Chronic Inflammation Cancer Risk

    Various causes are known to produce chronic inflammation in your body. Researchers  at Ohio University  in Athens, Ohio have discovered  when they asked,  participants  in a study  to  dwell  on stressful events ~ their levels of  C – Reactive protein increased.  In this study,  that included  34  participants half of the group were asked to contemplate a speech they had to give; while the other half were told to  focus on a neutral activity like getting groceries.

   Than the researchers  went ahead  and drew blood samples showing the  levels  of  C – reactive protein, while  the  blood  samples  were  significantly  higher in the subjects ask to dwell on the speech.  For those participants the levels  of  C- Reactive protein  continued  to  rise  for  at  least  one hour after the speech.  Whereas during that same time  frame the markers returned to starting levels  for those that were told to  focus on mundane activity.

    Signaling the highly sensitive C – reactive protein marker  produced by     the liver  as  part of  the immune system’s  initial inflammatory response to trauma’s, injuries and infections in the body. Therefore, the immune system plays  and important role in various cardiovascular disorders,  as well as in cancer,  dementia  and auto immune  diseaseAs chronic inflammation can and  is being associated  with various disorders  and  conditions of  it’s your health.

   An  example  of  chronic  inflammation  negative  implications,  is  that           Dr. Daniel Egan believed he was living a fairly healthy lifestyle, and at 46 years old.  He wasn’t over weight, liked to mountain bike  and hiked in the  Wasatch Mountains  near  his  home  in Utah.  However,  feeling  fatigued, lacking  energy  and  sometimes  feeling  depressed;  Dr.  Egan  decided  to  give  himself  a high sensitive C – Reactive protein test (hsCPR test)  which would measure inflammation in his body.

Insights Into Paradoxical Q

   If  Stress  can cause Palmar Hyperhidrosis than what impact does it       play on your health.  Recently much has been reported about stress, it’s relationship to depression  and also suppression of  the immune system. While increasing your chance of  becoming ill  or altering the course of        an illness if  you already have illness.  Feeling depressed  ( pessimistic,  hopeless and helpless) is a common reaction to stress/belly  fat?

    With Professor Anil Sood  of   M.D. Anderson Cancer Center,  Houston           Texas.  Speaks  about  the  research  into  human ovarian cancer cell lines   and tumor specimens indicating stress hormones, especially epinephrine and  norepinephrine can contribute to tumor progression  and metastasis      in patients with ovarian cancer. The data indicates targeting these stress hormones, signaling pathways that might be of  benefit to cancer patients    as is glutamine metabolism  is crucial  for cancer cell growth.

A Stark Contrast In Cancer Rates

     Solitarius  isn’t so much  about telling you what to do… as much as   putting  out  the  options  for  you  to  beware  of…. with  a stop  in Brazil.     With some in the world,  Brazil means the World Cup  0r Olympic Games   and with others it might mean…. stopping in Brazil at the world renown Faith Healer… John of  GODWhom  Lisa Melman tried before her death while telling how she went to see him and brought back that malignment tumor with her  from the trip  ~  Gabrielle Bernstein!!!!

   While still 0ther the0ries support that more n’ more Brazilians think vegetarian lifestyle  might be the answer  to chronic disease.  With  only   one negative being to a vegetarian diet being that thyroid cancer is ever increasing and some experts suspect.  That  without  meat  consumption  it  is  important  to  figure  out  ways  to  get  B-12,  selenium  and  iodine        into your diet because 0f  this paradox.

    A  friend of  this  website  (Anisha S.)  states,   vegetarians live longer     than carnivores and a vegetarian diet reduces the risk of  chronic disease compared  to  food  with  meat.  Science  has  proven  that consumption of  red  meat  protein  in  excess  is  related  to  a higher risk 0f  heart disease.     If  you’re  part 0f  the  team  that  does not give up  the daily consumption      of  red meat. You should do a research alert   for your good health.

     A  study  0f  Cancer Hospital  0f  San Paulo,  has  confirmed  that  the     relationship  between longevity  and vegetarian diet.  Some  evidence  has  suggested consumption  0f  red meat  could increase the risk 0f  mortality.      The research involved the analysis 0f  more than 10,000 men  and women, separated  into  five  groups:  non – vegetarians,  semi  –  vegetarians,  and also  vegetarian whom consume  fish  and seafood,  ovo – lacto vegetarian (who consume dairy product  and eggs)  and also vegans who exclude all animal product.

   These study participants were  followed  for six years,  and during this     period the experts  found  2,570 deaths among volunteer,  and vegetarian had a death rate 12% lower that the carnivores. The results showed that a vegetarian  diet  without  animal  fat  is  associated  with  a  lower  risk  of  chronic disease.  Such as metabolic syndrome X,  hypertension,  diabetes, ischemic heart disease and mortality  from renal disease.

     In men  the  results  were even more  favorable,  this  group  comprised       of  vegetarian older people, better educated  and many married.  According  to the researchers they drank less alcohol, smoked less, exercised more and  were leaner than meat eaters.  A previous study supports  that  vegetarians, tend  to  weigh  less  than  meat  eaters  and  vegans  are  even  leaner  than vegetarians.

   Vegetarians  has  gained  many supporters  seeking power by avoiding      the consumption 0f  animal  fat,  mainly saturated  fat  from red meat thus reducing  the  risk  0f  heart  disease, cholesterol  and triglycerides,  whose always include red meat in their diet and may have difficulty to totally cut fat  from their menu.  Therefore  many people chose the less restrictive diet called,  semi – vegetarian  with no more than three meals a week with meat in their diet.

Awakening The Mind Around You

     Cancer  is  any  disease,  which  normal cells  are  damaged  and  do  not undergo programmed cell death  as  fast  as they divide via mitosis.  It’s all about adapting  to carcinogens  in  a  toxic world that increases our risk of cancer. By altering cellular metabolism or damaging DNA directly in cells, which  interferes…. with biological processes and induces the uncontrolled malignant division,  thereby,  ultimately leading to malignant tumors.

    Usually severe DNA damage leads to apoptosis,  but  if  the programmed      cell  death  pathway  is  damaged.  Then the cell  can not prevent  itself  from becoming  a  cancer  cell.  Therefore,  a  carcinogen  is  any  toxic  substance, radionuclide  or  radiation  that  is  an  agent,  directly  involved  in  causing cancer.  This  may be  due  to  the  ability  to  damage  the  genome  or  to  the  disruption of  cellular processes.

     Several radioactive substances are considered carcinogens,  however, their  carcinogenic  activity  is  attributed  to  that  radiation,   for example gamma rays and alpha particles ….which they emit. Common examples of  non –  radioactive carcinogens  are  inhaled  asbestos,  certain dioxins and tobacco smoke.  Although the public associates carcinogens with synthetic chemicals, natural  and synthetic substance that causes cancer as well.

     The natural carcinogens include  a whole list  with some  of  the  more extreme being aflatoxin B1,  certain  viruses  such  as Hepatitis B  and  the Human  papilloma  virus  having been shown  to cause cancer in humans. Dioxins and dioxin like compounds,  benezene,  kepone, EDB and asbestos  all have been classified as carcinogenic. Along with benzo [a] pyrene  and nitrosamine, such as  nitrosonornicotine  and  reactive aldehyde;  such as formaldehyde  which  is  used  in  embalming  fluid,  making  plastic  and other household chemicals.

    In  1991,  there was a lawsuit in Oklahoma concerning a hospital’s use        of  a microwave oven to warm blood needed in a transfusion. It seems the nurse had warmed the blood in a microwave oven  in a case involving hip surgery  and Norma Levitt  death  from  a  simple  transfusion. Therefore, proving microwaving alters blood  and radiation ‘heating’ may have also changed the composition of  blood.

     It’s also an unknown that people whom process  food in a microwave  oven are ingesting the unknown  (especially popcorn.)  Because the body    is  electrochemical  in  nature  and  any   force   that  disrupts   or changes human  electro – chemical events  will  effect  the  physiology  of  the  body. Rattle Their Collective Chain

     Back  in  July 2013,  I  wrote  two  blog  post  on  back  to  back  days,   Internet Cancer Mentors  and  Cancer Etiology.  Which detailed doctors          I  found  on  the  internet  with  different  outlooks  on  how  to  treat  this dreadful disease.  However,  in this blog post I would like to expound on  that list  and  write about doctors with insight on how to quite possibly prevent chronic disease or cope better with side effects from treatment.

    Realizing  cancer  doesn’t  have  to  be  a  freight train to death…. she          viewed  it  as  a catalyst  for change,  life has an ending  we’re all going to    die  and we can’t allow a cancer diagnosis hold us back  from doing what    we need to do to complete our mission. With 200 to 300 cases of her type cancer each year, she forgets she has cancer and just goes on doing what  she needs to do to be labeled a cancer survivor!

    In  October 1981,  when  Dodie  Osteen’s  symptoms  began  to  appear       she thought nothing about them. Little did she realize by late November, and  than  on  December 10th.  She  would  be  diagnosed  with  metastatic liver cancer with an orange size tumor and “zero chances”  of  living pass      a  few weeks.  However,  she  left  the  Texas  Medical  Center  at  St. Lukes Hospital  in Houston,  Texas driven to succeed….   Healing News!!

Alkalinity and Cancer Prevention

    There is no scientific literature  establishing benefit of  an alkaline diet    for the prevention of  cancer at this time. The human body has an amazing ability to maintain  a steady pH  in the blood  with the main compensatory mechanisms being renal and respiratory.      Life on earth  depends on appropriate pH levels  in  and  around living organisms  and  cells.  Human life requires a tightly controlled pH level in the serum of  about 7.4 (a slightly alkaline range of  7.35 to 7.45) to survive. When it comes  to pH levels  and  net acid load  in  the  diet,  there  has  been considerable  change  from  the  hunter  gather  civilization  to  present day and the industrialized (last 200 years) revolution.

    In those years there has been a decrease in potassium (K) compared to sodium (Na)  and  an  increase in chloride  compared to bicarbonate  found   in the diet. The ratio of  potassium to sodium has reversed, K/Na previously it was 10 to 1,  whereas,  the modern diet  has ratios of  1 to 3.  It is generally accepted  humans today have a diet low in magnesium,  potassium,  as well as selenium  and  fiber.

   While being rich in saturated  fat,  meat protein,  simple sugars,  sodium and  chloride  as  compared to  back  in  time.  This results in a diet that may induce metabolic acidosis.  Which is mismatched  to genetically determined nutritionally deficiencies,  and  with  aging,  there is a gradual loss of  renal  acid – base  regulatory  functions.  As  a resultant increased in diet induced metabolic acidosis  in the modern diet.

     A low carbohydrate  ( fruit  &  vegetable)  high protein diet of  meat has increased acid loads resulting in a very high pH acid load. While producing many  changes  in  urinary  chemistry:  urinary magnesium levels,  urinary citrate levels with also decreased pH levels  and increased urinary calcium, undissociated uric acid  and phosphate levels.

   The pH levels in your body may vary immensely and considerable  from  one area to another with the highest acidity being in the stomach (with pH levels of  1.35 to 3.5)  to aid in digestion  and  protect  against  opportunistic microbial organisms.  However, even in the stomach, the layer just outside the epithelium is quite basic to prevent muscosal injury.

    It  has  been  suggested:   that  decreased  gastric  lining  secretion  of bicarbonates  and a decreases  in the alkaline/acid secretion  in duodenal ulcer patients  may  play  a  significant  role  in duodenal ulcers.  The skin, however,  is quite acidic (pH 4 – 6.5) provides an acidic mantle place or as      a protective barrier to the environment against microbial over growth.

Protein Synthesis 0f Healthy Cells

    Cancer is evolutionary  in everybody as our cells are involved in a continuous process of  breakdown and regrowth that’s essential to life. During this process  that can  be likened to self – cannibalism, whereas     protein  within the cells are broken down  into  their  own  component amino  acids. Which  act  as  the building blocks  for their own growth and  renewal of  cells ensuring a proper synthesis of  protein.

   Serious  disease  may also result  from a disruption of  this renewal process.  This is the case with cancerwhereas,  cancerous  cells  grow quickly  as the ability of  the cells to digest themselves is compromised.          It  has  been determined that insulin growth  factor – 1  (molecules that stimulate  and  regulate cellular growth)  stimulates  the  synthesis  of       new proteins as part of  their role  in  promoting cell growth  and  also division of  new cells.     HOW cells make protein?    Insulin et cetera!

     Therefore,  a  team  of  researchers  led  by  Professor Barry Posner              of  McGill  University’s  Division  of  Endocrinology  ~  Metabolism  and        the  Research Institute of  the  McGill University Health Centre.  For the    first time have been able to show  that in order to assure the on ~ going supply of amino acids needed  for new protein synthesis. Growth factor  stimulates  a coordinated  or  regulated increase  in protein breakdown within cells to generate  free amino acids.

    This recycling of  amino acids ensure that cells are being optimally   adapted  to  their  environment.  It’s  a bit like building a house, as they           use materials they must assure that new material be supplied or they’ll        be  depleted.  Researchers  have  shown  that  insulin  growth  factor – 1 promotes  an  increase  in  acidification  within  the  cells,  and  it’s  this  increased acidification  that increases protein breakdown  that  is  also  essential to the recycling of  amino acids within healthy cells. However         to much acidification may not be a good thing!

Cancer Cell Micro Evolutionary Hypothesis

    One of  the  primary  functions of  epithelial tissues is protection             that’s equilavent to a  flexible armor plating  for the body.  New cells             are constantly growing  to replenish older ones,  and in doing so like           the skin,  a  layer of  keratinized cells  act  as  an  additional layer of   protection.  As the body’s  first line of  defense, the epithelium is also         very sensitive to potential threats. http://www.what-is-cancer.com/

    Which  explains  why  85%  of  all  cancers  originates  from  the      epithelial tissues  and cells when the immune system can’t  fight off            these  enemy  invaders.  Epithelial cells  all  over  the  body are also   vulnerable  to  this  damage  from  variety of  sources,  and they can  potentially develop cancers  and  abnormalities.  Because  they  are  designed to replicate rapidly,  therefore,  if  an error in duplication        arises it can spread to neighboring cells resulting in cancer.

   Their are different types of  epithelial cells: basal cell are  found                     in the skin, squamous cell cover the surface of  the mouth, skin and esophagus  (airways).  Adeno cell  form the lining of  all the glands, including the breast,  bowel,  stomach,  ovaries,  prostate,  whereas, urothelial  (transitional)  cells lining the bladder.  Sums up  the list                 of  cancers effected  from the transition of  the epithelial cells.

    Most solid tumors will arise  from epithelial cells which normally             stick  together  in  tightly bound sheets  while  providing  structural foundations of  many organs.  In principle,  epithelial cells  lack  the      ability to escape those bonds and wriggle  and  jostle their way into     nearby cells,  tissues  and  other organs or even into the circulatory     system.

    Yet somehow cancerous epithelial cells also known as cancerous              cells ~ do end up in other areas of  the body, and the outcome is often         dire strait.  Metastatic tumors  are responsible  for the vast majority              of  cancer  associated  deaths.   Over  the  past  decade,  accumulating evidence has shown that epithelial tumor cells undergo an important change  transforms  them  into  migratory  mesenchymal  cells. 

     While some researchers  now  believe  this  conversion  known as     epithelial – to – mesenchymal – transition, 0r EMT, does explain how  epithelial tumor cells  escape  their  primary  residence  in the breast,          for instance and travels to the liver,  lung  or bone marrow  et. cetera. recently,  the  role  of  EMT  in  cancer  has  come  under  even  greater scrutiny.

     According  to Dr. Cedric Garland of  the University of  California,              San Diego Moores Cancer Center  in nearly all breast cancer patients. Vitamin D  affects the structure  of  your epithelial cells,  whereas,  the       glue like substance called E – cadherin. Comes apart if  you don’t have adequate vitamin D  and  those  cells do what they are programmed to          do… go  forth  and multiply. Therefore,  if  the  cell  proliferation  gets         out control….  you may end up with cancer. 

      It’s  amazing  how  quickly  adequate  levels of  vitamin D  can  be    restored by sunlight.  Just 6 days of  casual sunlight exposure  without       sun screen can make up for 49 days of  no sunlight exposure. Body  fat      acts  like a  kind  of  storage battery  for  vitamin D. During periods of  sunlight,  vitamin D  is  stored in  fat deposits  and  then released when sunlight  is gone.  Nevertheless, vitamin D deficiency is more common       than you might expect. 

    Because of  the evidence linking  the process to the  formation of                       so – called  cancer  stem  cells,  that’s explained by Dr. Suresh Mohla, associate director of  NCI’s Division of  Cancer Biology  and program director of  the DCB’s  Tumor  Micro  Environment  Network  (TMEN) program.  Cancer stem cells, he notes, have been strongly associated         with resistance to treatment and disease recurrence. Because cancer      stems cells multiple slower they’re are often disguised and  untected              by chemotherapeutic regimes.

Cancer Cascade

    Throughout my last 7 1/2 plus years of  working out the specifics                  of  Solitarius.org.  I always got excited  when I would gain another          piece of  the cancer puzzle. When I  first seen Dr. Ron Hunninghake                at the Riordan Clinic in Wichita Kansas video, What Really Causes       Cancer and How To Prevent It (I  thought  OMG.) Within his video             which he offers insight that cancer is a sustain injury over time.

   Due in part…. to cumulative physical, chemical, biological and      emotional damage.  When you have chronic cellular injury which generates  chronic inflammation, intensified oxidative stress with               free radical damage.  That makes  it impossible  for DNA to repair             itself  provoking  a  cascade  of  problems becoming unrepairable                   as cancer is the natural evolution of  our body.

      Chronic inflammation  is  signaled  in  by  the cytokines of  the        immune system  to  help  fight off  infections,  bacteria,  and germs               that  aide with wound healing.  Thereby,  it’s  this  imbalance over               long periods of  time causing oxidative stress and  further damage                    to  the DNA.  This  DNA damage  occurs when healthy cells depend                     on  nutrients,  and  when  these  nutrients  aren’t  present  sustain     oxidative stress occurs.

    This sustain oxidative stress  occurs  while  further  damage to                  DNA mitochrondria  occurs  reducing energy into the cell.  It’s this   imbalance over time that causes oxidation  and  further damage to             even  more  DNA.   Therefore  with  further nutrient reserves  being  inadequate or depleted  ( folic acid,  selenium,  vitamin C) and the damage can not be reversed  or repaired.

    With this damage being present:  the  cytokines  in  the  immune            system intensifies the inflammatory response in a desperate sweep              all attempt  to  address  the mounting oxidative stress  that becomes             out  of  control.   If  this  out  of  control  immune  response  which  is     capable of  injurying  the  p53 suppressor gene is damaged than the       cancer embedded within is capable of  growing out of  control.

    This  creates  higher  oxidative  stress…. with  greater  amounts                        of  cancer cells  dividing. Thereby,  producing  perpetual replications                 of  mutated DNA, while losing their ability  to repair themselves even  further. Producing the likelihood that cancerous cells redifferentially        back to normal healthy cells  and  apoptosis  won’t  occur.  Malignant    cancer cells are selfish in their own right, while also producing their         own blood supply.

     While  seeking  sugar,  requiring “no Oxygen”  (turning anerobic)    thereby living in their own environment.  While metabolic toxins build, accumulate  and  transform the cancer site  into  a non – healing wound.      With  Dr.  Steven  Hickey  micro – evolutionary  hypothesis  stating  that damage cells divide rapidly, errors result while natural selection moves primitive cells into a striving to survive mode.

    Mutli – cellular organisms  have  complex signaling  and controlled mechanisms that are subject to damage when things go awry. Thereby, damage cells  revert  to signal cell  “anerobic cells”   with many survival tactics  that involve competition rather than cooperation.  Conventional Medicine ~ see’s the problem as a way to increase oxidation through the    use  of   radiation  and  chemotherapy  which  induces  apoptosis  while killing the cancer cells it damages the DNA of  healthy cells.

    Furthermore generating more oxidative stress while hampering the wounds ability to heal and damaging the p53 gene that has the potential     to turn off  the cancer naturally. While  Dr. Hunninghake  uses a reverse strategy of  antioxidants nutritients  to support a pro oxidant procedure      of  vitamin C therapy.  While  other leading institutions  also  jump onto    the vitamin C bandwagon in The United States as well

The Placebo Effect

   The Placebo Effect:  nothing positive comes  from negative thoughts and you have  to do what you  feel  is right  for you.  Body,  Mind  and Spiritual,  The Body Heals With Play, The Mind Heals With Laughter and Spirit Heals With  “Joyous Occasion.”   You  gain  health  because  you  believe  you  will  and  over n’ over  again  research  shows.  That a raw vegan diet  will  help cancer patients overcome their trials and tribulations.    Therefore let’s take a look at the scientific explanation  “why”  this may      be the case. Forget cooked,  if  you want healthy go raw, and the key word here is raw,  anything cooked  or heated above 118 degrees and  processed may make you sick.  I myself,  I’m not vegan  or  vegetarian  and eat small portions  of  meat each day  and  since  doing  so  have  had  a  tremendous improvement in my well being and quality of  life.

   Perhaps even worse than cooking  food is consuming process  food with    all the extra chemicals and additives, sugar and salts that’s blended which makes them addictive and harmful in our diets today. Most  foods are also becoming  increasingly  tampered  with  both  chemically  and  genetically. while people are also growing less and less of  there own in gardens. While people  of  yester-year  always  ate  healthier  as  grand mum  always  said, “you must be sure to eat your greens.”
