Put Your Faith in Gods Hand

Just a Thought: Could the dis-ease about our parents growing old cause disease. One of the worse things about living is watching others grow elderly. We watch them lose their mobility, memory and in some instances enjoyment for life. So learning from them what can we do to stay out in  front of  that  feeling of dis-ease.

As I watched people grow older I have learned that “sitting still is death.” I have watched some become anxious, petty, regretful, resentful never listening to reason trying to talk over you as they want to tell you about negative life experiences. These traits for some reason makes life more enriching.
I feel with me the best way to grow older gracefully is by enjoying the moment no matter what. Constantly stay active, movement helps ease the pain of age. Also remain positive in your mental outlook “count your blessings. No matter what look around you their is always someone else worse off.
Having something to look forward to with forms of Meditation keeping you calm, being around others in social interaction beats cross word puzzles in solitude. Also travel to different locations is variety for that spice of life you’re looking for even if it’s a staycation to a near by town. Researchers have found that eating up to 100g of chocolate every day will help to lower the risk of heart disease and strokes and elasticity to your blood vessels. https://www.nia.nih.gov/health/publication/aging-hearts-and-arteries/chapter-4-blood-vessels-and-aging-rest-journey
Life is Universal “SO why” is it always when you’re in a hurry … running late you find a slow poke in front of you … that’s going to make you late for your appointment? OR “why” when you’re about to drive up to an ATM …. some one always seems to drives in front of you ?? AND WHY does it seemingly take that person twice as long as you … when they’re at that ATM ???
How the Universe Pulls US In Various Directions:
Reality is multi-dimensional. We are multi-dimensional beings who exist simultaneously in a multi-dimensional reality. Long ago, our bodies evolved from primates. Even longer ago, our minds evolved from the stars. But before the universe was even created, our spirits have always existed as part of the divine in even higher dimensions.
.
At the conscious (physical) level, our bodies are like a miniature replica of the solar system. Our hearts perform the function of the sun – the center of the system. Other organs within our body are also used by our souls to find a means of expression. The planets exert astrological vibrations upon our bodies that influence our personalities and soul patterns.

At the subconscious (soul) level, the solar system is our larger body. We are connected to the planets, the stars,  spiritual realms and entities.  On the superconscious (spirit) level,    we are one with the Whole.  At this level,  we are on a conscious level with all there is the divine.  http://www.near-death.com/paranormal/astrology/edgar-cayce-on-astrology.html
Everyone has the ability to build mental strength, but most people don’t know how.
We spend a lot of time talking about physical strength and physical health, with much      less time on mental strength and mental health.
We can choose to perform exercises that will help us learn to regulate our thoughts, manage our emotions, and behave productively despite our circumstances – the 3 basic factors of mental strength.
