When Catherine Colvin entered into the Solitarius.org Facebook group page she did in a scurry and received 1140 + members attention. She also provided information to check: how bodily functions generate deficiencies of vitamin and minerals. Which could possibly be the “root cause of cancer through Orthomolecular Nutrition.”
Her opinion gave me the incentive to research deeper into her insight of the dreadful disease we all know as cancer. When I re-invited her back into the group after receiving her side of the story. It brought me back to a book that I read: The Life You Want, Get Motivated, Lose Weight and Be Happy which I read to help me lose weight because of the weight gain experienced from inactivity researching for this website.
Inactivity in combination with statin drugs had my liver needing a fix. Eventually pitching those statins in the toilet in favor of less stressing way. Exercise and proper nutrition with 1000 mg Milk Thistle being the answer for my bloating mid section. While during this time in my life…. I learned about the barriers people put up to prevent them from achieving success.
Which Bob Green… writes about in the above mention book and in my opinion could be the reason people get cancer. Orthomolecular Nutrition is deficiencies based on life experiences. It’s part of the human condition with nothing being simple in life and everything interconnected. Messy thoughts lead to more messy thoughts, complicated relationships, deeply imprinted bad habits and disgusting memories of this complicated “stupid” world.
As our human physiological wiring is mixed adding another obstacle to life misery. Almost everybody having achieved anything meaningful in life has overcome some kind of barrier. It becomes a profound illusion that can change your life in a profound way. Whatever it is preventing you from achieving your desired result. It is within this time that you will end up with the confidence, inner drive and positive energy to control that dis-ease in your life. As many people’s minds are closed to the idea that they may find pleasure in a positive change of lifestyle. When it comes to healthy eating and exercise they expect the unpleasant and that in itself will make it beou have come a self – fulfilling prophecy.
As the brain tends to like short cuts, its malleable and when you look at the positive side of things you forget the negative side. People always tend to think that cancer is strictly in the genes. Truth be told one – third comes from poor diet (chemicals in our food and in direct contact with the chemicals we use in the house.)
It’s not enough fruits and vegetables, to much saturated fat, sugar and sodium, and red meat and alcohol. Also it’s being sedentary and/or overweight: while another third is caused by smoking cigarettes/cigars. It can be triggered by negative outlook & emotional state which increase your likelihood of being stressed and craving desserts.
Therefore, overcoming these pulls you have to realize what the strong negative pulls in your life are. While revving your brain to better health. You will have to start changing your long held views and the ways that you talk to yourself and reason things out in your head. To me that is the cancer in you and you better do something about it before it starts eating away in your body.
When a cancer patient hears for the first time they have cancer. I can only imagine what goes through their mind the emotion it steers in them and fear it strikes. A million thoughts and feelings all at one time ~ not to mention the other phrase spoken at the end of the battle. We must let the cancer run it’s course nothing can be done for you.
Since starting my research project some 8 1/2 years ago of gaining insight and ridicule from acquaintance, friends and family members. Lacking the belief in cut, burn and poison because they don’t see successful conclusion.
From a sales person I know, Paulette at a local store whom herself a 25 year survivor of Lymphoma. 1. Every person has cancer cells in their body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. Thereby when doctors tell cancer patients there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime.
3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental pollutes, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract et cetera and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs…. etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However, prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, et cetera are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added making it white in color (A Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.)
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting…. with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells might become starved. (A tip from this John Hopkins Newsletter?) When it comes to soy…. some say it’s bad, some say it’s good, so unless evidence shows that it’s okay, maybe it’s better to avoid having soy altogether. Almond milk is healthier. c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruit helps put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provides live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhances growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (mostly vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. While Green Tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. With regards to water, it is best to drink purified water, or filtered water, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. Refraining from or eating less meat frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. John Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It is just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead. Microwaving actually changes the molecular structure of food. Therefore, Microwaving should never be done by anyone with cancer.
Something strange is happening on the weather fronts anymore here in the United States and it has meteorologist perplex. When we have tornadoes and wind shear we have a lot of it. It’s boom or bust as tornadoes can occur anytime of year. All it takes is the improper conditions.
It varies by location, however, the season runs from spring to mid summer. With the biggest hotspot being Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Florida and Nebraska. In the past few decades the United States has averaged annually about 1,250 tornadoes of all sizes per year. With the days number with at least one significant tornado going down.
But the number of super busy days with 30 or more tornadoes going up. In the 1970’s, they came once every two years or so. Today we get tornado clusters 3 times a year. Studies have shown through computer simulation as the world warms. The U.S. will see slightly more thunder storms providing unstable conditions for tornadoesand hurricanes.
While storminess should increase with the warming surface conditions of earth. Wind shear which provides the rotation and organization for tornadoes are projected to decrease. However, because the wind shear is expected to decline only on certain days. When we have disturbances expect tornado bunching that keeps this weather puzzle going.
With strong upper atmospheric ridges and troughs. One shouldexpect more and more “polar vortexs” in the winter, sizzling days in summer with cooler nights. With air disturbances from those Greenland Blocks, nasty chemtrails, parching droughts causing wildfires and unrelenting snowpocalypses events.
Feeling these long wave patterns could be devastating like a whip being swung in California. With a strong high pressure area that keeps that area parched. Stress can make existing problems worse. In one study about half the participants saw improvements in chronic headaches after learning how to stop the stress-producing habit of “catastrophizing,” or constantly thinking negative thoughts about their pain. Chronic stress may also cause disease, either because of changes in your body or the overeating, smoking and other bad habits people use to cope with stress.
Job strain — high demands coupled with low decision-making latitude — is associated with increased risk of coronary disease. Also other forms of chronic stress, such as depression and low levels of social support, have been implicated in increased cardiovascular risk. Once you’re sick, stress can also make it harder to recover.
Reducing your stress levels, can not only, make you feel better right now, but also, protect your health long-term. In one study, researchers examined the association between “positive affect” — plus feelings like happiness, enjoyment, contentment and enthusiasm — and the development of coronary heart disease over a decade. They found that for every one-point increase in positive affect on a five-point scale, the rate of heart disease dropped by 22 percent.
While the study doesn’t prove that increasing positive affect decreases cardiovascular risks, the researchers recommend boosting your positive affect by making a little time for enjoyable activities every day.
Other strategies for reducing stress include:
Identify what’s causing stress. Monitor your state of mind throughout the day. If you feel stressed, write down the cause, thoughts and your mood. Once you know what’s bothering you, develop a plan for addressing it. That might mean setting more reasonable expectations for yourself or asking for help with household responsibilities, job assignments or other tasks. List all your commitments, assess your priorities and then eliminate any tasks that are not absolutely essential.
Build strong relationships. Relationships can be a source of stress. Research has found that negative, hostile reactions with your spouse causes immediate changes in stress-sensitive hormones. But relationships that can serve as stress buffers. Reach out to family members or close friends and let them know you’re having a tough time. They may be able to offer practical assistance, useful ideas or just a fresh perspective as you begin to tackle whatever’s causing your stress.
Walk away when you’re angry. Before you react, take time to regroup by counting to 10. Then reconsider walking or other physical activities that can also help you work off steam. Exercise also increases production of endorphins, that is your body’s natural mood-booster. Commit to a daily walk or other form of exercise — a small step that can make a big difference in reducing stress levels.
Rest your mind. According to APA’s 2012 Stress in America survey, stressful lives keeps more than 40 percent of adults lying awake at night. To help ensure you get the recommended seven or eight hours of shut-eye, cut back on caffeine, remove any and all distractions from your life. Such as television or computers from your bedroom and go to bed at the same time each night while setting your own biological clock. Research shows that activities like yoga and relaxation exercises, not only, helps reduce stress, but also boost immune functioning.
Get help. If you continue to feel overwhelmed, consult with a psychologist or other licensed mental health professional who can help you learn how to manage your stress effectively. He or she can also help you identify situations or behaviors that contribute to your chronic stress and then develop an action plan for changing them.

I am finding for most in the United States during this depression we live. With our fearless government officials not having a clue to fix and is far worse then they know. At the age of eighteen, he was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma and for those of you who aren’t doctors, this means bone cancer. As a result his right leg had to be amputated to 15 inches above the knee in 1977.When he was in the hospital he saw cancer patients, many of them children and decided to run across Canada to raise $1 million for cancer research.
The idea for the Marathon of Hope came from Terry Fox alone. He trained secretly by running about four thousand kilometers. When he determined he was ready he announced that he would run across the country. He hadn’t even told his family. His original goal was to raise a dollar from every Canadian.
I have only ever seen the CBC version and it showed the human side of Terry including him being angry over a few different things. Things that I would also have been quite angry over, like being accused of not running all the way across Quebec. The man did something that was bigger than life, he deserves to be seen in the same way .
If I recall – He had one companion who drove an old beat up van – they would stop in some small town and no one knew about him – that was at the beginning. And the story grew – Just try an imagine the personal drive and commitment he had inside of him. The pain he endured, he had to have had more personal drive & commitment in one day of running than many people will have in a lifetime.
I think Terry Fox was about as good a human as it is “humanly” possible to be. There are two ways to view someone as a hero. One is the individual view of a hero, and the second is the societies vision of what constitutes a hero, and by individual merritt, both are correct in my view. As individuals, one might regard someone a bonafide hero if he saved your life, or someone in your family.
There are also people like Terry Fox, who created something bigger than himself, while not trying to create an annual event, all he was doing was drawing attention to a problem. Terry Fox also displayed the attributes of a genuine person. As Terry Fox created the Marathon of hope and he ran until his cancer came back and drove him out of that event and killed him.
Thereafter, Steve Fonyo is viewed as someone who took up Foxes’ run, but perception views him as an opportunist who’s actions did not display those of a role model. Steve Fonyo didn’t have the strong mental approach to life that Terry Fox had, he also tried to mimic what Terry Fox did, but unfortunately his poor character got in the way, he was not the first, and didn’t match up to the ‘first’.
Being the fact Steve Fonyo is a fellow Hungarian has nothing to do with the reasoning. Steve Fonyo on the other hand was both stupid and irresponsible. True he ran across the country, and he was given numerous chances to get around his drinking and his drug problems. He was even awarded the Order of Canada, but he persisted in drinking and driving and he ended up in jail.
Although,Steve Fonyo did finish the cross country run, he never caught the imagination of the people like Terry Fox. I really don’t think Terry Fox intended to be a hero. Thereby, heroism is coined in the reflection of events and also nominees usually get that title when their actions weren’t for self gratification. Steve Fonyo looked very much like someone in need of self gratification and promotion.
People they can’t just reach and grab everything off the shelf, use it and expect to heal. By itself High Dose Intravenous vitamin C works… Budwig same thing. In July 2009, I was diagnosed with breast cancer over the phone. I remember arguing with the pathologist that some horrible mistake must have happened. It wasn’t true because I could not have breast cancer. Unfortunately it was true and my journey was just beginning. A lumpectomy followed and I was given the diagnosis invasive ductal carcinoma and triple negative breast cancer grade 3 with micromets in one lymph node.
Of course the recommended course was chemotherapy and radiation. I refused to have the chemotherapy and was not sure about the radiation treatment. I felt I must research everything thoroughly to make sure my decisions that I made were the right decisions. My heart knew what I was about to embark upon and that was naturopathic medicine. I felt that traditional medicine was not the right path for me at that time.
I called naturopaths and asked what my diet should be and the answer was plant food. I also talked with several naturopaths and found in my state they gave vitamin c infusions which they started immediately every week. Without 3 weeks of my lumpectomy another lump serviced. Another biopsy showed it to have cancer cells at the margin. My surgeon was also upset that I hadn’t done chemo or radiation and wanted me to have a mastectomy.
After flying to Phoenix and having more naturopathic treatment I decided to have the third surgery to see if there was any more cancer. The results showed no cancer. I contacted a naturopathic oncologist in Scottsdale, Arizona and had an integrative protocol while going through radiation. My protocol was powerful and I suffered no side effects and felt strong.
Since that time I have been under the naturopathic oncologist’s care and my blood work up is excellent. My natural killer cells are at a good level and all blood work shows normal ranges. I exercise 5x a week, lift weights, do kettle bell training, eat plant food, reduce my stress by gamma brain wave cd’s and loving my second life. I also suffered zero side effects. I am alive and well and did not lose my left breast.

Within my Facebook friends list: I learned another impressive experience from Doris Parreno of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is the first blog post I talked openingly about a product, however, this warrants consideration?

After having some cramping in my stomach, having a little blood come from my nose on a regular basis and feeling pretty tired on a daily basis where I felt like a needed a nap and sometimes the nap lasted a couple of hours, I decided to go to doctor for a routine physical. I did mammogram and in November, 2011 was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, Triple Positive, Estrogen Positive, High Grade 3, DCIS, Invasive, Aggressive Carcinoma.
I was sure there had been a mistake because I was always relatively healthy, never smoked or drank and never thought I would get cancer. After several opinions, it was not a mistake and I was prescribed a very heavy treatment including Lumpectomy, Chemotherapy, Radiation, Herceptin and Tamoxifen for 5 years. I did get the lumpectomy!!! As the rest of the treatment was all so very scary considering it was referred to as “preventive treatment”.
I knew that treatment was going to knock me out, potentially to kill me or cause more problems in my body and immune system. I figured if this is what I need to do then I may just have to do it. Before my scheduled chemo date, I did a lot of research as to various options but was hesitant to try anything else because I figured the hospitals know best. In the process of my research, I also heard Suzanne Somers talk about ‘chemo sensitivity test’.
I thought it all made sense “if ” I have to do chemo I better do that test. So I did the test and the discovered that the chemo I was going to be given had a very high chance of not working. I have seen friends go through ‘chemo’ that did not work; and it could have been recipe for disaster. So, I asked oncologist if I could have the chemo that was going to work based on the chemo sensitivity test.
She told me that they do not customize treatment for patients and what I was offered is what I would have to take. I was petrified at my potential future. The test also offered alternative therapies, that were non toxic, and seemed to work for the circulating tumor cells that I had. I didn’t have choice but to go the alternative route. As soon as I started to follow that route I started to get better.
In 1 month my area of inflammation went down 75% and my numbers improved; so it was working and didn’t have to compromise my immune system. I now also had a lot more energy. I went through a very intense program to fight the battle with cancer…. intense IV therapy, supplements, needles, German acupuncture, Gerson Therapy and essential oils.
I did everything it would take to get better. It was not easy and a full time job, I just knew I had to drop everything when death was staring me in the eyes.
One year after my diagnosis, I can say that I am on my way to full healing. This has been a very costly and self-sacrificing journey, but one worth it for the quality of life… I was able to carry on, with no toxic side effects. I heard about the oils and put a couple of drops here and there, clearly I was not using the right dosage, once I bought Terry’s program I began to understand how cancer worked and the right dosage but was reluctant to depend on the “oils,” it just sounded too good to be true.
I started to tell some other girls at the clinic where I was going about the oils and they got on them right away full force (now that I knew the right dosage) needless to say in 5 weeks one of the girls tumor in her ovaries totally disappeared and the other lady her circulating tumor cells went to normal after 2 months on the oils and Terry’s programs. As I started to take the oils more seriously, after 2 months of the sacred frankenscense and the raindrop I was pretty much cancer free and started to save money and make money… thank you!
My Protocol
I can share my 7 Step Program with others:
Get a thermography (at right place – to see where I was at and to monitor progress) (Dr. Zoya Voitenko is great source for this.)
Get circulating tumor cell test and nk test and protols that would best treat those CTC’s and to monitor progress of treatments(seems can detect cancer even before tumor is present)
Get PH Strips to monitor Acidity/alkaline levels in body (at health food store costs approx. $15)
Get extensive blood work done to identify exactly where you are at
Take care of dental issues and have silver fillings removed by IOAMT approved dentist…. I did it at a place but it is important to deal with any bacterial issues in mouth…this looks like a good place….
