In May 1965 a French periodical about nature and animals called, **Achat La Vie Des Bêtes,** Et L’ami Des Bêtes. stated that Einstein had calculated a grim four year time limit for humanity if bees disappeared.
This was the earliest evidence known to QI of a connection between Einstein who died in 1955 and the dire deadline.

Honey bees (a phenomenon attributed to everything from global warming
to insecticides to radiation from cell phone towers, and now thought to be the result of a fungus) have seen a resurgence in repetitions of a quote attributed
to Albert Einstein, citations claiming the noted scientist once said If the bee disappears from the surface of the earth, man would have no more than four years to live.

This truly sounds alarming: Bees are disappearing for reasons we cant yet explain and a certified genius such as Einstein noted long ago that if all the bees disappeared, we’d soon be following them into extinction. If the intent
of propagating this quote is to get our attention, it’s certainly been working. Did Einstein sagely foresee an environmental crisis we’re only just now beginning to notice?
To answer that last question (without denying the importance of the honeybees), we have to consider the related question of “Did Einstein really
say this?” First off, searches of Einstein’s writings and speeches and public statements, as well as of (scholarly) compilations of Einstein quotations reveal nary a reference to the “four years” phrase or any other statement mentioning bees (save for a brief comparison between humans and colony insects such as ants and bees). The compiler of *The New Quotable Einstein* also found no Einsteinian source for this quote and lists it as “Probably Not by Einstein.”

The First Earth Run, in partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund, directly engaged 25 million people and 45 heads-of-state in 62 countries. Twenty percent of the planet — a billion people — watched the torch circum – navigate the globe via the media. For 86 days, wherever the Torch of Peace went, all wars stopped and the world was united as one.

The Torch of Peace was lit in a sunrise ceremony on the grounds of the
United Nations on September 16, 1986 — the International Day of Peace in the International Year of Peace. At that ceremony, Grandmother Caroline, a keeper of the Hopi Prophecy, shared these prophetic words: The Torch of Peace launched from this Great Hall of Mica marks the great turning toward 1,000 years of peace. Pay attention to the signs as they will help guide its journey. Since then, this modern-day mythic story embodying humanity’s noblest aspirations for peace on earth has continued to be told all over the world.
Now the signs indicate that it’s time for the Torch of Peace to be reignited to fulfill its prophetic mission of creating peace on earth. The planet’s wisdom-keepers tell us that when ½ of 1% of humanity (40 million people) wholeheartedly believe peace on earth is possible, there will be enough coherence of thought and emotion to shift our collective consciousness to make this a reality. When I was learning about World War II from my father,
I remember thinking how grateful I was that society had finally matured to the point in the intervening years that war no longer ever broke out. Today I can hardly remember what bizarre thought process led me to conclude that people had actually become less barbaric with time.
I do remember I also believed racial prejudice had died out decades ago and that the pronouncement of guilt or innocence by our justice system reflected actual guilt or innocence.
But I’ve forgiven my earlier self this embarrassing naivete because I think his conclusions weren’t based entirely on ignorance as much as on a hope for how things could be. And though for many years I scoffed at the notion, I have to confess now that I’ve become convinced world peace is indeed possible.

**WHAT IS THE TRUE CAUSE OF WAR?**
Countries don’t go to war. The *leaders* of countries go to war.
They marshal their reasons, stir up the public, dehumanize the enemy
(as I wrote about in an earlier post, The True Cause Of Cruelty), and send out their forces. The number of people actually responsible for the decision to go to war can usually fit comfortably inside a single large-sized room.
Leaders, of course, only occasionally represent the best of what humanity has to offer so they usually exhibit the same failings and weaknesses as the rest of us. They get angry when they shouldn’t, let their egos motivate them more than they should, and are entirely too concerned with doing what’s popular rather than what’s right. They suffer from the same three poisons as the populations they lead: greed, anger, and stupidity.
The true cause of war lies in the unchecked rampaging of these three poisons through the hearts of individual people. Though the situations confronting world leaders that lead them to decide to wage war often seem complex, the only way in which they’re different from conflict that erupts between two people standing in a room is that they occur on a larger scale. But if in civilized societies we expect people to work out their differences amicably (whether themselves or with the help of the courts), why don’t those same expectations apply to differences between civilized countries?

**IS WAR EVER NECESSARY?**
In a world in which tyranny continues to exist, war may in fact sometimes be justified. In the same way it’s necessary to fight to defend oneself when attacked, so too it’s sometimes necessary to go to war to put down injustice, or even the possibility of injustice when its likelihood is great enough. Rarely, however, is this given as a primary reason. Even democracies seem to be roused to war only by self-interest.

Fair enough. But when any leader chooses war, *he or she should do so*
*with a heavy heart*. As the original Buddha, Shakyamuni, once said when asked if killing was ever to be permitted: “It is enough to kill the will to kill.” In other words, we should strive to kill the the *idea* that killing others should be anything other than the very last action we ever permit ourselves to take. Shakyamuni was a realist. He knew the world would always be filled with people bent on committing evil, people whose ideas about how to live involved oppressing and killing others, and though he felt compassion even for them would speak loudly and passionately about the necessity of standing against them in concrete, practical ways.

**EXPERT HUMAN BEINGS**
To achieve world peace—to create a world in which war ceases to break
out—seems impossible because of the sheer number of people who haven’t yet mastered themselves, who haven’t tamed their ambition to raise themselves up at the expense of others, and who haven’t learned to start from today onward, letting past wrongs committed by both sides remain in the past. In short, it seems an impossible dream because we’re in desperately short supply of human beings who are *experts at living*.
An expert at living isn’t a person who never experiences greed, anger, or stupidity but rather one who remains in firm control of those negative parts (which can never be entirely eliminated), who’s able to surmount his or her darkest negativity, and displays a *peerless ability to resolve conflict* *peacefully*. What generates this expert ability to resolve conflict?
Wisdom and joy. Wise people are happy people, and happy people are wise.
If enough people in the world’s population became happy and wise, violence would be used far less often to solve conflict. If this pool of experts at living became large enough, we’d start seeing some of our leaders being picked from among them. And if enough leaders were experts at living, war, too, would be used far less often to solve conflict and further the interests of nations.

I’m no Pollyanna.
I fully recognize that as long as there remain inequities between classes, as long as people feel they have little hope for a good life and remain unable to tolerate others believing differently than they do about important issues, violence and war will continue. Which means the real path to world peace can’t be found in the passing of more laws, in diplomacy, or even in war itself. It can only be found in the actions individual human beings take to reform the tenets they hold in their hearts in order to become experts at living. Some argue human nature being what it is precludes the possibility of world peace, but I would counter that human nature doesn’t need to change—it only needs to be managed. Haven’t countless numbers of us already learned to do this every day, denying our baser impulses in order to contribute to solutions instead of problems?

**THE REAL BARRIER TO WORLD PEACE**
The reason most scoff at the notion of achieving world peace is because
if you buy the principle that individual human revolution is the real solution, then literally some *billions* of people would need to actively embrace the notion of devoting themselves to continual self-reformation. But—if you buy the principle that enough people becoming experts at living would create world peace, then you can’t argue world peace is literally impossible—just extraordinarily unlikely.
I don’t believe world peace will be achieved in my lifetime. But I do believe
it won’t be achieved in any lifetime after mine unless I make causes for it to happen now. How can I-and you-make those causes? As Gandhi famously said, by becoming the change we wish to see. Strive to become an expert at living.
Be good to those around you in concrete ways. Create an island of peace in your own life. If you do, it will spread. If enough of us do this, our islands will meet, ceasing to be islands and becoming whole continents. World peace exists literally in the actions each one takes in our own lives.

The most significant obstacle to achieving world peace isn’t the extraordinary difficulty involved in becoming a genuine expert at living, though. It’s those most in need of reforming the tenets they hold in their hearts, who most need training in how to be an expert at living, *are those least interested in it*, a point well articulated here.
The only real lever we have to pull with such people is their desire to become happy. We must convince them to follow our lead by becoming so happy ourselves—so ridiculously, genuinely happy—that they decide on their own they want to be like us, that they want what we have. And then we have to show them how to get it. Good ideas are our weapons. When people come to deeply believe in notions that promote peace, peace will follow like a shadow follows the body.

**To say this strategy is long-term would be an understatement.**
But all other solutions seem to me even less likely to succeed than the one
I’m proposing here. You may think me as hopelessly naive as my younger
self thought war had already been eliminated for continuing to hope that widespread, lasting peace is possible, but as John Lennon famously sang,
I’m not the only one. The ultimate dream of every Nichiren Buddhist is the accomplishment of world peace by the achievement of individual happiness.
We need to summon the courage to even voice a commitment to the goal. We can’t worry about if it can be done at all, or how long it might take. It can be done. It will take a long, long time. But the argument that it *can’t* be done and therefore shouldn’t be attempted is the argument of cowards. If there weren’t people throughout our history who refused to listen to that logic, we’d all still be living in caves. Look again at the last word in the title of this post.

Haven’t countless numbers of us already learned to do this every day, denying our baser impulses in order to contribute to solutions instead of problems?

**THE REAL BARRIER TO WORLD PEACE**
The reason most scoff at the notion of achieving world peace is because
if you buy the principle that individual human revolution is the real solution, then literally some *billions* of people would need to actively embrace the notion of devoting themselves to continual self-reformation. But—if you buy the principle that enough people becoming experts at living would create world peace, then you can’t argue world peace is literally impossible—just extraordinarily unlikely.
I don’t believe world peace will be achieved in my lifetime. But I do believe
it won’t be achieved in any lifetime after mine unless I make causes for it to happen now. How can I-and you-make those causes? As Gandhi famously said, by becoming the change we wish to see. Strive to become an expert at living.
Be good to those around you in concrete ways. Create an island of peace in your own life. If you do, it will spread. If enough of us do this, our islands will meet, ceasing to be islands and becoming whole continents. World peace exists literally in the actions each one takes in our own lives.

The most significant obstacle to achieving world peace isn’t the extraordinary difficulty involved in becoming a genuine expert at living, though. It’s those most in need of reforming the tenets they hold in their hearts, who most need training in how to be an expert at living, *are those least interested in it*, a point well articulated here.
The only real lever we have to pull with such people is their desire to become happy. We must convince them to follow our lead by becoming so happy ourselves—so ridiculously, genuinely happy—that they decide on their own they want to be like us, that they want what we have. And then we have to show them how to get it. Good ideas are our weapons. When people come to deeply believe in notions that promote peace, peace will follow like a shadow follows the body.

**To say this strategy is long-term would be an understatement.**
But all other solutions seem to me even less likely to succeed than the one
I’m proposing here. You may think me as hopelessly naive as my younger
self thought war had already been eliminated for continuing to hope that widespread, lasting peace is possible, but as John Lennon famously sang,
I’m not the only one. The ultimate dream of every Nichiren Buddhist is the accomplishment of world peace by the achievement of individual happiness.
We need to summon the courage to even voice a commitment to the goal. We can’t worry about if it can be done at all, or how long it might take. It can be done. It will take a long, long time. But the argument that it *can’t* be done and therefore shouldn’t be attempted is the argument of cowards. If there weren’t people throughout our history who refused to listen to that logic, we’d all still be living in caves. Look again at the last word in the title of this post.

‘Because I have seen oppression, I know what it looks like’ Yeonmi Park
said, adding that she saw people dying of starvation by the time she was 13.
‘These kids keep saying how they’re oppressed, how much injustice they’ve experienced,’ Park said of her fellow students. ‘They don’t know how hard it
is to be free.’
‘I literally crossed through the middle of the Gobi Desert to be free,’ she continued, ‘but what I did was nothing – so many people fought harder
than me and didn’t make it.’

A woman who fled North Korea when she was a teenager and is now
attending Columbia University said she is seeing a lot of similarities
between the totalitarian regime she grew up in and the education she
is now receiving in the United States.
Yeonmi Park and her mother fled North Korea to China over the frozen
Yalu River in 2007, when she was just 13, and the two were sold into
slavery by human traffickers.

They were ultimately able to flee to Mongolia with the help of Christian missionaries and trekked across the Gobi Desert to eventually find refuge in South Korea, where Park, now 27, attended college before transferring
to Columbia in 2016.
‘I literally crossed the Gobi Desert to be free and I realized I’m not free, America’s not free,’ she said.
‘I expected that I was paying this fortune, all this time and energy to learn
how to think,’ she told FOX News. ‘But they are forcing you to think the way they want you to think.’
‘I realized, ‘Wow, this is insane,” she recounted, ‘I thought America was different but I saw so many similarities to what I saw in North Korea that
I started worrying.’
Park said that her professors would give them ‘trigger warnings’ and allow them to opt out of readings and discussions.
‘Going to Columbia, the first thing I learned was ‘safe space,” she told the
New York Post.
She explained that when she started school at Columbia, she was excited to learn more about history, a subject she said was discouraged in her homeland.
But when her teacher, discussing Western Civilization, asked if students had an issue with the name of the class topic, most did, saying there was a ‘colonial’ slant.
‘Every problem, they explained to us, is because of white men,” she said, reminding her of her home country where people were categorized based
on their ancestors, according to the Post.

During her orientation, a professor asked the class who liked classical books, like Jane Austen. ‘I said, ‘I love those books,’ Park said in an interview with FOX News. ‘I thought it was a good thing.’ ‘Then she said, ‘Did you know
those writers had a colonial mindset?
They were racists and bigots and are subconsciously brainwashing you.’
From there, she said, her classes were filled with ‘anti-American sentiment, reminding her of her childhood in North Korea, where students were constantly taught about the ‘American bastard,’ which was the only way they were allowed to refer to Americans.
‘The math problems would say: “There are four American bastards, you kill
two of them, how many American bastards are left to kill?,” Park recounted, saying 7-year-olds in North Korea would have to respond with ‘two American bastards’ to that question.
‘I thought North Koreans were the only people who hated Americans, but it turns out there are a lot of people hating this country in this country,’ she said.
She said she was also confused by students’ use of ‘preferred pronouns.’
‘English is my third language – I learned it as an adult,’ said Park, who published a memoir about her time in North Korea in 2015.

‘I sometimes still say ‘he’ or ‘she’ by mistake,’ she said, noting that she is not trying to be disrespectful to her colleagues, ‘and now they are going to ask me to call them ‘they.’
How the heck do I incorporate that into my sentences?’
‘It felt the regression in civilization,’ she said.
Eventually, she said she ‘learned how to just shut up’ so she could get good grades and graduate, but, she said, ‘Even North Korea is not this nuts.’
‘North Korea was pretty crazy,’ she said, ‘but not this crazy.’
‘I don’t know why people are collectively going crazy like this or together
at the same time.’
‘In North Korea, I literally believed that my Dear Leader was starving,’
Park said, referring to Kim Jong Un.
‘He’s the fattest guy – how can anyone believe that? And then somebody showed me a photo and said ‘Look at him, he’s the fattest guy. Other people
are all thin.’ And I was like ‘Oh my God, why did I not notice that he was fat?’ Because I never learned how to think critically.’
‘That is what is happening in America,’ Park concluded. ‘People see things,
but they’ve just completely lost the ability to think critically.’

She said she did not understand how that could happen in the United States.
‘North Koreans, we don’t have the Internet, we don’t have access to any of these great thinkers, we don’t know anything,’ she said. ‘But here, while having everything, people choose to be brainwashed. And they deny it.’
‘You guys have lost common sense to a degree that I as a North Korean cannot even comprehend.’
Now, she says, she fears America is going to become like North Korea.
‘Where are we going from here?’ she asked, rhetorically. ‘The future of our country’s as bleak as North Korea’s if we do not rise up right now.’
‘There’s no rule of law, no morality, nothing is good or bad anymore,
it’s complete chaos.
‘I guess that’s what they want,’ she said,’ to destroy every single thing and rebuild into a communist paradise.’
In her memoir, In Order to Live, Park warned that Americans were censoring and silencing each other through canceled culture.
‘Voluntarily, these people are censoring each other, silencing each other,
no force behind it,’ she said.
‘Other times (in history) there’s a military coup d’etat, like a force comes in taking your rights away and silencing you. But this country is choosing to be silenced, choosing to give their rights away.’

Point to the message of the cross in the New Testament. Simply rejecting Jesus (Judaism) or trying to blend Mosaic Law and Calvary (Hebrew Roots Movement) are in themselves causing people to sin despite trying to do something about a sin problem. Interesting how in John 12:32 Jesus said He will draw all men to Himself when He is lifted up from the earth, then fast forward 7 chapters to John 19:30 when He said, “It is finished,” making forgiveness possible.

THAT’s when the A.D. Era began, not where your Bible says “THE NEW TESTAMENT” (see Matthew 4:4 for more information).

That “whosoever will” principle in John 3:16-17, John 5:24 and Romans 10:13 is self-explanatory.

One is either in Jesus (100% forgiven – “Sheep”) or in Adam 0% forgiven – “Goats”). There is no such thing as a “Geep”: No one is ever “50% forgiven”. Both testaments are blood economies but this new one is permanent. There will never again be another Calvary. No need. It was effective the first time. Synchronicity: seven ways to interpret and manifest it …. What’s happening?

**Are you going crazy?**
Thankfully, the answer is no. You’re not going crazy. You’re actually experiencing a phenomenon called synchronicity.

**What is Synchronicity?**
Synchronicity is a term originally coined by psychologist Carl Jung that refers
to the meaningful (or even miraculous) coincidences that occur in your life.
**When you experience synchronicity you’ll have experiences that seem far too significant to be mere day-to-day serendipitous encounters.** Synchronicity can manifest in an endless number of forms; popular types including names, numbers, words, symbols, and events.

**What is the Purpose of Synchronicity?**
A growing number of people believe that synchronicity is like a powerful ‘wink’ from the Universe telling us that yes, we’re on the right track. Synchronicity is also believed to be a form of guidance from the Higher Self; a way of showing you where to go and what to do next in your life as you proceed through your spiritual awakening.
Common Forms of Synchronicity: LiveWell, Love Much and Laugh Often Just be yourself, there is no one better.

We’ve all been stabbed in the back, lied to, treated poorly; the list goes on.
But don’t dwell on the negatives because at the end of the day, realize that no one bu..t the Almighty is going to be there for you. So the less you depend on people, the less disappointed you become!

**Are we talking to listen or to reply?**

One can change my life for me while the other can tear it down to pieces.
Why am I giving so much shitty power to others to control my life?
Minds are the biggest critics. I tend to curate my mind to make sure it’s a pleasant place to be.
I am not comparing myself with you, I am being myself in the best way I can.. You trust and tell your secrets to your loved one, in return gift they will fuck you mercilessly using your own secrets against you.. Fall in love with ourselves, before we fall in love with others. In this way, breakups are much more easier to handle, which is no less than a trip to hell.

Find me in the most quietest places, that’s where I am I can’t be absent in my mind and listen to my heart only. The choice between making the difference and making up for the difference.. Lets stop being so seriously serious about the fucking serious things in life.
It’s not an end all, it’s a joyride towards a new beginning.. The Almighty doesn’t care about your looks, what you do, who you know. He looks at your heart. Also you’re not defined by your past. It’s just the opposite with the world. People will look at all of the above & more.
Get your priorities right. Who matters more? It’s your choice!

Synchronicity is different for everyone – it’s as unique as people’s needs and desires.
But there does seem to be a few common ‘categories’ of synchronicity out there.

**I’ll touch on them below:**
Seeing repeated numbers (such as 11 11)
Thinking about something, then having it happen
Being in the right place at the right time.

Dreaming about people/animals/places, then seeing them repeatedly in real life
Seeing repeated symbols (such as the infinity sign, the triangle, the tree of life, etc.)

Difference Between Serendipity and Synchronicity
Serendipity is when something good accidentally happens. For instance, we may need cash
to pay for unexpected vet bills and find some in our jacket pocket that we’ve just put on. Synchronicity, on the other hand, is not just a single experience of good Fortune.

**Synchronicity is a string of events that seem to be highly symbolic and meaningful in nature.** If serendipity is like the bread crumb, synchronicity is the trail that leads us toward a new destination. Many people see synchronicity as a lesson, affirmation, or message from Life. One example of synchronicity is hearing the same name over and over again (in books, on TV, on number plates, in dreams) and later discovering that the name is the suburb where you finally find your dream home.

**Synchronicity Examples:**
Here are some examples of synchronicity: Overhearing a couple of strangers talk about something that is of great significance to your own life. Watching episodes of your favorite
TV shows that all somehow have the same underlying storyline/focus.
Getting the exact message you need the most at the exact right time (e.g. if you’re going through a divorce, depression, betrayal, major life change, etc.)
Meeting the exact right person at the exact right time (e.g. a partner, friend, teacher, etc.)
Seeing the same symbols or images repeated everywhere (e.g. in magazines, on commercials, on buildings, on tattoos.) Glancing at the clock the exact same time of the day for many days on end (and seeing 11:11, 14:14, 23:23, 2:22, etc.) Recurring signs that seem to lead you somewhere special (e.g. your ideal job, home, relationship.)

Hearing the same song repeated many times in unusual circumstances
Strange alignments of birth dates between friends, partners, etc.

How many of these experiences can you relate to?

Theories About Synchronicity (From Skeptics to Believers.)

What exactly is synchronicity?
Let’s examine some popular world views:

**Hindus** believe synchronicity is a manifestation of Brahman or the fundamental connection of all living things within the universe.
**Behavioral Economists** would classify synchronicity as a form of confirmation bias.
For example, if you’re told to look for yellow cars, you’ll start seeing a lot more of them than you initially thought existed
**Quantum physicists** attribute synchronicity to the “non-local” mind (or universal consciousness)
**Skeptics** call synchronicity Apophenia or the practice of seeing connections and patterns in random and/or meaningless data
**Everyday spiritual folks** believe synchronicity is a sign from their Higher Self or Soul
**Psychologists** (particularly those who follow Jungian theories) believe synchronicity comes from the unconscious mind and collective unconscious
Whatever causes it, synchronicity is far too common and too intriguing an experience to overlook or quickly dismiss and forget about. As the author of You Are Not So Smart,
David McRaney concludes: Just remember that meaning comes only from within.
The only person who can understand why a synchronous experience occurs and what it means is you.

**What Creates Synchronicity?**

Common explanations for the origins of synchronicity include the following:
**The unconscious mind.** We get warning messages in our dreams, so why can’t we get them in waking life as well? Our unconscious mind influences a lot of our behavior, and at the same time, can also communicate with us. Spiritual signs and omens (or instances of synchronicity) are the unconscious mind’s way of guiding us.

**Harmony of energy.**
As everything consists of tiny vibrating atoms (aka. energy),
synchronicity could also be a manifestation of global/environmental harmony, where the frequencies and vibrations of the moment sync together in perfect equilibrium (or Oneness) producing such uncanny experiences.

**Psychic abilities.** Synchronicity is also thought to be a manifestation of psychic abilities where, for example, we intuit that a certain person will call us or a significant event will befall us, and it does.

**Personal Experience**
Here is an illustration from my own life of synchronicity:
For some reason, the number 9 has been extremely significant in my life….
I need confirmation of anything, paying attention to number 9 is one of the most obvious places to look for me. I was born on the 19th, my partner was born on the 9th, my mother was born on the 29th, my uncle was born on the 29th, my brother was born in the 9th month of the year, and both myself and my partner share number 9 as our favorite number. What are the chances?!

**How to Welcome More Synchronicity into Your Life.**
When you remain connected to the Divine, She will speak to you — in patterns and connections, signs and synchronicities, and all sorts of gifts. When magic rises to the surface of your awareness, and your life, you know you’re blessed.

Welcoming synchronicity into your life is simple. Here are some basic practices and mindset shifts to adopt:

2. **Be open and receptive.** Maintain an open-minded outlook towards synchronicity. This will enhance your receptibility towards such an experience.
3. **Be humble.** Sometimes what you desire or think is best for yourself is not. Learn to have a very loose hold on your desires. In this way, you won’t be imposing yourself on Life, but you will allow Life to impose itself on you (in the form of synchronicity).
**4. trusting.** Trust that synchronicity will appear in your life and when it does, trust your intuition and follow the paths presented ahead of you. When you learn to trust yourself, you also learn to trust Life.
5. **Follow your instincts.** Listen to what your gut instinct is telling you – your unconscious mind is vast, limitless, and extremely wise. Doors are being opened for us all the time, and when we listen to our instincts, we can actively see them.
Other spiritual tools/practices you might like to use to increase the synchronicity in your life include:
**6. Prayer** – mentally or verbally express your desire to receive synchronicity (you don’t have to be religious to pray – you can pray to whatever you believe in).
**7. Sigils** – sigils are intention-infused symbols that are used to communicate to your unconscious mind – they can be used to increase the synchronicity in your life.

Your perspective can change, but first you have to be open to the possibility

**How to Interpret Synchronicity.**
So you’ve had an increase in synchronicity lately. You might be wondering what it means and how you can correctly interpret it.
By learning how to correctly interpret the signs and omens that appear in your life, **you’ll be able to know when you’re on the right path, when you’re making the wisest choices, and when you’re living aligned with your deepest needs and values.**
Sometimes synchronicity heralds new doors (or opportunities) that may open in your life. Other times, synchronicity is simply trying to teach you a lesson, for instance, to stop pursuing the relationship/job that you’ve set your heart on because it won’t work out.
Here are some of the most accurate ways to interpret synchronicity:
**Meditate and go inwards.** Ask yourself, “what does this synchronicity mean?” Wait for images, feelings or words to enter your mind. If you still feel doubtful, repeat the same practice three times and see what answer you get.
**Tune into your body.** Your body is a repository of wisdom and will tell you the truth no matter what your mind tries to make you believe. When you think you know what synchronicity means, tune into your body. Do you get any goosebumps, shivers, or feelings of expansion as though an inner light bulb has gone off? If this is the case, you’ve likely found the right explanation. If, on the other hand, your body doesn’t experience any notable changes, you probably haven’t found the right answer.
**Use a pendulum.** Pendulum dowsing is a powerful way of getting a direct answer from your unconscious mind. Simply get a pendulum (or a make-shift one) and ask it a question that demands a “yes/no” answer. **Find patterns.** One easy way to interpret the synchronicity in your life is to find patterns in your behavior. What issues or questions have been emerging a lot in your life at the moment? Find the patterns and relate them back to your synchronicity.
**Explore the symbolism.** Often, synchronicity is symbolic in nature (e.g. the black dog you keep seeing in your dreams and waking life that symbolizes negativity/bad choices, the repetitive number “1” which symbolizes “being number one”). Pull the card from the top of the deck and turn it over. Pay attention to the feelings you get from the image – is it positive and welcoming or unfriendly and negative? Depending on what type of card you receive you’ll have your answer. You can also use tarot and oracle cards for far more than simple “yes/no” answers – they can help to reveal the very core meaning of the synchronicity you’re experiencing.

**Listen to your dreams.** Your dreams reveal a lot about the synchronicity occurring in your life – they are the language of the unconscious mind. You can either try to passively analyze your dreams or actively try to “incubate” (or create) dreams that help to answer your question. To practice dream incubation, think about the synchronicity that has been happening in your life lately about half an hour before bed. Write down your question or draw a picture that symbolizes your synchronicity and put it under your pillow. This will help to prime your unconscious mind and prepare it to give you answers during your dreams. Upon first waking in the morning, record your dreams in a journal. Do this for one week and see what patterns emerge.
Try one of the above techniques that you’re drawn to – if you try too many you may get overwhelmed. So it’s best to keep it simple.

Do we want to fail as they did? Then don’t do the same thing they did. One who does not learn history is doomed to repeat it. There are many versions and authors of that thought.

**Why?** They got away from God, quit believing in family, put the pleasures of the world first in their lives, began to become welfare states, quit believing in the value of individual hard work, became politically corrupt and greedy,

I just read a book last week outlining why those great nations of the past failed. It’s a must-read. It’s worth your time and maybe you can lend the book to a friend or family member who is straddling the fence on this most important election since our founding.

Living to the ripe old age of 90 may depend on your body size – both height and weight – as well as your level of physical activity, and seems to influence also a woman’s lifespan more than it does a man’s, according to a new study published Monday in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health, a BMJ journal.
The study found women who lived to 90 were, on average, taller and had put on less weight since the age of 20 as compared to women who were shorter
and heavier. No such association was seen for men. However, men saw more benefit from physical activity than women.

While the study is observational and cannot establish cause, the findings “provide interesting hints that men’s and women’s health might respond differently to BMI, height and exercise,” said epidemiologist David Carslake,
a senior research associate at the University of Bristol in the UK, who was not involved in the study. BMI, which stands for body mass index, is a measurement of body fat based on a calculation of height and weight.

In 1986 researchers asked over 7,000 Dutch men and women between age 55 and 69 about their height, current weight, and weight at age 20. Both genders also told researchers about their current physical activity, which included dog walking, gardening, home improvements, walking or biking to work and sports. The men and women were then sorted into daily activity quotas: less than 30 minutes, 30 to 60 minutes, and 90 minutes or more.
The groups were monitored until they died or reached the age of 90; of the 7807 participants, 433 men and 994 women lived to that age. Issues that could affect longevity, such current or past smoking and level of alcohol use, were also taken into account. Men and women in the study fared very differently when it came to the impact of body size and exercise.

However, women who were physically active for more than 60 minutes a day were only 21% more likely to live to 90 than those who did 30 minutes or less. And unlike men, there was no bonus for increasing activity. In fact, the study found that the optimal level of activity for women was 60 minutes a day.

Unless you are 65 or older or have underlying health conditions what the hell are you afraid of ? The science is showing that it’s better to get Covid-19 and have antibodies than take your chances on Non FDA approved experimental drugs. You could get the virus and have no symptoms. Why would totally healthy fit young people do that or obese people with 1 or more comorbidity who’ve never cared about their physical health or people over 75 when the average age of Covid-19 death is 81 & the average age of regular death is 82.

Controversial Critical Race Theory.

A Virginia county’s fierce debate over teaching children controversial critical race theory escalated this week at a school board meeting where a mother who survived the purge in Maoist China condemned what she called an effort to turn classrooms into ‘indoctrination camps’.

She likened CRT, which critics deride as a form of “neo-racism,” to China’s Cultural Revolution, a Mao-led purge that left between 500,000 and 20 million people dead from 1966 to 1976. She was six years old when the revolution started. The estimates vary greatly and many details have been shrouded in secrecy for decades.
Xi Van Fleet, who fled China at the age of 26 before settling in the United States, told members of the Loudoun County School Board that she is ‘very alarmed’ by the teaching of CRT, which she says ‘trains children to be social justice warriors and to loathe their country and their history.’

‘I felt like it’s such a free country, meaning I have free access to all sorts of information – books on both sides of the issues,’ she stated.
However, now, Van Fleet says she feels that some of that freedom is being taken away, saying:’ I can’t really just say what I mean, even though the other side can say whatever. To me, and to a lot of Chinese, it is heartbreaking that we escaped communism and now we experience communism here.’
Over the past year, numerous public and private schools across the US have opted to incorporate CRT into their teachings – sparking a nationwide debate in which Loudoun County has emerged as a flashpoint.
The theory asserts that ‘institutions are inherently racist and that race itself…
is a socially constructed concept that is used by white people to further their economic and political interests at the expense of people of color’, according to Texas A&M University professor Tommy Curry.
While Loudoun County Public School officials say they are not officially using CRT in their classrooms, they have pledged to push for ‘equity’ and have begun using many CRT ‘buzzwords and concepts’.
That decision has angered many locals in Loudoun County – which is located just outside of Washington, DC, and is the wealthiest county in the entire country.

Van Fleet’s criticism was echoed by teacher Lilit Vanetsyan, who in her own fiery address Wednesday night accused school board members of enabling teachers with radically liberal lesson plans at the expense of students’ education and mental health.
Vanetsyan, who teaches in neighboring Fairfax County, Virginia, also spoke at Wednesday night’s meeting in Loudoun County – addressing not just school board members but also parents and students.
‘Parents, the longer that you wait and don’t have your child’s schools accountable, gives these guys more time to dictate what’s best for your child’s physical, mental, and emotional health,’ Vanetsyan declared.
She then also directly addressed students, saying: ‘You are on the front lines of these indoctrination camps. Challenge the staff when you are presented with a ludicrous statement, and do not allow anybody to tell you that you cannot accomplish anything because of your skin color, or to hate yourself because of your skin color.
‘Students, it is up to you to be the next generation of victims, or victors.’
China’s Cultural Revolution: A shutdown of debate, dissent and free speech that left 20M dead from 1966 to 1976
The Cultural Revolution was a violent political purge that occurred in China from 1966 – 1976.
During that time, Mao Zedong, Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party, tried to purge remnants of capitalism by shutting down debate, dissent and free speech.

**For ten years, Chairman Mao’s followers burned books, tore down statues and murdered millions loyal to the ‘Four Olds’ — old ideas, culture, customs and habits.**

COVID-19 variants have been dominating headlines for weeks.
First, it was B.1.1.7, a.k.a. the U.K. variant. Then, public health experts started warning about B.1.351, a strain that was first detected in South Africa, followed by reports of P.1, a variant that showed up in Brazil. There have also been reports of additional variants surfacing in other places—including in the U.S.—making it feel really, *really* hard to keep up.
Of course, these variants haven’t just popped up—they’ve started spreading—and that’s nerve-wracking to hear.

**Just know this:** It’s natural for viruses to have variants. RNA viruses
like SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, “can mutate when they replicate,” Thomas Russo, MD, professor and chief of infectious disease at the University at Buffalo in New York. “Most of these mutations have no functional consequence—it doesn’t change the virus’ properties or how serious a disease it causes,” he says. But, in some situations, a series of mutations can spread and create what’s known as a variant of the original virus.
Sometimes these variants don’t make any major differences in how infectious a virus is or how sick it can make you, Dr. Russo says. But, in other situations, variants can spread more easily and lead to more severe complications than the original strain. “Those are the ones we worry about,” Dr. Russo says.
Okay, but how many variants of COVID-19 are there? And how worried, exactly, should you be about the variants that are making headlines?
Doctors explain.
How many COVID-19 variants are there? And are they more deadly or contagious?
Technically, there’s no limit on how many variants a virus can have, and that includes SARS-CoV-2. “There are probably too many variants to count,” says David Cennimo, MD, an infectious disease expert and assistant professor of medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. That’s why he prefers the term “variant of concern” to help describe strains you should actually worry about.
“A variant is concerned if it seems to behave significantly differently from our usual, established norms clinically, in transmissibility, in severity,” he says. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has specifically listed the following variants as ones to be aware of:

**B.1.1.7, a.k.a. the U.K. variant**. This strain, which was first detected in England, has a large number of mutations. That includes a mutation in SARS-CoV-2’s spike protein that seems to help the virus attach to your cells more easily. As a result, Russo explains, it can spread more easily than the original SARS-CoV-2. In January, scientists from the U.K. presented evidence that suggests the variant may be more deadly compared to other strains. The virus has since been detected around the world, including in the U.S.
**B.1.351, a.k.a. the South African variant**. This variant has some mutations in common with B.1.1.7, including mutations in the spike protein.
As of right now, the CDC says, there is “no evidence” to suggest the variant has any impact on how severe a case of COVID-19 someone might experience. The variant was first detected in South Africa and was reported in the U.S. at the end of January.
**P.1, a.k.a. the Brazilian variant**. This variant was first detected in four travelers from Brazil who underwent routine screening at Japan’s Haneda airport. The variant has 17 mutations, including three in the spike protein. There is some evidence to suggest this variant is more infectious than other strains. The variant was detected in the U.S. at the end of January.

Dr. Cennimo calls these variants “the big players to date,” adding that
“each has shown an ability to become the dominant virus in the region.”
Will the COVID-19 vaccine work against these variants?
Research on the COVID-19 vaccines and how they react to each variant is ongoing but, so far, the data has been mostly promising.
Pfizer-BioNTech shared in a study published in late January that its COVID-19 vaccine was effective against both the U.K. and South African variants of the virus. They noted in a press release that “neutralization” against the South African variant in lab studies was “slightly lower” compared to the neutralization of the other viruses.
But, the companies said, this is “unlikely to lead to a significant reduction in the effectiveness of the vaccine.”

Moderna shared in a press release in late January that B.1.1.7 had “no significant impact” on the effectiveness of the vaccine. The South African variant, however, caused a “six-fold reduction” in neutralizing titers, a.k.a. antibodies. Still, Moderna said, the neutralizing titer levels against B.1.351 “remain above levels that are expected to be protective.”
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which is not yet authorized for use in the U.S., was found to be 66 percent effective overall at preventing moderate to severe forms of COVID-19 and up to 85 percent effective for preventing severe disease in phase 3 clinical trial results that were recently shared.
The vaccine prevented people from being hospitalized or dying from the virus 28 days after they were vaccinated, according to a press release. However, the vaccine’s effectiveness varied depending on where it was studied: It was 66 percent in Latin America and 57 percent in South Africa, while it was 72 percent in America. While Johnson & Johnson didn’t explain why, Dr. Russo says different strains of the virus may be to blame.
“The vaccines may perform less well against certain variants,” he says.
“But we still believe it’s above the threshold to afford protection.”
The TL;DR: the South African strain seems to be the trickiest one for the vaccines as of right now—but they still seem to work against it.

**Can you get a new variant if you’ve already had COVID-19?**
It’s hard to know for sure. Dr. Cennimo cites data from the Brazilian city of Manaus to suggest people may be able to get re-infected. About 75 percent of the population was infected with SARS-CoV-2 by October 2020 but, since mid-December, the area had a surge of cases. Researchers found that the P.1 variant caused 42 percent of the infections. “We would have to assume that reinfection is possible,” Dr. Cennimo says.
Dr. Russo agrees. “At the very least, this suggests that the immunity afforded by natural infection is not optimal,” he says.
The good news in all of this is that the same COVID-19 prevention methods that have always worked in the past continue to work against these variants, Dr. Cennimo says. So, continue to practice social distancing, wear a mask when you’re around people from outside your household, and wash your hands regularly.
And, even though it’s hard when we’re a friggin ‘year into this pandemic, keep on doing your best to protect yourself and your loved ones from COVID-19. “People should remain vigilant,” Dr. Cennimo says.

To the most concerning COVID-19 strains

Though they are technically not alive, viruses are not unlike living plants or animals.

They can be bred, and they can mutate; over months and years, they evolve into new things. At some point in November 2019, there was one human on Earth who had been infected with SARS-CoV-2. Now, the virus has passed through millions of bodies, and replicated trillions of times. It is the nature of RNA viruses to change and evolve gradually — thus, the SARS-CoV-2 virus that infected patient zero has spawned numerous variants as it multiplied through the human population.

“All RNA viruses mutate over time, some more than others,” writes Robert Bollinger a professor of Infectious Diseases at Johns Hopkins University.” For instance, flu viruses are particularly prone to mutation, which is why new strains circulate every year.

The novel coronavirus’s variants have sprung up all over the world, with some of the most prominent mutations appearing in England, South Africa, Brazil, India and California. As long as the coronavirus keeps spreading, it will keep mutating, which is why public health experts are pushing vaccination as a means to stop the spread and thus the mutations.

“One thing that has to be kept in mind is that the rest of the world is largely not immune, and the rest of the world has not really been vaccinated,” said Dr. Charles Chiu, a professor of infectious diseases at the University of California–San Francisco. “The reason why these variants emerge is because you have ongoing transmission, so until we’re able to curtail the pandemic globally, we’re going to continue to see the emergence of variants.”

The ultimate fear, then, is that one of these mutations will render one or more of the vaccines obsolete — thus launching a renewed vaccine arms race against a novel mutant strain. There’s no evidence that has happened yet; some variants seem slightly more resistant to some vaccines, but in general the vaccines seem to confer protection against most prominent strains so far.

Still, nobody knows for certain. But Monica Gandhi, infectious disease doctor and professor of medicine at the University of California–San Francisco, is optimistic that vaccines will continue to offer protection against mutant variants — mainly, because the reason has to do with the strong immune response induced by the vaccines.

“Even if you have a variant that has 13 mutations, like the Delta variant, you’re still going to get that lineup of lots of T cells that combat some of those variants,” said Gandhi. T cells are a type of roaming white blood cell that attacks and kills pathogens they find in the bloodstreams. “I do think T cell responses from vaccines will work against” these variants, she said.

Researchers and pharmaceutical companies are thus rushing to figure out if that’s true. As more and more variants appear, studies into how vaccines work against them follow. Now, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are five “notable” variants circulating in the United States. Here’s what each one is, and what we know about vaccine efficacy in each case.

B.1.1.7, a.k.a. the U.K. variant.

First identified in the United Kingdom in October 2020, the B.1.1.7 strain is said to be more deadly and more transmissible. It quickly became the most dominant strain in the UK, and is believed to be the cause of a deadly fall surge. It was first identified in the U.S. in December 2020; now, it is the most common source of new infections, according to the CDC.

How the vaccines work against it: According to data published in March 2021, overall efficacy for the AstraZeneca-Oxford COVID-19 vaccine is 61.7 percent against the B117 variant. Separate data from the Pfizer vaccine showed that it has overall 89.5 percent efficiency against the variant 14 days after the second dose. In an in vitro study, Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine produced neutralizing antibodies against the B.1.1.7 variant, according to a Nature study published in March 2021, but there was no specific efficacy percentage provided. Efficacy for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine remains just as strong against B.1.1.7, the company has previously stated, based on data from its Phase 3 clinical trial.

B.1.351, a.k.a. the South African variant.

This variant, which first emerged in Durban, South Africa in December 2020, initially alarmed scientists because the mutation of the virus happened at the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein — the little spikes that emanate from the surface of the virus like spines on a sea urchin — thus, disguising its appearance to the immune system. That was alarming to immunologists, because some vaccines work by training the immune system to recognize the Spike protein; if it is altered, some fear those vaccines may not work as well. In January 2021, health officials first detected it in the United States.

How the vaccines work against it: Unfortunately, according to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine in May 2021, two shots of the AstraZeneca-Oxford University COVID-19 vaccine were ineffective against mild-to-moderate infections of B.1.351. According to the study, it has a 10.4% effectiveness against the variant. However, none of the people observed in the study with mild-to-moderate infections were hospitalized.

However, a separate study published in May in The New England Journal of Medicine showed that both the messenger RNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna, are effective against the variant based on data from Qatar.

For the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, the single shot is reportedly 57 percent effective against the B.1.351 strain based on data from South Africa. Notably, while some people still had mild to moderate infections, nobody was hospitalized.

P.1, a.k.a. the Brazilian variant. (a.k.a. the “Gamma” variant)

This variant, which has three mutations to the spike protein, was initially found in travelers from Brazil who were tested during a routine screening at an airport in Japan in January 2021. This variant is believed to be the cause of a resurgence of infections in Brazil in some people who had COVID-19 antibodies, suggesting that this variant can evade natural immunity from a previous infection.

How the vaccines work against it: According to a study published by Oxford University in the journal Cell, the antibody response from the Astrazeneca vaccine in blood samples of people with the P1 variant was reduced three times — but it wasn’t as low as the efficacy against the B.1.351 variant. A paper published this week in Nature reported that those who were vaccinated with two doses of the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine were able to neutralize the P1 variant.

Moderna recently released data from a phase 2 study showing that a single dose of the Moderna vaccine as a booster, in fully vaccinated people, neutralized the P1 variant.

From data collected in South Africa, where the P1 strain has been circulating, experts believe that the single-dose Johnson & Johnson shot is still effective at preventing severe outcomes from the P1 strain, while less effective at preventing mild to moderate infections.

Variants B.1.427 and B.1.429

Both of these strains were identified in California in 2021, and they seem to spread more quickly and lead to more hospitalizations, according to the CDC.

How the vaccines work against them: Unfortunately, there is little information currently about these variants and the effect of vaccines on them. The CDC states that studies suggest that the current authorized vaccines in the U.S. work on these variants, but studies are still ongoing. (This story will be updated as more information about these two variants is revealed through research.)

Variant: B.1.617.2 (known as the “Delta” variant)

According to the CDC, the Delta variant accounts for more than 6 percent of sequenced virus samples in the United States; a month ago it accounted for only slightly more than 1 percent of sequenced samples. It was first detected in February 2021 in India, and has been declared a “variant of concern” by the World Health Organization. Experts believe it is more transmissible and can lead to more hospitalizations.

How the vaccines work against it: According to early data published by Public Health England (PHE), the AstraZeneca vaccine was 60 percent effective against the variant after two doses, and the Pfizer vaccine was 88 percent effective.

While there haven’t been studies on Johnson & Johnson and Moderna, there is evidence to suggest that the Moderna vaccine can neutralize the Spike protein of this variant. According to the Washington Post, Dr. Anthony Fauci said the protection from the variant with two Moderna shots is likely similar to the effectiveness of the two Pfizer shots.

These 5 States in Danger From New COVID Variant

Experts agree: The worst of the COVID-19 pandemic seems behind us. Nationwide, the seven-day average of new coronavirus cases has fallen from a high of over 259,000 on Jan. 8 to just over 14,000 on June 12.

But there’s still some serious cause for concern: The Delta variant of the coronavirus (formerly known as the Indian variant) is up to 70 percent more contagious than the first versions of the virus.

And although all of the two-dose COVID vaccines have been found to be effective against it, Delta reduces the protection after one dose by almost 20%. That means people who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated are at increased risk of catching the variant—should it become as widespread in the U.S. as it is now in Europe—and potentially being hospitalized or dying from it.

Right now, the Delta variant accounts for about 6 percent of infections in the US and 91 percent in the UK. “We don’t want to let happen in the United States what is happening currently in the U.K., you have a troublesome variant essentially taking over as the dominant variant,” said Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious-disease expert, late last week. “We have within our power to [prevent] that by getting people vaccinated.”
