serious side effects that can result for children who are inoculated with the experimental gene serum.[31]

It is equally imperative that there be an intervention by the US Bishops’ Conference aimed at promoting the religious exemption and immediately revoking the bans imposed in this regard by many Ordinaries on their priests. Similarly, all vaccination requirements for seminarians and candidates of religious communities must be revoked. Instead, clear directives should be given about the dangers connected to the administration of the vaccine and its grave moral implications.
I am certain that you will want to consider the particular gravity of this subject, the urgency of an intervention that is enlightened by and faithful to the teaching of the Gospel, as well as the salus animarum that the Pastors of the Church must promote and defend.

UNREALIZED CAPITAL GAINS TAX

WHY DEMOCRATS’ SCHEME TO TAX UNREALIZED CAPITAL GAINS SHOULD TERRIFY YOU.

1/ What this means simply is taxing people for money they have not earned or received.
‼️

That’s is what it is in a nutshell…. THREAD 👇

2/ “ Our current secretary of the Treasury, Janet Yellen, is busy trying to find a way to tax wealth without calling it taxing wealth.  She has eyes on taxing unrealized capital gains.  What this means simply is taxing people for money they have not earned or received. 3/ “ That definition should leave even those who have never had a course in accounting or finance shaken. “Not only is Janet Yellen considering this, but the Democrat party is on board as well.   Democrats claim that it is needed in order to pay for their agenda.

4/ “ You know — the one that Biden says pays for itself.   ‼️
The idea of taxing you for the income you have not made is a policy speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi proposes.   Apparently, there is some confusion here.
5/ “ Looking at this from my point of view, I recalled a picture of Casey Stengel, nicknamed “the ol’ Professor,” when he was the manager of the New York Mets in 1962 — a team considered the worst team to ever play in the major leagues.

6/ “ He had his hat off and scratched his head with the caption: “Can’t anybody here play this game?” Think about how absurd this idea is.   ‼️

Imagine if an Internal Revenue Agent showed up at your house and said,
we decided that you have to pay tax on the money you never earned
7/ “ Aside from how insane that sounds on the surface, one need only ask: ‼️
“ If I didn’t receive or earn that money, with what do you expect me to pay the tax?”   That, in a nutshell, is the entire problem. This is not the first time the government and corporate officers..

8/ “.. have made this insane mistake.   ‼️ Our “smartest guys in the room” types keep proving they are anything but.  There are more than enough lessons from history that show for a fact how ridiculous this idea is.

9/ “ I recall a lesson from my professor in Intermediate Accounting.
He described a time when corporate executives told accountants they were doing their jobs wrong.  One of the examples he gave was that management would tell the accountants we have assets — our buildings,..
10/ “.. for example — that is worth more than what you are showing on our balance sheet.   The accountants told them, that is because we adhere to the historical cost principle of accounting.  That principle is related to the conservative principle of accounting — which,..

11/ “.. incidentally, has nothing to do with a political viewpoint. The professor went on to explain by asking the class: if you increase the value of an asset on the balance sheet by debiting that asset, where does the offsetting credit go?

12/ “ This is based on the double-entry system of accounting.
There is only one place it could go: retained earnings.  You could first put it in a temporary income account, but it will, at the end of the accounting period, end up in retained earnings.

13/ This presents two immediate problems: Double exclamation mark 1) it overstates net income; therefore, it also overstates taxable income.   This is what the previously mentioned dilettantes are intending to do with this proposal.

14/ “ And, as previously stated, there is no realized income to pay the added tax.   Double exclamation mark 2) Stockholders would look at the financial statements of the corporation and see all this money available in retained earnings.

They began to accuse the corporations of not distributing..

15/ “.. all this income.  As a result, the corporation would then distribute this newfound “wealth.” Double exclamation mark What needs to be considered is this: What exactly did those companies distribute when they paid those cash dividends?   They paid them in worthless paper.

16/ “ Think about it on a personal level.   Double exclamation mark If you live in a house worth $100,000 and it is reassessed for $125,000, do you have $25,000 in cash available to spend?  Try writing a check against that.  Unfortunately, that is what corporations were doing.

17/ “ Beyond that, this is exactly what the Democrat plan is for.

When was this a standard practice of accounting, or malpractice?   Double exclamation mark

It came to a grinding halt on October 24, 1929.  It was the event that led to the Great Depression of the 1930s — something we may need..

18/ “.. to fear if this insanity of financial plans comes to fruition. Double exclamation mark

“If you look up the “causes of the Great Depression,” you will be hard-pressed to find “accounting irregularities” listed.   Much of what you read states issues all around accounting problems without..
19/ “.. actually calling them accounting irregularities.    Double exclamation mark
Here is an explanation from the History Channel website: During the 1920s, the U.S. stock market underwent rapid expansion, reaching its peak in August 1929 after a period of wild speculation during the..

20/ “.. roaring twenties. By then, production had already declined and unemployment had risen, leaving stocks in great excess of their real value.” They mention leaving stocks in excess of their real value but never mention the foolish accounting methods that were..

21/ “ .. at the root of it. Double exclamation mark To understand that, look at recent financial scandals: Enron, WorldCom, Bernie Madoff, and the 2008 financial crisis.  Each of these cases was the result of  “creative accounting.”   Double exclamation mark

Creative accounting can be defined in a word: fraud.

22/ “ There is no such thing as creative accounting.   There are no courses in creative accounting — in fact, the objective of the practice of accounting is to be as open and revealing as possible so decisions can be made on factual and accurate data.”

23/ “ The causes of those accounting scandals were due to abandoning  Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).   Corporate executives often think they can make a corporation better off financially by bending or breaking the rules of accounting. Double exclamation mark

24/ “ Our government, local, state, and federal, has a nasty habit of doing the same thing, usually with disastrous results.   Changing the rules of accounting has the same effect on entities of all types as ignoring the rules of physics has on

engineering or architectural.. projects. Double exclamation mark

25/ “.. “If the Democrats in Congress go ahead with this so-called infrastructure bill, we can expect history to repeat itself in egregious ways.”Double exclamation mark

On Our Way

In my years of Blogging: One Family That I have come to know.

The Damron’s and through their shared support of one another.

I remember meeting Lynsi on Facebook back in 2015 as she was connecting with people in cancer groups trying to help her father. My recollection of Lynsi was that John went from Chemo critical to outside chopping wood in 2 weeks simply by cleaning his diet of processed foods to eating natural cooked vegetables and fruit.

Lynsi Piar shared a touching story about her parents – John and Joyce
and how their love exemplified resilience and faith throughout the journey.

On Our Way – Mercy Me (Lyrics) – YouTube
I’m writing about my dad who has stage IV prostate cancer.. but who has also become the most amazing care-giver for my mother who has suffered a stroke since my dad’s diagnosis, changing my dad from patient to care-giver in a blink of an eye. My parent’s story is one of faithfulness to their vows made 40 years before. When they said “I do” they meant every bit of those two words. Their story begins when my beautiful, vibrant mom had her first stroke in May 2015. It came as a complete surprise, as she was a picture of health.

Later we would discover that she has a genetic condition, Factor V Leiden, that predisposes her to clotting and caused her stroke. At the time, we were all blown away. Thankfully, my mother fared really well! She had very few deficits aside from fatigue and some short term memory loss. But within a week or so, life really was going back to normal and then we were hit with a bigger obstacle, my dad was diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer. My father had been  complaining of back pain for months, but he dismissed it largely because he and mom had recently moved and he assumed he injured his back while lifting and it just needed time.

When time passed and the pain increased, he found himself in the ER with kidneys failing and a prostate cancer diagnosis. He would have to have nephrostomy tubes placed directly through his back into his kidneys to allow his kidneys to function for three months! During that time, he underwent 6 very difficult rounds of chemo, with my blessed mother by his side the entire time. Never a day would pass where I go to their house and I wouldn’t find my mom rubbing my dad’s back and feet and making him smoothies, or growing green juices for him to drink!

With time, dad’s PSA dropped and we experienced many successes and joy! Life began to find a “new normal” where dad regained his strength and he and mom were finally enjoying their retirement. Then on June 12th, 2017 my mom suffered another stroke.. this time much, much more debilitating than the first. Physically, she made out quite well, the stroke hit right in her communication part of her brain leaving her with a condition called aphasia.

How to overcome aphasia – Bing video
With aphasia, a person knows what an object is, how to use it, history about it, etc., but can’t retrieve the words. It is as though the entire dictionary in her mind was stolen. My dad went from being a patient with stage IV cancer to becoming the care-giver to mom. Mom can’t drive, she can’t manage the bills, call the doctors, buy the groceries.. all of the things she did before. Now, dad is doing it all, plus he sits her down for hours every day and works on her speech therapy. Together they are rebuilding her dictionary. ~Lynsi Piar

According to the American Cancer Society and the National Cancer Institute, there are nearly four million men living with prostate cancer in the U.S. in 2018, which comprises 43 percent of all male cancer survivors in the U.S. (all cancers). This number is expected to increase to almost 4.2 million by 2024. Prostate cancer is the second most common form of cancer among men after skin cancer and is now the fourth most common tumor diagnosed worldwide. In 2018, it’s estimated that nearly 165,000 U.S. men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer – that is one new case every 3.2 minutes. Worldwide, an estimated 1.6 million men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018.

What Makes the US Constitution Great

What Makes the US Constitution Great.

“The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government –
lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.” ―Patrick Henry.
What a perfect quote to contradict the difference between the core ideals
of Republicans and Democrats. Amazing citizens don’t understand that our founders wrote the Constitution to prevent the government from controlling every aspect of Americans after living through British rule.

Our Constitution embodied a UNIQUE IDEA. Nothing like it had ever been done before. The power of the idea was in the recognition that people’s rights are granted directly by the Creator – not by the state – and that the people, then, and only then, grant rights to government. The concept is so simple, yet so very fundamental and far-reaching.

America’s founders embraced a previously unheard-of political philosophy which held that people are “…endowed BY THEIR CREATOR with certain unalienable rights..” This was the statement of guiding principle for the new nation, and, as such, had to be translated into a concrete charter for government. The Constitution of The United States of America became that charter. Other forms of government, past and present, rely on the state as the grantor of human rights.
America’s founders, however, believed that a government made up of imperfect people exercising power over other people should possess limited powers. Through their Constitution, they wished to “secure the blessings of liberty” for themselves and for posterity by limiting the powers of government. Through it, they delegated to the government only those rights they wanted it to have, holding to themselves all powers not delegated by the Constitution.
They even provided the means for controlling those powers they had granted to the government. This was the unique American idea. Many problems we face today result from a departure from this basic concept. Gradually, other “ideas” have influenced legislation which has reversed the roles and given government greater and greater power over individuals. Early generations of Americans pledged their lives to the cause of individual freedom and limited government and warned, over and over again, that eternal vigilance would be required to preserve that freedom for posterity.

Suppose you’re supervising a group of 25 randomly chosen able-bodied people. You organize an informal game of softball among them. Chances are that most participants will have a good time, and no one will be injured.
Now change the rules to those of tackle football. A few might enjoy themselves, but many will not, and several participants might get hurt.
Now alter the rules yet again so that the same group plays the game called Russian Roulette. The consequences will be horrific.
This simple example shows how different rules even among the same people can lead to drastically different results.
The same principle applies to larger society. The rules governing a society can lead to good or bad results.
A society’s political rules are its constitution. (The word ultimately derives from the Latin verb constituere, meaning to arrange or decide.) A good set of rules, honestly and fairly applied, can encourage prosperity, progress, and freedom. A bad set or a good set not honestly and fairly applied can lead to poverty, stagnation, and tyranny.
Moreover, if a constitution improves, outcomes generally improve. But if its good features erode, outcomes deteriorate. American history illustrates this.

Lecture 1: The Dangers of Democracy | The Constitution Is The Solution!
The American Founders—those who drafted and ratified the U.S. Constitution—understood the importance of good rules. This was a subject they studied in great detail. They examined how earlier societies had fared under all sorts of constitutions. They found the histories of Great Britain and the ancient Greek and Roman republics particularly useful. But they also scrutinized the experiences of other nations, and of the previous 150 years of American colonial history.
One lesson they learned was that a constitution should be in writing. Eight centuries of English constitutional documents, such as the Magna Carta, the Habeas Corpus Act, and the English Bill of Rights, taught them that. So they decided to put their state and federal constitutions in writing as well.
Having learned what works and what doesn’t, the American Founders deliberately incorporated the best features into the federal Constitution, at least to the extent politically feasible.

Specifically: They granted the central government enough power to keep peace among states, to provide for common defense and foreign policy, and to address some other common concerns.
They limited the central power to itemized functions, leaving the remainder with states, localities, families, and individuals.
They added other restrictions to forestall bad governmental practices and to prevent federal and state politicians from oppressing individual rights.
They outlined key federal institutions, such as Congress, the president, and the courts, and erected checks and balances among them.
They added useful administrative details.
Were they successful? We can judge by the historical record.
Although much of the Constitution remains effective today, during the 1930s and 1940s some of its key safeguards—particularly the limits on federal power—began to erode. Politicians and courts increasingly disregarded those safeguards. Most have not been restored, and the damage has become permanent.
But aside from temporary aberrations during the Civil War and World War I, the Constitution was in full effect from its adoption in 1789 until about 1930—
a term of 141 years.

image.png
What was the record of that 141 years?

First, other than one four-year stretch (the Civil War), the states remained at peace with each other. This situation was very different from the intermittent warfare among the countries of Europe and South America.
Additionally, the United States expanded enormously, both in population
and geography. Economic growth was also explosive, attaining an annual rate of 9 percent in some years. (Today, 3 percent is considered good.)
During this period America adopted the British Industrial Revolution and ultimately overshadowed it. Americans wrought stupendous improvements in commerce, agriculture, transportation, communication, and other technologies. Living standards soared, not just for the wealthy, but for almost everyone. There were unprecedented advances in medicine, health care, and life expectancy.
Economic progress was matched by social progress. The slaves were emancipated. Women were liberated and enfranchised. Education became nearly universal. Colleges and universities spread and flourished. Family structure and civic participation remained strong and probably became stronger. A web of state, local, and private programs created a powerful social safety net.

Arguably, this time period—the period the U.S. Constitution remained in full effect—represents the greatest era of progress in human history.
What of subsequent years, when the Constitution remained in partial effect but with key safeguards broken? Economic progress has continued, but at a sharply reduced rate. Some of the advances of which we are most proud, such as the computer revolution, are largely extensions of earlier achievements.
Many federal programs have been adopted in excess of the original Constitution’s limits on federal authority. They have been identified as culprits behind a number of serious social problems. Arbitrary economic meddling seems to have converted an ordinary financial crash (1929–30) into a decade-long Depression.

Some programs, particularly the “Great Society” initiatives of the 1960s, contributed to the decline of the American family. Excessive federal regulation and spending have slowed economic growth and saddled us with a huge public debt. That is why civic groups, such as the Convention of States movement, have sprung up seeking to re-establish some of the Constitution’s original safeguards.

Historian Gordon Wood unveiled his new book on #ConstitutionDay

Every four years American citizens 18 years and older are eligible to cast their vote for the president of the United States. Seems simple – but many voters don’t realize they aren’t directly voting for the president. Why? Because we use a system called the Electoral College to elect the president and vice president.

What is the Electoral College?
By Jillian Seigel, RepresentUs

Power to and By The Land Owners!!
Well first thing’s first: the Electoral College isn’t a place.
The Electoral College was created by delegates in 1787 as a compromise  between electing the president by a vote in Congress, or electing through a popular vote by qualified citizens.
The Founders set up the Electoral College for a few reasons:1
To balance the interests of northern and southern states
To put a buffer between the people and electing the president;
a chosen group of people would be able to object to the people’s vote
They believed that not all voters were informed enough to choose a leader
The Electoral College is a system where citizens indirectly elect the president and vice president through a body of 538 electors.
What are electors?
Electors are people chosen by their state parties prior to the general election who cast their vote for president on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December. On Election Day, voters cast their vote for president and the winner of the popular vote in each state is awarded their party’s slate of electors.
Electors almost always cast their vote for the candidate who wins the popular vote in their state, which explains why we have election results available on Election Day. However, the Constitution does not require them to do so. There have been a few instances where electors defected from their pledged vote, but it has not changed the outcome of an election.
The number of electors for each state is equal to the number of U.S. Senators and Representatives in the state’s delegation. To win the presidency, a candidate must receive a minimum of 270 electoral votes.

What does “winner takes all” mean with electoral votes?
“Winner takes all” is implemented in all but two states: Nebraska and Maine. “Winner takes all” means all Electoral College votes will go to one candidate based on the state’s popular vote.
For example: Pennsylvania has 20 electoral votes. Regardless of how much one candidate wins the popular margin, all 20 electoral votes will go to that one candidate.
In Nebraska and Maine, Electoral College votes are assigned in part by the presidential results in each of their congressional districts.
For example: Nebraska has 5 electoral votes. Instead of “winner takes all,” two electoral votes will be allocated to the winner of the state’s popular vote and then one electoral vote to the winner of the popular vote in each Congressional district.
What happens if a candidate doesn’t receive 270 votes?
If no candidate receives 270 Electoral College votes, the president is then selected by the House of Representatives. Each state gets a single vote.

What is the Popular Vote?
When we receive the results from any presidential election, we are give two different results: the Electoral College and the popular vote. The popular vote is simply which candidate has received the most total votes.
Are we getting rid of the Electoral College?
The short answer is: no, not right now. However, many states are taking measures towards electing the president by a popular vote.
The National Popular Vote is a nonprofit working to implement a national popular vote for president, by creating an agreement among the states to elect by national popular vote. The compact will go into effect when enacted by states possessing a majority of the electoral votes (270).
An updated list of all the states that have passed a state-wide bill to enact the national popular vote can be found here
When in effect, states that are in the compact will guarantee their electoral votes go to the winner of the national popular vote, guaranteeing the president of the United States will be elected by popular vote.
Why do some people want to abolish the Electoral College?
Candidates focus too much on Swing States
In the current system, there are states both Republicans and Democrats are guaranteed to win and so presidential candidates can ignore those states and focus instead on just a few  “battleground” or “swing” states. Battleground states are those that are a toss-up to either candidate. Often with many electoral votes at stake, these are where candidates spend most of their time and resources competing for votes. These states have a lot of power and can decide the outcome of a presidential election.
Small states get too much power
Critics of the Electoral College claim it gives outsized power to small states because they are guaranteed three electoral votes despite lower population size.
Winning the popular vote doesn’t guarantee the presidency
Two of our last three presidents won the presidency without winning the national popular vote.

JOIN THE ANTI-CORRUPTION MOVEMENT

What states have an advantage with the Electoral College? And which states are at a disadvantage?
The makeup of the United States has changed a lot since the implementation of the Electoral College. Because of the distribution of electoral votes, some believe the Electoral College actually gives an advantage to some states.
Tara Golshan writes, “For one, there’s the way the Electoral College disproportionately props up smaller states by guaranteeing every state three electors. In other words, 4 percent of the United States’ population in the country’s smallest states gets 8 percent of the Electoral College.”

Meanwhile, people in states that have a large population but are not battleground states lose the value of their own vote because electoral votes are already decided and there is less incentive for candidates to spend time campaigning in that state. This perception of a loss of the value of their vote can decrease voter turnout.
Discussions around the Electoral College and a popular vote have promising arguments on each side. For now, the Electoral College is here to stay but the power of the states is on the rise.
Not all the founding fathers held these same opinions. Ultimately, the concept of electors choosing the president was a compromise that all states could agree to, with the state legislatures deciding how those electors would be chosen because the state legislatures were the closest body to the people.

DEFINITIVE NARRATIVE

The TRUTH.. Jan 6, 2021 was STAGED! Democrats & FBI paid their own thugs to infiltrate Trump’s followers in order to create chaos & stop the Hearings.

Because they didn’t want people to know the TRUTH about their Voter Fraud & would then blame Trump for their own crimes! Wake Up America!

We should “tax” the government for unrealized promises!

“In other words, steal from your future.”

U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen proposes a tax on unrealized capital gains to finance Biden’s “Build Back Better” plans.

An unjust tax is still unjust no matter if it affects you or not. I would never say that it’s okay to tax 1st generation immigrants more money just because I’m not one. If your morality only extends to those in your immediate circle, then you don’t have morals.  Few people bother to think about what would happen
if the billionaires suddenly put their stock in the market to pay this ridiculous “tax”: the markets would plummet and their stock would lose most of its value.

This would cause the worst stock market crash in history, and throw us into a depression. We’re taxing what you have. Now, we’d like to tax what you don’t have. And while we’ll tax you when it increases, we won’t refund when it declines. That is the government.

Can we just talk about how the government can manipulate valuations also? Throwing a huge gov contract to a company would elevate the price of the stock thus increasing tax revenue without stockholders realizing any increase in income or money from that increase in valuation. Also, don’t think for one minute that if this passes, they won’t come for the middle class next. The real bonanza is in the trillions held by tens of millions middle class citizens in retirement accounts.

taxes on them. How do you suggest they pay their fair share? Someone making $100K per year pays 24%. Billionaires per zero or a minute % by parking money in unrealized (albeit liquid) cap gains.   How do you tax it though? Do you take part of the asset? Or do you force them to sell? Who do they sell it to? If the price drops after they sell it, does the buyer get cash back? And is the original tax negated, since the unrealized gain is now gone?

Dizzying. That someone thinks this is a good idea, yes.
But also watching this video and finding myself slowly tilting my head to the left like it’s the end of the first level of the original Modern Warfare or something. I heard it will apply to entities whose assets appreciate $100m annually for 3 consecutive years. Or something like that. Such a stipulation would obviously not hurt average investors. The part I don’t understand yet, is why wouldn’t the rich just set up a business that shows massive losses to offset. Like here billionaires. Let’s put a billion each in this fund, tomorrow we’ll sell 1/100000000000000000000000 of a share for $1 then another for $0.01.

It’s like asking Lebron to pay taxes on his potential earnings over the duration of his contract before he realizes it. Then again after it’s realized, then again when he dies or passes to his children.   It’s like asking Lebron to pay taxes on his potential earnings over the duration of his contract before he realizes it. Then again after it’s realized, then again when he dies or passes to his children. Do we get to deduct unrealized losses? Of course not.

As the cost of government escalates, the people become enslaved by its increasingly gluttonous demands and prosperity fades to become a distant memory.  So, they are taxing something that does not exist, and trying to pass a bill that has no cost, to fund a program that will achieve nothing concrete. At least they are consistent!  While I don’t agree with taxes on unrealized capital gains, immoral isn’t the right term here.  They are also not accounting for the fact that the majority of gains in the stock market over the past 2 decades are based primarily on inflation. So you are to pay a tax on money not actually earned while paying a similar hidden tax due to inflation from poor monetary policy.  So if they tax you on potential gains then they have to credit you if they turn out to be a loss. So basically they buy a stock (-$1), create a run on it(+$20) , pay tax on it (-$3),bottom it out ($0) and claim it as a loss and collect from the Govt. (+$16)  Exactly. If everyone was forced to actually monetize all gains annually, the gains would be much smaller because most markets can’t be that liquid.  Yeah, mark-to-market accounting has been such a sweet, easy deal for businesses, why not make households live on it, too?

You will own nothing and be happy about it, WEF goal is to enslave us all .
And the Government of Canada has been signaling that it will tax primary residences (presumably at whatever value the government declares) because it’s not fair that people who work hard to afford such ‘luxury’ should have homes. Wonderful, let’s apply 5th grade economics to the whole of the US. Income tax started out as a temporary tax on the 1%…. Thank you Sec. Yellen for giving everyone a clear reason to only transact in crypto’s. btw I will be taking a write off for thousands of unrealized losses so how about that?

And then the security drops in value! Double loss!
This would really destroy individual investment in this country, but it certainly fits in with socialism,   More recently it’s actually increased “value” based on the depreciated value of the dollar. It’s still the same house you own. This is how they want to combat inflation, and take real assets from private citizens. This has nothing to do with billionaires or even millionaires… but about wiping out the middle class!

I don’t know that I’m fully on board with the plan to tax unrealized gains, but it’s a little silly to say that Jeff Bezos’s wealth is an “imaginary number”.  I remember Jordan Peterson saying something about sacrificing the future for the present. Seems an apt example: When the government says redistribution of wealth. They mean to take for themselves not help any lower class Peasants . Working class and poor are beneath them . This is not the behavior of a nation that is long for this world! Steal from the future…hmmm…so on par with the ‘free’ reconciliation and infrastructure plans?

Well, at least they’re consistent.
Taxing unrealized gains on 100 billionaires is incredibly dumb. It does nothing to solve our debt problem, it is a bad precedent because it allows for the tax to eventually be assessed on the less wealth, and logic should dictate a capital loss could be taken on unrealized losses.   Honest question: If my investments decrease in value the following year, then the government owes that back to me? If the stock market crashes just before year-end, the government owes all the stockholders tax refunds on this? Think they could actually pay it?

It starts with the “billionaires” and eventually trickles down to the hard working middle class folks who are already overtaxed.

Step 1: pump asset prices by debasing currency
Step 2: tax the price pump you caused
Step 3: repeat Step 4: infinite money?

How to afford to pay for unrealized gains. because if you liquidate to pay the tax then u pay on the liquidation. so did you even make any money after the investment,

The goal is to wrest publicly traded companies from their controlling stakeholders. Mark, Jeff, and Elon don’t have the cash to pay for gains on FB, Amazon, Tesla–forced to put shares on market (disaster for market) or give to the government.  Ok fine, how about this? If it can’t be taxed, then you shouldn’t be able to borrow against it. Are you ok with that?

Agree 100%. But don’t overlook the fact that printing cash is also stealing from our futures…as well as that of future generations. The disease is over-spending on things we can’t afford.
All we are discussing is the side effects of poor treatments,   People don’t understand because the school system doesn’t teach principles of investing or anything close.

They want us to spend, spend, spend, borrow and spend some more. Creating and keeping wealth is anti-Government evil. Or something  Delirium. You can never fairly or accurately tax perceived future value of anything at some totally

random moment in time. Face with tears of joyFace with tears of joyFace with tears of joyFace with tears of joyFace with tears of joy

Build back better comes from the world economic forum which tries to push socialism into capitalism. This is not just funding them. This is how they want to do it. “you will own nothing and you will be happy” they said in presentation material. People couldn’t possibly understand how immoral it is, but mainly because morality has nothing to do with it, not because it is actually immoral.

They know that, too. They’re relying on the fact that their voters don’t know and don’t own any assets. Cut government spending! Start with ineffective programs, elected members and their staffs— not police and firefighters. #TaxationIsTheft

“You will own nothing, and you will be happy”? | The Great Reset.

What happens if I have realized losses? I get those back right?

Damn straight. Given where the economy is headed, approving this would immediately mean that anyone with any kind of investments is getting a check.  Assume an asset will be liquidated at some point. total tax would be near the same, but you may not have it in years 1-N. you will need to actually liquidate some assets in intervening years to cover (in some years a write off). As with all these ideas it dorks with the market. This is unconstitutional.
Per 16th amendment “Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes”

Unrealized gains by definition are NOT income.
And who is going to decide when it gets taxed.. when my stock has gained or lost? A further issue is that doing this would increase selling/dumping on the market to cover tax liabilities. That in turn could reverse the gains. Consistent sell pressure is not good for markets. Some of these assets are highly illiquid. (art?) It also sets precedent for going after the value of Boomers’ IRAs, 401(k)s, 403(b)s, 457(b)s, GIAs, TSPs & pensions before they’re realized.

DEFINITIVE NARRATIVE What they’re after Is ownership of Language that desecrate the ORIGINS of Quantitative Value which is the VIRTUE & TIME sequence of Qualitative Sustenance ONLY to OWN its PURPOSED ENGINE of EXISTENCE.

With this thinking She is not qualified for any job.
My portfolio goes up $50,000 on paper this year and I pay taxes on $50,000. If the portfolio goes down $50,000 the following year am I going to get a refund? This is another tactic to dissolve people of their wealth so they will “own nothing and be happy” Sort of like paying property taxes on your house then. Seems unrealized capital gains and losses would create an accounting nightmare of refunds, taxes and tax write-offs before anything is even sold.

What a potential mess.
Private retirement accounts are based on unrealized gains.
So what prevents this from taxing 401/403/IRA’s as well?

That’s because anyone who has achieved success is a bad person and
doesn’t deserve what they have earned. That’s where we are … March on Washington in majority numbers and close the IRS for good and give them 5% to pay for everything this will stop the problem for good. No worries. I’m sure we can take “unrealized losses “as well.

Face with tears of joy They won’t be happy until everyone is poor.
Isn’t that how it’s done with real estate taxes? Based on appraisal value. If you’re paying for unrealized gains each year, how do you offset losses? The only reason it pays to hold onto something for years is that you don’t pay taxes until gains are realized.

How to Use Tax-Loss Harvesting to Improve Your Returns (investopedia.com)
They want total control! They don’t need our tax dollars when they can print whatever amount they want..it’s nothing more than control!  And newborn babies should start paying income tax because eventually they will get jobs…I bet that they will soon say that there should be no private property. We had that already in CEE years ago. If the asset goes down in value does the government refund the tax they took? And if the market crashes, who’s left holding the empty bag? So the government will also promise to pay you when your investments go south? Right? Hello? Hello?

Immoral? Of course. Unprecedented? No. This happens currently.
This is not much different than property tax. Also a theft on an unrealized gain. Yellen also says inflation is under control even though they change their assessment of it almost constantly. I’m sure she’ll do a super terrific job with this spending bill though. Why don’t simplify the tax code like saying: if you make $100 you get taxed 10%, no loopholes no nothing….Guys here saying that it’s targeting billionaires should think again. Remember that the espionage act was meant to target foreign spies but is now being used on innocent citizens.

One step closer to taking the money of every citizen just because they want it.
Next they will tax infants and children over their potential earned income.  Does it have some potential pitfalls? Yes. Immoral? Uhh .. no. After all, the value of these assets is real enough to take out loans against them… If they do this, do you get previously paid taxes back in case of a loss? I thought dinosaurs were extinct. Why so many inept retreads in this admin? Their ideas never worked and never will work. Immoral sure bro immoral ha right taxes are immoral but let’s let people starve in the streets as long as we don’t raise taxes moral sure you know what that means

Taxing money that doesn’t exist to pay for
the Build Back Better plan that will cost Zero dollars..

Yea, that makes sense.  It will also force people to sell investments in order
to pay taxes. What will that do to markets?  How did they even make it out of grade school….
What happens if that investment goes down? Are additional returns made?

Is the treasury proposing that unrealized losses offset tax liabilities as well?
I’m fine with this as long as a person can claim 100% of realized losses against earned income. Seems like a fair tradeoff to me. Even now the taxation of stocks is slanted. If you sell and make a profit you’re required to pay all taxes on that profit that year. If you take a loss there is a limit that you may claim in each year and the remainder of the loss is carried over subsequent years.   Are they going to plan for a tax credit if there are unrealized losses? If that happens, people start selling, everything going down, your wealth is vaporized. Middle class became poor again. But isn’t that the same as a property tax? It’s a wealth and success penalty. Who is John Gault?

“Oh, you own some hens? Then let me go ahead and tax the eggs they might lay.” That’s how you get to a zero cost. Tax something that isn’t real. Very interested to hear your thoughts on this one. Since you agree with them on mostly everything. Ugh we get it, it’s damn near impossible to implement. But it’s unnecessary melodramatic whining like this that makes me always back the contrarian position. Inflation does that and no one complains, unfortunately this will go the same way. People just obey…wasn’t there a document signed over a taxation disagreement?

Oh yeah…The Declaration of Independence…
Unfortunately we already do this with property taxes that are paid annually.
It’s not a wealth tax; it’s a tax on wealth. Sheesh.

If the government gets paid on unrealized earnings
then can i get paid early on my unrealized earnings of my job?

Can’t believe that this kind of people are in charge of the treasury! Disappointed face
Very well put. A terrible idea. Big bloated government, spending more and more and needing to be fed by hard working taxpayers. Happy not to live in the US & A. Billionaires will never pay tax; they have an army of smart people working out how to avoid it! They want to tax your POTENTIAL income. Now, are they going to credit you if your investments tank and you have unrealized losses?

First billionaires, then everyone’s 401K’s.
I thought Biden’s Build Better plan was already paid for?!! Simple solution, don’t spend so much of our money! Probably too late for that logic.  To pay for something that they said is free. Isn’t costing us anything. They going to tax pensions before you collect them too?

image.png
The overreach continues… Not sure she really thought that one through.

The working poor will pay for the greed of the government.
This is an elegant way to destroy American capitalism and perhaps the country itself. They have lost their minds. This will literally place a tax higher than value. Either the Country is so bankrupt that they are going to destroy wealth entirely or they are completely in the hands of the Communists. I am putting forward a vote of no confidence. @Forbes @USTreasury

The taxpayers this would impact already have an unlimited future.
I don’t care, you can’t make me, tax the fuck out of them because it’s just as impossible to tax them into the poorhouse as it would be for them to spend themselves into it. Exactly, there should be a tax on stock market speculation so that rich hoarders can’t steal the rest of our futures. There are a lot of taxes on greed (income, estate, property or wealth tax here in Spain which btw is a complete disaster). Yellen went from a Teaching job to Govt job, absolute Zero real world (trading or running a business) experience.

Such people cannot calculate the chain reaction that their nutty ideas set off.
Like the land bought by my grandpa in the 1930s for $35 an acre is now worth $10K per acre…we lose family farms overnight.  I worked and saved for 30 years and invested my savings. I held on assets longer than I wanted to so as to defer taxes until retirement and now they want to change the rules?

We need at least 50 years notice!
I understand the principle is not well-sound. Unrealized gains should not be tax. But after taxes the super rich and corporations pay essentially zero taxes. They have to be taxed. GOPers need to propose a policy not on lowering taxes or cutting entitles. Show me one.
Do the uber wealthy pay zero taxes, though? In general, people’s tax filings are private.
We see selectively leaked tidbits of information, which are intended to tilt the political conversation. I’m sympathetic to your point, but I haven’t seen enough information to be persuaded.

So really making up numbers that aren’t actually set yet then tax the pretend numbers that are only there in theory! Like my home equity is really only set if and when I sell my house, until this is just a magic number that’s guessed and assumed. Woman facepalming

Agree. That’s how real property tax works. Extreme communist position… her thirst for power eclipses all her economic education… That’s how you spend 3.5T and it’s actually a 0 cost. Yesterday’s history, tomorrow’s a mystery, today is God’s gift, that’s why it’s called the present. #StrongerTogether  #Brainwashed

Did I read that right?

The theme of Atlas Shrugged according to Ayn Rand,

“is the role of the mind in man’s existence.” It is the mind, the story shows, that is the root of all human knowledge and values — and its absence is the root of all evil. For Rand reason is needed not just by a theoretical scientist in his lab, but by all of us at all times. All of the novel’s heroes are thinkers: they demonstrate an ongoing commitment to understanding their work, themselves and the world around them.

They choose their goals and values by a process of thought, never putting their desires above the facts. The villains, on the other hand, are those who defy reason and evade facts, acting on what’s left: their feelings. As a result, they are in constant conflict with reality and achieve nothing. This is what leads one of the novel’s heroes to the conclusion that thinking is the basic virtue life requires, and that the anti-mind is the anti-life.

Do you ever know the meaning? I really wonder…until you have lived through communism don’t bother to mention you understand.

I Grew up in former communism and it’s not pretty.
Lack of food or water makes you do crazy things that later you regret.

Contempt is the word I would use to describe a Lazy worthless no good Communist.

You’re all backwards; “communist” is not a placeholder for “Jews and blacks etc.,” communists exploit minorities by making “Jews and blacks etc.” synonymous with “communist” (see: uncle Tom) and using ethnicity as a shield to deflect charges of communism – like you’re doing now. I’m a Jew. And I friggin’ hate communists.

If you are not a conservative or libertarian or (Tim Poole/Scott Adams/Dave Rubin centrist) you are a COMMUNIST.

So being against communists and Marxists in the system is racist? You can’t just redefine this as racism. We used to blacklist Marxists. We should do so again.  Have you ever lived in a communist country? Communists hate minorities. Jews, Blacks, homosexuals. U wouldn’t last one day in Cuba. That’s how this Communist nonsense has progressed as quickly as it has, by idiots like you claiming bigotry although there is clearly nothing there.

More people are seeing through it now. Straight from the leftist playbook.

“When you can’t come up with an intelligent retort, just call them a racist!” Rolling on the floor laughing

It’s not bigotry or racism when- in fact- you simply fail to measure up. Has nothing to do with the color of your skin- you simply represent less value to the world. Nothing personal, brah- you just don’t cut it. Go find a safe space and have a good cry now. Nobody cares when you call us racists anymore. Maybe shoulda only applied that term to real racists instead of all of your political opponents. Go pound sand, commie. But ppl are mentally broken these days.

I think he means all the self proclaimed communists and Marxists and people with Soviet idolatry. Are you advocating for concentration camps for the unvaxxed as Noam Chomsky was? I just love how these communists claim that attacking them is now anti Semitic while also calling for a boycott against them Jews. Muh racist and bigot from the people literally trying to segregate society. Most blacks and Jewish people are conservatives at heart. “Communist” is a reflection of beliefs whether you’re black, white, brown or olive skinned. Flipping the script to accuse racism is how commies retort.

They have no argument so it’s back to unfounded accusations.

Did I read that right? You believe “Jews” and “Blacks” are interchangeable with the word communism?

Communists exploit race as a tool of division,  It’s not your fault though. Your mental limitations as a commie impact your abilities, holding you back in a meritocratic society.

It’s on. You use the ” racist ” term as a cudgel and people across all races are getting sick of it. No more cowering to your bullshit.  “Bigotry and racism”… don’t you idiots ever have anything valid to say besides the same stupidity?

There is nothing racist about calling out communists.
Most are white and they are moochers who want to live off the efforts of others. That’s what we hate in a person. Most races do not prefer to live in communist governments. In fact many have fled communism to get here.  Wait, so because *you* associate the word “communist” with the words “Jew” or “black” or other descriptions of minority groups, you felt the need to tweet this utterly stupid garbage?

We call communists, communists.
We see the roots of CRT, they come from critical theory, which was most certainly created by Marxists. Play your semantic BS games with the dumb dumbs who can’t read because of the amazing public schools that also spout Marxism. Communists see everything through shit-colored glasses.  Take your “everything is racist lenses off” nobody is buying it anymore. Just because you disagree with someone doesn’t make them racist or bigots … Cry racist to the bedwetters, commie. That doesn’t work on us.

Communists use labels like bigotry, anti-semitism, racism, and all the phobias when they can’t defend their desire for total control over other people’s lives. The New Right calls your ideology and labels irrelevant and banished. Be gone.
Comemierda Comunista…Enemy of the People.  Folks that spit on the very nation that has given you so much opportunity. Folks that spend every waking moment thinking of new ways to tear down the very system that has brought prosperity to so many.

Do you ever know the meaning? I really wonder…until you have lived through communism don’t bother to mention you understand. Grew up in former communism and its not pretty. Lack of food or water makes you do crazy things that later you regret.

What a weird reality you live in. “Communist” is code for “jews” and “blacks”???

Bud, this might be hilariously revealing if it weren’t so terrible.  Somebody who thinks that for everyone to be equal, they must repress free speech, force everyone to conform or be fined, jailed or ostracized, tell parents that they are not to question the party line being taught in schools.

image.png
That is a Commie today.  Communists mean you who want to impose your will on people. Authoritarian bastard.  Statists who want to control everything.  A political theory derived from Karl Marx, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities, wages decided by the state. The people are property of the state.  Was this even a serious question. You know what a communist is. To each according to their needs, from each according to their ability. It ends in disaster and requires death to enforce it. That’s why we are against it.

It means communist. Look it up. It is in the dictionary. No matter how hard you try, he said what he said, not how you construe what he said. The left throws NAZI and Fascist around correctly apparently, but a fat faced little communist goblin will define how WE should address them.   It means communist. How intellectually lazy or willfully ignorant are you trying to be?
A white guy said something you don’t agree with, so it has to be taken as “racist”.
It has gotten pathetic: It specifically means that all of the people you support proudly display the Soviet and CCP flag. They proudly call themselves comrade and fellow traveler. Soros funded =/= antisemitism, and its destruction of the United States. Communist means any of the collectivists pushing Marxist ideas. The Antifa dumbasses as well as the ones pushing socialism. CRT is but one of the many forms. The degrowth movement has been rebranded as the green new deal, or climate change.

It means that they worship Satan and lie and cheat like a demon.
How is it anti-Semitic to call out the man’s destructive agenda?

If that’s the case then I guess we can call the squad anti-Semitic correct?
Are You just virtue signaling and understand what the fuck a communist is.

Did you read any history on communism?

People don’t understand quite how immoral this is.
Unrealized gains are effectively imaginary numbers based on the increased “value” of your investments IF YOU LIQUIDATED THEM. They want to tax something that doesn’t even exist.  The idea that future (possible or speculative) income is going to be taxed today is pure Orwellian evil… people need to wake up and understand how this is pure theft by Janet Yellen and the @JoeBiden administration… People don’t understand quite how immoral this is. Unrealized gains are effectively imaginary numbers based on the increased “value” of your investments IF YOU LIQUIDATED THEM. They want to tax something that doesn’t even exist.

If you need any public/Govt cash assistance, all of your retirement funds and stock are held against you as assets, even though not liquidated. In fact, because of Republicans, one has to cash them out and use them up to qualify. It’s their own rules!  These unrealized gains give them enormous power including the access to cash by borrowing money against those unrealized gains. How would you propose to close the tax loopholes so these guys pay their fair share in taxes?

These unrealized gains give them enormous power including the access to cash by borrowing money against those unrealized gains. How would you propose to close the tax loopholes so these guys pay their fair share in taxes?  Taxing unrealized gains on the ultra wealthy is different from taxing unrealized gains on people like you or I. I understand you posturing for political points and you know what you’re doing, but you’re acting like they’ll tax people with $5k in stocks lol If unrealized gains are imaginary, then why are billionaires able to use them as collateral for loans?

I think its fine, make it the same for losses.
That way you avoid the loophole of just keeping all your money invested until you die when the book is closed and no one pays taxes on any of those gains. And you just don’t tax it twice.  These unrealized gains give them enormous power including the access to cash by to borrowing money against those unrealized gains. How would you propose to close the tax loopholes so these guys pay their fair share in taxes?

They really need to look at the loan side rather than the collateral side.
The issue they are trying to address is the “buy, borrow, die” phenomenon where one can accumulate unrealized gains indefinitely. Focus on the loan rather than the collateral assets.   How many times can you tax an unrealized capital gain? Once? Yearly? Monthly? Daily? If you tax something that doesn’t exist would that be like using 0 as a multiplier so the result will be $0? Asking for someone with $599. One could argue “immoral” would be allowing billionaires to use tax loopholes to buy their 10th private jet while

1 in 7 Americans live in poverty … and continue to do nothing about it Man shrugging

A) the rich pay nearly all fed income tax
B) The federal gov’t has been fighting poverty since the New Deal, yet 90 years later 1 in 7 still live in poverty. Is your sol’n really more money & power to a failed gov’t?
C) American’s are the most philanthropic in the world

If the value of assets goes down do people get
a return of taxes paid on phantom valuations?

They also said they wanted to go after millionaires and billionaires by being able monitor accounts above 600$. For all of you who think they won’t come after everyone I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. Think of the boon in revenue if the government gets to be the authority in determining what those arbitrary numbers are. This a huge lever for them to deliver on their equity promise. Their policies won’t lift anyone up, but they’ll sure drive people down to the same level. Regular citizens are already held to this standard. It’s one of the rules for receiving Government cash assistance. If a corp. receives Govt cash assistance, holding them to the same rule. Or, abolish the rule.

Agree. If the government is going to tax paper gains that haven’t been realized and can be very different $ on a daily basis, Investors should demand to deduct unrealized capital loss too.  Except this only applies to 700 people for which money is primarily a medium for keeping score not buying things. It will not apply to “you” or “your future.” I find their greed much more immoral than this policy.

“Oceania has always been at war with Eurasia.” An example of doublethink in George Orwell ‘s novel 1984. The totalitarian government of Oceania is constantly at war with one of the other two totalitarian superpowers that dominate the world: Eurasia and astasia.
The objective is not to win the war, but to maintain a constant state of war in order to keep its citizens under control.

Living With Dementia

For decades, the only dementia story we’ve heard is one of loss and despair.

But there is a new dementia story being told. It is a story of joy and growth.
It is a story being told by people living with dementia, for people living with dementia, who want to disrupt the status quo and tell you that they are still here and their lives have meaning. Across the country people living with dementia and friends are creating opportunities to socialize and reconnect
with their communities through Alzheimer’s Cafes, art and fitness classes, theater and museum outings.
Advocates and researchers are discovering untapped potential for music and arts to engage people considered lost to dementia, as demonstrated in the groundbreaking documentary film Alive Inside that debuted nationally through Dr. Thomas’ first national tour in 2014.
Dr. Bill Thomas will partner again with Alive Inside director Michael Rossatto-Bennett to invite communities to “Disrupt Dementia” and experience a new vision of intergenerational engagement and transformation through the power of music and memory. Watch Alive Inside (2014) – Free Movies | (tubitv.com)  .

Disrupt Dementia documentary film by Rossato-Bennett
Disrupt Dementia is a two-part afternoon workshop that will premiere a new documentary film by Rossato-Bennett, followed by live music from Nate Silas Richardson and international recording artist Samite. The second half of the workshop is currently in the design stage — the process will be iterative and we’re working with Jennifer Carson, Ph.D., a pioneer in the field of authentic partnership research, and Kyrié Carpenter, M.A., anti-ageism activist and counselor, to give voice to and empower people living with cognitive change.
“Inspiring people to disrupt dementia can have a ripple effect in helping them to disrupt aging both personally and in their communities,” Dr. Thomas said. “Disrupting people’s deepest and most ageist fears will change how they feel about their own aging.” Dementia: the Joy of Living an Improvisational Life.

Many recognize the value of improvisation in supporting everyone to live with (perform) dementia in new and more joyful ways.
by, Mary Fridley

In her December 2017 post, “Stealing Hope,”
Anne D. Basting passionately challenges the fear and stigma-inducing “tragedy narrative” that distorts  how people living with dementia are seen within the broader culture. The two of us were especially inspired by Anne’s closing words, “Family members and friends…can learn to shift toward creativity to find emotional connection, to play, to create new moments and experiences together.”
They really resonated, you see, because we are two “developmentalists” who believe that play and performance are key to how human beings continue to grow and develop regardless of age, life circumstance and/or cognitive and physical ability, In fact, we are leading a workshop series, “The Joy of Dementia (You Gotta Be Kidding)” in cities across the country.

We are far from alone.
Across the globe, practitioners, caregivers and patients are embracing play, performance and the arts. Many recognize the value of improvisation in supporting everyone to live with (perform) dementia in new and more joyful ways. As actor and improviser Karen Stobbe has written, “Flexibility, adaptability, courage, spontaneity, listening, generosity, acceptance…are characteristics of an excellent caregiver. They are also qualities of an excellent improvisational performer.”

Improvisation, along with other creative approaches that reawaken connection and joy, are serious challenges to the underlying concepts (individual self, identity, memory, etc.) that shape our understanding of what it means to be human. Rightly or wrongly, in Western culture, it’s primarily our cognitive functioning that is thought to make us human. And this is what people with dementia lose – our ability to think, to reason, to recognize, to remember, to know. We must ask, does our society believe that they have lost what makes them human? Sadly, this is precisely how people living with dementia are too often related to – as people no longer expect to learn and develop, adapt and connect – an expectation as devastating as the loss of memory.

But what if this belief has severely limited our capacity to appreciate the multitude of other ways (creative, physical, poetic, silly) human beings can and do connect all the time? And what if these other ways of relating enable us to deal with the dementia experience – not to mention the increasingly uncertain world in which we are living – with compassion, creativity and growth?

“Development lens” on dementia – Bing video
These are just some of the questions we have been asking over the last five years as we focus a “development lens” on dementia – a journey made more poignant when Susan’s sister was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Mary’s mother passed away from dementia-related complications.

As each of us slowly transformed our relationships with these dear family members, we realized we were drawing on the universal capacity to play, create and connect with those who do not have adult cognitive functioning. We mean babies! Think of how they learn to speak. They babble – they “say” “ga ga goo goo, ba de ba” and adults around them say, “I don’t like broccoli either, but it’s good for you.” Far from treating their babble as nonsense, adults naturally (it seems) take that babble and use it to play “having a conversation,” encouraging babies to play, pretend, imitate and imagine to their heart’s content.
When adults, especially those with cognitive limitations, “babble,” it can be very difficult to see or hear them as offerings to create with. Mostly, their sounds get interpreted (“Mom is crying, so she must mean she is in pain”), or reacted to with anger, frustration and/or great sadness. Rarely are they the source of improvising a conversation or a scene together.

What would it mean to bring this new way of being and seeing to our relationships?
To respond in a way that encourages the joy of discovery and the emergence of creativity?
To embrace the risk-taking and dream-making that is possible when improvisational play is how we do everything in our lives?

Living with dementia will affect a person’s feelings, thoughts and responses.

It is important to recognize and respond to the person’s emotional needs.

6. Understanding and supporting a person with dementia – useful resources | Alzheimer’s Society (alzheimers.org.uk)

The psychological and emotional impact of dementia.

Reactions to diagnosis.
A diagnosis of dementia can have a huge impact on a person’s life. Someone recently diagnosed with dementia is likely to experience a range of emotions. These may include grief, loss, anger, shock, fear, disbelief and even relief.
Some people may struggle to deal with these emotions and they may move between emotions as they adjust. They may feel afraid about the future, scared about moments of confusion and forgetfulness, and upset about the impact dementia has on those around them.
The confirmation of a diagnosis may trigger depression and anxiety in some people. There are a number of talking therapies and – if needed – drug treatments available for depression and anxiety. Lifestyle changes can help too.

Those around the person will also have their own emotional reactions to cope with. It is important that both the person with dementia and the people around them feel able to, and are encouraged to, express their feelings.
Some people experience positive reactions when they receive a diagnosis of dementia. They may be relieved to know what is wrong or be glad to be able to plan ahead. Some may use the experience to re-evaluate their situation and focus on the activities and relationships that make them happy.

Supporting the person’s emotional responses: tips for carer’s

Try to understand how the person with dementia feels & thinks.

Do not dismiss a person’s worries – listen and show them that you are there for them.
Try to enjoy the moment and try not to spend too much time thinking about what the future may or may not hold.

A sense of humor may help, if the time feels right.

I love how people in the 80’s made this so it can sound more futuristic, but instead now when we hear stuff like this, we feel nostalgic and think of the 80’s. Now you hear it and you feel nostalgic, but literally everything in the 80’s looks like they tried to make everything look futuristic, but instead ended up just being nostalgic designs from the 80’s. All the neon bright colors? And for this song, it had many different sound effects that some people will now think of the 80’s when they hear.

Look up “The 30 year cycle” or how culture recycles itself every 30 years. In the 2010’s we were nostalgic for the 80’s. In the 80’s people were nostalgic for the 50’s. In 2040: people will be nostalgic for the 2010’s. People in 1980: This makes me want to be in the 2020’s.
People in 2020: This makes me want to go back to the 80’s 😂
Bohemian Rhapsody is the oldest song in history to ever pass 1.4 billion streams on Youtube. Queen – Bohemian Rhapsody (Official Video Remastered) – YouTube

Emotions and feelings.
People with dementia often experience changes in their emotional responses. They may have less control over their feelings and how they express them. For example, someone may be irritable, or prone to rapid mood changes or overreacting to things. They may also appear unusually uninterested in things or distant.
These changes are often difficult for carer’s to deal with. It can help if carer’s remember that they are partly caused by damage to the person’s brain. Someone may react more emotionally to a situation than might be expected (e.g. by becoming tearful or agitated) because some of their factual memories or ability to think clearly about the situation have declined. It is important to look beyond the words or behavior’s you can see to the feelings that the person might be trying to express. Strong emotions may also be caused by unmet needs. Carers should try to work out what these needs are and meet them where possible.

Confidence and self-esteem.
Dementia may cause people to feel insecure and lose confidence in themselves and their abilities. They may feel they are no longer in control and may not trust their own judgment. They may also experience the effects of stigma and social ‘demotion’ – not being treated the same way by people – as a result of their diagnosis. All of this can have a negative impact on the person’s self-esteem.
Dementia may also have an indirect effect on someone’s self-esteem by affecting other areas of a person’s life. Health issues, financial circumstances, employment status and, importantly, relationships with those around them may suffer.
Some people, however, form new relationships as a result of their diagnosis, through activities such as attending a class or a support group. High self-esteem allows some people to cope better with chronic health conditions.
Supporting the person with dementia to maintain self-esteem: tips for carers
Offer the person plenty of praise and encouragement – celebrate successes and focus on positives.

Avoid harsh criticism or belittling comments.
Ensure people have time to do the activities they enjoy and that give them purpose.
If a person makes a mistake, try to be as supportive as possible.
Help people to maintain existing social relationships and form new ones.
This can be done by facilitating joint activities with friends and family, joining hobby groups and encouraging conversation.

Dr.Dale Bredesen’s  is known for his work in translating his scientific research into effective treatments for Alzheimer’s disease. He is the author of the book The End of Alzheimer’s and the ReCODE protocol – reversal of cognitive decline/

Dementia Reimagined: Building a Life of Joy and Dignity from Beginning to End. Now in paperback, the cultural and medical history of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease by a leading psychiatrist and bioethicist who urges us to turn our focus from cure to care. Despite being a physician and a bioethicist, Tia Powell wasn’t prepared to address the challenges she faced when her grandmother, and then her mother, were diagnosed with dementia–not to mention confronting the hard truth that her own odds aren’t great.
In the U.S., 10,000 baby boomers turn 65 every day; by the time a person reaches 85, their chances of having dementia approach 50 percent. And the truth is, there is no cure, and none coming soon, despite the perpetual promises by pharmaceutical companies that they are just one more expensive study away from a pill.

Dr. Powell’s goal is to move the conversation away from an exclusive focus on cure to a genuine appreciation of care–what we can do for those who have dementia, and how to keep life meaningful and even joyful. Reimagining Dementia is a moving combination of medicine and memoir, peeling back the untold history of dementia, from the story of Solomon Fuller, a black doctor whose research at the turn of the twentieth century anticipated important aspects of what we know about dementia today, to what has been gained and lost with the recent bonanza of funding for Alzheimer’s at the expense of other forms of the disease. In demystifying dementia, Dr. Powell helps us understand it with clearer eyes, from the point of view of both physician and caregiver. Ultimately, she wants us all to know that dementia is not only about loss–
it’s about the preservation of dignity and hope. Tia: 9780735210905: Amazon.com: Books

Born from dying stars, it was sculpted by violent collisions in space. Yet, in an epic journey, this hostile ball of molten rock transformed itself into a nurturing environment.
From it emerged forms of life, none of which have been found anywhere else in the universe.

Tom Brady & Noah Reeb

Tom Brady Shared A Moment With a Young Fan After His Historic Game.

Boy Celebrates End of Brain Tumor Treatment With Ride in Supercar.
The game in which Tom Brady entered NFL history by becoming the first quarterback to pass for 600 touchdowns was special, but it meant the world to one young fan. Nine-year-old Noah Reeb, who came to the game with a sign that read, “Tom Brady helped me beat brain cancer,” met his hero with 33 seconds left in the game. Brady approached the youngster, gave him a Tampa Bay Buccaneers “Crucial Catch” cap (part of the NFL’s month-long campaign to raise cancer awareness) and shook his hand. The little boy, who is from Utah, covered his face with his hands as he dissolved into tears. Reeb’s father, James, wrote on Instagram that it was his son’s “first NFL game” and “a dream come true. Still hard to believe.”

Noah was diagnosed in December 2020 after having severe headaches.
“It’s one of those tragic moments you read about where they turn the screen around and say, ‘You have cancer,’” Jacque Reeb told KSL in Salt Lake City. “And in our case, they turned it around and showed us Noah’s tumor in the center of his head and said he has brain cancer and we need to get him to the hospital today.”
He completed his final round of radiation in July, and scans showed his tumor was gone. Noah will continue to be monitored until he is 18.
“That was really sweet,” Brady said. “Obviously a tough kid, man. It puts a lot into perspective of what we’re doing on the field. In the end, it doesn’t mean much, compared to what people go through. We all try to make a difference in different ways.”

While much of the on-field attention was on No. 12 in Tampa Bay’s
38-3 beatdown of Chicago on — the former Patriots quarterback became the first in NFL history to throw 600 touchdowns — it was a special postgame moment that people are talking about Monday.

A boy named Noah Reeb was captured during the game holding a sign that read “Tom Brady Helped Me Beat Brain Cancer.” After the game Brady approached Reeb hanging over the stands and gave him a Buccaneers hat, shaking his hand and sending the boy — and likely most of North America — into tears.

There was a lot for fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to celebrate following last night’s game against the Chicago Bears. The Bucs 38-3 win wasn’t the only extraordinary thing that happened on the field, and those who watched the game have Tom Brady and one young fan to thank for what transpired. With less than two minutes of play, the famed quarterback went over to the stands to a young fan who beat brain cancer and shared a touching moment neither will likely ever forget.

As seconds ticked by on the clock, the father of three took time to have a sweet exchange with the young fan who’d brought a sign that read, “Tom Brady helped me beat brain cancer.” Upon seeing the sign, Brady went over to the little boy and offered him his Bucs hat. Brady put the cap on the fan’s head and the two shook hands before the little boy began crying.

It was undoubtedly an incredibly meaningful moment for the little boy.
During post-game interviews, a reporter asked Brady what it was like to not only see the boy’s sign but to have that memorable experience with Reeb. Brady said, “that the exchange really put a lot of “perspective” on his job as an athlete and what he and his teammates have accomplished. “That was really sweet. Obviously, tough kid, man. Puts a lot in perspective with what we’re doing on the field; in the end it doesn’t mean much compared to what so many go through,” Brady said. “We all try to make a difference in different ways and I think so many guys commit times to their foundations and to doing good things for the world. And the NFL does a lot of great things, so it’s just nice to – I always think you know do the best that you can do, under any circumstance it was nice to see.”  NFL.com

Taking to Instagram after the sport,
Noah’s father James uploaded a brief clip of the heartwarming second and wrote: ‘Noah’s first NFL sport. A dream came true. Nonetheless onerous to imagine.’

‘Religion & belief in God that no matter what happens for a reason.’
Talking throughout a post-match press convention, Brady spoke in regards to the heartwarming encounter and stated: ‘Places so much in perspective, what we’re doing on the sector. In the long run, it does not imply a lot in comparison with what so many individuals undergo.

Tom Brady first to throw 600 TD passes, Mike Evans mistakenly gives ball to fan | Fox News

In the game itself, wide receiver Mike Evans nearly made the kind of difference that Brady, a man with a notoriously vivid memory for slights, would not have forgotten when he gave away a football he had caught for a touchdown. Within the sport, Tampa defeated the Bears 38-3, with Brady throwing “four” landing passes and star wide receiver Mike Evans scoring, catching Brady’s document cross.

Regardless of historical past having been made,
Fox Information studies that Evans gave away the ball thrown by Brady for his historic 600th landing cross to a fan within the crowd. A member of the Tampa Bay workers reportedly later approached the fan and struck a deal to retrieve the ball – which might be priced as a lot as $500,000, in response to Ken Goldin of Goldin Auctions.

The fan who gave back Tom Brady’s 600th TD ball made a costly decision.

“The Duke” may have looked like a garden-variety official ball, right down to Roger Goodell’s signature, but it was anything but that. It happened to be the football that was the pass that left Brady’s hand and landed in Evans’s for TD No. 600, and Brady later admitted that, while he doesn’t keep a lot of things, the ball was special.
As he sat on the bench after the offense left the field, Evans learned the magnitude of what he had done from Coach Bruce Arians. “I gave the ball away,” a TV camera caught him saying with a look that lay somewhere between Denial of responsibility embarrassment and disbelief.

“I said, ‘You’re going to have to go give that guy two jerseys to get that ball back,’” Arians joked after the game. “I was like, either get two of Tom’s [or two of yours] but you need to get that ball back for him. And he said, ‘Does he really want that ball?’ And I said, ‘I’m betting he wants that ball.’”
The Buccaneers dispatched an official to strike a bargain with the fan, who swapped it for a replacement game ball and $1,000 gift card to the Buccaneers’ team store, according to the Athletic, rather than trying to get what would have been far, far more for it on the resale market.

“[Evans] goes, ‘Man, I’m sorry, man. I’ll get it,’” Brady said. “I said, ‘It’s all right. I’m sure they’ll find a way to get it back.’ But I don’t actually keep too many things so … in that circumstance, I just felt like that might be a good one to keep. He’s going to get something nice in return. So we’ll get him a helmet or a couple jerseys or some other stuff. That was really cool of him to do that.” Evans was in a penitent mood later in the evening.

“Sorry big bro,” he tweeted with a goat and prayer emoji. “Glad that priceless legendary item was retrieved.” Luckily, Brady forgave Evans, targeting him for two more touchdowns in the Buccaneers’ 38-3 victory over the Chicago Bears. The win was numerically significant for another reason. Tampa Bay has scored 162 points through four home games this season, the same number of points that Brady’s New England Patriots scored through the first four home games in the team’s 16-0 regular season run, according to Elias Sports. The Buccaneers aren’t going to duplicate that run. They’ve already lost once, to the Los Angeles Rams. Max explains why his Tom Brady Cliff Theory was wrong once again.

End Time Prophecy 2021

Do you believe that your government has the people’s best interest?

No, they never have.  If they did, all those cargo ships would NOT be stuck out on the coast!   That’s why I don’t get why they are making such a big deal over climate

The Big Reset it’s not about climate – climate provides the cover to tax us to the hilt and control us until the pips squeak, and then some.

Founding Father Wrote The Constitution Based Off Experience.
The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. (1791)] (see explanation)
Second Amendment. A well regulated Militia, the right of the people
to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. (1791)] (see explanation)
Third Amendment [Quartering of Troops (1791)] (see explanation)
Fourth Amendment [Search and Seizure (1791)] (see explanation)
Fifth Amendment [Grand Jury, Double Jeopardy, Self-Incrimination, Due Process (1791)] (see explanation)
Sixth Amendment [Criminal Prosecutions – Jury Trial, Right to Confront and to Counsel (1791)] (see explanation)
Seventh Amendment [Common Law Suits – Jury Trial (1791)] (see explanation)
Eighth Amendment [Excess Bail or Fines, Cruel and Unusual Punishment (1791)] (see explanation)
Ninth Amendment [Non-Enumerated Rights (1791)] (see explanation)
Tenth Amendment [Rights Reserved to States or People (1791)] (see explanation)

Sadly, our Gov’t has devolved to the point where it exists only to serve itself.
The question that needs to be polled in every state so we the people can use our constitutional rights to solve this problem I think the states need to start thinking about this if 2020 elections aren’t fixed. Evidently they don’t have to. This is the definition. The definition of government is the exercise of control or authority over a group of people. … The body with the power to make and/or enforce laws to control a country, land area, people or organization. The “people” are the worker ants to a more complex machine. It needs harmony to run.

Just because gov agencies did horrifying stuff in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s & 10s, and no one was ever held accountable and nothing ever changed except they got bigger and more powerful doesn’t mean they’ll continue to be bad. I’m sure they’re a totally reformed force for good.  I think the government forgot what that position entails. They’ve become too large, too tyrannical, & rife with corruption. (Politics will never get rid of corruption.) It didn’t have to be this way.

Both sides are culpable but one holds the remedy. We The People. We need representation. Additionally, the government was never meant to be spread over every aspect of our lives. When you give someone full control they mind not what matters to you or yours. The best interests of the people should start here at home. Not a checkbook or foreign shithole.

Right here, 🇺🇲.

It’s time “we the people” mandate term limits for EVERY ELECTED POSITION.

From local to national levels. Pouting face
Immediate goals. Everyone should be locally/otherwise creating noise and getting to the reps they back, and demand action or remove them. Period. When they become stale, our duty is to remove them. We are being “governed” by lobbyists, polls and focus groups. Identity Politics by The National Socialists:  I think we are just pawns in their game of power & elite rule. Under Communism the elites always live like kings, the masses absolute abject poverty.

Do you seriously think Pelosi would take the time to even spit on your grave? Doubtful Our present situation in this pathetic country is the answer to that question. The needs of the American people are ignored while they steal taxpayer dollars & consolidate power. It’s all one big uniparty in DC. (never trust the government.) Like Mark Twain said; “always love your country, but love your government only when it deserves it.

No Shot, No Treatment – Happy Pandemic

The NP refused to treat a minor patient diagnosed with sinusitis, ear infection & bronchitis because he wasn’t C-19 vaxxinated. ” – Trendsmap

The NP refused to treat a minor patient diagnosed with sinusitis, ear infection & bronchitis because he wasn’t C-19 vaccinated. A video posted to Twitter on Thursday appeared to show a doctor at an urgent-care facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana, refusing care to a minor with a non-COVID-related condition because he had not been vaccinated.
The video showed a doctor walking away from the child’s mother, who is filming the encounter on her phone, after mentioning “the COVID vaccine” and then threatening to “call 911” and “confiscate your phone.”
According to the mother, “after diagnosing my son with an infection, they’re refusing to give him medication.”
In response to the inquiries of another employee, the doctor says: “I’m sorry, but I am the doctor here. This is our policy . . . she needs to leave.”
As she goes to the front office to ask the receptionist to “call security” and “call 911,” the doctor also expresses the worry that “she’s videotaping everything and she’s going to slander my name.”

“Oh, I will,” the mother responds, “I will give this to whoever I need to.”
According to the Twitter accounts that have posted the video, the facility in question is the RediMed North urgent care, part of the Lutheran Health Network.
The facility requires that visitors “wear your own face mask when coming to any in-office visit,” but while the Lutheran Health Network’s COVID policy recommends vaccination, there is no suggestion that vaccination is required for treatment.
Regardless of whether the doctor was or was not in compliance with the policy, the Kafkaesque absurdity of endangering a child’s well-being to remain in compliance with a politicized agenda drew outrage from conservative critics like journalist Sharyl Attkisson.

According to the CDC, about 500 children under the age of 18 have died of COVID-related causes since Jan. 1, 2020, representing 0.01% of all deaths and 0.85% of all child deaths over the same period of time.
By contrast, during the Obama-era swine flu—in which at least 1,180 children perished—the government imposed no such restrictions on public facilities like schools and hospitals.
Sharyl Attkisson on Twitter: “A child with a non-Covid infection is reportedly denied treatment because he’s not vaccinated for Covid. Endangering his health… for his own safety. (Scientists say kids have near zero statistical risk of harm from Covid). #UpisDown” / Twitter

In late 1944, even as they faced imminent defeat, the Nazis expended enormous resources to kill or deport over 425,000 Jews during the “cleansing” of Hungary. This Oscar-winning documentary, executive produced by Steven Spielberg, focuses on the plight of five Hungarian Jews who survived imprisonment in Auschwitz. Though these survivors recount the horrors they witnessed and endured as a result of the Nazis’ “Final Solution,” their individual triumphs are a testament to hope and humanity. Jwelch5742

Five Jewish Hungarians, now U.S. citizens, tell their stories: before March, 1944, when Nazis began to exterminate Hungarian Jews, months in concentration camps, and visiting childhood homes more than 50 years later. An historian, a Sonderkommando, a doctor who experimented on Auschwitz prisoners, and US soldiers who were part of the liberation in April, 1945, also comment. Most telling are details: Renée packing her bathing suit, Irene swallowing the diamonds her mother gave her to buy bread, Alice’s memorial for her sister Klara, Bill escaping police by jumping into a line of Jews going to Buchenwald, and Tom told by a US soldier to have “all the damn bananas and oranges you can eat.” jhailey@hotmail.com>
