Solitarius.org is a website about our well being… a website providing fellowship and compassion toward my fella man or woman. As I always reach out with compassion, staying positive, avoiding controversy and provide answers to cancer. Just the other night on facebook talking to a friend, I provided an answer to pancreatic cancer and she told me about the success stories taking place at the Midland Allison Cancer Center.
Thinking win ~ win…. doing your own research it would be an option worth investigating when given the red flag. Like her 87 year old friend was given…. I provided her with an option. In this Holiday Season 2013, I would like to give thanks to all those having contributed to Solitarius the last two years. Without those contributions some of the blogs would not have been possible.
It’s a shame in America 2013 we can not come up with rational and reasonable solutions without throwing people under the bus. As I keep hearing over n’ over again how through our governments infinite wisdom “death penalties.” Wonder what it will be like for one of their relatives (Harry Reid) cancellations of policies with Cleveland Clinic drastically cutting their budget…. while Mitch McConnell hustles a New Hoover Dam ( $2.9 billion pork barrel project) in Nowhere Kentucky.
In the United States, the modern day Thanksgiving Holiday Tradition, began in 1621 with a harvest celebration at Plymouth in — present — day Massachusetts. The first of what has become a feast of turkey, yams, mash potatoes & gravy, cranberries, dressing, corn and pumpkin pie. With the Pilgrims and Puritans who began emigrating into New England from 1620s and 1630s carrying the tradition with American Spirit through present day.
With my hope and prayers for the Holiday Season is that Americans work together to form a solution to the Health care crisis. Which would be better than the imbred ideals I see coming out of Washington D.C., at the present time from the leaders we have leading US. Passing on the prices of premiums that I have been hearing to an abandon middle class we have now with a shrinking tax base…. just doesn’t seem reasonable.
We have a dictator in Washington D.C. whom wants to control everyone and everything without any regard for other’s with exception to his next round of golf. Maybe his next round of golf should be with a doctor practicing medicine with 42 years experience and has answers to the problem. While also talking to a Quebecker traffic engineer with greatanswers from their experiences.
Hence an openmind: always wins out better than an individual with a chip on his shoulder. Whom gets mad because some one knows more than him and blames others when he’s wrong. In these times with this day of reckoning, hopefully, the day wouldn’t come when my mother or family member isn’t on death roll through our medical profession again. While already having hospice workers tell me that in the very near future their services will no longer be available.
Solitarius.org is a rational “common sense” solution to the problem, that puts the fear of GOD and NOT the athetist in Washington D.C. first. I know and realize morality of death panels are wrong, because when our soul passes it has to be right with our maker. Unlike the Anti – Christ in the White House…. whom says he has faith? believes in Abortion?? While Kris Carr and Chris Wark amongst others tell how they beat their cancer without assistance from the medical profession. Who work under a gag rule from money grabbing politicians in Washington!!!

Remember that “if ” you have any type of chronic fatigue syndrome, autism, mental problems, Alzheimer memory problems, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular problems, blood clotting or neurological conditions. It’s best to suspect food sensitivity as a means to the ends…. get blood test to see if what might be part of your diet isn’t part of the problem.
Learning about the methylation cycle is a gradual process that’s important, Dr. Amy Yasko amongst others are at the forefront of this key area of research that may provide answers to chronic illness. Also with two gene test ….you might want to consider are Holistic Health has one costing $495.00 (which isn’t covered by insurance.) Therefore if you can swing the price 23 and me.com offers the same test covering mostly the same genes at $99.oo (you just have to find someone to translate the results for you.) V i t a m i n D S l i d e S h o w!!
Lewis C. Cantley, an American Cell Biologist, biochemist and professor in the Department of System Biology and Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Also Director of Cancer Research at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts. Whom most recently, moved to Cornell Weil Medical College in N.Y.C. and just might be this country’s leading cancer researcher for whom when he talks others in the industry listen.
Amongst his research contributions: are the discovery and study of the enzyme Pl-3 kinase, which is known to be important for understanding cancer and diabetes mellitus. The role of Pl-3 kinase in anabolic signaling by insulin IGF – 1 and other growth factors. Which makes it a straight forward link between metabolism and cancer, especially in light of the discovery the PlK3CA gene encoding Pl-3 kinase is an oncogene.
In recent years, Cantley and his colleagues have made additional links between metabolism regulation and oncogenic transformation. With their discovery the MS isoform of pyruvate kinase is associated with cancer risk. This discovery provides a molecular basis for understanding the Warburg effect. As Cantley is now a major player in the resurgence of the importance of the Otto Warburg’s Theory in the process of oncogensis.
This growing evidence for the primary role for Pl-3 kinase in cancer, and it’s critical role in insulin signaling having also served to strengthen the significance of this fundamentally important discovery. While it also fortifies Warburg’s belief that cancer is of anabolic in nature and that it doesn’t need oxygen to survive while feeding off insulin (glucose) for it’s survival in the harshness of it’s host demise.
Running into people along the way, while being in the right place in time. What’s the chance: when it happens over and over again that has become a trademark of Solitarius. Is it good fortune ~ GOD’s intention, impeccable timing or just fate. Just a few day’s ago when I’m wondering what it takes to turn our health care crisis around…. than he shows up in a store?
This messenger working for Synder Trucking, as a Traffic Engineer and living in Montreal, Canada. While talking for over a enlightening half hour the conversation centers around Quebecker’s Health Care System and with this gentlemen , dispelling the myth’s of their universal health care system. With Quebec’s system consisting of no health care premiums and a six percent additional sale tax with the other 6% they already pay.
No matter what you buy it’s always 12% sales tax, however, that leaves them devoid of any cost of health care, and that’s assurance to them that everybody pays and nobody skates. Another fascinating aspect that was in contrast to our system is college tuition, Quebec has a tuition cost of $400 Canadian dollar for semester and all told when a doctor gains their degree in Quebec ( I was surprised to hear the total is $14,000 compared to American educated…. well over $300,000 here in the states.)
With Quebecker’s percentage of GDP being 12% and the United States at 18% while being projected at 30% by 2020 …. our system is headed for disaster???
Waiting for a doctor in Montreal “IS NOT” a problem, the longest he has ever waited was one week for a non emergencies office visit. Because those with emergencies issues get preferred treatment, while another stark contrast with their system… being devoid of malpractice insurance because the government settles with the patient, and “if ” the issue is of serious nature the doctor stands accountable.
This allows doctor’s freedom from additional business cost besides their already robust supplies cost and office expense. Giving them the breathing room to talk to patients about ways of preventing the disease instead of trying to find the cure in aftermath. For instance one disease I would like to add here is Mitochondrial Disease? Luke 21:5-19.
Mitochondrial Disease is genetic in nature, which there is “no cure.” Resulting from failures of the specialized compartments in every cell in the body except red blood cells. The mitochrondrial are the inner nucleus responsible for creating more than 90 percent of the energy needed by the body to sustain life and support life and growth
With mitochondrial disease, much like cancer cell injury occurs along with death of cells. As the body systems begin to fail and the patients health is severally compromised. This disease primarily affects children, however, adult onset is becoming more n’ more common. While suffering with gastrointestinal issues, making it more difficult for your digestive system to process solid food ( Your Energy Declines as you grow weaker and weaker…. until it becomes in most instance fatal.)
What Solitarius senses to accomplish is create awareness as a means of preventing chronic disease. While reading the blog post with an open minded approach great information a bounds. On the first page alone the blogs detail Meditation, preventing chronic inflammation through diet, Insight into paradoxical Q (managing stress) within the starkness of contrast in a vegetarian diet.
Whereas, Awakening the Mind Around You, provides awareness of carcinogenic matter in your environment. Than Rattle Collective Chain contains different insight through individuals with unique thoughts. As well as, Alkalinity and Cancer Prevention shows the importance of proper pH Balance, Protein Synthesis of Healthy Cells and also in the blog Cancer Cells Micro Evolutionary Hypothesis gives ideals how to protect cells in your body.
However, even when you strive to consume a healthy diet essential nutrients can be devoid. Therefore, multivitamins should be considered especially after age of 45 years when your body doesn’t work as well. Thereby, also always consider some multi vitamins contain synthetic nutrients instead of natural ones which makes it hard for your body to absorb them (ask a certified pharmacist having expertised.)
Some of the more popular supplementsbeing taken today are the multivitamins, omega 3s, Amino acids ( protein drinks/shakes), with probiotics, Digestive enzymes, B vitamins, Iron, Antioxidants, COQ10, Resveratrol and green tea being favored with your inner bold side. Also multivitamins are important when combined with omega 3s ~ exercise helps…. combat the problem of high triglycerides and low good (HDL) cholesterol which is a common medical problem.
According to Dr. Ward a common misconception “that fat is bad,” when quite the opposite is true. The healthy omega 3s should be alwaystaken in proper ratio to omega 6s. With the healthy fats such as the monounsaturated fat, and polyunsaturated doing everything for your body. While building cell membranes to performing the key functions of your brain, eyes, and lungs ( increasing metabolism.)
Preventive medicine is one aspect of Osteopathic/Holistic medicine that Osteopathic Physicians (D.O.) provide. DO’s are fully liscensed to prescribe medicine and practice speciality areas, while being trained to consider the whole person. I’m always open to trying different items in my diet, with supplements being part of that regiment. While never experiencing side effects…. with exception…. loose bowel movement of Aloe Vera Juice. However, you should always check with doctors that are trained in Healing Herbs/nutritional science.
Meditation is about true inner peace, quiet mind set and a natural state of being that allows you to be more creative. If you have ever gotten a special feeling without reason and were spot on about a hunch… you know what I’m talking about. It’s about alerting your body to tune into your highest potential (what you truly can do) calling out a golf shot from a far.
We hold the super natural ability from within to harness laser – sharp focus, to relax at will and standout from the crowd; whenever we see fit and do away with all the single minded chatter around us. That allows you to tap into your subconscious levels of Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, Gammaand the all importantREM Dream State. The transcendence toolbox which will bring out a new you with confidence, faith and mental stability.
The Circadian Biological Clock Rhythm…. dips and rises at various times of the day. Adults strongest sleep cycle generally occurs between 2:00 – 4:00 am and in the afternoon between 1:00 – 3:oo pm depending whether you are a “early bird” or “late owl.” This circadian rhythm also causes us to feel more alert at certain times of day and is a sleep vs. wake restorative process to good health.
Rather we struggle to stay focused, battle with stress, are over whelmed with feeling 0r just get tangled up inside ourselves with self confidence and self doubt issues. For whatever reasons, we may have for falling out of realm within ….it’s simply not healthy for you and it causes bad habits or for you to overeat. Obesity is a major risk for osteoarthritis that’s most commonly occurring in the weight bearing joints of the hips, knees and lower back.
Also affecting the neck, small finger joints, the base of the thumb and the big toe while rarely affecting other joints. An estimated 27 million people living in the United States have osteoarthritis. Characterized by the break down of cartilage, which cushions the ends of bones and allows easy joint movement. This bone breakdown causes bones to rub against each other while causing stiffness.
Pain and loss of movement and mobility is critical to being able to grow old independently. With more weight lost, less pain, and better mobility, decreased joint load and inflammation you have. While improving heart, liver and lung function, as well as lowering blood pressure with improving any other sense of well being. When you over eat ….you’re just not doing yourself any favors.
When you overeat indulge, especially refined carbohydrates and juice with excessive sugar (which can cause kidney stones) and starches, or will make you sick and when taking some medications, and /or your stressed out, your tendency is to produce more of the hormone cortisol which lifts blood sugar levels. Cortisol functions to reduce inflammation in your body which is good over time.
However, with these efforts to reduce inflammation, it also suppresses and wreaks havoc on the immune system. What chronic inflammation caused by lifestyle choices, can do is keep cortisol levels soaring and what this unchecked immune system responding to unabated inflammation can lead to is a host of health concerns.
With myriad problems: being increased susceptibility to colds, flu and other illness, with tendencies to develop food allergies and also increased risk of assortment of gastrointestinal issues ( because a healthy intestine is dependent on a healthy immune system and quite possibly a decreased risk of auto immune diseaseand cancer.) However, with daily meditation and if you learn to laugh out loud and at yourself it just may lessen your chance of chronic disease though reduce chronic inflammation.
Than the researchers went ahead and drew blood samples showing the levels of C – reactive protein, while the blood samples were significantly higher in the subjects ask to dwell on the speech. For those participants the levels of C- Reactive protein continued to rise for at least one hour after the speech. Whereas during that same time frame the markers returned to starting levels for those that were told to focus on mundane activity.
Signaling the highly sensitive C – reactive protein marker produced by the liver as part of the immune system’s initial inflammatory response to trauma’s, injuries and infections in the body. Therefore, the immune system plays and important role in various cardiovascular disorders, as well as in cancer, dementia and auto immune disease. As chronic inflammation can and is being associated with various disorders and conditions of it’s your health.
An example of chronic inflammation negative implications, is that Dr. Daniel Egan believed he was living a fairly healthy lifestyle, and at 46 years old. He wasn’t over weight, liked to mountain bike and hiked in the Wasatch Mountains near his home in Utah. However, feeling fatigued, lacking energy and sometimes feeling depressed; Dr. Egan decided to give himself a high sensitive C – Reactive protein test (hsCPR test) which would measure inflammation in his body.
The results confirmed what he suspected he had chronic inflammation, which occurs in the immune system while attacking unhealthy tissue a long side healthy tissue. Though experts say, it usually takes years of chronic cellular inflammation to trigger heart disease, stroke, and diabetes or even cancer. The short term consequence include weight gain, fatigue, aches and pains, indigestion and low grade depression.
In turn, are more likely to have chronic health conditions, 10 years later compared with people who view things rationally. Researchers at the University of Miami, in a clinical report, that was also labeled Stress Management Improves Breast Cancer Outcomes. Details those cancer patients whom undergo Behavorial Stress Management have a positive effect that mitigates the influence to stress from treatment and promotes recovery….. The Stress Cancer Link?
People do not understand, “how” their destructive behavior (moods, thoughts, and emotions affectthe cerebro – spinal system and through that eventually the intestinal organs to the degree of creating poisons within those organs.) It’s not enough to take care of yourself through diet and eliminating foods which are harmful to physical health.
While still 0ther the0ries support that more n’ more Brazilians think vegetarian lifestyle might be the answer to chronic disease. With only one negative being to a vegetarian diet being that thyroid cancer is ever increasing and some experts suspect. That without meat consumption it is important to figure out ways to get B-12, selenium and iodineinto your diet because 0f this paradox.
A friend of this website (Anisha S.) states, vegetarians live longer than carnivores and a vegetarian diet reduces the risk of chronic disease compared to food with meat. Science has proven that consumption of red meat protein in excess is related to a higher risk 0f heart disease. If you’re part 0f the team that does not give up the daily consumption of red meat. You should do a research alert for your good health.
A study 0f Cancer Hospital 0f San Paulo, has confirmed that the relationship between longevity and vegetarian diet. Some evidence has suggested consumption 0f red meat could increase the risk 0f mortality. The research involved the analysis 0f more than 10,000 men and women, separated into five groups: non – vegetarians, semi – vegetarians, and also vegetarian whom consume fish and seafood, ovo – lacto vegetarian (who consume dairy product and eggs) and also vegans who exclude all animal product.
These study participants were followed for six years, and during this period the experts found 2,570 deaths among volunteer, and vegetarian had a death rate 12% lower that the carnivores. The results showed that a vegetarian diet without animal fat is associated with a lower risk of chronic disease. Such as metabolic syndrome X, hypertension, diabetes, ischemic heart disease and mortality from renal disease.
In men the results were even more favorable, this group comprised of vegetarian older people, better educated and many married. According to the researchers they drank less alcohol, smoked less, exercised more and were leaner than meat eaters. A previous study supports that vegetarians, tend to weigh less than meat eaters and vegans are even leaner than vegetarians.
Vegetarians has gained many supporters seeking power by avoiding the consumption 0f animal fat, mainly saturated fat from red meat thus reducing the risk 0f heart disease, cholesterol and triglycerides, whose always include red meat in their diet and may have difficulty to totally cut fat from their menu. Therefore many people chose the less restrictive diet called, semi – vegetarian with no more than three meals a week with meat in their diet.
This one Life is the ground state of all life around you and hence to our own deepest self. Awakening to this realization, to our common divinity, is crucial at this time of our evolutionary journey. When we forget this…. we find ourselves caught in a world filled with war, hatred, with mindless violence and natural disasters and disease that surrounds us today. When we remember this, truly, we rediscover the magic of life and begin to also harness the powers of coincidence. S h a f i n d e’ Z a n e
Cancer is any disease, which normal cells are damaged and do not undergo programmed cell death as fast as they divide via mitosis. It’s all about adapting to carcinogens in a toxic world that increases our risk of cancer. By altering cellular metabolism or damaging DNA directly in cells, which interferes…. with biological processes and induces the uncontrolled malignant division, thereby, ultimately leading to malignant tumors.
Usually severe DNA damage leads to apoptosis, but if the programmed cell death pathway is damaged. Then the cell can not prevent itself from becoming a cancer cell. Therefore, a carcinogen is any toxic substance, radionuclide or radiation that is an agent, directly involved in causing cancer. This may be due to the ability to damage the genome or to the disruption of cellular processes.
Several radioactive substances are considered carcinogens, however, their carcinogenic activity is attributed to that radiation, for example gamma rays and alpha particles ….which they emit. Common examples of non – radioactive carcinogens are inhaled asbestos, certain dioxins and tobacco smoke. Although the public associates carcinogens with synthetic chemicals, natural and synthetic substance that causes cancer as well.
The natural carcinogens include a whole list with some of the more extreme being aflatoxin B1, certain viruses such as Hepatitis B and the Human papilloma virus having been shown to cause cancer in humans. Dioxins and dioxin like compounds, benezene, kepone, EDB and asbestos all have been classified as carcinogenic. Along with benzo [a] pyrene and nitrosamine, such as nitrosonornicotine and reactive aldehyde; such as formaldehyde which is used in embalming fluid, making plastic and other household chemicals.
In 1991, there was a lawsuit in Oklahoma concerning a hospital’s use of a microwave oven to warm blood needed in a transfusion. It seems the nurse had warmed the blood in a microwave oven in a case involving hip surgery and Norma Levitt death from a simple transfusion. Therefore, proving microwaving alters blood and radiation ‘heating’may have also changed the composition of blood.
Divinity is the state 0f mind… that being spiritual in the presence 0f difficulty with grace, salvation and vision for the supreme relatives on earth. While maintaining this outlook with a positive attitude and also the proper nutritional levels that makes for a strong immune system. Your battle 0f the constant carcinogenic barrage of these toxins may be made more efficient.

Back in July 2013, I wrote two blog post on back to back days, Internet Cancer Mentors and Cancer Etiology. Which detailed doctors I found on the internet with different outlooks on how to treat this dreadful disease. However, in this blog post I would like to expound on that list and write about doctors with insight on how to quite possibly prevent chronic disease or cope better with side effects from treatment.
1. Dr. Keith Block M.D. in his breakthrough bookLife Over Cancer, presents the unique block program fighting cancer for the patients that are in different places along the cancer continuum and for those who’ve been recently diagnosed to those in treatment. Also to those who have concluded treatment and need to remain vigilant to prevent recurrence from happening to them.
2. Bharat B. Aggarwal Ph.D. earned his doctorate in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. While completing a post doctoral fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of California Medical Center, San Francisco before going to work for 10 years with Genetech Inc a biotechnology company. Presently he is doing work as a researcher at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
5. Dr. Barry Boyd M.D. a practicing Medical Oncologist, since 1993, when he founded Integrative Medicine Program at Greenwich Hospital – Yale Systems in 1998. 7. Dr. Gerald Chodak graduated at University of Rochester , in 1969 receiving his M.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, in 1975, completed his training in Urology at the University of Chicago in 1982. From 1982 – 1999 he was also full – time faculty member the Department of Surgery/Urology at the University of Chicago, than in 1995 formed Midwest Prostate and Urology Health Center in Chicago until 2008 when he closed his clinical practice.
8. Dr. Bruce Dooley specializes in EDTA Chelation Therapy, Mercury Detoxification, Heart Disease and Anti – Aging Therapies. As well with 20 years of experience using intravenous vitamin C safely and effectively on thousands of patients. Dr. Dooley is a fore – runner in doing things differently.
9. Pamela Smith M.D. a diplomat the Board of the American Academy of Anti Aging Physicians, and is also known as an internationally known speaker. Author of numerous books on subjects from dysbiosis & metabolic disorders; she also holds a Master’s in Public Health Degree along with a Master’s Degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Science.
10. Dr. Eric Braverman a physician, researcher, author and medical director of PATH Medical (Place for Achieving Total Health) in New York City. Dr. Braverman specializes in anti – aging and considers a person to be “as young as his or her oldest body part.” He described The Edge Effect as a brain check up aimed to identify early cognitive decline.
11. Dr. Stephen T. Sinatra a board certified cardiologist, bioenergetics psychotherapist, nutritionist and anti aging specialist. While specializing in integrative medicine having written numerous books on the subject. Also graduating from New York’s Medical College, in 1972. While earning his other certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1975. The good doctor has been affiliated with Manchester (Connecticut) Memorial Hospital throughout his career.
*Dr. Marilyn Joyce “if ” cancer happens most times from trauma through lost of a love one, divorce, financial strain or change of life is their away to solve that problem. This vitality doctor seems to think so from a lesson she learned in the 1970’s with a weekend miracle trip to India. Her Five 5 Essentials to Vital Health helped her overcome two types of cancer (melanoma & uterine) back in September 1985 and given two weeks to live. http://www.kickcancerinthecan.com/
Realizing cancer doesn’t have to be a freight train to death…. she viewed it as a catalyst for change, life has an ending we’re all going to die and we can’t allow a cancer diagnosis hold us back from doing what we need to do to complete our mission. With 200 to 300 cases of her type cancer each year, she forgets she has cancer and just goes on doing what she needs to do to be labeled a cancer survivor!

In October 1981, when Dodie Osteen’s symptoms began to appear she thought nothing about them. Little did she realize by late November, and than on December 10th. She would be diagnosed with metastatic liver cancer with an orange size tumor and “zero chances” of living pass a few weeks. However, she left the Texas Medical Center at St. Lukes Hospital in Houston, Texas driven to succeed…. Healing News!!
Jay Baysinger was a 21 year civilian employee of the Missouri State Highway Patrol when in 1993, he was diagnosed with five melanomas and liver cancer. Given only one month to live he resigned from the patrol and went home to die. Since that time he has become an over ~ comer and through his patience, diligence and obedience in GODs WORD which was instilled in him during that time he started Life Healing Ministries.

True Stories of Hope and Healing, in her book When God & Cancer Meet. Lynn Eib the authorherself a colon cancer survivorwhom at 36 years old was quite young, physically fit and considered herself a health food nut back in 1990 when she was diagnosed. Gives the reader of her book a glimpse of 18 personal encounters touched by GOD in miraculous ways (s0me in their b0dies, 0thers in their minds and all in their spirit.)
