“HUMAN AURA”
Bio Energy (or Bio Photons) is energy obtained from biomass, the total mass or weight of living material in a unit of area, whether human or animal, plant or other vegetation material, especially as long as it’s a source of fuel or energy.
Bioplasma is another name for the make up of existing aura called vibes, vibrations, moods, spirits, daemons, intuition, guardian angels, guides, and even God. Bioplasma is the hypothetical energy field that surrounds ALL living things, like a plastic bubble or force field. These scientific ions or electrons can become excessive energies and are certainly beyond inorganic. Superfluity.
The Nucleus being centered and balanced, stands alone in its proper and right position at all times, in moderate form without any extra help or sources (technically) of an “aura” or Electron field or cloud. Nevertheless, as the mind and heart, so is the universe and any thing instilled inside itself, whole; only that which is whole can harness a shell (cell wall, no cell wall).
Either way, the Nucleus is an individual you, as the eye of a storm surrounded by chaos, you are at peace within. All things outside of the Nucleus are just photons, ions, extra baggage, weight, balls and chains of illusory states of being.
One should question if smudging is enough for a clean “aura” or rather blood transmutation will be more beneficial than herbs, candles, incense, crystals and various rocks (collecting outside of self, source-ry) will ever be?! WE HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE 7 CHAKRA SYSTEM!!!
Simply, the 12-chakra system brings forth the vision of our connection to the entire universe. The premise of the 12 chakra system is that all living beings are part of a whole. Each of us is grounded to the earth and linked to the universe via a thin cable. That cable stretches from roughly three feet below your feet to miles and miles upward through the atmosphere and on deep into outer space.
Cyndi Dale, energy healer & author of the “Advanced Chakra Wisdom”, emphasizes the 12-chakra system as a way to use a wider range of energies for healing. Using 12 chakras allows us to draw from powerful energies outside of the human body & get in touch with the whole array of dimensions of our human experience.
Even though contemporary healers mention the existence of additional chakras, it’s said that shamanic traditions have used the extraneous chakras or “power centers” for millennia for their healing practices. In many ancient traditions, earth and sky energies are believed to mix within the human body. The 12-chakra system is a representation of this belief.
Healing With the 12 Chakra System
Working on the assertion you are already familiar with what a chakra is and the basic seven energy centers, let’s focus on the remaining 5 introduced in the 12 chakra system. Similar to the format of standard spiritual chakra charts, each one of the five additional chakra possesses their own location, color, and function.
The traditional chakra colors follow the spectrum of the rainbow, while the extended system may add colors associated with metals or other elements. Among them are gold, platinum, and a combination of colors that are sometimes referred to as “opalescence” or “iridescence” for the highest frequencies.
The 8th and 9th chakras are generally represented above the head, and the 10th chakra slightly under the ground. However, we can find descriptions of the twelve chakra system locating the 8th chakra underground and the remaining higher energy centers above the crown.
To sum it up, the number of additional chakras is the same, but the order in which they are presented is slightly different. Below is a presentation of the 2 main series of 12 chakras with a slight variation where the 8th chakra is interchanged with the 10th chakra between the first and second system.
12 Chakra Chart #1
The position of chakra #8 et #9 above the crown chakra is a fairly common representation of the higher chakras. The following chakra chart contains 12 energy centers and locates the “underground” earth chakra in 10th position.
8th chakra – Located slightly above the crown chakra, about 1 inch above it. With the 8th chakra, we enter realms transcending space and time. This energy center is said to open access to parallel universes and lives; it gives access to the realm of the Akashic records and the sphere of potentialities in the making. It is a useful center for shamanic healing and communication with spirit guides.
9th chakra – Located further above the crown chakra, the 9th chakra is said to be the “seat of the soul.” It allows access to your soul’s code or higher purpose. It can be seen as the door to archetypal energies or patterns that play an important role in shaping our destiny.
10th chakra – Located about a foot and a half below the surface of the ground. It ensures our connection with the earth. Because it works primarily with the energies of the earth, it is very physical in nature. It participates to our physical well-being and connects us to the grounding energies of the earth and our environment. Just like the first (or root) chakra, it is useful to heal any bone and bone marrow-related issues. It can play an important role in any DNA-related or hereditary issues.
11th chakra – Located outside of the human body, it is said to be accessible through the hands and feet. It makes up and energy field that connects of human sphere of influence to the supernatural. Shamans use this chakra’s dimension to produce magic and influence the physical with supernatural powers. The 11th chakra emphasizes the mind as a powerful tool to shape matter.
12th chakra – Located on the outskirts of the 12-chakra system, it allows us to stretch beyond our common sphere of understanding into universal unity with all that is. It is said that it’s the chakra of mastery of the soul’s purpose through our human existence.
12 Chakra Chart #2
The second 12 chakra chart we present will include the following centers:
Earth chakra — (8th) — Located roughly three feet below into the earth at your feet. — Brown — No matter where you are, the earth chakra keeps you grounded. This chakra anchor harnesses all the pieces of the human puzzle, from DNA to bone and blood.
NOTE: Depending on individual interpretation of chakra study, also the location of the 8th chakra varies, but its function as grounding chakra epicenter is the same. Additional locations range form between the heart and throat chakras to just above the crown chakra. Another interpretation states the human aura is the 8th chakra; conglomeration of all chakra energy.
Lunar chakra — (9th) — Located just above the (7th) sahasrara chakra or crown chakra. Silver or white — The ninth chakra links you to the energies of the moon. It is the main hub for karmic understanding and channeling that governs intelligence, communication with spirit guides, and funnels information about incarnations.
Solar chakra — (10th) — Resides above the ninth chakra. — Gold — Also Associated with masculine energy, the solar chakra governs your ability to live your dreams. This chakra helps you to focus your will to remove blockages and give your existence purpose.
Galactic chakra — (11th) — Located just above the solar chakra. — Mixture of violet, gold and silver — Considered a channel for prophecy, the 11th chakra governs your ability to transcend space and time and allows you to access the Akashic Records, also referred to as the Universe’s cosmic “Book of Life.”
Universal chakra — (12th) — Located above the galactic chakra. — Multi-faceted, multi-colored orbs of light — Known as the chakra of Universal Consciousness, the 12th chakra allows you to transcend the mundane to reach Enlightenment and also commune with the Divine.

We hear the catch-phrase “body-mind-spirit” everywhere.
We know it is connected to optimal health and wellness, but HOW? Do we REALLY understand what it means on a practical every day level?
More often than not, these terms evoke a sense of spirituality and esoteric wisdoms that make you feel like your head is floating up in the clouds. Many people shy away from yoga and other forms of alternative healing simply because the concept of body-mind-spirit seems too “woo woo.”
This blog post defines Body-Mind-Spirit in simple and practical terms by going back to basic grade-school science class and remembering about the body’s basic functions.
It will explore the:
Mind–body dualism, in philosophy, any theory that mind and body are distinct kinds of substances or natures. Thus, a dualist would oppose any theory that identifies mind with the brain, conceived as a physical mechanism.
How the Mind Affects the Body ★ Healing Thru Thoughts & Infinite Spirit ~ (law of attraction).
BIOLOGY of the BODY in your bones, muscles, blood and breath.
NEUROLOGY of the MIND in your electrical impulses along nerve pathways.
CHEMISTRY of the SPIRIT in your ever-changing moods and hormones.
Once you understand how body-mind-spirit works as a science, you can work it as a medicine to achieve INSTANT WELLNESS. When you put your BODY into alignment, focus and clarify your thoughts in your MIND, and you also breathe from your SPIRIT, everything, absolutely EVERYTHING in life works better. Your body works better, your mind thinks clearer, and your mood feels happier. Understanding of Body-Mind-Spirit as simple and practical science that you can apply to your everyday!
Mind-body medicine is a revolutionary twenty-first century approach to health care that includes a wide range of behavioral and lifestyle interventions, on an equal basis with traditional medical interventions. The patient in mind-body medicine is understood as a totality of body, mind, and spirit, and interventions are directed at each of these aspects of the person. The conditions which cause human suffering today, in the affluent societies of the developed world, are caused as much by lifestyle, dietary habits, activity level, and life-stress, as they are by such traditional causes of disease as is infection, virus, bacteria, and physical trauma.
The mind-body medicine approach also creates a partnership among specialists in the medical and mental specialties, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and psychologists, as well as mind/body specialists, such as a biofeedback practitioners, chiropractors, nutritionists, spiritual counselors, and yoga teachers. The result is an integrated team of caregivers who address mind, body, and spirit in each visit. Read More: https://www.aapb.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageID=3386
The Spiritual Heart — is in a way a little like a smart phone, invisibly connecting us to a large network of information. It is through an unseen energy that the heart emits that humans are profoundly connected to all living things. The energy of the heart literally links us to each other. Every person’s heart contributes to a ‘collective field environment.’ This short video explains the importance of this connection and how we each add to this collective energy field. The energetic field of the heart even connects us with the earth itself. NOVA Wonders What’s the Universe Made Of?
Science and The Mind-Body-Spirit Connection to Health:
Your beliefs affect your health, including your genes – Dr. Bruce Lipton, internationally recognized biologist and article of The Biology of Belief , is a leader in teaching about the science of epigenetics. His scientific experiments proves that your perception or beliefs, affect your health. His studies show that even if you have a gene for a certain disease, it is your beliefs that can turn that genetic issue off or on. To learn more, read The Biology of Belief.
Janine Shepherd’s story is nothing short of incredible. While training for the Olympics, Janine was struck by a massive truck and sustained life-threatening injuries to her neck, back and head. Here she delivers a powerful speech on how she rehabilitated her broken body and broken spirit to defy the odds and achieve the impossible: becoming a licensed pilot. Janine’s story reminds us that we are not limited by our bodies, but by our spirit to overcome the odds and win. See Video Below!!!
That is an unknown question, however, it is also considered to be a possibility by many theoretical physicists. There are many theories on the universe yet none can be proven beyond doubt. It has been concluded there is one universe (uni–meaning one) containing everything in existence. There may be a parallel universe. Or several, or even more. There are a few theories. And there are so many more questions and things we don’t know.
Is there really more than our one Universe and why?
We do not know. It could just be our universe or it could be groups of universes called multiverses and groups of multi verses and groups of those. We have no way of knowing but it is probable that there is extra terrestrial life who know the answer.
Sending spacecraft to Mars is all about precision. It’s about blasting off from Earth with a controlled explosion, launching a robot into space in the direction of the Red Planet, navigating the intervening distance between our two planets, and landing with incredible precision. This intricate and complicated maneuver means knowing the exact distance from Earth to Mars. Since Mars and Earth both orbit the Sun – but at different distance, with different eccentricities, and with different orbital velocities – the distance between then is constantly changing.
However, astronomers now calculate the distance to objects in the Solar System using the speed of light. They measure the time it takes for signals to reach spacecraft orbiting other planets. They can bounce powerful radar off planets and measure the time it takes for signals to return. This allows them to measure the distance to planets, like Mars, with incredible accuracy.
Distance Between Earth and Mars:
So, how far away is Mars? The answer to that question changes from moment to moment because Earth and Mars are orbiting the Sun. It also requires a little explanation about the orbital mechanics of each. Both Earth, and Mars are following elliptical orbits around the Sun, like two cars travelling at different speeds on two different racetracks….as it just took 6 months for The United States to guide itself there to check out mars surface.
Is there really a more than our one Universe and why?
We do not know. It could just be our universe or it could be groups of universes called multiverses and groups of multi verses and groups of those. We have no way of knowing but it is probable that there is extra terrestrial life but who really knows for sure.
As I age I find more and more people who have set themselves above others, some of which wouldn’t be where they are if I hadn’t been there for others. and it hurts. So I do think this. In the end we all turn to dust.
Well there may not be physical evidence, but many people that have been very close to dying have pretty similar memories. most say that they saw themselves below as they had this out-of-body experience. most people say they saw some flowers and other beautiful things and a tunnel with a bright light at the end. these people usually say that they didn’t want to leave their family, so they fought hard to get back in to their body.
Quantum mechanics reveals a phenomenon called quantum non-locality which is a situation at the sub atomic level where the laws of physics as we know them, do not apply. This, by definition, is what we call the SUPERNATURAL. The Bible tells us that, all around us, unseen to us, angels are battling demons on our behalf.
This sounds an awful lot like alternate dimensions to me. Lazarus and the rich man were able to see each other but were unable to touch. This sounds like the partial opening of a gateway between dimensions. Quantum non-locality states, particles can communicate without using time and space. God sees everything past, present, and future.
In non-linear time, all things are actually happening at the same time. Time travel is possible by using doorways between dimensions to cover vast amounts of space.
The problem is that travel between dimensions requires vast amounts of energy which thus far, are only conceivable by supernatural means. The only way to cross over to the other side is by dying. Our soul is able to travel but leaves our body behind. Basically, we all will live forever, but also, we have our present lifetime in which to learn about our options and to choose where we want to spend eternity. Good luck in your choices.
How can we know? When the notion of heaven and hell was being developed, they were assumed to be physical places, with hell down below and heaven just above the sky. Science has shown that heaven and hell can not be located in any physical location in the universe. Religion has therefore adapted by saying that heaven and hell are not actually physical places, but spiritual states of being. Even if they exist, they are nowhere.
If they exist they would most likely be in another dimension of some kind or in another universe or galaxy trillions of light-years away. Neither exists where they are supposed to, so assuming they exist I think my hypothesis makes about as much sense as any.
It is understood from the Bible that hell is a real place which is most likely inside the earth where the fire burns continuously. Heaven is a little harder to pinpoint.
Heaven and hell are more states of being, then actual places, although, of course, they are places too; but not as we understand them here on earth. Primarily heaven is union with God, it is enjoying the Beatific Vision; to some extent, we are in heaven here on earth to the extent that we conform ourselves to God’s Will.
Hell is the state of being permanently alienated from God, it is a state that we build ourselves while alive on earth, to which we are permanently exiled when we die. It is more important to understand that state then worry about the place; mostly because we cannot completely access either place while we are alive in our body, and that most importantly, when we find out, we don’t want to be in the state alienated from God for all eternity: as union with God is what we were created for.
Is heaven or hell real?
Opinion The postulation there is a Heaven and/or Hell is a common motif in religious belief. These locations vary in nature from the ancient Greek afterlife of a rather dreary wandering around in gloom to the rollicking beer fest that Viking heroes enjoyed in preparation for Ragnarok.
The existence of a spiritual place or places in which the souls of the dead are treated in accordance with their behavior when alive (reward or punishment), is a tradition of mankind, which finds expression (in differing details) in various religions. It cannot be conclusively proven as long as we’re alive; and that’s the whole point: God tests us as to whether we will live in a way that demonstrates that we’re aware of His presence, even though His presence is not readily visible.
We hold it to be evident that an infinitely wise Creator, whose wisdom is vastly manifest (for example) in the wonders of our bodies, would not be so unwise as to neglect any and all unfinished business. If a tyrant “escapes judgment” by swallowing a painless poison, to our mind it is axiomatic that his tribulations have just begun. God is just (Deuteronomy 32:4).
In the metaphorical sense, indeed I also believe so. this questions is a warzone waiting to happen. i believe there is something greater but not heaven or hell. simply put we believed heaven was in the clouds until we could fly above them. then perhaps it was space until we traveled its expanse. so where is heaven? then we drilled to the deepest regions of earth to find more rock, where’s hell?….on that note check out “sounds of hell”
Google and interpret it as you like, its really cool or spooky. In either event science cant provide answers to existence but god can’t provide answers to his devout disciple who kill to purify the land.
Be a good person in heart and you don’t need a road map to heaven,

Are you going to heaven or hell?
Neither. I am realistic enough to know that heaven and hell simply do not exist. You arrive at a place in your spiritual sense after you die?
Heaven is a useful concept for those who fear their mortality, and perhaps for some hell is a useful substitute for conscience. But these concepts exist in the imagination only.
Answer For the Christian heaven and hell are not so much places as states of being.
Heaven is when you are united to God, which is the purpose for which every single one of us was created; and hell is existence where we have rejected God.
We are actually beginning to live in one or the other right here on earth, death really doesn’t hold that many surprises, it just removes the possibility of changing anymore. If we have been living for our fellow men, seeing God in them, denying ourselves, etc.,
then we are living in heaven before we die and death removes us from this “vale of tears” and we are happy and joyful for ever. We may have a firm hope or a pretty good idea which one we are going to end up in, but even though we begin to live in them here, we can never be sure, especially as everything depends on our last moments as we die. All we can do is live the best life that we can – with God’s help – and pray constantly for His Grace.
Do people go to hell or heaven?
It is a matter of belief and faith who goes to any heaven or hell, not a fact. Many people believe there is no kind of afterlife. People who are good in life. example: They do not steal , do not lie , do not hit , do not kill go to heaven.
People who are bad in life. example: They kill other… people, curse use bad words , are disrespectful to their parents, the steal, lie, hit people, are unfair in treating people, in a simple meaning they do bad things these people go to hell!! Most of the major religions have versions of heaven and hell.
Christians should also live their lives according to God’s laws which are the Ten Commandments. But the bible also says one does not get to heaven by good works. Jesus Christ is the only door that leads to paradise after we leave this world.
Answer The information contained in some scriptures implies that all nonbelievers are going to hell. If you are to believe the prejudice of some scriptures then you must believe that if a baby was born in a home where the false reli…gion is observed then it is obvious that he/she will go to hell. The scriptures that proclaimed this authority did not qualify age or gender. If death does not respect age or gender then hell will not.
This means that this God willfully places people in the homes of these false religions as some kind of sadistic game that only a vicious psychopathic murderer would play.
Answer No, they go to Limbo. The idea of Limbo stems from a strict understanding of Scripture, described above, that only baptized Christians can achieve Heaven. Because the idea of a loving God consigning innocent infants to eternal damnation is so repulsive, the Roman Catholic Church devised the doctrine of Limbo as a sort of compromise.
Unlike Purgatory, souls confined to Limbo will never achieve heavenly bliss but neither will they be punished in Hell. Thus the common use of “limbo” to refer to being caught or suspended in between two extremes.
When you die why do you go to hell or heaven?
Because God wants us to feel we have the power of eternal life. He doesn’t want us to just die and leave life forever, He wants us to live a second eternal life judged by your first life. Other contributors have said… You don’t, that is nothing more than a way of controlling people. If people thi…nk they are going to burn in a lake of fire for doing bad things.
Then they probably won’t do them and if they think they are going to heaven for doing good things (and following a religion’s rules) then they will follow them.
The idea that a God. . . .that supposedly loves you would send you to burn
FOR ALL ETERNITY for something like being lazy or not believing in him, etc… is just ridiculous.
Can you imagine being burned for even one whole minute…you would probably pass out from the pain, needless to say all eternity is just ridiculous. Well, you have to consider the possibility that going to heaven or hell is not based on your actions. Plus it depends on the religion you are thinking about. If you’re talking about Christianity, God DOES NOT want you to go to hell. He loves you. The problem is that when you live a sinful life and have not asked for forgiveness, it is impossible for you to enter the gates of heaven. Heaven is also a sinless territory. It’s not God’s decision whether you go to Heaven or Hell, it’s yours. Also I must inform you that this is a religion biased answer and I am a Christian. Thank you.
When you die do you go to heaven or hell?
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man can come to the Father but by me.” In other words confess your state of sinfulness – that we all share – and accept the atoning forgiveness, grace, and salvation offered by the only purely righteous man who has ever walked this earth (as bot…h a man as as God incarnate). Then, and only then, will you inherit eternal life and can share the presence of God in his heaven.
(Also, see or Google ‘Bible Gateway’) Answer It depends on who or what is the “YOU”. If the “YOU” is the body, then when we die the body will revert back to its mineral and chemical components and become foods & fertilizer for others and rise up no more.
This agrees with the Bible; Job 7:9 As the cloud is consumed and vanishes away: so he that goes down to the grave shall come up no more . Job 14:12 So man lies down, and rises not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. Job.20:7 Yet he shall perish for ever like his own dung: But if the “YOU” is a Spirit, then it cannot die and may be reborn as other person. This is taught in the Bible:
If you are not a Christian do you go to heaven or hell?
Opinion The world’s religions offer differing answers to these questions. Some teach, not only, if you live a good life, you will go to heaven, but also, if you live a bad life, you will burn in a place of torment. Other religions teach that at death, people will pass on to the spirit realm to be with their ancestors. Still other religions teach that the dead go to an underworld to be judged and are then reincarnated, or reborn in another body.
Such religious teachings all share one basic idea-that some part of us survives the death of the physical body. According to almost every religion, past and present, we somehow live on forever with the ability to see, hear, and think. Yet, how can that be? Our senses, along with our thoughts, are all linked to the workings of our brain. At death, the brain stops working. Our memories, feelings, and senses do not continue to function independently in some mysterious way. They do not survive the destruction of our brain. Opinion Simply, when you die, you return to dust and you have the hope of living in a paradise earth if you obey God.
Opinion: The only religion that will take you to heaven is Islam.
After death will you go to heaven or hell?
It depends on how many sins you make. check the bible for more info John 3:18 “Whoever believes in Him (Jesus) is not condemned but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” All you need is Faith to go to heaven after… death, how many sins you have has NOTHING to do with it for ALL have sinned and fallen short of God’s Glory. That is why the Father sent His Son to die & make us Holy so that we can stand before God in Heaven and be just as righteous as Jesus Himself. Glory to God!
We can never be as righteous as Christ, but we are saved by Him. During His earthly ministry Jesus forgave and then said ‘You are forgiven, go and sin no more.’ We can not live sinful lives and expect a heavenly reward. Yes, only belief in Jesus Christ can one attain eternal life with Him, but you do have to strive to be a true follower by living by God’s law, which happens to be the 10 commandments.
When you are dead do you go to heaven or hell?
It all depends on whether you believe in God as your Savior or not. If you believe God sent his One and only Son, Jesus Christ to die for all of our sins on the cross and proclaim He is the Son of God then you will go to Heaven.
If you are one of these and you want to become a Christian a…nd ask God for forgiveness of your sins and ask Him to be your Savior and ask Him to come into your heart then you will go to Heaven. If you need more help you should try visiting a local Christian church or just pray to God. He will hear you wherever you are.
I think this is partly right and partly wrong. God says that the person who sins will die. Satan says that the person who sins will not die. All have sinned therefore all will die. No man has ascended into heaven, only Christ. A ‘soul’ is a combination of body and spirit Minus the spirit, which goes back to God at death, the body dies Humans are not immortal. The ‘soul’ that sinneth shall die.
The soul is the person. At the resurrection, those who believe what Christ has said, i.e., believe in Him, will be resurrected to eternal life. After 1000 years, the remainder will be resurrected to judgement No one is judged immediately at death. But will be judged at resurrection ‘Hell’ is a combination of words in Hebrew and Greek. Sheol, and hades, and lastly Gehenna, which is a real place in Israel, is a place where they used to burn rubbish and throw the bodies of criminals. Eternal worms….NO But a fire that consumes…Yes O, and I forgot to say, Sheol and Hades, both mean the same thing…’the grave’.
What are the requirements to go to heaven and not hell?
Okay, so I have a feeling that you probably don’t attend church very much, so I am going to give them to you straight from the Bible. I don’t like to think of them as requirements, because when I do it feels like more of a religion than a relationship with Jesus Christ.
We in the holiness church wor…ld believe that a person can be saved (the term is used to define a person redeemed or cleansed from all sin or unrighteousness) by three simple steps. If you are serious about this.
1. Admit that you are a sinner.
2. Believe on Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour and he can cleanse you from all sin.
3 Confess your sins to Him. John:16 “For God so loved the world He gave His one & only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not die but have eternal life.”
You need to have faith that God sent His Son to die so that we can stand before God in Heaven & Him NOT SEE any sin in us at all, only seeing us as fully Holy & Righteous as His Son! Thank You Father.
What will determine if you go to heaven or hell?
by the acts you do. A lot of people misunderstand the word of God, I believe it is best not to believe what others say unless they can show you where they got their info. So you need to read for yourself.
I learned that hadies is just the judgement plate where you go to be judged for your acts on ea…rth. That after you die you are in limbo on earth until God calls for his people. Read the book of Revelation’s. But be careful, it is symbolic in allot of ways. Research it not just in the bible but on-line and at the library and NEVER listen to someone who wants to tell you only one verse and give you what they think it means. The bible explains it self if you read it and allot of it’s history has even been proven.
For example, research on line about Noah’s ark. Did you know that it has been found?
The tribe that lives at the base of the mountain forbid it to be removed because it goes against their own religion. I myself do believe there is a higher power and there are many scriptures in the bible saying one day all our tears will be wiped away and there will be no more suffering. Please, just a little each day, just read for yourself. The book of genesis is the most boring but it even speaks of dinosaurs in it.
You just have to get past all of the this man was the father of who was the father of who was the father stuff. Good luck…God bless READ King James version of the bible, it is the closest to the original you can get.
Can you go to heaven from hell?
No you can’t go to heaven from hell. Once you are in hell you are stuck there.
Bernard Nathanson, the former abortionist turned top pro-life activist who is perhaps best known for his role in creating the pro-life video The Silent Scream, died at the age of 84 after a lengthy cancer battle on 02/21/2011, at 10:00 PM, as Posted by Catholic Citizens of Illinois. At one time Nathanson was deeply entrenched in the American pro-abortion movement, having co-founded the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) and overseen 75,000 abortions as director of an abortion clinic.
Nathanson’s high-profile conversion to the pro-life movement was sparked by the advent of the ultrasound machine in the early 1970s. He has related how he was moved to acknowledge the humanity of the unborn child after he watched an unborn baby recoil from a vacuum abortion device before being sucked from its mother’s womb. Nathanson titled the video of this incident The Silent Scream and began using it to spread the pro-life message.
The Lazarus Phenomenon – The Movie has a running time of 100 minutes, and includes some amazing computer generated graphics of Heaven and Hell. The movie is Cinema quality, and has already been screened in many public cinemas in many countries. The narrative is documentary in style, filmed on the actual locations of the events portrayed, with fantastic special effects, and amazing music.
The Lazarus Phenomenon – The Movie is riveting viewing for both non-Christians & Christians! The movie is an ideal tool to use to bring the unsaved to investigate eternity. The movie deals with Man’s continual search for life after death. Non-believers are also fascinated to have their question answered, “Is there life after death?”
The whole subject of life after death is looked at from both a Biblical and a truly scientific approach, with interviews with four medical doctors.
I remember back in December 2005 when my father was struggling with Leiomyosarcoma when I began taking a greater depth look into what life really meant. All the while looking around myself at the greater aspects of life. About the same time that Tim Tebow entered into the picture. At that same time Tebow was inspiring me to become a greater man.
It’s amazing when a high school senior can change an adult’s outlook on life.
(John 3:16). For God so loved the world he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For The Divine love to the whole of humanity in its condition of supreme need, apart from himself and his grace, has been of such a commanding, exhaustless, immeasurable kind, that it was equal to any emergency, and able to secure for the worst and most degraded, for the outcast.
Tebow Time: was white washed out of the end zone for being a good man. Probably because he knelt down to pray and not during the national anthem to dishonor those that service the greater good of this country. To understand Tim Tebow we must go back to his roots where through his success in high school he once played an entire second half with a broken leg — ESPN aired a documentary that followed him through his senior year called The Chosen One: The story of his Senior year at Nease High School on and off the field, what the recruiting process was like for the phenom, and ultimately his decision to attend the University of Florida.
Regarded by many as the greatest player in the history of college football, Tim Tebow was born in the Philippines to Baptist missionaries. Before she became pregnant with him, his mother had contracted amoebic dysentery. During her pregnancy, the medications used to treat the dysentery caused a severe placental abruption, a condition in which the placental lining separates from the uterus.
The Tebows decided to carry the baby to term as abortion is against their faith. Tim and his mother appeared in a pro-life commercial funded by evangelical group Focus on the Family during Super Bowl XLIV (2010) which stirred national controversy.
The family returned to the United States when Tim was 3 years old, moving to a farm outside of Jacksonville, FL, where he and his siblings were also home-schooled by their mother. Taking advantage of a state law which allowed home-schooled students to compete in high school sports, in 2003, Tim and his mother moved to Ponte Vedra so he would be eligible to play football for Allen D. Nease High School.
He was named Player of the Year as a junior (playing his last game that season with a broken fibula), and named Mr. Football his senior year after he lead Nease to the Class 4A title. On December 13, 2005, three days after Nease won state, Tim announced he would be playing for his parents’ alma mater, the University of Florida. Also a second documentary followed him from his last college game to being selected by the Denver Broncos with the 25th pick in the first round (It was entitled Tim Tebow: Everything in Between.)
To say he dominated at Florida is an understatement.
Tebow threw for 9,285 yards and 31 touchdowns, and rushed for 2,947 yards and 57 touchdowns (breaking Emmitt Smith’s school record, and Kevin Faulk’s SEC record) for 12,232 total offensive yards (breaking Danny Wuerffel’s school record).
He lead the Gators to 2 SEC titles and 2 NCAA titles, and was the first player ever to
rush for at least 20 touchdowns and pass for at least 20 touchdowns in a single season. Among the slew of accolades he received were the Sullivan Award, the Davey O’Brien Award, the Maxwell Award, the Wuerffel Trophy, the Chic Harley Award, the Wooden Cup, the Manning Award, the Campbell Trophy, also Touchdown Club of Columbus Quarterback of the Year Award, AP College Football Player of the Year, the SEC Male Athlete of the Year, and the Heisman Trophy.
However, pundits doubted he had what it took to make it in the NFL, and were shocked when he was taken 25th overall in the 2010 draft by the Denver Broncos. He became a sensation in 2011 when he took the 1-4 Broncos to an 8-8 record and the AFC West title, most of those wins coming in the last minutes.
“Tebowing” – a term coined to describe his habit of kneeling on one knee in prayer as he bowed his head and either rested an arm on the opposite bent knee or his elbow on the knee with his fist at his forehead – was aped by celebrities, and inspired a web page which received over 20,000 photos of people “Tebowing”. The Broncos beat the then- AFC champ Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the playoffs when Tebow connected with Demaryius Thomas for an 80-yard touchdown on the first play of overtime.
While Broncos fans were sold on Tebow Time, Broncos head coach John Fox and Executive Vice President of Football Operations John Elway were not. After which Elway signed Peyton Manning, Tebow was traded to the New York Jets. And a disastrous season followed as offensive coordinator Tony Sparano, and head coach Rex Ryan couldn’t figure out how to best-utilize him. He was released on April 29, 2013, throwing for 39 yards and rushing for 102 yards for no touchdowns in 12 games.
He signed with the New England Patriots on June 10th. As it carries two quarterbacks, as opposed to most teams, which carry three or four, he had his work cut out for him.
In 3 pre-season games, he completed 11-of-30 passes for 145 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions, rushed for 91 yards, and spent most of those games, literally, running for his life. His performance intensified criticism of his football acumen. He was released on August 31st despite owner Robert Kraft claiming he was rooting for him to make the team. In December, he signed with ESPN to be an analyst on its SEC Network, which launched on his 27th birthday.
The Christian doctrine of immortality cannot be understood apart from the right conception of the tripartite nature of men. Many think that man is a physical being only. There is a great danger of any man thinking thus of himself. In his desire to satisfy the needs of the body there is the tendency on man’s part to lose sight of the fact that he is immortal. There have been persons who have lived all of their lives either in ignorance or willful neglect of a life after death, but upon their death-bed they suddenly realized that they were more than physical beings.
There is an idea also that prevails largely today that man consists of only two component parts: namely, body and spirit. In the thinking of the writer this view appears to be one that might create confusion in the minds of any Christians. While soul and spirit are so closely related that it is sometimes difficult to distinguish accurately between them, there seems to be only one logical conclusion: namely, that “soul” and “spirit” are not the same.
The Bible does make a distinction.
Man is a triune being because he is created in the image of God. “God said, Let us make man in Our image” (Genesis 1:26). We know that God is a Trinity. The Holy Trinity is clearly set forth in the Apostle Paul’s benediction that closed his Second Corinthian Epistle: “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14). Our Lord Himself said, in what we call “The Great Commission”: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19). Created in the image of God, man is likewise a trinity. He has a spiritual nature that is separate and distinct from the body in which it dwells.
The Spirit
The word “spirit” when used in the Scriptures has several meanings. Whenever the word “Spirit” appears used with a capital letter, it has but one meaning. It is the name of the third Person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit of God. The word “spirit” spelled with a small letter may have one of several different meanings. It can have direct reference to the spirit of man which is as much a part… of the tripartite nature of man… as the Spirit of the living God is a Person of the Holy Trinity. Or it can indicate an evil spirit such as any agent of the Devil. We will confine ourselves here to the Biblical usage of the word only as it relates to the spirit of man, one of the three constituent parts of his being.
The threefold nature of man might be illustrated in several ways. Dr. Clarence Larkin uses three circles (Rightly Dividing The Word, page 86). The outer circle stands for the body of man, the middle circle for the soul, and the inner for the spirit. At this point it will be well to quote a portion from Dr. Larkin’s book:
In the outer circle the ‘Body’ is shown as touching the Material world through the five senses of ‘Sight,’ ‘Smell,’ ‘Hearing,’ ‘Taste’ and ‘Touch.’
The Gates to the ‘Soul’ are ‘Imagination,’ ‘Conscience,’ ‘Memory,’ ‘Reason’ and the ‘Affections.’
The “Spirit” receives impressions of outward and material things through the soul.
The spiritual faculties of the ‘Spirit’ are ‘Faith,’ ‘Hope,’ ‘Reverence,’ ‘Prayer’ and ‘Worship.’
In his unfallen state the ‘Spirit’ of man was illuminated from Heaven, but when the human race fell in Adam, sin closed the window of the Spirit, pulled down the curtain, and also the chamber of the spirit became a death chamber and remains so in every unregenerate heart, until the Life and Light giving power of the Holy Spirit floods that chamber with the Life and Light giving power of the new life in Christ Jesus.
It develops then that the spirit of man, being the sphere of God-consciousness, is the inner or private office of man where the work of regeneration takes place. Dr. James R. Graham says that the main theatre of the Holy Spirit’s activity in man, and the part of man’s nature with which He has peculiar affinity, is the spirit of man.
The Apostle Paul gives us the Word of God on this, a passage that is sadly neglected. Quoting from the sixty-fourth chapter of the book of the Prophet Isaiah, Paul wrote: But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. A great many people stop here, content to remain in ignorance. However, Paul continues:
But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit; for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 2:9-11).
Man in his unregenerate state comes to know the things of man by the operator of “the spirit of man” which is in him. If I have a will to know certain scientific facts, by my human spirit I am enabled to investigate, think, and weigh evidence. If I set myself to the task, I may become a scientist of world-renown and of great accomplishments. However, my human spirit is “limited to the things of man.” If I want to know about the things of God, my dead and dormant spirit is not able to know them.
The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness unto him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned (1 Corinthians 2:14).
The human spirit requires “the spark of regeneration” before there is an understanding of the things of God.
Man’s spiritual nature must be renewed before there is a true conception of Godliness. Only one thing stands as a guard at the door of man’s spirit, and that is his own will.
When the will is surrendered, the Holy Spirit takes up His abode in the spirit of man. And when that transaction takes place we will know it, for, says Paul: The Spirit Himself (meaning the Holy Spirit) beareth witness with our spirit, that we are children of God (Romans 8:16 R.V.).
Many people confess that they get nothing out of the Bible even though they attend church and read their Bibles regularly. Perhaps they do not know that they are not regenerated and that they need to yield their will to the Spirit of God so that He can renew their human spirits. The deep things of God never will be understood by the world outside of Jesus Christ.
No amount of religion or church activity can change the spirit of the unregenerate man. “Remember,” says Dr. G. Campbell Morgan, “if out of false charity or pity you allow men of material ideals and worldly wisdom to touch holy things, to handle the pearls of the Kingdom, presently they will turn and rend you.
The Bible says; “There is a spirit in man; and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding” (Job 32:8). Here we are told that it is the spirit of man that is given understanding. The materialist tells us that the spirit of man is the air that he breathes, and that man’s body is all there is to his personality. Such is not the case.
The spirit of man is his personality and it is that which differentiates him from the lower animal creation. If “spirit” meant merely “breath,” God certainly would not deal with it as a personality. He is called “The God of the spirits of all flesh” (Numbers 16:22), and “the Father of spirits” (Hebrews 12:9). It is by his spirit that the Christian both serves and worships God. Paul testified: “For God is my witness, Whom I serve with my spirit in the Gospel” (Romans 1:9). Jesus said: “God is a spirit; and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).
The Soul
Man not only has a living soul but he is a living soul. The Bible says: “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul” (Genesis 2:7). We must be careful not to confound that which is truly spiritual and that which is merely soulish or psychical. We have seen that the spirit of man is the sphere of activity where the Holy Spirit operates in regeneration. Just so is the soul the sphere of activity where Satan operates making his appeal to the affections and emotions of man.
Satan knows full well that he dominates the psychical or the soulish man. Therefore he does not care if a man goes to a church where the Spirit of God is not in evidence. He knows that his victim is a creature of emotions, and it matters not if the emotions are stirred to sentimentalism or even to tears, just so long as man’s spirit does not come in contact with God’s Holy Spirit.
Personally, I believe that Satan would rather have man go to a modernistic church where there is false worship than he would have him go to a house of prostitution. The soul is the seat of the passions, the feelings, and the desires of man; and Satan is satisfied if he can master these. F. W. Grant has said that the soul is the seat of the affections, right or wrong, of love, hate, lusts, and even the appetites of the body.
Hamor said to Jacob, “The soul of my son Shechem longeth for your daughter” (Genesis 34:8). Of David and Jonathan it is written: “The soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul” (1 Samuel 18:1). These passages show the soul to be the seat of the affections. But as the soul loves, so it also hates. We read of those “that are hated of David’s soul” (2 Samuel 5:8).
It shall be even as when a hungry man dreameth, and behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty; or as when a thirsty man dreameth, behold, he drinketh; however, but he awaketh, and behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite (Isaiah 29:8).
The soul of man, that is, his affections and desires, are never directed Godward until after the spirit has become regenerated. Man can never love God nor the things of God until he is born from above.
He may have a troubled conscience or be so stirred emotionally that he may weep bitterly, and still remain dead in trespasses and in sins. We do not feel that we are guilty of judging men when we state that some who have answered an altar call and shed tears never were born again. Man’s desires and affections are turned toward God when he realizes his sinful condition and God’s grace in salvation.
When the Spirit of God illuminates the spirit of a man with divine light and life, that man begins to yield his affections and faculties to God.
The Virgin Mary said; “My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour” (Luke 1:46, 47). She could not extol the Lord in her soul until she had recognized God in her spirit as her Saviour. The initial triumph is in the spirit when Jesus Christ is acknowledged as personal Saviour.
In that immortal classic of the Psalms, David says: “He restoreth my soul” (Psalm 23:3). The Hebrew word translated “restoreth” is said to mean quite literally “turneth back.” At no time had David lost his salvation, but there were times when his affections and desires were turned from the Lord, as in the case of his sin with Bathsheba.
Having become one of the Divine Shepherd’s flock, he testified: “The Lord turneth back my soul.” The Christian who is enjoying unbroken communion with his Lord will then be able to say, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name” (Psalm 103:1).
John was diagnosed 4 years ago (October 2014) with Stage 4 prostate cancer with lymph node involvement and extensive bone metastasis. We analyzed the medical treatments recommended by the oncologist, and John rejected all of them. We studied the alternative treatments available . . . . although in the USA, any viable natural treatment is met with massive opposition and, unfortunately, that means going out of country to obtain the alternative treatment that John decided was the right path for his treatment and anticipated cure.
John’s treatment of choice was the Gerson Therapy, a natural treatment developed by Max Gerson in the 1920’s. GT activates the body’s ability to heal itself through an organic plant-based diet, raw juices, coffee enemas, and natural supplements. It demands an every day single-focused commitment to building the body’s immune system and detoxing the liver … every single day for a minimum of 2 years.
The first week post-diagnosis, John made application to the Gerson Therapy cancer treatment clinic – initially, they told us that no rooms would be available (they only treat 10 patients at a time) until after the first of the year. Because that was a LONG time to wait with John’s Stage 4 diagnosis and the bone mets, we then applied for Gerson’s in-home training program – they came back and told us he did not qualify because he had had a medullary brain stem stroke earlier that same year.
Then, in early November, the Institute called and said that a room had opened up and did we want it. We traveled to San Diego on 10 November and the next morning reported to the licensed Gerson clinic in Tijuana, Mexico for a full evaluation of his condition and to learn how to do the Gerson Therapy at home.
Our first morning at the clinic involved an intensive interview with the leading physician, Dr. Pedro Cervantes (to be affectionately known thereafter as Dr. C) and a full lab protocol for John. The results of those labs would be the cornerstone for the initial GT protocol developed uniquely for John and his condition.
Our first meal at the clinic was lunch … and while it was beautifully arranged and the tables set for guests, we found the food to be so very bland (after all, we had been eating the standard American diet) that we quietly questioned whether we would be strong enough to stay the course. We had no way of knowing that day how quickly our tastebuds would acquire the sensitivity to actually taste the flavors in the organic produce – what an awakening that was!
Our room was on the ground floor and right next to the 24/7 attending physician’s office. If you were up in the middle of the night and just wanted to talk, there were always medical personnel on staff to work with you. That was also so comforting and we took full advantage of their knowledge and kindness, working with several secondary physicians and RN’s as well as directly with Dr. C during our stay.
Each day was filled with learning experiences and with a long discussion with Dr C as to how to establish and maintain the protocols necessary to give GT the best chance of working for John. The bone mets were the real issue .. it is so much harder to heal cancer once it is in the bone than when it’s confined to soft tissue.
Dr. C told us that John would have a “healing reaction” at least once during our stay; and it happened several days into the therapy. One morning, John literally could not move; he could not get out of bed; he had a lot of back pain; he could not even move his legs. The clinic staff immediately went into action; closely monitoring what was happening and helping me administer the clay packs and castor oil packs on an ongoing revolving basis. For two days, John was absolutely helpless, as the toxins that were being stirred up by the therapy poured out of his body. The third morning, he woke up; hopped out of bed; and we walked down to the beach. The “healing reaction” was gone as quickly as it had come.
Sergio (one of the nurses) taught me how to give the liver/B12 injections. We worked with oranges until I could meet his exacting standards (there sure were a LOT of hole-punctured oranges lying around); then, under supervision, I took over the job of giving John his daily injections.
Dr. C wanted John to start a regimen of Lupron and zometa while we were at the clinic; John refused – he still did not want to do anything allopathic. This proved to be a bad decision.
Dr. C also wanted John to see a natural dentist and start Vitamin C infusion therapy while we were there; but our timeframe would have required an extra 1-to-2 week stay; and that was not possible financially.
Dr. C prescribed daily foot soaks in a Pau d’Arco tea solution, to pull out any fungus in the toenails.
During the course of the two weeks, Dr. C continued to customize John’s protocol, adding several “non-Gerson” adjuncts to his daily routine (including B-17, Stamets, a probiotic, Indole 3 Carbinol, and Boswellia).
December 2014. The chemotherapy oncologist told us that he expected John’s prognosis to be less than one year if we do nothing (he included our GT as part of that “nothing”) and at a maximum 2.5 to 4 years if John were to immediately begin go on hormone therapy and intensive chemotherapy. He was willing to allow us to stay on GT until John became worse but warned us not to wait too long, because he said there is a threshold between when he could help us and when it would be too late.
This was very difficult for us; it was scary to hear the oncologist pronounce a death sentence with no equivocation. Since we had gone straight to Gerson on first diagnosis, and John had never had any traditional treatment, he still had a “clean” (no allopathic treatments) system. John was unwavering in his intention to stay on GT; he had been 100% adherent to the GT protocol at that point – we had just finished week 6 (2 weeks at the clinic and 4 weeks at home).
January 2015 – Dr. C revised the rigid protocol that governed John’s diet, juicing, CE’s, and supplements. This now included 10 juices per day, at specific times between 8am and 7pm – including grapefruit, green juices (a special GT mixture of greens), carrot and carrot/apple – as well as organic green and white teas, peppermint tea, kambucha and pau d’arco tea. Organic cold-pressed flax oil was the only oil allowed; only at lunch and supper; and not on hot foods. There was a daily allotment of supplements in tablet form – more than 50 a day total (including acidol, pancreatin, liver capsules, CoQ10, inflazyme, milk thistle, vitamin D3, curcumin, selenium, indole 3-carbinol, colostrum, probiotics – as well as potassium compound solution and Lugol’s solution). In addition, daily liver extract injections and weekly B12 injections were still required.
The number of CE’s was reduced to 3 per day, with castor oil treatments twice a week. Dr. C also continued to recommend zometa and lupron for the bone mets; which John still refused to even consider. We added quark to the protocol at this point, learning to make the version from the Budwig protocol, with Dr. C’s approval.
From the beginning of the therapy (November 2014), John tracked his monthly labs via an excel spreadsheet initially developed for him by one of the GT physicians. Today, we now have 48 months of labs in a liner fashion that can be compared and analyzed. It is easy to see the progression of both the disease and the healing process.
Early March 2015 – We had been struggling lately … John’s February labs came in with two of the cancer markers up– not good. Both of our Gerson practitioners urged him to begin hormone therapy immediately based on the labs, so we met with the oncologist and started John on Casodex orally for one week, followed by the insertion of a Vantas implant. This was a very difficult decision to make; however, as both Dr. Cervantes and Dr. Donato kept telling us, we had to halt the cancer growth long enough for GT to build the immune system to the point that it could address the cancer on its own. Because that takes 9-to-12 months at a minimum, and because John’s cancer was already metastasized when diagnosed, the cancer had a huge head start on the GT, and we just flat ran out of time. The goal now was to keep the cancer in that “box” so to speak while we strengthened the immune system; then at the end of the 12-month cycle on Vantas (which does not kill the cancer, it only holds it at bay), the immune system would hopefully be ready to kick in on its own to actually kill the cancer cells. In the meantime, we stayed the course with GT, supplementing with B17 to work at killing any cancer cells we could on our own.
The struggle was multi-fold. John was so fatigued that he was unable to do any mental or physical work – his attention span and physical capability just were not there.
Even with the CNA who came in every morning to help relieve the GT prep load, my stress levels were through the roof … we didn’t have a good support system network locally (I came to depend on the GT FB support group for much of our inspiration and positive encouragement).
I was concerned about making sure we had all the food that John required for the protocol, and the supplements … and with keeping a roof over our heads! I was able to work only part-time and that had a significant impact on our finances.
In late March 2015, John suffered a major setback – his T1 vertebrae collapsed when the cancer ate through it. He was hospitalized for two weeks; semi-comatose; and I was told to prepare to put him in a care situation; that he would not come home again. We persevered with GT, even giving him also the CE’s while he was hospitalized (thanks to the admitting physician who wrote in the chart that I could continue to administer them [much to the chagrin of the staffers]).
While hospitalized and when coherent again, John demanded that the Vantas implant be removed. The oncologist acquiesced only after we told him that if he didn’t remove it for us, we would remove it on our own.
Following this setback, and in conjunction with continuing 100% on GT, we administered a high dose of CBD for 90 days. We chose a medical dosage without the side effects of delta-9-THC. While this process was not specifically approved by the GT physicians, they were aware of what we were doing.
December 2015 – the next set of scans showed conditions slightly worse than those of the diagnostic year – while disappointed, we recognized that this finding was definitely aggravated by the T1 vertebrae collapse.
John refused to have scans in 2016 and 2017 … so we have no knowledge of when the actual turnaround came about. We believe it to have been at approximately 18 months; although the monthly labs had stabilized slightly prior to that. His strength and desire to be active again started to return. Proof enough for us that the Gerson Therapy was the right choice for John.
The April 2018 scans show no lymph node involvement; no active cancer; no signs of any new cancer in John’s system. All of his labs, which are checked monthly, stay well within range, with the one exception of that pesky PSA, which continues to bounce up/down.
John has added homemade kefir water, colloidal and iconic silver, and ozone therapy (steam saunas and insufflations, ozone oil for the skin, and ozone drinking water) to his routines.
We’ve had many others diagnosed with various cancers come to us for information … few are willing to commit to the rigorous schedule demanded by GT. Many have moved directly to chemo; and we’ve watched far too many die. John has been unswerving in his desire to stay as non-allopathic as possible. As a result, today the oncologist is willing to say that he is in “partial remission.” We’ll take that in a heartbeat … and move forward with our lives; staying 80% GT in the process; staying pretty much plant-based organic in the process.
We’ve started traveling again and delight in finding vegan/vegetarian restaurants wherever we go … we have a new-found appreciation of the everyday delights of just being alive and together to enjoy our small organic backyard garden or a weekend trip to walk on the beach and do a bit of metal detecting. Every day is a gift, and we do not look on that gift lightly. “Thank God and thank Gerson” is truly a mantra around our house! All the best … Jean Griswold-Lynn!!! 🙂

I tend to experience the most stress between 6–8 p.m., which is weird, because that’s the one time of day I’m not working or sleeping, and am therefore, at least in theory, “relaxing.” I always assumed this had something to do with the lack of sunlight — resolution and change and growth still seem possible during the day, especially if it’s sunny, but at night? Everything seems closed off and pre-determined, and I always end up thinking about death. Ha.
Anyway, the sunlight thing may or may not be part of it, but apparently evening stress is actually worse than daytime stress, according to a new study published in the journal Neuropsychopharmacology Reports.
The authors, who conducted their research at Hokkaido University in Japan, tested how their 27 subjects’ hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (or HPA) axes responded to stress incurred at different times of day. The HPA axis connects the central nervous and endocrine systems, and its activation leads to the body’s release of cortisol, the primary human stress hormone. By measuring cortisol levels after a stressful event, the researchers could therefore determine how capably the human body responds to stress in the morning compared to the evening.
After establishing subjects’ baseline cortisol levels, they were asked to prepare and give a presentation to three trained interviewers and a camera, which I am stressed just thinking about. Saliva samples were taken before and immediately after each presentation, and at ten-minute intervals for half an hour afterward.
The authors also found that students who were given the stress test in the morning had significantly higher cortisol levels in their saliva, while those who were given the evening test experienced no such change. Conversely, there was no significant difference between the post-test heart rates measured in both groups, suggesting that the sympathetic nervous system may be less influenced by time.
I would have thought that a higher stress hormone count meant more stress, but it’s a little counterintuitive, kind of in the same way having a high white blood cell count is actually bad, even though white blood cells are good, because it means something is wrong.
If we think of cortisol level as one of the body’s strongest tools in addressing stress, its heightened presence is actually (usually) a good thing. Lead author Yujiro Yamanaka explains his study’s findings as follows: in the morning, our bodies have both the HPA axis and our sympathetic nervous system at their disposal, while in the evenings, they have only the latter (in the form of elevated heart rate, for instance).
While Yamanaka concedes there is some room for variation due to individuals’ biological clocks (cortisol production also being reliant, in part, on circadian rhythms), generally speaking, he says, his findings suggest “a possible vulnerability to stress in the evening.” To which I say, no kidding!
Stressful events in the evening release less of the body’s stress hormones than those that happen in the morning, suggesting possible vulnerability to stress in the evening.
The body’s central system also reacts less strongly to acute psychological stress in the evening than it does in the morning, according to research conducted at Japan’s Hokkaido University. In the study published in the journal Neuropsychopharmacology Reports, medical physiologist Yujiro Yamanaka and his colleagues recruited twenty- seven young, healthy volunteers with normal work hours and sleep habits to find out if the “hypothalamic -pituitary-adrenal” (HPA) axis responds differently to acute psychological stress according to the time of day.
The HPA axis connects the central nervous and endocrine systems of the body. Cortisol, the primary stress hormone in humans, is released for several hours when the HPA axis is activated by a stressful event. This helps provide the body with energy in the face of a perceived need for fight or flight. Cortisol levels are also regulated by a master circadian clock in the brain, and are normally high in the morning and low in the evening.
The team first measured the diurnal rhythm of salivary cortisol levels from volunteers to establish a baseline. The volunteers were then divided into two groups: one that was exposed to a stress test in the morning, two hours after their normal waking time, and another that was exposed to a stress test in the evening, ten hours after their normal waking time.
The test lasted for a period of 15 minutes and involved preparing and giving a presentation in front of three trained interviewers and a camera, and conducting a mental arithmetic. Saliva samples were taken half an hour before starting the test, immediately after, and at ten-minute intervals for another half hour.
The researchers found that salivary cortisol levels increased significantly in the volunteers that took the stress test in the morning while no such response was observed in those that took the test in the evening. The volunteers’ heart rates on the other hand, an indicator of the sympathetic nervous system which immediately responds to stress, and did not differ according to when the test was taken.
Yujiro Yamanaka commented “The body can respond to the morning stress event by activating the HPA axis and sympathetic nervous system, but it needs to respond to evening stress event by activating the sympathetic nervous system only. Our study suggests a possible vulnerability to stress in the evening. However, it is important to take into account each individual’s unique biological clock and the time of day when assessing the response to stressors and preventing them.”

Since Hope Aguilar was a child she knew that whatever she did in life it would be in trying to make a difference. The native Texan is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Texas Army National Guard, and U.S. Army. She completed her BA in Psychology at UT Dallas, and currently teaches English as a Second Language in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
She became a lover of writing while she was in college.
Although she never imagined her first book would be one about her journey through cancer, she hopes her story will inspire others and promote ovarian cancer awareness. Hope Aguilar’s heart’s desire is to travel and write of her adventures. Hope is a proud parent of two adorable cats, she loves her family and friends, and also carries God in her heart at all times. Her future plans include returning to Texas to further pursue her passion for writing and to continue advocating for ovarian cancer.
Hope Aguilar knows what it means to hope against the odds. Her fight with cancer taught her that her Christian faith was sometimes the only thing keeping her hope alive. The book that documents her journey in dealing with ovarian cancer, ‘HOPE through cancer’, is not only meant to bring awareness to this disease but also to help others who are struggling with their own cancer situation.
The book recounts Hope Aguilar’s battle with ovarian cancer and her realizations as she struggled with this disease. The book points out that it is very important for people not to be so afraid of cancer and that they should listen to their own bodies. She also recounts how her family and friends were there for her during her illness and how important it is for cancer patients to have a strong support system.
Most importantly, however, Aguilar wants people to understand the role that faith plays in fighting serious illnesses like cancer. “I called the book ‘HOPE through cancer’ with ‘hope’ in all capital letters for a reason,” says Aguilar. “It was because I want people to understand that this book is not about me, Hope.
But about having HOPE for the future through faith, even when the future seems dark. It was my faith as a Christian in the cross of Jesus that kept me strong.” Hope points out that “the Big C” has been made too important in our world. “When I was ill, my mom told me that it was not the ‘Big C’ but the ‘little c.’ That we should not allow it to scare us or give it too much power.”
Instead of investing power into the cancer, Hope Aguilar credits her faith in Jesus as the power that pulled her through her illness. ‘HOPE through cancer’ is her testimony that faith, along with the love and support of family and friends can help cancer victims recover and even triumph over their illnesses. https://authorhopeaguilar.com/
Did you know that Saudi Arabia was the only country in the world that didn’t allow women to drive? Did you see how I wrote “was”?
Yup that is a thing of the past now. As in 13 days ago past.
How awesome is that…is this!
Women are now officially and legally allowed to drive cars. Or motorbikes. Or vans. Or even big trucks. All vehicles. As long as they have the proper licenses for one or all the types of vehicles I listed.
But HOLY COW is this amazing!
Maybe for all those that don’t live in the country. Maybe not even for all those that actually live in the country. There are people who don’t approve. Also more so from the male gender side, but I think there are some women too. It’s a HUGE change. And with all change there is skepticism. And even fear.
Fear of what you may ask. Fear of the unknown. Fear of women being in accidents. Fear of women causing accidents. Fear of men not being nice to women who start driving. And, in my opinion, fear that with more freedom, more rights women will start being a part of more things altogether. And that can scare men. That can scare people, in general.
I won’t go into too much more detail about this, but if you look back at history this is nothing new. Women throughout time have had to deal with adversity. The right to vote. The right to be in armed forces, outside of clerical duties. The right to make choices on her body. The right to divorce. The right to an education. The right to have any job that she’s qualified to do.
And then we have the rights of those who may be black, like in America with the civil rights movements in the ’60’s.
History has shown that we can fear what we don’t understand, what is different than us, what may affect our life somehow.
It’s all quite silly to me. But hey what do I know I’m just a brown woman.
People can be scare or fear what they don’t like, they don’t know or they don’t understand. That’s all fine and dandy. As long as it doesn’t interfere with progress.
Which is what is happening in Saudi Arabia. Times are a changing! And for the better!
There might be men who don’t care to see this progress. For whatever reasons; whether it be religious or cultural. But regardless of what they don’t approve of this change has taken place and more (positive) changes will only continue. And I for me things that’s pretty awesome!
All of that said, for me and the many women in this country we welcome this change with courage, tears of joy, and gratitude for those that made it happen. The Saudi family and those courageous women that fought for this day. Some even at cost.
So, what did I do to celebrate? Was I brave enough to take to the streets and drive in a country that is known for having not so safe drivers?
You bet I did!
I celebrated this positive change by getting behind the wheel. It may have only been for 15 minutes. It may not have been on the freeway even. But it was me, a woman, driving in Saudi Arabia. That’s a memory I’ll forever cherish. Though I hope to do some more driving before I leave. Knowing me…I’m sure I will!
Cheers to (positive) change! Cheers to progress! Cheers to girl power! #fistbump!!!
P.S. If you wonder what the women here tell me about this new change. It’s almost ALL positive. They want to drive. Admittedly, some do not care to drive. But now it’s truly a choice. If they wake up tomorrow and decide (once they take the course and get a license that is) “hey I’d like to drive myself to work or college or to the mall or anywhere” they get to! They now have a choice! And that has them excited.
As for those that don’t care to drive. For some it’s because they enjoy being driven around. Even non-Saudi women tell me they like that. Though it’s not for me. If I can drive I’d also prefer to drive. And then others are more like watching how it goes. They want to see how other women, maybe Saudi women in particular, do with this change.
And, lastly, there are some that can’t or won’t drive cause of their father or male guardian not giving them permission. But I’ll save that for another blog.
Kay Allison Shemirani suspected something might be wrong with her when her cat started repeatedly pawing at her right breast, which was something she’d never done before. But even though she had a sore right nipple and “grainy area of lumpiness” around it, Kay dismissed her concerns.
“I’d had breast augmentations, so assumed the symptoms were something to do with that,” said Kay, 52, an aesthetic nurse practitioner and mother of four from East Sussex, UK.
A few months later, though, Kay couldn’t ignore the changes in her breast any longer, so she went to her doctor to get it checked out. The mammogram and ultrasound he arranged for her found nothing suspicious, but a subsequent needle biopsy confirmed Kay’s worst fears: she had breast cancer.
“I was diagnosed with lobular invasive breast cancer,” said Kay. It was ‘grade three,’ a faster-growing form of breast cancer more likely to come back after treatment, and ‘pleomorphic,’ a rare and aggressive subtype of lobular invasive breast cancer with a poorer prognosis and worse survival rates.1
Kay had private health insurance, so she was able to book a consultation with “the top oncologist in the country” within a matter of days to discuss her options. He told her she had the “worst type” of breast cancer, and with her best course of action was to have a mastectomy—an operation to remove her right breast—also followed by chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy.
Although an MRI scan showed the cancer was confined to her right breast, Kay opted to have both breasts removed (a double mastectomy) for aesthetic reasons, followed by immediate reconstructive surgery. A date for the operation was scheduled very quickly.
In the meantime, Kay found herself asking: “Why have I got this disease?” Kay’s consultant said it was “an unlucky roll of the dice,” but Kay’s then-husband, a scientist, disagreed.
“He told me that everything has a cause and effect,” said Kay. “He began tirelessly researching breast cancer and ordered a huge number of books on the subject. I took two of them with me when I went for my surgery in London.”
Read it and weep…
The two books were The China Study by American biochemist T. Colin Campbell and his physician son Thomas M. Campbell II (BenBella Books, 2006)—which advocates a whole-foods, plant-based diet based on evidence from the China-Cornell-Oxford Project, one of the largest comprehensive studies of human nutrition ever conducted—and also Max Gerson’s A Cancer Therapy: Results of 50 Cases (Gerson Institute, first published in 1958), which outlines the American physician’s nutritional, holistic approach to treating cancer.
As soon as Kay woke up from her operation—later than planned as she suffered a hemorrhage during the procedure and had to have additional surgery—she started devouring all the information in the books.
She was particularly intrigued by Max Gerson’s alternative cancer therapy, known as ‘Gerson therapy.’ This approach involves eating a low-fat, salt-free, meat-free diet including organically grown fresh fruits, vegetables and drinking 13 freshly squeezed juices at hourly intervals throughout the day. With Nutritional supplements & coffee enemas are also important features of the program.
The theory behind the therapy is that cancer is a disease of the whole organism—the result of several damaging factors that combine to cause a deterioration of the entire metabolic system—and a tumor is just a symptom of this. The goal is to bring the body back to its normal metabolic state via detoxification methods and also building up the immune system.
“After I read the book, I was very upset that I had made a mistake,” said Kay. “I realized the surgery wasn’t going to help anything.”
Kay then became very aware of her environment—the poor quality of the hospital food she was eating, the strong smell of the chemical cleaning products being used around her—and decided she would be better off at home.
“I told my surgeon I wanted to leave early, and I went home on day two after my operation—even though I still had five drains in place [to collect fluids from the surgical wounds]!”
An alternative approach…
Once home, Kay decided that instead of going down the conventional route of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy—as recommended by her consultant—she would try the Gerson method to prevent the cancer from coming back.
“I was actively advised against this by my oncologist,” said Kay. “my brother-in-law, a top surgeon, told me I would die quickly.”
Kay was informed that her estrogen levels were incredibly high, and if she was going to decline hormone therapy in the form of tamoxifen and goserelin (Zoladex) to reduce the risk of her breast cancer coming back, she should get her ovaries
removed instead.
But Kay refused the surgery, sticking to her decision to try Gerson’s holistic approach.
“My family, close friends and colleagues were in shock at my decision,” said Kay. “I was a registered nurse for 32 years. To be a nurse yet turn my back on modern medicine made no sense to them.”
Kay had already spoken to Dr Patrick Vickers, the director and founder of the Northern Baja Gerson Clinic in Mexico, and she felt confident in her choice to turn down all conventional treatments and fully commit to Gerson’s alternative therapy.
One week after her operation, Kay started the intensive juicing protocol—which includes a carrot and apple juice as well as a green juice featuring specific vegetables such as chard, romaine lettuce and green pepper—combined with a simple, organic diet of oatmeal in the morning and vegetables and a baked potato for lunch and dinner. She drank ‘Hippocrates Soup’ designed to heal and strengthen the immune system and kidneys.
Although it was a drastic change of diet for Kay—before, she lived on Diet Coke, meat, fish, chocolate and her children’s leftovers—the regimented Gerson plan suited her personality.
Kay also started giving herself coffee enemas, which are used to increase the liver’s detoxification capacity.
According to the Gerson Institute, a nonprofit organization based in San Diego, California, dedicated to providing education and training in Gerson therapy, “Certain substances in the coffee stimulate an important detoxification enzyme in the liver as well as dilate the bile ducts and increase the flow of bile.”
On top of the 13 juices a day and five coffee enemas, Kay also started taking a number of nutritional supplements, including potassium, vitamin C, niacin, pancreatic enzymes and Lugol’s iodine. In addition, although not part of the Gerson therapy, she decided to try two other alternative cancer therapies she’d read about: mistletoe injections and very high doses of vitamin B17 (also known as ‘laetrile’ or ‘amygdalin’), which she took under the supervision of an experienced practitioner.
Noticing effects…
Soon after starting the Gerson therapy, Kay noticed a number of improvements in her health. Within days her surgical wounds had healed, within weeks she no longer had to read with the help of glasses, and within months she had lost 36 pounds (around 16 kg) and was down to a healthy weight.
Further down the line, she experienced the complete resolution of several long-term symptoms: frequent migraines, keloid scarring (an overgrowth of scar tissue) from her breast augmentations, irregular heartbeat and heavy periods. She also underwent menopause naturally two years after starting Gerson therapy, “without a single side-effect,” although she says that Chinese herbs helped as well.
Kay did get a number of unpleasant symptoms initially, such as bloating, joint pain and “smelling like a nail salon,” but they were all signs the body was detoxing, Kay said, and once they resolved, she felt great.
During this time, Kay made sure she had blood tests every six weeks to keep an eye on any markers of disease, and she was monitored remotely by an experienced naturopath and Gerson therapist, Kathryn Alexander. Read A new way of life!!

When the sunniest woman in the history of morning news got hit with triple-negative breast cancer at age 63, Joan Lunden’s life changed, irreversibly. A year after finishing treatment, Joan told Prevention Magazine in 2016, that she’ll never be her old self, but that her new normal is filled with revelations, joy, and yet another amazing reinvention.
Joan Lunden told them, “Maybe by telling my story, I make women more vigilant.
I know that I was a person who paid lip service to self-exams – but come on, let’s be honest, I didn’t do them. And I didn’t think I needed to because I didn’t have a family history. So breast cancer was someone else’s worry.”
She also added, “Now that it’s happened to me, I guess I feel compelled to go out there and warn other women and make them more aware and make them more vigilant. And understand it’s not just about family history. It’s about the lifestyle choices that we make: whether or not we exercise, what we’re consuming, our stress levels, or the lack of sleep. And all of the other risk factors that can make us susceptible not only to breast cancer, but all the other cancers.”
On Tuesday, June 24, 2014, Lunden revealed on Good Morning America she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
When Joan was first diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), that term was totally foreign to her. And once she embarked on her cancer journey it soon became clear that no two breast cancers are the same. It’s not just a single disease but rather one with many different forms and the type of breast cancer one has, greatly affects their prognosis and treatment options.
To really understand TNBC, we must first understand receptors, which are proteins found inside and on the surface of cells. When testing a tumor in triple negative breast cancer, its’ cells are tested for hormone receptors – estrogen, progesterone and HER2. If all three of these tests are “negative,” then the cancer is triple negative (ER-, PR-, HER2-). In short, the growth of cancer in TNBC patients is not supported by those hormones.
Since this type of cancer is not fueled by hormones, TNBC does not respond to hormonal therapy such as tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors, nor does it respond to therapies that target HER2 receptors, such as Herceptin. So the treatment options are quite limited.
For Joan, she was able to receive a combination of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation, which her doctors feel was very successful. Luckily, for those who are not chemo sensitive, researchers work every day to continue searching for additional treatments for TNBC.
The facts:
10% – 20% of all breast cancers are triple negative
TNBC can be aggressive and difficult to treat
There is no targeted therapy for TNBC, which is why chemotherapy is most often used
Typically it disproportionately strikes younger women, women of African, Latina or Caribbean decent and those with BRCA1 mutations
Lunden has also been open about her selection of a newer medical regimen to treat her cancer. She hopes the information will encourage others to look beyond the status quo before settling on a treatment plan— and that includes both patients and the oncologists she’ll speak to in Miami.
Because Lunden had triple-negative breast cancer— meaning her disease wasn’t fueled by hormones or an overabundance of the HER2 gene—it was expected that chemotherapy, rather than a targeted treatment, would be most effective. Her treatment would also need to include surgery and radiation, she was told, but there were different ways the regimen could be approached.
The first oncologist Lunden saw encouraged her to have chemotherapy as an initial step in order to shrink her tumors and make her surgery less invasive, then follow the lumpectomy with radiation. And the doctor recommended adding carboplatin to the chemotherapy regimen, also a newer idea.
Chemotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer typically includes 12 weeks of Taxol (paclitaxel) followed by four cycles of doxorubicin plus cyclophosphamide. But Lunden’s oncologist cited a study presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium in 2013, which had demonstrated that adding either carboplatin or Avastin (bevacizumab) to some of those cycles improved the pathologic complete response rate in patients by about 60 percent.
That sounded promising to Lunden, however, when she sought a second opinion from a physician at a different renowned institution, she was advised to have her surgery before she received chemotherapy. The divergent opinions left Lunden and her husband baffled.
“It was very confusing, and ultimately I had to go with my gut. It was really scary and part of the frustration and angst that cancer patients experience,” Lunden says. Ultimately, she chose the newer regimen as “the one that would give me my best chances for success and my best chances to not have a reoccurrence of the disease.”
According to Borgen, “A number of trials have demonstrated the advantages of pre-surgical chemotherapy across a wide panorama of breast cancer, including triple- negative, and carboplatin is an accepted cytotoxic chemotherapy choice for triple-negative breast cancer. However, having chemotherapy first is a less common approach. Nationally, there is still resistance to deviating from the longstanding dogma of surgery, then chemo, then radiation. The benefits of pre-surgical chemotherapy, particularly in the type of breast cancer Joan Lunden had, are abundantly clear.”
In Lunden’s case, the chemotherapy eradicated her smaller tumor and shrank the bigger one by about 70 percent, resulting in a surgery she describes as minimal. Then, she received radiation five days a week for six weeks.
Although Lunden recognizes that patients’ treatment needs are quite individual, she’s sharing her own choice because she wants women to know that they have options. Her worry is that others in her shoes will be automatically steered toward the more typical therapeutic regimen without discussion.
Borgen anticipates that the 1,000 oncologists who hear her story in Miami will be receptive to Lunden’s point of view, especially because the purpose of the gathering is to foster awareness of state-of-the art treatments, as well as to promote a multidisciplinary approach that improves the care of patients with breast cancer. “It is so hard to stay current in breast cancer,” he says.
“It’s a field that changes week to week, month to month. The studies are very clear that giving chemo first is a path that should be strongly considered in this type of breast cancer. Switching the order, doing chemo before surgery, made (Lunden’s) surgery smaller, which proves that the sequence of treatments, the chemo combination, were the right choices for her. But if this regimen doesn’t work in another patient, an option is to simply change the drugs in the chemo combination. There is still resistance from some oncologists and surgeons to this approach.”
Still, Borgen says, things are moving in the right direction when it comes to treating women with breast cancer. “I’ve done this for over 25 years. I’ve treated nearly 6,000 women with breast cancer. And our success rates and our victories are exponentially different than they were in the 1990s or in the mid-2000s,” he says.
“There are 200-plus drugs in the breast cancer pipeline going through FDA testing. Genomic profiling, opening up the hood on these cancers and looking at the genes that are driving them, looking at the signaling pathways that are involved, that allows us to precisely personalize our treatment approaches to this large, complex family of diseases. It’s impossible for me to be pessimistic about breast cancer today.”
MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
Things seem to be moving in the right direction for Lunden, as well.
While she remained tired in mid-January from chemotherapy and radiation, she saw her blood counts slowly improving; she expects to find out in June whether there’s any evidence of cancer left in her body. “You start to feel a little bit better every day, and some of the side effects start to wane,” she says. “I can see the finish line, and that’s important.”

Cancer has changed Lunden in a variety of ways. Down to some of the smallest details, her work reflects the disease’s presence in her life. She has a section about breast cancer on her website, in which she shares a video blog of herself undergoing treatment, but related issues have made their way into the other sections, too—including a video of Lunden explaining how to style a wig. Lunden’s three adult daughters also share advice based on their experience with their mother’s cancer journey.
Not surprisingly, cancer has changed Lunden personally, too.
“You can’t dance with death and look at it in the mirror and not change,” says the mother of seven, including two sets of twins. “You become more appreciative of life, of your friends, of your family, of your home, of your ability to do things.”
Cancer also teaches you to pace yourself. Lunden did that, but only at her doctor’s insistence. It happened after Lunden, whose white and red blood-cell counts were very low, claimed to be feeling great.
“I’m not sure that you actually have the ability to recognize when you’re tired, because you’re so used to pushing through it,” the doctor told her.
She asked Lunden not to exercise for a week so she could learn to listen to her body’s signals. More frustrating, though, was that the warning didn’t just apply to working out— it applied to working. Lunden was not to fly anywhere until her compromised immune system bounced back.
Cancer also teaches you to pace yourself. Lunden did that, but only at her doctor’s insistence. It happened after Lunden, whose white and red blood-cell counts were very low, claimed to be feeling great.
“Keep up that positive outlook,” one woman wrote. “Your life’s resumé now includes cancer survivor, and by continuing to share your story, you will be more prepared for those crazy mind games cancer continues to play on you. Congratulations on a job well done. You are getting the message out about cancer coming in all forms and each journey being different. Carry on!”
Such messages have helped Lunden cope at difficult moments.
“The fact that these people take the time every day to just write a little message back or pray for me, tell me to stay strong, or share their tips or advice has been a very big part of my healing,” she says, “and is just keeping me strong.”
One should also consider chemo-sensitivity assay which is a laboratory test that measures the number of tumor cells that are killed by chemotherapy.
The test is done after the tumor cells are removed from the body. A chemo-sensitivity assay may help in choosing the best drug or drugs for the cancer being treated.
Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) trained in integrative cancer care play an important role in the support of people diagnosed with cancer through survivorship. They provide evidence-informed guidance on safe and effective use of natural and supportive therapies, when combined with conventional treatment.
During and after chemotherapy it’s always important to consider supplementation for the side effects for protecting healthy cells. Vast ways have been found to do so. Intravenous Vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Glutathione, Sodium Bicarbonate should be considered as adjuvant care (of therapy) applied after initial treatment for cancer, especially to suppress secondary tumor formation. Items like Ginger Root Tea, Lemon Drops etc. to help deal with the nausea that comes with chemotherapy. http://chemocare.com/

Perception is what it is and not everyone’s pain or outlook is the same. We’re all different but one feature is the same. All cancer patients have cancer ~ unfortunately not all cancer patients are enlighten angels. Some are also still fallible individuals wearing a chip on their shoulder or a pizza stain on their satin cape or so I have heard. Most cancer survivors don’t say “why me,” but in return find a positive solution to the dis-ease. They find peace within their own situation that overcomes their fear and may be the built in survival mechanism.
GOD grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Understanding this phrase; God gives me the serenity to accept what can not be changed. Will help you to see things more clearly and to consider them from a different point of view. The word serenity alone has a calming effect: The insight bestowed is easily possible to react with the things you can not change. Will give you inner peace which today may seem impossible to imagine.
It is likely that you have gotten upset about things that were 100% unchangeable or that you have been heavily criticized for trying to change them. We certainly realize self criticism also comes to late, thus this is where serenity can help you. If you get upset then take a good look at the situation and consider whether or not it can be changed. If NOT: is there a really a good reason to actually get upset about it. The answer is clearly NO!!!
In the future there will be two groups of cancer patients. Those who have read this book — and those who are uninformed. For many years Lothar Hirneise has also been traveling throughout the world looking for the most successful cancer therapies, and he has been explaining to people that there is much more available than just chemotherapy and irradiation. Recognized internationally as Europe’s leading specialist in this area, he describes the results of his years of research in this encyclopedia of non-conventional therapies. The reader will also learn in detail why so-called experts in reality know little about cancer.
In addition to descriptions of more than 100 cancer therapies and substances used in treating cancer, the author also explains which cancer therapies are used allopathically, for which types of cancer, and what is imperative for a patient to know before he subjects himself to such therapies. The 3E program, which is based on the analysis of case histories of thousands of people who have survived late stage cancer, is described for the first time.
Learn why so many people die of cancer, and why so many others do not. This book not only supplies an incredible amount of information, it also helps the cancer patient to find his own way to cure cancer through the active exercises of the 3E program.

As does particularly Dr. Hamer, Lothar Hirneise knows about the emotional factors impacting the physical in the onset and healing of disease (see Emotions) and also the inherent self-healing nature of the human body. In unison with Dr. Budwig, he confirms the vital role of diet, light, energy & lifestyle and among all the holistic & nutritional theories of cancer healing he investigated, assigns pride of place to the Budwig Diet she developed.
Dr. Gaston Naessens, who is French, developed a practical microscope which is called a somatoscope. Thus Naessen could reveal small particles in the blood that nobody had ever seen before. He called these particles somatids “little bodies.” These small units of life are precursors of DNA and according to Naessens they are capable of transforming matter into energy.
He discovered that somatids go through a 3 – phase micro cycle, normally somatids are harmless, but when the immune system is under stress. damaged by toxins, or impacted by illness “bacteria or parasites.” The somatids develop malignantly as part of the micro cycle is damaged. The results are cancer and other illnesses.
Dr. Naessen discovered that tumor cells produce a substance (co cancerogenic factor K,) CFK that handicaps the immune system. According to Naessen, 714X can reduce tumors, help with gaining weight, losing weight or contribute to reductions or the elimination of toxins and pain and extend life. 714X neutralizes CFK and thus makes it possible for the immune system to better identify and destroy cancer cells.
Usually the treatment consist of 3 consecutive treatments with 714X injections that are injected directly into the lymph nodes in the abdominal area once a day for a least 21 consecutive days. Then there is a pause. For advanced cancer the treatment can be more intensed.
Dr Naessen collected hundreds of case studies, in which 714X was used successfully against melanoma’s, carcinoma’s, malignant lymphoma’s, osteosarcoma’s and other types of cancer. Many cases are published in Christopher Bird’s book: The Persecution and Trials of Gaston Naessen.
Dr. Naessen by the way wasn’t not the first to discover these little blue particles. Many years before him Dr. William Reich, who called these micro particles bions found them. Personal Opinon of Lothar Hirneise: I have found many cancer patients who were treated by Dr. Naessen, who swore that they would not be alive without 714X.
