Chaos & Kindness

We all have times we get off centered & flustered with our everyday walk in life.

In this day and age of Christmas Day RV Bombings, with the non-sense of Antifa and BLM acting out without just cause and a stooge government in Washington DC (also fighting about Socialism being the next best thing.) As we all know liberals aren’t playing with a full deck. I keep telling every body that their brains may be taken over by too many GMOs in their diet (we all know something has to be influencing their thoughts.)

How gmos influence your thoughts. As the prevalence of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) continues to rise, there has been an increasing public interest for information concerning the safety of these products.

Concerns generally focus on how the GMO may affect the environment or how it may affect the consumer. One specific concern is the possibility for GMOs to negatively affect human health. This could result from differences in nutritional content, allergic response, or undesired side effects such as toxicity, organ damage, or gene transfer.

Spiritual consciousness is, on the whole, very adventurous and all about pursuing our deepest, most fulfilling dreams. Being with nature opens us up to divine experience. Fundamentalists from every religion have to be replaced, have to be disempowered. I call it the birth vision – what we are called to accomplish. My vision was back in Spring 2006: a blog that would help cancer patients read about cancer survivor and Science of Cannabis along with other health issues. If we follow a calling, we help spiritualize the planet.

It’s about really having a God connection: a connection with a divine purpose behind the world and flowing forth out of that in a positive way. Love and moving toward making a contribution that pushes forth the evolution of the world.

What I need in order to stay creative and centered is a certain amount of distance from the madding crowd. You cease to be your best self if you’re running too fast. I try not to recommend too many books, frankly, because I think there’s a certain synchronicity that happens when people discover books.

When author and therapist James-Redfield self-published his first novel in 1993, the grounds well of enthusiasm from booksellers | readers made The Celestine Prophecy one of the most successful self-published books of all time. Since 1994, when Warner Books published The Celestine Prophecy in hardcover, this adventure parable about a spiritual journey to Peru has become one of modern publishing’s greatest success stories.

According to Publishing Trends, The Celestine Prophecy was the #1 international bestseller of 1996 (#2 in 1995). In 1995 and 1996, it was the #1 American book in the world. This phenomenal novel spent over 3 years on the New York Times bestseller list and also appeared on bestseller lists around the world.

James Redfield was 43 when he published The Celestine Prophecy, which chronicles Nine Insights into a greater spirituality. He has been keenly interested in human spirituality all his life. Born on March 19, 1950, he grew up in a rural area near Birmingham, Alabama. From an early age, he was motivated by a need for clarity about spiritual matters. Brought up in a Methodist Church that was loving and community-oriented, he was nevertheless frustrated by a lack of answers to his questions about the true nature of spiritual experience.

As a young man, he studied Eastern philosophies, including Taoism and Zen, while majoring in sociology at Auburn University. He later received a Master’s degree in counseling and spent more than 15 years as a therapist to abused adolescents. During this time, he was drawn into the human potential movement and turned to it for theories about intuitions and psychic phenomena that would help his troubled clients. All along, Redfield was forming ideas that would eventually find their way into The Celestine Prophecy.

In 1989 he quit his job as a therapist to write full-time, synthesizing his interest in interactive psychology, Eastern and Western philosophy, science, futurism, ecology, history, and mysticism. Using an adventure parable approach has been called “part Indiana Jones, part Scott Peck,”  The Celestine Prophecy created a model for spiritual perception and actualization that resonated with millions of people and focused on the mysterious coincidences that occur in each of our lives. Disdaining the spotlight himself, Redfield proclaimed in The Celestine Prophecy that each of us must intuit his own spiritual destiny.

Millions of people have benefited from reading the “Celestine Prophecy” by James Redfield and have found a new awareness of synchronicity and spiritual energy, for which he is to be warmly thanked, but James Redfield, in his new book the “Celestine Vision”, has, like all gurus, revealed his clay feet.

James, in his new book, has criticized Isaac Newton, unfairly, due to lack of information, and then fallen into the same trap himself, without seeing his own mistake – that of intellectualizing things that can only be discerned in total and genuine humility (see Nature and Grace) and with a child-like attitude and faith.

It is very easy for the human “Self” to see and criticize the faults and mistakes of others, which, whilst focusing on others, keeps their focus off their “Self” (Ego) and keeps them blind to it and their own mistakes, which is why the “Self” always looks out and never in. It does this to protect itself because if it looked at itself, it would deflate by seeing the truth about itself, instead of inflating and growing by criticising others.

I am writing this article not to criticize James Redfield but to thank him and help him and the millions of people who have enjoyed his books and been spiritually awakened by them, not to fall into the same trap that he has fallen into and to simplify his/their search for him/them.

It is to be hoped that James Redfield does not react in the same way that he has quite rightly accused others of doing, in his section on paradigm, in his Celestine Vision and thereby reject my advice:-

“This is exactly what occurred in the blind allegiance to the Newtonian paradigm. Kuhn’s thesis also illuminated the problem of
personal investment in science, revealing the way scientists often make their careers from particular discoveries, usually at universities or private institutes, and then tend to defend these theoretical positions – seeing them as the source of their personal status – against newcomers with different ideas, even if these ideas are objectively better and more complete.”

Fortunately James Redfield has, in his new book, used intellectual terminology that itself will have put-off many people from reading past the first few pages, so that they will then not be misled by the rest of the book, into believing that the fear and evil of negative energy/Darkness do not have a single supernatural source of origin, totally opposed* to God, from Whom comes the peace and love of positive energy/Light.

First of all no-one needs to spend their time analyzing every situation into control dramas and being afraid of being controlled and losing their energy and getting complexes and being obsessed with stopping people taking their energy, because there is an inexhaustible supply that does not come from plants or from other people, which is freely-available to everyone for them to give to everyone and never run out of it themselves.

No-one needs to waste their time playing these futile and evil mind-games as James Redfield suggests. All you need to do is remove your own self-interest and ego and then receive and pass-on and thereby feed everyone who needs it (and that means everyone on Earth), with the positive energy that alone will feed and heal them and the world, directly from the source of that positive limitless energy – God.

There is no spiritual energy from plants, only calories from food-plants and increased oxygen levels when you are near trees and plants, as they purify the air and increase its oxygen level, so that the body is more energized, rather than the spirit within the body. Just as a car runs better; smoother; faster; is more responsive when running on better fuel and a finely-tuned petrol to air mixture ratio, so the human body runs better on purer air with a higher oxygen to nitrogen ratio; but there is no spiritual energy from plants.

Forget all this nonsense about getting energy from plants and stealing it from others. Learn to plug into the Divine source; remove the self or ego that blocks the channel and then feed everyone you meet with as much positive energy/Light (the Force) as they need, without ever losing your own supply, unless you allow your ego to separate you from God and thereby cut off your Divine energy supply (The Force), that fills you and overflows to others, once your ego is removed from blocking the Divine-energy-flow.

Cure to Cancer

Be like the sunflower so that even on the darkest of days you stand tall and find the sunlight Sunflower

Life is not about expecting, hoping and wishing… life is about doing, being and becoming.
What you see is what you get.. if you don’t want the truth don’t ask. God, family, country.
Model your life after the sunflower. Be like the sunflower
When times are tough, make sure that you stay focused on the positive things in the same way that the sunflower keeps its face turned towards the sun. These unique flowers are not only pleasing to the eye, but they can teach us some important lessons about life. Do your best to mimic the brightness of the yellow petals in your demeanor and the way that you treat people. Remember to stand tall the same way the sunflower does. Don’t be afraid to show the world all the things that make you unique and special.  What’s your biggest takeaway from these beautiful sunflower quotes?

During difficult days, sometimes we just need to stand tall and press our face to the sun – like the stately sunflower. Seeing a field of giant yellow flowers can’t help but make us smile. Poets and writers have penned odes to this grand flower for decades. English poet, William Blake, wrote about them in “Ah! Sun-flower” in 1794!  Sunflowers are at their peak July, August, and September and are perfect for summer and fall flower arrangements. For a big (no pun intended) impact in your garden, plant sunflowers  for some happy inspiration every day. They come in other colors, too, and according to our own Grumpy Gardener, they are the easiest flower to plant.

Maybe I’ll even grow one to rival the 30 ft. Guinness World Record  holder grown by Hans-Peter Schiffer in 2014! While we’re spending more time with family right now, maybe grow your own sunflowers or even take a drive to a sunflower field near you.  Circumstances may appear dire, but keep the faith. Faith can move mountains – For we walk by faith, but not by sight. It can make the impossible possible.- 2 Corinthians 5:7 –  How many cancers do you think have been curable for decades but were just too profitable to end?

UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH

This Is The TIME OF AWAKENING! Universal FORCES Are Lining Up To Give You A SIGN!!
The Globalist Elites want to have Biden in the White House so they can push through their “Great Reset”- or New World Order in other words.

IT IS NOW NO LONGER AMERICA – VS’s – COMMUNISM.
IT IS NOW THE ENTIRE WORLD STANDING WITH AMERICA – VS’s -COMMUNISM…
The Hegelian dialectic is the ridiculous idea that constant conflict and continual merging of opposite ideologies, as established by extreme right or left belief systems, will lead spiritual mankind into final perfection. Covid-19 is just the introduction to a whole agenda of viruses.
. They will continue to play this card since they have succeeded, in most part,
by using Covid-19 to control the people. This is live exercise #1
The real question is why?

Could this be a ritual, a form of initiation into the Covid deception plan?

If anything long term it seems like my allergies have worsened. Nothing like the problems had by some. I’m in the 99.8%. I had the same thing: A loss of taste & smell which rinsed with mouthwash several times a day, Dry Scratchy throat, that moved to head congestion, slight cough. At little decongestant, throat lozenges and Xlear sinus spray helped and augmented by warm salt water & soups.
And swollen legs which Baby Aspirin took care of …it wasn’t a death sentence.

Wish I could send some good old Jewish penicillin Chicken Soup, but hoping it passes quickly feels better. Xlear nasal spray that can be found at most cvs/Walmart / kroger is known to reduce the amount of covid 19 load in the nasal passages and can be used after onset of covid or prior to prevention. Just don’t let your dog get a hold of the bottle. It will kill dogs. I had it in April. Worse flu I ever had. 3 weeks of annoying flu and 4 days really tough. At least this is what I am reading!
During a phone briefing held by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, he said he is aware that
Dr. Anthony Fauci said the new mutation of COVID-19 that has spread across the UK
(Covid 20) is likely already in the US.  “This UK variant issue is a real issue,”  Cuomo said.  “There have been hundreds of mutations, yes. But one mutation can be deadly and that’s what everyone is worried about,” he added.

According to Cuomo, the state wants to test to see if the variant is here.
“If it’s here, we want to know, test and isolate it,” he said. Cuomo also noted that it is a complex test that higher lab capacity hospitals in the state can perform. “Any hospital with capacity to take the test, we will provide them with the ability and testing reagents,” he said. “If we find the variant, we want to know where it is immediately and we’ll take it from there. There’s no evidence that it’s in the state, but we know it’s moving globally and it’s likely here,”
On Monday, Dr. Fauci told Judy Woofruff on “PBS NewsHour”  that given the travel throughout the world, he would not be surprised if it is already in the United States.
“When we start to look for it, we’re going to find it,” he said, adding that “you have to make that assumption” that the mutated bug is in the US. “Certainly, it is not yet the prevalent one, the way it seems to have assumed that prevalent nature in the UK,” Fauci, added.

British Airways, Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic will require negative COVID-19

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday. Over the weekend, a growing list of European Union nations and Canada barred travel from the U.K. as a way to stop the spreading infections blamed on the new coronavirus variant.

Dr. Fauci Warns the New COVID Mutation is Here
During a week of highs (the Moderna vaccine was approved) and lows (COVID-19 becoming the nation’s third-leading cause of death), one frightening bit of news came from the U.K., where a new, seemingly more transmissible COVID-19 strain led the country to lockdown fully before Christmas. Will the mutation hit American shores? Is it already here? A WARNING ABOUT THE NEW COVID MUTATION
“Dr. Fauci acknowledged that he had slowly but deliberately been moving the goal posts.
He is doing so, he said, partly based on new science, and partly on his gut feeling that the country is finally ready to hear what he really thinks.” He’s making it up as we go. Dr. Fauci Said the New Mutation Might “Spread More Readily”
“It’s something you want to keep an eye out on,” he told Woodruff.
“You don’t want to just blow it off. Certainly not. You have to understand, though Judy,
that this coronavirus is an RNA virus. That’s the makeup, the genetic makeup, and these types of viruses tend to mutate a lot. Most of the mutations have no functional relevance.
This one has a suggestion that it might allow the virus to spread more readily.”

The new coronavirus variant spreading in the US, the UK, and elsewhere does not cause more severe illness, a major study suggests. Researchers studying the new B.1.1.7 coronavirus variant, believed to be more contagious, found it did not cause more severe disease in a sample of patients. The Public Health England study compared 1,769 people infected with the variant against 1,769 people infected with the “wild-type” virus.

They found no significant differences in hospitalization or death rates. The variant,
first identified in the UK in September, has been found in at least 18 other countries.
On Tuesday, the US confirmed its first known case of COVID-19 caused by the variant,
in a man living in Colorado. Visit Business Insider’s homepage for more stories.
A major study has suggested that the new, possibly more contagious coronavirus variant that has been spreading in Europe – and, as of Tuesday, in Colorado –
does not cause more severe illness or have a higher death rate.
Researchers from Public Health England, a government public-health agency, compared
1,769 people infected with the B.1.1.7 variant against 1,769 people with the original,
“wild-type” virus. They found no significant differences in hospitalization or death rates.
Susan Hopkins, the senior medical advisor to PHE, said that the research suggested the new variant “does not cause more severe disease or increased mortality” but that researchers were continuing their investigations.
The new variant was first identified in the UK in September and was responsible for a wave of new infections in December, prompting other nations to limit travel from the UK. It appears to be more infectious than the original variant of SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes the disease COVID-19. This theory was supported by the new PHE research.
The variant has since been identified in at least 18 other countries, including Germany, Sweden, France, Canada, and Japan.

On Tuesday, the US confirmed its first case of the variant, in Colorado.
The infected person, a man in his 20s, had no recent history of travel outside the US, the office of Gov. Jared Polis said. The man is isolating while authorities investigate the variant’s spread. This PHE trial was the first “matched” study of the new variant, meaning it compared two groups of subjects matched for age, sex, location, and time of testing, per the Financial Times. In total, 42 people with either the wild type or the B.1.1.7 variant were admitted to a hospital after infection – 26 people with the wild type, and 16 with the variant.
Twelve people with the variant had died, along with 10 with the wild type.

The differences were not statistically significant, the researchers said. Reinfection was not more likely in the variant group, the researchers said: Only two people had been reinfected within 90 days of their first infection, compared with three in the wild-type group. Fifteen percent of people who contact tracers identified as being in contact with somebody infected by the B.1.1.7 variant had caught it, compared with 10% of people found to have come in contact with other variants. The researchers said this supported the theory that the new variant is more contagious. So true in Britain they had to test every lorry driver going into France. Only 36 out of 15,300 tested positive. That’s 0.21 percent!

Dr. Fauci Said That Doesn’t Mean the New Strain is More Deadly.
As for that spreading readily, “we’re still seeking out evidence to prove or disprove that,
but let’s make an assumption that it is, in fact, making the virus more transmissible—even though it hasn’t been proven yet, it doesn’t seem at all to have any impact on the virulence or what we call the deadliness of the virus. Doesn’t make people more sick and it doesn’t seem to have any impact on the protective nature of the vaccines that we’re currently using.
So it’s something you take seriously, you keep your eye out on it and you do tests to
determine if there is more functional relevance than we seem to believe that there is.”

Dr. Fauci Assumes the New Mutation is Already in America.
“You have to make that assumption. Judy, when you see something that is pretty
prevalent in a place like the U.K., they’re also mutations that we’re seeing in South Africa and given the travel throughout the world, I would not be surprised if it’s already here. When we start to look for it, we’re going to find it. Certainly it’s not yet the prevalent one, the way it seems to have assumed that prevalent nature in the U.K., but we’re going to be looking for it right now. And I’m sure sooner or later, we’re going to run into it and find it.”

Dr. Fauci Said a Travel Ban “Might Be Premature.”
“It might be premature to do that,” he said. “I don’t think that that kind of a draconian approach is necessary. I think we should seriously consider the possibility of requiring testing of people before they come from the U.K .here. But I don’t think that there’s enough evidence right now to essentially lock down any travel from the U.K., but seriously, to consider the possibility that you might want to require people who are coming here to be tested within a period of time. You know, they’re 24, 36 or 72 hours before they get on
a plane to come to the United States.”

Studies find having COVID-19 may protect against reinfection.
By MARILYNN MARCHIONE,

Two new studies give encouraging evidence that having COVID-19 may offer some protection against future infections. Researchers found that people who made antibodies to the coronavirus were much less likely to test positive again for up to six months and maybe longer. The results bode well for vaccines, which provoke the immune system to make antibodies — substances that attach to a virus and help it be eliminated.
Researchers found that people with antibodies from natural infections were “at much lower risk … on the order of the same kind of protection you’d get from an effective vaccine,” of getting the virus again, said Dr. Ned Sharpless, director of the U.S. National Cancer Institute. “It’s very, very rare” to get reinfected, he said.

The institute’s study had nothing to do with cancer — many federal researchers have shifted to coronavirus work because of the pandemic. Both studies used two types of tests. One is a blood test for antibodies, which can linger for many months after infection. The other type of test uses nasal or other samples to detect the virus itself or bits of it, suggesting current or recent infection. One study, published Wednesday by the New England Journal of Medicine, involved more than 12,500 health workers at Oxford University Hospitals in the United Kingdom. Among the 1,265 who had coronavirus antibodies at the outset, only two had positive results on tests to detect active infection in the following six months and
neither developed symptoms.

That contrasts with the 11,364 workers who initially did not have antibodies;
223 of them tested positive for infection in the roughly six months that followed. The National Cancer Institute study involved more than 3 million people who had antibody tests from two private labs in the United States. Only 0.3% of those who initially had antibodies later tested positive for the coronavirus, compared with 3% of those who lacked such antibodies.
“It’s very gratifying” to see that the Oxford researchers saw the same risk reduction —
10 times less likely to have a second infection if antibodies were present, Sharpless said.
His institute’s report was posted on a website scientists use to share research and is under review at a major medical journal. The findings are “not a surprise, but it’s really reassuring because it tells people that immunity to the virus is common,” said Joshua Wolf, an infectious disease specialist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis who had
no role in either study.

Antibodies themselves may not be giving the protection, they might just be a sign that other parts of the immune system, such as T cells, are able to fight off any new exposures to the virus, he said. “We don’t know how long-lasting this immunity is,” Wolf added. Cases of people getting COVID-19 more than once have been confirmed, so “people still need to protect themselves and others by preventing reinfection.”

Lockdowns DO Nothing

When the American people decide to stand up the game is over!!!!
This is OUR America!

FIGHTING with TRUMP is

FIGHTING for your FREEDOM and FIGHTING for our USA!

You all have to watch this please Holocaust survivor and renowned human rights champion Vera Sharav: The Reason We Have This Pandemic

Excerpt from: An interview with Vera Sharav, Part One (3 min)

We The People have all the POWER, WE just forgot how to use it. However, We are no longer asleep. What they fear most: The People THAT ARE AWAKE. UNITY IS POWER. DIVIDED, WE ARE WEAK. ARE WE READY? YES, YES WE ARE! BE THERE!! MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
If we all take a stand we can do it but we have to do that together at 1 time. Even when President Trump wins back the White House we do the people we have a lot of work to do.

Communism has made its entrance into this country in disguise but not all Americans are being fooled. We must always plan.. If we choose to do as we see fit there is nothing they can do to stop us. That’s why they want us scared, they want us broke, they want us confined to small spaces, they want us shamed for no reason. We will Win! So. Let’s figure this out.
We best not let out drug dealers, gang bangers, thieves, wife beaters, all out of jail. And put in people who go to church and out to eat in jail. What kind of F*ckd up world will this become?

Freedom doesn’t require permission.
I am convinced too that none of this will end unless we each do our part and stand up for our fellow man. The government can only make examples of so many, if enough people keep going to restaurants, keep going to church, keep speaking up, maybe, just maybe, there is hope. This has been the case since the beginning. It is the fundamental principle of our Republic: “Consent of the governed”.

We should not consent to unconstitutional laws or attacks on our freedom.
Otherwise, they’ll continue trampling on our rights until they have total control.

Every freedom loving person, every person who values the Republic and rejects Chinese rule in the decades to come — every one of them needs to find a way to get to Washington on Jan 6th. Hitch a ride. Jump a train. Walk. Every citizen that can make it needs to get there. The sheep must rise to Fight Tyranny Like I keep saying we all have to band together to defeat this. We all need to be part of a Patriot group and/or stand together to be there when one of our fellow small business owners or fellow men needs us. Stand up and fight together else WE WILL LOSE IT ALL.

I always say this when crossing the street with someone else. “they probably will not hit both of us”. Sometimes, you must cross the street or you will lose your chance. There is strength in numbers. The gov’t is releasing criminals to cause more trouble, crimes and impoverished people ( those whose bread earners are killed by violent people). If you test positive for Covid-19 the prisoners will be released??? Or you will not be allowed in prison??

Yes peaceful civil disobedience. Open your stores up. Stop wearing masks. Go out have fun gathering in large crowds to be Americans again!! Even if you risk jail if you’re not being destructive or breaking any laws we will help you get out or pay off fines!! This is bigger than 1 person! I have said over and over until I am blue in the face: Governments can only govern with the consent of the governed. We cannot arrest all of y’all and the vast majority of
us are on your side to begin with, fighting against Democrat despotic tyrants.

Never underestimate the gullibility of people who, without thinking, believe the MSM would never lie to them, and if you do, you’re a conspiracy nut. “THOSE WHO WOULD GIVE UP ESSENTIAL LIBERTY, TO PURCHASE A LITTLE TEMPORARY SAFETY, DESERVE NEITHER LIBERTYNOR SAFETY AND WILL EVENTUALLY LOSE BOTH.” [B. Total Deaths: 336,761
Updated 12/28/2020 9:00 A.M.

State with one of the strictest lockdowns in the country has the most COVID cases
Democrat states upped the numbers by making a big deal of it then sticking recovering but still infectious patients in nursing homes. Like 60 percent of my state’s deaths were old people in nursing homes. Here are the 12 states listed with the strictest lockdown orders: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Jersey,  Rhode Island and Washington. What do they have in common? Democratic governors. I live here in New Mexico & Lujan Grisham is a dictator and
should be the 13th. NC is relatively strict. Governor Roy Cooper is a D!

How many of these places also have universal mail-in voting?
And what else do they have in common? They all took bribes from the world bank and IMF to impose strict covid-19 restrictions. The same bribe the world bank and IMF offered Belarus president to lock his country down and mandate mask wearing, which he rejected and blew the whistle on them. The people in those states should prevent those politicians from working. Barricades… Road blocks… Massive congregations of people.
Whatever it takes. If they can’t work & must submit to the lockdown,

why should the politicians be allowed to work & make a living?
L.A. has the strictest lockdown/mask mandates in the USA, yet has the worst Covid numbers. You’d think logic would dictate that lockdowns and mask mandates don’t work…. But instead of looking at what other states did that was working, Newsom doubled down on his failure!
Ohio has curfew 10:00, masks mandate, no mask on, no entry and will be asked to leave.
And they’re forcing business owners to make sure customers comply, If not they get caught allowing it they will be fined. Our governor is Rino DeWine. In Connecticut. It’s disgusting. By 930pm on a Saturday night it’s ghost town by ghost town. Livelihoods destroyed and worse is the amount of compliant people. Examine the accuracy of the vote to remove them and if accurate, impeach them for malfeasance and try to be dictators with no science
behind the lockdowns.

I live in Colorado D governor Denver is bad but the rest of the state pretty much does what we want in the rural areas and small towns. Massachusetts governor @CharlieBakerMA is a Rino! Ridiculous curfew and unnecessary mask mandate after 10 months of 2 weeks to flatten the curve. #scamdemic Add Minnesota to the list and Tyrant Timmy Walz! Sure restaurants can be open for outdoor dining at a reduced capacity…but it’s frickin Minnesota! Where It’s 15-20 degrees outside and there’s snow on the ground!

If you’re a resident of Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, or West Virginia who voted Republican in your state’s most recent gubernatorial race, did you also hope your vote would help facilitate the voluntary admission of more refugees from the third world?

If not, too bad, because that’s exactly what it did, thanks to an astonishing level of guilt-induced moral preening from eighteen (and counting) RINO squishes all too happy to put foreigners over the citizens who elected them to office.“ But, but, but,” you ask, “Aren’t Republicans supposed to be the ones taking the side of their own constituents over that of people across the globe?”

Ah, you’re probably thinking of a time, long ago and far, far away … back in 2015, when Republicans at least pretended to take a stand against former President Barack Obama’s policy of accepting and dumping Syrian “refugees” all over the country, public acceptance or even proper facilities and financing be damned. However, now that our side has real power, now that a Republican president has actually signed an executive order requiring state and local consent before they just dump refugees somewhere willy-nilly,
all of a sudden they’ve got cold feet.

It’s sort of like Obamacare 2.0, except worse, much, much worse – because as American Majority founder Ned Ryun said during a Friday night appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight, “This is how red states become blue and how America ceases to be America.”
As one would expect, the left is paying attention. In an article for Washington Monthly titled “Republican Governors Are Rejecting Trump’s Anti-Refugee Agenda,” Nancy LeTourneau seems surprised even as she gloats about the then-fifteen governors who had signed on.

“What we are witnessing is that a group of Republican governors (many of whom represent very red states) are rejecting Trump’s white nationalist-inspired anti-refugee agenda,” LeTourneau writes. In case you’d like to contact any of them, here’s the ever growing list of Republican governors who have roundly rejected the Trump agenda on this issue and asked for refugees to be resettled in their states: Doug Ducey, Arizona – Asa Hutchinson, Arkansas – Brad Little, Idaho – Eric Holcomb, Indiana – Kim Reynolds, Iowa – Larry Hogan, Maryland – Charlie Baker, Massachusetts – Mike Parsons, Missouri – Pete Ricketts, Nebraska – Chris Sununu, New Hampshire – Doug Burgum, North Dakota – Mike DeWine, Ohio – Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma – Kristi Noem, South Dakota – Bill Lee, Tennessee – Gary Herbert, Utah – Phil Scott, Vermont – Jim Justice, West Virginia

The National COVID-19 task force

Dr Roger Hodkinson …. Dropped some truth about the Covid-19 pandemic.
His expertise is of a viral pathologist.

He raises some very damning questions and puts out there how this may be
political more than an actual legit pandemic
EXPOSED: DR. DROPS COVID TRUTH (bitchute.com)
According to an analysis by a team of experts in the past five months,
People over 60 almost 20 times as likely to die of COVID-19 as young people: COVID-19 patients aged 31 to 45 had 2.4 times the mortality risk of those aged between 19 and 30, while people aged 46 to 59 were 8.5 times more at risk. Task force spokesman Wiku Adisasmito said during a virtual press conference on Tuesday that the mortality risk was 19.5 times higher for COVID-19 patients aged 60 and above. The research, which was published on PLOS One, also shows that COVID-19 patients with pre-existing kidney diseases have a 13.7 times higher mortality risk than patients without kidney diseases.
Wiku also noted other comorbid factors that put COVID-19 patients at higher risk of death, including heart disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. According to the study, the mortality risk of COVID-19 patients with heart diseases is 9 times higher, while the mortality risks of patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension is 8.3 and 6 times higher, respectively. Wiku further explained that COVID-19 patients with one comorbidity factor had a 6.5-fold higher mortality risk, while the risk for patients with two comorbidity factors was 15 times higher.

Wiku said the findings showed which groups should be prioritized. “If you fall in a high-risk category or live with someone who does, then you need to implement strict health protocols,” he said, referring to the 3M protocol of menggunakan masker (mask-wearing), mencuci tangan (hand-washing) and menjaga jarak (physical distancing).

Why are older people more at risk of coronavirus?

Previously, National COVID-19 task force chief Doni Monardo has said that 92 percent of COVID-19 patients in certain regions of the country had comorbidities, putting them at a high risk from the disease. “Based on data in the past six months, up to 92 percent of patients in some regions have comorbid factors, with diabetes being the most common one,” he said during a public discussion on Sept. 16, as quoted by kompas.com.

He added that the province with the highest number of COVID-19 patients with diabetes was East Java. “COVID-19 is very lethal to the high-risk group [the elderly and patients with comorbidity factors],” he said.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has also warned that elderly people – those aged 60 and above – especially those with comorbidity conditions like diabetes and high cholesterol, are more at risk from COVID-19. Older people are more prone to serious complications from COVID-19 because of physiological changes associated with aging, weaker immune function and multi morbidity, according to the WHO. The United Nations health body has said that 95 percent of COVID-19 deaths in Europe are among people over 60, while the United States’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has estimated that eight out of 10 deaths reported in the US affects adults aged 65 and above.

Soedarsono, the senior pulmonologist and the head of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases at the COVID-19 referral hospital Dr. Soetomo in Surabaya, East Java, said fatalities were indeed more common among the elderly with comorbidity factors, but there had also been cases of young adults with such factors succumbing to the disease. “Young patients aged between 30 and 40 years have died as well, mostly because of underlying health conditions. Young people without such conditions have a higher chance of recovering. The most common conditions are hypertension, heart disease and diabetes,” he told The Jakarta Post on May 16.

Forget COVID-19. This doctor is worried about ‘COVID-20’
After the Baby Boomers are killed by COVID-19, the new strain of coronavirus that
will be released by Millennials and Gen Zers is COVID-20, intended to kill off their parents’ generation so that no one can stop them from taking over the world.
COVID-19 rocked! Those Baby Boomers were fucking everything up for our future!

Totally! And we’ve got COVID-20 so no one else can stop us!!!
WESTMINSTER, London, England, December 14, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) —
Britain’s Health Secretary announced today that a new variant of the Covid-19 coronavirus has been detected in the country. Matthew Hancock, the Conservative government’s Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, told the House of Commons that the “new variant of Covid-19 had been identified over the last few days. He believes it may be connected to “the faster spread [of the virus] in the south-east of England.”

“Initial analysis suggests that this variant is growing faster than the current variant,” Hancock said. Over a thousand cases with this new strain of coronavirus have been identified in the U.K., he added, mostly in the south of England although “cases have been identified in nearly 60 different local authority areas” (regions). It is apparently spreading rapidly.
Britain has informed the World Health Organization of the development.
Hancock stressed that the mutation was not likely to be more dangerous than the original virus and that it would probably also respond to the vaccine. At present, the United Kingdom has begun it’s COVID-19 vaccine roll-out, beginning with giving the elderly and health care workers the Pfizer vaccine. The Health Secretary also asserted that residents of Britain
must “follow the rules” and “take personal responsibility not to spread this virus.”
Following an uptick in “positive” coronavirus tests in the city of London, on Wednesday the nation’s capital will be placed in “Tier 3”, the most restrictive of England’s lockdown zones. This means that all indoor entertainments and hotels in London will have to close, and that restaurants will once again have to offer only take-out and delivery services.
We’re now embroiled in the COVID-20 “syndemic,” says a provocative commentary in Disaster Medicine and Public Health Preparedness. Syndemics are clusters of multiple diseases that exacerbate each other and are often fueled by socioeconomic details like poverty and health disparities. James J. James, MD, PhD, MHA, the former director of the American Medical Association’s Center for Public Health Preparedness and Disaster Response, argues that while the epidemic began as a singular virus with public health officials aiming to contain and mitigate it, this is no longer the case:
Collateral damage from social isolation and school and business closures is enormous, resulting in a domino effect of problems such as mental health struggles and stopped treatments.
Some populations, such as elderly, Black, and poor communities, are much more vulnerable to severe and lethal outcomes, and those communities require interventions far beyond what the medical community can provide.
COVID-20 is a large-scale crisis that is deeply enmeshed in social and environmental factors. Simply containing and mitigating the virus is no longer an option, nor is it likely that a potent vaccine will be provided to much of the world’s population.
James notes that infection is now so widespread that perhaps we should consider the virus to be chronic and endemic, much like HIV/AIDS, and approached as such.
James hopes that a name change to COVID-20 will damper the sharp fear born of the early days of COVID-19 into a more rational discussion of ongoing risks, behaviors, and responses, as well as nudge media to stop reporting COVID-19 cases as raw numbers, which he says does not adequately convey the context.

Officials across the U.S. urged calm and continued caution Sunday, following the identification of a new strain of Covid-19 in the U.K.
Researchers in the U.K. estimate that the variant could be as much as 70% more transmissible than more established strains. Some of the changes are on the spike protein on the surface of the virus, potentially enabling it to more easily cling to and enter human cells.
Scientists don’t believe it is any more deadly.

The new strain was first detected in England in September and was identified last week.
The European Centers for Disease Control said Sunday that a few cases of the new strain had been reported in Denmark, the Netherlands and possibly in Belgium.
A similar mutation has appeared in South Africa, scientists said.

Dr. Moncef Slaoui, the chief science adviser for Operation Warp Speed, the U.S. government’s coronavirus response program, said on CNN’s “State of the Union” that health officials don’t know whether the new strain is already in the U.S., but they are closely watching it.

He noted that viruses mutate frequently and RNA viruses such as the coronavirus are particularly susceptible to changes. However, the protein cannot mutate very much, so the mutations are unlikely to affect the efficacy of vaccines.

“Up to now, there hasn’t been a single variant that would be resistant to the vaccine,”
Dr. Slaoui said.

U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams said Sunday that the mutation doesn’t mean the virus is more dangerous. “We don’t even know if it’s really more contagious yet or not, or if it happened to be a strain that was involved in a super-spreader event,” Dr. Adams said.
He said on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” that there weren’t any indications it would affect efforts to vaccinate people.

Some countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy, raced to ban travel from the U.K. after it announced new shutdowns Saturday. The top U.S. official overseeing coronavirus testing said he didn’t foresee a quick U.S. ban on travel with the U.K.

“I really don’t believe we need to do that yet,”
Adm. Brett Giroir said on ABC News’ “This Week.” “We have not seen a single [virus] mutation yet that would make it evade the vaccine.”

The U.S. State Department recommends travelers reconsider visiting the U.K., while the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends against going there.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, on a call with reporters Sunday, slammed U.S. health officials for not taking a stronger stance against U.K. travel, saying the U.S. should consider a ban on flights or, at minimum, require travelers be tested for the virus. He called it a repeat of the spring when flights from China were halted before flights from Europe.

“Other people are banning people coming in from the U.K.; we have six flights a day
coming in from the U.K. and we are doing absolutely nothing,” said Mr. Cuomo, a Democrat. “Today, that variant is getting on a plane and landing at JFK. How many times in life do you have to make the same mistake?”

The governor said that the possibility the new virus may already be here
“kept me up last night.”

Dr. Erica Pan, California’s acting health director, said the state is seeking more information
about the new strain, including why British scientists believe it is more transmissible,
but called that finding a concern. “It’s just another point of this virus continuing to keep us all on our toes,” Dr. Pan said.

Dr. Pan said California’s system of tracking the genome sequencing of Covid-19 cases hasn’t seen any evidence of the U.K. strain there, but if people are continuing to travel it could arrive at any time. She said that refraining from travel is important not just to keep from spreading Covid-19, but to keep new strains localized.

Aides to President-elect Joe Biden said his team would receive a briefing on the strain early in the week. Mr. Biden’s public health adviser and his choice for surgeon general, Vivek Murthy, said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that the strain “does not change what we do in terms of precautions,” adding that wearing masks, keeping physical distance and washing hands “are still the pillars of preventing Covid-19 transmission.” The only extra knowledge Biden will have about the Virus is what his handler tell him from China. So far the only information gave out is what the Trump Administration is already said and are doing.

Viruses mutate constantly as they replicate and spread.
Many variations don’t result in any functional changes, though sometimes one or
a series of changes can affect the infectiousness or the severity of a virus.
It is challenging to distinguish whether a specific variant becomes more prevalent simply by circumstance or something functional that makes it more virulent, scientists say.
“If it was just a random mutation that was becoming more common, I’d lean on epidemiological circumstance,” said Trevor Bedford, an associate professor in the vaccine and infectious disease division at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle.

Because the new strain does have some changes on the spike protein that could affect its function, “we have more concern that something real is going on,” said Dr. Bedford, who is co-developer of Nextstrain, an open-source project that analyzes and tracks the genomes of pathogens including the new coronavirus. There is currently no evidence that these changes might mute the impact of the Covid-19 vaccines that are being rolled out.

A Moderna spokesman said that while studies continue, its data so far indicate its vaccine will likely work on the U.K. variant.

Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE are monitoring coronavirus mutations and working to generate data on how well serum samples from people treated with their vaccine are able to neutralize the new strain, a Pfizer spokeswoman said in an email.

Everybody’s Got To Learn Sometime

The energy behind words dictate the direction of the conversation.

Be wary of those who only want you to empty your own cup to fill theirs. Those people that want your support, your energy & your love but refuse to reciprocate any of that same energy back to you.

The whole point of being here is to learn about yourself and remember who you are. If you have the expanse of eternity always in front of you, why not go for a spin in skin on any old planet just…because? We’re only here for a few minutes, really.  Like going for a ride to see the trees in the Fall or the Christmas lights in December. We’re given ‘the veil of forgetting’ as part of the agreement to incarnate on Earth.

What’s Love got to do with medicine?

If Love Could Cure Cancer – Robyn O’Brien

You may think love is something special you find, something you share, or something you do… but the plain, basic truth when we think about it scientifically is that   Love is… Energy
  .

That’s it. Nothing special! Well, it actually is incredibly special.

Every energy has a distinct vibration. It has an effect. It moves things and changes them. Energy makes you feel a certain way depending on the frequency. It just so happens that the frequency of love has a powerful healing force that not only makes you feel warm and fuzzy, but can instantly heal disease. That’s right, literally, love cures cancer

There are decades of scientific studies demonstrating the power of love to heal the body. There are “prayer studies” where researchers assigned monks to send love to a group of hospitalized patients, and had a control group of patients who were not sent love. The prayed-for patients had shorter hospital stays, less complications and less need for medication than the not-prayed-for patients. Interestingly, the patients had no idea they were being included in a study or prayed for.

Does this demonstrate the healing power of Love?

Other love studies were done where mothers were allowed to physically nurture and hold their newborn preemie babies, while another group of babies were isolated in an incubator. The nurtured babies did better, healed faster, and required less interventions than the isolated babies.

Does that demonstrate the power of Love?

Lastly, studies have shown that patients hospitalized after traumatic brain injury who were surrounded by loving family in the intensive care unit, recovered faster and were more likely to survive than patients with similar injuries who were without visiting family.

Does love help the body heal?

When you think of love as a feeling, a relationship, or a thing, it’s hard to understand how it could possibly have an effect on your cells, your body, or your health. However, when you understand Love is… Energy and that it has vibration and affects every cell in your body, it becomes understand able that Love can have a healing effect on your cells.

The frequency of love can be felt, and has been shown to immediately increase hormones like oxytocin, endorphins and antioxidants. This assists cellular repair, improves delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, and helps toxic waste get dumped out of the body. So it’s easy to understand how this would support healing.

How can you harness the healing power of love?

Remember 2 things:

–  You cannot find love, you must create it. Stop looking for love outside of you, and start creating it inside.

–  The only way you can receive love is to first love yourself. It may be nice when it comes from others, but the capacity to have that happen can only come from you!

So whether you want to help your body reverse disease, lose weight, and feel vibrant…OR you want to enjoy a fun, loving connection with other people…it doesn’t matter. Find ways to cultivate the power of love in your life now.

Here are 3 steps:

1. Love Yourself. We’re going to get right to it, the hard and direct way because there’s not much time. Look yourself in the mirror, right in the eyes. Put your hand over your heart, and say: “I love you.” Keep looking. Mean it. (Did you do it?) Out loud! Yes, really!

Too simple? This exercise will rock your world. It’s for warriors only and you will never be the same.

2. Ask Yourself How You’re Doing

Forget about checking your phone, email, and social media 20 times a day. YOU are the most important person in your life, and your relationship with yourself is the only thing that really matters.

Every time you go to check in with your “world,” start instead checking in with yourself. Close your eyes, bring your attention into your body, and FEEL what’s going on. Is there tightness in your back, fluttering in your stomach, aching in your chest? Is there sadness? Is there longing? Is there despair?

There really is nothing more important and more healing than the gift of your own attention. Would you be willing to give this to yourself even for just a few minutes a day? You’re dying for it. Say yes!

Set your alarm for 3 times daily to check in with yourself and do that 1 minute assessment.

3. Agree to Love Everything

You know all those unacceptable parts you keep hidden? Maybe it’s your big thighs, your varicose veins, a pimple? Or maybe it’s the secret shame, fear or depression you keep trying to get over. Stop pushing these away and start giving them your love and acceptance.

I know this might seem crazy, like it’s going to make these problems worse because you stop trying to fix them, end them, or solve them. That’s okay because, guess what?  Love has the power to heal your life.

Love everything that comes up just for 1 week. Every time you feel overwhelmed, send your body love. Every time you think of your awful thighs, send your body love. Every time your lover hurts you and you feel broken, send yourself and your friend love. Practice love and you will find that not only does it heal your body, but you develop the ability to shine this love to everything in your life and allow it to transform.

Am I telling you to stop taking medications, using diet tricks, and protecting yourself so others don’t hurt you?…..

Just love yourself for asking this question and answer it yourself.

Ask: “What is the most loving thing I can do for myself right now?”

I can’t wait to hear your answer!

XO Love, Dr. Kim D’eramo

Actions done with love for yourself will be felt in your body in a healing way. Taking a nap or a walk because it feels good to you are great examples. Forcing yourself to do things that don’t feel right would have the opposite effect.

I often have a conversation with myself if there’s something I want to get done that I don’t feel like doing. I know exercise will be good, but I never force it. I ask my body: “What do you need?” and I will immediately know if taking it easy is going to serve me, OR if getting myself moving will help me feel better. I make loving myself the first priority then, not the exercise or work at hand.

A lot of people tell me: “I don’t know how to love myself,” but really, they’re just not practiced at asking their body what it needs and paying attention to that. See if you can develop that ability….then follow it and take those actions to nurture yourself!

To truly love, you have to love everyone even if they hurt you, even if they have different beliefs, even if they are strangers. You have to be so full of love that you simply cannot hate anymore. You will become enveloped in the Energy of a Love, and therefore, healthfully and spiritually invincible. I always try to remember that every person is on their own path in search of truth and consciousness.

That’s why Jesus said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” How many people do you know. . . .that simply can’t see how they act or how the decisions they male are wrong ? Each one of us sees the world differently because of numerous things. Our challenge is to live among all kinds of people and love them and all creatures of nature. Love animals because they have unconditional love, never judge you and do not fear death. They are ahead of us humans.

Thanks for this article. What I am going to write here is not mine, this I have gathered through various discourses by my Dr. Sunil Kale. Dr. Kale is a doctor and Spiritual Guru. Its very difficult for me to express in words what he is. However, in a few words …. If I want to describe him then, he can connect himself with nature (quantum field), he can converse with the quantum field, with his vocal sound (speech, singing, rendering, chanting) he can create the respective energies which we call Gods in Hinduism. Sadguru Dr Sunil Kale

Coming back to love. Love is the basic force on which this universe thrives.

Basic quality of every cell in our body is love. It knows only love when we are born. As we grow old, we learn to hate, get angry etc. now these things are new to our original cells, they get confused with these emotions and very slowly imbibe them. Once these cells imbibe these bad virtues, they start to hate each other and thus our body suffers with various diseases. Autoimmune disease in the example of confused cells. Scientists did many experiments on this. In one experiment, scientists took out healthy cells of healthy man, they showered gamma rays on them and made them cells with cancer.

Then these cells were put in a box where they had no connection with the inner as well as outer world. Then 5 good people were asked to extend their love to these cells. It was found after a few days that 88% of cells were cured. But the question was why 12% of cells were not cured, it had something to do with Karma. Their karma was such that they were not accepting love energy. Cleansing of this karma was necessary, hence some good money was donated with a wish to clean the karmas. After this love energy worked and all 100% cells got cured. This means love can cure cancer.

Our cells like love. In another experiment, scientists placed the cells in a petri dish between 2 groups of people. One group expressed love to the cells and the other group hated the cells. Cells flowed to the group who were expressing love or who had love in their heart.

The person who has studied cancer for so many years finally said that he can not differ between good cells and cancerous cells.

To conclude, we should have the heart of saints, we should possess selfless love in our heart for everything, love which does not expect anything in return.

This is all written in our books by Rishis. The above was explained by my Sadguru Dr Sunil Kale while explaining a stanza from the great book ‘Dnyaneshwari’ written by Saint Dnyaneshwar.

This song doesn’t get any better than in this original version.

Everything is a perfect harmony. The synth is so haunting. The chords of the synth keep echoing and last very long although the chords of the other instruments have already changed and thus it creates a haunting mystical disharmony. This gives it a special kind of melancholy that I love so much about this song. Without this synth I would miss something. That’s for sure. This haunting synth is perhaps one of the reasons why it will never get out of my mind.

The voice of the singer is beautiful and from the heart and you can feel this. It’s naturally sung with honesty — and feeling nothing – added to artificially which is another ingredient that makes the song so timeless beautiful. The solo improvisation sounds like a mixture of sax and violin ( at the end of the solo it sounds more like a violin) that seems to be played by a synth is also brilliant and every note that’s played seems to be perfect and matches perfectly the mood of the song. What a song. Will be in my heart forever.

The COVID-19 vaccines are bringing hope to fighting the pandemic,
but Dr. Kristamarie Collman, who’s a physician at Prose Medical,
says there’s a couple of things you should know.

First, she says, if you’ve heard the vaccine will alter your DNA, that’s not true.
“Patients have asked me numerous times ‘Doc, will this vaccine change or alter my DNA?’
and my response is, from what we know about how mRNA vaccines work, no.
They will not change or alter DNA,” Dr. Kristamarie said.

Secondly, For those who feel like they get the flu after getting the flu shot, Dr. Kristamarie says the COVID-19 vaccine, will NOT give you COVID-19.“What we do know from the data is there’s a potential for mild side effects with the current COVID-19 vaccine that we have. Those side effects may include fatigue, headache, some soreness or slight swelling at the site of injection, but otherwise, it should not include other side effects,” she said.

Another thing to note, she says though the specific vaccine was created in record time,
it’s foundation has a long history. “For almost 30 years, researchers have been looking at mRNA vaccines and it’s even been used in other trials for other viruses. Zika, flu, rabies as well,”
Dr. Kristamarie said. She also says even though we have a vaccine, we’re not in the clear.
Wearing masks and social distancing are still crucial safety measures.

Fact check: COVID-19 and influenza vaccines too different to be directly compared
By Reuters Staff ~ 12 MIN READ

Social media users have been sharing a meme which seeks to undermine COVID-19 vaccinations by casting doubt on whether it is possible to make a 95% effective coronavirus vaccine in 10 months, when the flu vaccine has been worked on for 70 years and is still only 40% effective. However, the two vaccines are different and cannot be directly compared. First, the vaccines are targeting different viruses as, although the flu and COVID-19 share some common symptoms, they are caused by different viruses. Second, the flu vaccine has to combat several influenza viruses which mutate whereas the COVID-19 vaccine targets just one virus. Third, there has been an unprecedented global and collaborative effort to advance the development of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The meme, shared hundreds of times on Facebook ( here ), shows a picture of
Bill Gates holding a vaccine with his face painted like the supervillain “The Joker” and says,
“Do you honestly believe that in 70 years of research and development we have a 40% effective flu shot but in 10 months a 95% effective Rona shot?”
At the time of publication. over 1.5 million people worldwide and over 282,000 people in the United States have died of COVID-19, according to a Reuters tally (here). COVID-19 infections in the United States were at their peak at the beginning of December 2020 with a daily death toll of over 2,000 (here). Reuters has previously debunked claims comparing the COVID-19 vaccine to other vaccines (here) and other claims related to the flu vaccine and coronavirus ( here ,  here ).

COMPARING COVID-19 AND FLU
COVID-19 and influenza are both contagious respiratory illnesses and share some symptoms
but they are caused by different viruses (here).
They both share symptoms such as coughing, fever and tiredness.
However, COVID-19 can also cause changes to sense of taste and smell, and seems to cause more serious illness in some people (here).
Influenza is caused by four types of influenza viruses, types A, B, C and D. Influenza A and B viruses such as H1N1 and H3N2 cause seasonal epidemics of the disease (here)). COVID-19 is a new disease caused by a novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 that has not been seen before in humans (here).

VACCINE EFFECTIVENESS
Multiple flu viruses usually circulate during one season. As such, the seasonal flu vaccine protects against three or four different flu viruses. In the United States, these are usually an influenza A (H1N1) virus, an influenza A (H3N2) virus, and two influenza B viruses in the vaccine (here).
Which influenza viruses the vaccines protect against is decided by research and surveillance predicting which will likely be the most common during the upcoming season (here).
However, as the CDC explains, flu viruses are constantly changing so it is not possible to predict this with certainty (here). To make this task more difficult, experts have to choose which viruses to include in the vaccine many months in advance for the vaccine to be produced and delivered on time.
The CDC says that while the flu vaccine effectiveness can vary, studies show that it reduces the risk of flu by 40% to 60%. The effectiveness depends on the age and health status of the vaccine recipient and the degree of match between the vaccine and the flu strain encountered ( here  ,  here ).
When one or more of the circulating viruses are different from the vaccine viruses, vaccine effectiveness is reduced.
The COVID-19 vaccine is targeting SARS-CoV-2 (here). Initial research suggests that there are at least six strains of SARS-CoV-2 but that the mutation rate is low and the virus shows little variability, making it easier to develop a vaccine ( here  ,  here ).
Final vaccine trial data showed that the COVID-19 vaccine produced by Pfizer Inc and German partner BioNTech SE was 95% effective with no serious side effects (here). Full results from a late-stage study showed that Moderna Inc S coronavirus vaccine was 94.1% effective with no serious safety concerns (here).
Britain’s AstraZeneca has announced an average efficacy rate of 70% for its vaccine and as much as 90% for a subgroup of trial participants who received a half dose first, followed by a full dose (here).
As of Dec. 2, 51 COVID-19 vaccines were in clinical evaluation, according to World Health Organization (WHO) data, and as of Nov. 24, five (including the three detailed above) were in large-scale phase 3 clinical trials for use in the U.S. ( here  ,  here  ,  here ).
The first round of vaccinations is expected to be administered in the United States as soon as the COVID-19 vaccines are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug administration, which will review Pfizer’s trial data on Dec. 10 and Moderna’s on Dec. 17 (here).
Pfizer’s trial involved over 43,000 people; 170 people contracted COVID-19 but 162 of these received a placebo (here). In the Moderna trial, more than 30,000 people were involved; 196 volunteers got COVID-19 but of these 185 had received a placebo (here).

VACCINE DEVELOPMENT TIME
Vaccines have to go through a number of stages before they are approved (here).
Scientists have managed to develop an effective vaccine for seasonal flu, but it needs to be renewed each year. This is because the body’s immune protection from vaccination declines over time and influenza viruses are constantly mutating, so new vaccines are needed annually to match the new strains ( here  , here ). As such, it is not correct to assert that scientists have been working on one single flu vaccine for 70 years. In fact, a vaccine against one flu strain can be made in a shorter amount of time than it has taken to develop the COVID-19 vaccine because flu vaccine manufacturers can use the same process as for the annual seasonal flu vaccine.
The coronavirus targeted by the COVID-19 vaccine is new and human coronaviruses do not yet have licensed vaccines or processes to build on (here).
Scientists have been able to draw on some knowledge gathered from the development of animal coronavirus vaccines (here) and from early vaccine research for severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), which are caused by coronaviruses closely related to SARS-CoV-2 (here).
However, this has not slowed progress because there has been a huge global effort to pool resources in order to accelerate the development and production of the vaccine (here).

In April 2020 the Access to COVID-19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator (here) was launched by the WHO and partners, bringing together governments, scientists, businesses, civil society, philanthropists and global health organizations to support the development and distribution of tests, treatments and vaccines. Operation Warp Speed has also been set up in the United States to invest in and coordinate vaccine efforts in order to help make and deliver COVID-19 vaccines as quickly as possible (here).
As the WHO explains, in the case of COVID-19, unprecedented financial investments and scientific collaborations have made it possible for some steps in research and development to happen “in parallel”. For example, they say that some clinical trials are evaluating multiple vaccines at the same time. The WHO points out that clinical and safety standards are maintained despite the acceleration (here).

VERDICT
Missing context. The influenza vaccine is less effective and has to be redeveloped each year because the vaccine targets multiple influenza viruses that are constantly mutating, whereas the COVID-19 vaccine is targeting one coronavirus, albeit a novel one. There has also been a global effort to accelerate the development of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Social isolation, loneliness

I don’t allow the world around me to dictate the level of faith that I have in God.

LIFE REALLY DOES TURN ON US WHEN WE REACH 50.
THE PEOPLE ALL AROUND US THINK THAT AGE IS A WEAKNESS.

People come into your life for a reason 🙂
Human beings are social creatures. Our connection to others enables us to survive and to thrive.
Yet, as we age, we lose our parents. close relatives & friends divorce happens and many of us are alone more often than when we were younger, leaving us vulnerable to social isolation and loneliness—and related health problems such as depression, cognitive decline, heart disease and emotions and cancer.

Life is a journey of exploration that never really gets there because ultimately I am finite.
Faith is about being comfortable with my doubts because doubt is part of my search for truth.
We live lives in which our egos dominate us and in which we live apart from the ground of reality that is God. Using an analogy from science, we experience only one side of reality — our bodies and the spaces around us — but if we were to look at reality at the molecular level, reality looks very different — what appears solid is actually made up mostly of space and the empty space around us is filled with particles.
The path to salvation thus becomes more like an awakening, an understanding, and an experience
of what is already here but we cannot see. The spiritual path (prayer, meditation, fasting, worship, etc.) becomes a mechanism to peel back the onion layers of who we are and what we think the world around us is, so that we can examine the power of God within ourselves, within others, and within existence itself. Salvation is an opening of our eyes and hearts, a new way of seeing the universe.
Faith then is not belief in a certain doctrine about Jesus, but a trust in using him as an example of what it looks like to live a God-centered life. Through the stories in the Gospels (whether or not the details are historical are irrelevant), we can understand the nature of God’s presence within the world and what a God-centered life looks like: a life of humility, compassion, love without boundaries, a life which experiences suffering and doubt, but a life that ultimately participates in the eternal power of God that transcends death.
We’ve all heard the expression “Try it on faith.” This doesn’t mean, “Believe me” but rather “Trust me, and experience it for yourself.” Faith is about testing, questioning, and doubting. In science these qualities lead to greater truths, why shouldn’t the same apply to religion? For me, religion is about embracing the unknown and the difficult — a journey of exploration that never really gets there because ultimately I am finite. Faith is about being comfortable with my doubts because doubt is part of my search for truth. Faith is not a closing of my eyes and mind to the real world, to science, to modern knowledge, or to experience, but it is the opposite:
an opening up and a new way of seeing.
Understanding evolves and changes with information; it is open and dynamic. The history of science shows us that whatever our beliefs and theories are today, they will probably be proved wrong over time, and we will then adapt our theories to the new information. Therefore when I pose the question at the top of this blog post: “What do you believe?” I do so as an invitation to explore your beliefs, to question them, and to engage in a deeper search for meaning that may mean confronting uncomfortable facts and evolving your views.

Definition of Proactive Aggression:

All emotions play a part in our mind ~ body ~ spirit.

But Perhaps no action in life stings more than betrayal. Betrayal can leave you angry & revengeful.

To feel betrayed, you had to trust someone enough to be hurt by their unexpected actions.
Recovering from this hurt can leave you unwilling to trust anyone in the same way for a long time.
The psychological effects of betrayal are broad, even affecting the stability of societies.
Trust is a basis for human existence, influenced by certain chemicals in the brain, such as oxytocin,
a body chemical that accelerates trustful feelings.

When going through your own betrayal, you can experience many related emotions.

Shock
The initial feeling most people experience when encountering a betrayal is shock.
You’re likely to spend weeks, months or even years in disbelief that the person who offended you
was capable of her actions. Oftentimes, trust is built over time and, based on witnessed behaviors,
it takes time to reprogram your brain about the nature of this person’s character.

Anger
After it settles in that your friend is capable of such a derogatory action, you are likely to experience some level of anger. It’s common to get mad about letting yourself trust a person who was so insensitive and be furious at the betrayer. You may even have vengeful feelings of wanting to get back at that person,
or hurt him in the same way he hurt you.

Grief
After the more caustic feelings of shock and anger dissipate, you may experience classic feelings of grief. If the betrayal is so great that you lose your relationship entirely, you may grieve that loss. You may grieve what you thought you had with this person, which can be more difficult than letting go of something that actually existed.

Isolation
If feelings of betrayal encroach greatly upon your sense of well-being, you may want to isolate yourself from others. Going out with your friends or making new ones seem less and less appealing. If feelings of isolation are allowed to go on for too long, you can even develop a social phobia.

Sadness/Depression
Feelings of sadness are common after experiencing a betrayal. It hurts to have your trust in a person annihilated, and it’s a logical progression of emotions to feel sad along the way. For those who don’t work out their feelings and allow them to fester, they may even slip into a more precarious state of depression.

Health Risks of an Inactive Lifestyle!

What is an inactive lifestyle?
Being a couch potato. Not exercising. A sedentary or inactive lifestyle. NOT getting out talking to NEW People. You have probably heard of all of these phrases, and they mean the same thing: a lifestyle with a lot of sitting and lying down, with very little to no exercise.
In the United States and around the world, people are spending more and more time doing sedentary activities. During our leisure time, we are often sitting: while using a computer or other device, watching TV, or playing video games. Many of our jobs have become more sedentary, with long days sitting at a desk. And the way most of us get around involves sitting – in cars, on buses, and on trains.

How does an inactive lifestyle affect your body?

When you have an inactive lifestyle,
You burn fewer calories. This makes you more likely to gain weight.
You may lose muscle strength and endurance, because you are not using your muscles as much your bones may get weaker and lose some mineral content. Your metabolism may be affected, and your body may have more trouble breaking down fats and sugars.
Your immune system may not work as well
You may have poorer blood circulation
Your body may have more inflammation
You may develop a hormonal imbalance
What are the health risks of an inactive lifestyle?

Having an inactive lifestyle can be one of the causes of many chronic diseases.
By not getting regular exercise, you raise your risk of:

Obesity
Heart diseases, including coronary artery disease and heart attack
High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Stroke
Metabolic syndrome
Type 2 diabetes
Certain cancers, including colonbreast, and uterine cancers
Osteoporosis and falls
Increased feelings of depression and anxiety

Having a sedentary lifestyle can also raise your risk of premature death.
And the more sedentary you are, the higher your health risks are.

How can I get started with exercise?

If you have been inactive, you may need to start slowly. You can keep adding more exercise gradually. The more you can do, the better. But try not to feel overwhelmed, and do what you can. Getting some exercise is always better than getting none. Eventually, your goal can be to get the recommended amount of exercise for your age and health. There are many different ways to get exercise; it is important to find the types that are best for you. You can also try to add activity to your life in smaller ways, such as at home and at work.

How can I be more active around the house?

There are some ways you can be active around your house:
Housework, gardening, and yard work are all physical work. To increase the intensity, you could try doing them at a more vigorous pace. Keep moving while you watch TV. Lift hand weights, do some gentle yoga stretches, or pedal an exercise bike. Instead of using the TV remote, get up and change the channels yourself.
But if your goal is to get a good night’s sleep, your best bet is to turn off the tube. One problem with bedtime TV watching is simply the temptation to stay up late to find out what happens next. Plus, violence, gore, or suspense may leave you feeling anxious and could contribute to the tossing and turning.

Work out at home with a workout video (on your TV or on the internet).
Go for a walk in your neighborhood. It can be more fun if you walk your dog, walk your kids to school,
or walk with a friend. Stand up when talking on the phone.
Get some exercise equipment for your home. Treadmills and elliptical trainers are great, but not everyone has the money or space for one. Less expensive equipment such as yoga balls, exercise mats, stretch bands, and hand weights can help you get a workout at home too.

How can I be more active at work?

Most of us sit when we are working, often in front of a computer. In fact, less than 20% of Americans
have physically active jobs. It can be challenging to fit physical activity into your busy workday,
but here are some tips to help you get moving:
Get up from your chair and move around at least once an hour.
Stand when you are talking on the phone.
Find out whether your company can get you a stand-up or treadmill desk.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Use your break or part of your lunch hour to walk around the building.
Stand up and walk to a colleague’s office instead of sending an email.
Have “walking” or standing meetings with co-workers instead of sitting in a conference room.

Fortunately, there are ways to counteract these negative effects.

NIA-supported researchers are studying the differences between social isolation and loneliness,
their mechanisms and risk factors, and how to help people affected by these conditions. “NIA is interested in exploring potential interventions to address social isolation and loneliness, which are both risk factors for poor aging outcomes,” said Lisbeth Nielsen, Ph.D., of NIA’s Division of Behavioral and Social Research.
Social isolation and loneliness do not always go together.
About 28 percent of older adults in the United States, or 13.8 million people, live alone, according to a report
by the Administration for Community Living’s Administration on Aging of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, but many of them are not lonely or socially isolated. At the same time, some people feel lonely despite being surrounded by family and friends. “A key scientific question is whether social isolation and loneliness are two independent processes affecting health differently, or whether loneliness provides
a pathway for social isolation to affect health,” Dr. Nielsen noted.
Health effects of social isolation, loneliness Research has linked social isolation and loneliness to higher risks for a variety of physical and mental conditions: high blood pressureheart diseaseobesity, a weakened immune system, anxiety, depressioncognitive declineAlzheimer’s disease, and even death. People who find themselves unexpectedly alone due to the death of a spouse or partner, separation from friends or family, retirement,
loss of mobility, and lack of transportation are at particular risk.
Conversely, people who engage in meaningful, productive activities with others tend to live longer,
boost their mood, and have a sense of purpose. These activities seem to help maintain their well-being and may improve their cognitive function, studies show.

Breaking ground in loneliness research.

Much of what we know about the causes and effects of social isolation and loneliness comes from the groundbreaking research of the late John T. Cacioppo, Ph.D., former director of the Center for Cognitive and Social Neuroscience at the University of Chicago and an NIA grantee.
Dr. Cacioppo’s research found that being alone and loneliness are different but related. Social isolation is the objective physical separation from other people (living alone), while loneliness is the subjective distressed feeling of being alone or separated. It’s possible to feel lonely while among other people,
and you can be alone yet not feel lonely.
A pioneer in the field of social neuroscience, Dr. Cacioppo passed away in March 2018.
His wife and collaborator, Stephanie Cacioppo, Ph.D., continues this work as assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral neuroscience at the University of Chicago and director of the university’s NIA-supported
Brain Dynamics Laboratory.
“The misery and suffering caused by chronic loneliness are very real and warrant attention,” she said.
“As a social species, we are accountable to help our lonely children, parents, neighbors, and even strangers in the same way we would treat ourselves. Treating loneliness is our collective responsibility.”
Although there is more to learn, the understanding of the mechanisms of action of loneliness and its treatment has increased dramatically since scientific investigation began more than two decades ago, according to Dr. Stephanie Cacioppo. Among the novel predictions from the Cacioppo Evolutionary Theory of Loneliness

is that loneliness automatically triggers a set of related behavioral and biological processes that contribute to the association between loneliness and premature death in people of all ages. Research is headed toward the systematic study of these processes across generations, Dr. Cacioppo explained.

Understanding the biology of loneliness.

Losing a sense of connection and community changes a person’s perception of the world.
Someone experiencing chronic loneliness feels threatened and mistrustful of others, which activates a biological defense mechanism, according to Steve Cole, Ph.D., director of the Social Genomics Core Laboratory at the University of California, Los Angeles. His NIA-funded research focuses on understanding the physiological pathways of loneliness (the different ways that loneliness affects how your mind and body function) and developing social and psychological interventions to combat it.
For example, loneliness may alter the tendency of cells in the immune system to promote inflammation,
which is necessary to help our bodies heal from injury, Dr. Cole said. But inflammation that lasts too long increases the risk of chronic diseases.
Loneliness acts as a fertilizer for other diseases,” Dr. Cole said. “The biology of loneliness can accelerate the buildup of plaque in arteries, help cancer cells grow and spread, and promote inflammation in the brain leading to Alzheimer’s disease. Loneliness promotes several different types of wear and tear on the body.
People who feel lonely may also have weakened immune cells that have trouble fighting off viruses,
which makes them more vulnerable to some infectious diseases, he added.
NIA-supported research by Dr. Cole and others shows that having a sense of mission and purpose in life is linked to healthier immune cells.
Helping others through caregiving or volunteering also helps people feel less lonely.
“Working for a social cause or purpose with others who share your values and are trusted partners puts you in contact with others and helps develop a greater sense of community,” he noted.

Researching genetic and social determinants of loneliness.

In another NIA-funded study, researchers are trying to understand the differences between social isolation
and loneliness and how they may influence health. They are also trying to identify potential interactions between genes and the environment of older adults affected by social isolation and loneliness.
Previous studies have estimated the heritability of loneliness between 37% and 55% using twins and family-based approaches. “Individuals who are not prone genetically to feeling lonely may, for example, suffer much less from social isolation, while others feel lonely even though they are surrounded and part of a rich social life,” according to Nancy Pedersen, Ph.D., a professor of genetic epidemiology at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. “We are also interested in understanding what role socioeconomic status plays in such associations.” Using data from twin studies, Dr. Pedersen and researchers found that both social isolation and loneliness are independent risk factors, and that genetic risk for loneliness significantly predicted the presentation of cardiovascular, psychiatric (major depressive disorder), and metabolic traits.

Family history does not strongly influence this effect.

“We need to identify people who are most prone to suffer from social isolation
and loneliness and those who would benefit most from interventions,” said Dr. Pedersen. “Interventions for social isolation may look very different from interventions for those who feel lonely.”
Beyond genetics, understanding social determinants of health, and the role of social and interpersonal processes in healthy aging and longevity, is another research direction at NIH. Scientists are beginning to apply this framework to research on social isolation and loneliness. “Future research will need to clarify the extent to which loneliness and social isolation are malleable, and if so, what are the most effective approaches? Demonstrating that we can move the needle on these risk factors is a critical first step toward developing effective interventions,” said Dr. Nielsen. Research is also needed to clarify how great a change in loneliness or social isolation is required to achieve a meaningful change in health, she added.

Living alone with cognitive impairment.

Older adults living alone with cognitive impairment—a growing and vulnerable population—face unique challenges. Elena Portacolone, Ph.D., assistant professor of sociology at the University of California, San Francisco, leads an NIA-funded study to understand their daily experiences, social networks, and decision-making ability, with the aim of designing culturally sensitive interventions to improve their health,
well-being, and social integration.
“Whereas most researchers of isolation study the personal traits and behaviors of isolated individuals, my research focuses on the role that structural factors (i.e., institutions, social policies, ideologies) play in exacerbating the social isolation of vulnerable individuals,” said Dr. Portacolone. “For example, in my prior investigation of older residents of high-crime neighborhoods, who were mostly African-American older adults, a tension emerged between participants’ longing to participate in society and obstacles
that made this participation difficult to attain.”

These structural obstacles included fear of being robbed, distrust of neighbors, limited availability of appropriate services, dilapidated surroundings, and limited meaningful and positive relationships. Having few friends or family members attuned to their concerns was another factor exacerbating social isolation. Study participants expressed a desire to be socially integrated, an idea that runs against the prevailing assumption that isolated older adults are alone by choice. Similar patterns emerge in Dr. Portacolone’s ongoing
investigation of older adults with cognitive impairment living alone.
“One African-American study participant told me of her tendency to lock herself in the bathroom during family gatherings to cry and ‘let the tension out’ because her family members realize how concerned she is about her memory loss,” recalled Dr. Portacolone. “Other participants with Alzheimer’s disease noted that their friends were less eager to see them after they shared their diagnosis.”
Another structural obstacle is limited affordable services that address the specific needs of cognitively impaired people living alone. Home care aides are seldom trained to support older adults with cognitive impairment, and their fees are often too high for most older adults on a long-term basis, explained Dr. Portacolone. In addition, some older adults with cognitive impairment have had their driver’s license revoked, but they do not get help with replacement transportation, which dramatically increases their isolation.
As a result, older adults with cognitive impairment living alone spend much of their time managing their household and their health, Dr. Portacolone said. They are often reluctant to show they need help because they fear being forced to move from their homes.
“The primary takeaway from this research is that interventions to increase older adults’ social integration should address not only their behaviors, but their overall surroundings. We need to concentrate our attention on the influence of social policies, institutions, and ideologies in the everyday experience of isolated older adults,” Dr. Portacolone said.

People who have good emotional health are aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
They have learned healthy ways to cope with the stress and problems that are a normal part of life.
They feel good about themselves and have healthy relationships.
However, many things that happen in your life can disrupt your emotional health. These can lead to strong feelings of sadness, stress, or anxiety. Even good or wanted changes can be as stressful as unwanted changes.

These things include:
Being laid off from your job.
Having a child leave or return home.
Dealing with the death of a loved one.
Getting divorced or married.
Suffering an illness or an injury.
Getting a job promotion.
Experiencing money problems.
Moving to a new home.
Having or adopting a baby.

Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. This is one type of “mind/body connection.”
When you are stressed, anxious, or upset, your body reacts in a way that might tell you that something isn’t right. For example, you might develop high blood pressure or a stomach ulcer after a particularly stressful event, such as the death of a loved one.

Path to Improved Health.
There are ways that you can improve your emotional health. First, try to recognize your emotions and understand why you are having them. Sorting out the causes of sadness, stress, and anxiety in your life can help you manage your emotional health. Following are some other helpful tips.

Express your feelings in appropriate ways.
If feelings of stress, sadness, or anxiety are causing physical problems, keeping these feelings inside can make you feel worse. It’s okay to let your loved ones know when something is bothering you. However, keep in mind that your family and friends may not always be able to help you deal with your feelings appropriately. At these times, ask someone outside the situation for help. Try asking your family doctor, a counselor, or a religious advisor for advice and support to help you improve your emotional health.

Live a balanced life.
Focus on the things that you are grateful for in your life. Try not to obsess about the problems at work, school, or home that lead to negative feelings. This doesn’t mean you have to pretend to be happy when you feel stressed, anxious, or upset. It’s important to deal with these negative feelings, but try to focus on the positive things in your life, too. You may want to use a journal to keep track of things that make you feel happy or peaceful. Some research has shown that having a positive outlook can improve your quality of life and give your health a boost. You may also need to find ways to let go of some things in your life that make you feel
stressed and overwhelmed. Make time for things you enjoy.

Develop resilience.
People with resilience are able to cope with stress in a healthy way. Resilience can be learned and strengthened with different strategies. These include having social support, keeping a positive view of yourself, accepting change, and keeping things in perspective. A counselor or therapist can help you achieve this goal with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Ask your doctor if this is a good idea for you.

Calm your mind and body.
Relaxation methods, such as meditation, listening to music, listening to guided imagery tracks, yoga, and
Tai Chi are useful ways to bring your emotions into balance. Free guided imagery videos are also available on YouTube. Meditation is a form of guided thought. It can take many forms. For example, you may do it by exercising, stretching, or breathing deeply. Ask your family doctor for advice about relaxation methods.

Take care of yourself.
To have good emotional health, it’s important to take care of your body by having a regular routine for eating healthy meals, getting enough sleep, and exercising to relieve pent-up tension. Avoid overeating and don’t abuse drugs or alcohol. Using drugs or alcohol just causes other issues, such as family and health problems.

Things to Consider.
Poor emotional health can weaken your body’s immune system. This makes you more likely to get colds and other infections including cancer during emotionally difficult times. When you are feeling stressed, anxious,
or upset, you may not take care of your health as well as you should. You may not feel like exercising, eating nutritious foods, or taking medicine that your doctor prescribes. You may abuse alcohol, tobacco,
or other drugs. Other signs of poor emotional health include:

back pain
change in appetite
chest pain
constipation or diarrhea
dry mouth
extreme tiredness
general aches and pains
headaches
high blood pressure
insomnia (trouble sleeping)
lightheadedness
palpitations (the feeling that your heart is racing)
sexual problems
shortness of breath
stiff neck
sweating
upset stomach
weight gain or loss

Virus Superposition

Your ‘situation’ & your hardships & your struggles are trying to teach YOU something
that YOU NEED TO LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF…

There are too few flu cases this year to run any modeling from the CDC.
I wonder why?

This guy said that his doctor told him to get a flu shot so that, if he gets sick, they’ll know it’s COVID and not the flu. Besides the fact that 40%-60% of people who get a flu shot and
still get the flu, it seems COVID tests can’t distinguish it from flu.
Dr. Fauci Wants People To Know Covid-19 Vaccine Was Developed By A Black Woman – YouTube

Very simple. The flu has disappeared globally because masks work great for the flu but not for Covid-19. Flu virus is simply terrified by a piece of fabric or paper placed in front of the mouth. Unfortunately Covid-19 doesn’t care. It is just too mean.

These are the terms that history will use to describe the handling of this “Plandemic”.

Feel free to add the ones I missed…
Medical Malpractice
Media induced Panic
Political Malfeasance
Willful Ignorance

Because people are wearing masks to prevent the much more deadly COVID. COVID also causes long term disabilities in a large percentage of cases, unlike the flu. Your medical license should be pulled for spreading false information. Watch “THE CV19 GENOCIDE OF 2020 BY CLAIRE EDWARD’S Please like and Share everywhere far and wide!”
THE COVID-19 GENOCIDE OF 2020 – CLAIRE EDWARDS (brandnewtube.com)

Virus superposition if you know your quantum physics !
Viral competition most likely. It’s not super well understood but we have seen this historically when a new dominant virus comes in….
The others get out of the way The behavior to avoid corona is the same as that to avoid influenza. We just never did it because we generally don’t take influenza seriously. Avoid contact wash hands etc. also decreases flu maybe more than corona. Influenza has morphed into COVID for the purpose of continuing to inflame fear among Americans, not to mention the fact that government and private insurers are paying 20% bonuses to hospitals and physicians who treat COVID.

As the flu season BEGINS, make room for the possibility that masks, #SocialDistancing and other #pandemic prudence to which The 3-Digit IQ Crowd adheres could also mitigate #influenza spread? They’re lying! Everything is COVID COVID COVID! Fear Mongering to justify Lockdowns! Proves people are masking, washing hands and social distancing.

Effective against flu virus but not Covid-19. What are we missing?
Do we need to go on the offensive and find ways to kill this bug, not focus just on preventing contact. Because they all tested positive for Covid-19 even though we know it’s the flu. It’s flu season aka cough and cold. Yes. Fewer heart attacks and cancer deaths, too. Can we assume Covid-19 has cured a lot of diseases somehow? Crazy world we live in . #Covid19 knowledge hierarchy; 1st, Journalist, then politicians, drug company executives… doctors are at the bottom of the ladder. Why silence dissenting voices?

The world is walking blindly into some people’s pockets.

Any good salesman knows when you are closing the sale on one product,
you don’t want anything else to disrupt the sale.
Only think about corona, all other causes of death no longer exist, and if it was not for Covid-19, we would all be immortal, or so it would seem we believe now. Less susceptible population to die from pneumonia after the initial wave of COVID nursing home deaths in NY?
NY is one of the states that CDC flu numbers are tracked.

Flu vaccines worked or recording flu & RNA traces of former colds (Coronavirus) into Covid19 is working. 99% recovery from Covid properly codes this #CovidPhobia which is doing unprecedented harm. That is the political scandal masking itself as “science” & “health.”
THE AMA, NIH, HHS, CDC, WHO ALL HAVE BEEN WRONG ABOUT COVID-19 IF WE WOULD HAVE STARTED GIVING HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE AND ZINC, AND VITAMIN D3 WE COULD HAVE SAVED MOST LIVES BUT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS POLITICIZED IT BECAUSE PRESIDENT TRUMP SUGGESTED IT AND THE FU*KING LYING LEFTWING MEDIA.

Even kids are asking why masks work for the flu but not Sars-Cov-2. It looks like Sars-Cov-2
is able to slide under or over a mask, do the High Jump, Long Jump and Pole Vault over Plexiglas barriers !!!! Maybe because it is a lab engineered virus which behaves differently?
The fact that there are too few cases for the CDC to run any modeling, simply proves that Covid-19 wasn’t as serious as the Dems, Deep State, Medical Community, & MSM lead us to believe. Covid was weaponized by the Dems to control the American People.
In our private school, there is required mask wearing, social distancing, sanitation and an abundance of hand washing. Unlike last year’s terrible cold and flu spread, these measures make a difference. Kid’s spread flu, but not Covid-19.

Some people who work in a lab state: We tested for influenza in past years. We stopped testing for influenza in October so we could put all our resources to Covid-19.
Coincidentally, influenza cases disappeared.
“The FDA is outsourcing COVID-19 testing to10 Chinese companies that have received FDA authorization U.S. testing.” per Jordan Schachtel.

“I CAN’T KEEP DOING THIS”: Doctor pleads for review of data during COVID-19 Senate hearing – YouTube

CDC is going to have to stop publishing the historical mortality too.
People will get the wrong impression about being scared of Covid-19.
And that is dangerous. People must be scared of Covid-19. That’s the rule.

Dr. Samadi I think you’d love to know I know of two people that tested. One got a rapid test and was positive. His follow up test that day never got sent to the lab. Another?
Rapid was negative but follow up was sent to a lab and he had to quarantine 3-4 day.
Numbers are skewed.

The COVID-LAB 19 companies have to ensure their BILLIONS OF $$S coming in from
the US TAXPAYERS for years since these COVID-19 TESTS are FREE to everyone.
FALSE POSITIVES keep AMERICANS fearful but makes money for the LABS!
Tested ‘Positive’ For COVID-19? Be Sure To Ask This Question | ZeroHedge

Coronavirus is the strain that happened (either natural or not) this year.
It was POLITICALLY WEAPONIZED to shutdown our economy, stop our freedom of assembly and stop our freedom of speech.

Why? For the Few to gain control of the Many…

Flu cases ‘drop’ 95% compared to last year. Are patients being misdiagnosed as having COVID-19? (noqreport.com)

More ppl got flu shots and more ppl wearing masks and social distancing has to be part of it, correct? It’s not all part of a hoax. Just being pragmatic about it.
The truth is usually somewhere in the middle?

I am home now fighting something that feels like the flu. Headache, fever, aches and chills.
I refuse to be tested because regardless of what it is it will be Covid-19. It may be but I’m not giving them one more statistic to use to fuel the fear. Flu doesn’t exist anymore. It was
phased out by a new improved isolation tool that scares anyone it comes into contact with.
Flu got old and boring. Covid-19 is a new designer virus that attacks brains, lungs, hearts, GI, joints.
You name it! Covid-19 is what’s happening now!

Because most illnesses are counted as COVID-19. Anyone that goes to the hospital is counted as a Covid-19 patient most likely. So the flu it’s called Covid-19. A mild cold is called Covid-19. Everything is called Covid-19. Makes the number nice and high so they can control us more.
Locked up like a criminal in your house and not going out Or prohibited from gathering with friends or family obviously reduces the numbers of any contagious disease. I don’t think suicides, despair, loss of lives from stress of these draconian measures are reduced in number.

Dr. Fauci Predicts When Things Will “Get Really Bad”
By Dr. Anthony Fauci.

This is when COVID cases will peak, he says.
Over the summer, it seemed impossible that the COVID-19 pandemic could get any worse than it did in the spring, where hospitals were hitting capacity, there was a shortage of ventilators, and makeshift morgues were being set up in the street. However, despite warnings from top health organizations and experts — including Dr. Anthony Fauci — the health crisis is worse than it has ever been. Scarily enough, the nation’s leading infectious disease authority and Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, maintains it is going to get even worse. Read on to hear his warning, and to ensure your health and the health of others, don’t miss these
Sure Signs You’ve Already Had Coronavirus.

Things Will “Get Bad in the Middle of January.”
During a briefing on Monday, Fauci told New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo that he expects the virus will rear its ugliest head in the New Year. “The middle of January could be a really dark time for us,” Fauci said. Why? According to Fauci, the decreasing temperatures,
Thanksgiving holiday celebrations, and then the upcoming holidays will have an
amplified impact in a “surge upon surge” manner.
“You’d expect that the effect of the Thanksgiving surge would be probably another week and week and a half from now, because it’s usually two and a half weeks from the time of the event,” Fauci said. “The problem is, that’s going to come right up to the beginning of the Christmas,
Hanukkah potential surge.”

“We could start to see things really get bad in the middle of January,” Fauci predicted.

You Can Turn the Trajectory Around, Saving Lives (Including Your Own)
However, he did mention that there is one way to turn the trajectory around: either avoid holiday gatherings altogether or take the same precautions during them that you would with strangers — wear a mask, practice hand hygiene, socially distance, and try and congregate outdoors or
in well-ventilated spaces.
“It’s such a natural thing to think, when I have family and friends over for the holidays, Christmas and Hanukkah, you get indoors you take your mask off because you’re eating and drinking. And you don’t realize that there may be somebody that you know, that you love, that’s a friend, that’s a family member, who is perfectly well with no symptoms, and yet they got infected in the community, and brought it into that small gathering that you’re now having in your home,” he said.

As for yourself, follow his fundamentals and help end this surge, no matter where you live—wear a face mask, social distance, avoid large crowds, don’t go indoors with people you’re not sheltering with (especially in bars), practice good hand hygiene and to protect your life and the lives of others, and don’t visit any of these 35 Places You’re Most Likely to Catch COVID.

I repeat: “We all know why … it’s a miracle. Flu Cases and Old Age Deaths have vanished from the face of the earth. I guess there is a bright side. If we can avoid Covid-19, we will live forever. We all know why. Fraud in disease classification. Flu A/B classified as Covid-19.
Same fraud perpetrated by “ruling class” in our presidential elections.
