CHAMPIONS

I love that word “CHAMPION.” In some way, shape, or form, we all want to be a champion, don’t we?

Winners Vs. Losers:
When a winner makes a mistake, he says, “I was wrong.”

When a loser makes a mistake, he says, “It wasn’t my fault.”

A winner works harder than a loser and has more time.

A loser is always “to busy” to do what is necessary.

A winner goes through a problem;

A loser goes around it, and never gets past it.

A winner makes commitments. A loser makes promises
A winner says, “I’m good but not as good as I ought to be.”

A loser says, “I’m not as bad as a lot of other people.”

A winner listens. A loser just waits until his turn to talk.
A winner respects those who are superior to him and
tries to learn something from them.

A loser represents those who are superior to him and
tries to find chinks in their armor.

A winner feels responsible for more than his job.

A loser says, “I just work here.”

A winner says, “There ought to be a better way to do it.”

A loser says, “That’s the way its always been done.”

Physical Stature Human height is the distance from the bottom of the feet to the top of the head in a human body, standing erect. It is measured using a stadiometer,[1] usually in centimeters when using the metric system,[2][3] or feet and inches when using the imperial system.[4][5] In the early phase of anthropometric research history, questions about height techniques for measuring nutritional status often concerned genetic differences.[6] Height is also important because it is closely correlated with other health components, such as life expectancy.[6]

Studies show that there is a correlation between small stature and a longer life expectancy. Individuals of small stature are also more likely to have lower blood pressure and are less likely to acquire cancer. The University of Hawaii has found that the “longevity gene” FOXO3 that reduces the effects of aging is more commonly found in individuals of a small body size.[7] Short stature decreases the risk of venous insufficiency.[8]   Whatever Dustin Pedroia lacked in physical stature he more than made up for in every other way | RSN (nbcsports.com)

Never give up…on anything! It’s Madness…. To hate all roses, because you got scratched by one thorn. To give up all your dreams, because one did not come true. To lose faith in prayers, because one was not answered. To give up on your efforts, because one of them failed. To condemn all your friends, because one of them betrayed.

Sense of Urgency, Sacrifice and Discipline: Practice Makes Perfect.

Arnold Schwarzenegger stated in his rules to success saying that you need to sacrifice your free time, your play time and to have the discipline to work hard on your goals. When you spend time partying and enjoying your fun time, someone out there is working hard to get to the place where you want to go. It may not be easy, but if you have the passion, things can be exciting for you. FEEL THE PRESSURE EMBRACE THE EXCELLENCE!!!
