“Rugged,” Old Hag

All About ‘Old Hag’ Syndrome or Sleep Paralysis (healthline.com)

“Old hag” syndrome is just a colloquial name for sleep paralysis, a common sleep disruption. Though many cultures explain this phenomenon using supernatural terms,
it’s actually a timing misstep in your sleep cycle.

It happens when your mind wakes up while your body is still in the temporary
paralysis of REM sleep cycle.…During an episode of sleep paralysis, you may feel trapped.
You may see or hear hallucinations. While the experience can be frightening, it’s not dangerous to your health.

Brian Sicknick, a United States Capitol Police (USCP) officer, died on January 7, 2021, after having two strokes one day after he responded to an attack on the U.S. Capitol.[1]  The District of Columbia chief medical examiner found that Sicknick died from stroke, classifying his death as natural[a] and additionally commented that “all that transpired played a role in his condition.”[3][1][4] His cremated remains were laid in honor in the  Capitol Rotunda on February 2, 2021, before they were buried with full honors at Arlington National Cemetery.[5]

Multiple media outlets reported Sicknick’s death was due to injuries he sustained, but months later the Washington D.C. medical examiner reported there were no injuries to Sicknick.[3] Within a day after his death, the U.S. Capitol Police and the U.S. Justice Department each said that his death was due to injuries from the riot.[6][7][8] Meanwhile media, citing two anonymous law enforcement officials, incorrectly reported for weeks that Sicknick had died after being struck in the head with a fire extinguisher during the unrest.[3][9][10]
Brian Sicknick’s death was investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department‘s Homicide Branch, the USCP, and the FBI.[7] On March 14, Julian Khater and George Tanios were arrested for assaulting Sicknick with a chemical spray and for other charges.[11] The medical examiner found no evidence that Sicknick had an allergic reaction to the chemical spray.[3] Prosecutors later said on April 27 that the chemical spray was pepper spray.[12] Neither of the two men have been charged with causing Sicknick’s death.[1][13][14]

“Jan. 6 started as a peaceful protest that became unruly and at times violent,” says Jack Thomas Smith. “But it was not an insurrection. The protesters didn’t eek to overthrow the government and did not bring firearms into the Capitol.”
Smith notes that acts of violence did occur and says the film makes clear that the people who committed crimes that day “should be held accountable for their actions.”

But he also adds that these protesters are entitled to due process.
“The mistreatment of the Jan. 6 detainees is outrageous,” he said. “Day of Outrage”

“They are being treated worse than terrorists in Gitmo,” Smith said.

Hormonal Imbalances & Cancer

Hormone imbalance happens when the chemical levels in your body are out of alignment.

Specifically, Women’s Health: 25 Hormone Imbalance Symptoms and Signs (onhealth.com) can contribute to acne, gynecological issues, breast and reproductive cancers.
The hormones inside of you exist in perfect levels that help you function optimally. When an imbalance happens, it can be harmful to your mental, emotional, and physical health.
The imbalance of testosterone, if improperly treated, can lead to prostate issues in men.
When obesity enters the equation, hormone imbalance is a huge risk. Excess fat tissues means your body is at risk for producing estrogen at increased rates. In this situation, androgen, which is the male reproductive hormone, can be converted into estrogen as well. In men, excess estrogen can lead to a slew of health problems such as larger breasts, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, and loss of muscle mass.
If your reproductive hormones are not balanced, there are certain symptoms that are likely to be evident. It’s important that if you live with a high risk factor for cancer that you pay attention to your body. You should always observe the changes in your body and if anything seems off, notify your doctor right away. The common symptoms of hormonal imbalances are:

Unexplained fatigue
Night sweats
Low libido
Infertility
Irregular menstruation
Excess body hair in women
Changes in breasts for both men and women

Estrogen that is converted from your fat stores can be fairly aggressive. Increased estrogen hooks onto the membranes of healthy cells and cause havoc inside. They increase sodium levels in your body while reducing potassium, oxygen, and voltage levels. When this happens, your DNA mutates, genetic changes occur, and cancer starts to spread. The other factors that may affect estrogen imbalance are stress, poor diet, and environmental toxins.
It is important to ensure that your body has a balanced set of all hormones for health and longevity. When it comes to hormones, any excess or deficiency is harmful. If any of the symptoms of hormone imbalance shows, it is best to consult with your doctor to catch the diseases early.

Could you have a potential hormonal imbalance in your body?
If you have been experiencing a range of strange symptoms and been unable to find the cause of just what on earth could be wrong with you, then you might very well be suffering from a hormone imbalance – there can be many different causes that make this happen in the first place, but the treatment generally involves having your hormone levels tested – and then going on hormone treatments that work to correct these imbalances in the body. Could a hormone imbalance be to blame for your strange symptoms? If you’ve been suffering from symptoms like night sweats, acne, irritability, and weight gain, then it could very well be the case. Here are 24 symptoms of a hormone imbalance in men and women that you should watch out for.

Hormone Dependent Cancers
We can all think of someone in our life who has been impacted by cancer.
Maybe you have been wondering how or why this happened. Are our genetics to blame,
or is it something else? Only 20% of our health outcomes are due to genetics. 20%!
That means we have much more control over our health than we ever imagined.
Let’s start with the term “hormone dependent” or “hormone sensitive”. A hormone dependent cancer is a type of cancer that relies on a hormone to grow and survive. Most often we think of breast cancer that requires estrogen, specifically estradiol (E2), or prostate cancer that requires androgens, specifically testosterone, to grow. 70% of breast cancer cases are hormone-dependent, or estrogen receptor positive. That means only 30% of the most common type of cancer in women is genetic in nature. So, what contributes to this excess hormone production and what can we do about it? Great question.

Here is a list of our top tips to help with balancing hormones:
Maintain a diverse gut microbiome! A variety of foods rich in color (and phytonutrients) play a significant role in hormone detoxification pathways. An important marker of health called beta-glucuronidase can cause the recycling of toxic estrogens from our gut. Higher levels of beta-glucuronidase tend to be seen in those with hormone dependent cancers.
Consume adequate amounts of complete protein sources. Our bodies require essential amino acids (the building blocks of protein) for a multitude of reasons. As it pertains to hormone health, adequate protein intake is important for both phases of detoxification in the body. Complete protein sources are also rich in B Vitamins which act as cofactors in the detoxification process.
How to Use Maca for Hormone Balance: A Complete Guide for Beginners (livewellzone.com)

Maca balances hormones by supporting the hypothalamus and pituitary glands. Because these two glands influence the hormones that are produced by other glands (such as the ovaries and adrenals), maca is able to have a wide range of positive effects on the overall state of our hormones.
Selenium. The highest concentration of selenium in our bodies is found in the thyroid gland, which needs the nutrient for optimal function. Patients who have an over-active thyroid should have their selenium levels tested, as too much selenium can have adverse effects and too little could weaken your immune system.

Maintain optimal Vitamin D levels (an optimal range is between 60-80 ng/dL). Vitamin D inhibits the growth of malignant cells, decreases levels of inflammatory mediators in the body, and reduces the excess production of hormones. We recommend a Vitamin D3/K2 supplement to help maintain adequate levels, especially in the winter months.
Aim for three servings of cruciferous rich vegetables every day (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, & Brussel sprouts). The cruciferous vegetables are rich in sulfur which helps rid excess hormones from the body.
Keep alcohol to a minimum. Alcohol can slow liver detoxification pathways and further increase hormone levels in the body.
Stay hydrated! Aim for at least 64 ounces of water every day.
Make sure you are moving your bowels every day! This is so important for ridding the body of excess hormones! Wondering what your stools should look like? Check out the Bristol Stool Chart. We recommend your stool look like a Type 4.
Try to choose natural cleaning, skincare and hair care products to decrease exposures to harmful toxins, xenoestrogens, and plastics that can increase hormone dominance. We recommend checking out the Think Dirty app to help you decipher which products to use!
Keep your blood sugars balanced by consuming carbohydrates, fat, and protein at each meal!

Your Health Matters

1. Something Different
When many people go to the doctor and get diagnosed with a new health problem they didn’t know about before, they can often report that they knew something was somehow “wrong” before they went to the doctor – that is usually what made them make the doctor’s appointment in the first place. You should always trust your gut feeling, and if your body is telling you that something isn’t right, then we’d recommend that you listen
to your body and make that appointment you’ve been thinking about.
Especially in the case of a hormonal imbalance, you might notice that the first sign of something being wrong with your health on a deeper level is just the gut feeling that something is wrong, to begin with – and we’ll very likely say that you are right when it comes to your own health. A hormonal imbalance is easy to look for, but only if you know when to look.   24 Hormone Imbalance Symptoms in Men and Women (very healthy.life)

2. HORMONE IMBALANCE AND CANCER
The fluctuation and balance of hormones can be influenced by a number of factors.
There could be a natural change in hormone production due to monthly cycles or life changes such as age or pregnancy. A hormone imbalance may be caused by a health condition or medication. For instance, the National Cancer Institute explains that testosterone can be produced from cholesterol, and testosterone can drive prostate cancer in men.
According to the American Cancer Society, estrogen is known to drive endometrial cancer, some kinds of breast cancer and a number of other gynecologic cancers. Excess estrogen may result from drugs you were prescribed (or even drugs your mother was prescribed while she was pregnant with you) but more likely, your own body produces it. A granulosa cell tumor of the ovary can produce estrogen, for example. The Hormone Health Network has a helpful infographic that shows what cancers have a connection to your hormones.
Obesity is a major risk factor for many cancers, and excess fat tissue can create estrogen and even convert androgen into estrogen. The cumulative impact of estrogen over the lifespan is a risk factor for these cancers, so starting menstruation at an earlier age is one of the risk factors for these cancers. On the other hand, during pregnancy, a woman’s estrogen levels are lower, so pregnancies have a bit of a protective effect against estrogen-driven cancers. Birth control pills and intrauterine devices are often protective against hormone-driven cancers, as well.

3. Hormones have a lot of power.
They are the tiny chemicals that tell your body – right down to the cells – what to do.
They determine everything from how big you will grow, to how you process food,
to how your immune system works.
Hormones can affect your weight, your body temperature and even your mood.
They can also have an impact on your cancer risk, says Therese Bevers, M.D., medical director of MD Anderson’s Cancer Prevention Center.
“When people hear the word hormone, they think of estrogen and progesterone, and their effects on female cancers,” Bevers says. “But there are several other hormones that have an impact on your risk of cancer throughout the body.”

4. Making the connection between hormones and cancer
What’s the link between hormones and cancer risk? It has a lot to do with cells multiplying.
And the more your cells divide and multiply, the more chance there is for something to go wrong and for cancer to develop.
There are several things that can affect your hormones, including medications, chronic inflammation and medical conditions like obesity. For other factors, like toxins and diet, the link to cancer risk is less clear.

5. Birth control pills
Birth control pills  control fertility with doses of the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone. They may lower the risk for ovarian and endometrial cancers.
But they increase the risk for breast and cervical cancer slightly.
“The only population that should be concerned about taking the pill is women who are at a very high risk of cancer, such as those with a BRCA mutation,” Bevers says.
“They should talk to their doctor about the risks and benefits of the pill.”
Following the general guidelines for a healthy lifestyle goes a long way in regulating hormones and reducing cancer risk. Maintaining a healthy body weight, eating a healthy diet and staying active help keep hormone levels in check.

6. Hormone replacement therapy
For women past reproductive age, replacing declining hormones can alleviate some of the unpleasant symptoms of menopause. But hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can raise a woman’s risk for breast cancer and possibly ovarian cancer.
There are safer ways to reduce the symptoms and maintain your health.
Talk to your doctor about non-hormonal alternatives for treating menopause symptoms. Those alternatives should be your first choice, she says.

7. Diet
Soy foods get a bad rap. But there’s not enough data to suggest that the plant estrogens in soy foods, like tofu and miso, increase the risk for breast or other cancers.
In fact, soy may have a protective effect.
“Soy is a plant estrogen. We really don’t know the benefits and harms as they relate to cancer risk,”Bevers says. She points out that women who have diets high in soy, like in Eastern cultures, don’t have a higher risk of breast cancer.
And soy products are a good source of plant protein.
Plant proteins make a healthy substitute for animal proteins.
“What I typically tell my patients is that a couple of servings of soy a day is okay,”
says Bevers.

8. Endocrine disruptors
Bisphenol-A, or BPA, is a common chemical used in many plastic products and some aluminum cans that mimics estrogen. It sits on a list of chemicals known as endocrine disruptors, due to their effects on hormones.
But more research is needed to determine the risks.
“I don’t tell anyone to limit anything in regard to endocrine disruptors,” Bevers says.
“We need more data, in my opinion.”
If you have concerns, try using one of the many alternatives to the plastic products with BPA.
“For people who do have a concern, glass containers make an easy substitute for plastic,” Bevers says.

9. Chronic inflammation and obesity
Inflammation and obesity go hand-in-hand, and they both have an impact on hormones and cancer risk. Carrying too much body fat causes inflammation. Inflammation increases the amount of both insulin and estrogen in the body, which triggers cell division.

10. Excess fat itself also produces estrogen.
“Over time, the stress that obesity puts on the body by triggering inflammation and increasing hormone levels poses a significant cancer risk,” Bevers says.
Following the general guidelines for a healthy lifestyle goes a long way in regulating hormones and reducing cancer risk.  Maintaining a healthy body weight, eating a
healthy diet and staying active help keep hormone levels in check.

Beneficial Herbs for Balancing Hormones

Iodine Deficiency, Breast Health, and Hormone Balance (drkarafitzgerald.com)

Hormones are not just about sex and reproduction. Your glands produce these
chemicals to regulate several body processes, including heart rate, sleep cycle,
growth and development, body temperature, appetite, metabolism and stress level.

The balance of hormones your body produces changes at certain stages of life.
A hormone imbalance can also be caused by external factors like certain medications
or prolonged periods of excessive stress. Some diseases also affect hormone balance.

During pregnancy, breastfeeding, and menopause you are likely to experience a hormonal imbalance. Eating disorders will also disrupt your normal hormone balance, and injury or trauma might trigger an imbalance or change in your endocrine functioning.

Symptoms of Hormonal Imbalance

Since there are approximately 50 different hormones regulating various systems throughout your body, the effects of an imbalance might be seen in several different ways. Here are some common symptoms of a hormonal imbalance:

• changes in sleep patterns

• unexplained weight gain or loss

• skin rashes

• depression or anxiety

• excessive sweating

• bloating

• thinning hair

• increased thirst

• blurred vision

• breast tenderness

• changes in heart rate or blood pressure

Deciding if you are suffering from a hormone imbalance can be tricky since your doctor does not have a single test to make the determination. The best way to confirm it is to keep a record of your symptoms and notice if they correspond with any causes, you might also be experiencing.

Herbs for Balancing Hormones

The most common cause for hormonal imbalance in most women is menopause or perimenopause. Your hormone balance may begin to fluctuate naturally as early as age
30 and can continue changing into your late 60s or later. These changes are natural,
but the resulting symptoms can be rather uncomfortable.

A natural approach to reducing symptoms of hormonal imbalance or hot flashes would include these herbs and other natural substances:

• Black Cohosh – a healing herb introduced to the Europeans by Native Americans

• Dong Quai – used in Chinese Medicine to treat fatigue and menopausal symptoms

• Red Clover – a natural source of bioidentical estrogen

• Ashwagandha – a powerful herb well-known in Ayurvedic healing

• GLA from borage seed oil – a fatty acid with anti-inflammatory properties

•  ALA from flaxseed oil – the best source of this omega-3   fatty acid

• EPA and DHA from fish oil – two omega-3   fatty acids essential for balancing hormones

Using black cohosh for hot flashes is an ancient remedy. In Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and other Eastern practices, ashwagandha for hot flashes is common, as is dong quai for hormones. Red clover for hormones is another natural treatment that Eastern women have enjoyed for decades.

Treating Hot Flashes Naturally

Dr. Valerie Nelson combines the ancient healing herbs for hot flashes with the highest concentration of omega-3 fatty acids in supplements designed specially to help rebalance your hormones. Try the supplements that Dr. Valerie’s clients swear by for reducing hot flashes  and other symptoms of menopause and hormonal imbalance.

What is Davos WEF

Voters Feared JFK a Vatican Puppet–Davos Is For Real – Climate- Science.press
The World Economic Forum (WEF) is once again hosting the annual Davos Summit in Switzerland. For the highly influential and ultra wealthy people of the world, it’s THE place to get together, hobnob, exchange investment ideas, hit the ski slopes, and drink champagne.
At least, that used to be my perception. But the WEF is much more than that. By all appearances, it’s the most influential, if not the most powerful, organization in the world. It’s run by 84-year-old Klaus Schwab, a man who, in most circumstances, would be more at home on a golf course if not in a retirement community rather than directing an organization with an undeniably outsized global influence.

The WEF: A Driving Force in the World – Search (bing.com)

The WEF was founded by Schwab in 1971, and WEF membership, along with the annual Davos meeting, attracts the usual suspects of industrialists, Big Tech moguls, thinkers, scientists, social engineering types, and global financial, political, and religious figures. Cultural leaders, such as Bono from the band U2 and megachurch pastor Rick Warren, have also been prominently featured.
It turns out that there are good reasons for this. Getting the elite who shape politics, economics, and cultural perceptions all in one place to decide on how to fundamentally transform the world without worrying about how it may affect billions of people is quite efficient.
As we now know, the WEF has become a driving force in the world. The Great Reset is the brainchild of the WEF, and more specifically, from the mind of Schwab. It was conceived over a decade ago, but the COVID-19 pandemic was its catalyst.

Pandemic and Climate Change: Pretension for Great Reset Tyranny
A global medical emergency, such as the pandemic, made stripping ordinary people of their rights easily justifiable in the short term. The so-called Climate Change emergency provides the political cover to continue those policies—and add worse ones—over the long term.
The objective of the Great Reset, as expressed on the WEF website, is to restructure the entire world into a top-down dictatorship ruled by the elites. That grand plan calls for the elimination of sovereign nation-states and borders, as well as removing property and even human rights from the rest of us.
Not surprisingly, the WEF partners with BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager. Both share a common vision of stakeholder capitalism that limits access to the power.
and wealth of corporations and investments to the elite. In other words, the adoption
of the China economic model, with an ultra-wealthy class at the top and a vast working
class at the bottom with very limited lives.

The Great Reset also involves changing human beings—all of us. Schwab’s WEF cohort is professor and author Yuval Noah Harari, who has publicly declared that free will in human beings “is over” and that humans are just “hackable animals” to be controlled by digital or nano chip implants. According to Schwab, under the Fourth Industrial Revolution, humans will be genetically altered and chipped, in the fusion of digital technology and human beings.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution, by Klaus Schwab is
Ubiquitous, mobile supercomputing. Intelligent robots.
About Self-driving cars. Neuro-technological brain enhancements. Genetic editing.
The evidence of dramatic change is all around us and it’s happening at exponential speed.
Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, has been at the centre of global affairs for over four decades.
He is convinced that we are at the beginning of a revolution that is fundamentally changing the way we live, work and relate to one another, which he explores in his
new book, The Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution – YouTube

Previous industrial revolutions liberated humankind from animal power, made mass production possible and brought digital capabilities to billions of people. This Fourth Industrial Revolution is, however, fundamentally different. It is characterized by a range
of new technologies that are fusing the physical, digital and biological worlds, impacting all disciplines, economies and industries, and even challenging ideas about what it means to be human.

The resulting shifts & disruptions mean that we live in a time of great promise and great peril. The world has the potential to connect billions more people to digital networks, dramatically improve the efficiency of organizations and even manage assets in ways that can help regenerate the natural environment, potentially undoing the damage of previous industrial revolutions.

However, Schwab also has grave concerns: that organizations might be unable to adapt; governments could fail to employ and regulate new technologies to capture their benefits; shifting power will create important new security concerns; inequality may grow; and societies fragment.

Schwab puts the most recent changes into historical context, outlines the key technologies driving this revolution, discusses the major impacts on governments, businesses, civil society and individuals, and suggests ways to respond. At the heart of his analysis is the conviction that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is within the control of all of us as long as we are able to collaborate across geographies, sectors and disciplines to grasp the opportunities it presents.

In particular, Schwab calls for leaders and citizens to “together shape a future that works for all by putting people first, empowering them and constantly reminding ourselves that all of these new technologies are first and foremost tools made by people for people.”

Learning how humankind can benefit from this revolution while addressing its challenges is also the central aim of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2016, which is being held under the theme “Mastering the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.

Crowdsourcing ideas, insights and wisdom from the World Economic Forum’s global network of top leaders from business, government and civil society and young leaders,
this new book looks deeply at the future that is unfolding today and how we might take collective responsibility to ensure it is a positive one for all of us.

The introduction of the book is available in PDF form here.

The full book is available in English on Amazon in Kindle and print-on-demand.
The Chinese edition is available on Amazon China. Further editions in Japanese,
Arabic and German are forthcoming.
Do we really want a cluster of WEF megalomaniacs telling everyone else how the world will be and how we will all be chipped, genetically altered, and herded like cattle–or worse?
Who wants a Great Reset where individuals have no right to a car,
to bodily autonomy, or to be just left alone to live their lives as they wish?
In short, who made the WEF the ruling authority over the world?
It’s a question that deserves an answer, and sooner than later.

A Man of the World
Let’s begin with the man himself. Schwab’s level of accomplishment and pedigree is just what one might expect for a man with such grand aspirations. He holds two doctorates, one in engineering (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland)
and another in economics (University of Fribourg, Switzerland).
He also holds a master’s degree in public administration from
the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Schwab is also a former professor of business policy at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, a former member of the United Nations High-Level Advisory Board on Sustainable Development, vice-chairman of the United Nations Committee for Development Planning, and holds numerous honoraria from think tanks, academia,
and institutions around the world.

As a “thought leader,” Schwab’s latest books include.
“The Fourth Industrial Revolution” (2016), a worldwide bestseller translated
into 30 languages, “Shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution” (2018),
“COVID-19: The Great Reset” (2020), and “Stakeholder Capitalism” (2021).

Those innocuous ideas and books may sound pleasing to some. Still, in practice,
they are all about power flowing up to the “global elite” in order to exercise absolute control over the rest of us, which would have all kinds of negative consequences.
The WEF’s Great Reset is not just a marketing ploy.
It involves radical political and economic changes as well as the reengineering of mankind. But one might be forgiven for wondering in whose image Human 2.0 is to be made.

Penetrating Nations to Deconstruct Them
Privacy rights, religious rights, self-determination, and other individual rights will be going down to zero. So, too, will nation-states, national identity, and citizenship. What’s more, the WEF has penetrated governments with its acolytes with the objective of carrying out its Great Reset plans.

Among those WEF thralls that have assumed power in what used to be Western republics and democracies include Canada’s own Justin Trudeau, leading that nation into the very catacombs of ungodly global fascism by freezing bank accounts of those opposed to mandated COVID-19 vaccines or perceived fixed elections in Brazil.
Also included in that camp is New Zealand’s Jacinda Ardern, an ardent liberal fascist and favorite of the global elites. Thousands of New Zealanders were stripped of their human and parental rights for refusing COVID-19 vaccines that can harm or even kill recipients.

Another Teutonic Overlord?
The last thing the world needs is one more wannabe Teutonic overlord whose top people think God is dead and life has no meaning. But that’s the reality of the WEF, the Great Reset, and the dehumanized, dystopian world that would certainly follow if they were successful. Ammonia car engine – Bing video

Yara wants to sell the ammonia as fuel for cars.
Ammonia is a colorless, carbon dioxide-free fuel that can be easily produced using renewable electricity, water, and air. It can be used in both internal combustion engines and fuel cells, without the need for high-pressure tanks or cryogenic dewars. It has more energy density than a lithium-ion battery, making it a potential solution for low-carbon transportation.

image.png But is NH3 (which is the chemical name for ammonia) explosive – Search (bing.com)

NH3 (which is the chemical name for ammonia) can be used as a fuel. It is 100% free of any carbon emissions or other greenhouse gases. NH3 can serve as a fuel in both spark ignition engines (vehicles powered by gasoline) and compression ignited engines (vehicles powered by diesel).

Yara is the second-largest producer of ammonia in the world, with a total capacity of
4.9 million tonnes per year in Europe. Ammonia is used to make urea fertilizers for crops.
While the EU can import the chemical from other regions, the cut in output could affect the global supply. The company has pledged to monitor the situation and curtail output
as needed.
Yara’s plan to electrify its Porsgrunn ammonia plant will significantly reduce the company’s carbon footprint. The company hopes to save up to 800,000 tons of CO2
per year, the equivalent of the emissions from 300,000 passenger cars.

The company is also seeking incentives from the Norwegian government.
Yara says that the process it has devised will be “greener” than current methods.
Ammonia production typically requires vast amounts of energy and is generally powered by coal, ethane, or natural gas. The production of ammonia also contributes to 2% of the world’s annual carbon dioxide emissions. Because of the environmental impact of this process, many climate hawks are calling on the fertilizer sector to make it more efficient.
Yara and Kyushu Electric are working together to develop an ammonia fuel supply chain that can decarbonize Kyushu’s coal-fired power production. The companies will also work on finding ways to apply ammonia energy to other industries in Kyushu.

While green ammonia is better for the environment than fossil ammonia, it is still
not yet economically viable. However, there are advantages to using it as a fuel for cars.
It’s cheaper and easier to store and load, and its high energy density makes it an ideal energy source for long-distance transport.
Yara has also signed a deal with Azane Fuel Solutions to build a network of carbon-free floating bunker terminals for ammonia. This will help create a sustainable and reliable supply of ammonia. The first commercial ammonia-fueled vessels are expected to enter the market in 2024.

Ammonia has long been used in transportation and ammonia was first used as fuel
during World War II, when diesel was hard to come by in the German-occupied country. In addition, ammonia is a green fuel because it is produced with renewable electricity.
It can also be made using a carbon capture and storage process.

Ammonium nitrate plant levels Beirut Explosion – Search (bing.com)
On 4 August 2020, a large amount of ammonium nitrate stored at the Port of Beirut in
the capital city of Lebanon exploded, causing at least 218 deaths, 7,000 injuries, and cause
$15 billion in property damage, as well as leaving an estimated 300,000 people homeless.

The very bright spot in all of this?
God sees what the wicked plan is and brings destruction upon it.
Not just sometimes, but every time.

Questions & Answers

What are your interests and what do you enjoy doing the most?
I’m lucky to call my job one of my biggest interests, which would be golfing.
It has taught me how to have patience with everything in life, and you can constantly,
keep learning and challenging yourself. I also love yoga, animals, reading, performing,
travelling, volunteering and spending quality time with my loved ones.

List any special training you have had (music, art, drama, dance, etc.)
I was a competitive dancer growing up for 5 years at Carolson’s School of Dance, where.
I trained in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop. I also signed to Barbara Coultish Agency when I was
14 years old, and signed my first international modelling contract to Seoul, Korea, at just 15 years old. Through Coultish agency they allowed me to attend several acting and modelling workshops, where I practiced my skills repetitively. I have always adored.
being able to express myself on camera or on stage and have a true appreciation for all performing arts.

In what sports, if any, have you participated?
I am currently pursuing a career in golf. Being an athlete takes determination, perseverance, and a strong mindset, all attributes that a Miss Universe Canada should have. Aside from golf, other sports I have pursued growing up include: ice skating, volleyball, dance, karate, skiing, and track and field. Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
Growing up my mom became less involved when I was 11 years old, due to substance abuse, and for that reason my parents got a divorce. My dad had to step up and raise three girls alone and take on the role of my mother, and I’m forever grateful for him. But, aside from my father, my sister Mandy has influenced my life in many ways. She helped raise me, and acted like a mother when I needed one. When I was maturing into a woman, she always reminded me that I am enough, and helped me gain confidence in my own skin. She taught me to not be afraid to stand up for what I believe in, and chase after my dreams, regardless of the circumstances. Mandy influenced me to compete in my first pageant, Miss Teen Canada World 2011, introducing me to the deeper meaning of pageants, and what they had to offer. Without her constant love and support,
I wouldn’t be who or where I am today.

What is your proudest personal accomplishment
(other than participating in this pageant)?
This past year I partnered with TaylorMade Canada, one of the biggest brands in golf
for Canada and around the world. This has allowed me to grow my platform in the golf industry internationally and become a well-known influencer. Working with such an elite brand as a female in a male-dominated sport has allowed me to help grow the game and encourage women and the youth all over the world to pursue their dreams. I am very proud to be connected with TaylorMade Canada, and I am looking forward to creating more content with them.

What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened
to you and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?

The most interesting thing about myself would be getting diagnosed with Vitiligo, when I was 19 years old. Vitiligo is a rare skin disease that only affects 0.5 – 1 % of the world, and on top of that there isn’t a cure for it. In today’s society there is so much pressure on young women, and women in general to look a certain way, in order to feel accepted, or beautiful. Although it doesn’t affect my health, immediately appreciating how fortunate I am, and how people struggle with much worse every day, it still affected my mental health, and self-confidence. My family helped me remember that beauty comes from within, and although Miss Universe Canada is considered a beauty pageant, it is so much deeper than that. I believe that our imperfections are what make us unique and being diagnosed with vitiligo allowed me to be different, and shed light on this topic.

BONUS How can we treat vitiligo (white patches) through Ayurveda? – Dr. Mini Nair.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
To succeed in anything in life I believe it takes repetition and hard work. I have been competing against professional and amateur golfers on a mini tour preparing myself to one day attend Qualifying School to make my way to the LPGA tour. With the support of my father and the knowledge of my coach, I train and work hard every day on and off the course to be the best athlete I can possibly be, physically and mentally. I believe that every failure is a learning experience, and you have to keep fighting and learn from your mistakes, instead of giving up. This fits into my pageant career as well, I competed last year for Miss Universe Canada and fell short of my end goal by placing in the top 10. Instead of giving up I set my mind to competing again to fulfill one of my biggest ambitions of representing Canada at Miss Universe.

What would be your “dream job” in life?
As cliche as this may sound, I feel like I am partly pursuing my dream job already. The only thing that is missing to that dream is being Miss Universe Canada 2020 and playing on the LPGA tour. But playing golf at a competitive level is extremely thrilling and being able to challenge my athletic abilities every day, at a sport that is very independent, makes it humble and rewarding.
On top of that my dream job would incorporate mentoring today’s youth. I feel very strongly about helping children explore their talents and passions, and it saddens me that not every kid has that opportunity readily given to them. I want to help educate the youth on the power of their dreams, and encourage them to fulfill their passions in life, and I believe golf has given me a voice and a platform to do so.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was raised in Duncan, British Columbia. Duncan is a small town located on Vancouver Island. I am very proud and appreciative of where I come from, and as I travel the world,
I realize how lucky I am to call it my home. The scenery of the mountains and being so close to the ocean has blossomed my love for nature and made me appreciate the fresh air I get to breathe in every day. It was an amazing place to grow up because it is very family oriented.
My childhood was one of the happiest times of my life, because we were very fortunate to be able to travel as a family, while my parents were still together. My childhood holds all of my happiest memories of my mother, and it was a simple time for all of us. Duncan is an extremely friendly environment, and I am blessed to have the support of my community through my journey of competing for Miss Universe Canada 2020.

List any interesting or unusual jobs you may have had.
When I was 15 years old, I modelled internationally in Seoul, Korea. Working in the modelling industry taught me a lot about myself because you constantly are being put outside of your comfort zone. In 2012 I was honoured to represent Canada at SuperModel International, in Bangkok, Thailand, where I placed in the Top 10 on the international stage.
Two years later I represented Canada again at Top Model of the World in El Gouna, Egypt. Given the job to represent your country isn’t an opportunity everyone gets to experience, and it is one that I will cherish in my heart forever. There is nothing more gratifying than wearing that Canada sash across your chest, and I hope to achieve to represent my country again, but on the Miss Universe stage this time.

List any volunteering you have done.
I am one of the top ambassadors for the women’s empowerment group called FOREher Sports, a company that connects, educates, and inspires women on and off the golf course.
Other organizations include:
Children’s Hospital
Free the Children
Ronald Mcdonald House BC
Operation Smile
SOS Children’s Villages
Nourish Cowichan
Women with Drive
… as well as guest speaking at several elementary schools and volunteering at various animal shelters.

What is your most unusual talent?
My unusual talent would definitely be having my purple belt in karate. My dad wanted my two older sisters and I to be able to defend ourselves in any situation we were given in life, so he enrolled us all in karate as kids. I trained with a sensei once a week, and entered competitions where I won several medals.

Where is the most interesting place you have been to?
Bangkok, Thailand – I traveled there for SuperModel International 2012. I really respect how much they worship their King, it shows how loyal Thai people are. They’re also known as the Land of Smiles because they are forever choosing peace over conflict. Learning about Thai culture, and seeing how welcoming they were of other countries, made it a trip and place I will never forget.

What do you hope to be doing in ten years?
A lot can change in ten years, but I would like to see myself using my success from my golf career to continue to help grow the game and have made some status on the LPGA tour by then. I would like to continue to be an advocate for addiction awareness in Canada and help find a solution for this issue. On top of that in ten years, I would like to see myself working with the Miss Universe Canada organization as a proud alumnus, forever supporting each woman that stands on that stage.

Mineral Balancing Act

MINERALS ARE NATURE’S TRANQUILIZER ~ WE, body & mind, are made from
the same stuff as these rocks – mineral dust!

Or as some like to call us Stardust — it’s all the same STUFF

MINERAL IMBALANCES contribute to many mental & emotional conditions,
often behind the scenes without ever being detected…

🔹MINDBODY – THERE IS NO SEPARATION.

We cannot have a single thought or feeling without chemistry behind it.
This is actually what neurotransmitters are, the biochemistry of emotion,
or Energy in motion. And All of this is rooted in our mineral composition.

I KNOW OF NO OTHER TOOL THAT COMES CLOSE to hair mineral testing to predict, explain, and suggest nutritional solutions for such common complaints as  #anxiety #depression #mood disorders #hyperactivity #ADHD #insomnia #sleepdisorders #stress #dementia
#chronic fatigue #chronicpain etc.

MINERALS ARE NATURE’S TRANQUILIZER
In proper proportion, and precisely matched to one’s unique individual need,
targeted minerals have long been known as a natural relaxant

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR PRECISE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS ARE?
Well, how do you know how much oil to add to your car’s engine? If you wouldn’t add oil without checking the dipstick, why take supplements or change your diet without testing your existing level and establishing your personal nutrition baseline? If you are not testing, And having your test results properly functionally interpreted, you are guessing

😒 TEST RESULTS DON’T AUTOMATICALLY TRANSLATE TO BETTER HEALTH RESULTS. Have you been thinking about nutrition testing or had a test
done elsewhere and not gotten satisfactory improvement from the test results❓
I treat the whole person, not just test result numbers. Proper interpretation within the context of one’s total lifestyle is absolutely essential both for successful & sustainable results. In functional clinical nutrition, it’s experience that counts.

Count me in for 38 years of it! Let’s talk!

Why is dietary diversity so important?

🌈 DIETARY DIVERSITY is VITAL for all of us. It’s not just about eating more fruits & vegetables, it’s about eating a greater variety of a lot of fruits & vegetables. Variety is not only the spice of life, there are at least 8 solid science reasons to expand our eating horizon and dietary diversity;
▪ Increase micro- & phyto-nutrient density
▪ Fatty acid fermentation
▪ Anti-Inflammatory properties
▪ Minimize the development of allergic hypersensitivity by avoiding overexposure to the same food antigens
▪ Improve memory & cognition
▪ Bio Activates vitamin D

Last but not least
▪ Feed a healthier diversified microbiome
▪ Immune resilience

It’s no longer just about eating more fruits & vegetables, it’s about eating a greater variety of a lot of fruits & vegetables.

LECTIN SCHMECTIN !
Oxalates, Lectins & Phytates Oh My!! – Search (bing.com)
Although some individuals, a relatively rare subset of the population, have issues with lectins, they are not a problem for the masses. Do you think our Creator is stupid and packaged perfectly wholesome food this way to poison us. He also gave us a brain to know when to soak, sprout & cook such foods thereby reducing or neutralizing so-called anti-nutrients🔸Next to veggies, beans are the number 2 underutilized SuperFood.
For most of us the nutritional benefits, phytonutrient food medicine & the seldom discussed chemotherapeutic properties of these foods far outweigh any such anti-nutrients.🔸 Don’t believe everything you read on IG or from Dr’s Google or Gundry. LECTIN SCHMECTIN ! 💚 This is all further explained in my recent post RETHINKING ANTI-NUTRIENTS @mincinnutritionist which dives deep not only into the physiologic mechanism of WHY some individuals don’t tolerate them but also elaborates on their multiple therapeutic food medicine benefits

Great post! I learned a lot about apples. Would love to try some tart apples. Question for you.. roughly what percentage of your diet is fruits and vegetables? How often do you recommend eating meat/eggs?

The majority of my diet is plants. I use meat as a condiment. Beyond veggies & fruits, plants include beans, nuts, seeds, grains, herbs & spices.

Does juicing apples 🍎 give us half the nutrients/ benefits or about the same?

🌱 JUICE vs WHOLEFOOD ~ The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. Extracted juice which leaves the pulp behind, leaves behind a great deal of micro- & phytonutrient density. Where there is color there is food medicine. Additionally, fiber is not just unwanted waste, it’s prebiotic fertilizer for your inner garden. Although you can cram the juice of 6 carrots into one cup of juice, we wouldn’t normally sit down and eat six carrots. We’d be satisfied after 2 or 3. Think about it. In addition to phytonutrient loss, there is also significant glycemic impact from juice. The whole is ALWAYS greater than the sum of its parts. See what else you can find at the end of the rainbow A.K.A. my colorful fruit-filled, veggie-loaded bean-rich functional food page. 🌈

Find yourself some Cosmic Crisps!!! Hunnyz Apple Review – Apple Rankings by The Appleist Brian Frange  Hunnyz! The best apple I’ve had in my life.  I had a russet apple

I’ve been eating 5-6 different kinds of fruits in various smoothies in the morning because I can’t eat oatmeal because it causes me sinus issues and I can’t do eggs either.
This doesn’t leave me with much to eat in the morning unfortunately for now till I heal and balance things….this acid reflux all came about when I changed my diet to plant base only trying to heal my hyperthyroid to which I did and then acid reflux started.😕

I’ve had all but 7 of them. Omg, I love apples! 😩😩😩😩😩 My most favorite is Fuji, but I also love Opal, Jazz, Envy, Juici, Cosmic, and Honey Crisp.
I can’t wait for Apple season to roll around because I load UP! They are cheaper then! 😁Pears too! My mouth is watering! 😂😂😂😂
Envy, Fuji and Smitten are my favorite!! Totally love Macouns! Especially love Winsaps!   🍎 😃
I eat apple slices with Nutzo butter – no peanuts but lots of other seeds and nuts. Delicious 🍎

Great informative post 👏🏽, an apple a day keeps the doctor away 😁

Apples are also a rich source of iron great for #anaemia,

rich in fiber and great for keeping us regular 🙌

The reference charts I’ve seen show Apples are relatively low on the list of iron rich fruits. 🗡 IRON is a double edge sword and iron deficiency anemia is only 1 of 6 types of anemia.  Careful with iron which is vital up to a point, beyond which it’s as toxic as lead.   True iron deficiency is rare. There are more cases of iron overload documented than there are of deficiency,  which also is associated with inflammation.  💉

PROPER blood testing is essential. Low hematocrit & hemoglobin do NOT constitute iron deficiency.

There are dozens of reasons for low blood count  and 6 different types of nutrition-related anemia, only one is due to iron deficiency. 🔸Food sources are generally safe but when it comes to supplementation the hazards of excess iron are very real & serious.  In excess, iron is PRO-oxidant & pro-inflammatory, contributing to all degenerative diseases —  promoting what we try to protect against with antioxidants, such as cardiovascular dz, arthritis & all other -itis and cancer.  Cancer cells thrive in an iron rich environment, especially in women  🔸BTW I’ve seen more than a few cases of depression be a simple case of B12 deficiency, which can cause pernicious anemia and has nothing to do with iron. 🔸 See related posts on my functional nutrition page especially HAZARDS of EXCESS IRON

Excessive Iron Causes Aggressive Cancer!!!

Iron may help other organisms grow
Iron in water does not usually present a health risk. Your body needs iron to transport oxygen in the blood. Most iron comes from food, since the body cannot easily absorb iron from water.
Iron may present some concern if harmful bacteria have entered a well. Some harmful organisms require iron to grow. If there is iron in the water, it may be harder to get rid of harmful bacteria.

How to detect Iron
Taste
Iron may give water a metallic taste and affect how food and beverages taste.
Color
Iron in water can:
Cause yellow, red, or brown stains on dishes, laundry, and plumbing fixtures.
Turn tea, coffee, and potatoes black.
Clogs
Iron can clog wells, pumps, sprinklers, dishwashers, and other devices.

Testing for Iron
Yellow or red colored water is often a good indication that iron is present. However, a laboratory can tell you the exact amount of iron, which can be useful in deciding on the best type of treatment. In addition to testing for iron, it can be helpful to test for hardness, pH, alkalinity, and iron bacteria.
Point of reference: Water with an iron level above 0.3 milligrams per liter (mg/L) is usually considered objectionable. Iron levels are usually below 10 mg/L in water.
Minnesota Department of Health recommends you use an accredited laboratory to test your water. Contact an accredited laboratory to get sample containers and instructions, or ask your county environmental or public health services if they provide well testing services.

Accredited Labs in Minnesota Accepting Samples from Private Well Owners (PDF)

Controlling Iron
Home water treatment is the most common method for controlling iron in water. Depending on circumstances, other options may include:
Using a different water source that is low in iron, such as a public water system or a well drawing water from a different water-bearing formation.
A new well. Keep in mind that it is difficult to predict what the iron concentration will be in a new well. Neighboring wells may be an indicator, but the iron content of two nearby wells may be quite different.
Water treatment
Effectively treating iron depends on the form(s) of iron present, the chemistry of the water, and the type of well and water system. It is best to work with a water treatment specialist to find the best solution.

Forms of Iron
Ferrous iron (“clear-water iron”): Water comes out of the faucet clear, but turns red or brown after standing.
Ferric iron (“red-water iron”): Water is red or yellow when it first comes out of the faucet.
Organic iron: It is usually yellow or brown, but may be colorless. Very shallow wells or wells affected by surface water are more likely than other wells to have organic iron.

Ferrous (Clear-Water) Iron Treatment
Water softeners and iron filters (such as a manganese greensand filter) are effective at removing clear-water iron.  Water softeners are the more common method. Manufacturers report that some water softeners can remove up to 10 mg/L. However, 2 to 5 mg/L is a more common limit. A manganese greensand filter can be effective for levels that are up to 10 to 15 mg/L.
A water softener removes hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium. Iron will plug the softener and must be periodically removed from the softener resin by backwashing. A water softener will be less effective if there is low water hardness and high iron or the system allows contact with air, such as in an air-charged “galvanized pressure tank.”

Ferric (Red-Water) Iron Treatment
Iron filters (such as a manganese greensand filter) are a common treatment for red-water iron levels up to 10-15 mg/L.
Aeration (injecting air) or chemical oxidation (usually adding chlorine in the form of calcium or sodium hypochlorite) followed by filtration are options if iron levels are more than 10 mg/L.
Sediment filter, carbon filter, or water softeners can remove small amounts of iron, but the iron will quickly plug the system.

Organic Iron Treatment
Organic iron and tannins present water treatment challenges. Organic iron and tannins can slow or prevent iron oxidation, so water softeners, aeration systems, and iron filters may not work well. Chemical oxidation followed by filtration may be an option.
Distillation or reverse osmosis can remove any type of iron. If there is a lot of iron in the water, it can quickly plug up the units, so a whole house treatment system may be better.
Iron Bacteria and well treatment
Iron bacteria are organisms that consume iron to survive. In the process, they produce deposits of iron and a red or brown slime called a “biofilm.” The organisms are not harmful to humans, but can make an iron problem much worse. The organisms naturally occur in shallow soils and groundwater, and they may be introduced into a well or water system when it is constructed or repaired.

Remembering Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bean Bryant (/ˈkoʊbiː/ KOH-bee; August 23, 1978 – January 26, 2020)
was an American professional basketball player. A shooting guard, he spent his entire
20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Widely regarded one of the greatest basketball players & scorers of all time,[3][4][5][6][7][8]  Bryant won five NBA championships, was an 18-time All-Star, a 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, a 12-time member of the All-Defensive Team, the 2008 NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP), and a two-time NBA Finals MVP. Bryant also led the NBA in scoring twice, ranks fourth in league all-time regular season and postseason scoring.
He was posthumously voted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in
2020 and named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021.

Why Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan Kept Winning on And Off the Court

BY Dr. Ruth Gotian

Jordan laid his emotions bare in February last year, when he spoke to Bryant’s memorial service at the Staples Center less than a month after the Los Angeles Lakers star’s death.

BRYANT AND HIS 13-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER GIANNA WERE AMONG THE NINE PEOPLE KILLED WHEN THE HELICOPTER THEY WERE FLYING IN CRASHED IN CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA ON JANUARY 26, 2020.

Michael Jordan openly wept as he remembered Kobe Bryant at a memorial service Monday, and then lightened the mood by joking that he was going to have to look at another “Crying Jordan” meme as a result. “I told my wife I wasn’t going to do this, because I didn’t want to see this for the next three or four years.

“This is what Kobe Bryant does to me. He knows how to get to you in a way that
affects you personally […] even if he is a pain in the a**.”  Fighting back the tears,
Jordan described the five-time NBA champion as his “little brother,”

The late Kobe Bryant said, “Rest at the end, not in the middle. I’m always chasing that win. Never done.” The more you told Bryant that something could not be done, the more he wanted it and worked harder than anyone to achieve it. In this column, I often talk about the differences between being average and developing into a high achiever. In his latest book, Winning, Tim Grover shares stories of some of the basketball legends he’s trained, including Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Dwayne Wade. Their road to greatness, according to Grover, is based on 13 principles, which he calls The Winning 13.

The Winning 13 are distinct mindsets, which Grover all ranks as number one because there is not a single step that is more important than the other. To achieve greatness, you need to accomplish all thirteen steps. You can decide which order and where to put greater emphasis, but you cannot pick and choose which steps to take and which to ignore.

The Winning 13
Winning makes you different, and different scares people.
Winning wages war on the battlefield of your mind.
Winning is the ultimate gamble on yourself.
Winning isn’t heartless, but you’ll use your heart less.
Winning belongs to them, and it’s your job to take it.
Winning wants all of you; there is no balance.
Winning is selfish.
Winning takes you through hell. If you quit, that is where you will stay.
Winning is a test with no correct answers.
Winning knows all your secrets.
Winning never lies.
Winning is not a marathon; it is a sprint with no finish line.
Winning is everything.

Fixing the mistakes
Kobe Bryant was known for being at the gym at four or five in the morning. “Why?”
I asked Grover. “It is because Bryant never focused on his success; instead, he fixated
on what he missed.” He could not get it out of his head and needed to right the wrong immediately.
Grover would get a call from Bryant at 3 am, asking him what he’s doing. “Sleeping,”
said Grover. Before long, he knew Bryant’s patterns and when to expect those calls.
The next time he got the call, he was already waiting for Bryant at the gym to help
him fix whatever he missed in the last game.

Where most people fail to succeed
Michael Jordan had a similar approach. While everyone had a “stats sheet” with their successful baskets, passes, and rebounds, Jordan asked for a different type of stats sheet. He wanted one that showed all the baskets and free throws he missed, fouls he made, and ball turnovers. It did not matter how successful he was, Jordan wanted to make the micro changes to fix the wrongs in his performance. He consistently focused on areas to improve.
Bryant, Jordan, and all the other elite players crave feedback. They do not see it as a critique. As I’ve previously reported in Forbes, high achievers view feedback as an opportunity for enhancement, a way to outplay and outperform everyone else.

and Michael Jordan. OCTANE RICH MEDIA

It has often been said that it is lonely at the top. Grover agrees.
“To win consistently, you need to be different, and different scares people,” shares Grover. We are conditioned to fit in. When you become a high achiever, you stand out, not fit in. Most people want to be an accepted member of a social circle. Getting to the top of the elite level means you do not conform to the masses. There are few people at that level. “One day, your success wears a halo,” writes Grover, “the next day, it has fangs.”

Most people want the steps and plan to achieve success. “There are no easy steps,”
says Grover. It is an unrelenting desire to be 0.0001 percent better today than you were yesterday. The secret to winning, according to Grover, is the willingness to take a chance. “If you think like everyone else, if you act like everyone else, if you follow the same protocols and traditions and habits as everyone else, you’ll be like everyone else.”

Grover’s first professional client was Michael Jordan, and he signed him in the most unorthodox way. Grover, who has a bachelor’s in kinesiology and a master’s in exercise science, felt he had a winning formula. Before the age of the internet and email, Grover composed handwritten letters to each of the Chicago Bulls players.

The only person he did not send a letter to be was Michael Jordan because he did not
think that the best player in the NBA would want his services. Jordan saw the letter in a
teammate’s mailbox and was the only one who sought out Grover’s additional training.
He wanted something different and more than all the other players.

Grover emphasizes that winning is not about achieving something once.
Instead, it is the ability to do something well repeatedly. While the stories are about elite NBA players, the lessons gleaned from the experiences transcend any industry…if you are willing to put in the work to succeed. “When Kobe Bryant died, a piece of me died.” – Michael Jordan | CBS Sports – Bing video

Michael Jordan Speaks at A Celebration of Life for Kobe and Gianna Bryant

 R.i.P. #8 💛💜💛🕊 R.i.P. KOBE

THE LAST DANCE EPISODE 1 Michael Jordan the Legend Journey.

Episode 5 of The Last Dance, ESPN’s 10-part documentary which chronicles Jordan’s final year with the Chicago Bulls and aired last spring, was posthumously dedicated to Bryant. Jordan has repeatedly spoken of the special relationship he shared with the late Lakers great.

By the time Bryant entered the league in 1996, Jordan had already racked up four NBA titles and would go on to add two more before stepping away from the game for a second time in 1998. Bryant fulfilled the heir apparent role to perfection, filling the enormous
MJ-sized vacuum the NBA faced.

Arguably, more than any other player before or after him, Bryant matched Jordan’s ferocious will to win and intensity. His style of play was also the closest thing to
the Bulls legend’s.

The similarities didn’t end there. Like Jordan, who saw himself as a mentor for his younger colleague, Bryant blossomed under Phil Jackson’s tutelage. The “Zen Master”
had led the Bulls to six titles but, like Jordan, left Chicago in 1998, before taking charge
of the Lakers in 1999.

Spearheaded by Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal, Jackson’s Lakers won three straight titles between 2000 and 2002, before Bryant added two more titles in 2009 and 2010 during Jackson’s second stint in Los Angeles. While comparisons between Bryant and Jordan abounded, in The Last Dance, Bryant firmly pushed back on the suggestion of a rivalry between him and Jordan.

“I feel like, yo, what you get from me is from him. I won’t get five championships here without him because he guided me so much and gave me so much great advice,” he said.
“I truly hate having discussions about who would win one on one. ‘Hey Kobe, you beat Michael one on one.'” Why Kobe Bryant Refused to Shoot on Team USA | Coach K’s Amazing Kobe Story – Bing video

Is Dehydrated Fruit Healthy or Not

Credit: EcoWatch – Search (bing.com)

IS DEHYDRATED FRUIT REALLY THAT BAD FOR YOU?
December 22, 2022

When it comes to nutrition, fresh fruit is always going to be better than dehydrated fruit. This is because fresh fruit still contains all of the water and fiber that is essential for good nutrition. Dehydrated fruit, on the other hand, has had all of the water removed, which means that it is much higher in sugar and calories.

There are some nutritional changes that can occur in dehydrated fruit, but this does not make it better or worse than fresh fruit. The removal of water from fruits has a significant nutritional benefit, as well as a calorie benefit. Preservatives and sweeteners are commonly used in the treatment of commercial dried fruit, changing its nutrition profile. After many years in the teleconferencing industry, Michael decided to pursue a career in freelance writing by embracing his passion for trivia, research, and writing. In terms of nutrition, dehydrated fruit is generally more nutritious than fresh fruit juice. Freeze dried fruit is less thirsty than dehydrated fruit, but it contains the same amount of nutrients as dehydrated fruit.

Fresh fruits may be healthier, but dried fruits are much higher in sugar and have a higher glycemic index, making them a poor choice. Dried fruits are low in fat, easy to pack, and provide a lot of nutrients.

Because the water has been removed from dried fruits, the amount of sugar and calories contained in this product is significantly reduced. Because of this, dried fruit contains a lot of calories and sugar, in addition to glucose and fructose.

Is Dehydrated Fruit Healthier Than Fresh Fruit?
Dried fruits have a higher fiber content per ounce than fresh fruits, and they have more antioxidants called phenols. Fiber is known for its ability to prevent diseases such as heart disease, obesity, and some types of cancer (though its potential to combat colon cancer is controversial).

Because of its nutritional content, fresh fruit is an excellent choice for meeting your
daily fruit requirement. When dried fruit is dried, it loses water (and thus volume), which causes the nutrients, calories, and sugar content to be concentrated. Dried fruit is thought to have a higher glycemic index because it contains more sugar than other fruits and vegetables. According to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 1999-2004, eating dried fruit is associated with lower body mass index (BMI), less waist circumference, and lower abdominal obesity. It was discovered that eating dried fruit was associated with increased nutrient intake (higher levels of vitamin A, vitamin K, potassium, iron, magnesium, and fiber).

Dried Fruit: The Healthier Alternative to Fresh Fruit?
The nutritional value of food remains intact when dehydrated. In comparison to fresh fruit, apple chips contain the same number of calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, and sugar as the fresh fruit. In most cases, dried fruit can be substituted for fresh fruit, substituting approximately 20-30 g for the 120 g of fresh fruit.
Dried fruit has much higher fruit sugar content as a percentage to weight
than fresh fruit, up to 70%, making it much higher in calories.

Does Dehydrated Fruit Keep Its Nutrients?
It is healthy to eat fruit whether it is fresh or dried. The latter is high in vitamins,
minerals, and fiber, in addition to vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Furthermore, drying fruit provides significant nutrients and calories as well as a variety of nutrients. Some of the more volatile nutrients, such as vitamin C, may be lost as a result of the drying process.

The process of dehydration is widely used to preserve food, and it can result in nutrient loss. When food is exposed to high heat and humidity, it loses vitamins like Vitamin A
and C. A pre-dehydration strategy can help you avoid this. The following are six ways to minimize nutrient loss while consuming dehydrated food. Preservatives like honey are used in dried foods as a natural sweetness, and they have been used for hundreds of years. When the enzyme action is stopped, food becomes more nutritious, with thiamine and carotene preserved. The fact that over-heating can increase nutrient loss is a cause for concern, so I recommend purchasing a high-quality slicer. Raw food diets claim to be based on anything that is dehydrated at a temperature of 115 degrees F or less.

Dry food should be conditioned to maintain moisture and prevent mold growth.
My first dehydrator was the Nesco FD-75A Snackmaster Pro Food Dehydrator, and
it is still one of my favorites today. If you can only afford one dehydrator, this model
is the best value. This unit can generate 1,000 watts, which is more powerful than the
two dehydrators mentioned above. I also used the Food Saver accessory kit to store
dehydrated food in my mason jars because it is a must have.

Dried Fruit Vs Fresh Fruit Calories
When it comes to calories, dried fruit is more concentrated because the water has been removed. A 1/4 cup of raisins has about 130 calories, while the same number of grapes has only about 60 calories. This means that you would need to eat twice as many grapes to get the same number of calories as you would from raisins.

Many nutrients, as well as the calories, are concentrated in dried fruit. The drying process may also result in the loss of some of the most volatile nutrients, such as vitamin C, which is a much better source of fiber, potassium, and copper than grapes. One cup of raisins provides much more fiber, potassium, and copper than one cup of grapes. To maintain a 2,000-calorie diet, you should consume about 2 cups of fresh fruit or 1 cup of dried fruit per day. Because the water has been removed from fresh fruits, dried fruits are more calorific than fresh fruits. Despite the fact that dried apricots are healthier than fresh ones, they are not a better source of vitamin C.

Dried Fruit Is a Great Way to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth While Getting Dietary Fiber.
Dried fruits, in essence, provide a healthy snack or a light breakfast that is ideal for those who prefer a light breakfast. Fresh fruits are also a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth, but they contain more sugar than regular fruits. Dried fruits are an excellent choice for satisfying your sweet tooth because they contain dietary fiber, which can help regulate blood sugar levels.

Dried Fruit Vs Fresh Fruit Sugar Content
The sugar content in dried fruit is much higher than in fresh fruit. This is because
the water has been removed from the fruit, leaving behind the concentrated sugars.
For example, a cup of raisins has almost four times the sugar as a cup of grapes.
If you are watching your sugar intake, fresh fruit is a better choice.

Dried fruits, in addition to being convenient, have a long shelf life. One cup of raisins contains 116 calories, while one cup of grapes contains about 15 calories. When comparing the sugars and calories in fresh and dried fruit by volume, dried fruit is more likely to contain more sugar and calories. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), ten grapes contain approximately 7.5 grams of sugar and 34 calories. Because some dried fruits, such as cranberries, have a bitter flavor, sugar or fruit juice are frequently used. Fresh fruits have higher vitamins in some cases, but the mineral and fiber content of the fruit remains after it has dried.

Healthiest Dried Fruit To Eat
There are many healthiest dried fruits to eat, but some of the most popular and widely available ones include raisins, apricots, and prunes. These fruits are all relatively low in calories and sugar, and they provide a good source of fiber and vitamins. Raisins are a good source of iron.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, two fruits per day are required for more than two-thirds of adults. Because dried fruits lack the same nutrients as fresh fruits, they are less filling. If the product has a high fiber content, you might choose it over a low fiber one to ensure a consistent serving size. Fresh fruits have lower nutrient concentrations than dried fruits. Antioxidants in fruits can help prevent a variety of health problems, including cancer, heart disease, and cataracts. If you want to gain weight, you should consume dried fruits with a higher number of calories per serving.

Fresh Fruit Vs Dried Fruit
Despite the fact that dried fruit is high in fiber, its high sugar content can lead to weight gain. You should go for fresh fruit rather than frozen. Fresh fruit has a high fiber content as well as a high water content. By increasing your ability to feel full faster, you will consume fewer overall calories.

Both fresh and dried fruits provide you with fiber and antioxidants, which are beneficial
to your health. It is possible for dried fruits to lose a small percentage of their vitamins during dehydration. If you’re constantly on the lookout for ways to lose weight, it’s best to limit your consumption of dried fruits because each serving contains far more calories.

Dehydrated Fruit
Dehydrated fruit is fruit that has had most of its water content removed through a
drying process. This can be done naturally, through sun drying, or through the use
of a dehydrator. Dehydrated fruit has a chewy, leathery texture and is often used as
a healthy snack or ingredient in trail mix.

Dried fruits are an excellent choice for healthy snacks or for making your favorite breakfast and snack recipes like granola bars. Fruits dehydrate best at 135 degrees Fahrenheit, and delicate fruits do best at 115 degrees. Depending on the grapes used, two jars of raisins can be made from two pounds of grapes, each measuring approximately 16 ounces. With the help of dehydrated blueberries, you can make fun snacks like trail mix or granola bars. Thin slices of dehydrated peaches would be ideal for teething babies because they will not break easily. Fuyu persimmons are bright orange fruits with a natural sweetness that can be found in a firm peach or apple-like consistency. My son and I both enjoyed chewing on mangos and peaches – my son preferred mangos and my daughter preferred peaches. An 8 oz glass jar of dried mango slices yields about half of a large mango. The majority of fruits are done when squeezed, and there is no way to squeeze them more than once.

How Long Do Dehydrated Fruits Last?
Fruit can be stored for 1 year at 60F, 6 months at 80F, and vegetables have half the
shelf life of fruits. If moisture is reintroduced into foods after their packaging has been damaged, they may spoil. When storing dried foods, it is a good idea to check them frequently to see if they are still dry.

Symptoms of too much fiber

Fiber is also known as “bulk” or “roughage,” and it can make some noise as it passes through your stomach and intestines. While there is no daily upper limit for dietary
fiber intake, consuming large amounts may cause discomfort and symptoms such as:

gas
bloating
constipation
diarrhea
abdominal cramping

Cut back on your fiber intake if you experience these symptoms and feel that they are
the result of your diet and not another condition, like the stomach flu, that has similar symptoms.

If you experience severe symptoms, consult your doctor or visit an urgent care center or the hospital. In rare but serious cases, consuming too much fiber can cause an intestinal (bowel) obstruction, which is a blockage that prevents contents from moving through.

Great of All Time

🐐

GREATNESS IS WHEN YOUR REALLY GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO BUT YET HAVE THE RESPECT OF ALL YOUR PEERS ~ Megan Harrod

Just popping by here before tomorrow’s race to share something that came to mind earlier when a whole crew of kiddos were surrounding Mik after training, excited to get her autograph and meet her. What Mik is doing is somewhat under the radar, but she is a little bit that way. Unassuming. An introvert. Humble. Selfless. Yet a fierce competitor. I’ve never seen someone so good at their craft simultaneously so kind and caring to so many. That’s a balance that’s nearly impossible to strike, yet somehow—like most other things she does—she finds a way.

I can’t stress enough the fact that what Miki is doing is SO good for the sport, but it’s also SO much bigger than the sport. It’s monumental. HUGE. And she’s doing it with grace, class, joy, and the never ending quest for excellence. Let’s enjoy the ride, team. And, as Jeff would say…be kind, think first, have fun.  Oh yes, Mik is so so much more than just a ski racer! No words, numbers and records can ever express how amazing Mik is and how proud I am of her. I’m really honored to call someone like her my role model! She’s simply unique – on and off the slopes!  Miki is in a way of being a gentle being, role model for

the sport and fair competitor, probably the greatest person ever.  ♥️ 🤍

I haven’t had much time to reflect and share my reflections, given I have been traveling the last couple of weeks and working at domestic @fisalpine World Cups, but now that I’m back, I am grounded and I feel at home. It’s the first time in 9 seasons, and—to be honest—it feels good to be here.

Will I have FOMO this month? Yes. Will it be worth it? Yes. And that’s what I have to hold onto and keep reminding myself.

I am thankful, despite the challenges this last year has brought our way. It has taken me some time to get here, but I can now acknowledge this gratitude despite my heartbreak. Why? Because I’m simply grateful to have been a mother.

Yes, that’s right. I am a mother.

I can’t express how deeply painful the loss was…and the aftermath of that loss was. Despite that loss, though, I felt something. I connected to the being that was inside me, and the being that we will be blessed with in the future. It’s wild how much of a connection a mother has to her unborn baby, and in the days following my miscarriage, I felt a distinct connection to the baby boy I lost. You may think it sounds crazy, but I saw an intuitive person who helped me to find a spiritual connection with my baby boy. That connection helped me to resolve the feelings of anger, sadness, regret, and pain I have experienced. For weeks, while I was meditating, I connected with this little being. He forgave me.
He shared with me why and what he was there to teach me. I grew. And I also connected with my future self.

I can’t begin tell you how frustrating it is to feel like you’re doing all the the things—limiting coffee and alcohol intake, listening to my body and resting as needed.
(also limiting intense exercise), doing yoga, meditation, burning sage and collecting precious stones, taking all of the supplements, drinking raspberry tea leaves…
and bone broth, doing acupuncture, getting labs on labs and semen analysis done,
tracking ovulation, basal body temp, and using all of the apps, timing sex based on it all –
and you continue to get a negative pregnancy test result. It hurts.

But yet, I am hopeful. And I am thankful. I am thankful because I am a mother,
and I will one day be a mother again.

Mikaela Shiffrin celebrates her 82nd victory. She is now just four wins behind
Ingemar Stenmark’s overall World Cup record. Photograph: Alen Milavec/EPA

Been meaning to share this for a bit, but life has gotten away from me…partly because.

I’m realizing I’m too, f’in old to wake up in the middle of the night and

stay up for hours covering the World Cup. 🙃

(Side note – looking forward to being on European time come January).

Anyway, that said, launching @mikaelashiffrin’s new YouTube channel and her new series. #MovingRightAlong, and waking up at ungodly hours of the night/morning were worth it to 1) see the positive reaction of the series, and 2) to watch Mikaela win her 77th World Cup.

So, while many others were congratulating her on “yet another win,” I reflected on it a bit further, as I tend to do. Masters of their craft make the greatest effort look like a walk in the park. Mikaela is a master.

12/20/2012: Her first World Cup victory. That’s 10 years ago (🤯) in Åre, Sweden.

And she’s been at the top of her game consistently every year to date.
Can you imagine a career that entails 10 years of being on the top, consistently, in an individual sport with no teammates to influence your success?! Of course, teammates in skiing influence success in more indirect ways…but as a ski racer, it’s just you and the mountain. One would expect an athlete to plateau…but Mikaela is sustaining excellence (both on and off the mountain) in an otherworldly fashion.

I’m not big on the moniker “GOAT”…I think it’s overused and I feel like there are far too many ways one can classify the greatest of all time. But, I am big on stats (even though Mikaela is not), so here goes…

233 World Cup Starts
130 World Cup Podiums
82 World Cup Victories

That means, her win rate is 33.9%, which means that when she steps into the start gate, she is likely to win over 1/3 of all races.

Her podium percentage is nearly 55%. 🤯🤯🤯

Already with eight wins this season, Shiffrin is also quickly approaching.
Ingemar Stenmark’s overall record – between men and women – of 86 victories.
Vonn retired four years ago when injuries ended her pursuit of Stenmark’s record.
Shiffrin and Vonn now each have 20 more wins than the next woman on the all-time list, Annemarie Moser-Proll of Austria at 62.
While the often-injured Vonn required 395 races for her 82 wins, Shiffrin has done it in just 233. And at the age of 27, Shiffrin could compete for several more years and win many more races.

Shiffrin’s achievement comes almost a year after a disappointing performance at
the Beijing Olympics, when she competed in six events without winning a medal.
Winning this race, though, never really seemed in doubt.
On an overcast morning, Shiffrin was the first starter and laid down a much more aggressive opening run than either of her two trips down the steep Podkoren course on Saturday, when she finished in a tie for sixth.
“I couldn’t ski faster,” Shiffrin said after her first run. “I felt much, much better this first run than yesterday. I had to try to change my feeling from yesterday. It was very good skiing and I’m happy with that.”

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Mikaela Shiffrin misses 83rd World Cup victory in Flachau – Vlhova wins, Dürr races to third place – Archyde
I know I’m never at a loss for words, but athletes at the top of their game get me particularly verbose. Sustaining excellence is an underrated feat…

The media sensationalizes injury, throws around the GOAT term, amplifies grief…but someone winning and podiuming as much as Mikaela becomes a bit “ho-hum” to the general public and it seems people run out of words to describe it. Nothing is given, everything is earned…and though it may look easy, it is certainly not.

Each victory is hard-fought, and so is each podium. And it’s not just the victories that matter. It’s all of it, because it’s a process. I’d challenge everyone to look at athletic feats with a different lens…try to learn the story behind them, how they got where they did. I try to do that with all the athletes I work with, whether returning from injury or snagging a personal best. Let’s all try to appreciate that process rather than just focus on a catchy headline.

Mikaela – writing about your career will never get old. Bravo, champ. And I know you hate when I talk about stats and post lengthy posts putting you in the spotlight (because you’re humble and cool like that), but allow me to be like an annoyingly proud big sister.

Thx. 🌟  From meganharrod

Kambo is a healing ritual used mainly in South America.
It’s named after the poisonous secretions of the giant monkey frog,
or Phyllo medusa bicolor.

The frog secretes the substance as a defense mechanism to kill or subdue animals
that try to eat it. Some humans, on the other hand, apply the substance to their
body for its alleged health benefits.

What do people use it for?
Indigenous people have used Kambo for centuries to heal and cleanse the body by strengthening its natural defenses and warding off bad luck. It was also believed to increase stamina and hunting skills.

These days shamans and naturopathic practitioners still use it for cleansing the body
of toxins, as well as treating numerous health conditions. Despite a lack of research, proponents of Kambo believe it can help with a range of conditions, including:

addiction
Alzheimer’s disease
anxiety
cancer
chronic pain
depression

Kambo Healing Sessions – Frog Venom (Sapo) – Transcendental Journeys

Kambo: What is It and Why is It So Healing? – DoubleBlind Mag

What’s the process like?
The first part of the process involves drinking about a liter of water or cassava soup.

Next, a practitioner will use a burning stick to create a number of small burns on the skin, resulting in blisters. The blistered skin is then scraped off, and the kambo is applied to the wounds.

From the wound, the kambo enters the lymphatic system and bloodstream, where it’s said to race around the body scanning for problems. This usually results in some immediate side effects, especially vomiting.

Once these effects begin to fade, the person will be given water or tea to help
flush out the toxins and rehydrate.

Where is it applied?
Traditionally, kambo was administered to the shoulder area. Modern practitioners
often administer it on chakras, which are energy points throughout the body.

What are the effects?
Kambo causes a range of unpleasant side effects.
The first is usually a rush of heat and redness to the face.

Other effects quickly follow, including:

nausea
vomiting
diarrhea
abdominal pain
dizziness
heart palpitations
feeling of a lump in throat
trouble swallowing
swelling of the lips, eyelids, or face
loss of bladder control
Symptoms can range in severity. They typically last from 5 to 30 minutes,
though they can last for up to several hours in rare cases.

Does it actually work?
While there are plenty of people who’ve reported good results after doing a kambo ceremony, there’s not much scientific evidence to back up these claims.

Experts have studied kambo for years and documented a few of its effects, such as brain cell stimulation and the dilation of blood vessels. But none of the existing research supports the health claims surrounding kambo.

Are there any risks?
Along with the intense and very unpleasant effects that are considered a normal part
of the ritual, kambo has been associated with several serious effects and complications.

Possible risks of using Kambo include:
severe and prolonged vomiting and diarrhea
dehydration
muscle spasms and cramps
convulsions
jaundice
confusion
scarring

Kambo has also been linked to causing toxic hepatitis, organ failure, and death.
Certain underlying health conditions can increase your risk for serious side effects.
It’s best to avoid Kambo if you have:

cardiovascular conditions
a history of stroke or brain hemorrhage
aneurism
blood clots
mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and psychosis
low blood pressure
epilepsy
Addison’s disease
Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding as well as children shouldn’t use kambo.

Is it legal?

Kambo is legal but not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration or any other health organization. This means there’s no oversight on quality or contaminants in the product.

I want to try it — is there any way to minimize the risks?
Kambo is poisonous. It can cause some very intense symptoms that can be unpredictable, so it’s not recommended for use.

But if you still want to give it a try, there are a few important steps you can take to reduce your risk for having a bad experience. For starters, only highly experienced practitioners should administer Kambo.

It’s also a good idea to check with your doctor before participating in a Kambo ritual.
This is especially important if you have an underlying health condition or take any prescription medication.

Here are some other things to consider:
How much water you drink matters. Drink no more than 1 liter of water before Kambo and up to a maximum of 1.5 liters of tea or water after. Taking in too much water with Kambo has been linked to a condition called syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Start with a low dose. Starting with a small dose is the best way to gauge your sensitivity to kambo. Higher doses also increase the risk of more severe and longer lasting adverse effects.
Don’t combine Kambo with other substances. It’s recommended that Kambo not be combined with other substances in the same session. This includes ayahuasca, secretions of Bufo alvarius (Colorado River toad), and jurema.

Get kambo from a reputable source. Another reason why it’s so important to use an experienced practitioner? Contamination. There’s at least one known case of a person coating sticks with egg yolk and selling them as kambo. There have been other reports
of imported herbal products being contaminated with heavy metals.

The bottom line
Kambo cleanses are gaining popularity in North America and Europe despite
a lack of scientific evidence to back up the health claims surrounding the ritual.
If you’re going to partake, know the potential risks and dangers, including illness
and death, and take precautions to minimize your risk for serious complications.

The Free Spirit Within You

Trina someday in the near future I will be able to say “I knew you way back when?”

I am Trina Christine Mason and I have a survivor mindset!!!
When I was living in Florida, I was very well-established and people in St. Augustine
knew who I was, where to find me, and word-of-mouth spread quickly of what my offerings were. It did not take a lot of work because at the time I was just doing what
I loved, and being myself, so it all came naturally. Since I have moved to the Pacific Northwest, I have been attempting to reestablish my same business here. and in doing
so I have realized I have never had a business plan or any professional, concentrated insight in regards to taking my business absolutely seriously.

My emotional reasoning for this is that I was always taken care of by God and always had exactly what I needed. Frankly I also was never taught the benefits of doing this and never seeked out educational information or instructions on how to build a successful business.
I have been running my own business since I was 12 years old. My first business was the pet care kids in my childhood apartment complex taking care of skinks, iguanas, dogs & rabbits. Now that I have moved to Washington during a pandemic where everything was shut down, I have spent a lot of time with myself in solitude during times of no sunshine for days, freezing weather & rainfall.

I have worked for other people being a caregiver for developmentally disabled & for a
lawn care service in all weather conditions. Both job’s helped make loud & clear a desire to return to running my own business and using my god given skills & talents without having a middle man taking a majority of the proceeds. I have been running my own business since I was a kid thanks to the leadership of my father.

I am currently growing a task achieving business on the side that includes helping
people organize, clean, tend to their land, interior decorating, feng shui, fun art projects
& Meaningful personal assistance. That has been really helpful to me to pay the bills while I am just now starting to put myself out there in the local community with my other offerings. I will continue to build #TrinaMedicine offering opportunities to review internal landscapings, work with color, explore nature, spend time in nature, play instruments & make noise.

🌈 From being a sideshow attraction at Wolf’s Museum of Mystery in Saint Augustine Florida performing the human blockhead trick inserting a screwdriver in

my nose 🪛 After this I would go on Juggalo Championship Wrestling.

at Insane Clown Posse’s Gathering of the Juggalos on July 27, 2017, 🤡

For this event I had to get a license to wrestle from Oklahoma athletic commission 🤼‍♀️ I am 30 years old now & in February I will be 31! I am still interested in professional wrestling! I would love to find a wrestling school in Bellingham Washington to continue training!

I love the tradition of classic #prowrestling & enjoy shaking hands in the locker room!
I have had such a blast in my time in the ring! It was very healing for me in my childhood! My first match was March 20th 2009 when I was 17 years old! I have so many great memories of my wrestling family! The business brought me so much happiness! Friendly reminder that anything you can dream of is absolutely possible for you! Imagine your dream and imagine what it feels like in your body to have the dream come true right now? What is a step you can take today to get closer to that reality? What is something that you’re not doing now, that the version of you who has accomplished the dream goal does?

Maybe that version of you believes in the possibility of accomplishment and there’s something you can do now to create hope & encourage yourself! Start by writing down what you think you want. What is needed to get there? Are you willing to do what it takes? Maybe there’s something you can stop doing that will help the journey. Making it clear by writing down & mapping the intention & the direction.

Naming & identifying the specifics. Conquering every challenge & enjoying the process of creating a life worth living for. Trust yourself to know yourself enough & listen to the call of your heart & soul. Love yourself enough to hear you & see you as you are. We all are aging , changing & evolving. Focus on growth & solutions. It is possible to experience breakthroughs. It is possible to overcome. It is possible to heal yourself & feel happy everyday. Listen to the hurts of your own heart. Tending to, nurturing

Another highlight of 2022 was leaving ProScapes and
starting my own business.

On September 23, 2021, I started ProScapes and worked outside as a professional landscaper. When the winter came it was pretty extreme for me after living in Florida my whole life. I learned a lot about myself during that time of working there. Something that became most pressing was my love for being outside in nature and beautifying. I loved working with the hula hoe & hand pulling weeds. It was a very zen practice that really satisfied me. The work gave me a place to really utilize all of my excessive physical
energy I always have.

I love laying my hands in the soil & to do caregiving behaviors to the land & plants. Intimate connection to nature is only natural. As we continue to build steel empires
of neural networks of thinking quantum computers. Artificial intelligence that has an awareness of quantum entanglement, the spooky action at a distance. Shifting myself Attempting to focus on the preservation of the reservation of the planet & not being a

foul polluter as Jonas Salk mentioned in his book #SurvivalOfTheWisest 📚

While others are focused on a breakaway civilization in outer space & connecting our brains to one another & the internet network & living unconscious of being mindful of our duties to others & ability to learn cooperation & the ability to reflect on the other side of our actions. By design our attention is taken away & purposefully focused on what the machine learning is suggesting to us as it reads the biometric data (heart rate, micro facial movements, eye dilation / iridology, etc). Information technology, iT has been added to our list of addictions and contributes to the #BehaviorEngineering of #Alexithymia 🧠

Imagine when time travel or teleportation is publicly accessible & the many other things that will be experimented with for ten years before release of information to the general public. While I am just a small girl in the world I have an interest in big things. I have grown to believe in the existence of many unseen things. I believe in the importance of human interaction, touch, deep listening & affection & others enjoy the speech jamming device,

How do you want to be remembered? What is the deeper meaning to your existence?
Is it God? Is it your calling? What is worth living, breathing & dying for? What inspires
you to move? One to ten, what is your level of hope? Can you measure a way to have more hope? What is your destiny & written in the book about your life? What are you committed to dreaming? Are you a fighter? Are you a defender? What is your nature? What is your relationship with your nature & the nature of one another?

What is your relationship with nature? In what ways are you disconnected from our ways of living in our earliest times of human development? What are you willing to do today? Do you care about yourself? What do you love? What is special and sacred to you? Where is there room to learn & grow? Do you have room for growth in your heart? Room for growth In your mind? Growth In your spirit? In your patience? In your understanding?
Do you know? Are you willing to attempt to stop judging & analyzing or stop mapping, measuring and weighing? Can you let go of the attachment to the discomfort?

Can you identify and relate? Are you feeling safe?

Can you hold space for another, or do you need alone? Take time to process your senses. Integration of the lessons. Focus on being fully present. 100% here now, not 99%.
You can do as you choose. I am calling you to dance with me to the pulse of our hearts.
You are free to move and make noise. You are perfect. There is a plan.
It is written for you to have victory. It is already done. Imagine remembering.
Healing is happening. As you heal, we all heal. I am healing too.

I love you & I am always with you 😇 🌈 remember who you really are;

Your name is no mistake. Picture yourself enjoying tomorrow.
Enjoy today, tomorrow and the next day. Small steps to bring you closer. There is no rush. You can spend your life time building & creating. Invent yourself & believe in your mission statement. I am forever loving you and there is nothing you can do about it. Precious is our breath & our time being together. I bless you with vision & power to build your seeds into substance. I bless you with noticing your clear intention and the support that is near Trina Christine Mason – YouTube | Trina Christine Mason’s YouTube Stats (Summary Profile) – Social Blade Stats

Are you interested? Are you curious? What lights you up? ✨
Do you believe it ? Are you willing? Is your heart open?
Do you have trust? Are you available to learn new things?
What creates enjoyment for you?

What can you do today and right now to take a few steps
closer to completing the plan, you have for your life?
