Tumor Molecular Profiling

Mark Roby’s  new book  “Lifelines to Cancer Survival,”  is  a one-of-a-kind guide             that  offers  patients  cutting-edge,  novel approaches  to  personalizing their own care. Diagnosed in 2002  with  one of  the rarest liver sarcomas  in  the world,  Roby knew he    was up against the wall  after clinicians  from around the country predicted  a short life span  and offered only palliative chemotherapy.  Besides radically changing his diet,  he knew that he would have to go way beyond the standard of care if he wanted to survive. Roby became  an incessant researcher,  looking  for advanced  and  novel  testing of  his tumor, along with searching for  clinicians who could offer him cutting-edge therapies.

Each day in the United States, close to 1600 children and adults – enough to fill four jumbo jets – die of cancer. More than 4000 are newly diagnosed.

Mark Roby was almost one of those fatal statistics.

But he beat the odds. Roby was given four months to live. He visited oncologists around the country  and  they all told him to enjoy whatever time he had left. Today after proving those doctors wrong — and today he’s alive and well.  He  put what he learned in his book.  “I was told I could either do nothing, or receive very high doses of interferon, a very potent chemotherapy, as palliative care. That was the standard of care,” says Roby.

He  went  for  the  chemo  and  ended – up  in  the  hospital  with  severe   side  effects.  The drug didn’t work. “As a medical professional, I realized I would have to redefine and rethink what I would need to do in order to survive,” says Roby.

And survive he has. But how? Why is his story different from the countless others diagnosed with terminal cancer?

ROBY DISCOVERED PERSONALIZED CARE
His first turning point came when he met with a researcher/oncologist at MD Anderson   in Houston, Texas for a consult. The researcher advised Roby that to stay alive, he would have to go beyond the standard of care. Roby would need to:

  •     Make survival his priority, including researching his own tumor
  •     Create three contingency plans to have on the table at all times
  •     Use advanced biomarkers to guide his treatment

So, first he took charge of his own care, becoming an incessant researcher himself and enlisting the aid of whomever would help him.

Secondly, having three backup plans reduced some of Roby’s anxiety by knowing what     he could try next, instead of scrambling when some treatment didn’t work. As part of this “Triad of Survival,”  Roby searched for novel cancer treatments  based on his own tumor’s makeup,  and pushed for their use.  If the doctors he was seeing didn’t approve,  he found someone who did.  There were new drugs,  clinical trials  and  even foreign chemotherapy, illegal in the United States. Some worked, and some did not, yet Roby continued his quest.

Thirdly, Roby used blood and genetic biomarkers (such as VEGF/angiogenesis, inflammatory markers, and molecular growth pathways) to help doctors guide his treatment.

After a liver transplant, Roby’s cancer returned. He went to Boston for a molecular profile of the tumor, a test he had been told for years would be a waste of time and money. He was put on a new drug targeting the tumor’s genetic pathway to stop further growth.

“There were three genetic abnormalities,” Roby explains. “I asked my team at Cleveland Clinic to target the main one, and I’ve been good ever since. They took my research seriously.”

GAME CHANGER FOR CANCER PATIENTS
“Lifelines to Cancer Survival” arms patients with novel options for survival, much different than what most medical centers are offering.  In his book,  Roby provides critical,  cutting-edge information for cancer patients, including strategies, websites, labs also that perform advanced testing, and a list of eclectic oncologists.

“It’s about survival,” Roby states. “I wrote the book because there are lots of different ways to fight different malignancies and nobody knows about them. It’s a guide that will help cancer patients find safe, more effective care.”

Mark Roby is a certified physician assistant, naturopath, cancer strategist and speaker. He is the cofounder of the Metro Detroit Center for Attitudinal Healing. He is also author of  the new book Lifelines to Cancer Survival: A New Approach to Personalized Care. He can be contacted through his website (http://www.LifelinestoCancerSurvival.com) or at 248-318-8775.

Sandy Fehrman   first diagnosed with metastatic carcinoma of  the breast in 1992.       She was treated with surgery and lived without recurrence until 2003 when she was presented with liver,  lung  and  bone metastases.  She  was treated  with a variety of  chemotherapies  until  2007,  when  the  standard  of  care regimens  were exhausted.  That’s when Sandy’s physician  sent  her  tumor  to be profiled by Caris Target Now.       The Caris Target Now  report  identified  a number  of  biomarkers  and  all possible therapeutic agents to treat Sandy’s cancer. Sandy says she’s living well with stage 4 metastatic cancer.

Celebration of Self Healing

Looking back over the last ten years  sometimes  a struggle  with  dead –  ends. Most times rewarding and piecing together another vital piece of  the puzzle.  ALL THE WHILE LEARNING.  It  was ten years ago  today  when I started noticing within my father that the cancer and chemo was taking it’s toll within. ALSO Realizing what cancer can do to a family at the beginning, during  and what it might be like in the aftermath.

Within my aftermath … I was severely depressed and wanted to make it better for everyone. It was the helpless feeling that was driving me to begin researching this dreadful disease.  I  began praying more,  attending Mass      more  at  Basilica & National Shrine of  Our Lady of Consolation   in Carey, Ohio where miracles are known to happen.

The Shrine in Carey  is where I believe the miracle began of  meeting      new people that also came into my life.  Always thinking what where the chances of  meeting  up with these incredible people… same place in time. For instance … the Chinaman Mant from Kettering, OHIO. whom walked into my life in a book store and immediately asking, ” what questions do  you have that needs answered.”

Always a new person Like the Nurse that explained her take on Cancer       &  Chemotherapy and what she had witness over her 30 year career.  This  my last ten years has been quite interesting to say the least.  On this same date 4 years ago which seems like yesterday.  It was on this date being my first installment into this website. With time becoming a personal blog for the almost  4,000 members in our Facebook Group.

It was Social media … where I came to realize that no matter how much one researches about  this dreadful disease,   Cancer still  and  always will suck.  What I learned on Facebook  was  so much more then one could ever image. With some people criticizing my grammar, beliefs in what I believe and try to do.  With good people out numbering the bad.  🙂

As I truly began patrolling the numerous cancer groups on Facebook learning from others.  I  did  learn  those  that become cancer free… do so through perseverance, and with a strong belief in themselves and in GOD.   It is within your Body, Mind and Spirit where true healing occurs.  I soon realize that what may work for one individual may not for another. True healing  comes   from  within your heart  and  you  have  to  will  yourself cancer free.

Within Solitarius,  I have members blogs and how they overcame the demon inside with many similarities. That being said, no matter what or how different the treatment was in their personal healing journey.  They truly believed in themselves and that what they where doing would work  for themselves. Always researching and always knowing what their next step would be intuitively.

Some experts will tell you that cancer derives from the Solitarius Stem Limbic area in your brain where emotion begins.  Rather it is a Sense of LostLonging,  Sadness,  Angeret cetera.  Some experts also believe …  cancer begins at the emotional level … and if that is the case it also needs     to be corrected there.  I  believe   once   you   calm this region of  the brain true healing begins. Therefore, The Cut, Burn & Poison approach without supplementation should be rethought by the medical profession.

Healing doesn’t just happen–there are no short cuts or quick fixes;                    it is fundamental to have patience.

•Identify what your block is, what you get stuck on; a habit, behavior,

addiction?

•Find out who can help and if that doesn’t work, find someone else;

DO NOT give up hope, keep trying.

•You have to believe it is possible that you will get better–keep faith, find

faith or hope―–MAKE that your intention.

•Just because something didn’t work doesn’t mean you failed, you just need

to find another way, explore other options.

•It takes commitment to truly heal–You have to trust and respect the process,

and surrendering to the process most often allows for the greatest result.

As you go forward with your own path of healing, consider the following.

MIND: Get out of the suffering mentality and resolve to set positive intentions;

use affirmations, set goals, find support.

BODY: Your body is amazing; it is constantly doing so many things right and

without fail; when things do go wrong, be gentle, loving and grateful for all that

it does right–focus on this instead of whatever the challenge is.

SPIRIT: Take time to be still and allow for the guidance of spirit. This can help

the healing process, it can illumine what should be addressed. It is through

faith that we can find patience and understanding. If we are guided by spirit

then everything we are faced with has a purpose. Find these reasons and learn

to heal.

When it comes to healing:

Believe that healing is possible, that you are worthy and able.

Find a spiritual practice.

Take care of your body.

Be kind to your mind.

Don’t stop, don’t give up.

Rocky is The Man

*I posted this in one of my Cancer Support Groups this morning.                       Yes it is long buuuut Rocky is The Man. Here we are 6 months into full Gerson Therapy  (with  no  chemo  or  radiation)  and  as  I am  feeling  BLESSED  for sure!  🙂

Let’s backtrack a little ~ I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, Stage 3C    last March.  Yep,  that is one baby step away  from being terminal and to       be honest with you, I n…ever went back for more testing to see if I was in fact Stage 4 –  My treatment was the same regardless of  staging and my immune system did not need another dose of testing.

Results after 6 months???
Blood Tests – Every number is improving… EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
Cancer Markers – Normal HEALTHY Range
Cat Scan- CLEAR
X-Rays – CLEAR
Pain – GONE
AMEN!

So  I’m  good  right?  Well,  not completely …  As you know I still have to    battle these frustrating malignant stem cells for at least another 18 months knowing the Cancer Industry is waiting  for me to fail.  Sooo with that said, we look to America’s  favorite  underdog  for  motivation….  That’s right, ROCKY BALBOA !!!!

1. Get the Work Done

Whatever your ambition or goal, you will never succeed unless you get the work done.   You can’t just bio-hack your way around it, nor positive mindset your  way  through  it.  You  simply  have  to  do  everything,  EVERYTHING!

“You’re gonna have to go through hell, worse than any nightmare you’ve ever dreamed.  But  when  it’s  over,  I know you’ll be the one standing. You know what you have to do.  Do it. Do it!”

2. Never Quit

Rocky himself said, “Going that one more round when you don’t think you can – that’s what makes all the difference in your life.”

The ability to keep going – to never quit  in such situations is something forged within. It comes from deep within your heart and your mind and needs to be developed during life.  To  witness  this  kind  of  never — quit attitude  is rare.  Be  that  person:  It’s pretty hard to beat someone who never quits.

3. Go the Distance

Many of us have become creatures of instant gratification. We want results immediately and  often  balk  at  the  time  it takes to achieve something.  Or worse still,  we forget that sometimes a struggle is much more about the journey it takes you on, rather than the end result.

Is what you’re fighting for so important that you’re willing to go the distance?                       If you aren’t, then you are on the wrong path.

“You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit.           It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.”

4. Persistence -The ability to just keep moving ALWAYS.

“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are … it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.”

This personal trait more than anything else can make all the difference between the successes and failure in your life.  Everyone at some point has experienced a life moment where they were the underdog.  Where the odds were stacked against you,  where you had to  fight through a never-ending struggle, or where you were expected to be beaten and quit. Our individual battles may be different, but collectively … we all fight the same underdog fight, just like Rocky!!!

Get the work done, Don’t Quit, Go the distance, and be Persistent…                 As Rocky said, “That’s how winning is done!” ~  Dana DeLauter  🙂

Link Between Hypothyroidism and Breast Cancer

The Thyroid-Breast Cancer Connection

Thyroid Regulation

 Nutrients to Support Thyroid Function

In coaching hundreds of women on  “The 7 Essentials System” for healing the body naturally, over half of them have “low thyroids” and many have been diagnosed with “thyroid cancer.”

Indeed, it’s estimated today that 27 million Americans, 80% of them women, suffer from “thyroid disease”  (a.k.a. hypothyroidism)  and  that more than 60,000  were diagnosed with cancer of the thyroid last year. What exactly is causing this epidemic of weak thyroids and how does this relate to breast cancer?

Iodine Deficiency Leads to a Weak Thyroid

First, let’s talk about what causes a weak and poor-functioning thyroid in general. I am  not an endocrinologist so for simplicity’s sake, I will focus on the thyroid gland itself rather than all the many connections  the  thyroid  has  with  other parts  of  the endocrine system and the body.

Basically, thyroids are weaker these days because the average American diet is extremely deficient in Iodine.  It has been estimated  that 90% of  the world’s population is iodine deficient.  As shocking as this may seem,  I can tell you that 99% of every man and woman that I have tested in the last 3 years have been Iodine deficient.

Iodine is necessary for the healthy function of all glandular tissues, including the breasts, the  uterus,  the  prostate,  the  ovaries,  and  the  thyroid.  All  of  these  glandular tissues concentrate iodine in order to maintain healthy cell architecture.

So what happens to your thyroid when you don’t have enough Iodine?  If there is not enough of this important mineral in your body, the cell matrix will transform into cyst- like structures. It will develop nodules and cysts and the result is fibrocystic breasts, polycystic ovaries and uterine fibroids.

If cyst growth continues and the cysts themselves become nodular and develop hyperplasia (increased cell growth), this can lead to cancer.

Making sure your selenium intake is optimal may give your immune system and thyroid the boost it needs to help it function better. It is especially important for those managing thyroid conditions to ensure their selenium status is adequate.

[Important Note:  Thyroid cancer  is  highly overdiagnosed  and one must be extremely careful today taking any cancer diagnosis at face value. Read Sayer Ji article, “Thyroid Cancer Epidemic Caused by Misinformation, Not Cancer,” and Dr. Jeffrey Dach, MD’s article,”Is The Epidemic of Thyroid Nodule ‘Cancers’ A Medical Illusion?“, for more information.]

Thyroid Medication Increases Your Risk of Breast Cancer

Breast tissue has a “trapping” system for iodine, very similar to that of the thyroid gland itself; in a sense, it competes with the thyroid for iodine. Medicating a woman for a low-functioning thyroid is like adding gasoline to a fire since most thyroid medication increases the risk of developing breast cancer, as well as lung cancer. Studies have shown that women taking medication for their thyroid are twice as likely to develop breast cancer.

Iodine is an anti-oxidant and anti-cancer agent. It is also a requisite for the growth and maintenance of normal breast tissue. When there is iodine deficiency, there are changes in DNA/RNA ratios as well as changes in estrogen receptor proteins. You guessed it ─ these changes can lead to Breast Cancer.

Iodine is also necessary for proper immune function, especially since your immune cells are engulfing and ingesting bacteria and other unhealthy cells all the time. As an anti-oxidant, iodine displaces mercury, aluminum, lead, and halides like bromide and fluoride. Bromide is a flame retardant and is found in all electronics like IPads, cell phones and computers as well as clothing, carpeting and furniture.

With all the radiation that we are exposed to these days (especially after the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011), maintaining adequate amounts of Iodine in the body is vital for the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland and other glandular tissues.

Endocrinologist Dr. Guy Abraham has studied the iodine-thyroid connection for over 25 years and is convinced that iodine supplementation is absolutely necessary to replenish deficiencies.

“The benefits of [Iodine] supplementation within the range used in FDB (fibrocystic disease of the breast) outweigh the risks,”

Dr. Abraham’s said in regards to his recent study of the effects of Iodine supplementation on this condition.

The great news is that when tissues are nourished with enough iodine, depleted cells can revert back to healthy, normal cells. Supplementation with products that contain both iodine and potassium iodide can be very beneficial.  In order to determine how much iodine you need to take, do a 24 hour iodine loading test to insure that you will supplement with the proper amounts.

If you have any of these symptoms, consider the possibility of being iodine deficient:

  • Fibrocystic breasts
  • Nodules on your thyroid
  • Hypothyroid
  • Polycystic ovaries
  • Uterine fibroids
  • Breast cancer
  • Enlarged prostate
  • Prostate Cancer

Hypothyroidism Treatment and Diet Plan : Foods To Eat and Foods To Avoid !!!!!!!!

Breast Cancer prevention includes taking steps to ensure proper thyroid function ─ and a healthy thyroid begins with proper amounts of iodine in the body. Get an iodine screening today and take measures to keep your thyroid healthy, happy and working properly for the health of your breasts and your system overall.

There are some excellent natural remedies that have beneficial effects on the symptoms but are not as strong as medicinal doses.  If  your  doctor  suggests  that  such  treatments are enough to treat your condition, then you can try them out.  Some natural ways are as follows:

1. Follow an Underactive Thyroid Diet : Thyroid glands need various nutrients to function properly. Therefore, an underactive thyroid diet should include all such foods that can provide you with these nutrients. Iodine is essential for healthy functioning of the thyroid gland. It can be obtained from a number of seafoods like sardines, haddock, tuna, mackerel, seaweed, algae, etc.  Omega Fatty acids, but not all, are another highly recommended nutritional component in this condition and its common sources are cod, salmon, flaxseed, walnuts, almonds, etc.

Selenium intake has to be increased with the help of whole wheat bread, pasta brown bread,  Brazil nuts,  poultry,  liver,  pork, etc.  Also High fiber diet like apricots, banana, avocado, asparagus, carrots,  etc.  are important to get relief  from constipation.  Along with these foods, drink 6-8 glasses of water as it improves metabolism and also helps in weight loss.

2. Avoid Foods that Suppress Thyroid Function : Goitrogens is one such component that interferes with  the functioning  of  the thyroid gland  and  slows down the production of  thyroid  hormone  of  the  body.  It  is  present  in  vegetables  like  broccoli,  cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, etc. Soy, millet, peanuts, etc.  are the other foods that contain goitrogens. Hence, they should be avoided.  However,  these  foods can be taken in small amounts after cooking as heat destroys goitrogenic compounds. Refined carbohydrates found in white flour,  white sugar and processed  foods  as well as coffee, soda, tea and alcohol should be avoided in this condition.

3. Take Nutritional Supplements : Vitamin supplements are good as they help the body   to utilize food substances and obtain maximum energy.  Fish oil supplements also supply the much-needed omega fatty acids.  Supplements like zinc,  copper  and  iodine improve the functioning of  the thyroid gland.  Those who are suffering from underactive thyroid because of selenium deficiency should take supplemental form of this mineral. However, it is advisable that you consult your doctor first, before starting any of these supplements.

4. Exercise Regularly : Get into the habit of doing some gentle exercises for half an hour five times in a week. There are several benefits of exercising in this condition. It can alleviate many of the symptoms. It improves the rate of metabolism and boosts the energy level. This will also help in controlling the weight gain problem. You can also get rid of other problems like loss of appetite, sleeping problems and depression associated with hypothyroidism.

5. Keep a Stress Free Mind : Stress has an adverse impact in the functioning of the thyroid gland. High level of stress can also contribute towards further weight gain. For this reason, there is a need to reduce mental stress. Yoga, deep breathing, meditation, etc. are some excellent ways of relaxing your mind.

6. Undergo Acupuncture Therapy : Acupuncture can be used as an alternative way for treating an underactive thyroid gland. This treatment brings about marked improvement in the functioning of the thyroid gland. It involves insertion of small-sized needles in specific areas of the body to stimulate thyroid function. However, it should be done by an experienced practitioner only.

*** You have to continue with all these natural remedies for an underactive thyroid lifelong. You have to monitor the thyroid hormone levels in the body from time to time. If the test report suggests that the thyroid hormone levels have increased, then you must consult your doctor who will prescribe you with medicines and suggest some lifestyle and diet related changes for your health benefit.

Ayurveda Medical Services

My Name is Dr AMIT NAKRA and we have our Ayurveda Medical Services dedicated to patients of Cancer located in Karnal city of India. We have also been providing Organic Fagonia cretica Tea to all such patients since 2001.

Fagonia cretica not only combats the side-effects of chemotherapy but also kills and attacks the cancerous cells thereby enabling the process of Remission and this way patient can lead a healthy life.

For each specific type of Cancer, there are different Organic Herbal Formulations available in Ayurvea Medicinal Science and they are prescribed / dispatched to address of patient as per the need of intake.

In all patients, Time holds very important significance because the sooner patient starts better and easier shall be the results and patient can be saved before Cancer DNA starts spreading its activity in the cells. Its the same treatment protocol followed in all Indian Ayurveda Cancer Hospitals and majority of young ladies are protected from cancer this way successfully.

Reading the Feedback of so many patients enclosed as attachment in this mail shall give you the optimism and you shall feel encouraged with regard the treatment process of medicinal herbs after reding all these feedback attached below. Its very important for a patient of Cancer to stay always positive and encouraged because any undue stress / worry adds to the further growth of cancer DNA in the tissues. Its also very important for a patient to understand that Cancer DNA does not pose that much a challenge / worry to the health of a patient if there is no metastasis because till that stage when there is no metastasis , it can be easily brought to remission within initial 6 months in almost 80-90% of patients. But in cases where metastasis has been confirmed, in such cases TIME is the most decisive factor and the sooner a patients starts, the better and faster are the results. In majority of Patients of Cancer, the patient dies due to Metastasis and not due to Cancer, so as a Physician we always request our patients to start the treatment at earliest possible as this way the chances of healing are always much higher and stronger.

In this mail, We are also sharing with you some feedback of patients who were far seriously ill with disease and with their courage + determination, they are now recovering well and defeating cancer. In your case, very honestly you are far better in terms of health as compared to following patients and so after reading the patients of such severity, you shall gain in optimism and start feeling encouraged with regard the whole treatment process. Because as we have always shared with each patient – that staying positive and optimistic is the most important key in fight against illness.

1) Case 1 : feedback-61.jpg & 71.jpg (Brain Metastasis confirmed almost 4 years ago and at that time given only 2 years to live but she is going healthy day by day and progressing quite remarkably)

She (Mrs Harrison) is from UK whose already got Metastasis into her Spine, Lungs and Liver almost 4 years ago and she is taking our Herbal Treatment protocol since past more than 2 years. Now she is a subject of medical study in UK among all the medical professionals because she is defeating cancer and she is going very good in terms of health. Her Primary Cancer is already gone and also its now receding with passage of time and inspite of taking TDM1 treatment in UK Hospital which has very severe ill effects, all her vital organs are absolutely normal and there are no signs of any ill effects which surprised the whole medical community in her hospital.

Her letter from Oncologist has been attached in this mail and she was almost advised for the Hospice center almost 6 months ago and this news was extremely devastating for their whole family. It was then when we introduced Swarna Dhatu Rasayana into her prescription and just after taking the medication for around 4 months, she is now recovering quite well.

2) Case 2: feedback-66.jpg (aggressive bone metastasis to her femur bone and even unable to walk around1 year ago but now she can walk on her own)

I am here sharing another very positive feedback of a Patient from Turkey who has got severe Metastasis to her Bones and due to this she was not able to walk properly because her Femur bone in the thigh had been badly afffected with the illness. She was on bed and completely dependent on attendants for her daily chores.

She has been taking all the herbal medications for her treatment since past more than 1.5 year now. We have received her encouraging response that she has now started to walk slightly on her own which certainly is a good improvement. And Cancer too is on a receeding path. Pain in Bone Metastasis is always very severe and as per her latest update her pains too have deccreased very much.

3) Case 3: feedback-67.jpg & 75.jpg (untreated cancer for 5 years and metastasis in lungs)

She is a lady from Norway. When they approached us for the treatment process, we were very surprised on knowing that she is a patient of 80 years age and her cancer is left untreated since past 5 years. We dont had any option but to start the intake of herbs starighaway.

If a lady aged 80 years with untreated cancer for 5 long years started showing results within 3 months of introducing herbal treatment protocol and that too without any ill-effects, it certainly is a huge encouragement for evereybody and myself as Physician is feeling quite pleased for her because now I am optimistic she shall make it through towards the safer zone in the next 1-2 years.

4) Case 4 :

He is Mr Kaura in UK whose being diagnosed with Sarcomatoid Mesothelioma almost 4 months ago and its a cancer which is related with Pleural cavity and is always very very HIGHLY Aggressive in nature. Its so agggressive that even chemo is considered as not a valid option and patient can only opt for Radiotherapy + Surgery. Because chemo has got virtually nil results in such cases so we decided to introduce High Potent Medicinal Herbs as it was only option available with us to save his life. His response has been such encouraging only because he  initiated the treatment process at soonest possible soon after his diagnosis and till date has been following the medications with utmost honesty. And after following all his treatment protocols with complete sincerity for 3 months, when his scan were performed it was very encouraging one –

Here is the brief analysis of his report –

A) There is no evidence of any active illness state.B) In RT Pleural cavity, its less extensive and also fewer islands as compared to previous one

C) Mediastinum, Hila, Subcranial are all OK

D) Liver and Adrenal Glands are also perfectly OK.

E) Pelvic and its structural system is also OK

We have attached the scanned documents in this mail as well for your easy reference.

Case 7 : From Venezuela – feedback-73.jpg (Brain Metastasis almost 1 year ago and now cancer in Brain is inactive)

Her name is Eileen Downing and she had got the breast cancer Metastasis to her Brain many months ago, even before when the treatment process was initiated on her. Now its been more than 1 year of the treatment process, and in her latest scan reports, the cancer in Brain is not in an active stage and all the lesions have dissappeared. Thorax and pelvic regions are also showing a decrease in the size of Tumours. Her Oncologist too was surprised on seeing the results.

Case 8 : From Hungary – feedback-74.jpg

Her name is Maria Lantos and  She started the treatment process in September 2014 and on 18 May, 2015 when she got her reports, they are the best indicators of her overall recovery process. Her Tumour marker has been excellent and her Oncologist too congratulated her on the same.

Case 9 : From UK – feedback-80.jpg

A new feedback of our patient – EDUARDA from UK who too has been taking our medicinal herbs since past more than 8 months and its now only that her nodes have started reducing. I am enclosing her feedback as attachment in this mail for your easy reference and please do download the attachment to read her complete mail.

She is having Breast Cancer Metastasis to her Lungs, Liver and Bones. And its now only after 8 months of regular intake that cancer has started reducing which certainly is very good news for the patient because she is only on Medicinal Herbs for her treatment process. She did not opt for chemo because cancer was involving in her outer pleural membrane and only an agggressive conventional protocol could have been of any benefit but it shall also bring ill effects alongside. So after a very sincere intake of medicinal herbs for around 8 months, good results in her scan reports have been witnessed.

Case 10 : From India – feedback-79.jpg

Here is a Patient, whose lungs have collapsed due to the chronicity of illness and he is on Oxygen Support System. The patient started the treatment process around 1 year ago and we have recently received their 2 feedback – confirming that signs of improvement can be seen.

1) Without Oxygen support system for around 2 hours, patient is able to maintain oxygen level at 92, which earlier was around 70.

2) Breathlesness has reduced considerably.

3) Shaking of hands are not present now which was very frequent in earlier times.

4) Improvement in Lung Functioning witnessed with the removal of Oxygen Support System and Oxygen level maintaining close to 90.

5) Now he is using Oxygen Cylinder for only 16 hours in a day, while earlier when the treatment process was initiated, he was using it for close to 20-22 hours.

6) His face too has started showing remarkable changes as earlier he was extremely pale and inactive, but now he is more active and able to move from one place to another with short transit duration.

Case 11): FROM USA –  From a Patient of Breast Cancer in USA (feedback-84.jpg) :

She is having Ductal Invasive Breast Cancer (Stage 2) in her right breast and such types of cancer are usually aggressive in nature due to hereditary involvement. She stared the intake of medicinal herbs just recently and within 2 days, her pain was alleviated much to her relief. Earlier she was taking all sorts of Pain Meds but she was unable to have a sound sleep due to the episodes of pain. The medicinal herbs, when acted on the site of origin, alleviated the pain with ease and this in itself testifies that in an illness like that of cancer – early treatment always holds the key. The sooner we start the process, better and faster are always the results.

As a Physician we are highly optimistic, she shall be able to achieve complete and permanent remission within initial 6 months of the treatment process.

Case 12): FROM Norway – From a Patient of Prostate Cancer in NORWAY (feedback-83.jpg)

Its been around 3-4 months of his herbal medicine intake and in initial test results, there is considerable result. His next scan schedule is nearing and optimistic results are awaited as the patient is feeling very fine and in absolute good health ever since he initiated the intake of medicinal herbs.

So it certainly boosts the confidence of any patient and doctor as well, that with patience + perseverance, we can revive ourselves even from terminal stages of illness. The Medicinal Herbs which have been recommended for you are highly medically potent against such types of ailments and certainly Cancer DNA can be brought to successful + complete remission. A patient must always stay positive and encouraged because we have always maintained in all our emails that staying positive is the most important key in the fight against illness.

Organic Fagonia cretica Tea initiates cell cycle arrest in Energy Center of Cancer DNA and its this very reason, which ultimately breaks the cancer and good results start coming in. TIME is always the most decisive factor because as we all know very well, Cancer always has a tendency to spread further in the tissues and imbalance the physiology, so the intake of medicinal herbs are important in a way so “further progression” can be halted. It may be done in 2 weeks or it might take upto 1 year – which all depends upon the severity of illness. It does takes time in few of the very seriously ill cases, but if the medicinal herbs are taken with complete sincerity, they never dissappoint patients.

We have attached the scanned documents in this mail as well for your easy reference.

Its our request with you to please dont share these personal feedback of our patients on Internet because its very important to maintain the privacy of our patients who are taking this treatment. Its shared here for your easy reference only.

Here I am sharing a few dietary tips and they are general tips for any cancer patient as per Ayurveda Medicinal Science. When specific patients approach us for the herbal treatment protocol, we do advise them with more specific dietary regimen, so best and fast health results can be done with ease. Because diet always plays the most important role in ensuring complete + permanent remission in Cancer DNA.WHAT CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

1) Sugar is a cancer-feeder. So we should reduce the intake of artifical sugars as much as possible. Natural sugars in fruits are absolutely Fine.

2) Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, cancer cells are being starved.

3) Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, rather than beef , pork, chicken etc. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

4) A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.

5) To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day.

6) Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water–best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

7) Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

8) Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

9) Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body’s own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

10. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor.

Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

11. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Question & Answer

QUESTION: I need clarification on something someone told me in another group that makes no sense at all. Here it is:

This is what I had said: I was not sick for many years before I was dx with triple negative breast cancer.  I was told the reason I didn’t get sick was because I had no immune system then and that’s why cancer took over. WTH… If I had no immune system wouldn’t I have been susceptible to everything?  Chemo wipes  out our immune systems,  that  is  why  we have to avoid the public, wear masks, etc…  I can’t wrap my brain around the notion I was never sick because I didn’t have an immune system. True/False gurus?  ~CheriHodge~

SO How Can You Never Get Sick But YOU Get Cancer… ANSWER:

My father was never sick in his healthiest years but when cancer took over he was. Cancer wipes out the immune system along with all the medicines one takes for it. I have done research on this topic because it struck home and this is the best answer for your Q&A… Cancer is caused by DNA damage.

A cancer is swarm of identical, rogue cells, which copy themselves over and over again, taking up more and more space, and using more and more resources  (Oxygen, energy, space, etc.).  A  benign tumor’s cells  eventually  stops  replicating.  A  malignant tumor        (a cancer) never stops.

Right, so DNA…

Mitosis …. As you know, DNA is a cell’s issue of instructions for copying itself, so having damaged DNA  is like having a scratched CD, that data is corrupted.  And if you put that CD in a burner and made copies, you’d get copies of that corrupt data. Fun, eh ?

So here’s the interesting part. Your cells have built-in regulations to prevent the progression of “corrupted data”. Your cells scan themselves continually and if they find their DNA to be damaged they self-destruct through “apoptosis4”.

(“Apoptosis” is also how your body handles the flu’, so that’s possibly one reason why you feel weak. It’s a good idea to eat lots of protein when you’re sick so you’d have materials to make new, replacement cells.)

Your cells also have a fixed number of times which they are allowed to replicate, determined by the length of their chromosomes’ [URL=”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telomere“] [telomeres] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitosis).

Each time one of your cells replicates, its telomeres shorten a little. When telomeres get too short, the cell no longer can copy itself, and instead ages until it dies.

However,  damage  to  the correct part of a cell’s DNA,  can  induce  the  cell’s  internal regulations to switch off. A cell whose telomeres never shorten, for example, will be able   to go on replicating indefinitely.  And it does!!!  And that mass of cells is what makes up cancerous growths.

So what causes DNA damage ?

Here’s where I finally answer your question.

DNA can be “damaged” by internal mutations, genetic errors passed on through generations.

Or through exposure to chemical “carcinogens”, substances which for various reasons promote cancer. Smoke, rancid oils, etc.

OR though radiation. Radiation is a stream of sub-atomic particles emitted by a source. These sub-atomic particles can slam into cells and physically damage them… or physically damage their DNA smiley . “Scratching the CD,”  so to speak.  And,  as I said above,  if the right part of the DNA is damaged, the cell may lose its internal regulation.

So  you  can  see  there  “why”  a  healthy  person,  who doesn’t smoke,  who doesn’t eat carcinogenic foods, can still possibly develop cancer, if (in this example) he is exposed to too much strong radiation,  to the point that some of his body’s cells experience the right kind of DNA damage. The Amish Healer told us a couple weeks ago radiation causes 90% of all cancers?

The Mind’s Explosive Healing Power

The Mind / Body Connection:

When Doctor Speak About Placebo-Nocebo Effect

Sometimes …. when we want to heal so desperately we chase falsehood!              AS YOU Scroll Through This Website You Will Learn About Your Options

Therefore what we must do is follow our own hearts and do what we think best….

If one does not believe in ones treatment why do that treatment in the first place.          Its the small things through effort adding up to be big result.  Sometimes they can           be painful sometimes pleasurable but we learn from those experiences in Life. We therefore, must do our own research when it comes to battling terminal disease…        Dis-ease is what in us in the first place.

In the human brain, the solitary nucleus (nucleus of the solitary tract, nucleus solitarius, nucleus tractus solitarii, NTS)  is  a series of  nuclei  (clusters of  nerve cells)  forming  a vertical column of  grey matter  embedded  in  the medulla oblongata. Through the center of  the  NTS runs the solitary tract, a  white  bundle  of  nerve fibers, including  fibers  from  the  facial, glossopharyngeal  and  vagus nerves,  that innervate  the NTS. The NTS projects to, among other regions in the brain, the reticular formation, parasympathetic preganglionic neurons, hypothalamus and thalamus, forming circuits that contribute to autonomic regulation. Cells along the length of the NTS are arranged roughly in accordance with function;  for instance,  cells involved in taste are located in the higher,  more  forward (“rostral”) part,  while  those  regulating cardio-respiratory and gastrointestinal processes are found in the lower, more posterior (“caudal”) part.

Some experts also feel it is somewhere in the brain do to emotional conflict or chronic stress there in lays the cause of cancer.

Researchers have found a way to study how our brains assess the behavior — and likely future actions — of others during competitive social interactions. Their study, described   in a paper in the Proceedings  of  the National Academy of Sciences,  is the first to use a computational approach  to  tease  out  differing patterns  of  brain activity during these interactions, the researchers report.

“When players compete against each other in a game, they try to make a mental model     of the other person’s intentions, what they’re going to do and how they’re going to play,   so  they  can  play  strategically  against  them,”  said  University of Illinois postdoctoral researcher Kyle Mathewson,  who  conducted  the  study  as  a  doctoral  student  in  the Beckman  Institute  with  graduate  student  Lusha Zhu  and  economics  professor  and Beckman affiliate Ming Hsu,  who  now is at the University of California, Berkeley. “We were interested in how this process happens in the brain.”

Therefore, as a child that uneasy feeling we got as a kid playing rock, scissors and paper. Knowing the result was out of our control… knowing today in this competitive world of  not knowing what will occur next.  Maybe it’s this anxiety  that is occurring that is also giving us all this disease.

The hormone oxytocin  is  made  at different levels in different people and it plays a role      in regulating social behavior. A new University of Virginia study involving brain imaging finds that people with naturally higher levels of oxytocin in their blood show greater brain activity when processing social information.

“The purpose of the study was to investigate how people’s endogenous levels of oxytocin were related to brain activity when they viewed social interactions,” said Katie Lancaster,     a Ph.D. candidate in psychology at the University of Virginia and first author of the study. “We found that people  with  higher oxytocin levels  showed  greater recruitment  of  brain regions that support social cognition, suggesting that these people are naturally attending to the more social aspects  of  the interactions. “People with low levels of oxytocin showed less recruitment of these ‘social brain’ areas; their brain activity resembles the patterns of neural activity previously observed when people focus on non-socially relevant information.”

The study has implications for better understanding how oxytocin interacts with cognition in both healthy people and people with disordered social behavior. For example, low levels of oxytocin have previously been associated  with  social deficits often found in individuals with autism spectrum disorders.  Maybe  it  is  these  levels of stress hormones in the brain that cause cancer to me·tas·ta·size?

For decades now,  Western medicine has shunned the idea that the human mind is capable of affecting the health of the body,  however,  that’s all beginning to change.  New age experts suggest that we can indeed heal ourselves by using our minds, but         is there any science to back up such claims?

Lissa Rankin, M.D. has been exploring the scientific literature, reviewing case studies     of spontaneous remission, as well as placebo and nocebo effect data, to prove that our thoughts  powerfully  affect  our  physiology  when we believe we can get well.

Rankin recently spoke at a TED event and delivered an impressive speech on the mysterious healing power of the human mind.
Dr. Lissa Rankin is an integrative medicine physician, author, speaker, artist, and founder of the online communities LissaRankin.com and OwningPink.com.  Discouraged by America’s broken health care system, Dr. Rankin set out to discover why some patients experience cure from seemingly “incurable” illnesses, while others remain sick even when they receive the best medical care.
Fueled  by  a  passion  to determine what really makes people healthy and what really predisposes them to illness, she dug into the medical literature to study how doctors might better care for patients and patients might better care for themselves.  Her research helped her understand and translate how thoughts and emotions originating in the mind translate into measurable physiological phenomena.
Dr. Rankin is now leading a health care revolution to help patients heal themselves,      while encouraging the health care industry to embrace and facilitate, rather than resist,     the possibility of patient-initiated spontaneous remission.  She’ll be sharing the findings     of her research about self-healing in her upcoming book Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof You Can Heal Yourself, set to be published by Hay House in 2013.  You can also follow Dr. Lissa Rankin on Facebook.

How to Write the Truth: I’m Still Learning

The little girl in me wanted to write. Sleep in my eyes, teeth unbrushed and pillow imprints still on my face, I wanted to write but I couldn’t bring myself to sit with the word.  Sometimes your heart  wants to tell stories  that  are not yet  meant to be told. Sometimes  your  words ….  want to scream and holler  in a way  that your voice just doesn’t seem to support in this moment. This path of  vulnerability that I have chosen   and committed to pushes me to the edge of dealing with my stuff on a constant bases. There is no comfort zone except for the reality of knowing some of this self expression will stay safely filed away on my hard drive until I am ready.

I mean,  I  wanted  to dive — deep into the waters of  friendship  and  sisterhood.      There is the  friendship with the woman who scheduled get togethers with me 9 times   and 7 of those times didn’t even bother canceling. I released the relationship. Somehow   in her mind she is a victim of something  but  I  cannot  figure out what.  I made a  few attempts  at  the  Landmark  style  completion  conversation  then  surrendered  when      I realized she wasn’t here for it.

Of course, I could’ve, should’ve spoken to it after the 3rd time but was still in a space     of providing more compassion for others than for I did for myself.  My time is valuable too – – yada,  yada, yada.  Some call it sucka shit  but we all go through things.  There    is the  friend  I miss,  but her envy scared the hell out of me and the  friend who was so judgmental  that it  felt like a toxic boyfriend.  So these experiences  inspired one of  my most frequent chants of the year. It’s the affirmation: I let it go, I let it all go. I take full accountability for all that has transpired and I let it go.

Part of me would also enjoy the release of being completely naked and transparent about love,  love relationships  and matters of  the heart.  But then we have to deal with how that impacts others,  projects,  business  and  image.  One of  my  friends constantly reminds me to be mindful of my brand and intention. As a poet first and as a poet whose first pieces at 8 years old were rooted in calls for justice,  fairness and truth, this part of adulthood feels completely wack.  Why can’t we all  just have an authentic conversation and confront these issues that plague so many of our lives?  Oh,  if only it was as simple  as a conversation.

One of the most challenging issues is the one of a cousin  who is bi-sexual  and in a   same-sex marriage. Some of the responses of family, God fearing, God loving, practicing Christian family members,  constantly  disappoints  me.  My heart has been broken more times than I can count.  I sit quietly.  I pray on it. I try not to lament on the absence of my grandma and grandpa  from this earthly plane.  I know how different our lives would be if they were still here.  Then I remind myself and little Toni that there is no time machine and my dreaming  will not bring them back to the physical.  So I speak  to them while on my knees  and while in the shower as the water hides my tears I chant again:  I let it go,    I let it all go.

In my dreams,  I am confident enough to tackle the most personal  and painful of experiences with creativity,  spiritual maturity  and transparency but I’m not where           I want to be just yet. This is still just an activity in my mind.  Years ago  I remember sitting  in the African American Resource Center with E. Ethelbert Miller.  He was at      his desk handing me a stack of poems marked up with red pen. There were 30 pages       of text and at least 25 pieces,  but he gave me 5  that he considered to be good poems.      I suddenly realized I  was  far  from the book  I  planned on publishing that semester.         He watched both my ego and heart deflate right before his eyes as I sunk into the           old wooden chair.

He began talking about a list of writers I should read as he set up a seat for me at a table with a stack of books with everything from Carolyn Rogers and early Don L. Lee   to Alice Walker’s prose and Larry Neal’s critiques.  There were journals from the Black Arts Movement  and  the Harlem Renaissance.  As I stood up  I could hear  the big clock outside  and  see students scurrying  across  the  yard  below.  I  remember many things Ethelbert taught me over the years ….  but that  afternoon  he talked about the need  for courage.  It  takes  courage  to expose oneself.   Exposing your joy  and  your pain,  your most sentimental feelings, your family stories  both the good and the bad, the struggles  of life, the weakness and the strengths are all a part of  the nakedness of being a writer. You may  find a  formula to become a popular writer but great writers are willing and able to write themselves naked and fully exposed on the page.

I can still inhale and smell the scent of old paper and books in the stacks of Founders library at Howard University. I also clearly remember how heavy my spiritwas during those years. Ethelbert was a guardian angel to many of us. I am much lighter now and authentically happy,  but I am still struggling to be a great writer.  I am still learning how to write the truth, my truth.

The blog  format is like a gym to work out  and build my muscles.  Every once in a    while I get on the scale to see where  I’m at  and today is one of  those days. Three bomb ass writing prompts came to mind  and  I punked out on each one.  I’m here laughing at myself as a way to not slip into the Virgodom of  self-critique and thoughts of I-am-not-good-enough.  Pressing  publish  on  this  post  will  serve — as  this  morning’s  creative accomplishment and thumbs up to an exercise completed.  May your day be equally as blessed.

Keep On Keeping On Learning

To my friend, Carmen Belcredi,

“…at the end, you take the lesson the life is trying to tell you.  In  my  case  it  was  that    you can’t control everything.  You need to let things happen.  The other was that the road is unknown and unwritten.” Today would have been her 40th birthday. She passed away this past Thursday; just three days shy of that milestone so many women dread. For us it was a gift, a goal.  We talked about having  “bucket list”  parties in Vegas to celebrate the big four-oh. I told her that was my dream next year and she said she wouldn’t miss it.

When I  joined support groups two – and – a half years ago, I had an instant connection with Carmen. Although we were never able to meet in person, she has had a tremendous impact on my life.  We compared stories of  misdiagnosis  and receiving such bleak news at such  a young age.  She shared with me  that she was 16 when she  first started having colon cancer symptoms. Both of her parents had colon cancer, yet her doctors brushed it off.

Her doctor said she could wait until 40 for a scope. She said “I try not to and have not   let anger and upset go.  It is what it is.  I can’t go back.” She was only  36 when she was diagnosed, stage IV. We shared so many similarities. I was in my late teens when I first had symptoms also,  and  just like her  I tried to get my doctors to listen,  without avail.    We were both 36  and stage IV  when diagnosed.  She was a mother to an eleven month old, I was a mom to a 6 month and 2 ½ year old.

We were both professional women, advocates, into holistic and integrative therapies alongside cutting edge medical technology. She was diagnosed almost exactly one year before I was, yet her progression of the disease went in a very different direction. Even   if the cards were not stacked in her favor, she always had an exceptional drive to fight.

She had oncologists tell her,  in her words,  “They’ve never had a patient like me and  that   I really need to give myself credit for everything I have done and am doing. I think he was trying to tell me that most ( patients) are gone by now.  He had tears in his eyes.   It was very touching. We even hugged, lol.”

We also shared a very spiritual connection. We were both seeking answers as to “why”   we were given this challenge in life. She shared with me that she was once approached by  a healer.  She said, “…I believe he knew he couldn’t heal me.  We talked about why these things happen.  What is the lesson?  He whispered to me that the lesson is for others and not for me, and he looked sad.”

After this she found an inner peace that helped her cope with this disease she hated.     She said, “It’s amazing how at peace you can feel amidst the storm of this diagnosis…        I do think the universe sends you what you need. You just need to have your eyes and heart open to see and receive it.”

Carmen was the epitome of strength & beauty.  I will miss her eloquence, compassion, brilliant mind, and source of  comfort.  I  will  miss  her  friendship.  I will miss her texts telling me she was listening to the “mix tape” I sent her with the top down in her Porsche (which she encouraged me to buy…  just saying!!)  She  was  working  to “…. start a non-profit that would provide access to alternative meds for those who can’t access or afford, and to fund clinical trials of natural meds.”  With everything she was going through, she constantly thought of others and was always the  first to message me the week of  scans  or tests.

She had a port infection and a severe reaction to the new chemo cocktail they came        up with. It happened so fast. People like Rosa and Carmen don’t come along every day. Intelligent, enlightened and have beautiful, giving souls.  They will be missed.  Carmen had her tumor tested  and it came back as compatible with.  Breast cancer  and  Kinsey cancer drug.  It  all  went  downhill  from  there.  If  I’m  ever  faced  with chemo again,      I don’t think I’ll do it.

Over  the  past  two years — we had become close,  as  people who are  facing the same similar hard truths would. We bonded over children, the emotional hurt we feel when the thought of leaving them enters our minds. She shared how she believed her daughter had “chosen” her for a mother.  I think she selected the most special angel here on earth. Even in her last days, she encouraged me to keep living, to keep enjoying life, even when those around us are struggling. She said, “Stay focused on the positive, feel all the joy and love you can.  You will always think about it  (cancer),  but you’re doing well in this moment and you need to focus on that. It’s just so hard.

The more you open yourself to be healed and to live in the moment, the more it can     hurt when it  feels like everyone is suffering….  Get out there and live…. I get that it is bittersweet, but focus on you and how you feel. We are all in this; it’s the good and the bad that gets us through.  Knowing you are doing well actually  helps me get through some days. At least someone is winning. It takes a little bit of hope to get us through.”

“Today is a good day. The weather has finally changed. My magnolia tree is in bloom and it’s so beautiful.  A reminder of the strength of life and rebirth of spring.  Maybe you should get a Porsche.  Why not??”  I  Love you, Carmen.  I Hope  you’re riding around in perpetual spring with the top down. And also Thank you for all you taught me about life, resilience and hope. You are one of  the most exceptional humans I’ve ever encountered.     I will miss you more than you know. XO!

Sincerely,

Dawn Eicher  ¸.•°*”˜˜”*°•.
