Dysbiosis and Probiotics

   Every  disease  known  to  man starts in the intestinal tract,  where in, 85%   of the immune system is,  therefore, treating  the  intestinal  flora  also  treats the  disease.   Intestinal dysbiosis  should  be  considered  a  mechanism  that promotes disease in patients with chronic gastro intestinal inflammatory or auto immune disorders.    MSRA & Inulin!!!!

    In the classical western diet which produces  increased concentration of Bacteroides.sp and decreased concentration of the Bifido bacteria.sp. strain. Epidemological and experimental data implicate this type of dysbiosis in the  pathogenesis of the colon and breast cancer. Living with this intestinal flora that  has  harmful effects  may influence  the  development  of  inflammatory diseases and should receive considerable attention.

    A  putrefaction  dysbiosis  that  is accompanied  by  an  increase  in  fecal concentration  of   various  bacterial  enzymes  which  metabolizes   bile acids into tumor promotors and deconjugate excreted estrogens raising the plasma estrogen which can cause ovarian  and  breast cancer.  Thereby,  putrefaction dysbiosis is corrected  by  decreasing  dietary  fat  while  increasing  fiber  and feeding probiotics, such as Bifidobacteria  and  Lactobacillus  preparations  in  the form of  Kefiryogurtapple cider vinegar and cured sauerkraut et cetera.

    The  common  yeast  Candida Albican  is  present  in  every  individual  and normally  the  yeast  lives  harmlessly  in  the  gastro intestinal tract,  however, occasionally the yeast will over grow and lead to significant disease. When it’s prevalent  in  one’s  intestinal  tract  it  can  lead  to  malabsorption,  thereby, interferring  with  the  normal  absorption  of  nutrients  and  elimination  of toxins which can be a breeding ground for cancer.

     It can also cause a diminished immune system by lacking these nutrients, thereby,  destroying  the  first defense barrier of the intestinal tract  and  also impairing liver function. Dysbiosis is a state of living with intestinal flora that has harmful effects and may influence the development of cancer.

Specific Dynamics

     The underlying affect of shedding obesity might be converting food and drink into energy.  In  a  biochemical process  called  thermic effect of food we  derived  this  energy  through  a  process  that is called metabolism. The autonomic  systems  of  the  body,  such as  breathing,  cell  repairing, blood circulation and hormone adjustment that requires energy to function even when the body is at rest.

     Breakfast a great time to eat a high fiber meal because it will boost your metabolism after a long period of reduced activity.  Because  high fiber  food  requires  higher amounts of digestion it will automatically boost metabolism by using up more energy.  In addition to fiber…. certain fruits like the pectin in apples help regulate blood sugar.

     Also dieters whom consume 1200 mg of calcium daily during the study of  lost  double  the  weight as subjects  with  insufficient  calcium  intake.  While having one spicey meal per day,  may  help  to  increase  your  metabolic  rate  25 percent for three hours after eating that type of meal.

      Furthermore green tea – caffeine mixtures contain large amounts of tea  catechins, such as EGCG that inhibits enzymes that degrade norepinephrine. This process speeds up  the centralized nervous system  and  brain activities, increasing physical activity levels and ultimately fat burning potential.

     A study that was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, showed that a green tea – caffeine combination may stimulate both thermo- gensis and fat oxidation. Increased fat oxidation results when more oxygen   is  being  delivered  to  muscles  for  physical  activity  and  subsequent  fat burning (never use an energy drink as a source for caffeine…. because the sugar and calorie content cancels out the metabolic increase.)

Medicinal Mushroom

    In  this  blog post which will be longer then usual.  It will instill the health benefits of the mushroomJust  not  any  ole’  mushroom…. so don’t go out in the nearest woods and start hunting them.  If  you  don’t  know  the  science of them some just might kill you… pick  your  poison  which  can  be  similiar to a candy bar.

     Medicinal mushrooms have the potential as anti viral, anti microbial, anti  inflammatory, anti hyperglycemic,  some  possess  anti cariogenic properties with cardio protective activity.  While  in  China  alone,  there  are  more than 270 different varieties of mushrooms used for medical treatments believed to stifle cancer metastasis.   Vitamin D Content!!!!

     By  actively  researching  the  chemical  properties  of  the  mushroom…  evidence supports the conclusion that mushrooms should be on the cutting edge agenda of cancer prevention.  Certainly  they  should  be  in  your  diet, especially  if  you  can  afford  some  of  the  more  exotic  Asian Mushrooms.  Such as, the Maitake, Shiitake, Reishi, Cordyceps and A.B.M.

     The initial research  done  on  the Maitake Mushroom  was  done  by  the Japanese scientist Dr. Hiroaki Nanba PH.D. It  showed the maitake, not only, stimulates immune function, but also, inhibit tumor growth. With the crucial compound  in  this  big mountain delicency  being polysaccharides…. with one in particular beta-glucans.

     In 1986, Dr. Nanba conducted experiments on mice injected with tumor cells.  Some of these mice  were  given powered maitake mushroom  and  the other group received shittake mushroom.  While  the  maitake  group  held a 86.3% inhibtion rate the shittake group had a 77.9% inhibition rate. The fact that  maitake mushroom  is apparently  the  most  powerful  immune  system stimulate is interesting.

     Three  different  anti  cancer  drugs  have  already  been  extracted  from  other  mushrooms  and  approved  by  the  Japanese  Health  and  Welfare Ministry that is equilavent of  the  U.S. Drug Administration  [FDA].  They  are  lentinans, derived  from shittake; schizophyllan,  which are derived from  suchurotake;  and  PSK  that are derived from kawaratake.

      Another  Japanese  researcher  Kyoke Adachi  has studied the actions      of   beta glucans  and  concluded  that  polysacharides,  not only,  activates members of the immune system, but also, potentiate the activity of various mediators of the immune system,  such as,  lymphokine  and  interleukin-1.  Interleukin-1  causes cells  to  produce interleukin-2 which in turns causes      T-cells  to  rapidly increase,  in fact,  interleukin-2  has  been  called  T-cell growth factor.

     Much like the interleukins-1-2 play into the straightening of the immune system from maitake mushroom. With the lentinans boosting interleukin-1 levels thereby increasing the cytotoxic activity  (cell-destroying) activity of  the macrophages of the immune system.  Shiitake  has  twice  the  fiber  and  protein of the typical supermarket mushroom.

     There have been reports that scientist at Semmelweis Medical University     in Budapest,  Hungary  have found that lentinans can modify cells that resist the metastasis of lung cancer cells. Finally like maitake, but to a lesser extent shiitake has inhibited mice tumor growth.

     The  third mushroom  from  Asia  being  used  as  a  powerhouse  to  build immune response and to fight cancer is Reishi Mushroom.  While  having  it’s own set of polysaccharides it to has an intriquing but unconfirmed reports of positive effects on cancer patients.

     Another mushroom gaining attention from the high attitude Himalaya’s from  21,000 feet  are  the  Cordyceps. It’s  in  this  part  of  the  world  where Mt. Everest rines supreme at 29,028 feet the cordyceps aren’t far below it’s status of a powerful influence over how the mountain people live. When the mountaineers  walk  the  side  of  the  mountain  allowing  there   “yaks”  or  Bos Grunnies to feed on these mushrooms.

       What they notice from these large bovine mammals “yak”  in these high altitude less dense atomisphere  are  a  more  forceful  energy  driven  animal from the mighty power plant they just consume from.  In Traditional Chinese Medicine  (TCM),  Cordyceps are believed to nourish the yin,  boost  the  yang and invigorate the meridans of the lungs and kidney’s.

      The last medicinal mushroom to look at was discovered near Sao Paulo    in Brazil by Takatoshi Fierumoto.  His  research  revealed  that  the  healthy state of the people of the District of Piedale, was due in part to their frequent consumption of the Agaricus Blazei Murrill (ABM) mushroom.

      ABM mushroom contain large quantities of beta glucans which enhances the immune system.  By  partaking  of  the  ABM mushroom the immune cells can  revitalize  the  healing  power  which  can  lead  to apoptosis  (program cell death of  cancer cells.)  This  is  one  reason  “why”  our  attention  is towards more focus on the ABM mushroom.

Unregulated Hormonal Activity

     Before Steve Jobs died he posted on his companies website that he was being treated for an unspecified “hormonal balance.” That was causing him severe weight loss  and  kept  him out  of the public eye.  That  this  hormone balance issue has been robbing his body of the necessary protein needed for him to stay healthy.  Premenstrual Acne!!!   Woman Imbalance!!!    Q&A.

     Robert Lustig, Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Cal @  San Francisco said,  “it’s unclear what type of illness might cause this type of protein deficiency,   however,  because of it’s unknown origin whether or not Jobs cannot properly absorb and process protein or his body  “just stopped” in the all together remains to be seen.”    Livestrong??????

     Additionally, he stated, “a hormonal imbalance would suggest there’s a   problem  with  his  endocrine system  (ductless hormone – producing glands) including the pancreas, thyroid and pituitary gland that control reproductive capabilities and metabolism,  as well as,  bodily growth and development will not function properly.        Supplements????

    Dr. Bruce White, Cell Biologist Professor at the University of Connecticut     Health Center in Farmington.  Went on to say,  “hormonal imbalances affects the a mount  of  protein  in  your  body.  It  points  to  a  possible  problem with production of the hormone insulin  (by the pancreas)  and  the possible onset   of type 1 diabetes.”

    The main regulator of protein synthesis is insulin, Dr. White says, “if he is not producing sufficient insulin  [his body]  would  have trouble transporting amino acids  [the building blocks of protein]  into his cells.  My  hunch  being  that when insulin is involved,   be  it  hormonal  imbalance,  diabetes,  cancer that we should always [first check] sugar consumption.”

     HOT  TIP  #7  for  July:  Eliminate  all  white  [junk food]  products  from   your diet…. remember  white flour  becomes  sugar  when  it’s  fully digested. Don’t over consume carbohydrates before bedtime.  Not only, will they make you  tired when you awake, but also, most growth hormone production takes place 1 1/2 hours after you go to sleep and stifles that process.

Epilepsy

     Why include Epilepsy in a cancer blog post…. because it’s a common and diverse chronic neurological disorder characterized by seizures. Either being recurrent or unprovoked  brain alterations which can increase the chance of future  seizures.  Epileptic  seizures….  result  from  abnormal  excessive or  hyper synchronous neuronal activity in the brain.  Cure Epilepsy!!!!!!

     A  long  list  of  famous  people  have  lead  prosperous  lives  while  being   epileptic  and  others  shouldn’t  view  them  abnormally.   The  diagnosis  for epilepsy requires the seizures to occur spontaneously  and  some are termed  “reflex epilepsy.”     Either  by  reading,   flashing  lights,   excessive  sugar  in  refine  carbohydrates,  and  likewise,  the  menstrual  cycles  in  women  with epilepsy can influence patterns of seizure recurrence.   

     Epilepsy is usually treated with medication and in some instances diet alterations. A   “ketogenic diet”  (high fat – low carbohydrate)  that was first used  in the 1920’s  and  generally regarded  as one of the oldest treatments. While  intended  to  maintain  the  starvation  or  fasting metabolism  over a period of time.    CharlieFoundation!!!!!

      When the body is in a fasting state it creates ketones  and  some doctors   feel eliminate inflammation.  The typical ketogenic diet called long – chain triglycerides diets that provides  3 to 4  grams  of  fat   for  every  1 gram  of  carbohydrates  and protein.  Dietitians recommend a daily diet containing   75 to 100 calories  for every kilogram (2.2 pounds) of body weight.

      Hot  tip  #6  for  July:  Doctors  recommend  the ketogenic  diet  for  kids only  that  are  susceptible  to  infantile  spasms,  Rhett  Syndrome,  Tuberous Sclerous complex, Dravet Syndrome, Doose Syndrome and Glut-1 deficiency. This  shouldn’t  be  taken  as  home remedy  and  one  should  always  seek the advice of medical professionals.

Calcium Cancer Connection

     As I keep funneling  good information forward….  this a thought that should be considered as important. Dr.Carl Reich was a medical maverick whom earned the title  “quack”  for treating  terminally ill  cancer patients with 700mg calcium and about 5000 units  of  vitamin D  and found that it indeed worked.       Calcium Supplement Can Be Deadly!!!!

    There  was  a  book published  supporting  his  claimed  that  is  called  Biological Calcium written by 227 Ph.D.s  and  in this book.  It  details  the experiments  that  took place  regarding  an ugly tumour  that  was slice in  half and put in two beakers of body fluid at 98 degrees.

    While  putting  a  pinch  of  calcium  salt  into  one  of  the  beakers,  and leaving the other one alone for four days.  The  result  was  the one with the calcium salt shrank one quarter the size…. the one without grew four times larger or by the rate of 16- fold in only four days.

    Calcium….  while  in  traditional  cultures  for  example:  Eskimos  whom rarely come down with  heart disease  or  diabetes whom  has  a  diet of 100% meat with  78%  blubber  and  no  vegetables  rarely get cancer as well.  Those whom do usually drink alcohol and smoke heavily.

     Also high in the mountain ranges around the world what is experienced     is less cancer rates. Indian cultures like the Azerbaijan, Hunzan, Georgians, Tibetans,  Uros Titcaca Indians of Peru  &  Vilcabamba  Indians  of  Ecuador. The  one common denominator that was found is high concentrations of the mineral calcium in there glacier water supply.

     It is estimated they consume 150,000 mg of calcium per day and this helps   to keep their blood in an alkaline state.  The  blood  has  a  compound  in  your body  called calcium monoorthophosphate  and  what  this  does  is  keeps  the blood alkaline.  When  something  is alkaline  it  holds  twenty times  as  much oxygen.

      If you don’t have  enough calcium  in your blood  and  your  fluids  become  acidic.  When  this  happens  your  whole system  is  deranged in the sense that calcium  is  drawn  from  your  bones,  saliva  and the organs while making the whole system vulnerable to disease.

     You  have been  told that milk  is  bad for you  and  that if you don’t like it… then to not drink it.  However,  a massive study  undertaken  and  done  at  the National Institute of Health in Finland concluded,  “that women whom drink  a quart of milk a day has 1/10th the rate of breast cancer.”

     In Britain…. at the Royal Academy of Medicine and Science  conducted  a study of heart disease and nutrition. They also included that one quart of milk per day reduces heart disease ten – fold.  So  you  have  a magical food that can prevent  heart disease  and  cancer  that  comes  in  a gallon bottle  for  around $2 to $4.oo  and  their might be a reason why?????

      Milk contains alkylglycerols and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which has been shown to enhance your immune system. They both increase white blood counts  and  oxygenation  of  your  red  cells.  These alkylglycerols are 10 times more prevalent in mothers milk… then in cows milk and protects a baby from infections while it’s immune system in fully developed.

       Hot Tip #5  for  July:  One  should always  considered  the  importance  of  getting you RDA of calcium daily.  It is,  not only,  important for strong bones and internal organs,  but also,  a super duper immune system.  It’s  also  very important  to  remember  that  it’s  delicate  in  that if you consume to much carbonated H2O it could very well drain calcium out of your body?????

Mystical Power of the Sea

    This blog had me stumped as I debated in my mind for a while on the approach upon which to write.  Then on a special day most recently this ideal came into mind….  while meeting a very special friend on facebook whom I consider someone unique in her own right.  With a very special  experience from a  Mermaid c below ?  Linden Wolbert & Hannah Fraser!!!!

    The last time I experience a Mermaid was at Weeki Wachee in Florida         in a tank filled with extra oxygen I thought,  however,  aquatic creatures     like people with anything possible once you set your mind to it. Mermaid,       a compound word,  “mer” meaning… of the sea  and  “maid”  being a girl         or young lady with mystical power.

     For centuries in Japan and other Pacific Isles…. female “Ama Divers,”    would swim the seas in search of shell fish.  These divers slowly adapting       in their ability to hold their breath  for  long periods of time.  While also   surviving  in  coldwater  that  would  kill most people  from  hypothermia women tolerate the cold better from physiological advantages.

     Mermaids gain the falsetto with  “sea cows”  that are called manatees     and  nothing can be further from the truth.   Sailors  may  have  ingrained   this  misconception  general referring  to  manatees as the mermaid of the  sea because after resurfacing they make a squelching sound.

    When a  “sea cow” surfaces after a prolong swim they will hyperventilate     to restore their oxygen levels. Which causes a loud “sighing sound” refered    to as the “isobue”  or  “sea whistle.”   The  “ama divers”  in  much  the  same  pattern whom had to rest a while to maintain lung capacity….  would sing loud songs becoming the origin of the Sea Siren Myth.

    If  mermaids  can  condition  there  bodies  to with stand the conditions of     the sea,  maybe humans can condition  there  bodies for chronic disease from what comes from the sea. With a negative side effect of chronic inflammation causing chronic disease in most Modern Western Diets typically  a  10/1 ratio and in some incidences a  30/1  ratio of omega 3 to 6 fats.

    When it’s considered fashionable and recommended to be  2.5/1  that’s  a considerable difference without doubt.  Humans  evolved  with  a  1/1 ratio of  omega 6/omega3  with  the optimal ratio thought to be  4/1 or lower.   A  ratio  of   2  0r  3/1  reduces  inflammation  in  patients  with  rheumatoid  arthritis  and  ratio’s of  5/1  beneficial for asthma patients… while  10/1  not so.

    Therefore,  being  a  ratio  of  2.5/1  reducing  rectal  cell  proliferation  in   colorectal cancer patients,  whereas,  a ratio of  4/1  having no effect like wise  a mermaid a delicate balance must be tolerated. Excessive n-6  fats interferes with the health benefits of n-3 fats in part because they compete for the same rate lining enzymes.       This is one of the best videos for omega 3!!!!!!

    Hot tip #4 of July:   A  high proportion  of  n-6  to  n-3  in your diet shifts the physiological state  in  the tissues toward  the  pathogensis of  many diseases.  In  as  much  the  same  way  where fish get their Omega 3  through  eating  the smaller fish that eat plant life spirulina.  Maybe human  should  do  the  same  and  let fish  live  their  life  without  off setting  the balance  of the food chain  in  the ocean.

Malnourishment

    Vitamin & Mineral Deficiencies might be the cause of every disease known to human kind.  We  are  what  we  eat….  if  we don’t  get  good things running through  the  system  inevitable  bad things  generally turnout  rather quickly.  Therefore,  the  value  of  eating  nutritionally balanced diets  are  vital.  As far the Renaissance that resulted in prolong periods without access to fresh fruit and vegetables. 

    We  have noted that illness from vitamin and mineral deficiencies being common  amongst  ship  crews,  pirates,  and  in  1747  the  Scottish  surgeon  James Lind discovered that citrus helped to prevent scurvy.  With one of his recommendations  being  the  British  Royal  Navy  adopt  lemons  and  limes aboard all vessels, thereby, lending the nickname “limey” to all sailors.

   Vitamins being classified either  “water”  or  “fat”  soluble, and in humans there  are  13 vitamins  of  which  four  being  “fat soluble.”  The  best  way  to remember them is recalling the word ADEK.   While vitamins  A,  D,  E,  &  K are absorbed in the intestinal tract with the help of lipids.  With  likelihood   they may accumulate in your body  they  should  be carefully  monitored  by health care professionals.      Cut your cancer risk with Vitamin D!!!!

    Whereas   “water soluble”   vitamins  can  be  easily   absorb   with  water.        In human bodies vitamins store differently variably and vitamin A, D and B12 are stored in significant amounts in the human body.  While  being  stored  in liver…. adult human diet  maybe  be  deficient  in  vitamin A  and D  for  many months and B12 perhaps years before developing deficiency conditions.

   However, other vitamins such as B3 and C is not stored in the human body in  significant  amounts….  so stores of these vitamins may last only a couple weeks.   Therefore,  in lies the rub….  as we age…. in most cases after age 50  our  bodies  become  sinking ships  in  their  ability  to  absorb  vitamins  and  minerals increasing the chance of chronic disease. 

   Folic Acid or Folate is found in dark green leafy vegetables, orange juice,   beans a nd  brewer’s yeast.   Folate  deficiency  has  been  associated  with   lung, esophageal, brain, cervical, breast  and  especially colorectal cancer.  Folate  participates  in a very  important process  that affects the health of  your DNA called methylation.

   Therefore,  not  enough  DNA methylation  may  cause  cancer,  thereby,        it has been suggested that high levels of folic acid might even cause cancer.  Sooo  it  might  be  best  to ask your dietitian  what a safe amount  might be.  Also food folate is only 50% absorbed, while folic acid supplement taken on    an empty stomach is mostly absorbed.  While  taking  folic  acid  with  food allows twice as much folate to be absorbed.

   Not only,  is this  NOT  the  case  with vitamins  and  minerals deficiencies,      but also, protein deficiencies as well.  A specific imbalance endures between  two  pepitides,  amyloid  beta – pepitides  with  40  amino  acids  (AB40)  and AB42.   Maybe the cause of Alzheimers disease…. according to Researchers   at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

   Where Dr. Chunyu Wang found the importance between delicate balance and  normal  function.   However  when  this  delicate  balance  is  changed  pathologically…. changes will occur in the brain and that person’s memory will  become confused…. leading   to  dementia.  These  plaques  have  been found in Alzheimer’s patients to be mainly composed of AB42 fibrils.

      Tip #3 for July:  Instead  of  reaching  for  junk food…. go for the fruit        or vegetable of your choice that will add positive nutrition to yourself each day.  Over the course of the year it will add to your  well being  in the mega  pill without supplementation theory.  The  recommendation  of  two  fruit  and five servings of vegetables is easily obtainable when you strive for it.

Freedom From Worry

     Dr. Mehmet Cengiz Oz,  a.k.a. Doctor Oz was born just three days prior to my own on June 11, 1960 in Cleveland Ohio.  I would like to say,  the gemini’s are twins, however, his credentials are more impressive then mine. Being of  Turkish-American descendant…. this  Cardiothoracic Surgeon  educated at University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Medical School.

     Doctor Oz has been a Professor at the Department of Surgery at Columbia University,  since  2001  and  also Directs  the  Cardiovascular  Institute  and Complementary  Medicine  Program  at  New York’s  Presbyterian  Hospital.    Soooo… when a doctor of that caliber with those types of credentials preach we should all listen and take note.

     Doc Oz has been on several television shows, videos, while having  a show of his own  when he speaks of the important benefits of antioxidants maybe their is jest to the theory. When I think antioxidants the first thing that pops to  mind  is  ACES  (vitamin  A,  C,  E  &  Selenium),  as  well  as  the  enzymes catalase and super oxide dismutase.

     This isn’t even to mention the Mother of all Antioxidants…. “glutathione,” lower then normal levels of any or all of these critical antioxidants enzymes; causes oxidative stress and may damage or kill cells.  Much has been written lately of the importance of antioxidants in your diet…. with the best source   being tooted about lately being Noni Juice.

     Noni being a Polynesian Folk Medicine has drawn acclaim as the perfect   cancer preventive agent  for  long term usage  in early stage cancer patients.   However,  like  any  product  not  under  clinical  review   or  quality control standards. manufacturing procedures will vary,  as well as,  spectulation of  the anti-cancer activity of each individual product.

     In some processing  due  in  part  to lack of knowledge…. some products       will have inconsistent effects. To be effective…. the active ingredients must   be concentrated much like Aloe Vera to achieve it’s therapeutic effect. This therby translates into about  500 milligrams  for practical therapy purpose   for cancer patients which you will be left to do the math.

     Another secret about Noni  is the enzyme  that  is  an  alkaloid  which  are fantastic griders which gives strength to protein molecules preventing them  from breaking down and becoming imbalance.  While modifying structures   of protein  being  the  most  important  catalyst  we have…. this  is  why  that  enzyme “Xeronine” is critical.

       Tip #2 for July:    When  someone  of  Doc Oz  stature  and  background,       not only , mentions  the  viability  and  importance of antioxidants,  but also, other leading physicians echo his sentiment. Sugar Is Our Poison

       My “HOT TIPS” for “JULY Blog Post” while making stops on the internet with various doctors for insight in dealing with cancer prevention. Americans went between the years of 1850  until  2010 consuming  50#  to  141#  of sugar. Dr. Jason Lincoln Jefferies  idealizes  that  the  World  Health  Report  had the United States with the costiest system in the world.

       While stating, we spend 17% GDP or 1.2 trillion annually on Health Care.    The United States world ranking is an abysmal 37th out of 50 nations in terms of care. While some doctors on the internet supposes that “our love of sugarsupersedes are need for glucosewhen some nutritionist suggest 100 grams most Americans obtain over 450 grams.

        Maybe we should substitute the honey from bees and syrup from trees      as sweeteners in our diets that our bodies metabolize differently as a means to good health.  Dr. Robert Lustig  backs  this  belief  in  his  profound  video Sugar: The Bitter Truth.

        Furthermore,  sugar causes cancer to grow because cancer cells have   way more insulin receptor cells than normal cells. Because cancer cells have  a  metabolic  system that’s  4 to 8 times  faster then regular tissues that need additional glucose….  the very reason some cancer patients crave sugar that helps tumors live and grow.

       Whereas,  Dr. Marlene Merritt of the Meritt Wellness Center tells you   that a poor diet rich in carbohydrates is sweet suicide.  Dr. Merritt stresses that glucose and insulin molecules are highly inflammatory and when those carbohydrates  are  over  eaten  causing  some of her patients  to  have their  back problems to flair up it’s proven over n’ over again.

       While also causing increases in testosterone and estrogen that causes    P.C.O.S. polycystic ovary syndrome. Which can increase the IGF-1 hormone that becomes a pure breeding grounds for cancer. When carbohydrates are eaten moderately,  especially complex…. because of the phytonutrient and fiber content that prevents to high of a glucose spike doesn’t impact cancer   as much!!!!

        Tip #1 for July: Stay  away  from  processed  refined  carbohydrates.  Items such as breads, candy, cereals, chips, crackers, muffins, pastries and soda pop excessively.  Remember:  in 2011  the U.S.D.A.  estimated  over the course of a lifetime…. we American’s consume two tons of sugary sweetner and that’s enough  to  fill  a  dumpster  (in  the  1950’s  their  was  1.5 million diabetics in America today that number has increased to 51 million.)
