Struggle’s With Living Life

Her serious battle with COVID and pneumonia wasn’t the first time the country singer
has faced a health scare. Twain previously spent more than seven years unable to project vocally, worried she’d never sing again, before doctors diagnosed her with Lyme disease from a tick bite in 2004.

The disease damaged the nerves in her vocal cords, doctors discovered.
In 2018, Twain underwent throat surgery to strengthen the weakened nerves.
But between the operation, physical therapy and relearning how to sing, the
“Man! I Feel Like a Woman” singer has fully bounced back.

“I may not be able to [sing] forever,” she told PEOPLE for her December cover story, “but right now I’m just enjoying where I am.” Shania Twain Was So Sick With COVID-Induced Pneumonia She Was Airlifted to a Swiss Hospital. The singer was evacuated while staying in Lake Geneva during the height of the pandemic.

Shania Twain feared she would never sing again after a battle with Lyme disease
affected her vocal cords and caused her to withdraw from the spotlight for over a decade.
The “That Don’t Impress Me Much” singer was opening up to Shania Twain – 60 Minutes Australia FULL – YouTube about the toll the illness took on her, both physically and also emotionally.

“I never thought I would sing again,” she said.
Shania Twain was riding high in the early-2000s, coming off the smash success of the
hit-packed Come on Over and the release of Up! which topped Billboard’s album charts
and got her booked to perform at the Super Bowl.

Then she saw the small bug. “I saw a tick fall off me,” Twain recalled in a phone interview Thursday. The Canadian country-pop music superstar was bitten by the tick in Norfolk, Va., and started immediately experiencing symptoms that threatened her performances.
“I was on tour, so I almost fell off the stage every night,” said the Timmins, Ont.-raised singer-songwriter. “I was very, very dizzy and didn’t know what was going on.

It’s just one of those things you don’t suspect.”
Twain sought treatment and was subsequently diagnosed with Lyme disease,
a tick-borne bacterium that leads to flu-like symptoms and can spread within the body.

For Twain it resulted in dysphonia, a vocal cord disorder that eventually left her unable
to sing for a while and forced her to undergo extensive speech therapy and vocal training. “It’s difficult work,” she said. “It’s like dealing with an injury. I’m just glad that it’s not my heart or my kidneys or something like that. At least I can do something about it.”

With a confessional new single on the charts — Life’s About to Get Good, off her upcoming album Shania Now (due Sept. 29) — Twain is talking for the first time about personal issues including her Lyme battle.

Caught in a ‘very short window.’
Though she was diagnosed right away, she didn’t realize until recently that it was Lyme that led to her vocal issues, which audiences first learned about on the 2011 docu-series Why Not? With Shania Twain.

“It took all these years to determine that,” said Twain. “Then it was all about, ‘Now what do I do about it? How can I fix it?’ So that took several years, just working out what therapy would work for me, without even knowing how well it would work in the end.

“But with perseverance and determination,
I was able to record the album and I was able to tour. Getting through all of that,
I’m encouraged now, and I feel like I can tour again, and I’ll make more records.
So, I’m feeling really successful with that challenge.”

The five-time Grammy Award winner cautions nature lovers to be vigilant about searching for ticks. “[Lyme] is very dangerous because you have a very short window to catch it and then treat it and then even when you treat it, you could still very well be left with effects, which is what happened to me,” she said.

“Normally it can attack your nervous system or the vital organs — heart, liver,
kidneys, nervous system. It’s a debilitating disease and extremely dangerous.

You can’t play around with it, so you’ve got to check yourself for ticks.”
Twain said she counts herself lucky that she saw the tick fall off her, noting many people don’t. “You’ve got to check out where you are and whatever region you’re in and what the rate of Lyme disease is in the region, if you’re going to go out in nature,” she said.

“And I love nature, so that’s a big bummer for me.”
Twain is one of several celebrities who have spoken out about their experience with Lyme disease, including fellow Canadian Avril Lavigne, Alec Baldwin, and former US President George W. Bush. Shania Twain has overcome a number of serious health issues during her career, battles with Lyme disease and dysphonia that robbed the singer of her signature powerhouse country pop voice and led to an extended break in the early and mid 2000s, as well as throat surgery in 2018 to shore up her weakened nerves.

But in a new interview with England’s The Mirror, the “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” star said she was so sick during the pandemic that she had to be airlifted to a Swiss hospital.
“It was progressively getting worse. My vital signs were getting worse… and in the end.
I had to be air evacuated,” Twain told the paper about the time she got COVID pneumonia in the midst of the global pandemic while in Lake Geneva, Switzerland and got so sick she could hardly breathe.
Once a hospital bed was secured, Twain was airlifted from the Lake Geneva residence.
It was an almost other-worldly experience, she said: “It was like science fiction; I felt like
I was going to another planet or something. It all kind of happened in slow motion.”

Her hospital stay was a different story.
She was put in isolation and treated with plasma therapy, according to The Mirror.
“It was like science fiction, I felt like I was going to another planet or something,” she
said of the surreal helicopter ride to a local health clinic. “It all kind of happened in slow motion.” Luckily, Twain added, husband Frédéric Thiébaud — a Swiss exec for Nestlé — was there with her through the health ordeal, scrambling to find a scarce bed for his sick wife.
“My husband was freaking out, to be honest. He was really panicking because he was the one having to pull it all together,” she said of his rush to get her help. “He spent hours and hours every day on the phone, trying to get an air evacuation coordinated, trying to get a bed lined up, as there were none, checking my vital signs.

It was just a real nightmare for him.”
Once they found a bed, Twain, 57, said she was placed in isolation and given plasma therapy drugs during a frightening episode. “It took several days to start building up
any antibodies at all, so it was a very dangerous time and very scary,” she said.
“I made it through and I’m just so grateful.” Soon enough, Twain began to recover
and began working on her upcoming sixth studio album, Queen of Me, also due out
on Friday (Feb. 3). Shania Twain: My new album is about ‘loving who you are’

Country singer Shania Twain said that she was so shattered by the collapse of her marriage that she feared she would never sing again. In her first TV interview in five years, Twain told Oprah Winfrey that she became “an emotional mess” when she found out in 2008 that her best friend and her husband had fallen for each other.

“I figured mentally that I would never sing again,” the five-time Grammy Award winner told Winfrey. Twain said she not only lost her husband, but her producer and co-writer when she split with Robert John “Mutt” Lange.

“I hadn’t written a song without this man in 14 years….
How do I even get started?,” she said in an interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Twain, whose 1997 album “Come on Over” was a huge crossover hit, revealed that
she also suffers from dysphonia, an ailment where the muscles squeeze the voice box.
“My fears and anxieties throughout my whole life have been slowly squeezing my voice,” Twain told Winfrey. “I was losing it slowly and progressively.”

Twain chronicles the demise of her 14-year marriage and her fight

basis only to see them both die in a car accident, leaving Twain to raise her siblings.
Twain called her husband’s betrayal “a trigger crisis,” and “the straw that broke the camel’s back of something that had already been building.” Eventually, Twain found

Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes widespread pain, fatigue, sleep problems,
as well as mental and emotional distress. It can significantly affect daily life and according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. an estimated 4 million Americans have it, including Lady Gaga –real name Stefani Germanotta, who has been open about her struggles.

In 2017, she publicly announced the health issue and shared her experience battling fibromyalgia in her Netflix documentary Gaga: Five Foot 2. The popstar Tweeted,
“In our documentary the #chronicillness #chronicpain I deal w/ is #Fibromyalgia,
I wish to help raise awareness & connect people who have it.”

The internationally recognized singer and actress has been forced to cancel
tour dates previously as a result of fibromyalgia and in an interview with Vogue
she said, “I get so irritated with people who don’t believe fibromyalgia is real.
For me, and I think for many others, it’s really a cyclone of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and panic disorder, all of which sends the nervous system into overdrive, and then you have nerve pain as a result. People need to be more compassionate. Chronic pain is no joke. And it’s every day waking up not knowing how you’re going to feel.”
According to the National Institute of Arthritis Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, “Fibromyalgia is diagnosed based primarily on having pain all over the body, along with other symptoms. Currently, there are no specific laboratory or imaging tests for fibromyalgia.”
While fibromyalgia can be debilitating and greatly affect quality of life, it can be managed, experts say. “Fibromyalgia is a very common and treatable illness, “Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, MD, Director of Kona Research Center and bestselling author of From Fatigued to Fantastic! emphasizes. “There is no lack of effective treatment. Just effective physician education. Long COVID is simply one more form of post viral fibromyalgia. And is also very treatable.” Lady Gaga Performances – Bing video

glitterizeit  It’s interesting that Mannitol is given to reduce brain inflammation for TBI.
I used to give it all the time in the trauma ICU. It never occurred to me that it could help
in other areas. This is HUGE!

Sugar causes many problems, but doctors don’t say “hey you do not have diabetes 2 because we just made that disease up instead of telling you to cut way back on your sugar” because they aren’t trying to cure anything.

Sugar …the most powerful drug that has been invented!!!

Yes, I have seen an article about the study but was unable to find the actual study which said it was quite small. I would like to understand the cohort size and who paid for the study.

Well, that was stupid to make yourself poor just to slow down the inevitable.
My father was diagnosed at 43, and just passed away at 73.
He had Parkinson’s for 30yrs, full blown dementia, which 80% of patients develop.
He didn’t die from the disease, he died from the side effects.
He fell and hit his head, which caused a brain bleed he couldn’t recover from over a week in the hospital. Without his savings and retirement, there is no way mother, brother, or me could have taken care of him. He needed professional help all the time.
If you or a loved one gets diagnosed, don’t waste your money, save it, because you will need it in the future for care!

Great, now ponder this…. Ok without the fog of religion.
Earth was once part of a planet 🌎 10x the size of this rock.
The greedy tribes nuked each other and sent the earth rock with all the
megalithic ancient relics, pyramids and also the frozen microbiological
Garden of Eden through the local black hole and it ended up in this orbit.

Once Eden thawed out the human designer tweaked the DNA 🧬
so, all the procreating carbon dioxide exhaling humans would support

Entertainment and survival are relevant to humans so as to maintain
carbon dioxide balance. Plants and volcanoes are not reliable.
Too much carbon dioxide you get wars, genocide and pandemics to reduce human populations. Hitler, Mao, Gengis Khan, Pol Pot, Kosovo dude, Rwanda tribes and most recently Iraq.  DNA was tweaked to reduce human populations.

The study was a placebo controlled trial using dextrose as the placebo.
Dextrose actually has some benefits as well in minerals metabolism.
So the placebo control was not an inert comparison.

This is often how studies are done to obfuscate the truth. I might also point out that the university involved in the study is involved in PD diagnostic research opportunities with Microsoft. So I would just say, read the data and study it for yourself.

You may have a different perspective about what interests are being served.

The brain needs specific nutrients to thrive, and Parkinson’s tremors are the body’s way of telling people that the brain needs these nutrients. Parkinson’s dis-ease can be reversed in two weeks or less by feeding the brain what it needs. Studies have been done on this and for all patients involved in the study, the Parkinson’s dis-ease has been reversed for all of them. Same goes for Alzheimer’s and dementia. But big pharma loves pushing pills with side effects. SMH.

To add on to what @ wisearts said… before every meal, eat a spoonful of organic
and unrefined coconut oil. Eat it before every meal. Eat three meals per day. Tremors drastically slowdown in three days, and disappear in two weeks, when coupled with a ketogenic diet.
The brain needs fats to survive and function properly. All of these symptoms, people experience, like Parkinson’s tremors, is the body’s way of telling you what is wrong. But people miss the message.

@dettfrog183_g is this to help you, or for someone else?
If it’s to help you, which is worse, the dis-ease, or the stomach ache? The more you consume the oil, the less your stomach will start to hurt. Why? Because your body will get used to it and adapt. But let’s not let it adapt to life with the dis-ease. Let’s instead eradicate that dis-ease from the body.

How green tea affects blood sugar and gut health.

The recent study published in Current Developments in Nutrition acted
as a follow-up to a 2019 study that associated green tea consumption with
lower obesity, health risks, and improved gut health when tested on rats.

In the new study, researchers evaluated the gut health of 40 participants
(half with metabolic syndrome, half reported as healthy) after consuming
the tea extracts for 28 days.

After the 28 days, the participants then took a placebo in order to
evaluate the differences. During the month of green tea consumption,
researchers reported lower blood sugar levels for all participants, gut
inflammation. They came to the conclusion: after finding reductions
of pro-inflammatory proteins in fecal samples and the reduction of
sugar ratios in urine.

Their hope with this study was to reduce the effects of metabolic syndrome.
While it’s not a direct disease, metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions
including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar, which
increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes.

Along with decreased blood sugar levels and inflammation, the tea also helped
to decrease “leaky gut”—a symptom of gastrointestinal disease that lets toxins
into the bloodstream and increases inflammation in the body.
This also increases the risk of developing chronic diseases

The study suggests a lot of green tea.

So how much green tea should you consume to boast these benefits?
The study participants consumed a daily extract that was the equivalent of five cups
of green tea. Drinking 40 ounces of green tea a day may seem like a lot, but luckily,
it doesn’t have as much caffeine as coffee or even black tea.
One cup contains 28 milligrams of caffeine, so five cups of green tea equate to 140 milligrams of caffeine. When you compare this to one 8-ounce cup of coffee, which has 96 milligrams, or black tea with 47 milligrams, drinking this amount of green tea is perfectly fine for your health.
Especially when the Mayo Clinic suggests a generous limit of 400 milligrams of caffeine a day. Unsweetened would be the best choice given how sugar-sweetened beverages increase inflammation—the opposite effect of what you’re going for with green tea consumption. It’s easy to brew, and you can drink it hot or iced, perfect for any time of year.

WWII Veteran Dies

28-year CT firefighter, South Pacific WWII veteran John Cyrulik
dies at 104. Veteran Cemetery Flag (no sheep/Pixabay)

JANUARY 28, 2023, CASSANDRA DAY – THE MIDDLETOWN PRESS

One of the oldest WWII veterans in Connecticut died in his sleep last week in Middletown, taking with him more than 100 years’ worth of memories starting when Main Street was a dirt road.

John Cyrulik Sr., a 28-year firefighter who dropped out of ninth grade at 16 to help his mother support their family of 11 children, and later fought in the South Pacific, passed away Jan. 13, shortly after his 104th birthday.

He married his late wife, Lottie (Wladyslawa) Cyrulik, in 1949. They had four children.
She died in 1996. Cyrulik served in the fire service from 1952 to 1980, and his brother
Frank also was a firefighter who later became chief of the department.

He was buried with military honors at the State Veterans Cemetery Wednesday, with
a procession from Biega’s Funeral Home to St. Mary’s Church and then the cemetery.

In his time as a firefighter he drove a 1930 Tiller truck, which operators steered from the back of the vehicle, Chief Jay Woron said. Cyrulik’s daughter-in-law Leslie Cyrulik said the truck’s tires were very thin, so it could not be driven long distances since they would heat up quickly.

So the truck was relegated to putting out fires on Main Street, she added.

“He had no formal training. He learned on the job,” which was common at the time,
she said. “They would go to fires not knowing how to put it out. They would just wing it,”
his daughter-in-law said, chuckling at the thought.

“The regular firefighters took the newbies in and taught them what to do,” she added.
Personnel lined up in front of the Main Street station Wednesday clad in their coats and helmets with the apparatus all lit up, Woron said.

“They were at attention,” Leslie Cyrulik said. “It was amazing. Everyone on Main Street stopped and looked,” and police stopped traffic to allow the procession to proceed.

In 1942, at 23, John Cyrulik was drafted, and spent the next 44 months in the 135th Artillery, Battalion C Division of the 37th Ohio Infantry Division. They served in Fiji, Philippine Islands, Guadalcanal, Bougainville, Aparri, and Luzon.

He was discharged in 1945.

His earliest memories were of horse-drawn carriages, a common mode of transportation
at the time. He was a jovial and mirthful man who often had people in stitches listening to
his jokes and stories, his daughter-in-law said. His family attributed his view of life and
hearty diet of liver and root vegetables to his longevity.

He also loved food. Leslie Cyrulik’s husband, Tony, the centenarian’s son, is 6-foot-2, while John Cyrulik was 5-foot-3. The family would marvel at his appetite for being such
a small man, his daughter-in-law said.

“The guy could eat circles around any man,” she pointed out. “We would sit there at Thanksgiving. Everyone would have one plateful, and dad would be going back for seconds, sometimes thirds. “Where is he putting that?” she’d ask.

“As he’s taking the last bite of turkey and stuffing, he looked at me and said, ‘you’ve got the pie ready?’” The Cyruliks were poor growing up, and sometimes only ate bread and milk. “That’s all they could afford,” Leslie Cyrulik said. He’d often talk about eating chickens’ and pigs’ feet. “They’d add vinegar and suck on the bone to get marrow out.

“I knew him for 32 years,” she continued. “I never saw the guy angry or sad.
He enjoyed life for what it had to offer.” Her father-in-law would tell his stories
over and again, she added: “He was a good talker.”

She was tickled every time people would ask how he was feeling in his later years.
He would say, “if I can move my elbows outward and don’t touch wood, it’s a good day.”

He was a very religious man who would watch Mass on television usually three hours a day, and attended Mass at St. Mary of Czestochowa Catholic Church weekly.

He’d help members of the Ladies Guild make pierogies, she added. The centenarian would make the coffee, Leslie Cyrulik noted, as he insisted the way he prepared it was superior.

At his 100th party, many learned he had never graduated from high school.
Back then, his daughter-in-law explained, with their parents’ permission, students
could get a waiver to work. He made 15 cents a day pulling weeds, cutting grass
for 30 cents, she said.

She contacted the Board of Education and the superintendent at the time researched the exact diploma handed out in 1936 — which, back then, was 2 feet by 30 inches — and presented it in a frame, to John Cyrulik’s surprise.

Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz has been invited to Cyrulik’s birthday parties since he turned 101. She also attended his 104th. The family kept his celebration hidden from the patriarch in his later years, his daughter-in-law explained.

Firefighters named the driveway to their rear parking lot Cyrulik Way in his honor,
Woron noted, as he used to work at the Cross Street station.

At the funeral service, Bysiewicz pulled his daughter-in-law aside and asked jokingly
“how are you going to top this celebration?”

She recalled Cyrulik telling her at his last party that he planned on living until 105.
She remembered he was “very, very sharp” and had a firm handshake.

Only 2,810 WWII veterans in Connecticut are living, she pointed out.
Also, in all, 16 million people served during the war. As of 2022, about
167,000 were still alive. “Every day, sadly, we lose them,” Bysiewicz noted.

There was “one degree of separation” between Cyrulik and her aunt Rose, who was best friends with one of his sisters, she said. Leslie Cyrulik compiled his life story into a bound book intended for his great-grandchild Samantha.

“I see Samantha learning and enjoying life at her now young age of five, and hope her curiosity for life will continue as she grows up,” John Cyrulik wrote to her. “If I could give her just one piece of advice to help her with her future life, it would be to go to school and learn as much as you can and always be sure to read, read, read!”

He had all his faculties until he died. “We’re so lucky we had him and
his own mind until the end,” Leslie Cyrulik said.

Shortly before his death, he fell and spent a week in the hospital. Unfortunately,
she added, his legs became weak from inaction, so he was transferred to rehab
for a couple of weeks.

In the early morning of Jan. 13, the nurse told his daughter-in-law he was in bed with
his boots on. He asked to have his shoes taken off because he was hot, Leslie Cyrulik said.
“He was laughing and telling jokes,” she said. “A half-hour later, he was gone.”

She considers him a “true Middletown treasure.”

JOHN CYRULIK OBITUARY
John E. Cyrulik, Sr., 104, of Middletown, beloved husband of the late Wladyslawa
“Lottie” (Kowalczyk) Cyrulik, passed away peacefully on Friday January 13, 2023, at Portland Care and Rehabilitation Centre. He was born December 10, 1918 in Middletown, one of 11 children of the late Waclaw and Pauline (Bys) Cyrulik. John and all of his siblings were born in their 4-room home on Butternut Street.
As a child John earned money to help his family by picking tobacco for 50 cents per day, clearing weeds at Wilcox & Crittenden Factory for 15 cents per hour and cutting grass for 30 cents per hour. John left school at age 16 to help support his siblings. At that time schools issued working papers which allowed students to leave school and take jobs.
At 17 John got his first big job at the I.E. Palmer Company.

On September 16, 1940 the Selective Training and Service Act – today we know it as
“The Draft” was instituted which required all men between 21 and 45 to register. John registered and completed his physical on December 5, 1941 to fulfill this requirement.
On January 15, 1942 at 23 years of age, John was drafted. He would spend the next 44 months serving this country in the 135th Artillery, Battalion C Division of the 37th Ohio Infantry Division. His entire 44 months in the service were in the South Pacific which included being on Fiji, the Philippine Islands, Guadalcanal, Bougainville and Luzon.
John was honorably discharged as a Corporal from the Army in October, 1945.

When John returned home to Middletown after being discharged, he resumed his former job at Wilcox & Crittenden. His future wife, Lottie also worked there, but the two knew each other from elementary school. John and Lottie were married on November 19, 1949. After their wedding, they lived with John’s mother on Butternut Street to help her raise his siblings and to save for their future home.
Eventually John and Lottie moved into a rental house on Pearl Street and then on Washington Street. Sometime around 1961/62 they applied for a G.I. Bill’s housing benefit and were able to purchase a building lot and the custom home they had envisioned was built. John became a volunteer firefighter in Middletown while he was still working at Wilcox and Crittenden.

As a volunteer he worked 3 days on 3 days off but could not afford to give up his full-time employment – but that would change. John’s brother, Frank, was a “regular” firefighter for the City of Middletown and eventually was able to help John facilitate a “regular” position as a Middletown Firefighter. John was a Middletown Firefighter from January 10, 1952, retiring on November 3, 1980.
To supplement the family income John also worked on an “on-call” basis for Biega Funeral Home for 32 years. John enjoyed watching all types of sports from golf, race cars to football and everything in between. In particular John was a lifelong diehard Boston Red Sox fan. He also was a member of the City of Middletown Professional Firefighters Local 1073 and a member of the 37th Division Veterans Association.

Always proud to be 100% Polish he belonged to the Polish Falcons of America NEST 519 and the Tadeusz Kosciuszko Society Inc. (i.e., “K-Club”). Always the helper, each year John could always be found making pierogies with the St. Mary of Czestochowa Ladies Guild. John and Lottie enjoyed going on various bus trips with St Mary’s Senior Club. Sadly, Lottie pre-deceased John on May 21, 1996.
John continued to live his life as a widower with fortitude and selflessness,
always there for his family and friends. John is survived by four children, Diane and her husband Stanley Wollock of Deep River, John Cyrulik, Jr. and his wife Carol of Leland, NC, Anthony Cyrulik and his wife Leslie of Rocky Hill, Philip Cyrulik and his wife Gail of Overland Park, KS; his brother, Stanley Cyrulik of Waterford and sister, Mary Tomczak of Middletown, grandson, Stanley Wollock, Jr. and his wife Michelle of East Lyme, and great granddaughter, Samantha Wollock.

John was predeceased by his brothers, Edward, Frank, Joseph, and Adolph Cyrulik
and sisters, Mary Cyrulik, Helen Malinowski, Stephanie Bystrek, and Veronica Kolenda.
The family appreciates the wonderful care from the doctors, nurses, aides and other
staff members at the Portland Care and Rehabilitation Centre.
The family would like to send special acknowledgement to Dr. Alison Carini for the many years of care and support she provided to John. Funeral service will be held at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown, on Wednesday (Jan. 18th) at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church in Middletown. Burial with Military honors’ will be held at the State Veterans’ Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (Jan. 17) from 5 to 7 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home.
Those who wish may send memorial contributions to St. Mary of Czestochowa Church,
79 S. Main St., Middletown, CT 06457. To share memories or express condolences online.

Damar Hamlin Update

Damar Hamlin’s recovery weaved bond between rival Bills, BengalsBy Mark Cannizzaro

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Three weeks ago, they were a family, bonded together by a singular and powerful cause: the well-being of Damar Hamlin.
On Jan. 2 at Cincinnati, in one of the most anticipated games of the season, the players and coaches from the Bills and Bengals hugged and knelt in prayer together when the Buffalo safety fell frighteningly into cardiac arrest after making what appeared to be a routine tackle on Bengals receiver Tee Higgins.
The Bills and Bengals players and coaches made the decision together to halt the game after Hamlin went down and needed to be administered CPR on the field to save his life — regardless of whether the game would be resumed, replayed or canceled altogether, and however the postseason seeding implications may be altered.
The only thing that mattered on that night was Hamlin’s safety and recovery.
There has been much healing since that scary night, in both Buffalo and Cincinnati.
Thankfully — and perhaps miraculously — Hamlin is on what appears to be a hugely positive and steady road to recovery.
Since he was released from the Cincinnati hospital, where he lay in a medically induced coma for a couple of days after the game, Hamlin has returned home to Buffalo and has been making regular visits to the Bills’ facility to see his teammates and coaches.

image.png
Tee Higgins, who was tackled by Hamlin before the safety went
into cardiac arrest, showed deep support for his well-being.

And though the Bills and Bengals players who were on that field together on that fateful night will forever be bonded, all of that will be placed on a back burner for three hours starting at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Highmark Stadium, where they play each other in the AFC divisional playoff with a berth into the AFC Championship game in the balance.
The Bills had their cathartic moment when they played the Patriots in the regular-season finale at Highmark on an emotionally charged Sunday two weeks ago. Their victory in that game clinched the No. 2 seed in the AFC postseason and home-field advantage for the game Sunday.

The Bills believe they’ve become strengthened by the Hamlin experience and
the positive fallout that’s come with his remarkable recovery. “I think it gives you a sturdier foundation,’’ quarterback Josh Allen told reporters this week.
“The more struggle, the more adversity that you can see over the course of the year,
it just makes you stronger. We’ve been in some really weird situations this year that not a lot of teams have ever gone through. Being able to have that under our belts, understand those emotions in those situations, and just try to use it to our advantage.” It has, indeed, been a trying year in Buffalo.
The area has been dealt two deadly winter storms that cost dozens of lives and disrupted the football schedule and a racist shooting at a supermarket last May that left 10 people dead.
The team also endured the death of tight end Dawson Knox’s younger brother Luke in August. The Hamlin scare was something that could have broken Buffalo … except it’s pretty much impossible to break Buffalo, which prides itself on its relentless resilience.

story struck a massive emotional chord around the country and had
a profound effect on people who hadn’t even heard of him before.

Damar Hamlin Collapses and Suffers Cardiac Arrest After a Hard Hit

“There was a rallying together,” Cincinnati center Ted Karras said.
“The whole entire country was united — more unity than I’ve seen in
a long time. Everybody was watching that game. That was the biggest
game of the year up to that point, ‘Monday Night Football,’
the entire universe watching.

“The cities are very similar — very passionate fan bases, care about football, care about their players, very knowledgeable fan bases. I was glad to see two cities could really come together in prayer and donations and all sorts of support for the Bills organization and Damar and his family.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said he believes the teams “will always be connected through’’ the Hamlin experience. To see Damar getting healthier as time passes and
see where it has ended up, there is always going to be a strong connection between
the two organizations,’’ Taylor said. “And that’s a good thing.”

A heart doctor answers 4 key questions about the NFL player’s injury.
© Provided by Inverse

Medical staff gave Hamlin CPR and shocked him with a defibrillator, restarting his heart’s rhythm. News outlets immediately began speculating that Hamlin may have suffered from commotio cordis — a potentially lethal stoppage of the heart caused by a strong impact on a person’s chest.
The next day, the Bills announced that Hamlin had indeed experienced
cardiac arrest” but did not confirm whether the cause was commotion cordis.
Wendy Tzou is an associate professor of medicine and the medical director of cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and was watching the game when Hamlin collapsedThe Conversation asked Tzou four
questions about what may have happened. Her answers are adapted below.

4. What is commotio cordis?
Commotio cordis can happen to a person with a typical heart and occurs when blunt trauma to a person’s chest — often while playing sports — leads to cardiac arrest, where their heart stops pumping blood. Commotio cordis, also typically, occurs in children and adolescents. The impact needs to be forceful and occur at a very particular moment in the heart’s electrical cycle
When this happens, the normally well-organized electrical signals that control the heart become chaotic. The uncoordinated electrical pulses cause the heart, and in particular, the large blood-pumping chambers called the ventricles, to twitch and spasm in what is known as ventricular fibrillation, a type of heart arrhythmia.
When a heart is in ventricular fibrillation, it is no longer able to pump blood
throughout a person’s body, and its organs begin to suffer damage due to a lack of oxygen. Heart attacks, abnormal heart or artery structure, and many other issues can lead to ventricular arrhythmia. Regardless of the cause, if a person’s heart stops beating, the result can be deadly.

3. How can a physical impact cause a lethal arrhythmia?
A single heartbeat is a very coordinated series of muscle contractions that are all controlled by precise electrical signals. After the muscles in a heart contract, they need to reset and prepare for the next beat. This process, called repolarization, involves moving electrically charged ions to different parts of a cell so that the cell can effectively contract when it receives an electrical signal.
If a person gets hit in the chest during the fraction of a second that repolarization is occurring, the impact can trigger some of the electrical signals before the heart is ready. This disrupts the whole system, resulting in a chaotic electrical storm that throws the
heart into spasms.

2. Do doctors believe it was commotio cordis?
Although Hamlin was able to stand upright immediately after the impact, it was only briefly. It was clear from the way he collapsed without making any effort to protect himself that no blood was getting to his brain. The fact that he received CPR and a shock from a defibrillator also showed that he was experiencing an arrhythmia or electrical disturbance of the heart. But it is not possible to diagnose commotio cordis from a video alone.

The reason many doctors are speculating that commotio cordis was the reason for Hamlin’s heart failure is that it occurred right after he collided with another player and that the impact could have been responsible. But, in most cases, a diagnosis is only made after an autopsy when all other potential causes of arrhythmia have been ruled out. Though more common among children and adolescents than adult athletes, commotio cordis is so rare that it is hard to get reliable information on the number of occurrences.
In a registry of patients who died from sudden arrhythmia in Minnesota, only 224 cases over a 15-year period were caused by commotio cordis.

Usually, when a healthy athlete experiences sudden cardiac arrest, the cause is one of two more common conditions. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is when the walls of a person’s heart thicken and can cause sudden arrhythmia with no prior symptoms. Roughly 1 in 200 U.S. residents have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. A person usually inherits the condition, and multiple family members are often affected, so many people are diagnosed well before they begin playing competitive sports. However, some cases do slip through the cracks, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is responsible for about 21 percent of sudden arrhythmia deaths in athletes.
The second most common cause of fatal heart rhythms in athletes is abnormalities
in the structure of a coronary artery. These abnormalities are present at birth and can compromise blood flow to the heart, sometimes resulting in issues during exercise. Around 1 percent of people have an issue with the structure of their coronary arteries,
and the problem is responsible for about 14 percent of cardiac deaths in athletes

1. How can people protect themselves from sudden and fatal arrhythmia?
Commotio cordis is a rare occurrence but does happen in sports, including boxing, baseball, or football where blunt trauma directly to the chest is common. Appropriate precautions, like using chest padding, are the most effective way to prevent commotio cordis.
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, coronary artery problems, and other heart problems that may predispose someone to dangerous heart rhythms may be found through screening. Your doctor can offer advice on whether screening could be beneficial to you or your family members.
No matter the cause, if a person’s heart stops pumping blood and oxygen isn’t getting
to their brain, time is everything. Call 911 and start CPR immediately to delay the onset
of brain damage or death until a defibrillator can hopefully restart the heart’s normal rhythm.

In a six-minute video released Saturday, Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin

Spoke at-length for the first time since suffering a near-fatal cardiac arrest after making
a tackle during a Week 17 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. In the introduction to the video, Hamlin explains that he waited to speak until the time was right, explaining that his situation was a lot to process mentally, physically, and spiritually while also citing the end of the Bills’ season.

Hamlin began by expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the support that
has been extended towards him, before thanking an extensive amount of people and groups. 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐧 on Twitter: “From the Heart. -Sincerely 3! Full video: https://t.co/cmLCEZwRA4 https://t.co/6zvTDg7h1W” / Twitter

The 24-year-old has been active on social media, even live-tweeting during several Bills games, but he wanted to wait for the “right time” to share a message on video. “Now that my brothers have closed out a strong, winning season, as I continue to make so much progress recovering, I think it’s finally a good time to share a few things,” he said in an Instagram post on Saturday

“I think it was important for me to wait and speak publicly at the right time, as it was just a lot to process within my own self mentally, physically, even spiritually, it’s just been a lot to process. But I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of all the love, all the support, and everything that’s just been coming my way.
“What happened to me on Monday Night Football I feel is a direct example of God using me as a vessel to share my passion and my love directly from my heart with the entire world, and I’m able to give it back to kids and communities all across the world who need it the most, and that’s always been my dream. That’s always been what I stood for and what I’ll continue to stand for.”

He went on to thank the Bills medical staff and doctors at the University of Cincinnati Medical center, who “acted willfully and skillfully to save my life.”
He also gave gratitude to friends who checked up on him via text and visits, and thanked football fans all over for their support.
“With this happening to me, I didn’t feel anything short of the love, and it really helped me stay encouraged to get through the toughest moments and the toughest times. I really can’t thank you enough…
“Just to put team allegiance aside, to root for one kid’s life and just the humanity of a player that’s wearing Buffalo blue, to put humanity above team loyalty, you showed the world unity over division. I’m, not surprised by it, but I’m deeply grateful.
I’ll be forever thankful and indebted to that…”
“I couldn’t do this without any of the support and the love, and I can’t wait to
continue to take y’all on this journey with me.” Hamlin made an appearance at
the Bills’ matchup against the Bengals on Sunday.

He ended his video by making a heart with his hands. 💕🫶🏾!

Leonardo DaVinci: “Everything Connects to Everything Else”

Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci was born April 15, 1452 at a small town called Vinci
in the Republic of Florence. Leonardo was an Italian Renaissance polymath: painter, sculptor, architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer. He died at the age of 67 on May 2, 1519.

He became famous mostly for his paintings. However, he had something only very few people in the world can enjoy and that’s an infinite imagination. His extremely logical perception of the world made him mysterious and his curiosity gave him the title of
The Renaissance Man“.  The main trait, probably the essence of his genius, was his superhuman sense of connecting two opposites and creating a whole.

image.png
“To develop a complete mind:

Study the art of science; study the science of art. Learn how to see.
Realize that everything connects to everything else” – Leonardo DaVinci

Art vs. Science
The brilliance of this quote is also separated in 2 parts.
The first part, “To develop a complete mind: Study the art of science; study the science
of art.” speaks of taking 2 opposites and entangling them together in order to create a
complete vision of the whole.

When we step back and try to see the “bigger picture”
we realize that everything is a game of opposites.

image.png
We live in the world of duality.

However, the essence of each opposite lies at its opposite’s core.
In other words, look at the Ying Yang symbol and see that the essence of light lies
at its opposite’s core – that little white dot in the midst of darkness – and vice versa.

Only by using light to understand darkness and using darkness to understand light,
can we get to know the essence of both opposites, the reason for their existence.

Only by knowing the wholeness of both sides can we realize that they are actually one “coin”. Only by knowing the wholeness of a thing, we can go beyond and use it with
its true potential.

We live in a world of duality, but our purpose is to find opposites, connect them and create oneness. Our passion should be using the illusion of separateness to create new holes.

image.png
Everything Connects

We must “Learn how to see.”, as the second part of this quote says,
“Realize that everything connects to everything else”.

Life is the art of The Universe.
The entanglement of energies anchored by Matter, limited by time-space,
interacting between certain forces and creating their own, unique colors
with the illusion of separateness is like an image painting itself.

Art of Life
We are all connected to everything else and everything else is connected to us.
Our past, present and future are all merged into one dot we call now.

image.png
We are limited by forces, and we experience separateness so we can
understand The Whole from every angle and go beyond together, as unity.

The forces and laws we play with are in perfect harmony with each other.
Their only rule is balance and Nature never tolerates misbalance.

“Nature never breaks her own laws” – Leonardo DaVinci

Everything Is Interconnected: How Spirituality, Philosophy, and Science Show That
We Are All One. >Uncommon Science>Everything Is Interconnected: How Spirituality,
Philosophy, and Science Show

Post author: Caroline Hindle, M.A.

It’s difficult for us, as individual human beings, with the feeling of distinctness
and separateness we have, to comprehend that everything is interconnected.

Indeed, we’re so alone, at times, in this physical form which seems to differentiate
each of us from the rest – where all our fortunes seem to be varied and changing.

We feel like we are each born to compete with others.
We observe the vast differences in the fortunes of one man compared to another,
and we perceive that each living creature’s existence is a fight for its own survival,
oftentimes at the expense of other living creatures.

image.png
On the ground, in real time, this is an undeniable reality.

At least as the world is now.

However, once you get past your immediate perception of what is going on;
once you abstract your view from the limits of your subjectivity, it becomes clear
that everything is interconnected.
We are all, spiritually speaking, philosophically speaking, and scientifically speaking,
an indivisible unity – in other words: we are all one.

Self Respect You Only Fight Others When You Believe Them

1. Science
“He dwells in us, not in the nether world, not in the starry heavens.
The spirit living within us fashions all this.” ~ Aggripa Von Nettesheim

The big bang theory, or the scientific theory of creation,
suggests that all things are interconnected and made of the same substance.
According to the big bang theory, the entire universe and all its contents were
contained within a single point of infinite density and zero volume.
When this mighty explosion took place, the contents of that single point –
a sea of neutrons, protons, electrons, anti-electrons (positrons), photons,
and neutrinos – formed the universe in its original state, and those particles cooled,
forming stars. “Nature is passion; we are sons of stars.” ~ Alexander Gesswein

Physicist and Cosmologist Lawrence Krauss explained in a lecture in 2009,
that: “Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded, and the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand….You are all stardust; you couldn’t be here if stars hadn’t exploded, because all the elements – the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, iron, and all the things that matter for evolution – weren’t created at the beginning of time, they were created in the nuclear furnaces of stars. And the only way that they could get into your body was if the stars were kind enough to explode. So forget Jesus – the stars died so that you could be here today.”

Quantum theory also suggests that all things are interconnected.
The phenomenon of superposition, i.e., that, at the quantum scale, particles can also be thought of as waves, shows that particles can exist in different states. Indeed, in quantum mechanics, particles are thought of as existing across all possible states at the same time.
This is very difficult to conceive of – and of course, we can’t just interpret in ways that suit our purposes. But the idea of non-locality – particles having no definite position and being present in more than one position at the same time – suggests a unity in everything.

2. Philosophy
“Nor is it divisible, since it is all alike, and there is no more of it in one place than in another, to hinder it from holding together, nor less of it, but everything is full of what is. Wherefore all holds together; for what is; is in contact with what is. Moreover, it is immovable in the bonds of mighty chains, without beginning and without end; since coming into being and passing away have been driven afar, and true belief has cast them away. It is the same, and it rests in the self-same place, abiding in itself.” ~ Parmenides

From as far back as Parmenides (b.506 BC), a Greek philosopher who came earlier than Socrates, there have been philosophers who saw the universe as a unified whole within which all things that exist are subsumed.

Baruch Spinoza (b.1632 AD) attempted to prove the existence of a single infinite substance, which is the cause of all things, of their essence and existence¹.
Furthermore, he believed that the recognition of the union that the mind has with whole of nature is the highest good because happiness and morality can be derived from this, in something he calls the intellectual love of God (amor dei Intellectualis).²
150 years later Arthur Schopenhauer (b.1788) identified Spinoza’s universal substance with the Will, the striving for life, existing in every living thing.

3. Spirituality

“The depths of my soul produce the fruits of this world”. ~ Alexander Gesswein
Spirituality has often reached the same conclusions through intuition that philosophy has arrived at through reason, and science through observation of phenomena. The central texts of Hinduism, the Upanidshads, contain texts that talk of the unity of the mind and the world.
Buddhism also contains the principle of oneness esho funie (the environment), and sho (life), are funi (inseparable). Funi means two but not two. Buddhism teaches that life manifests itself as both a living subject and objective environment. Although we perceive things around us as separate from us, there is a primal level of existence in which there is no separation between ourselves and our environment.
Even Christianity, with its essentially dualist view of the cosmos: that is, of God as creator and man as created thing, when seen as a metaphor, seems to hint at a similar view of things, God is manifested on earth in human form. In Christ, God becomes man. The One becomes the individual and the many. Subject becomes object. The Will is objectified.

“The indivisibility of all things suddenly dawns on the subject. He is one with all, and his concern for himself necessarily leads to concern for others to which he is identical. Morality is founded thereon, the knowledge of which suddenly becomes the most powerful affection one has ever known: an extension of your power to infinity. At last you are able to be at peace with all around you, and are equipped with an imperishable source of pleasure.

This is the definition of happiness.

Finite man now stands before Nature in rapturous confidence: The One and All, I am God: the world is my representation. This is the greatest legacy of philosophy; and without our teachers of old, our necromancers, we would be unable to transcend the painful temporal succession, finally rising to the conception of our true freedom, sub specie aeternitatis [under the aspect of eternity].” ~ Alexander Gesswein

Carbon Neutral Eggs

Kroger Begins Selling World’s First Carbon-Neutral Eggs in the US –
Survival Magazine & News.

Bill Gates invested heavily in it years ago. That’s all you need to know. Synthetic eggs.
The World Economic Forum is taking hold of our Nation and just like the CCP in our
Federal Government we must Kick them out.

Biden and his administration are taking us on a road to war and Bankruptcy.

We are in WWIII, but people don’t realize it because it is not playing out in the public eye.
This is like Operation Fortitude in 1944 in England to deceive the Nazis only with very sophisticated technology!
We are living in the biggest PSYOP in human history and NOTHING is the way it appears!
People we think are alive are dead. People we think are dead are alive. Nobody has lived in the White House. Since Trump left for Mar-a-Lago and DC’s federal buildings are closed.

People are clueless:

Kroger and Kipster Farms Announce Plans to Bring the World’s First
Carbon-Neutral Eggs to U.S. Customers – The Kroger Co.

Kroger is the epitome of corporate greed and corruption, I used to shop at Kroger all the time, but have not for the past three years as they’ve gone woke big time. They charge customers for getting cash back and will not give change if you pay with cash.

They put the balance on your Kroger card.

“Rather than eating traditional corn-based feed, Krouse’s hens eat repurposed bakery by-products and their manure is turned into organic fertilizer.” I’d like to know what exactly is in those “repurposed bakery by-products.”

I can see them going under because of their deceit.

Go ahead, fall in line with the rascals trying to exterminate us. BTW since plants need carbon, we actually need more , not less carbon to feed ourselves! No wonder they wanted to kill so many chickens! So we would have no choice but to use their GMO eggs!!!

They are so focused on carbon neutral.

When are ‘they,’ the elites, going to become carbon neutral, and stop shoving this nonsense down our throats?
Shut down your private jets, for starters, you are obtuse, arrogant, hypocritical fools.

I have 22 chickens and 3 roosters, so I don’t buy eggs, I buy chicken feed. When they say carbon neutral they mean they are Not feeding them with corn, normal chicken feed, they feed them with food scraps, biscuits, stale bread, outdated food that will be thrown away but who knows what else they will feed them eventually.

Solar panels are NOT carbon neutral, bakery by products? Really ? At least the chickens will be able to LAY eggs and the silver lining is the sugar glazed coating on every egg!

Now we can have our cake and eat our eggs too!

Dead bodies that CA wants to turn into compost could eventually be used to feed them too. This has nothing to do with climate change, it’s about turning people into farm animals and controlling their diet and the cost to feed the new farm animals, people. That’s an effin lie!-Kroger’s price of eggs has increased at least 120% and more in some stores.

They can stick their Carbon Neutral Eggs up their ass!

This is what happens when men reject God. God created humans to have dominion over His creation. Man is not supposed to be subservient to creation. What chemicals did they pump into their chickens to come up with this scheme!

Money making gimmick!

Ok…I don’t know what I’m supposed to think about this.
I guess good for the chickens, but I want that to be the choice of the farm/supplier. I don’t want overburdensome regulation by our government harming us with high prices and food insecurity. If people will start getting their own chickens, then store egg prices will likely start dropping due to decreased demand. Chickens used to be free range until the market moved to more mass production and packed them in hen houses like sardines.

I guess we see how it plays out.

Remind me not to buy any more poultry products at Kroger. Seems Kroger is trying to
out-wake uber-liberal Whole Foods. Maybe it’s time to stop going to Kroger altogether.
Besides, I hate their annoying Claymation commercials. #EverythingWokeTurnsToShit

Rodney McMullen, CEO of Kroger: “We have just begun selling the world’s first carbon-neutral eggs, my Lord!” Darth Krautschlong: How many idiots know that carbon is the building block of all life and pretty much everything else we are and use?

Also: beware of dihydrogen monoxide. I hear it is pretty toxic and even lethal in readily available and even small doses. Millions of people die from it and it is literally everywhere. Even children have access to it. There ought to be law. What the hell is a bakery by product? Chickens need grain, not bakery trash. I wouldn’t eat the crap they’re peddling here.

For God’s sake! Sounds like a scam.

What the hell is a carbon neutral egg?

Kroger and Kipster Farms Announce Plans to Bring
the World’s First Carbon-Neutral Eggs to U.S. Customers.
Simple Truth® forms exclusive partnership with Kipster® and MPS Eggs to advance health and well-being for people, animals and the planet.

CINCINNATI and THE NETHERLANDS, America’s largest grocery retailer, and Kipster Farms, the award-winning egg production system founded in The Netherlands, announced today a strategic partnership to bring the world’s first carbon-neutral, cage-free eggs to retail shelves in the United States.

“Simple Truth is excited to partner with the innovative team at Kipster to further elevate our brand’s purpose to be a force for good,” said Brad Studer, senior director, Our Brands for Kroger. “These Simple Truth and Kipster eggs will be produced in a closed-loop system that aligns with the highest health and welfare standards for people and animals. These sustainable, zero-waste eggs reflect yet another milestone in Kroger’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste mission to help create communities free of hunger and waste.”

MPS Egg Farms, a long-standing Kroger partner based in North Manchester, IN, recently started construction on the first production facility using the proprietary Kipster system.

Information about the Kipster system:
Uses the highest standards of animal welfare, providing a cage-free, natural-like
wooded environment with plenty of variety, daylight and outdoor scurrying space.

Uses chicken feed made from surplus food from bakeries and other food producers, reducing climate impacts vs. standard feed, Minimizes fine particle emissions, resulting in better air quality for farmers and animals,

Powered by rooftop solar panels.
Kipster aims to help create a food system in which animals do not pollute but rather help clean up byproducts of food production. In this way, chickens upcycle food waste into eggs, meat and fertile manure. Kipster is the only poultry farmer in the world to farm with such a high level of circularity.

The new Simple Truth eggs will further expand the brand’s line of natural and more sustainable choices as part of Kroger’s Our Brands product portfolio. Simple Truth and Kipster eggs are expected to be available in select stores in late 2022.

The innovative partnership advances Kroger’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy – Thriving Together – which articulates the company’s commitment to driving positive changes for people, the planet and natural systems. It also reflects the latest progress on the company’s phased transition to cage-free eggs.
More information is available in Kroger’s 2021 ESG Report.

Fuck Joe Biden

Biden to Families Struggling to Put Food on the Table:
Buy a New Energy-Efficient Refrigerator (VIDEO)

Exact Same Playbook As With Gas Prices:

“Buy An Electric Car for $55,000!!

That Will Solve the Crisis!!”

Is It Demonic – or Democratic? | Awakenings (seaclearly.com)
He is Correct, Because of what HE DID! Not to mention, Open Borders High Crime and Fentanyl Deaths in every City/Town USA. Notice also as DemocRATS and Media ramp
up the Police Killing in TN, they will get further and further away from the Documents Scandal, while we still wait for the Paul Pelosi tapes to be released.

The definition of insanity is to do the same thing
over and over again and expect different results!

When I look at democrats all I see are extremely corrupt stupid, greedy little cock roaches! So, self-absorbed that those who suffer around them are nothing more than an annoyance and something to receive the vaccines and be removed from their planet. We have God on our side where they only have Satan and he’s already lost!

Biden is a worse divider than even Obama was. He’s constantly attacking his opponents with lies and vilifying them. Making America Great is antithetical to him for some odd reason. He is doing a great job at Making America Decline (MAD). While families are struggling to put food on the table, they sure cannot afford to buy a new fridge The man has no clue what his policies have done to the working-class
 people.

Families don’t have enough money to buy the basics and he’s telling them to buy a energy efficient fridge. I’m really sick of this guy. Please somebody step up and put him out to pasture. He’s illegitimated, crook, liar, cheat and stupid.

This should be enough. We are struggling to put a decent president in the White House,
how about putting energy independent Trump back in!

Let’s Go Brandon! You caused this hellacious inflation,

Hi there,

On April 5, 1933, President Roosevelt signed
 Executive Order 6102 — changing the U.S. dollar forever…

On March 9, 2022, President Biden signed
Executive Order 14067 — could change the dollar again,
into something much worse…

Go here now to see the potentially sinister outcome of Biden’s new executive order.

Jim Rickards
Editor, Paradigm Press

RIDING THE DRAGON: The Bidens’ Chinese Secrets (Full Documentary) – YouTube
And the way inflation is now calculated has changed a lot to make it look much less than
it really is. In MHU you are a crooked as hell and are enriching your family at the expense
of the hard-working taxpayers. Your son also was paying you $50,000 rent a month for a
room in your home but he can’t afford to pay child support for his child.

Yea right! When are they going to investigate all your finances dealing with China, Ukraine, and Russia? Who suffers the most with the high price of gasoline and the eggs?
The poor obviously! Who is the poorest society in America? Black Americans, the people that Democrats constantly day in and day out play the hero too!!

Democrats are the definition of-full of crap!

REALTY CHECK.
Here is the real deal= all the union mice that were led by their Pied Piper union bosses in order to vote of or this moron, own this. Yes, they voted for this and will continue because they are incapable of figuring out what caused so many of them to lose their jobs= Here is a clue= look in the mirror, you people United to; vote blue no matter who they run, yes, so, it’s your fault, you voted for him. Go buy refrigerator. your Mafia Boss Joe said it will help you save a thousand while he takes billions from you in wages. Look, noting up his sleeve. Presto how does that ensure the affordability of putting food in the new energy efficient refrigerator?

According to this web site https://www.texaselectricityexaminer.com
you can save a “huge” $50/year in electricity by buying a new refrigerator.
But only if your old one is 15 — 20 years old–or, older. Of course, these
new more efficient refrigerators cost from $1500 -= $3800 to purchase.
So, that’s not a very big return on investment. Kinda like buying an electric
car–which brain-dead Biden & his fellow Dems are also promoting.

After signing on the dotted line & getting a car loan at current high rates,
you could be raising your electric bill by almost as much as you can save on
gasoline!! When you add in the car payment it becomes clear that you must
have a very long commute to financially justify these expenditures!!

Biden to Families,
” We are going to spend all our debt money in Ukraine and many other places
in the world so we can Destabilize it.” Only to make the world a better place for us.
Just another distraction, Joe says something ignorant, so people won’t think about
the real problems that you liberals have created …. We don’t have …. the unlimited
source of taking USA funds as well as other countries $$ for our personal purchases.

This entire administration is an embarrassment at best and most likely Criminal.
Bidone with his ill-gotten millions from his families’ crimes doesn’t have a clue
about how AMERICANS are struggling. He is a pimple on the ass of mankind!

I give up my wrath to GOD. Because he is BETTER AT IT THAN I AM. (rumble.com)
My prayer, per Jerimiah 33:3. All these jailers of humanity God, all the clots shot pushing.
go along with genocide murderers, and all the eugenics believing, degenerate pedophiles.
in power / world economic forum attendees and their puppet masters we don’t even know
about. God I am asking you to swiftly administer JUSTICE to them all. Call unto me:; also
I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou know Est not.

What a disgrace this administration truly is.

Kamala is only polling at 2% for president for 2024.

So, Joe isn’t going anywhere before his term is up (unless he has a stroke, etc.).
But it is highly doubtful he’ll be the 2024 candidate. Nope. Obama’s Corvette-gate
has made sure of that. But I wonder if Obama is beginning to realize that he is not
in charge of Joe & China is calling Joe’s shots? Obama may not be happy with th0.
(Some have suggested Eric Adams is moving into position for 2024.)

They’re trying to destroy this country before Trump comes back and imprisons them!
Stand up America, it’s time to take this disgusting party down once and for all.
They are our domestic enemy along with their disgusting fake news!!
AMERICANS MUST STAND! And call these scumbags out!
62 years of fake civil rights, and now this.

THE OBAMA-CLINTON-Pelosi PLAN: Goodbye Joe. Biden will be forced to resign from office. Kamala D. Harris will then become POTUS. This will happen BEFORE Donald J. Trump can be re-elected in 2024. LAWFARE – 101: This DOUBLES the insurance that PROTECTS and pardon all of the INNER CIRCLE that have been covertly running the country.

On the way-out Joe will pardon his family and friends; Kamala will then PARDON Joe and any other persons that the OLIGARCHY of Obama and the Clintons direct. THEREFORE, it will be interesting to see who Obama picks to be Kamala’s replacement as Vice POTUS. Stand by! You’re killing the working class who pays as the rich get richer!

There is No way he is President…. The Worst Fake President Everrrrr

And I MEAN…Everrrrr

For Manhattanite Josh Spodek, the next step in exploring the frontiers of sustainable

Watch No Impact Man Documentary (2009)  | Tubi (tubitv.com)

No Impact Man presents an intimate emotional portrait of a couple struggling through a severe and protracted change in their way of life. The filmmakers document what happens to a couple’s emotional life when they alter their entire lifestyle over the course of a year. How do they cope with the constant stress and intermittent crises of such a rigorous way of living? Or, perhaps, when life is pared down, do some things become unexpectedly better and even easier? -This is the official film description from the film’s website, ImpactPartnerFilm.com. Photo source above is also from ImpactPartnerFilm.com

Author Colin Beavan and his family were a perfect example of SUV driving, fast food eating New Yorkers who would assuage their guilt with the rest of us at the mall for some good old American retail therapy. Then Colin turned things upside down—he came home and announced that for his next book he would become No Impact Man.
For starters that would mean no trash, no electricity, no cars, no toilet paper, no TV, and no buying anything new for an entire year. The hitch was that he wanted his wife and their two-year-old daughter Isabella to join him for this year-long experiment.

BUY A NEW REFRIGERATOR!!!
This is what you get from a career politician that’s never had a private sector job.
Another reason to lay off millions of federal employees to battle the debt ceiling.
Biden’s out of touch with reality because he’s sucked the tit of big government.
his entire life. CLUELESS… TOTALLY CLUELESS. Time to gather them all and
put them on the platform & let them SWING & DANCE one last time.

TAKE BACK AMERICA.
Yes, this should solve all problems with the refrigerator and an electric car, this is a
real crew of idiots. Joe Biden, why don’t you buy us all the people of this nation a New Refrigerator with the money you got from China from the Chinese. It’s easy to buy a new refrigerator when you’re rich because you are compromised by the Chinese Communist Party.

Compromised & CORRUPTED!
Lying to the American People You are a Traitor Joe Biden
Betraying this country: This POS said the same thing about high gas prices
(Which BTW have gone up 60 cents a gallon since the holidays).

Buy an electric vehicle. What a fracking scumbag.
Hey Joey, you stumbled up AF1 to travel from Andrews to HAGERSTOWN, MD!! “Climate crisis”. What, Marine One wouldn’t have done the job?! Yes, still BIG $$$ to operate per hr., but damn, AF1 a mere 85 mi. or so… Now, I-270, is a real bitch, but The MOPE in Chief, would of course have a train of gas guzzling SUV’s loaded w/ handlers, Secret Service etc… clearing out said 270 front and back of The Beast!

HOW ABOUT BOXes of food delivered to people’s door.
For free I’m not a democrat but it’s a nice suggestion for democracy what does Kamala have to offer us also the national debt should be abolished poor Pitbull Puppy he came in my yard I petted him I hope he wasn’t hit by a car it’s not Biden fault for inflation they see an old man and they want out of their jobs.

Like the scarecrow in the Wizard 0f Oz,
Biden keeps searching for a brain, unfortunately the search goes on this Buffoon in a speech yesterday told citizens who are struggling to put food on the table to go out and buy new energy efficient refrigerators and electric vehicles so they can save money with tax breaks. Biden truly is suffering from dementia and it’s more apparent every day he must replace.

He has no common sense.
Is he looking at consumer debt levels, and what the credit card spending has been on?
Savings is running dry – and he’s egging the consumer on to spend more money?
Food, gas, energy bills etc.

image.png
Asking a serious question? Do people actually believe, Crap ~ crap

the unadulterated bullshit this imbecile spews?? Please enlighten me!!!
After that, he went back to the W.H. Cranked up the thermostat to 75, and
had his Chef cook him a Killer dinner on that 65K Btu gas stove in his Kitchen.
And the people trying to put food on the table paid for it!

CANCER BreakThrough

Cancer, greater Manchester, drug trial, man with terminal cancer
cured after taking new drug.

Man with terminal cancer cured after taking new drug.
A man who was told he only has 12 months to live is now free of cancer
thanks to a new drug trial.

Robert Glynn, 51, a welder from Worsley in Greater Manchester, was diagnosed with
bile duct cancer after suffering severe pain in his shoulder which kept him up all night.

Mr Glynn said he “wouldn’t be here” if it were not for the results of the trial
run by the Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester.

Despite a series of scans and tests at his GP, his cancer was only picked
up by chance when he got an infection in his gallbladder.

The day before his 49th birthday, in August 2020, Mr. Glynn was
told the devastating news that he had intrahepatic bile duct cancer
(cancer that forms in the bile ducts inside the liver).

Also known as biliary tract cancer, it is a rare form of the disease
with few treatment options.

Only around 1,000 people in the UK are diagnosed with it every year
and just 5 percent of people live for five years or more after diagnosis.

Mr Glynn was told his cancer was at an advanced stage and had spread to
his adrenal gland. He was referred to the Christie where experts offered him
the opportunity to participate in a clinical trial of immunotherapy.

Robert Glynn, 51, a welder from Worsley in Greater Manchester,
was diagnosed with bile duct cancer in August 2020.

Before starting the trial, Mr. Glynn’s tumour was analysed to check
for any genetic alterations.

The result showed the tumour had a high mutation burden
(large numbers of genetic mutations in the cells), suggesting
he may potentially have a good response to treatment.

Mr Glynn was started on an immunotherapy drug which is already approved
use in other cancers, including lung, kidney and esophageal cancer.

The treatment, which is given by a drip and helps a person’s own immune system
fight cancer, was combined with standard chemotherapy.

The drug cannot be named due to the experimental nature of this trial
for bile duct cancer.

Robert Glynn was told he had less than 12 months to live is now cancer-free
thanks to a clinical trial run in the UK

To his surprise, Mr Glynn saw his tumours shrink on the treatment.

The tumour in his liver went from 12cm to 2.6cm, while his adrenal gland
tumour shrank from 7cm to 4.1cm.

This meant Mr. Glynn was able to undergo surgery in April to remove his tumours.

Surgeons found only dead tissue which meant the treatment had killed off
all the cancer cells.

My Glynn was referred to the Christie where experts offered him the opportunity
to participate in a clinical trial of immunotherapy.

Mr. Glynn said: “I wouldn’t be here today without the trial.

“When I was given the option to take part in research, I jumped at the chance.
You do anything you can to extend your life.

“I feel very lucky as I had cancer for two years and had no idea.
So getting the all-clear was overwhelming.

“In an odd kind of way, having the diagnosis has turned my life around.

“With my partner, Simone, we get out in nature and walk loads.
When something like this happens, you realise life is for living.”

Since his operation, Mr. Glynn has not needed any more treatment and
his three-monthly scans show he is clear of cancer.

Further studies are now being carried out with more patients with the hope
of changing the treatment of biliary tract cancer.

In a bid to live a healthier life, Mr. Glynn also changed his diet completely,
losing several stones after tipping the scales at 16st.

“I cut out all processed foods, refined sugar, dairy and milk and now have a
smoothie every day and lots of organic fruit and vegetables and make everything
from scratch,” he said.

“I managed to lose 5st, which was a big step for me. I realised you can’t just rely
on the doctors to help you.

You need to help yourself too.

“It’s also important to remain positive and not give up. It’s never over until it’s over.”

The clinical trial was run by Professor Juan Valle, consultant oncologist at the Christie
and a world-leading expert in biliary tract cancer.

He said: “Robert has done very well on this combination due to his tumour having
a high mutation burden, or a high number of genetic mutations.

“Most patients with this diagnosis do not have as many mutations in their cancer cells so
the treatment won’t be as effective, but it does highlight the importance of personalised medicine.

“The results of this research and another larger study are keenly anticipated by colleagues
worldwide as it could lead to a change in how we treat patients like Robert in the future.”

Man with terminal cancer cured by new drug (msn.com)

A 49-year-old grandfather in Southern California said a new drug
cured him of his lymphoma after a long battle with the disease.

The newly-approved drug was recently cleared by
the US Food and Drug Administration, according to ABC 7.
Juan Yee, the man who claims he was cured, said before the drug he had been told his cancer — follicular lymphoma, the most common type of low-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma — had returned for a third time. He was told he would have to go through  chemotherapy again, but he refused and asked the doctor how long he had to live.

“’You can have about a year, we don’t know,’” he said he was told by his doctors.
“My wife didn’t even know I was going through cancer again. I didn’t tell anybody.”

Mr. Yee went to meet with Dr Elizabeth Budde, a hematologic oncologist, who said his cancer would not go into remission with chemotherapy and would return even if it was reduced.

At the time, Dr Budde was the principal investigator for a new treatment called T-cell engager. She said the new drug, Mosunetuzumab, brand name Lunsumio, effectively
puts “a pair of glasses” onto the body’s dysfunctional T-cells, which allow them to better identify the body’s lymphoma cells versus cancerous ones.

Mr. Yee said the side effects of the drug were minimal, especially compared to those of chemotherapy. He said he “didn’t feel anything” and that the swelling in his lymph nodes reduced quickly.

Mr. Yee was a member of the trial stage of the drug, which led to the FDA’s accelerated approval to get the drug on the market for cancer patients who have already undergone two rounds of therapy.

Dr Budde said the drug is currently being tested as a first-line treatment and that researchers “have a lot of reason to believe this is going to be a better treatment.”
Mr. Yee is thankful the drug came along when it did — not only did it likely
save his life, it also allowed him to see the birth of his first grandchild.

“I wouldn’t have a chance to see my grandson if I had given up,”
he told ABC 7. “Cancer is not the same anymore.
Don’t give up. There’s always something there to help you.”

Bill Gates; The Perpetrator

Bill Gates wants you to know two numbers: 51 billion and Net zero.

Videos of Bill Gates TED Talk Innovating to Zero
The former is the number of tons of greenhouse gases typically added to the atmosphere each year as a result of human activities. The latter is the number of tons we need to get to by 2050 in order to avert a climate crisis.
Gates has a plan for how to go from 51 billion to zero, and he’s happy to say it doesn’t
come with a price tag in the trillions of dollars. As you might expect from a guy who
made his fortune in technology, the billionaire’s suggested solution is tied in large
part to innovation.

He spells out his plan in a new book, How To Avoid A Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have And The Breakthroughs We Need, released on February 16, 2021. Ahead of the book launch, Gates talked to Forbes about why he wrote the book.  He shared details the book doesn’t get into, including how much he’s invested in zero-carbon companies, which ones he’s most excited about, including a new kind of nuclear power plant, and what he’s likely to invest in next.
Goal number one of the book, says Gates, is to clearly lay out which sectors of the
economy are producing the 51 billion tons of greenhouse gases the world typically adds to the atmosphere each year. “The actual numeric framework, which is the most basic thing for any problem you want to tackle…that’s really been missing,” Gates says in a video interview from a conference room in his offices in Seattle. (See table for the percentage breakdown.)  The goal we as a planet need to aim for: zero emissions by 2050. Gates is optimistic that as hard as it sounds, we can get there.

How It Adds Up Globally: 51 Billion Tons
Emissions dropped about 5% in 2020 due to the pandemic, Gates estimates.
But in a normal year the world adds 51 billion tons of greenhouse gases to the
atmosphere, Gates writes in his book.

Gates admits, both in his book and when we spoke, that he is an imperfect messenger on climate change. “The very idea that one person is saying they know what we should do —appropriately, there is some pushback,” he says. In his book, he writes, “The world is not exactly lacking in rich men with big ideas about what other people should do, or who think technology can fix any problem.”
He admits to owning big houses and flying in private jets, though he tells me that he buys carbon offsets for $400 a ton for the private jet flights he takes. “I can’t deny being a rich guy with an opinion. I do believe, though, that it is an informed opinion, and I am always trying to learn more,” he writes.

Gates presciently warned in a 2015 talk about the dangers of a global pandemic and what we’d need to do to prepare for it. Similarly, this is not his first public prescription for the climate. In 2010 he gave a TED talk calling for the need to eliminate carbon emissions by 2050. He’s continued to consult experts in the field and delve into the latest in climate science and policy.
In 2015 he got involved in the Paris Climate Summit, calling France’s then president, Francois Hollande, and encouraging him to get countries to agree to raise their R&D budgets for clean tech innovation. Twenty countries signed on. Gates says, “Although
we did not see all those countries double their R&D budgets, we did see some increase.

That’s sort of when the field started to focus on can we get this innovation to take place.”
To help put a framework around progress and the cost of new carbon-free innovations, Gates and his team came up with a term called “Green Premium” and introduced it in his blog, Gates Notes, in September last year. As he explains it, the Green Premium spells out the difference in cost between a product or process that doesn’t emit carbon with one that does.
Green Premiums have fallen in the passenger car sector to the point where more people are buying electric cars (though Gates points out that just 2% of global auto sales are electric vehicles).
In the industrial sector, however, Green Premiums are much higher.
Says Gates, “The hardest problems to solve are in areas like steel and concrete and even transportation things like aviation fuel.” The problems he’s referring to: coming up with processes to make these products that don’t emit greenhouse gases. The research is in its early stages, and that’s where government R&D can play a role, Gates suggests.

What’s It All Going To Cost?
In December, Gates suggested in his blog that the U.S. create a National Institutes
of Energy Innovation to help the country take the lead in climate change innovation.
The idea is to model it after the National Institutes of Health, the backbone of U.S.
medical research, which has an annual budget of about $37 billion.
Gates says current U.S. government R&D spending on energy innovation is about
$7 billion annually; that would need to be quintupled to match government spending
on the NIH.
Another suggestion from Gates: shift the tax credits now available for solar and wind to more nascent areas like offshore wind, energy storage and new types of steel. “If you do that, and maybe double or triple the amount you spend on those tax benefits, then I do think that will be just a monumental contribution from the Biden administration,” he explains.
Whatever tech innovation comes out of the U.S. or elsewhere has to be affordable enough for countries like India to adopt it, Gates points out. Right now, the U.S. accounts for 14% of the world’s emissions. If just the U.S. gets to zero carbon emissions, we won’t be solving the problem globally.

Where Gates Is Investing
Gates, whose $124 billion fortune stems from an estimated 1% stake in Microsoft
and a variety of other investments, says in the book he’s put “more than $1 billion”
into companies working toward zero emissions. How much more?
Altogether, he tells Forbes it’s about $2 billion. He describes himself as perhaps the biggest funder of direct air capture technologies—methods to capture carbon from the air. Also two of the more well-known companies he’s been an investor in are producing plant-based meats: Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat. Some of his investing he categorizes as philanthropic, like the money he’s put toward an open-source climate model that aims to show how electricity generation will work in long periods of tough weather when wind and solar would be shut down.

His biggest bet has been on TerraPower.
a nuclear power company with a reactor that uses depleted uranium as its fuel.
Gates founded the company with a few others more than a decade ago.
In 2017, TerraPower formed a joint venture with a Chinese company and was planning to produce its first reactor in China. That deal was scuttled by the U.S. government, which in late 2019 blocked U.S. cooperation with China on civilian nuclear power. Now the plan is to build a demonstration plant somewhere in the U.S. In October the U.S. Department of Energy awarded $80 million to TerraPower toward construction of the plant; the agreement is that half of the funding will come from the private sector.

Gates says, “That’s coming largely from me.”
His hope is that the demonstration plant will be built within five to seven years.
“If things go well, that means that maybe in 10 years, commercial plant builders would take that design and build it ideally in the hundreds—which is what you need to have an impact on climate change.”

Gates has also invested in zero-carbon companies through Breakthrough Energy Ventures, a group he assembled that launched in December 2016. “It was a lot easier to raise the money than I expected,” he says.
“I made about 22 calls and got about 20 yeses for the first billion.”
Investors include billionaires such as Jeff BezosVinod KhoslaJohn Arnold and John Doerr; Gates says he’s the largest investor. So far Breakthrough Energy Ventures has invested in 40 companies; One, QuantumScape, which is developing lithium metal batteries for electric vehicles and has no revenues yet, went public through a SPAC last November. Though many of the companies are still early stage, Gates describes some as “really wild,” including QuidNet, which is working to store electricity by pumping water into pressured underground wells; when energy is needed, the water is released and goes through a turbine, creating electricity.

Breakthrough Energy Ventures
Raised another $1 billion fund in January, with most of the same initial investors and some newcomers. (Gates didn’t disclose names.) He says he’s the largest investor in the latest fund, too. The new fund will look to invest in more of the industrial processes like low-carbon cement and steel production as well as technologies to capture carbon from the air, Gates says.
Over the next five years, Gates says “I’ll put in at least $2 billion” toward zero-carbon technologies. But while a total of $4 billion is a lot of money, for someone worth more than $120 billion, it’s a small sliver of his overall investments. Says Gates, “It’s more limited by what is out there that can have a high impact.”

One of Gates’ other investments that’s been in the news recently seems to fly in the face of his zero-carbon focus. In early February, Gates’ investment arm, Cascade, partnered with Blackstone Group and private equity firm Global Infrastructure Partners in a $4.7 billion deal to buy Signature Aviation, the world’s largest operator of private jet bases. Private jet travel has been booming during the pandemic, but such travel emits a heck of a lot of greenhouse gases. How does he square the deal with the premise of his book?
A spokesperson for Gates did not reply to the question. Will Gates’ book influence policy makers and move the needle toward innovation in zero-carbon technologies?

It helps that combating climate change is already one of the Biden administration’s top four priorities. Given that the book is addressing weighty material, it’s relatively easy to read, sprinkled with Gates’ personal observations  and even a photo of him with his son Rory on a visit to a geothermal power plant in Iceland. (Gates says he and Rory liked to visit power plants for fun.)
He mentions that he drives an electric car — the Porsche Taycan Turbo, which he describes to Forbes as “ridiculously nice and ridiculously expensive” — that sells for $150,000 or more. (He’s such a fan that he got one of the first demo models, he adds.)

If nothing else, Gates wants to get people talking.
“My hope is that we can shift the conversation by sharing the facts with the people in our lives— our family members, friends, and leaders. And not just the facts that tell us why we need to act, but also those that show us the actions that will do the most good,” he writes.
A bigger measure of his success will be whether the Biden administration adopts any of his policy proposals. Says Gates, “I do think that with those increases [in spending], we’ll be doing exactly what we need to do, not just for us, but for the entire world.”

Bill Gates’s lofty goal: Ensuring ‘that Covid-19 is the last pandemic.’

Bill Gates may not love New Year’s resolutions

At the top of his list: avoiding future pandemics.
In his end-of-year blog post earlier this month, the billionaire Microsoft
co-founder and healthcare philanthropist wrote among the world’s biggest
problems, the next Covid-level health scare is pressing enough to demand
attention in 2022. “We can’t afford to repeat the suffering of the last 2years,”
Gates wrote. “The world had a chance to invest in the tools and systems that
could’ve prevented the Covid-19 pandemic, and we didn’t take it.”

Gates hinted that the topic will be the subject of his next book, set to publish next year.
In the meantime, he wrote, investing in medical research and development is a smart place to start: Many of the world’s highest-profile medical projects, paused by Covid,
could accelerate again in the near future.
In one example, he noted, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation helped fund a Phase III
trial of Islatravir, a preventative HIV medication, in Africa. Current pill treatments offer reliable protection, but they must be ingested in frequent or otherwise planned intervals. The new treatment, also a pill, would only need to be taken once per month — and the trial’s first results, released this summer, were promising, Gates noted.

Gates and ex-wife Melinda French Gates
Have also donated billions of dollars to various health organizations. In a 2019 Wall Street Journal essay, the pair said they’d given up to $10 billion to organizations like the Global Fund, the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance (GAVI) over the past two decades.
In his blog post, Gates wrote, some of this year’s achievements show that the world may really be able to end the Covid pandemic and curb the next one, from governments and nonprofits combating climate change together to the World Health Organization’s approval of the first malaria vaccine.
But a growing global distrust in public institutions, he noted, represents a significant hurdle. According to the 2021 Edelman Trust Index, a survey of more than 33,000 people across 28 countries that Gates cited in his post, Americans in particular don’t trust their public officials: The study noted that 40% of U.S. respondents “deeply” distrust the country’s federal government.

“If your people don’t trust you, they’re not going to support major new initiatives,”
Gates wrote. “And when a major crisis emerges, they’re less likely to follow guidance necessary to weather the storm.”
It’s a timely issue: According to some experts, the next pandemic could be even worse, and it might not even be far away. “I think that as time goes forward we’re going to see more of them,” Richard Preston, author of “The Hot Zone,” a 1994 book about Ebola, told CNBC  last year. “And they’re going to balloon faster.”
For Gates, that means political leaders and private citizens alike need to get on board
with preventative actions — before Covid starts to fade from people’s priority lists.
“Now is the time to learn from our mistakes and take steps to prevent this terrible experience from ever happening again,” Gates wrote. “I’m hopeful we’ll see broad
support for pandemic preparedness efforts, and I plan on spending a lot of time
advocating for them.”

Which came first: the chicken or the egg?

Decade before the egg shortage, Bill Gates invested in plant-based eggs.
by WorldTribune Staff, January 24, 2023

Globalist billionaire Bill Gates wants to take the chicken out of the equation.

According to the Consumer Price Index, egg prices have spiked 66% percent
since last year due in large part to 41 million egg-laying hens dying from the avian flu.
In 2013, Gates invested in a high-tech food lab at Hampton Creek Foods in San Francisco which creates a chicken-less egg substitute. Gates said he made the investment because he believes Earth can’t sustain the current rate of growth in animal-based foods for much longer.

In 2000, the global demand for eggs was about 14 million tons, according to the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization. By 2030, that’s expected to climb to 38 million tons. “Raising meat takes a great deal of land and water and has a substantial environmental impact,” Gates noted in 2013.
“Put simply, there’s no way to produce enough meat for 9 billion people.”
Hampton Creek has since been renamed Eat Just and now also sells plant based meats under the brand name Beyond Meat. The chicken-less egg is made from bits of ground-up peas, sorghum and a few other ingredients. For those who like a steak-and-eggs breakfast,
Gates suggests the chicken-less egg along with synthetic, lab-grown meat.
