Both “师傅 (shī fu)” and “师父 (shī fu)” are pronounced “shī fu” in Chinese,
but they are different in writing and meaning as well.
“师父”和”师傅”在中文里都读作”shī fu”，在说话时听不出二者的分别，但写出来就不一样了，且意义也有所不同。
 
Here is the major difference in general:

“师父 (shī fu)” is used to address a respectable teacher or mentor.
师父：对恩师的尊称。
 
“师傅 (shī fu)” is used to address someone who teaches skills in the fields of industry, commerce, drama, art or medical.
师傅：工、商、戏剧、艺术、医术等行业中传授技艺的人。
 
“师傅 (shī fu)” is a very common and polite Chinese term usually used to address the workers from working class, such as taxi-drivers, construction workers, plumbers, maintainers, dustmen, doormen, cooks, barbers, elderly workers, or anyone (mostly the elder people) in the street, who you want to ask for help but whose name is unknown. However, there are exceptions as well. For example, it’s inadvisable to address a doctor or a policeman “师傅 (shī fu)”. It can be used to address men as well as women, but more suitable for men. If you know the person’s family name (Zhang or Wang), you can address him/her “张师傅 (zhāng shī fu)” or “王师傅 (wáng shī fu)”.
“师傅”是一个常见且具备礼貌性的中文词，在大多数情况下用于称呼工人阶级的工人，比如出租车司机、建筑工人、管道工、维修人员、清洁工、门卫、厨师、理发员、年长的工人或你想寻求帮助但不知道他们名字的街上的任何人(大部分情况是年长的人)。但是也有例外，例如用于称呼医生或警察就显得不太合适。它可用于称呼男性和女性，不过较多可能是用于男性。如果你知道那个人的姓(张、王或其他的)，你可以称呼他或她为”张师傅”或”王师傅”。
 
“师父 (shī fu)” is usually used to address a monk or nun, and a martial arts instructor. In the Chinese classic novel 西游记 (Journey to the West), you may find that Money King always address the Monk Tang “师父 (shī fu)”. The word “师父 (shī fu)” might make you recall the movie ‘Kung Fu Panda’, where Po called his teacher “Master”. Here, “Master” in Chinese should be “师父 (shī fu)” rather than “师傅 (shī fu)”.

Traditionally, Chinese people respect their teachers as their own parents, and that is the reason why they say “一日为师终生为父” (yī rì wéi shī zhōng shēng wéi fù. He who teaches me for one day is my father for life).

The basic meaning of these two words is the same, which are the respectful titles for the person who teach knowledge or skills to others. Compared with “师傅 (shī fu)”, “师父 (shī fu)” covers a wider range that includes the meaning of the former. But in modern Chinese, using either of them on the same person won’t cause any misunderstanding in most situations.

Further on, we meet a whole family of leaves, who we respect and have good wishes for.

They are sincere and true.

They know when we’re not okay, and they know what makes us happy.

I think one of the biggest challenges of being a tree is defoliation. In other words, forcing your leaves to change color and fall in order to reap the harvest. Some leaves last our whole lives. Others fall off when it’s their time to do so. And others fall before autumn arrives. These are the most painful.
If one of them falls off our branches too soon, it can make us think we are ill, and they produce a deep sadness in our roots. But once a leaf withers, it means they’ve given you all of the beauty they had to offer, and it’s time to make room for new leaves in the spring.
It’s simple, as trees our biggest aspiration is to have lovely leaves and bear good fruit. To gather the most beautiful ones we can find, our biggest treasure. 
Our greatest responsibility is to remain vigorous, take root and grow. 
In short, to be symbols of love, health and prosperity.

Souls who help remind us who we are.
In life, it sometimes seems that we battle with growing away from ourselves. We are these amazing children filled with fire and creativity, and somewhere along the way, we forget what we used to believe in with such vigor.

USA 250 – the Semiquincentennial

Anniversaries mark milestones that recognize the passage of time and
related achievements.

Because 60 percent of the English language is based on Latin, the names you use for anniversaries have Latin origins. An event commemorating 250 years might be described as quarter millennial, with “quarter” meaning one-fourth and “millennial,” a Latin-derived word meaning 1,000 years. Choosing which numerical prefix or combination of prefixes to place in front of “-ennial,” the Latin term for the word category for years between events, has led to other terms for 250 years. 

Town Choice
Another accepted term for a 250th anniversary, semiquincentennial, has no dictionary listing as of publication. According to the Phrontistery.info website, most words coined for multi-century events don’t appear in dictionaries until people use them regularly. Semiquincentennial means half of 500 years. Pennsylvania cities Pittsburgh and Allentown held semiquincentennial events in 2008 and 2012, respectively. The toolkit offered by the Vermont Historical Society for the 110 Vermont municipalities reaching the 250-year milestone between 2011 and 2014 used the term, while West Virginia’s oldest town, Shepherdstown, used a variation — semiquincentennial — to describe its festivities.

Other Terms
The U.S. Department of Interior and the Huffington Post have called 250-
year events “sestercentennial,” preferring the Latin prefix for two-and-a-half, sester, to create a shorter term than semiquincentennial. Princeton University referred to its 250th anniversary in 1996 as a bicenquinquagenary, although this tongue-twister actually means 200 times 50, or 10,000 years.
As the nation, public and private preparations are already underway to mark the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America, what will be officially known as the “Semiquincentennial,” on July 4, 2026. Leading the planning is a special federal panel, known as the “United States Semiquincentennial Commission” – their work will be supplemented
by a non-profit organization, the American Battlefield Trust, which works to preserve battlefields and historic sites from the Revolutionary War,
the War of 1812 and the Civil War.

Philadelphia – home to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell – is the unofficial center of the work on the Semiquincentennial, as the state of Pennsylvania has also established its own special panel to help with those 250th year celebrations.

It took a few years for the feds to figure out exactly what to call July 4, 2026 – the 250th anniversary didn’t have a convenient name like “Bicentennial” for the 200 year celebration of the United States, in 1976.

Some towns and groups have used names like Sestercentennial, Quarter Millennium, or (my favorite) Bicenquinquagenary to mark a 250th anniversary celebration – but the official designation of the Congress went for “Semiquincentennial,” which technically means half (semi) of five (quin) of a century – so that gets you to 250 years.
For those who might not have been around in 1976 for the Bicentennial – it was a very big deal, and one would expect 2026 and the Semiquincentennial will be much the same.
“I feel both pride and humility, rejoicing and reverence as I stand in the place where two centuries ago the United States of America was conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal,” President Gerald Ford said at Independence Hall on July 4, 1976, as he marked the 200th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

“Altogether, of the 56 men who signed our great Declaration, five were taken prisoner, 12 had their homes sacked, two lost their sons, nine died in the war itself,” President Ford said in his 1976 speech.
“Those men knew what they were doing. In the final stirring words of the Declaration, they pledged to one another “our lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” And when liberty was at stake, they were willing to pay the price.”
A century earlier, on July 4, 1876, President Ulysses Grant urged Americans
to not only celebrate the 100th anniversary of independence, but also thank higher powers for the evolution of the United States of America.
“It seems fitting that on the occurrence of the hundredth anniversary of our existence as a nation a grateful acknowledgement should be made to Almighty God for the protection and the bounties which He has vouchsafed to our beloved country,”  President Grant wrote in a proclamation.

The Watergate scandal was a major political scandal in the United States involving the administration of U.S. President Richard Nixon from 1971 to 1974 that led to Nixon’s resignation. The scandal stemmed from the Nixon administration’s continuous attempts to cover up its involvement in the June 17, 1972 break-in of the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Washington, D.C. Watergate Office Building. After the five perpetrators were arrested, the press and the U.S. 
The Justice Department connected the cash found on them at the time to the Nixon re-election campaign committee. WASHINGTON/DETROIT (Reuters) – When U.S. President Joe Biden flies to Georgia Friday, he will land in the middle of an increasingly politicized battle between two South Korean electric vehicle battery makers and the state and federal politicians who want to prevent their feud from costing American jobs.
The companies, LG Chem and rival SK Innovation Co, are trying to take advantage of past and promised U.S. investments, and ties to politicians in Georgia, Ohio and Tennessee, to win the end game in a long-running legal dispute over intellectual property and access to the growing U.S. electric vehicle market.
The Biden Administration, through the U.S. Trade Representative’s office, may ultimately pick a winner by the early April deadline. Both declined to comment.
The global auto industry is racing to develop EVs. Batteries made by LG, SK and other suppliers are critical to meeting the target of building zero-emission vehicles.
Georgia is the center of action. Unless the White House intervenes, SK says a Feb. 10 ruling by the International Trade Commission would force it to halt construction on a $2.6-billion factory in a state whose two newly-elected Democratic Senators are the linchpin of Biden’s slim Democratic Congressional majority.
Democratic Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock told Reuters he has spoken with the Biden administration and hopes a deal can be reached. “I am working to make sure Georgians will benefit from the jobs they were promised.”
LG wrote to Warnock, arguing SK is “holding the people of Georgia hostage in a last-ditch lobbying effort to avoid settling.” LG said, if SK abandoned the plant, LG “will do our best to fill in any voids.”
Concern in Georgia is bipartisan. On Friday, Governor Brian Kemp, a Republican, urged Biden to overturn the decision, noting SK’s plant will employ nearly 2,600 people in the largest foreign investment in Georgia history. “Simply put: the livelihoods of thousands of Georgians are now in your hands.”

BATTLEGROUND STATES
LG’s political allies warn that reversing the ITC could hurt workers in Michigan and Ohio, also key political battleground states.
LG is nearing completion of a cell manufacturing plant in Ohio with General Motors ( GM ) and sources said they are in talks to build a second facility in Tennessee.

“LG Chem’s stolen intellectual property should not be used to directly compete against Ohio workers at the new factory or the Ohio- and Michigan-based businesses in the factory’s supply chain,” Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine wrote in a March 8 letter to Biden.
In Tennessee, home to SK customer Volkswagen’s U.S. assembly plant, state economic development chief Bob Rolfe said politics and jobs take center stage.
“You can certainly weigh the political side of this and then you also need to weigh the impact to the economy,” said Rolfe, who declined to support either battery maker.
LG said it plans to invest more than $4.5 billion in U.S. battery production over the next four years and build at least two plants, including possibly in Georgia. LG insists it can handle the auto industry’s battery needs if SK abandons its Georgia plant.
SK said LG’s spending plans are meant to sway Biden and added it would be impossible for LG to handle the VW and Ford Motor Co ( F ) contracts.

“Georgians know the difference between our real commitment to the state and LG’s paper promises,” an SK spokeswoman said.
SK warned Chinese manufacturers may replace lost battery capacity, striking a chord with some lawmakers sensitive to ceding ground to a major trade rival.

Toyota Warns Tesla’s Gas Car Phase-Out Goals Must Overcome Huge Challenges.

Toyota has no love for pure-electric cars, hence it falling out with Tesla Motors and the subsequent war of words between the two. Once again, Toyota is declaring that electricity isn’t the fuel of the future, reiterating its belief that hydrogen is the way to go.

This time around, the chief engineer for the Mirai fuel cell car, Yoshikazu Tanaka, made some controversial assertions about why battery-electric cars won’t work in large quantities. Reuters Canada reports that Tanaka said that too many cars charging up will overload the power grid, which in turn will cause problems for households and businesses.
What about rapid battery charging technology? Tanaka said it wouldn’t help, because even if you could charge up an electric car in a mere twelve minutes, it would probably be “using up electricity required to power 1,000 houses.”
Tanaka and his employer aren’t anti electric cars, but instead see hydrogen as a more practical fuel source. The only way they’d word is if virtually all electric vehicles were charged at night and weren’t driven very far each day. In reality, some people must drive long distances every day, and not everyone has the ability to charge their car nightly.
Interestingly enough, no mention was made by Tanaka about what role solar panels would play in helping keep up with daytime energy demands.
As Toyota is pushing hydrogen vehicles such as the Mirai, it’s meeting considerable resistance from electric car fans. The company has been accused of “knowing” that electric cars are better, but being part of a worldwide conspiracy, among other outlandish things.
Toyota is an incredibly powerful force in the automotive industry, having single handedly jump started the hybrid powertrain revolution. Now that it’s putting its full weight behind hydrogen fuel cell technology, the question is when not if such vehicles will become common on U.S. roads. Just how mainstream they’ll eventually be is still up in the air.
An important milestone was achieved by Toyota recently as the Mirai was the first fuel cell car to pace a NASCAR race.

Electric Cars Will Challenge State Power Grids

SEATTLE — When Seattle City Light unveiled five new electric vehicle charging stations last month in an industrial neighborhood south of downtown, the electric utility wasn’t just offering a new spot for drivers to fuel up. It also was creating a way for the utility to figure out how much more power it might need as electric vehicles catch on.
Seattle aims to have nearly a third of its residents driving electric vehicles by 2030. Washington state is No. 3 in the nation in per-capita adoption of plug-in cars, behind California and Hawaii. But as Washington and other states urge their residents to buy electric vehicles — a crucial component of efforts to reduce carbon emissions — they also need to make sure the electric grid can handle it.
The average electric vehicle requires 30 kilowatt-hours to travel 100 miles — the same amount of electricity an average American home uses each day to run appliances, computers, lights and heating and air conditioning.
A U.S. Department of Energy study found that increased electrification across all sectors of the economy could boost national consumption by as much as 38% by 2050, in large part because of electric vehicles. The environmental benefit of electric cars depends on the electricity being generated by renewables.
So far, states predict they will be able to sufficiently boost power production. But whether electric vehicles will become an asset or a liability to the grid largely depends on when drivers charge their cars.

Electricity demand fluctuates throughout the day; demand is higher during daytime hours, peaking in the early evening. If many people buy electric vehicles and mostly try to charge right when they get home from work — as many currently do — the system could get overloaded or force utilities to deliver more electricity than they’re currently capable of producing.
In California, for example, the worry is not so much with the state’s overall power capacity, but rather with the ability to quickly ramp up production when demand is high, said Sandy Louey, media relations manager for the California Energy Commission, in an email. About 150,000 electric vehicles were sold in California in 2018 — 8% of all state car sales.
The state projects that electric vehicles will consume 5.4% of the state’s electricity, or 17,000 gigawatt-hours, by 2030. 

Responding to the growth in electric vehicles will present unique challenges for each state. A team of researchers from the University of Texas at Austin estimated the amount of electricity that would be required if every car on the road transitioned to electric. Wyoming, for instance, would need to nudge up its electricity production only 17%, while Maine would have to produce 55% more.
Efficiency Maine, a state trust that oversees energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction programs, offers rebates for the purchase of electric vehicles, part of state efforts to incentivize growth.
 
“We’re certainly mindful that if those projections are right, then there will need to be more supply,” said Michael Stoddard, the program’s executive director. “But it’s going to unfold over a period of the next 20 years. If we put our minds to it and plan for it, then we should be able to do it.”
A November report sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy found that there has been almost no increase in electricity demand nationwide over the past 10 years, while capacity has grown an average of 12 gigawatts per year (1 GW can power more than half a million homes). That means energy production could climb at a similar rate and still meet even the most aggressive increase in electric vehicles, with proper planning.

Charging Times Matter
Charging during off-peak hours would not only allow many electric vehicles to be added to the roads, but also allow utilities to get more use out of power plants that currently run only during the limited peak times.
Seattle City Light and others are looking at various ways to promote charging during ideal times. One method is time-of-day rates. For the Seattle chargers unveiled last month, users will pay 31 cents per kWh during peak daytime hours and 17 cents during off-peak hours. The utility will monitor use at its charging stations to see how effective the rates are at shifting charging to more favorable times. 
The utility also is working on a pilot program to study charging behavior at home. And it’s partnering with customers such as King County Metro that are electrifying large vehicle fleets to make sure they have both the infrastructure and charging patterns to integrate smoothly.
“Traditionally, our utility approach is to meet the load demand,” said Emeka Anyanwu, energy innovation and resources officer for Seattle City Light.
Instead, he said, the utility is working with customers to see whether they can use existing assets without the need for additional investment.

Numerous analysts say that approach is crucial. 
“Even if there’s an overall increase in consumption, it really matters when that occurs,” said Sally Talberg, head of the Michigan Public Service Commission, which oversees the state’s utilities. “The encouragement of off-peak charging and other technology solutions that could come to bear could offset any negative impact.”
One of those solutions is smart charging, a system in which vehicles are plugged in but don’t charge until they receive a signal from the grid that demand has tapered off a sufficient amount. This is often paired with a lower rate for drivers who use it. Several smart charging pilot programs are being conducted by utilities, though it has not yet been phased in widely.
Utility officials say the technology will be ready by the time widespread purchases of electric vehicles make it necessary.
In Colorado, both time-of-day rates and smart charging will be part of the state’s approach, said Will Toor, executive director of the Colorado Energy Office. 
“There’s a broad consensus that EVs will need to be on time-of-use rates,” Toor said. “It will be easy for people to program their vehicle so they come home, plug it in and it doesn’t actually come on until the electricity gets cheap at 9 p.m.”
Some utilities say localized infrastructure upgrades may be necessary if, for example, one neighborhood or city has a particularly high number of electric vehicles.
“We’re looking at whether there will be enough capacity, but also from distribution planning at the neighborhood level to make sure we’re not getting overloaded circuits,” Talberg said.

Welcoming Growth
In many places, the increased electricity demand from electric vehicles is seen as a benefit to utilities and ratepayers. In the Northwest, electricity consumption has remained relatively stagnant since 2000, despite robust population growth and development. That’s because increasing urbanization and building efficiency have driven down electricity needs. 
Electric vehicles could help push electricity consumption closer to utilities’ capacity for production. That would bring in revenue for the providers, which would help defray the costs for maintaining that capacity, lowering rates for all customers.
“Having EV loads is welcome, because it’s environmentally cleaner and helps sustain revenues for utilities,” said Massoud Jourabchi, manager of economic analysis for the Northwest Power and Conservation Council, which develops power plans for the region.
Colorado also is working to promote electric cars, with the aim of putting 940,000 on the road by 2030. The state has adopted California’s zero-emission vehicles mandate, which requires automakers to reach certain market goals for their sales of cars that don’t burn fossil fuels, while extending tax credits for the purchase of such cars, investing in charging stations and electrifying state fleets.

Auto dealers have opposed the mandate, saying it infringes on consumer freedom.
“We think it should be a customer choice, a consumer choice and not a government mandate,” said Tim Jackson, president and CEO of the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association.
Jackson also said that there’s not yet a strong consumer appetite for electric vehicles, meaning that manufacturers that fail to sell the mandated number of emission-free vehicles would be required to purchase credits, which he thinks would drive up the price of their other models.
Republicans in the state have registered similar concerns, saying electric vehicle adoption should take place based on market forces, not state intervention.
While Colorado’s goal is primarily focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, it will have additional benefits for utilities and their customers, Toor said.
“The benefit will come from the fact that you’re adding a meaningful amount of demand,” he said. “Each EV in Colorado will create $600 over its lifetime in economic benefits for other utility ratepayers.”
And in California, electric cars may provide a market for surplus renewable energy production when demand is low. Pacific Gas & Electric, the nation’s largest utility, is working to install 7,500 chargers in its service area.

Cars Give Back
Many in the utility community are excited about the potential for electric cars to serve as battery storage for the grid. Vehicle-to-grid technology, known as V2G, would allow cars charging during the day to take on surplus power from renewable energy sources.
Then, during peak demand times, electric vehicles would return some of that stored energy to the grid. As demand tapers off in the evening, the cars would be able to recharge. 
Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) describes a system in which plug-in electric vehicles, such as battery electric vehicles (BEV), plug-in hybrids (PHEV) or hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV), communicate with the power grid to sell demand response services by either returning electricity to the grid or by throttling their charging rate. V2G storage capabilities can enable EVs to store and discharge electricity generated from renewable energy sources such as solar and wind, with output that fluctuates depending on weather and time of day.
V2G could be especially beneficial – Bing if used by heavy-duty fleets, such as school buses or utility vehicles. Those fleets would have substantial battery storage and long periods where they’re idle, such as evenings and weekends — and even longer periods like summer and the holiday season when school is out. The batteries on a bus, Jourabchi noted, could store as much as 10 times the electricity needed to power a home for a day.

2. social media clearly reserves the right to “silence” any account.

Top specialized professions have 0 opportunity. People like engineers are holding on to jobs for dear life on a day by day basis. All people can do and
are doing is basically sitting alone at home smoking government pot. It is a travesty. To those asking, I was in MTL where I grew up. One of the most beautiful, dynamic, safest and cultured cities on earth.

We also have a huge drug addiction problem, and a massive housing bubble that makes home ownership, or even renting almost impossible for the lower classes, Canada is a society for the rich now. Wisconsin removed its mask mandate on 3/31. In the two weeks since, neighboring states Illinois & Minnesota have seen much worse case increases, despite not lifting their mandates.

I don’t know how many more times experts have to see lifting mandates no matter before they get it. And the reason as per World Economic Forum of

Those three curves were going to do exactly what they did, regardless of any public policy changes. You can see that from the graph. I could have drawn the same future data on the day the WI mask mandate was lifted. BECAUSE IT’S THE MASKS THAT COURSES BACTERIAL PNEUMONIA FACT, As a native Wisconsinite who was elated to see the useless mandate get struck down, though I hadn’t been masking anyway, I have been watching this very closely. Just because the mandates are gone doesn’t mean people aren’t wearing them.
Probably 85-90% compliance for indoor businesses in SE WI and most schools still require. I don’t believe they work but we shouldn’t believe that everyone dropped their masks when the mandate ended. I am opposed to masking and mask mandates but I’m not sure how this data is helpful. Cases are a result of testing, So cases are not meaningful. Also, mandates aren’t meaningful either as many unfortunately continue to live in fear and mask after removal.
Clearly the medical people that are ruining our lives are not making decisions based on unbiased information. Instead they supported the Democrats left wing socialist agenda to control the population. Masks make things worse.

1/2 I’d like to hear a theory about these trends. I’m nobody but attending a scientific faculty I try to base myself on the data and after a year there is no proof that the lockdown is effective (more than one case has properly disavowed it. 2/2 I would like to know why none of the most prominent scientists has bothered to stick strictly to data instead of an ideology by questioning the basis of a failed strategy in the light of some no lockdown cases with similar patterns to those who closed. To disprove a theory (that the lockdown works, in this case) 1 falsification is enough. Lung Cancer – Dr. Carl O Helvie.

Dr. Carl O. Helvie is an RN who has developed a new theory for the practice of nursing. Dr. Helvie specializes in alternative medicine treatments and his theory is designed to support this type of care. However, his nursing theory can be applied to any type of nursing care. He holds a PhD in nursing practice.
Alternative medical treatment involves the use of energy to treat the client. Depending on the treatment, the practitioner may be releasing blocks to the body’s natural energy paths, increasing the body’s energy to respond to an illness or improving the body’s general state of being. Energy is the key to alternative nursing care.

Drawing upon his lifetime of practice in the nursing field, Dr. Helvie developed his theory around 8 points of action. These 8 points are all necessary to make a successful intervention using the energy theory. This nurse theorist first used his theory on individuals, families and then community health nursing. 

His theory consists of the following 8 points:

1. Humans are open energy systems.
2. The environment of each human is energy.
3. Each person exchanges energy with the environment.
4. All persons continually try to adapt holistically to exchanges of energy.
5. Energy needs vary with time and each situation.
6. Adaptation to energy exchanges determines the level of health of each person.
7. As humans move toward illness, they usually require help to regain their former level of energy.
8. Health practitioners assist high-risk individuals to maintain or regain holistic exchange of energy.

Humans Are Open Energy Systems

Each person has three types of energy operating simultaneously. These are bound, kinetic and potential energy. Bound energy is the parts of the body that form it, such as cells, organs and systems. Kinetic energy is the energy that flows through the body such as blood sugar or oxygen. Potential energy is stored energy systems that the body can draw on for future use. An open energy system draws on the environment to produce energy. Each person requires input from the environment to provide all the body’s energy needs.

Environment of Humans is Energy

Besides the internal energy of each individual, they are also surrounded by energy outside of their bodies. This energy can be broken up into different types of energy in the environment, even though they are related to each other. These energies are: chemical, physical, psychological and biological. Chemical energy is found in food, oxygen, pollutants, medicine, cigarettes and other compounds that can be ingested. Physical energy is found in entities such as heat, light, radiation and wind. Biological energy is found in living systems such as bacteria, animals, plants, fungi, and allergens. Psychological energy is found in such things as love, hate, prayer, healing actions or familial support. A community has its own energy found in the services and support available for the individual.

Exchanging Energy with the Environment

When each of us exchanges energy with the environment, the exchange centers on input and output. The input is what we take in from the environment. This can be food, heat, light, infections, anger, love or any other aspect that our bodies take in. The other consideration is the output, which can run to carbon dioxide, feces, sweat, pollution and spit. One way to improve energy flow is to look at the input and output and measure it against known standards when the client was healthy.

Trying to Adapt to Energy Change

All humans experience changes to their environment. Negative change would be those changes that upset the healthy state of the body such as injury, illness, job loss, or unwanted changes to a relationship. Negative change is usually not wanted or chosen by the individual involved. Positive change would be those changes that do change the body, yet they are welcomed by the individual. Such things as a new job, weight loss, and learning can all lead to change perceived as welcome by the individual. Negative or positive change can necessitate temporary changes that last until the body is restored to its normal condition. Negative and positive change can be good or bad. This is determined by the response to this change which is indicated by the energy flows that the body is able to generate.

Energy Needs Vary with Each Situation

Different stages of life require different inputs and generate different outputs. Most of these stages are documented, and it is known what to expect. For example, it is known what changes to energy a pregnant woman needs vs. a young woman who is not pregnant. An elderly person will often eat much less than a busy young person who is also an athlete. The ability to obtain the needed energy that these changes require can be a challenge in some situations. This can result in the body performing at less than the ideal energy peak. Some changes can lead to bodily damage that is so severe the body cannot adapt to it, even with support.

Adaption to Change Determines Health
Over time, each individual experiences shortages and excesses of energy. Their response to these changes determines where on the health continuum a person lands. They may move for a short time down the continuum to be less healthy and then return on their own to normal or with medical intervention to their previous state. However, if someone has more than one negative change at a time, such as having bronchitis with an already compromised lung system, the person may never be able to move back toward their previous healthy condition.

Continuum Movement Usually Requires Assistance
Once a person has moved down the continuum to the unhealthy side, the individual may require assistance to return to their previous state of health. This may be from a health practitioner or it could be from a family or community member. Usually, some sort of help is needed to return the body’s energy to normal. If the body could adapt on its own, it will usually do so in a short period of time. The longer the body spends in an unhealthy position on the health continuum, the more likely they are to need assistance.

Health Practitioners Need to Assist High-Risk Individuals
Health workers such as nurses should be assisting those individuals that are most high-risk at being unable to return to a normal condition on their own. This becomes apparent from the history of the client and reactions of clients in a similar position. Nurses should make sure that needy clients receive the additional care that they require vs. someone who has a temporary dysfunction.

The Nursing Process
To provide care using the energy theory, nurses apply the nursing process. Using the energy theory, the first step of the process is to obtain a past history including their past problems with energy exchange. They also discuss the client’s current level of energy exchange and energy level.
Next, the client is assessed by the nurse. This involves taking data about the client and then comparing them to standard norms. This assessment determines where on the health continuum the patient currently stands. Normal would be in the middle; a movement to either end indicates an over supply of energy or a lack of energy being absorbed by the body.
Once the state of the patient’s energy level is quantified, the nurse makes one or more diagnoses concerning the client. From these, goals and objectives are designed that will be used to return the client to health or at least return the client to the best state possible. The goals and objectives are developed with the client in mind, as he or she must be able to fulfill the goals to meet the objectives.

At the end of the treatment process, the nurse looks at the success of the interaction with the client and uses these results to apply to the next interaction. Successful goals should be carried forward; goals that were unobtainable should be dropped by the nurse in future cases.
Dr. Carl O. Helvie’s energy theory can be used with any use of the nursing process. However, it is most effective for alternative therapists who base their treatments on energy flowing through the body. This includes nurses, herbalists, acupuncturists, healers, physicians and chiropractors.

I Know A Place

The lower forms of consciousness –  are foreign and need to go. I’m waiting
for them to start dropping dead. Why do we keep choosing to do this? Earth sucks, bro! This is my hardest reincarnation yet. Life is a just a temporary place and you’re on a temporary mission. We are in the astral plane. This reality is a physical representation of our mind’s interpretation of our collective thoughts. We are aliens. But I was learning about the prime directive, and this is our planet. not sure if we are the Star-seeds, but we sure as hell got a duty here !

Mask wearing has been this government’s greatest success. They have no intention of reversing it. It has shown how obedient to gov’t dictated people can be. US Capitol Arrests: Christopher Worrell
A member of the Proud Boys who was accused of blasting a line of police officers with pepper-spray during the Capitol riot on Jan. 6 is begging to be released from prison after supposedly coming down with the coronavirus.

According to Politico, Christopher Worrell’s  attorneys claim he contracted
the virus while awaiting his trial in a Washington, D.C., jail, and they say their client is particularly vulnerable because of his ongoing blood cancer treatment. The lawyers revealed Worrell’s COVID-19 diagnosis as part of an appeal after a federal judge rejected his bid for release last month. At the time, Judge Beryl Howell noted that Worrell took part in the Capitol riot without wearing a mask, so didn’t appear to be overly concerned about his health at that point in time. Howell also said Worrell’s alleged attack on police with a chemical spray justified his continued detention.

The attorney for Worrell has filed an emergency motion with the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to seek the release of his client.

Since March 12, Worrell has been shipped around from Florida, to Oklahoma, to Virginia, and currently Washington, D.C.
“He has been subjected to horrific conditions including a lack of water for sometimes up to seven hours and contracted Covid-19 on top of his non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer,” Gateway Pundit noted in an April 15 report. “The proud patriotic American is now severely at risk of dying from Covid-19
or metastasizing cancer advancing while being denied bail.”
In videos he recorded on the scene on Jan. 6, Worrell “can repeatedly be heard calling for peace,” the report notes.
“During the chaos, Worrell saw people that he believed to be Antifa pushing towards the police. He maintains that he discharged his pepper spray towards the people he believed to be leftist agitators, to protect the officers,” the report says. “The government claims that he was trying to spray the police, but have not offered any evidence to back this up.”
While not identifying any victim who was harmed by the pepper spray, the government did concede that it “do[es] not currently know with certainty the target at which Worrell was spraying.”

On April 6, Worrell’s lawyers expressed their concern about his treatment. Chief Judge Beryl Howell argued that Worrell’s concerns about Covid-19 are “disingenuous” because there were no photos submitted of him wearing a mask. In an emergency filing on Thursday, Worrell’s lawyer John Pierce argued that the Fifth Amendment protects the right of pretrial detainees to receive adequate medical care and to be free from pre-conviction punishment. Pierce also noted that the government claims that they are holding Worrell to make sure there is a trial and he doesn’t flee — but if he dies, there will be no trial. The filing says that the prosecution’s position boils down to “we want him in custody, dead or alive.”

The attorney for Capitol protester Christopher Worrell has filed an emergency motion with the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to seek the release of his client, who has cancer, after he contracted COVID-19 in the jail where he is being detained. Worrell has been held for over a month after firing pepper spray during the chaos on January 6, which he says was aimed at people who he believed to be Antifa that were targeting police.

Worrell has been imprisoned and denied bail since March 12 — and has been shipped around from Florida, to Oklahoma, to Virginia, and now finally DC.
He has been subjected to horrific conditions including a lack of water for sometimes up to seven hours and contracted COVID on top of his non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer. The proud patriotic American is now severely
at risk of dying from COVID or metastasizing cancer advancing while being denied bail.

Worrell was raided after travelling to DC with his girlfriend on January 6 to hear then-President Donald Trump speak and exercise their right to protest the 2020 presidential election. Due to the violence from the left that has been inflicted upon Trump supporters in public since 2016, Worrell wore a protective vest lined with plastic and legally carried a small bottle of pepper spray for protection.
Following the Stop the Steal rally, Worrell followed the crowd of thousands
of people to Capitol Hill to protest. The situation was peaceful at first, but escalated when people began to push against the police barriers to get into
the Capitol building.

In videos he recorded on the scene, Worrell can repeatedly be heard calling
for peace. One of the clips from his phone captures him telling an officer that he was “not coming through,” when he accidentally bumped into a barricade trying to back away from the situation.
During the chaos, Worrell saw people that he believed to be Antifa pushing towards the police. He maintains that he discharged his pepper spray towards the people he believed to be leftist agitators, to protect the officers.
The government claims that he was trying to spray the police, but have not offered any evidence to back this up. Eventually, they conceded that the government “do[es] not currently know with certainty the target at which Worrell was spraying.”
The government has not offered any victim who was harmed or sustained injuries by the pepper spray. When a large portion of the crowd broke through the police line and entered the building, Worrell left. A warrant was issued for Worrell on March 12 and the FBI raided his home, but he was away on a camping trip. The FBI had his girlfriend call him and direct him to turn himself in. He immediately ended his trip and drove home, calling the FBI every 30 minutes during the ride to check in as instructed.

When he got home, he was arrested and his cell phone was seized.
Worrell was fully cooperative, even providing the agents with his password. Since then, Worrell has been denied bail while others who actually went inside have been granted it, despite his fragile medical condition. On March 20, Worrell began developing new nodes, lesions, and itchy patches across his body, likely symptoms of his Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.  He has not received his cancer treatment or any other medications since his detention on March 12.
When his lawyers expressed their concern to the judge about his treatment on April 6, Chief Judge Howell argued that Worrell’s concerns about COVID are “disingenuous” because there were no photos submitted of him wearing a mask.
In an emergency filing on Thursday, Worrell’s lawyer John Pierce argued
that the Fifth Amendment protects the right of pretrial detainees to receive adequate medical care and to be free from pre-conviction punishment.

Pierce noted that the Due Process Clause mandates release because the pandemic presents a grave harm outweighing the government’s interest in confinement.
“This Court should release him immediately, subject to certain conditions. Confinement of a high-risk cancer patient in a high-risk setting during a pandemic amounts to impermissible pretrial punishment, as it is not reasonably related to the Government’s interest in confinement,”
the filing states.
Pierce also noted that the government claims that they are holding him to make sure there is a trial and he doesn’t flee — but if he dies, there will be no trial. The filing says that the prosecution’s position boils down to
“we want him in custody, dead or alive.” 
Worrell voluntarily and immediately turned his passport in upon a Florida federal magistrate judge’s order issued on March 12.

In addition to the other Constitutional concerns raised in the filing, Pierce noted that the Bail Reform Act shows that Worrell is neither a serious flight risk nor a danger to the community, and the Court should grant at least temporary release until the pandemic ends.

I think the hardest pill I ever had to swallow is that, I meant absolutely nothing to a whole lot of people…. When in turn they meant everything to me. If people don’t love you enough to value, respect, trust and want what is best for you, then they don’t love you enough. Surround yourself with different people. 🙂
That says more about who they are than who you are. I know what you mean, though. God’s love is always faithful, always strong and always there. I feel that way also… It takes time to learn who your real friends are…we hear ya! I understand that. I feel those people are not as able to love or feel loyalty, as deeply as I am.
