It’s amazing how minerals and vitamins play a key role in our lives. When I read an article in “First for Women ,” I began to understand the importance once again how vitamin D, calcium and magnesium cascades for vitality. Thanks to factors like dairy sensitivities, also NSAID’s medications and “stress” that can deplete magnesium levels in your body.
This can strain the adrenal gland and hinders their ability to aid in the regulation of calcium levels. Therefore, 95% of women lack this energy boosting mineral, which helps regulate pH balance as well as Elaine Shea in this article. Had her energy level take a nose dive as she had no ideal “why,” despite exhaustion, insomnia plagued her as she struggled with muscle cramps, brittle nails and exasperating brain fog (should have your thyroid checked as well.)
After visiting with several doctors, being prescribed Synthroid for a sluggish thyroid. Nothing seem to right her condition until she went to Naturopathic Physician Dr. Cammi Balleck, author of the book Happy, The New Sexy and she advises about the importance of calcium. Without adequate calcium, the thyroid slows an optimal functioning adrenal gland which drains energy.
Both help regulate hormone balance and are important to your overall vitality, with calcium coming under scrutiny after a 2011 study linking calcium pills to an 86 percent increase in heart attacks. Since that study the mineral in food form has been shown to lower your risk by 30 percent. This scrutiny of calcium supplements also made Elaine start eatingcalcium – rich foods.
Plus she began taking 450 mg of magnesium (to balance calcium) and 5,000 iu of vitamin D (to help the body absorb calcium) daily. Dr. Balleck also advised her to take a whole food supplement 200mg Standard Process Calcifood (www.standardprocess.com), bridging the gap between what she was receiving from her diet and daily value of 1,000 to 1,200 mg.
The problem with many calcium supplements are they aren’t adequately absorbed by the body and excess calcium accumulates in the blood and coats the arteries, raising the risk of heart harming blockage. Therefore, to be taken properly always consult a physician of the ilk… Dr. Lawrence D. Wilson M.D., the author of the book Nutritional Balancing and Hair Mineral Analysis.
For the Elitest ruining this once proud countries rich history by taking golf trips and exotic vacations once a month. Thereby, generating record debt for the next generations to pay back, proving they are out of touch with reality and the American Way of Life, what it might become is a thieving rivalry amongst it’s people. Try living in a wannabe working class community of first class citizens, turned second rate people with the belief America has gone (mad) third world.
What our System of Government has become is a knowing system of double dipping the tax payer. A system based upon lobbyist interest that push, shove and bully people around based upon their back pocket interest. A system where they want to null and void a constitution that has with stood the test of time…. because it has the words freedom of speech, to write and worship as personal liberties. Also they have became absent minded…. about the Christian, Religiousand Political beliefs of the founding fathers about our government!!!
AS Obamacare which includes 1,000 pages of jibberish and which includes death panels that are morally wrong. Because if you talk and listen to anybody in hospice “the dieing,” have to leave this world on their terms, NOT the governments to get to heaven. Therefore, with all the jibberish being bantered about…. someday America will have to take a real humanitarian act to right the sinking ship.
Learning How To Learn: As our health care in this country under Obamacare takes a nose dive, with added cost, doubled premiums and half the coverage and someone thinking he’s wiser. We as Americans should have the right to know our choices, options and have the right to choose what’s right for us. With a bureaucracy in Washington D.C. displaying everyday they’re only into payouts and under the table sweet heart deals. One things for certain: Living in the DC Bubble sure doesn’t have our best interest at HEART!
It’s like my father always said during the battle he lost to cancer, “that he thought…. the only thing was Golden about those years was that your urine flow is gold from all the drugs you have to take to survive.” Whether you have a family history of cancer which I think is over advertised because my fathers siblings all died of different reasons at different ages with longevity.
Like a corn maize this time of year where are they located, ever wandering while driving down the road. I felt like a blind squirrel when I experienced a few rounds of cancer with family members in my lifetime. Ever wandering while driving down the road “why” a squirrel with innate sense “how” they never meet a front or back tire of a car crossing the road.
While oncologist in the United States earn US Dollars for their constant surge of chemotherapy which never seem to do any good. With more and more of that cancer coming, going than coming back again…. we like blind squirrels keep going back for more and it’s like an addiction afraid of Saying NO To Chemotherapy.
As Bill Henderson states, 75 percent of what a U.S. Oncologist earn is commissions from “the chemotherapy companies” they serve. With continued education consisting primarily from the journals funded by drug companies that “educate” them about the usage of their products.
As another noted German Surgeon, Dr. Axel Weber M.D. whom operates the lovely Klinik Marinus in the Bavarian Alps states, “his klinik has administered 19 times more chemotherapy than in 1990 with “a Zero Percent,” increase in survival rate.” It’s really still hard to distinguish “why” Germany and Mexico bring the alternative for many Americans.
Whereas in the United States: Dr. Francisco Contreras is the notable exception with his complied stats for five years showing higher success ratio’s for Stage IV cancer patients with comparable stats in the United States. This and others being notable exceptions, Dr. James Forsyhte at Century Wellness in Reno, Nevada being known as a maverick of his field bringing HOPE!!!
Whereas, when you have cancer it’s much like a squirrel through a windshield trying to cross that road proving to be another natures speed bump. While trying ~ to ~ decipherwhich options are made isn’t as easy as one, two or three. However, within Solitarius.org cancer awareness and my personal belief that nutrition stands up right in a key preventive measure warranting consideration?
Generally, macronutrient oxidation in “postprandial state” reflects similarly in diet induced thermogenesis with the sequence of alcohol, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Protein induced thermogenesis has an important effect on satiety which requires less calories to make you feel satisfied, therefore, protein plays a key role in body weight regulation.
Diet induced thermogenesis (DIT) can be defined as the increase in energy expenditure above basal fasting levels divided by energy content of the food ingested and is commonly expressed as a percentage and it’s suggested that thermogenesis and energy expenditure doesn’t play a keyrole in your health. From my experience of riding a bicycle this summer for endurance…. I feel energized with the exercise gained.
This blog post isn’t intended to be prescriptive, diagnostic or meant to treat any disease or malady of the human body. Therefore, if you have any questions about your specific situation; ask a qualified health care practitioner with whom you trust. Whatever actions you choose to take based upon the RBTI information presented in the blog, you do so based upon your own reasoning and judgment on the guidance offered in the rules of RBTI.
WE as US (Americans) are in need of finding the answers to cancer, because with a broken health care system and escalating cancer rates. Some day it may not be as easy as one, two and three. Compounding the problem is most oncologist are rapidly advancing in age with retirement upon them. We may not have enough qualified “specialist” to handle the burden that will also maybe thus upon the system. (So it might be important toprotect your glutathione levels.)
Gratifully, cancer awareness through prevention and information in a centralized hub of cancer research may be the wave of the future. It will be what it will be…. with one biggy in my opinion from talking to the experts is the power of the antioxidant. Antioxidants are often described by neutralizing electrical charge, and preventing any an all free radical from taking electrons from other molecules.
Antioxidants are substances that protect cells from the damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. Antioxidants also neutralize free radicals are the natural by product of normal cell processes. Exposure to various environmental pollutants, including tobacco smoke and radiation; are only two of the many factors that can lead to free radical formation.
Free radicals are molecules with incomplete electron shells which make them more chemically reactive, than those with complete shells. In humans, the most common form of free radicals is oxygen. When oxygen molecules (O2) becomes electrically charged or “radicalized” it tries to steal electrons from other molecules, causing damage to the DNA of other molecules.
Antioxidants may make up for any unhealthy lifestyle choice, with the three main types being: 1. Iridoids 2. Flavonoids and 3. Carotenoids. These three bioactives produce astonishing results in humans with no negative side effects with Noni juice from the South Pacific, Blueberry from North Amercica, Cornelion Cherry & Goji Berry from SE Europe & Asia, Olives from the Mediterranean and Sour Sop from South America and Sicilian Orange the most potent.
With some ofthe best benefits antioxidants hold is it reduces free radical production, promotes healthy angiogenesis, supports circulatory health, enhancing healthy brain function, helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, while also supporting healthy inflammatory response, optimizing the immune system and also boosting endurance and sustaining energy with protection against premature aging.
Every year changing from Summer to Autumn takes quite a mental transformation. It’s days that where balanced to days that are shorter and depending upon where you live much colder. Living in Ohio those autumn days offer relief from summer’s heat, transforming from the Cincinnati Reds into the Buckeyes. With the splendor of fall foliage, pumpkin spice cappuccino, apple dumplings, the autumn equinox and getting use to the winter sky after midnight each night until October 31 which is one reason we celebrate Halloween.
One inspiring story which happen in OHIO recent history is the Chris Henry Story which went something like this. Which throughout his five season career with the Cincinnati Bengals, Chris Henry had many ups n’ downs developing quite a reputation as a talented athlete on the field, bad boy image off the field. Although to those that knew him well said he was typically quiet and respectful.
Being drafted third round in the 2005 NFL Draft, Chris amassed 31 receptions for 422 yards and six touchdowns his rookie year. While in the Bengals first playoff game in fifteen years against Pittsburgh, Chris had a reception for 66 yards in the Bengals second play from scrimmage. Which Carson Palmer and Chris both suffered knee injuries the first of many setbacks for Henry in his short career.
Although rebounding coming back for his second season Chris again totaled 605 yards on 36 receptions for nine touchdowns while making crucial catches in critical situations for the Bengals he was destined for stardom. However, in his third year with the Bengals his life began to unravel; while being suspended the first eight games for violating the NFL personal conduct policy. He finished the season with 21 receptions for 343 yards and 2 touchdowns.
During that off season: on March 31, 2008 Henry punched a man named Gregory Meyer 18, proceeding to throw a beer bottle through the window of his car. Following the arrest in April 2008, Bengals President Mike Brown explained, “Chris Henry forfeited his opportunity to pursue a career with the Bengals.”
However, with Bengals receivers Ochocinco, TJ and Andre Cladwell nursing injuries during the 2008 season. Chris Henry re-signed a two year contract on August 18 with the Bengals. However, after serving a four game suspension to begin the 2008 season; Chris finished that season with 19 receptions for 220 yards and two touchdowns.
Than in 2009, after making 12 receptions for 236 yards and two TD’s, on November 9th he broke his left forearm against Baltimore and during his absence on December 17th; lost his life during a domestic dispute with his girl friend while some saying he was horribly misguided. However, research tells us that by the time a typical college football player leaves college, it’s estimated that the player has experienced 8000 blows to there head.
With Chris Henry being arrested seven times off – the – field – conduct, mostly petty marijuana possession charges, drunken driving, while serving alcohol to a minor, illegal gun possession and fights. Experts wonder “if ” Henry suffered the mental condition Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, which is a degenerative disease occurring when a protein known as “tau” becomes damaged and begins to fill up the brain.
Making a victim oblivious to his happenings with others suffering from this condition being Junior Seau, David Duerson and Ray Easterling; all of whom committed suicide after years of cognitive thinking and emotional turmoil. After Chris Henry’s death, his mother Carolyn Glaspy donated his organs; Donna Arnold received his pancreas’ and one kidney, Brian Polk received the other kidney, also James Benton received the liver while Thomas Elliott, whom was struggling withPulmonary Fibrosis received a lung saving his life.
The reason, I added the Chris Henry Story to this blog post is because it’s inspirational to say the least. While depicting it’s never to late to change your ways before it’s to late and your friends should be supportive. If that had happen their wouldn’t had been a tragic ending to this event. So within Solitarius.org which is that supportive friend it’s important to scroll down giving each blog your undivided attention especially the most recent.
What Solitarius.org will do is transform your belief of cancer awareness through prevention, rather than the treatment after you have this dreadful disease may be the way to go. Throughout Solitarius: their are numerous videos (you can watch and learn from) and books you can kindle or buy for easy reference with no profits coming back to this website.
One of the Secrets of Inner Peaceis the practice of compassion and that of knowing your options. It’s always better to make yourself a tough target for someone than be easy prey to be victimized. Being well versed into the awareness of knowing helps to depict your options both medically and holistically. Unlike Chris Henry, whom was an exceptional athlete that parished well before his time? Panic To Freedom!!!!
Clearly, as you scroll down blog roll you see each blog post uniquely different. As you read each blog post in about 20 minutes or during your lunch hour, and bookmark some of the links you would like going back in your spare time to examine closer. You can see Solitarius.org is a worthy tool in anybody’s search for the answers to cancer and discovery of self.
Also as you go through life… you realize the people that come into your life… happenstance into it for a reason. One such friend of mine is none other than Jill Roche whom informed me of the theory of The Awakening. I always knew of the theory of cells communicating and organs working in unison, however, she shed new light on the topic which I felt deserved a blog post that cancer affects the body, mind and spirit.
It’s easy to mock ~ a ~ man who says, “that his heart told him he could connect with and influence the x – ray machine using energy.” While it’s less easy to mock anyone who has survived cancer, on the very methods to which they ascribe their survival. Dr. Pearsall puts it down, at least in part, to the fact he learned ~ to ~ communicate with his heart (which he see’s as the mediator of the quantum energy in the body.)
The heart he says, pumps nutrients into every cell in our body, and therefore, by definition is pumping “patterns of energy containing the information that tells the cells how to be themselves,” the heart he says, has a code that’s related to this subtle and recorded in every cell of the body as an informational template of the soul. Which can communicate with it’s own body, others hearts through karma while storing memory in it’s cells as life proceeds.
This part is called the soul of a person, it’s there “life story” to the endth degree. It’s the energetic cellular memories, a kind of cellular soul program that is constantly being upgraded and modified during the soul’s brief stay in the physical body. So could it be ‘junk food in’ means ‘garbage out’, by NOT, putting the right nutrients in your body determines everything goes wrong through negative feedback and what you think about expandsthrough Orinoco Flow!!!
Another way of looking at this battle between the communication between thebrain and heart is always seeing it in steady conflict. Is to see it this way the brains traits are that of being controlling, blaming, narcissistic, immature, whining and paranoid with so little aversion upon itself. Whereas “if ” you have any heart at all you’re usually humble, patient, pleasant and positive about the outcome.
It’s this constant battle between the brain which damages the heart by exposing it to constant stress in the search for success. The best example of overcoming this vicious cycle is by thinking the good fight that Kris Carr put up…. when she was told her cancer was terminal. She kept a positive attitude, made adjustment through knowledge and basically forgot she even had cancer!!!
Solitarius.org being a personal blog of information creating awareness for prevention through knowledge of options. Hopefully, with gaining this knowledge you won’t have to go through what my friends of SOLITARIUS went through back in 2005. Heather Von St. James, after giving birth together with her husband Cameron had a life altering ordeal.
Diagnosed with Pleural Mesothelioma, while embarking upon a search to find the best mesothelioma treatment care available. Their search finally led them to Dr. David Sugarbaker, a renowned mesothelioma surgeon at the Boston based Brigham and Women’s Hospital. What Dr. David Sugarbaker recommended at the time was ‘ extrapleural pneumonectomy.’
Which at the time: was a ground breaking treatment option offered through the International Mesothelioma Program. Although having some risk associated with the procedure, it also carried great promise for the best possible outcome. Today, Heather a cancer survivor continues her work of providing unending inspiration to mesothelioma victims around the globe through her own personal blog.
While carrying out her compassionate mission, being a beacon of HOPE for those afflicted with mesothelioma; by sharing her story of Faith, Love and Courage, both as a keynote speaker at conferences and through social media forums. On September 26, which is Mesothelioma Awareness Day, join Heather in spreading “HOPE,” and become a voice for the victims of this dreadful disease. www.curemeso.orgwww.meso-only.com
There are an estimated 12.7 million cancer cases around the world every year with this estimated to increase toward 26 million by 2030. There are various reasons different countries experience different cancer rates in the world. While some countries are better at diagnosing cancer and treating the disease earlier.
With some of these rates misleading for various factors, sometimes I will hear in the wilderness area of Canada. Where they consume wild game in favor of red meat and processed meat they have lower cancer rates, however, it’s not a documented fact this bogus folklore is true. The one documented fact I did findthe metropolitan areas of France has a much higher rate of cancer than the Outer Island’s (ReUnion, Martinique and Guadeloupe.)
The Island’s off the Coast of Franceknown as the French Caribbean, in ecological studies indicating that the growing incidence of prostate cancer in an area of the world with the best cancer rates. Where a change of ethnographic factors more so than lifestyle, is producing prolong exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic and reproductive toxins.
Where on the “banana plantations” the usage of organochlorinated pesticides, are collecting in the adipose tissue in the body of the natives. Causing high levels of DDD, DDE, HCH, aldrin and dieldrin in their blood, producing increasing cases of prostate cancer (In epidemiology cancer circles in France this is alarming.)
While just south of France, in the country of Spain where also some of the best cancer rates are reported. Cancer rates since 1951 has shown to be increasing, due in part to certain changes in their consumption (tobacco, alcohol, red meat, processed meat with less fish and vegetable.) With an increased consumption (“shot glass”) 30 grams/day of alcohol, colon cancer is obviously increasing with a more sedentary lifestyle.
When you think: the MYC receptors are capable of being influenced by Vitamin D, the sun being 4 1/2 billion years old and sitting 93 million miles from earth. While still basking in it’s rays is our body’s natural pathway for creating Vitamin D and the mid day ray produces more of vitamin than early morning or late afternoon.
This varies, however, with the best rule of thumb being, “if ” your shadow is taller than you are, than the angle doesn’t support vitamin D production. Therefore, “if ” you want to feel better while having greater energy and perhaps live longer. The health benefits of regular exercise are hard to ignore, concerned about heart disease or your risk for cancer try exercising in the mid day sun for 30 minutes daily.
While being active will boost your high density lipoproteins (HDL) or “good cholesterol,” this good cholesterol will decrease unhealthy cholesterol and triglycerides. This one – two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly which can reduce your risk of cardiovascular events. Also what regular exercise does is strengthen the heart muscle which improves expansion of the cardiovascular system helping it to work more efficiently.
Boosting your endurance while lowering your blood pressure, exercise and physical activity delivers more oxygen ~ nutrients into your tissues and lungs. Thereby, improving your energy level and well being while allowing your cells to gain the needed energy for them to stay healthy and yourself , hopefully, having a reduced risk for chronic stress, which can reduce your chances of gaining any type of chronic dis-ease.
