Praying NOW for our nation. May all lies be exposed and the truth revealed! Join me- GO!
Everything will be revealed and appropriately judged in time. The Deep State Dems and GOP are digging their own graves right now. Their own words will convict them. Dear God, we know you will never leave us and will never let us down. You are our Strength and our Light. Thank You for always being there for us no matter what. In Jesus name, Amen.
Been praying this prayer for the past 4 years – continuing to join you in prayer! Lord, pls expose the evil ones and bring them to justice! “For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.” Luke 8:17 ESV In Jesus name, Amen!
The truth has been exposed…. it’s just against political correctness. We’re supposed to be ok with being cheated to “save democracy “, though democraps are trashing that too. That’s what everyone prays for—to pray against the deceiver and deceit. It’s wholly evil and unhealthy. I pray that prayer also that everything that is hidden would come to light, that all the wickedness would be found out. And also pray those that are corrupt are held accountable & removed from our government! Here’s a tool we could use . CounterChecker.com ~*´`*·~-.¸Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸
I pray God will break through all the deception, propaganda, and manipulation, and open people’s eyes to see what is true reality.
He give Americans the ability to correctly discern evil motives/agendas, and who is trustworthy and who is not. “America is mine!” “Joy will come in the spring!”. Kim Clement’s Apr. 2008 word from God. We gotta continue believing that God is going to open that “Red Sea” since we’re right before it. God doesn’t lie. Does he? See This —> KIM CLEMENTS Prophecy Will Come to Pass in 2021!
I’ve been praying for a long time, Truth & Justice come back to America. Jesus shine your light on the dark places of our nation. We pray for forgiveness and a new beginning. We absolutely need divine intervention. God to open the eyes of those deceived and his discernment to fill every man/woman with wisdom. He reveals deep and secret things: He knows what is in darkness, and light dwells with Him! In your Holy name Daniel 2:22 amen
Can you imagine a wide open border while domestic flights require a negative test? I mean, I can, I can, because we have elected tyrannical idiots. We have allowed them to seize control of our country through deception and cheating, that’s as far as I’ll go. Wait a minute: What do you mean by “we elected”? We didn’t elect anyone.
If you’re leftist who ever talked to someone who escaped actual communism for a second. You wouldn’t be destroying our country from within trying to attain it. They won’t do that, facts mean nothing because they are programmed to follow orders and disregard everything else. Most are probably just too lazy to do actual research, they just follow the talking points like robots. Why don’t they understand this? They claim conservative women are uneducated and ruled by their husbands…I don’t think so!!!! At least we know history and the lessons America learned from the past. Because their fairytale ideas matter more to them. They spew bullshit and believe it. ~ DAYUM Zombies.
Those who are judgmental are not kind. Those who are kind are not judgmental. We’re already communicating telepathically. We’re using 26 symbols in various formations to send our voices through time and space.
Telepathy is effortless when you’re on the same frequency. I don’t know if other’s professes to have a relationship with Christ but I can’t reconcile being a Christian & voting for a platform totally against God’s word. It’s sad what our nation and many people, even friends and family, are becoming.
Religion was created to divide: “Cultures spring from religions; ultimately the vital force which maintains any culture is its philosophy, its attitude toward the universe.” -Hilaire Belloc.
Some of us are not evil-we are intelligent to the realization that there is evil wickedness at play in this country. That’s what’s evil. It’s really hard to understand how people you’ve known for your whole life think you are now an awful person. That happened to me when Trump was elected. Political differences are one thing but she, too, thought I was evil, a racist. She is convinced that if I would just “meet somewhere in the middle.” I don’t negotiate with Satan. How do you “meet in the middle” on abortion, illegal immigration, pedophilia?
It’s weird. They tell us on the news everything is great, Trump Supporters are deplorable and Kamala is a very smart and strong woman. It doesn’t pay to argue about it. I have been in that position with some family & friends. When I tell them what I know here & from other sources, they look at me like I have lobsters crawling out of my ears. I only discuss politics w/like-minded people. Gotta do whatchu gotta do but when you believe it and not call a spade a spade, you’re blocking your throat chakra and enabling the illusion.
In life you: You will learn not to compromise your own beliefs for someone else. It’s a life lesson, so we’ll let you go on that now. I think it’s ok to keep the peace. But you can’t wear 4-5 masks because you fear confrontation too. Tell her the truth. All politics is trash WWE for the sleeping masses. You better wake the F up!
I know people who watches CNN & MSNBC and their heads are in the sand and sadly they’re very gullible. They can’t handle the truth. For them this will not end well…you must speak your truth or it will not last! Can this sort of relationship last?
I’d be walking away from that one. you need to speak the truth with facts.
Don’t compromise your core values for a piece.
Rigged economy, rigged markets, rigged media, rigged elections…. If Americans knew the truth there would be a revolution tomorrow.
I’m struggling to understand how nothing is happening now that the proof of vote rigging has been published!!
I wish I had the answers, but letting the deep state divide and conquer with the narrative of the day is not the answer. It’s the global elite/deep state against the rest of us. I too wish you had the answers, Scott. People are angry, tensions are high, tempers short. The division grew rampantly over even the most trivial disputes. This is what they want. We can’t let them split us apart in so many ways. We have to work together to get our US back! Me too! Do we have to wait until a ton of bricks fall on the news outlets? Look what Fox did to Lou Dobbs! And Newsmax did to Mike Lindell! The people that are supposed to be protecting us from this madness we’re all in on it. Upside-down & backwards. Madness is difficult to swallow. “ Nothing” that you can see.
Believe me, things are happening.
It is something I always knew but didn’t want to think about. I think if we really knew the stuff that went on we would all be utterly repulsed. The biggest problem I have is that no one is facing any consequences. Dealing and Holding the line! I live in a house full of sheep so honestly I feel alone most of the time. Can’t try and help the sheep anymore. Took a toll on my mental health. The only thing to do is continue to educate yourself and do your research and pray one day that I rub off on my house full of SHEEP!
I can be completely related. I’m surrounded by sheep too. My husband gets angry with me when I say what I think is going on. And when I don’t want to wear a mask when we go somewhere. So I just stopped going anywhere with him unless it’s absolutely necessary. Before you know it, those surrounding you will begin to be individuals, not the blind/deaf mass. Keep up the strength, it will pay off, you’re not alone! You’re able to walk in both worlds: the Deep State and the normal. Praying their eyes are opened… Put on the whole armor of God and hold the line. Have your family members watch Mike Lindell’s Absolute Proof.
Lost a friend of over 20 years because they think I’m brainwashed by Trump Fox News and the other talking heads. Can’t believe that they think I’m evil for believing the way I do. TRUMP ODE TO THE CORPORATION! – THE MARSHALL REPORT (wordpress.com) Yes, I am finding that several people I have known for several decades and who come from the same church as me are fully deceived by the Left. I am really wondering how this happened. One said ” shame on you” to me for commenting on JB mispronouncing Psalmist…
Not sure if she voted for him or was shaming you because she thinks he’s nice but if she voted for Biden, she needs prayer. I don’t know if she professes to have a relationship with Christ but I can’t reconcile being a Christian & voting for a platform totally against God’s word. It’s truly sad & heartbreaking how many Christians are deceived. There are many who know the Truth though, find them and fellowship. Build each other up & pray for one another. Continue to encourage one another. So many of us feel so alone.
Like a ship without a safe harbor.
How are you coping with the fact that nothing is as it seems??
“The pain? It will leave. Once it has finished teaching you.”
Common sense is now an endangered species. Stupidity has taken over the world & there is no known cure. “Freedom is the American Dream”…. Be a Pitbull on appreciating Freedom and Opportunity. When we allow it to be taken away from us, people will miss it, and want it back. By then it may be too late.
You don’t have to know a person to show some empathy towards them, to show up for them. It’s easy to turn a blind eye, to keep scrolling, to not reach out or act like you’re too important. Life humbles us all at some point, so extend a hand when you can. All one can do for a stranger IS show empathy, leave a kind note or a sign of support. An offer to listen is generous. Yet how many times do people react to another’s weak moments in an inappropriate manner? Best to offer support, kindness and await an acceptance. Everyone hits rock bottom at one point…be nice. Be kind.
Part of the problem is that we think common sense has ever existed, but the truth is that it has always been the least common of all senses. Thus making it rare from ever since. What’s happening now is that its rarity is becoming clearer. The cure is Curiosity. But it’s not mandated, so many will refuse And it’s multiplying rapidly, fueled by the “look at me”mentality bred by social media. There is no common sense anymore! It may be time for us to start learning Chinese!!
Many people who appear to be stupid are not. They just look that way because they do what stupid people tell them to do instead of what they know to be right….That means they are weak, ignorant, and lazy…not stupid. The cure is when kids need to have their ass beat when they f up. That way they should know right and wrong when they are older or put democrats on birth control so they can’t reproduce. #Truth
It’s bad when British TV is more entertaining than American TV! They don’t force political stupidity, white hate or a 99% gay parent family! I have found that common sense is not common at all. Stupidity, foolhardiness and foolishness ARE. There is a cure: turn off all your devices and walk outside and enjoy life. CDC recommends those with the condition of no common sense wear 5 masks + a plastic bag over their heads to avoid spreading this deadly condition to others. This also goes for the variant of stupidity.
I think wearing three masks might help. Oh wait, that’s stupidity at its best. Just like wearing a mask when you’re alone in your car driving. holding your breath as long as possible is the cure for stupidity. If it doesn’t work the first time, just keep trying longer & longer! There is a better cure, but it’s painful. Excise the tumor known as the Democrat party and follow up with anti-socialism chemotherapy. These methods are also effective in treating pedophilia and communism. That’s the real pandemic.
It’s been confirmed – you can’t fix stupid. As a matter of fact, the longer it goes untreated the more contagious it becomes and can spread throughout an entire society. I believe America has become the perfect example. This is a cure for stupidity! A bitch slap!… Across all of their faces!.. (RINO-simp-republicans, blm/antifa/kkk, and the rest of the left). It all started in the sixties on Haight & Ashbury when the Hippie movement became the Yuppie of the 80’s, short for “young urban professional” or “young upwardly-mobile professional”.
Which produced Veggies like Nancy Pelosi (see Alexandra Pelosi ) who has served in the House of Representatives since 1987. So now we are back to allowing China to walk all over us? You know China owns Big Tech and silicon valley. We are also back to treating terrorists in Iran like friends by sending them pallets of cash? We can’t afford to go back to Obama’s failed foreign policy. We must continue to put America First and stand strong in the face of evil.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, a campaign adviser for the president and Donald Trump Jr’s girlfriend who took aim at California during her speech on the first night of the 2020 Republican National Convention. Guilfoyle, a former Fox News Host, portrayed the state as one ruined by liberal politicians that would serve as a template for the country under a Joe Biden administration. Kimberly Ann Guilfoyle is an American television news personality who also served as an advisor to Donald Trump. Guilfoyle studied at University of California, Davis, and the University of San Francisco and was a prosecuting attorney in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California.
She served as an assistant district attorney in San Francisco from 2000 to 2004. Guilfoyle married Democratic politician and future California governor Gavin Newsom and was First Lady of San Francisco during Newsom’s first two years as mayor of that city. She is a member of the Republican Party and has been the partner of Donald Trump Jr. since 2018. California Gov. Gavin Newsom declined to speak ill of ex-wife Kimberly Guilfoyle after she called out the state for its handling of current drug and homelessness crises during her Republican National Convention address. Newsom reacts to ex-Guilfoyle trashing California in RNC speech (nypost.com)
The Democrats are horrible people! They use every single crisis as a political weapon. And where there is no crisis they create one. And they take things that aren’t a crisis and make them into one. These are the worst human beings. Outrageously selfish, abusive Tyrants! They have no platform and they cannot defend their positions in debates. Trump and Pence dominated Biden and Harris hands down. They have to cheat and do anything to win. Diabolical.
As soon as I think they’ve hit a new low, tomorrow happens.
Do they take a mandatory class for this shit?? I’d like to know how they are all on the same page of insanity?? I couldn’t have put it any better myself. We can also thank RINO Republicans for selling out to the establishment. This is why I’m an Independent. Fu€k ‘em all. Just carrying on in the proud tradition of their role models, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro (People of NYC KNEW Castro was the personal hero of de Blasio before they elected him to destroy NYC).
Are we living in communist China?????? Why can’t I WATCH a film that Mike Lindell just released? The 3 times I was watching it on YouTube, it stopped and informed me it was removed! What the HECK IS GOING ON!? What are they so afraid of?
“The Cabal” “Deep State” “Illuminati” “NWO” “Knights Templar” “Bilderbergers” Wash, rinse, repeat. Dehumanize, point fingers, blame, look Woke, look like you know more than others, feel superior, distract, deflect. He gets a lot of attention because there are not very many truth seekers out there and if you don’t want the truth then go away because god is on the side of truth!! Doesn’t matter if you like the pillow guy… Do you like the truth?
You’re a totally ignorant airhead.. OAN is airing his 2 hour fraud report RIGHT NOW & go watch it to GET INFORMED of the FACTS.. you uninformed, unintelligent, indoctrinated typical leftist. The replies and comments are hilarious. Lindell is a tool of the cabal. I guess some of you also still trust the “plan” right? Qanonsense made fools of many people. If you do your research you will find that Qanon was another successful psyop. Wake up people. The election was stolen. SCOTUS refused to hear cases of election frauds. The US military gave up its right and duty to save our Republic and constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. Yes, we now live in a communist country that gives its allegiance to Communist China. They afraid of the people waking up and becoming aware of the slavery they want to bring on the planet.
In the early 60s, the Russian premier took off his shoe in the United Nations, and used it to beat on the desk. He boldly told the US leaders that he will beat us from within. The Soviet Union is dead, but Communism is beginning to beat us from within. They have been slowly implementing communism within the USA, all the way back to the early 1900’s, to the point where it is now dominant and it’s propaganda is the controlling message.
They are afraid of that most dangerous thing THE TRUTH. @Annkhait THE TRUTH is a danger to their deep dark evil cult. @kmacbean123 But keep pushing for the truth to come out. We are nearly home and dry. The Light is brighter and the vibration rises day by day.
If the left ultimately win, the country that you and I love so much today will be gone forever. I want you to read the list below and imagine what the United States would be like if all of these things were eradicated. The following is A List Of 100 Things Liberals Hate About America — Charisma News Leftists want to take all firearms away from the people. Leftists support killing unborn children and those that are born. Leftists have no respect for the sanctity of human life. Leftists have become the tyrants founding fathers warned us about.
‘They’ are afraid of THE TRUTH! They can’t handle THE TRUTH! They want us all to be good, little, obedient Sheeple and not ‘stray’ from their chosen path! WrongThink, WrongSpeak, WrongText, WrongViewing, WRONGVIEWPOINT! It was all predicted by George Orwell over 70 years ago. It doesn’t seem like they are afraid, more like they are suppressing the truth because it doesn’t suit them.
This is sophisticated communism. What an illusion of freedom we have! I cannot get a whopper at McDonald’s, must be sophisticated communism. Or maybe a private company in a free market, ya know, the opposite of communism. Freedom allows a company to remove the totally fabricated rants of a coked up moron that so full of crap even OAN knows it. Yet when it comes to a judge they claim the opposite. Ha! If you’re willing to get conned don’t be upset at the others who knew better. Yes it is a communist planet thanks to the illuminati’s who have been planning this since 1776. They want us under their domination/their dictatorship — they do not want us to be free-thinking *individual* citizens. Well, Biden is literally owned by the CCP. He has a PLA handler with him at all times, as I’m sure you’ve noticed.
One way to prove the Election was fair is to examine the Ballot Boxes. End of Story. Democrats will not allow this examination. This now raises major flags for me. In addition, for the first time in history, ballot counters got tired and had to rest. Counting stopped . WTF! They are afraid of the truth because it sets you free. The CCP is blackmailing the Dems. Welcome to The New CCP!! Along with some Republican’s too. Ds have been running non stop wrap up smear operation for 4 years. Conservatives need to get wise to this & not play into their hands. Stay unified. Simply ignore these attacks. Ignore the media hype machine. That’s the way to defeat it.
We can’t let stupid wins… Being aware of what’s going on in the world is not a conspiracy theory or paranoia. It’s doing your research and paying attention while debunking bs propaganda. We aren’t falling for the lies anymore. About Communist China, but now it’s Communist America and we aren’t going to be able to stop it unfortunately. Because the truth is painful. Evil doesn’t like to be exposed. God is moving and what is coming is going to be the second biggest miracle ever after the crucifixion. Praise God before it happens, trust in him and keep your hopes up. All for his Glory!!! Hallelujah!!! Have Faith! The implantation of the New World Order to which they are subjecting us throughout the West is horrible. It is the social-communist dictatorship dressed in false democracy. It’s their Matrix….they want you to continue taking the blue pill. You’re correct, this is how it is in China. If you’re so excited for the rapture to come, I’m sure @koolaid would be happy to send you some free samples:
Let’s do this. Spiritual health is the key to all health: mental, emotional and physical. You can’t be at war with God, the Architect of the human body, and be healthy. You can be psychologically and physically healthy without God. In fact, the contradictions of the Bible make it a cauldron for mental imbalance. Whatever happened to all your “blood moon” talk? The eclipses came and went in 2014-15 and nothing happened… then you just stopped mentioning it. What does the Bible say to do about prophets whose predictions don’t come true?
Sin isn’t real. I don’t worry about offending someone that can’t demonstrate his own existence. Honesty and truth can and will defeat every snake-oil salesmen and their impotent “gods.” Stop giving these deceitful “preachers and prophets” or their institutions money! It’s a provable grift going on since our beginning. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God… HEBREWS 10:31

Call me old fashioned, but I was raised to serve my wife. cook her meals, do her laundry, massage her after work, always clean the house. That’s exactly the husband I am gonna be. If she cheated on me I lacked something she needed and wanted & that’s on me.
Glory be to God!! God is first always! Accurate, Correct, Love, Faith, Hope…Word!!! Life is beautiful! But it becomes a struggle for some (The poor and average) and regret for others (The rich but unfulfilled), when the people involved DON’T know their PURPOSE in life. Kind of hard to be at war with someone that doesn’t exist!
For someone who doesn’t believe in God You sure are trying to dismiss him. I’m pretty sure deep down you know there is a God and you know he loves you. Only you know how well you sleep at night. I’m praying for you because life is so much better when you know him. Life sucks when you base your well-being on a person that isn’t real. God has not demonstrated being able to do anything. I live for my own purposes, not some ancient ignorant books.

The problem with our culture is we’re obsessed with political correctness and not integrity. Nothing in life will ever be the same for it is now the “New Norm” for this life to be as is….No Unity, Divided On BOTH SIDES…..SAD. Makes our culture A Cluster F*#%!
And to be clear, we didn’t form this list based on our own biases — we relied on the cold hard data. For more on how we ran the numbers, keep on reading. Then we’ll take a closer look at each of our top 10 most liberal cities in Arizona. MercyMe – Say I Won’t (Official Music Video) – YouTube
Claudine Bachman is an amazing follower and best friend I met on Twitter. When I began chatting with Claudine I learned about her love affair with music with a deep gift of remembrance. Within her own memory she can remember lyrics to many past songs and especially 1970 music. Then when I learned she is the great great niece of Gustav Mahler on her mothers side. I realized that her talent came honest through her genes. Also with Claudine’s love affair of horses. I learned that 95% of modern Thoroughbred racehorses has the Y chromosomeC:C genetic type “The Speed Gene” most Thoroughbreds can be traced back to this single stallion Darley Arabian. Darley Arabian (foaled c. 1700) was one of three dominant foundation sires of modern Thoroughbredhorse racing bloodstock, Whose arrival in England during the reign of Queen Anne was the event which “forms the great epoch from which the history of the Turf should be dated”.The other two founders were the Godolphin Arabian and the Byerley Turk. This bay Arabian horse was bought in Aleppo, Syria, by Thomas Darley in 1704 and shipped back to Aldby Park in England, as a present for his brother. There he stood at stud, usually private but sometimes open to outside mares. He was the leading sire in Great Britain and Ireland in 1722. The Darley Arabian sired the undefeated Flying Childers and Bartlett’s Childers, an unraced brother of Flying Childers, who was the great-grandsire of the extremely influential Eclipse. Darley Arabian became the most important sire in the history of the English Thoroughbred. His son Bulle Rock was the first Thoroughbred to be exported to America, in 1730. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DAemXoZuso https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rHZCtwl-hw
Gustav Mahler, (born July 7, 1860, Kaliště, Bohemia, Austrian Empire—died May 18, 1911, Vienna, Austria), Austrian Jewish composer and conductor, noted for his 10 symphonies and various songs with orchestra, which drew together many different strands of Romanticism. Although his music was largely ignored for 50 years after his death, Mahler was later regarded as an important forerunner of 20th-century techniques of composition and an acknowledged influence on such composers as Arnold Schoenberg, Dmitry Shostakovich, and Benjamin Britten.
Early Life Mahler was the son of an Austrian Jewish distiller and tavern keeper living in the Bohemian village of Kaliště (German: Kalischt), in the southwestern corner of what is now the Czech Republic. Within months of his birth, the family moved to the nearby town of Jihlava (German: Iglau), where Mahler spent his childhood and youth. These simple facts provide a first clue to his tormented personality: he was afflicted by racial tensions from the beginning of his life. As part of a German-speaking Austrian minority, he was an outsider among the indigenous Czech population and, as a Jew, an outsider among that Austrian minority; later, in Germany, he was an outsider as both an Austrian from Bohemia and a Jew. Mahler’s life was also complicated by the tension existing between his parents. His father, a self-educated man of fierce vitality, had married a delicate woman from a cultured family and, coming to resent her social superiority, resorted to physically maltreating her. In consequence Mahler was alienated from his father and had a strong mother fixation, which even manifested itself physically: a slight limp was unconsciously adopted in imitation of his mother’s lameness. Furthermore, he inherited his mother’s weak heart, which was to cause his death at age 50. Finally, there was a constant childhood background of illness and death among his 13 brothers and sisters. This unsettling early background may explain the nervous tension, the irony and skepticism, the obsession with death, and the unremitting quest to discover some meaning in life that was to pervade Mahler’s life and music. But it does not explain the prodigious energy, intellectual power, and inflexibility of purpose that carried him to the heights as both a master conductor and a composer. The positive elements in his makeup stemmed no doubt from his father’s side of the family, as did his great physical vitality. Despite his inherited heart trouble, he was an extremely active man—a ruthless musical director, a tireless swimmer, and an indefatigable mountain walker.
His musical talent revealed itself early and significantly. Around the age of four, fascinated by the military music at a nearby barracks and the folk music sung by the Czech working people, he reproduced both on the accordion and on the piano and began composing pieces of his own. The military and popular styles, together with the sounds of nature, became main sources of his mature inspiration. At 10 he made his debut as a pianist in Jihlava and at 15 was so proficient musically that he was accepted as a pupil at the Vienna Conservatory. After winning piano and composition prizes and leaving with a diploma, he supported himself by sporadic teaching while trying to win recognition as a composer. When he failed to win the Conservatory’s Beethoven Prize for composition with his first significant work, the cantataDas klagende Lied (completed 1880; The Song of Complaint), he turned to conducting for a more secure livelihood, reserving composition for the lengthy summer vacations.
Career As A Conductor The next 17 years saw his ascent to the very top of his chosen profession. From conducting musical farces in Austria, he rose through various provincial opera houses, including important engagements at Budapest and Hamburg, to become artistic director of the Vienna Court Opera in 1897, at age 37. As a conductor he had won general acclaim, but as a composer, during this first creative period, he immediately encountered the public’s lack of comprehension that was to confront him for most of his career. Since Mahler’s conducting life centred in the traditional manner on the opera house, it is at first surprising that his whole mature output was entirely symphonic (his 40 songs are not true lieder but embryonic symphonic movements, some of which, in fact, provided a partial basis for the symphonies). But Mahler’s unique aim, partially influenced by the school of Richard Wagner and Franz Liszt, was essentially autobiographical—the musical expression of a personal view of the world. And for this purpose, song and symphony were more appropriate than the dramatic medium of opera: song because of its inherent personal lyricism, and symphony (from the Wagner and Liszt point of view) because of its subjective expressive power.
Musical Works: First Period Each of Mahler’s three creative periods produced a symphonic trilogy. The three symphonies of his first period were conceived on a programmatic basis (i.e., founded on a nonmusical story or idea), the actual programs (later discarded) being concerned with establishing some ultimate ground for existence in a world dominated by pain, death, doubt, and despair. To this end, he followed the example of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 in F Major (Pastoral) and Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique in building symphonies with more than the then traditional four movements; that of Wagner’s music-dramas in expanding the time span, enlarging the orchestral resources, and indulging in uninhibited emotional expression; that of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 in D Minor (Choral) in introducing texts sung by soloists and chorus; and that of certain chamber works by Franz Schubert in introducing music from his own songs (settings of poems from the German folk anthology Des Knaben Wunderhorn [The Youth’s Magic Horn] or of poems by himself in a folk style).
These procedures, together with Mahler’s own tense and rhetorical style, phenomenally vivid orchestration, and ironic use of popular-style music, resulted in three symphonies of unprecedentedly wide contrasts but unified by his unmistakable creative personality and his firm command of symphonic structure. The program of the purely orchestral Symphony No. 1 in D Major(1888; one of its five movements was later discarded) is autobiographical of his youth: the joy of life becomes clouded over by an obsession with death in the macabre “Funeral March in the Manner of Callot” (basically a parody of popular music), which is eventually routed in the arduous and brilliant finale. The five-movement Symphony No. 2 (1894; popular title Resurrection) begins with the death obsession (the first movement’s “funeral ceremony”) and culminates in an avowal of the Christian belief in immortality (a huge finale portraying the Day of Judgment and ending with a setting of the 18th-century German writer Friedrich Klopstock’s “Resurrection” ode involving soloists and chorus). The even vaster Symphony No. 3 in D Major (1896), also including a soloist and chorus, presents in six movements a Dionysian vision of a great chain of being, moving from inanimate nature to human consciousness and the redeeming love of God.
The religious element in these works is highly significant. Mahler’s disturbing early background, coupled with his lack of an inherited Jewish faith (his father was a freethinker), resulted in a state of metaphysical torment, which he resolved temporarily by identifying himself with Christianity. That this was a genuine impulse there can be no doubt, even if there was an element of expediency in his becoming baptized, early in 1897, because it made it easier for him to be appointed to the Vienna Opera post. The 10 years there represent his more balanced middle period. His newfound faith and his new high office brought a full and confident maturity, which was further stabilized by his marriage in 1902 to Alma Maria Schindler, who bore him two daughters, in 1902 and 1904.
Musical Works: Middle Period As director of the Vienna Opera (and for a time of the Vienna Philharmonic Concerts), Mahler achieved an unprecedented standard of interpretation and performance, which proved an almost unapproachable model for those who followed him. A fanatical idealist, he drove himself and his artists with a ruthless energy that proved a continual inspiration and with a complete disregard for personal considerations that won him many enemies who worked for his dismissal. At this time too, he made a number of tours and became famous over much of Europe as a conductor. He continued his recently acquired habit of devoting his summer vacations, in the Austrian Alps, to composing, and, since, in his case, this involved a ceaseless expenditure of spiritual and nervous energy, he thereby placed an intolerable double strain on his frail constitution. Most of the works of this middle period reflect the fierce dynamism of Mahler’s full maturity. An exception is Symphony No. 4 (1900; popularly called Ode to Heavenly Joy), which is more of a pendant to the first period: conceived in six movements (two of which were eventually discarded), it has a Wunderhorn song finale for soprano, which was originally intended as a movement for Symphony No. 3 and which evokes a naive peasant conception of the Christian heaven. At the same time, in dispensing with an explicit program and a chorus and coming near to the normal orchestral symphony, it does foreshadow the middle-period trilogy, Nos. 5, 6, and 7. These are all purely orchestral, with a new, hard-edged, contrapuntal clarity of instrumentation, and devoid of programs altogether, yet each clearly embodies a spiritual conflict that reaches a conclusive resolution. No. 5 (1902; popularly called Giant) and No. 7 (1905; popularly called Song of the Night) move from darkness to light, though the light seems not the illumination of any afterlife but the sheer exhilaration of life on Earth. Both symphonies have five movements. Between them stands the work Mahler regarded as his Tragic Symphony—the four-movement No. 6 in A Minor (1904), which moves out of darkness only with difficulty, and then back into total night. From these three symphonies onward, he ceased to adapt his songs as whole sections or movements, but in each he introduced subtle allusions, either to his Wunderhorn songs or to his settings of poems by Friedrich Rückert, including the cycle Kindertotenlieder (1901–04; Songs on the Deaths of Children).
At the end of this period he composed his monumental Symphony No. 8 in E Flat Major (1907) for eight soloists, double choir, and orchestra—a work known as the Symphony of a Thousand, owing to the large forces it requires, though Mahler gave it no such title. This stands apart, as a later reversion to the expansive metaphysical tendencies of the first period, and represents a consummation of them: the first continuously choral and orchestral symphony ever composed. It could be called at once a massive statement of human aspirations and a cry for illumination, from both the religious and the humanistic points of view. The first of its two parts, equivalent to a symphonic first movement, is a setting of the medievalRoman CatholicPentecost hymn “Veni Creator Spiritus”; part two, amalgamating the three movement-types of the traditional symphony, has for its text the mystical closing scene of J.W. von Goethe’s Faust drama (the scene of Faust’s redemption). The work marked the climax of Mahler’s confident maturity, since what followed was disaster—of which, he believed, he had had a premonition in composing his Tragic Symphony, No. 6. This work had revealed for the first time a superstitious element in his personality. The finale originally contained three climactic blows with a large hammer, representing “the three blows of fate which fall on a hero, the last one felling him as a tree is felled” (he subsequently removed the final blow from the score). Afterward he identified these as presaging the three blows that fell on himself in 1907, the last of which portended his own death: his resignation was demanded at the Vienna Opera, his three-year-old daughter, Maria, died, and a doctor diagnosed his fatal heart disease.
Musical Works: Last Period Thus began Mahler’s last period, in which, at age 47, he became a wanderer again. He was obliged to make a new reputation for himself, as a conductor in the United States, directing performances at the Metropolitan Opera and becoming conductor of the Philharmonic Society of New York; yet he went back each summer to the Austrian countryside to compose his last works. He returned finally to Vienna, to die there, in 1911. The three works constituting his last-period trilogy, none of which he ever heard, are Das Lied von der Erde (1908; The Song of the Earth), Symphony No. 9 (1910), and Symphony No. 10 in F Sharp Major, left unfinished in the form of a comprehensive full-length sketch (though a full-length performing version has been made posthumously). The first of the three again revealed Mahler’s superstition: beginning as a song cycle (to Chinese poems in German translations), it grew into “A Symphony for Tenor, Baritone (or Contralto) and Orchestra.” Yet, he would not call it “Symphony No. 9,” believing, on the analogy of Beethoven and Bruckner, that a ninth symphony must be its composer’s last. When he afterward began the actual No. 9, he said, half jokingly, that the danger was over, since it was “really the tenth”; but in fact, that symphony became his last, and No. 10 remained in sketch form when he died. This last-period trilogy marked an even more decisive break with the past than had the middle-period trilogy. It represents a threefold attempt to come to terms with the modern individual’s fundamental problem—the reality of death, which in his case had effectively destroyed the religious faith he had opposed to death as an imagined event. Das Lied von der Erde—a six-movement “song-cycle symphony” as opposed to the two-part “oratorio symphony,” No. 8—views the evanescence of all things human in veiled poetic terms—sardonic, wistful, and grief-stricken by turns—until it finds a sad consolation in the beauty of the Earth that endures after the individual is no longer alive to see it.
In the four-movement No. 9, purely orchestral, the confrontation with death becomes an anguished personal one, evoking horror and bitterness in Mahler’s most modern and prophetic movement, the “Rondo-Burleske,” and culminating in a finale of heartbroken resignation. The finales of both these works end with an extraordinary, long-drawn disintegration of the musical texture, suggesting dissolution, and the more extreme case in No. 9 was for long thought to be Mahler’s final comment on human existence. Growing familiarity with the sketch of No. 10, however, has suggested that he broke through to a more positive attitude: its five movements deal with the same conflict as the two preceding works, but the resignation attained at the end of the finale is entirely serene and affirmative. Gustav’s Life Legacy Modern critical opinion recognizes Mahler’s powerful influence during a period of musical transition. In his works may be found pervasive elements foreshadowing the radical methods employed in the 20th century: these elements include “progressive tonality” (ending a work in a different key from the initial one); dissolution of tonality (obscuring the perception of key through the constant use of chromaticism or harmonies not belonging to that key); a breakaway from harmony produced by the entire orchestra in favour of a contrapuntal texture (based on interwoven melodies) for groups of solo instruments within the full orchestra; the principle of continually varying themes rather than merely restating them; ironic quotation of popular styles and of sounds from everyday life (bird calls, bugle signals, etc.); and, on the other hand, a new way of formally unifying the symphony through the adoption of techniques subtly derived from Liszt’s “cyclic” method (the carrying over of themes from one movement of a work to others). In terms of the personal content of his art, it can be said of Mahler, more than of any other composer, that he lived out the spiritual torment of a disinherited modern man in his art, and that the man is the music. I miss my maternal Grandparents, Parents and Godparents who put out a fabulous garden. Believing everyone was actually kind and having the innocence of a child.
I miss having no worries because back then everything was so right. It was a time we didn’t care about our future and simply lived in the moment. I really miss this attitude of mine. I miss the People who passed away, that were so solid and principled. I guess I miss ” The greatest generation’s awareness ” . Honesty I miss those days when I did not fake a smile. Nowadays, more often than not, you have to do things even if you’re not okay. As if, life doesn’t matter #sadtruth I miss the simplicity and childlike clarity and the penny candy stores of my youth. I miss riding my bike down to the mile creek And the illusion of having time. I miss Playing with the Stucke kids from the block, being welcomed to their house, learning baseball fundamentals from Romie and just us being kids having fun despite what we had. Kinda hard to let other kids experience this for we barely see any kids outside today. It’s something I truly wished they experienced The camaraderie..
There’s a lot to learn from being a kid: Few of them being – never give up – be yourself – enjoy every moment – caring about others – expressing yourself – being happy
– Freedom from everything.
Also not knowing what was coming before us in the near future. I miss having 0 responsibilities, just being happy and going outside and playing with friends and how much games I was going to play that day. I miss evening softball games and playing tag football. And Not having to care a damn thing about the world or a care in the world. I miss Spending hours on hours playing board games with zero worries about paying rent or bills or being severely liquidated from over leveraging. I miss Having no fear and had an endless vision of having to worry about nothing and I miss the Innocence. Respect. Manners. Simpler times. I eventually miss being left alone: I learned best how to accept that I might be the only one in my life.
The carefree innocence that forever rooted me in the present oblivious to any fear of what the next moment/ the future would hold. I miss the picnics in the Smoky Mountains with my whole family Time spent with friends Trick or treating and playing on a team. Good times are non-stop talking! I miss the fact that bumps, bruises and even broken shit healed quick. I miss the Calm mind and getting excited (also curious) to know everything Since memories are mostly subjective and the sentiment can change from recall to recall, I’m not sure I really know anymore. I miss playing outside! like walking barefoot in the rain. Looney Tunes on Saturday morning or Batman at 4PM. While being unworried. Mistakes weren’t being judged and unjudged. I miss being able to get lost in my imagination with friends or by myself playing with The Big Red Machine and pitch & catch with Wally Post.
We’re in the “normalise the abnormal” phase. It’s better to live ONE day as a lion than 100 years as a lamb. THIS is what sacrifice looks like. I’m feeling you’re right, because the virus will constantly mutate and will always be a step ahead of us. But even if we could “go back to normal”, we shouldn’t, because normality means creating all the risk factors that allowed Covid-19 to emerge. We must fundamentally change. The nation of laws you were born into (or thought you were born into) is deader than John Dillinger. Which, if you think about it, makes you A) just like those Founding Fathers, and B) freer than you’ve ever been. Think about it. It’s time to prepare. Get your house in order now. You’ve GOT to be loyal to pain sometimes to be loyal to the GLORY that came out of it. NEVER take for granted what has been given to you! How can a story never die? It is love we must hold onto. It’s Never easy, but we try ~ Sometimes our happiness is captured. Somehow, our time and place stand still, Love lives on inside our hearts and always will. Everything that the left destroys that we watch is one less thing that keeps us from focusing on God! The God they hate or don’t believe in is the God Who is using these devils to bring us to heaven! I do not easily trust people. If I break down that wall and let you in and you choose to lie to me, it makes it far more difficult for me to take that leap with the next person. People’s feelings matter. Actions have consequences. Don’t always think selfishly. Some people are inherently selfish, they are getting easier to spot at least. Good people have trust issues because we are a target for the dark side. Once burnt, twice shy but I will never stop being me and reaching out with a helping hand. Love wins! Agree with you Lady and I admit I can be selfish sometimes thinking about my own problems and not others. I agree- betrayal and lies make life unpleasant–ambitious sorts who think if they use you, they are somehow “elevated” on the ego trip—Good people are gold! But there is one thing I have a lot of respect for you for always asking if I’m okay and there should be more people like you in this world and I’m glad to have u As a friend. I pray for less focus on you and more on Jesus so that you can know what it is like to not rely on your own feelings. In the name of Jesus! Amen!
If you get mad at someone’s perspective-stop and think about why. They’re hitting a nerve. Maybe they need to. I do my best work when I’m ticked off and have to stop and think about WHY *I* reacted that way. It wasn’t the sender, it’s the receiver. Being scared of getting hurt will 100% make you miss out on the good things in life.
President Biden: You love to play race card: Each Day of your Administration,
I will ask you two questions: Where does systemic discrimination exist in American? What have you done to eliminate systemic discrimination?
The one false piece of info …. you should be watching out for is xenophobic doesn’t mean what Dems think it does. Just because you’re white and American doesn’t mean you don’t want people from other countries here but only if they enter through a port of entry not illegally. He wants everyone to be equal so he’s working on eliminating all jobs.
Biden did more to lock up Blacks and help pay for abortions of mostly Bk babies racial ‘equity’ is their new money maker….though as i understand it, it still leaves the middle class devastated while the elites get richer. don’t people know equity = communist dictatorship!!! It’s straight up Marxism they don’t even hide it anymore. What scares me the most is not the fact the media constantly lies about it and has been censoring people. It’s the fact that most of you believe them and follow it like it’s a great thing.
The circle back has gone full circle jerk. To keep you in the dark, just how they want you….I’m wondering if this is an issue with administration. I noticed Jen Psaki started to wear makeup to cover up for her dimwit. She reads the comments on Twitter. She cares what people think. She must feel tormented. Maybe she’s being kept at a distance and not in the loop during discussions. These people are probably working in silos while Biden calls lids. She’s out front and taking the hit. She is so pitiful compared to Kayleigh McEnany. It’s pretty embarrassing….Why watch???? Meteorologists at the mercy of Mother Nature don’t even have this much wiggle room……this administration feels it owes no one any answers to anything. The goal is not to tell us what they are really doing….she is not being called out on her unpreparedness. If you can’t convince me, confuse me! She’s looking really stupid. Not unexpected for this administration….She has no answers bc her bosses have no answers. And that’s only the incompetence we’re able to see–I can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes!
Obama/OBiden Dropped 26,171 bombs in 2016.
So I read Biden’s on path for full warmongering ~ during a pandemic and economic crisis. Is anyone shocked? FOR ME, TUESDAY WILL ALWAYS BE “TRUMP TUESDAY” I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT HIM, TODAY, TOMORROW & FOREVER. GOD BLESS DONALD J. TRUMP IN HIS EFFORTS TO SAVE AMERICA FROM THOSE OUT TO DESTROY LADY LIBERTY. If anyone else in DC went to work as unprepared as Jen Psaki is for her press conferences they’d be fired on the spot. Nobody gets fired in the swamp. Incompetence is a highly valued trait in DC. What’s the point of these press conferences if she refuses to provide on-camera answers to so many questions?
The divide over restaurant shutdowns, at its core, is economic. We were forced to shut down with no financial lifeline while parts of the economy got gratuitously wealthy – and billions of dollars that could have helped were squandered away under the watchful eye of the government. The politics of it is absolutely insane. the no TV rule for the now open patios is so ridiculous…..how do they take themselves seriously when they make rules like that?
This is what happens when you let the government dictate cash flow, not the market. It was a leadership gamble, stop everything and hope for best or stay open and hope for best. Sadly for business and employees all the restrictions put them out of work and in the same pandemic as those who stayed open. They are evil geniuses! Trying to be sure that no one broadcasts from the enemies side! Too many people talk about the restaurant industry as being frivolous & not deemed worthy of reopening now. The lack of acknowledgment that many thousands of workers & their families depend on their paychecks to survive, is appalling. If this were scientifically based, I would be all for it. But, these policies were not based on scientific evidence. A lot of this was politicians–with no understanding of viruses–floundering around, and some of it might have been a push for more power. Of course. The money went to the “correct” people rather than based upon need. Just as with who regulations apply to at the end of the day. Forcing so many small businesses & employees into poverty is not the answer. Closing businesses & no financial support is a lose lose situation!
Crony Capitalism by design. Close down industries that cannot lobby and promote those who have a large lobby and pay their dues to the ruling politicians. There have been so many bad policy decisions, and an absolutely crucial part of test-trace-isolate-support and quarantine is the support. Without that support, all such measures become extremely arduous. Take away the fact that you’re a business owner for one money while I ask a genuine question please.
Do you feel indoor dining is selfish on the part of the customer? That it’s endangering the staff? I don’t but I’m curious as to others opinions. I think indoor dining should be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Different in every area and every space is different. I hate to paint with a broad brush. There is something funny going on. Big box stores, corporate franchises, and things labeled too big to fail were allowed to operate while Mom & Pop operations, small businesses were sacrificed. And now we have a guy trying to wipe out the last 4 years as if it didn’t happen.
I could not believe my eyes when they killed your businesses just to increase the chances of ICU beds being available for us without sharing our money with you or checking the need for beds or using HCQ. I was hoping for a massive class action but I guess they made it impossible. One purpose of the lockdown was to redistribute wealth. Some wealth was shifted from small businesses forced to close down or reduce their hours/services and transferred to Big Box stores, Amazon, because that’s where most people are forced to shop. Oh, and China got rich(er). Stimulus dollars given to govt employees, that never missed a dime of compensation, should have been given. To businesses with less than 150 employees that had sales down > 30% YoY. Or Qtr. over Qtr. IMO. All those dollars went to mega corps and chains. While the core was hollowed….I’m beginning to think that the government spends money like a 12yo with a Visa gift card. That’s the system. Corruption is another side of self-interest & members of Congress act out of self-interest during negotiations (after all, they represent the constituents of their States, not the nation).
Because Presidents are not kings, they can’t pass narrow laws they want. Transferring wealth from the “upper” middle class (successful small business owners) to the upper class / 1% It goes beyond economics… it’s now a matter of good and evil. $25 Billion to airlines, who continue to pack us in like sardines, but they let family restaurants die. It’s disgraceful to me that our government would authorize our tax dollars to aid foreign countries when we can’t take care of our own citizens. It’s disgraceful to me that our government would authorize our tax dollars to aid foreign countries when we can’t take care of our own citizens. But, is it enough to convince everyone in the restaurant business to never vote Democrat again? It’s not just restaurants. Most small business owners are in the same boat. Local martial arts businesses in our area are closed permanently. They couldn’t hold out any longer. We know so many small businesses (many for 15+ years) that have lost or will be losing their businesses. Many couldn’t get loan $ because it was taken by larger businesses & those that did get $ didn’t get enough to cover the prolonged shut down. Welcome to the next 4 years of Biden admin & bunch stealing all our $$ like they stole the election!
I imagine the money Joe is sending overseas would have helped plenty of restaurants. It’s almost like an orchestrated attack on the middle class, and small business owners. The lifeblood of the American economy! If you have eyes to see, and ears to hear, it’s obviously the only way to take down Trump’s booming economy! On top of the property damage caused by the Democrats BLM + Antifa terrorists. At least Gov Cuomo shoved all the Covid-19 patients into nursing homes so they wouldn’t die while enjoying a nice meal out with loved ones. I’m not trying to say healthcare isn’t important or anything but I have clients in the industry & they got a SHIT TON of $ for *existing* during the pandemic. As recently as a month ago they’re still getting relief $ that is BANANAS. Way more than PPP & these R grants unlike PPP.
In political science, the term banana republic describes a politically unstable country with an economy dependent upon the exportation of a limited-resource product, such as bananas or minerals. In 1904, the American author O. Henry coined the term to describe Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and neighboring countries under economic exploitation by U.S. corporations, such as the United Fruit Company. In the early 20th century, the United Fruit Company, a multinational American corporation, was instrumental in the creation of the banana republic phenomenon. Together with other American corporations, such as the Cuyamel Fruit Company, and with occasional support from the United States government. The corporations created the political, economic, and social circumstances that established banana republics in Central American countries such as Honduras and Guatemala. Typically, a banana republic has a society of extremely stratifiedsocial classes, usually a large impoverished working class and a ruling class plutocracy, composed of the business, political, and military elites of that society. By the 1930s the United Fruit Company owned 1,400,000 hectares (3.5 million acres) of land in Central America and the Caribbean and was the single largest landowner in Guatemala. By the 1930s, the international political and economic tensions created by the United Fruit Company enabled the corporation to control 80–90% of the banana business in the U.S. Such holdings gave it great power over the governments of small countries, one of the factors confirming the suitability of the phrase “banana republic”. The ruling class controls the primary sector of the economy by way of the exploitation of labor; thus, the term banana republic is a pejorative descriptor for a servile Oligarchy that abets and supports, for kickbacks, the exploitation of large-scale plantation agriculture, especially banana cultivation. A banana republic is a country with an economy of state capitalism, whereby the country is operated as a private commercial enterprise for the exclusive profit of the ruling class. Such exploitation is enabled by collusion between the state and favored economic monopolies, in which the profit, derived from the private exploitation of public lands, is private property, While the debts incurred thereby are the financial responsibility of the public treasury. Such an imbalanced economy remains limited by the uneven economic development of town and country, and usually reduces the national currency into devalued banknotes (paper money), rendering the country ineligible for international development credit. There are people out there who need you, so love yourself so you can love them too.
I’d rather be a freedom loving revolutionary than a gender confused rioter. Rumble — An expert mathematician said the election results for Joe Biden at the precinct level are “impossible” and “cannot occur naturally.” One America’s Christina Bobb has more. Mathematician: Election numbers don’t add up (rumble.com) I get tired of stating the obvious. I get tired of not having solutions to the election fraud issues. Our own government and all elites are against us. It is overwhelming and depressing. They achieved all their goals by locking us down and stealing our election. What’s left? America has been taken over. Governing is not rocket science. Exercising a little bit of commonsense and a drop of courage would help our legislators make better decisions. When you honor your boundaries and value yourself everything around you changes shape. Anyone can fake “nice” and be agreeable. Emotional maturity, social intelligence and the ability to understand all sides focusing on removing barriers not building new ones, is what I pay attention to. Fuck your nice and conformity. Those who fake nice, are total assholes. Your focus on maturity and intelligence and removing barriers is what gives a person true value and those I welcome as well.
Don’t carry someone else’s bullshit into your tomorrow. Let them carry their own shit. That’s difficult when you care about them, they’re struggling and don’t realize what they’re doing. But I love this idea, don’t respond or react to others’ junk. There’s a fine line. Some do realize what they are doing and know that the caregivers will take care of it, will excuse, will still be there. We don’t allow them to do their own emotional labor because of our need to help and our need to be needed. That’s our insecurity. Sometimes our need to be needed (ego for me) is stronger. It is an insecurity, or worse. Just because they make it sound mysterious does not make it art to hold onto! Leave the shit be where you found it. It certainly is. I’m much better but it took learning how to be comfortable in uncomfortable spaces. I am always uncomfortable so this gets hard. I do not even feel comfy in my own home. It sounds stupid but I don’t. I never have. Something from my childhood I am sure. But some things you just never learn to heal from. I was in the Charter bus industry. It’s pretty much gone. Only the big boys are still around because they would only refinance with those who have a bunch of busses and no help at all from the government. Very sad how pathetic the US government has become. Why do we need 535 lawyers in Congress most who have never run a business. We need to reform the shit show in Washington DC.
If anyone voted Democrat, this is on you! President Trump was the catalyst that brought out how vile the establishment is for everyone to see. I miss his takes and his ability to unsettle everyone and The euphoria of change. Will it last? He was the last guy that would stand there and take it, and still produce the best run we have had in a loooonng time. Our last chance to break the cabal…But I’m a much bigger fan of moving forward and the next chapter if we had Trump for four more years! Trump gave people a sense of hope. Recently I heard that hope is kinda evil because people surrender personal responsibility to it. Also there were a lot of expectations for Trump. Expectations are also kinda evil. Now no one expects anything from Biden and r happier as a result. But in 2-3 years from now, we might be wishing for Trump’s come back to complete his mandate. I’m not being argumentative, but if I tell you in advance that God has made this promise to us, when it happens you can get excited knowing God had a plan, which will make you starve for that kind of comeback.
I think it’s important that we take the lessons learned forward and try to unravel this twisted up dialog based on dangerously patently false assumptions that have been applied far too broadly to anyone who values basic human rights. If you’re only kinda glad he’s gone but you say you don’t miss him, then face it: you most definitely miss him because he’s a hell of a lot more interesting than the current subject. It’s like grabbing a bull by the horns vs trying to push a wet noodle. Everyone is entitled to their opinions even if they are filled with hate and no common sense..!! You deserve everything you voted for and will regret it..!! You will miss the drama and chaos that the media caused. Every. Single. Day. Something different. That was their goal to make everyone feel like he was the source of it and if he went away it would stop. I’m really surprised someone as intelligent as you fell for it. Trump was an anomaly and the corrupt establishment hated him. The media and the government made it hard on US citizens as punishment for us having voted for him. I miss his policy for the unborn and the middle class. I miss him.
He destroyed the Clintons and Bush family. Awesome achievement. Unfortunately, some think trickle down economics doesn’t work. Tax cuts for the rich is not a good idea when you are running on a populist theme. How you like Non-elect’s tax hikes, giving your hard earned income to migrants, and funding world wide abortions? When manufacturing slowed down in 09 so did my business . First thing I did was fire my landscaper. Trickle down economics 101: Same thing about to happen under this administration but this time it will be layoffs and terminations. How do you explain the best economy until the China virus, more peace deals completed even if they weren’t complete peace in Middle East, illegal immigration slowed, low gas prices for EVERYONE etc. etc. etc…
President Donald J. Trump’s accomplishment list archive. | MAGAPILL President Trump produced record low unemployment. Salaries up. Peace in the middle east. Better trade deals… Tax cuts for the rich? You mean the corporate tax decrease? Percentage wise middle class got a bigger tax decrease but the total dollars was more for the highest earners as they pay the majority of taxes. Have you ever seen poor people hire? Go ahead and list where your philosophy works. You do know the top 1% pay over 70% of all taxes collected?
Median household income has now reached $65,976, an all-time high up more than 8 percent in 2019 under Trump. These numbers are PRE-TAX, do NOT include the impact of the tax cut. The avg. household has saved $1,400 a year on their federal taxes from the 2017 Trump tax cut. But it did work, your memory must be failing. Lots of businesses gave bonuses and actually raised wages. Including Walmart $12.75 @ hour (largest US employer). Prior to unconstitutional COVID lockdowns, our economy was the best ever. Minorities, women and POC greatly benefited. Middle class wages were rising and the poverty rate was declining prior to COVID! Never quite got the “tax cuts for the rich” narrative. If the top 10% of workers by income pay 70% of the Fed taxes, then it stands to reason that they would derive the biggest benefit of any sweeping tax cut. The biggest tax cuts went to the middle class, not the rich. In fact some rich paid more. Don’t just believe the media, read the tax code.
Do you know how to read a tax bracket? If so please explain how his tax cuts were “for the rich”? People that say “trickle down” economics weren’t working are bedwetters up until driving age. It creates jobs and when it’s not sabotaged, it works beautifully. It worked for Reagan and it worked for Trump. I know you think you’re smart and all, the Trump tax cuts helped the bottom 25% the most. He had the best economy ever. If you don’t believe Trump’s Trumped Up Trickle Down Didn’t Work. Why don’t you actually get educated on the tax cuts and who they helped before tweeting nonsense. So all the jobs created. Trump also had the Lowest unemployment recorded for all minorities. Largest pay increase of 6% for the bottom 20%. You might want to check the pre C.C.P. virus historically low, across the board, unemployment rates. If you didn’t get a tax cut then you make too much money to receive it. I received a tax cut. I’m right in the middle of the middle class. Ask your tax preparer about it. They’ll tell you. Don’t listen to the idiots in MSM who parrot this bs. In The Trump Years: Most of us got tax cuts.
Our economy is where it is because Trump changed the tax code from worldwide taxation to territorial tax system. It changed the whole ballgame encouraging manufacturing & businesses to stay or move back into the USA. We had the highest wage growth in our lifetime, lowest unemployment in our lifetime, highest 401k growth ever aka retirement accounts, I’d say his economic policies were the best in U.S. history, possibly the history of the world before the Chynah virus came ashore. It’s all part of the Global Reset. Scorched Earth policy. Drain the economy to the point they’ll step in. The Elites only want to depopulate us. It’s been part of the agenda for decades. Notice why Bill Gates is buying so much land. Land has value, our dollar will be worthless. Part of the plan. Destroy the country. Make the USA a third world country. Easily controlled. One world controlled by the left. People live and die at the left’s desire. After enough are dead, the rest are easily controlled. New World Order & Project 2030. Joe Biden is destroying America so that the CCP can take it over. Not much hope for any Americans surviving the next year. Covid-19 was only the beginning. I hear worse to come… He is a front for the neo Marxists. Their green deal, identity politics and race baiting is to divide Citizens and weaken the nation. Stalinism and Cultural revolution are good socialist playbooks that the Demoncrats are following. Isn’t it awesome that all the stuff we learned from President Trump is now coming out in the open. Best part is they can’t blame him now that we are seeing the truth! It is trickling out and he isn’t in office so now who do they blame for us discovering their lies and treachery?
The American Journal of Medicine Now Recommends HCQ for COVID19 As COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc across the country, health experts continue to provide updates on how to stay safe and treat the virus. Former President Donald Trump frequently endorsed treating COVID-19 with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a drug originally used to treat malaria that now treats autoimmune diseases like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. After several clinical trials last spring, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institute of Health and the larger scientific community have warned against the use of the drug to treat COVID-19, citing ineffectiveness, lack of benefits and risk of heart rhythm problems. Kary Mullis, inventor of PCR test explains what the PCR test is, and how it’s used (bitchute.com)
The Claim A new article published in this month’s edition of The American Journal of Medicine (AJM) circulated on social media this week led many people to believe the journal is now endorsing the use of HCQ to treat COVID-19 as a political move after Trump left office. This is stunning! The American Journal of Medicine is recommending Hydroxychloroquine for Covid-19! (In addition to a Z-pack and zinc.”1) when started late in the hospital course and for short…
The Facts Dr. Joseph S. Alpert, editor-in-chief of the AJM, said the journal does not endorse HCQ treatment for COVID-19. “This article does not mean the journal recommended this therapy,” he said. “The authors recommended it just as others recommend other interventions. We just publish their findings and recommendations.” Alpert said the journal often presents multiple sides of a scientific argument. “We have also published articles from other authorities that said don’t use it [HCQ treatment],” he said. “This is still controversial with two sides saying different things. Often we have editorials that dispute the article’s recommendations. We are a scientific journal and do not push or recommend any specific thing. The authors do that.” The article was put together last spring and was published online in August, all when Trump was still in office. When the article was submitted to the journal, Alpert said the data was controversial but not unreasonable at the time. The article presents data from the time showing that in a test tube lab, the drugs interfered with the normal reproduction of the coronavirus. Therefore, the authors advocate for more testing into the effect of HCQ and other agents on COVID-19. Alpert said the authors of the article were coming from a place of desperation, as the coronavirus continued to take more lives. “You see this a lot in clinical medicine,” he said. “When you’re desperate, you say, ‘Here are things that look like they worked in the laboratory and it may be worth trying.’ But sometimes just because it has effects in a test tube, doesn’t mean it always works in human trials.” Subsequent studies came out that showed the drug did not work on patients who were already sick. Alpert said the drug may be useful as a preventative measure but those studies have not been widely done. “We need more data, it’s a new virus and we don’t have all the answers right now,” Alpert said. “Science is a constantly evolving entity. What is true today can be false tomorrow with new studies and new observations.” This article does not mean the journal recommended this therapy. The authors recommended it just as others recommend other interventions. We just publish their findings and recommendations.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and chief medical adviser in the Biden administration, constantly pushed back against Trump’s support of HCQ treatment. In August 2020, Fauci told MSNBC‘s Andrea Mitchell that the trials for HCQ have “consistently” shown that the drug is “not effective” for the treatment of COVID-19. “If a study that’s a good study comes out and shows efficacy and safety for hydroxychloroquine or any other drug that we do, if you do it in the right way, you accept that scientific data,” Fauci said. “But right now today, the cumulative scientific data that has been put together, and done over a number of different studies, has shown no efficacy.” In June 2020, the FDA revoked their emergency use authorization (EUA) from March that allowed chloroquine phosphate (CQ) and hydroxychloroquine sulfate (HCQ) to be used to treat patients hospitalized with COVID-19. In a statement to Newsweek, the FDA said as it continued to review the scientific evidence available for HCQ and CQ to treat COVID-19, it determined the statutory criteria for EUA are no longer met.
“Specifically, FDA determined that CQ and HCQ are unlikely to be effective in treating COVID-19 for the authorized uses in the EUA,” the statement said. “Additionally, in light of ongoing serious cardiac adverse events and other serious side effects, the known and potential benefits of CQ and HCQ no longer outweigh the known and potential risks for the authorized use. This conclusion warranted the revocation of the EUA for HCQ and CQ for the treatment of COVID-19.” While some new studies show the use of the HCQ drug can reduce hospitalizations for people with COVID-19, these studies are limited and suggest further investigation into the drug’s effectiveness for outpatient treatment of COVID-19. A recent study from Hackensack Meridian Health found that HCQ use in outpatient settings was associated with a reduction in hospitalization rates in mildly symptomatic individuals with COVID-19. The study calls for additional testing of the drug.“We hope our findings lead to further investigation of this drug as a potentially viable oral outpatient therapy for early-stage COVID-19,” said Dr. Andrew Ip, the lead investigator on the study. The study was conducted early in the course of the pandemic and had a few limitations, including a small sample size, lack of confirmation of full adherence to the complete course of HCQ therapy and the inability to account for hospitalizations outside of Hackensack Meridian Health network. The researchers “further caution that results from an observational study cannot be used to assert a causal relationship, and that the findings need to be validated in a randomized controlled clinical trial.”
The Ruling False. The American Journal of Medicine does not endorse the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 ?
Hydroxychloroquine really works, says Professor of Medicine Dr Peter McCullough, describing the treatment as “the most widely used therapeutic” to treat COVID-19 in the world. “The chances that it doesn’t work are calculated to be one in 17 billion,” he told Sky News. Only a one in 17 Billion chance hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work. After almost a year it has been deemed safe for early use with the Chinese Virus. How many thousands of lives would have been saved if these drugs had not been politicized??? Are you familiar with the phrase “randomized, placebo-controlled, trial”.
To treat #COVID19 Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) must be taken with Zinc, they used trials where patients were not given Zinc who therefore did not improve, so they concluded HCQ is not effective against #COVID19, but with Zinc it is. A safer combo is #Quercetin + Zinc – @WHO@inabster
Life is a bitch… one has to do what has to be done for the good of many…
Covid is a real killer…… Hate Trump, could not Buy Him Out Trump embraced HCQ and the media buried it or called it misinformation. However they wasted several thousand hours on the bleach drinking. Trump said it right! If he would have found a cure for cancer, the left would have deemed it useless and even dangerous.
The left is fucked up completely.
They are now riding the wave but we all know that everything comes to an end ! It’s killed the flu, cancer, heart disease etc, it’s killed the ability to think, logic and common sense. It’s killed the economy, the working class and millions of jobs. It’s killed businesses, love, compassion, human connection and friendships…… When President Trump talked about this drug, if I’m not mistaken, only 25 deaths in the US. Demons would rather have people die than to admit Potus Trump was right.
What a sad, sad world we live in.
The majority of the China virus deaths lay on the hands of Democratic Governor’s. Democrats have as blood on their hands as any fascist dictator. The difference it makes in the mortality rate is like 75% when used in early stages or as a prophylaxis. Currently that would = 300k death could have been prevented. Sacrifice us for political power. So basically whoever was the originator of the scheme to discredit hydroxychloroquine is worse than Cuomo when it comes to deaths due to Covid. Cuomo faces renewed COVID criticism amid reports of vaccine racial disparities.
The Marxist Chinese have a saying” in chaos there is opportunity “ The Democrats are listening and taking that advice and this is the chaos and they’re running with the opportunity as much as possible. Covid was a test run by the Chinese. They have been able to determine where to introduce a new and deadly virus into the west. They have been able to determine how quickly it will spread and who will be infected first. Through W.H.O and C.D.C. they can spread confusion and fear. The only way they were able to pull it off was by demonizing hydroxychloroquine. And you thought Cuomo was a murderer. Actually it started in 2018 with all of CA going to mail in voting, which worked perfectly for their fraudulent schemes. The Dems needed Covid to get mail in voting pushed nationally… Population reduction by any means necessary. I can definitely see that in covid they have found that Americans are easily persuaded to be chicken little and give up their liberties. For me though, the biggest problem is still MSM not reporting the truth and allowing misleading information to disseminate into the population. The whole world went into lockdown. Are you telling me the world worked together with the Deomocratic party to specifically attack republican beliefs of freedom? DELUSIONAL. Correction: Global Communist Order and agreed that Covid -19 was dropped on the US to steal the election and to fast track us into the Global Communist Order Reset. Covid was planned to unseat a president if impeachment failed, plain and simple. 2018 was a dry run in California on “How to Steal an Election” through ballot harvesting, Yep, & it has worked well 4them didn’t it. That’s one thing about Democrats, get 2 hands, it 2them, when they get together to perform evil deeds they’re very good at it. Try to get them together to do good for American citizens. That’s a whole different story. Failure at its best. The Marxists don’t care if people die it is population control. Look at what they did to the Nursing homes in Blue states Not just NY but NJ too. They don’t want people to live, do they? They worship the almighty dollar! Crimes against humanity. What goes around, comes around. 99.97% of lives lost could have been saved by HCQ #Fauci knew this, every death in 2020 should be laid at his feet and mass lawsuits should be filed against him as well as having his license revoked! RT if you agree Democrats just want to get rid of Trump so they can get back to having power and lining their pockets. Another Dr came out with two thumbs up. Dr Lee Merrit Interview https://youtu.be/3mPIomjWwd4 via @YouTube The major news networks were literally saying it would kill you. something that has been over the counter in other countries for decades. there is blood on the hands of the media and everyone else who spouted the same lie. the 100’s of 1000’s could have lived. The media is lying fake news. This & the lockdowns for a virus that is 99.95% survivable (based on real deaths by COVID-19 alone) are the crimes of this decade, if not century! ‘Leaky’ vaccines can make viruses more deadly – Futurity This could have been controlled with a safe and effective drug. Imagine they banned the drug and threatened to fine anyone who prescribed it! The continent of Africa has used HCQ for more than 75 years as a anti-malaria drug. Very effective against C 19. So effective that the powers that be interjected a new strain which is not responsive to HCQ and is infecting many.
That’s just it. They didn’t want to save lives. Their main objective was to reduce population. That’s why they tried to say HCQ was dangerous because they knew it works. They wanted to kill people! The Chinese virus is a bio-weapon. People need to understand that. They used Hydroxychloroquine, Zinc, Vit D & Zithromax in Texas since March with 100% success…when the group of doctors came out with a video they were threatened with their lives, jobs, licenses & families lives. The people responsible for demonizing this med.should be charged.
“Facebook just announced it “made a mistake” when it censored studies showing HCQ saves lives. Censorship is never “a mistake.” Tech executives repeatedly made a calculated decision, month after month, silencing physicians worldwide. Censorship kills.” – Dr. Simone Gold.

@TeamCavuto should be sued since he said that Hydroxychloroquine actually killed people last year. That asshole actually cut off the POTUS when he was suggesting to use it! The CDC & Fauci wanted all the vaccine patents. They had a lot invested. We’ve had cures the entire time.
We can easily end this #chinavirus in weeks if HCQ/Zinc & or Ivermectin were made easily available. Both cheap, effective, studied & extremely safe. Great prophylactics Been protecting my family since April, people should not rely on the media & politicians. Hydroxy, on the market since 1957 for Lupus & other autoimmune diseases, is no longer covered by a patent. The battle was about patent drugs Hydroxy is $2 a pill for a 10-day treatment. A new drug was going to be priced at $4,500 for a 10 day treatment. Ivermectin or Budesonide taken with nebulizer. – Bing
When studied as a treatment on its own, it comes up short. When given in toxic dosages to extremely sick patients, it looks ineffective. But when given as part of a protocol with zinc and vitamin D, early on in the virus, patients are much less likely to be hospitalized. [ Check out Dr Simone Gold if you think it doesn’t work. ] If the patient is sick enough to be in hospital, it may not be as effective. That is why it needs to be given as a prophylactic or in early stages of Covid-19. Look at the article in the American Journal of Medicine. It does. It rebalances chemicals that are in your body. When those chemicals are out of balance, there’s a chain reaction that causes your body to attack itself and constrict and dilate blood vessels/arteries in your lungs and heart that reduces blood flow and oxygen absorption. https://c19study.com/c19study.pdf
Check the Covid death rate of the countries where HCQ is routinely used to treat malaria. Example – Nigeria with 200m population – around Covid-19 1,500 deaths so far… Coronavirus (COVID-19) (msn.com) Globalist socialism agenda CORRECT!! https://mergeurl.com/v/3athA
Be fearless.. I had COVID n Nov.. better in 2days/treated til gone..song/dil also had loss of taste/smell better.. And by censoring and vilifying good scientists and health professionals like (1) Professor Delores Cahill.
Or Ivermectin. Dr. Drew Pinsky just mentioned to several others that he was outraged they never even allowed to be in the major testing circles. I take it for autoimmune disorder. It was $54 for 3 months. But since Covid-19 hit $156 for 3 months. Insane.

In Edge of Chaos why democracy is failing to deliver economic growth-and how to fix it Dambisa Moyo. Sets out the new political and economic challenges facing the world, and the specific, radical solutions needed to resolve issues and reignite global growth. Dambisa enumerates the four headwinds of demographics, inequality, commodity scarcity and technological innovation that are driving social and economic unrest, and argues for a fundamental retooling of democratic capitalism to address current problems and deliver better outcomes in the future. Moyo shows why economic growth is essential to global stability, and why liberal democracies are failing to produce it today. Rather than turning away from democracy, she argues, we must fundamentally reform it. From an internationally acclaimed economist, a provocative call to jump-start economic growth by aggressively overhauling liberal democracy Around the world, people who are angry at stagnant wages and growing inequality have rebelled against established governments and turned to political extremes. Liberal democracy, history’s greatest engine of growth, now struggles to overcome unprecedented economic headwinds — from aging populations to scarce resources to unsustainable debt burdens. Hobbled by short-term thinking and ideological dogma, democracies risk falling prey to nationalism and protectionism that will deliver declining living standards.

Because they don’t want us hangin’ out. Eat and GTF outta here! Oh yeah and the new social distancing is 8 feet. THANK YOU MASTA!! To reduce lingering to reduce exposure. Well are they also banning talking, you know, interacting, which can cause people to speak to each other and may prolong their stay, Eat and leave!! No more sports bars… I’m in Northern California- we’ve said eff all that and most places are open indoors. IT’S WINTER. The Super bowl. pack forty people into your house, instead of having them outside. Makes perfect sense. Lol. They don’t want groups of people congregating together outdoors and would rather them do it indoors in the comfort of their house. Cause they wanna limit people out and about on Super Bowl Sunday! U wanna watch the big game? Better stay home…. Great idea!P Instead of thirty people meeting at the outdoor dining area of Buffalo wild wings, let’s pack them into someone’s living room, lol. Is California governor related to Nancy Pelosi. In CA, their governor has decided that they don’t need to know the details of the lockdown, his rationale for making decisions, the science behind the decisions, or the data for the state. The Californian jobs are to shut-up and obey. Gavin Newsom’s aunt married one of the Pelosi brothers. That made his aunt Nancy P’s sister-in-law.

Being grateful is about maintaining a state of gratitude. It is about developing the art of appreciating life, as it is, as it was, and as it may become. Gratitude as I know it is multiple things. It is a feeling, it is actions we can take, as well as a state of mind.
The feeling of gratitude generally comes when a certain range of actions are taken and our beliefs allow us to be. But it is also a choice that has to be made. We have to choose to be grateful, without a decision for staying grateful it is much more unlikely that we will hit that target. Question Everything….The Truth. The whole truth. Nothing but the truth… the truth will set you free..
Not only must staying grateful be chosen though, but it also takes great effort to maintain. It isn’t enough to just say I appreciate the blue sky today. I have to truly feel it! Emotion needs to be invested in gratitude, the more sincere emotion the greater the feeling. A state of gratitude is a desirable place to stay as much as possible. Why do you ask? Let’s take a look at some of its benefits.
The benefits of maintaining a state of gratitude are many which make it an entirely practical thing to do. In my estimation, the benefits far outweigh the effort. Here are a few of those benefits!
1. BETTER MENTAL HEALTH. In many research studies about the effects of practicing gratitude, researchers have sought information on how gratitude affects individuals mental health. But for the most part, these studies focus on individuals that aren’t dealing with troubled mental worlds. In this study, college students that are set to receive mental health counseling are the subjects of the test. The results of the study found that from the practice of writing letters of gratitude for others, without even sending them, helped these individuals experience better mental health both 4 weeks and 12 weeks after the studies completion. The results of the study suggest something of high importance. It suggests that not only does gratitude help people with rather stable minds, but also can help some individuals with habitually stressed and anxious minds find better mental spaces.
2. ENHANCED MOOD. Emotion and mood are different, though closely related concepts. In one analogy a mood state is thought to be the overall emotional climate an individual is experiencing. While on the other hand, emotions are like the individual instances of weather activity within the current climate. Therefore mood is thought to determine the types of emotions that will be experienced. So if a person is experiencing a particularly good mood, the emotions they experience will generally follow suit. There is evidence that making an effort to practice gratitude regularly for about a month will have positive effects on mood states. They say that around a month is a good amount of time because less than that didn’t have the same effects on our upcoming mood climate. So the longer gratitude has become a habit, the more likely it will affect our emotional worlds positively. This, of course, isn’t to suggest that mood states that don’t feel good will be eradicated. But it can definitely shorten the amount of time we reside in them, and they probably won’t come around as often.
3. INCREASE IN EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE. To be resilient is to have the ability to bounce back and recover from difficulties. It is being able to have difficult events roll through our lives, and getting through them with a little grace. We don’t usually get to choose when difficult events or emotions come into our lives. But having a consistent gratitude practice around when trouble does come, is a blessing. It will help us stay in touch with the aspects of reality that are working in our favor. Which allows our already amped up bodily impulses, to relax. Relaxed bodies are fluid bodies, meaning that our emotions are much better able to show up, teach us what we need, and move on.
4. SLEEPING BETTER. Practicing gratitude also seems to help individuals catch a better nights sleep. In a research study, it is suggested that 15 minutes of gratitude writing every night before bed can help reduce the amount of worry students experienced. It also helped them sleep better. The more stress that is present when trying to go to sleep makes it more likely that we will ruminate over whatever is troubling us. Being able to reduce that stress by focusing on aspects of life we are grateful for is a beautiful thing. It will bring us down to reality, settle our troubled minds, and allow us to connect with ourselves and the present moment.
5. Three to One Rule Positive thoughts vs Negative thoughtsOnce you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results. ~ Willie Nelson. Nothing positive comes from being negative. So every time you think one negative thought, think about three positives you have going in your life. If your thoughts are mostly negative, you could suffer from depression or a cynical outlook. Positive thoughts could keep you happy, but might ultimately be unrealistic. Both are important to a healthy mind, but using them properly is of utmost importance. The results of negative thinking versus positive thinking are very different. However, it is not always easy to get rid of negative thoughts – good news is, the only thing that you truly need is your will. People with positive thinking are generally empowered to act and achieve their goals. On the contrary, negative thinking can paralyze us, bringing fears and doubts and preventing us from taking the actions that can get us closer to our goals.
Ideas for Creating a Staying Grateful Routine.
1. IN THE MORNING. Mornings can be a difficult time to deal with. There is a reason people joke about not being human until they have some coffee in them. As well as for why many of us have trouble not pressing the snooze button multiple times before finally waking up. When waking up our resistances to change are working in full force. But making gratitude a priority as early as possible in the day is a way to set our attitudes and ourselves up for more enjoyable experiences. Want to start tomorrow off in a better mood than usual. Set the alarm a half-hour earlier than normal. Then and as you roll out of bed and set your feet on the floor, sincerely say thank you for another day alive. Then do your best to extend the mental effort to stay grateful as the morning goes on.
2. STAYING MINDFUL TO STAY GRATEFUL. Probably the most difficult aspect of staying grateful is remembering to do so. With all the internal and external distractions we face, it is easy to get lost in the chaos. To stay out of the chaos and in a state of gratitude, we must stay mindful. We must stay aware of our goal to remain in a state where we are appreciating life. This may take many reminders a day. Pay attention. When that thought comes that has you feeling like life this moment isn’t good enough, let it pass. Just breathe and let all the nonsense pass. Even though some “idiot” did something you can’t stand, look at some aspect of the world you enjoy. There are, of course, many to be found in any given moment. This isn’t to say that we don’t need to stand up for ourselves when we can do something productive with our situation. When remaining mindful and practicing gratitude, we are very capable of seeking out productive solutions to our problems.
3. SHARE IT WITH OTHERS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. In the recovery community, I frequent, there is a saying. It states “My gratitude speaks when I care and when I share.” Meaning that when I show that I give a damn about other people I see throughout my day, I am going to feel better. The same goes for when I share with those people what I am grateful for. Sharing gratitude with others can come in many forms. It could be letting them know we appreciate them by saying it. As well as letting them know by simply showing up with a good attitude and showing respect. Another form of sharing gratitude doesn’t even have to be done in the other person’s presence. By bringing the person we are grateful for into our minds and offering them sincere gratitude, we reap benefits from this too! This can actually be a way to learn to be grateful for people our personal boundaries won’t allow us to be around. Helping to get over resentments that we may wind up poisoning ourselves over with anger that feels insurmountable.
4. WRITING THEM DOWN. Having a gratitude writing practice is a great item to have in our toolbox, for feeling better on a daily basis. Remember above when I said that 15 minutes of gratitude writing over time can help a person sleep better? Well, it can be done anytime throughout the day that permits it. And there are benefits to be found whenever we give ourselves the pleasure of writing 5 to 10 things we are grateful for. Just going over a list of gratitude in our heads is beneficial. But writing them brings even more life to them! Feeling gratitude does take effort. The more effort we put into getting into staying grateful, without being obsessive of course, will bring about more blessings, and more good feelings.
5. BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP. When going to sleep we are going into a suggestive state that allows processing of the day’s thoughts and activities. What we do before going to sleep has an effect on how our sleep benefits us. Filling our minds with a feeling of appreciation for what has happened and what is coming helps drop the need to problem solve on our way to sleep. Who enjoys that feeling of trying to work out the issues of the day when it is time to drift off into slumber? Just thinking about what we have to be grateful for, can take our minds off of this problem-solving. It can ease some of the stress of the day, allowing a nice surrender into the void of sleep. Read on to find out the benefits of practicing gratitude every day and how to get started. There are plenty of reasons to practice gratitude, including benefits to your overall mental health and well-being. Practicing gratitude can mean different things to different people. From daily journaling to evening prayers, gratitude practice can take many forms.
The charm of Social Media is that you are introduced to people from all walks of life!
Without being hampered by geographic proximity. You find connections and learn about the world in ways that wouldn’t otherwise be possible. In our regular daily lives we largely only interact with the people in our physical path. The internet has made it possible to choose our connections based upon mutual interests, hobbies, similar humor, politics, or whatever it is that drives you. We are no longer limited in connection to those in our towns or neighborhoods. The world is wide open now. The connections you do from here are stronger because they are based upon the real you, not the outward persona you project for societal approval in your daily life.
Maybe you found your soulmate in the next town. You would have never known if you hadn’t logged on. What the Democrats, Twitter and other social media companies are doing with these censorship restrictions and purges is not just limiting speech, it’s limiting connection. Speech isn’t threatening, connections and groups of like minded people are. Twitter has the charm of a NY City bar bathroom at 1:30 AM Is that a compliment? That end of night camaraderie, that can’t believe how much I downed. Proud, humiliated, and laughing all at once.
I would have gone home sober if it wasn’t for that one last drink.
I’ve thought this often as I’ve found and connected with people with similar interests and views on the world. Very well said and it’s the reason I became active on Twitter after starting my account on Facebook when they gave my conservative views the kibosh a few years ago. I don’t relate to those people calling it a liberal hell site.
It’s the site you make it to be. This world has it so backwards the system is so rigged against good people. The extreme behavior and new rules implemented for us is a clear sign this battle is spiritual. Totally wacka-doodles are what they are! I can’t believe all the corruption we are being exposed to and we have people in Congress tweeting about fucking climate change chatter today!!!!!! That’s scientific and listening to scientists by the way!
This garbage receives too much publicity. I’m fed up reading the self-flagellating reports which indicate we/the UK need to give more jobs to Bame representation. The Construction BAME Network is an organisation dedicated to increasing representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) professionals within construction and the built environment. People that assuage the damage of our ‘Whiteness.’ I see you them calling us White Supremtist, deplorables, homophobic, xenophobic. Trulyracist and sexist. remarks But it’s okay because the Democrats will eventually see what’s right …. well done idiots!!!! CDN: BAME Representation Went Backwards In British TV Last Year – Deadline
This is amazing! What good is $$$ if the plan is to crash the Economy, mass starvation of people, mass pop reduction. What will there be left to buy. Do they think about their families? Crazy. President Biden plans to end a policy that prohibits federal funds from going to foreign-aid groups that perform abortions. LOVE how you frame this like it’s some long standing policy … This thing goes back and forth every time the executive branch changes parties since Reagan. So over the last 12 years, it’s been inactive for 8 of them … during the Obama administration. Biden Targets Abortion Restrictions as Fight Looms in Congress – WSJ
Senator Cornyn wants you to believe that federal funds are paying for all these abortions. They aren’t. They are paying for many, many life saving procedures. Like Planned Parenthood, abortions are just a small part of the work they do. But it’s ALL people like Cornyn see. Abortion has always been about eliminating the undesirables. It is the ultimate form of racism. If you want to decrease the number of abortions in the US. Back legislation that helps women get good paying jobs and great healthcare.
You cannot legislate morality. In the US, abortions have been legal since Roe v. Wade. If you did not change this under all the Republican administrations and Republican run Senate and House, then you are not going to change it now. Using women’s reproductive rights and healthcare as a political cudgel again?
How’s the fight to take away Trump’s Legacy going through executive Orders?
Is the Covid-19 distraction part of it?
Change could be good but it still scares the shit out of you We don’t know who we truly are until we’re connected to another soul. We’re just better humans when we’re with the person we’re meant to be with. Every once in a while you meet these people that make you think that maybe you’ve been doing something right after all to deserve them in your life ….. Did you ever think that just one message could make the difference between someone smiling for the first time in a long time, or letting the tears of depression win, yet again?
Don’t think.. oh someone else will reach out to them…

I really love my work because I get results, I’ve taken many patients of medication, prevented many surgeries, and reduced illness. I can be really really busy but I’ve got on Social Media to help spread the word of Natural Medicine. It’s become aggravating because the majority of people on Twitter is a Political Base. Covid-19 has made it kind of easy because I have many visits through zoom and phone. but it’s draining because now people come in with 4-5 issues that used to be one or two.
Do you have an issue with the other person’s energy? Or do you have an issue with what it reminds you of.
Detoxification is just a way of life supplementation is just a way of life now because the water the air the dirt is so contaminated our livers and our immune system’s were not created to deal with as much toxicity so if you don’t clean them up clean up your organs periodically they get congested and illness starts to take over.
Inflammation is what you want to reduce. It’s always a sign of something worse will develop and the lymph system doesn’t have a back up pump like the cardiovascular system does so people do get very congested and a mini trampoline is one of the best things you can do for that. Almost everything every illness is related to stress. That’s why people are dying from the flu. It’s the stress, it’s not the virus you take unhealthy people and you augment your fear and have a perfect storm from them today from any virus, bacteria infection etc.
They are poisoning our children. That’s the hardest part for me is the over and miss use of vaccinations. It’s so psychotic and deranged and criminal and these kids are becoming Autistic special-needs children or with brain tumors. It’s just simply horrifying and our diets aren’t either. Diane Harrington is on Twitter she does an excellent job of posting great recipes in articles about health and that’s what I really should be doing but the politics pulled me in because I am very passionate about our medical freedoms.

As women reach their 40s with increased job stressors, family pressure and grief from the loss of life in their life.
A Lot changes about their body’s What are the signs of perimenopause? You’re in your 40s, you wake up in a sweat at night, and your periods are erratic and often accompanied by heavy bleeding: Chances are, you’re going through perimenopause. Many women experience an array of symptoms as their hormones shift during the months or years leading up to menopause — that is, the natural end of menstruation. Menopause is a point in time, but perimenopause (peri, Greek for “around” or “near” + menopause) is an extended transitional state. It’s also sometimes referred to as the menopausal transition, although technically, the transition ends 12 months earlier than perimenopause (see “Stages of reproductive aging” below).
What is perimenopause? Perimenopause has been variously defined, but experts generally agree that it begins with irregular menstrual cycles — courtesy of declining ovarian function — and ends a year after the last menstrual period. Perimenopause varies greatly from one woman to the next. The average duration is three to four years, although it can last just a few months or extend as long as a decade. Some women feel buffeted by hot flashes and wiped out by heavy periods; many have no bothersome symptoms. Periods may end more or less abruptly for some, while others may menstruate erratically for years. Fortunately, as knowledge about reproductive aging has grown, so have the options for treating some of its more distressing features.
Perimenopause and estrogen The physical changes of perimenopause are rooted in hormonal alterations, particularly variations in the level of circulating estrogen. During our peak reproductive years, the amount of estrogen in circulation rises and falls fairly predictably throughout the menstrual cycle. Estrogen levels are largely controlled by two hormones, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). FSH stimulates the follicles — the fluid-filled sacs in the ovaries that contain the eggs — to produce estrogen. When estrogen reaches a certain level, the brain signals the pituitary to turn off the FSH and produce a surge of LH. This in turn stimulates the ovary to release the egg from its follicle (ovulation). The leftover follicle produces progesterone, in addition to estrogen, in preparation for pregnancy. As these hormone levels rise, the levels of FSH and LH drop. If pregnancy doesn’t occur, progesterone falls, menstruation takes place, and the cycle begins again.
Hot flashes during perimenopause Most women don’t expect to have hot flashes until menopause, so it can be a big surprise when they show up earlier, during perimenopause. Hot flashes — sometimes called hot flushes and given the scientific name of vasomotor symptoms — are the most commonly reported symptom of perimenopause. They’re also a regular feature of sudden menopause due to surgery or treatment with certain medications, such as chemotherapy drugs. Hot flashes tend to come on rapidly and can last from one to five minutes. They range in severity from a fleeting sense of warmth to a feeling of being consumed by fire “from the inside out.” A major hot flash can induce facial and upper-body flushing, sweating, chills, and sometimes confusion. Having one of these at an inconvenient time (such as during a speech, job interview, or romantic interlude) can be quite disconcerting. Hot flash frequency varies widely. Some women have a few over the course of a week; others may experience 10 or more in the daytime, plus some at night. Most American women have hot flashes around the time of menopause, but studies of other cultures suggest this experience is not universal. Far fewer Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian women report having hot flashes. In Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, women appear not to have any at all. These differences may reflect cultural variations in perceptions, semantics, and lifestyle factors, such as diet.
Although the physiology of hot flashes has been studied for more than 30 years, no one is certain why or how they occur. Estrogen is involved — if it weren’t, estrogen therapy wouldn’t relieve vasomotor symptoms as well as it does — but it’s not the whole story. For example, researchers have found no differences in estrogen levels in women who have hot flash symptoms and those who don’t. A better understanding of the causes of hot flashes in perimenopause could open the way to new, non hormonal treatments. Hormone therapy quells hot flashes, but it’s not risk-free. By our late 30s, women don’t produce as much progesterone. The number and quality of follicles also diminishes, causing a decline in estrogen production and fewer ovulations. As a result, by our 40s, cycle length and menstrual flow may vary and periods may become irregular. Estrogen may drop precipitously or spike higher than normal. Over time, FSH levels rise in a vain attempt to prod the ovaries into producing more estrogen. Although a high FSH can be a sign that perimenopause has begun, a single FSH reading isn’t a reliable indicator because day-to-day hormone levels can fluctuate dramatically.
Perimenopause symptoms It can be difficult to distinguish the hormonally based symptoms of perimenopause from more general changes due to aging or common midlife events — such as children leaving home, changes in relationships or careers, or the death or illness of parents. Given the range of women’s experience of perimenopause, it’s unlikely that symptoms depend on hormonal fluctuations alone. Hot flashes and night sweats. An estimated 35%–50% of perimenopausal women suffer sudden waves of body heat with sweating and flushing that last 5–10 minutes, often at night as well as during the day. They typically begin in the scalp, face, neck, or chest and can differ dramatically among women who have them; some women feel only slightly warm, while others end up wringing wet. Hot flashes often continue for a year or two after menopause. In up to 10% of women, they persist for years beyond that. Vaginal dryness. During late perimenopause, falling estrogen levels can cause vaginal tissue to become thinner and drier. Vaginal dryness (which usually becomes even worse after menopause) can cause itching and irritation. It may also be a source of pain during intercourse, contributing to a decline in sexual desire at midlife. Uterine bleeding problems. With less progesterone to regulate the growth of the endometrium, the uterine lining may become thicker before it’s shed, resulting in very heavy periods. Also, fibroids (benign tumors of the uterine wall) and endometriosis (the migration of endometrial tissue to other pelvic structures), both of which are fueled by estrogen, may become more troublesome. Sleep disturbances. About 40% of perimenopausal women have sleep problems. Some studies have shown a relationship between night sweats and disrupted sleep; others have not. The problem is too complex to blame on hormone oscillations alone. Sleep cycles change as we age, and insomnia is a common age-related complaint in both sexes. Mood symptoms. Estimates put the number of women who experience mood symptoms during perimenopause at 10%–20%. Some studies have linked estrogen to depression during the menopausal transition, but there’s no proof that depression in women at midlife reflects declining hormone levels. In fact, women actually have a lower rate of depression after age 45 than before. Menopause-related hormone changes are also unlikely to make women anxious or chronically irritable, although the unpredictability of perimenopause can be stressful and provoke some episodes of irritability. Also, some women may be more vulnerable than others to hormone-related mood changes. The best predictors of mood symptoms at midlife are life stress, poor overall health, and a history of depression. Other problems. Many women complain of short-term memory problems and difficulty concentrating during the menopausal transition. Although estrogen and progesterone are players in maintaining brain function, there’s too little information to separate the effects of aging and psychosocial factors from those related to hormone changes.
What to do about perimenopause symptoms Several treatments have been studied for managing perimenopausal symptoms. Complementary therapies are also available, but research on them is limited and the results are inconsistent.
Vasomotor symptoms. The first rule is to avoid possible triggers of hot flashes, which include warm air temperatures, hot beverages, and spicy foods. You know your triggers best. Dress in layers so you can take off clothes as needed. There’s clear evidence that paced respiration, a deep breathing technique, helps alleviate hot flashes. The most effective treatment for severe hot flashes and night sweats is estrogen. Unless you’ve had a hysterectomy, you’ll likely need to take a progestin to reduce the risk of developing endometrial cancer. Low-dose estrogen by pill or patch — for example, doses that are less than or equal to 0.3 milligrams (mg) conjugated equine estrogen, 0.5 mg oral micronized estradiol, 25 micrograms (mcg) transdermal (patch) estradiol, or 2.5 mcg ethinyl estradiol — works for many women. Other low-dose estradiol-based products include a skin lotion applied to the legs (Estrasorb) and a gel applied to the arms (Estrogel), both available by prescription. Hormonal irregularities. If you need contraception and don’t smoke, you can take low-dose birth control pills until menopause (see “Irregular periods and heavy bleeding”). Another advantage of these pills is that they regulate your menses and suppress the erratic hormonal ups and downs of perimenopause; some women report feeling more even-tempered while taking them. Severe hot flashes. Women with severe hot flashes who don’t want or can’t take a hormonal therapy may get some relief from newer antidepressants such as Effexor (venlafaxine) or certain selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), for example, Prozac (fluoxetine) and Paxil (paroxetine); the epilepsy drug Neurontin (gabapentin); or clonidine, a blood pressure drug. Some of these medications have side effects that may limit their usefulness. Also, some SSRIs can interfere with the metabolism of tamoxifen in certain women. Irregular periods and heavy bleeding. If you have irregular bleeding and don’t want to become pregnant, low-dose birth control pills are a good choice. By suppressing ovulation, they modulate menstrual flow, regulate periods, and stabilize endometriosis. They also protect against endometrial and ovarian cancers, stave off hot flashes, reduce vaginal dryness, and prevent bone loss. If you have abnormal bleeding, such as daily or very heavy bleeding, see your gynecologist. Oral contraceptives can be taken until menopause. To help determine whether you’ve reached menopause, your clinician may order a blood test of your FSH level, taken after seven days off the pill. But the only wholly reliable measure is 12 months off hormones without a menstrual period. Vaginal dryness. Low-dose contraceptives or vaginal estrogen (in a cream, ring, tablet, or gel) can help relieve vaginal dryness, but hormonal treatment is not the only approach. Vaginal moisturizers such as Replens, applied twice weekly, increase vaginal moisture, elasticity, and acidity. Continued sexual activity also seems to improve vaginal tone and helps maintain the acidic environment that protects it against infections. Lubricants such as K-Y Jelly, Astroglide, and K-Y Silk-E can make intercourse less painful.
The estrogen progestrone balance end game and thyroid cancer. Proliferative thyroid diseases are more prevalent in females than in males. Upon the onset of puberty, the incidence of thyroid cancer increases in females only and declines again after menopause. Estrogen is a potent growth factor both for benign and malignant thyroid cells that may explain the sex difference in the prevalence of thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer. It exerts its growth-promoting effect through a classical genomic and a non-genomic pathway, mediated via a membrane-bound estrogen receptor. This receptor is linked to the tyrosine kinase signaling pathways MAPK and PI3K. In papillary thyroid carcinomas, these pathways may be activated either by a chromosomal rearrangement of the tyrosine receptor kinase TRKA, by RET/PTC genes, or by a BRAF mutation and, in addition, in females they may be stimulated by high levels of estrogen. Furthermore, estrogen is involved in the regulation of angiogenesis and metastasis that are critical for the outcome of thyroid cancer. In contrast to other carcinomas, however, detailed knowledge on this regulation is still missing for thyroid cancer. Thyroid may be a small, butterfly-shaped gland, but it takes part in a number of processes in the body. The function of the thyroid gland is influenced by many factors including hormones. One of our previous articles discussed the link between estrogen and thyroid health, but in this post, we are going to focus on a relationship between progesterone and thyroid. How is this hormone connected to the functioning of the thyroid gland? You’ll find answers below.
Role of progesterone Progesterone is a female hormone produced by the corpus luteum in the ovary during ovulation or the process when a mature egg is released. The hormone regulates and stimulates numerous functions in the body including ovulation and it plays a vital role during pregnancy[i]. The primary function of progesterone is to prepare endometrium (lining of the uterus) to receive the egg if it gets fertilized by sperm. In instances when an egg isn’t fertilized, progesterone levels decline and cause menstrual bleeding. During a woman’s pregnancy, progesterone supports the growth of milk-producing glands in the breasts and teenage girls need the hormone for breast development[ii]. Even though the hormone is mainly produced in corpus luteum in the ovary, certain quantities are made by ovaries themselves, adrenal glands, and placenta (during pregnancy)[iii]. Besides its role in pregnancy and female menstrual cycle, progesterone has many other benefits. The hormone exhibits anti-inflammatory effects, regulates blood pressure, protects bone health, improves mood and reduces anxiety, supports fertility, aids weight loss, among other things[iv]. Sufficient levels of progesterone are necessary for balance in estrogen. Bearing in mind that estrogen has a strong relationship with thyroid health and function, it’s impossible not to wonder how progesterone affects the way this gland operates.
Progesterone deficiency and autoimmune thyroid disease. Autoimmune thyroid diseases occur when a person’s immune system starts attacking the thyroid and its tissues thus disrupting production of hormones. Two types of autoimmune thyroid disease have been identified: Graves’ disease (the most common cause of hyperthyroidism) and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (leads to hypothyroidism). Numbers show that rates of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis are increasing each year. At this point, about 3-5 cases per 10,000 people are diagnosed every year. Women are more likely to develop this autoimmune condition with ratio 20:1 compared to men[v]. Why is the prevalence of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis among women so important? That’s because the balance of progesterone and estrogen plays a role in the development of this condition. The journal Endocrine Research published a study which discovered that Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is prevalent among women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Polycystic ovary syndrome is a condition that affects women’s hormone levels. Scientists found that women with PCOS had elevated levels of TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) and low levels of progesterone.
They concluded the study explaining that higher prevalence of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis among women with PCOS could be related to an imbalance of estrogen-progesterone ratio[vi]. Since progesterone deficiency correlates with disturbed thyroid hormone levels, it’s easy to understand that low concentration of this hormone impairs thyroid function.
Progesterone plays a role in estrogen dominance. The equilibrium between estrogen and progesterone is vital for optimal sexual and overall health and wellbeing. Only when the body contains sufficient amounts of both hormones will the reproductive system and other functions in the body work properly. The relationship between two hormones, i.e. their balance, is crucial for thyroid health too. Evidence shows that estrogen increases the production of thyroid-binding globulin[vii], a protein which binds thyroid hormone and makes it inactive. This leads to decreased metabolism and increased fat deposits. On the other hand, progesterone decreases thyroid binding globulin and increases the activity of thyroid hormones, when sufficient amounts of this hormone is present in the body. The proper activity of thyroid hormones accelerates metabolism and uses the fat that was stored under estrogen influence for an energy boost[viii]. The equilibrium of estrogen and progesterone is also vital for the prevention of estrogen balance. High estrogen or estrogen balance is a common problem wherein an affected woman can have normal or excessive levels of estrogen, but the insufficient amount or no progesterone. What’s more, women with low estrogen levels can develop estrogen dominance if they don’t have progesterone in the body. Estrogen dominance urges liver to produce more thyroid binding globulin (TBG). As stated above, enhanced production of TBG decreases the amount of thyroid hormone.
What happens then? Suppressed production of much-needed thyroid hormones leads to hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism and estrogen dominance have numerous symptoms in common such as hair loss, weight gain, fatigue, headache, low libido, among others. In fact, thyroid problems can also be a symptom of estrogen dominance[ix] thus confirming the impact of hormone imbalance (low progesterone and high estrogen) on the function of thyroid gland. Effects of estrogen dominance on thyroid hormones can also extend to mental, not just physical health. Suppressed production of thyroid hormones due to hypothyroidism can contribute or aggravate symptoms of depression. Studies show that hypothyroid women are predisposed to depressive symptoms regardless of socioeconomic and demographic factors[x]. Here’s what exactly happens, production of progesterone declines and the body responds by releasing more estrogen and liver starts pumping out more TBG. In turn, the amount of hormone T3 is limited and becomes unavailable to cells that need it to function properly. The limbic system (brain structures including hypothalamus, amygdala, thalamus, hippocampus etc.) is strongly deprived of T3 and consequences are felt in levels of serotonin and norepinephrine. As a result, you feel sad, depressed, and uninterested in activities you used to enjoy[xi]. Progesterone receptors in thyroid Hormone fluctuations are natural and they affect everyone, but as you age their levels start to decline. As you know now, progesterone deficiency affects the way thyroid functions. Low levels of this hormone induce estrogen dominance-like symptoms which affect thyroid not only due to TBG levels but because thyroid contains progesterone receptors. Progesterone receptors bind with the hormone and the gland responds by producing T3 and T4. When progesterone deficiency occurs, the hormone is unable to bind to receptors in the thyroid gland. The result is obvious: production of thyroid hormones decreases and an affected person experiences thyroid symptoms that are very similar to estrogen dominance/low progesterone[xii].
Speaking of progesterone receptors in thyroid, the Journal of Endocrinological Investigation published a study which investigated the role of Vitamin D and progesterone receptors in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Papillary carcinoma is the most prevalent form of well-differentiated thyroid cancer and the most common type of the disease occurring due to exposure to radiation. A team of scientists from Greece found that vitamin D receptors and protein expression were higher in PTC compared to non-neoplastic thyroid tissue. Progesterone receptors mRNA was increased in 34% participants. Interestingly, findings revealed that progesterone receptors and not vitamin D receptor expression were strongly associated with tumor size[xiii].
Healthy thyroid influences progesterone Throughout this post, we discussed the impact of low progesterone on thyroid function. Every relationship is a two-way street, progesterone and thyroid aren’t the exceptions here. Just like a deficiency in this hormone affects the production of thyroid hormones, this small gland in your neck influences production of progesterone. The Journal of Endocrinology featured a study which found that T3 significantly stimulated the release of progesterone from luteal cells. That being said, T3 stimulation of progesterone release from luteal cells isn’t direct. Instead, progesterone release is mediated through a putative protein factor[xiv]. Luteal cells are cells from the corpus luteum, an endocrine structure in female ovaries, and the primary location of progesterone production as stated above. In other words, proper function of thyroid gland is necessary for production and sufficient levels of progesterone. Thyroid and progesterone go hand in hand and work properly only when their functions are balanced.
Progesterone is anti-inflammatory. Inflammation plays a big role in autoimmune conditions affecting the thyroid. Let’s take Hashimoto’s thyroiditis as an example; the term thyroiditis refers to the inflammation of thyroid gland[xv], according to the American Thyroid Association. A growing body of evidence confirms that oxidative stress is a significant mechanism underlying the progress of inflammation. Both conditions (inflammation and oxidative stress) create a vicious circle that affects your entire health and wellbeing. Thyroid hormones protect the body from joint influence of oxidative damage and inflammation due to their antioxidant role. Of course, this only occurs when production of hormones is sufficient. Hypothyroidism can aggravate oxidative stress and cause a chain of reactions that only increases inflammation and suppresses production of hormones[xvi]. It’s a little-known fact that progesterone exhibits anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing NF-κB (pro-inflammatory signaling protein) and MAPK (contributes to a pro-inflammatory response) activation. Basically, progesterone can attenuate inflammation by inhibiting pro-inflammatory pathways and mediator expressions[xvii].
Getting progesterone levels checked Due to the importance of progesterone for proper function of thyroid gland, it’s useful get levels of this hormone tested. This is particularly important if you’re experiencing .symptoms associated with thyroid disorders or you’re already diagnosed with a condition affecting this gland. Testing progesterone levels is important for men too. Why? The hormone is involved in the creation of sperm i.e. spermatogenesis. In order to check levels of progesterone in your body, the doctor will order a serum progesterone test. The test requires a blood sample of a patient. Before progesterone levels are checked, it’s useful to inform the doctor about medications you’re taking because some drugs may affect the amount of this hormone in your body. Serum progesterone level is measured in nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL). The laboratory analyzes the blood sample and sends results to your doctor. What is considered to be a normal level of progesterone tends to vary as it depends on a patient’s age, gender, menstrual cycle, pregnancy. Generally speaking, men, postmenopausal women, and women who are at the beginning of their monthly cycle have 1 ng/mL or under. The normal range of progesterone in women who are in the middle of their menstrual cycle is 5-20 ng/mL. Healthy levels of progesterone in pregnant women depend on the stage of the pregnancy. For example, the normal range of progesterone in the first trimester is 11.2 to 90 ng/mL, in the second trimester, the amount goes from 25.6 to 89.4 ng/mL, while in the third trimester healthy levels of this hormone are between 48.4 and 42.5 ng/mL.
Should I use progesterone? Women whose hormones are declining have the opportunity to use the bioidentical or synthetic hormone to replenish the loss of progesterone and improve thyroid function. At this point, there’s no exact evidence that proves efficacy or inefficacy of hormone intake. If you look online, you’ll notice some sources advise against intake of progesterone while others promote it. The best thing to do is to consult your doctor. Your physician will let you know whether you should take progesterone for better thyroid health.

U PLAY WITH FIRE, U MIGHT GET BURNED what a wicked web they weave… when their first practice is to deceive, How about we keep the Party of Lincoln, Reagan and Trump and the traitors leave. Vaccines and open borders are like heating a house and open windows.
“During Donald Trump’s term, more than 450 miles of the wall were successfully built, & 738 miles were funded. The border wall “system” includes the physical barrier itself, several technologies…”
Hearing someone’s story is not the same as Critical Race Theory. Don’t confuse the two. I’m all about listening and learning. I’m not about indoctrination of a THEORY. We need to have a very aggressive strategy to counter the woke culture. We need ethicists, doctors, psychiatrists, linguists and scholars in every academic realm to rise up and fight back the liberal narrative. Only way we can win the argument.
I Am a simple guy trying to figure out this crazy thing we call life. If y’all figure it out let me know. Till then laugh instead of cry & love instead of hate.
The same people telling you it’s “My body, my choice” are the same ones saying wear a mask and get a vaccine.
The global effort to vaccinate people against COVID-19 began in early December. Since then, more than 40 countries have started administering coronavirus jabs among their populations. Israel is leading the world in terms of its vaccination rate, with more than 20 people in every hundred having received a dose, according to data compiled by Our World In Data, a research website affiliated with Oxford University.
That figure is significantly higher than any other country in the world, an effort which has been attributed to the country’s digitized healthcare system and the government’s early success in purchasing enough doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to cover the whole population. The United Arab Emirates has achieved the second-highest vaccination rate at 14.1 per 100 people, while Bahrain comes third at 5.75. Read on for the full list of countries administering vaccine jabs and how many they have administered so far. How many coronavirus vaccine jabs has each country in the world done? – Business Insider Israelis get a high grade overall with a life expectancy of 81.8 years, and health care costs per capita were calculated at $2,426 (or approximately NIS 8,800). The rankings also noted that Israel has the longest life span in the Middle East and Africa, and that Israelis have the 12th longest retirement in the world (lasting 17.81 years).By comparison, Americans have a life expectancy of 78.6 years and spend $8,608 (NIS 31,100) in health care costs per capita. The research, conducted by the London-based Legatum Institute, compared 104 variables and listed nine subindexes. The study examined three basic components of health: availability of preventive care, health infrastructure, and citizens’ physical and mental health. 149 countries were included in the comparison, with Israel included in the top ten. These ten were, in order: 1. Luxembourg healthcare system – Bing video One of the wealthiest nations, Luxembourg has a life expectancy of 82. Luxembourg came in 1st in the research’s health and personal freedom sub index, and 2nd in the safety sub index. 2. Singapore healthcare system – Bing video Singapore came in first place for safety, and second for health. Its 5.6 million citizens have an average life expectancy of 83.1 years. 3. Switzerland healthcare system – Bing video With mandatory health insurance, Switzerland came in third in the study’s health sub index and first in the education sub index. However, the European country ranked eighth in safety and eighteenth in personal freedom. 4. Japan healthcare system – Bing video With the highest average life expectancy – 83.7 -years, it may not be a surprise that Japan’s health index ranked 4th highest. The Asian “Land of the Rising Sun” came in 3rd for safety. 5. Netherlands healthcare system – Bing video Though the Netherlands came in fifth for best health, they ranked second economic quality and education, and fourth in governance. It’s important to note that this is just one organization’s assessment of risk, and that risk within different regions inside nations will differ as well. For example, New York City was an epicenter of COVID-19 risk a month ago, while Montana stayed, relatively speaking, much safer. The highest-risk regions right now, according to the report, are Sub-Saharan Africa and South America, as well as some countries in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The full study is available here. The methodology is available here. As mentioned at the top of this story, I’ve received comments from people in multiple Caribbean nations and from people in Vietnam, wondering why their countries did not rank higher. In addition, some people are concerned that racism or bias might be reflected in the rankings. I’ve asked Deep Knowledge Group for an explanation. Here’s what Dmitry Kaminskiy, General Partner of Deep Knowledge Group, provided: Our current ranking of course is not ideal yet, and in case of some particular countries we had issues to get reliable data, however with each iteration over the last three months the analytics framework [is] becoming more robust and comprehensive, and subsequently corresponding rankings are becoming more accurate and precise.
In regards to Vietnam in particular, it was probably our mistake to put it into Tier 1, and in the next iteration most likely it will move into Tier 2, however, during the last days we are also receiving some additional information from experts based in Asia, and it seems that Vietnam is hiding cases with infected people. As in regards to the Caribbean islands, most of the countries there have apparently underdeveloped healthcare infrastructure, lack of efficient anti-crisis government management and zero experience to neutralize biohazard threats. Yes indeed, currently as they are geographically separate islands it creates temporary perception [of] safety, but as most of them are directly dependent on tourism, once the tourists will start to arrive in the next weeks and months, those locations might quite quickly become problematic zones. We are planning to make the next iteration of rankings with some additional features and extended framework for Tier 3 and Tier 4 in the first part of July, and will send you information in advance.
I’m pretty certain that explanation won’t satisfy people who are already concerned with the rankings, as it essentially doubles down on the ranking — while acknowledging that it’s not perfect — while casting aspersions on one nation’s veracity and others nations’ capacity. I will state very plainly that my research on Vietnam turned up no corroboration of the claim that Vietnam is hiding cases. In addition, it’s worth noting that Vietnam as well as Trinidad & Tobago ranked in the top tier of this Oxford University study. As I learn more, I’ll update this story further. Wuhan’s lockdown lasted just 76 days. We’re at 295. This is my point. I get that they “crushed” it. The big question is why did it not come back.
Multiple states reopened prior to Flattening the curve & people in the US were more concerned about not wearing masks than about controlling COVID. Having worked with people in China in that period, their version of lockdown included people with clipboards, electronic monitoring of people coming and going from buildings. Our version involved “meaningful Christmas” China is already communist. To break the Western world’s democracies doesn’t happen overnight. It takes effort & guile – a bit of carrot from time to time and lots of stick. Can’t completely demoralize a nation overnight. But they are going as fast as they can… There are lockdowns, and there are lock lockdowns.. I seem to have acquired an extra ‘lock’ … ah well, whatever, you get gist. China/East Asia approach diff to the West. Built hospitals in 6days, id the virus, isolated h/workers in hotels nor hospitals sanitized cities x2 daily, citizens in cities took over, split in2 street committees, set up communications, transport, nutrition, exercise, prioritized aged, daily briefings.
Of course it did , they probably already had a vaccine, as it was them who spread it round the world , I still believe they sent infected people round the world. China and Wuhan are way ahead with their surveillance of the general population; we are playing catch up. Nobody leaves the house for 4 to 6 weeks. 35 days. No longlist of essential workers, no multitude of spars and centras. Essential shopping by appointment only, or delivery. Quarantine all international travelers and at this stage, close the border. That’s because they’ve already got full control of their people. They are still working on us to destroy our lives! Scale of restrictions in Wuhan were significantly stricter. Our rulers are drunk on the power they never dreamed they’d have. 76 days to ruin the west….what a great plan….worlds biggest heist…. That’s because we don’t need to lock down.
Lockdowns have had no significant effect on transmission. And no variant in China despite its massive land mass and size of population? Mysterious eh! Because they did it right, the anti maskers and people who won’t follow restrictions are the ones prolonging this. They already embed the communistic system, we in the west not… yet? It’s not possible to roll out the entire communist system in just 295 days. You have to suffocate society step by step to merge into this communistic system. Congrats China on becoming the world’s leading economy. Well played…China’s GDP grew 7% in 2020. Our GDP declined 20%.
“Say what you like about the tenets of national socialism” It’s a fair point but it is like comparing apples to oranges. China has been caught lying about everything covid-19 .. where it started, how it started, numbers then and now … Don’t forget china is a communist country !.. the media, scientists and other officials report what they’re told ! Two #ViralVideos are circulating in #China. They reportedly capture some of authorities’ most extreme tactics to slow virus spread. Watch full episode —->Shanghai announces new virus outbreak;

Hey Ken: during these times when the government makes you dependent you cease to be independent. What are the best forms of meditation to provide you with self confidence, mental stability and the faith you need for a peaceful existence in our life? Bi☭en needs to be found guilty of Treason. If not, the Democrats should be held accountable for fraud!
Karma means action, work, or deed. The term also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect, often descriptively called the principle of karma, wherein intent and actions of an individual influence the future of that individual: good intent and good deeds contribute to good karma and happier rebirths, while bad intent and bad deeds contribute to bad karma and bad rebirths. “My dad used to tell me–Joey, never cheat at life, because life will cheat you.” Joey cheated.
WE NEED TO DEPROGRAM THE DEMOCRATS FROM THEIR TRUMP HATE SYNDROME! IT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE BEFORE HE WAS ELECTED! THEY HAVE SPENT BILLIONS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLES MONEY ON RIDICULOUS INVESTIGATIONS AND IMPEACHMENTS AND HAVE DONE NOTHING ELSE FOR THE LAST 4YRS AND STILL AT IT….
I was lost but now am found… overthinking overthinking overthinking. Everyday we get to wake up thinking “what fresh hell will our government impose on us today!” Good times…. Be a reflection of whatever you want to receive… Scars may heal but the memories live infinitum…
Feeling seen and heard without judgment, during your lows and highs, is a different kind of energy. If they can’t be bothered to be there for you when it’s raining in your world. They don’t deserve to be around when it’s rainbows & sunshine. Cutting toxic people off from your life doesn’t mean that you hate them. It just means that you respect yourself enough to remove negativity and stress from your life by not having to deal with them anymore. JUST LET GO and decide 2 release the hold on what u have been hanging on 2 that has kept u stuck frozen ashamed indecisive Let go of the clutter in your life decide not 2 harm yourself in ur own mind Give yourself permission 2 release any memories that keep u from creating your GREATEST LIFE.
Mindset is Everything!! Changing your mindset from “this is how I am” to “this is what I need to work on” is growth. And it’s amazing to experience and see! Watching it unfold with someone I love right now, and it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s an everyday thing. The opportunity to grow and learn is always there, You make it sound so easy. Oh God it was nice to be young.
I’m afraid of a lot of things. Love isn’t one of them.
I’m not sure if I’m capable of cohabitating romantically with anyone again. My only fear is falling in love and getting broken again. I don’t know how many more times I can take it. Makes me very cautious. Not love, it’s the getting my heart ripped out, stomped on, skewered, burned, buried alive, dug back up, hit with a car, dragged across the coals, and then shredded into tiny pieces, part that I fear. There is power in forbidden love. You can focus so much on the forbidden nature and justifying your choices to the world that you forget to question if it is real. I used to get them when I went to church. Demand all evil spirits go to the foot of the cross and ask God to put a hedge of protection around you.
The new woke idiocracy… Some people leave you mentally exhausted. Stay away from those people. “If you want to lift low-skilled people out of poverty, just make business owners pay them more. Problem solved.” When you genuinely matter to someone, you’ll know it.
She is both, hellfire and holy water. And the flavor you taste depends on how you treat her. Self care is choosing not to argue with people who are committed to misunderstanding you. Try not to be so hard on yourself, you’re only human. We’re supposed to make mistakes. That is how we learn and grow.
This world has too many evil people in it that keep getting away with the worst types of cruelty and abuse. Amidst today’s chaos.. ” When you fall in love with life, life falls in love with you.” When you accept yourself ~ The Universe will accept you Sipping my ginger/thyme and lemon & honey tea while listening to praise music on youtube… friends, I’m feeling a bit better! Am I real? Do I exist? I hate meditation…. does it really WORK! There, I said it… And I faked it every time. Ohm, ooohm, oh yeah right there, oooohm. I just sit there intentionally thinking of stuff. That is it…u just sit there quietly breathing. listening to sound current!!!
That’s a tough question to answer because every person that I have ever chatted with on social media has told me a different technique was their favorite. Field meditation, focus on the breath until “the drop” and then expand awareness outside of the body. It’s like a destination is the same but the way to transport you there is numerous like bus, car, flight etc. When you go to a cinema you watch a movie appearing on the screen so pretty similarly the purpose of meditation is to shut down your constantly chattering mind.
Now YoUr screen must ask itself which character in the movie do you really get into. Everybody’s choice would be different…. Now just observe who is asking for the “type” , Or do you fit the character being played on that screen! Matrix broken – playing meditation music, silencing my mind, and praying always does it for my soul xo On the best days, it’s an experience that melts the mind and opens your heart to it….
Hatha, Restorative and Kundalini yoga. I facilitate identity dissolving meditations. The goal being to build a relationship with Self in non-symbolic experience. Staring at the ocean while the sun dances on it while thanking the universe & my guides for everything. That 2 hour end of a movie feeling is a great feeling. It’s a moment of inner reflection. I feel the most connected with the elements around me & with myself… Vocal ohm, I have had full blown DMT trips without DMT with this method. I do it for 20 minutes.
*BLANK MIND*. No Thoughts. (Neither Positive Nor Negative) None is wrong when all lead to self ………. Allows me to be in tune with the universe. Chanting the heart sutra, it fills my heart with peace and compassion
sat kartar mantra hearts opening meditation Inhaling Cosmos and exhaling darkness! non-dual openhearted awareness When i achieve the state of ‘flow’ while doing my work. Mindfulness body scan energy cleansing & chakra balancing
Living in 5th Dimension ( slo-motion.) Third eye meditation bringing the mind either above or below bus chatter Purity of heart, clarity of mind and dynamism in action… Moment to moment… Guided meditation involving astral projection for distance healing. Guided meditation with virtual locations and sounds! So it’s winter and I’m doing meditation in the Himalayas! Or the Sedona Vortex!!
You just keep letting go everything until you arrive in a very peaceful, deep place. A perpetual surrender. the kind that allows me to drift off and I’m in another universe. No outside thoughts just in tune in the moment and STILL. I switched about a year ago to just letting go of relaxed music meditation. It’s exactly what it sounds like. When I’m surrounded by loved ones and having one of those grateful moments while Walking in Nature. Listening to birds and trees in a quiet place with eyes closed.. listening to praise music listening to MercyMe, While Watching the sky for a long period, listening to gurbani.
MIND BODY WITHIN SPIRIT!!! Which usually leads to a calmer mind and relaxed body and sometimes my intuition becomes stronger and clarity is shown. The one you sit in the dark with eyes closed. Observe your inner traumas and conditioning. Heal one breath at a time. Contemplation of passiveness!! My Beak of Breath technique which to me brings protection and enables deeper and faster breathing while calling out to spirits to interact with. Problem is, I run out of stuff and just sit there quietly breathing. That’s the only meditation.
The one that resonates with you in the moment. The one that allows you to simply BREATHE. The one that brings you back… To you. Journaling, writing meditation and blogging post is my favorite
