A Super Duper Immune System

It can be said, everybody needs about  forty different nutrients each day    to stay healthy.  What can’t be told,  is that we all need  different  amounts of  these nutrients as we all differ in our ability to absorb them; due to our  genetic background,  current health problems,  et cetera.  This needs to be  assessed on an individual basis,  taking into account one’s biochemistry.

To strengthen our  immune  systemwe  must  first  and  foremost stop,     or dramatically reduce,  our over consumption of  foods that over burden our immune system;  while clearing the toxins which are already present.  In  these circumstances  the  foods  we should be choosing  should be very nutrient dense, minimizing both exogenous and endogenous toxins which encourages good absorption  and toxin elimination  from tissues.

Extra nutrients necessary  to reverse deficiencies  and  facilitate toxin removal should be based upon  individual  idiosyncrasies  and  defined  via       a nutritionally qualified practitioner  as self diagnosis  can be difficult and ineffective.  Some of  the enemies of  the immune system  are smoke (tobacco  incinerator and chimney etc.), radiation, pesticides, carcinogenic chemicals drugs   (legal  and/or  illegal),   food  additives  and  incorrect  food  balance    (to much sugar, salt  or  fat.)

Those three pillars of  the processed  food industry  (sugarsalt  or  fat)     can be self addictive and have you buying more. Of which we aren’t talking real  food here:  it’s synthetic,  completely contrived, created  and the many problems involved; is it can trick our bodies repeatedly providing our body with dramatic change  (weight  gain,  endocrine  disruption,  diabetes  and  hypertension.)

Are you getting enough sleep?  Multiple studies show sleep deprivation  leads to  food cravings (especially  refined carbohydrates,  processed  food and late night binges.)  This  is  due  to the  fact  a  lack  of  sleep  negatively effects the production of  a hormone called Leptin  which is responsible for  telling the body when it is  full.  Making  the body  want  to  consume more calories than actually is needed.

Basically you’re spending time  filling up your tank with volume that’s incapable of  helping  your body heal/repair itself  from the daily grind or overcome infections  and  increases inflammation.  Another reason ‘why’ you  might  have  cravings  for sweet, salty  or  fats  is because of  common  deficiencies (magnesium, selenium, chromium, iron, zinc or calcium.)

Another great priority  is  to  keep  your  immune  system  flushed and   free of  toxins.  Depending upon the person’s body weight, routine exercise expenditure and types of  foods one eats.  Generally drinking  four pints of  water should be consumed daily. While removing or restricting stimulant containing  beverages,   such as  coffee,  tea,  colas,  cordials,   fruit drinks and spring water.

These are all diuretics  and  causes the body to lose more water than is  being replaced,  putting most organs,  especially the adrenal system under  stress.  Furthermore, ingestion of caffeine from coffee, tea, colas, chocolate and  some  pharmaceutical  preparation will,  in  sensitive  people,  produce digestive and nervous upsets made worse by consuming processed  foods.

While almost everyone’s mineral absorptions are negatively affected      by caffeine ingestion,  with calcium  and magnesium absorptions  greatly affected, iron compromised  and other necessary nutrients depleted.  Also alcohol,  although  not a stimulant  to  the  end  degree,  more  than  a tiny amount has a depressive effect throughout the nervous system; is a toxin with unnecessary calories.

To  be  optimally  fit,  healthy,  with  unlimited  energy  and  a  strong immune  system….  it  is  necessary to  follow certain  nutritional criteria:  Eat  fresh ~ whole  food,  whenever  possible  eschew  processed  packaged foods…. those items that had things added to, refined, enriched or in some way  interfered   with  especially  hydrogenated  or  partly  so.  These  will seriously upset the manner your body handles efficient  fatty acids. While culminating impaired mineral replacement  and usage.

Also  it’s  important  to  limit  consuming  genetically  engineered  and  other hormone induced product (soy, gluten, corn, dairy and night shades   if you have any  form  of  arthritis.)  That all said,  what is left  to be eaten, consume a diet high in essential  fatty acids ~ absolutely vital  to  a  strong immune system (fresh mackerel,  herring,  salmon, etc.)  It’s not only, important  to consume Omega 3’s (fish & linseed),  but also,  Omega 6’s (evening primrose, black currant & sesame seed oils.)

Also  consume  plenty  and  a  variety  of  vegetables  and  fruits,  while  cutting down on sugar and refined carbohydrates, white and brown sugar, fake sugars,  plus commercially prepared biscuits,  cakes,  jams,  ice cream and soft drinks. Which can disturb your metabolism of essential fatty acids for your overall health.  Most  of  all listen to your body,  it is well equipped with an efficient immune system which is able to resist chronic disease and heal injury preventing inflammation if  we  feed it what it needs to do so?

The Cancer ~ Sugar Paradigm

When I went to get my website secured so it wouldn’t end up in bad favor. The company who handles my security account told me the ones you have to be concerned  hacking you are you’re closest  friends.  I  thought  impossible, however, I learned later those closest to you offer – up the starkest madness  without knowing. Though out the duration of  blogging,  I only received one negative comment come through the website.

Most health conscientious visitants whom comes into the website realize.  I emphasize prevention  through  awareness  through nutrition  and I’m not pretending  to be a doctor.  The information  is  the  stuff  everybody  should know,  it’s the options  and  points of  views  of  all sides of  the cancer battle; more  or  less  a  centralize hub  of  cancer research  on  the  world wide web. As  with  this  blog  post:  I know a doctor that drinks eight diet soda’s a day and has no health problems.

I prefer to stay away  from  drinking soda because  for me it leaves me with aches and pains.  In 1915, the national average for sugar consumption (per year) was miniscule,  with  todays standard around 15 to 20 pounds of high fructose corn syrup,  plus the average  person  consumes  his/her  own  weight.  Americans are addicted to sugar  and  vital organs in the body are actually damaged by this gross intake of  sugar.

I live by and in your home rule: while in the house I eat healthy and limit my soda consumption to almost  (none,  naughta,  Zero,  zip ~ zilch.)   Many times so much calcium….  is used to neutralize  the effects of  sugar  that  the bones become osteoporotic due to the withdrawn calcium.  Refined sugar is void  of  all  nutrients,  consequently  it  causes  the body  to deplete  it’s own stores of  various vitamins,  minerals  and  enzymes.

If  sugar  consumption  is  continued,  an  over ~ acid  condition  results, and  more minerals  are  than  needed  deep  within  the body  to  correct the imbalance.  If the body is lacking nutrients used to metabolize sugar, it will not  be  able  to  properly  handle  and  rid  itself  of  the  poisonous  residues. These  waste  accumulate  through  the  brain  and  nervous  system,  which  speeds cellular death which can cause cancer as well.

In  one  study,  published  in  the  Journal of  Molecular  Cell;  a  team  of researchers  under  Dr. Custodia  Garcia – Jimenez.  Having  identified  how sugar  could  directly increase your cancer risk.  During  digestion, cells  in  the intestine identifies  this sugar  and tells  the pancreas  to release insulin  (the hormone responsible  for blood sugar regulation.)  These sugars in the digestive system use a hormone called  GIP  which assist in insulin release.

Dr. Garcia – Jimenez  found that a specific protein known as  S-Catenin controls  the  ability  of  the  intestine  to release  GIP.  As this protein  is also dependent on sugar levels. Increased activity of  S-catenin can make normal cells  immortal.  Which  is  a  key  step…. in  early  stage  cancer  progression, thereby, this study demonstrates that high (but not normal) sugar levels can induce nuclear accumulation of   S-Catenin  and lead to cell proliferation.

One  of  the  keys  to orderly  brain  function  is  glutamic acid,  and this compound  is  found  in  many  vegetables.   When  sugar  is  consumed,  the bacteria in the intestines which manufacture B vitamin complexes begin to die.  These bacteria normally thrive  in a symbiotic relationship  within the human body. When the B vitamin complex levels decline, the glutamic acid (normally  transform  into  “go”   “no go”   directive neural enzymes  by the  B vitamins) is not processed.

Thereby,  the  blood  becomes  over – loaded  with  waste  products  and symptoms of  carbonic poisoning results.  As  a  result “sleepiness occurs,”  as well  decreased ability  for short term memory  function  and numerical calculative abilities.  Also we Americans consume  almost  500%  more soft drinks than we did in the 1940’s, although consumption  has  declined 40% since it’s peak in the 1970’s.

Sacred Geometry

How come we have an eye within the middle of our brain. That absolutely no doctor  wants to talk about?  How come ‘sacred geometry’  isn’t taught in detail in our school system?

How come chakras and kudalini aren’t discussedand if  it goes against the established dogma,  it is then condemned immediately  and you are cast out into the label of  crazies?

Jill from Wexford, Ireland…

Solitarius.org  isn’t about established dogma it’s about sharing the view points and options you have  for treatments of  cancer. Hopefully, by being  made aware  you won’t get the dreadful disease.  ‘Sacred Geometry,’   is the area  in the brain  found to be  instrumental in the mind ~ body connection, such  as  the limbic system  and  the amygdala;  which  affects  the nervous, endocrine and immune system.

Engaging anecdotes  (e.g. individuals  who  have  right  side  prefrontal cortex dominance patterns and negative emotion have greater decreases     in their natural killer cell activity.)  Stress  is the absence of  homeostatis     or imbalance in the harmonious working of  the organism,  which results    in the body’s concerted effort to re-establish that balance.

The stress response  triggers  the  release of  powerful  hormones  that generate arousal  or anxiety.   For example:   in humans,  elevation  of  the chemical stress pathway  (glucocorticoids….. tends  to  be associated with depression,  whereas the electrical stress pathway  (epinephrine)  is more frequently correlated with anxiety.)

The discrete differences….. in  the  hormonal response  to acute stress compared  with chronic stress.  Demostrates  chronic  stress  is destructive    to  health,  creating  an  unremitting  suppression  of  the  immune  system. Apoptosis is the end ~ stage of chronic stress which is programmed cellular death,  whereas humans  are  literally capable  of  worrying  themselves  to death.

Since the 1950’s,  researchers have succeeded in unraveling the precise sequence of  hormonal reaction that occur during acute and chronic stress responses.  The term  ‘theta healing system’  was coined  because  the effect naturally occurs when the body is relaxed enough…. to allow  the  mind  to enter  a state of  equanimity.  Most probably occurring  at  the transitional   point between an EEG reading of  Alpha and that of  Theta.

While  the sequences of  hormonal release  can  not  yet  be  determined,      the  theory is substantiated  with research on hormones  inducing states of  tranquility.  As evidence  by meditation,  deep relaxation  that leads to and maintains physical health. The ‘theta healing system’  is the first theory set forth that explains  ‘why’   deep relaxation is beneficial to a calm mind.

Therefore,  activating the  ‘theta healing system’  requires  participation   of  both mind ~ body in some type of  relaxation therapy.  Specific hormones comprising this system, includes endogenous benzodiazapines, anandamide (and other endogenous cannabinoids), melatonin, N,N-dimethyltryptamine. Which  is quite possibly  the chemicals responsible  for the  experience that’s  described as spiritual or inner peace.

It’s the pineal gland,  not pituary gland  that’s  the body’s master gland and presents the pineal gland  as the physiological core site of  the interface. Between which exists outside the body and the hormonal electrical cascades that  are  experienced  as  thought,  emotions  or  spiritual in nature.  It’s  the pineal gland  that is the master gland of  the endocrine system, that converts light, temperature, magnetic environmental  functions into neuroendocrine signals regulating and orchestrating bodily  function.

Such as regulating our biological clock,  determining  our  daily  sleep ~ wake patterns and influencing our broader lifetime rhythms. It’s the pineal gland that is draped in ancient lore as the mysterious third eye  and the site of  our  six  sense.  Curiously,   it  may  well  be  the   ‘physiological  interface between the mind  and  body connection  and subtle energy experience that transcend the  five senses.

In brief,  while  the pineal gland  is  the  energy transducer  that  sends hormonal  and  electrical messages  throughout the body.  The chakras,  as described  in  eastern  religious  and  medical  systems,  may be  the  energy transducers  for subtle energy.  Therefore,  various  forms of energy,  such  as  light,  sound,  electromagnetism  and  the  putative  energy  behind  the healing effects of  prayer  are  translated  into  the electrical  and  chemical signals within our bodies.

According  to  Eastern Medical Systems,  the  body   contains channels through  which  flows an invisible,  but nutritive energy called  ‘chi,  which loosely translated means vital energy or life force. Furthermore,  there is a purported energy surrounding the body,  referred to  as subtle energy  and transcends  the  faculities of  the  five senses (it’s  taken  into  the  body  via openings called chakras.)

Thereby, translated into a  form of  energy the body uses at the cellular   level. Just as the pineal gland is the energy transducer for environmental information,  the chakras  are  the  energy transducers  for subtle energy. Subtle energy is a healing energy that everyone can learn to perceive and utilize  the  foundation  of   integral  physiological  uniting  the  enormous contributions  of  Western Medicine with the profound insight of  Eastern Systems of  Health.

Functional Medicine

Solitarius was a vision  I had when  I talk to a Chinamen living in Kettering, Ohio about the differences on how they view cancer and us            in the Western world see’s it.  In China they’re taught in grade school       their body  is a temple  and  the virtue  of  safe  guarding  that  temple.     Soon after  my  father  past away  of  Leiomyosarcoma  I had a vision   about a website  that would help prevent people  from  getting cancer, therefore, saving them the experience of  this dreadful disease itself.

Never any guarantees when it comes to cancer: Dr.  Mark Hyman                is a practicing physician  and   founder of  the Ultra Wellness Center in Lennox, Massachusetts. A five time New York Times best selling author    and  Leader  in  the  field  of  Functional  Medicine.  Dr. Hyman  whom believes  that  physical  disturbances  caused  by  either  food  allergies, vitamin  or  mineral  deficiencies  are  behind  emotional stress.  Whom wrote  the  forward  for  Leigh Forston’s   book  Embrace Release Heal   which is being outlined in this blog post.

In July 1974,  Researcher Cedric  and  his brother Frank Garland  of       John Hopkins University proposed  for  the  first time  the Ultraviolent B (UVB)/ vitamin D cancer prevention hypothesis.  By presenting a map of Colon cancer mortality rates in the United States showing the Northwest     is approximately double that of  the Southwest.  Hypothesizing the most important  ‘physiological  effect’  of  ‘solar  irradiance’  is  production  of vitamin D  (it was likely vitamin D  reduced the risk of  cancer.)

Observational studies support the use of  vitamin D  with breast and colorectal cancer, as well  non – Hodgkins Lymphoma  and other cancers. There was a randomized trial  of  1,100 IU of  vitamin D  and  1500mg/day       of  calcium  reducing  cancer  by  35 percent  in  postmenopausal  women.    IT also appears that it takes 1000 to 4000 iu/day of  vitamin D to give up      to 50 percent reduction  for many types of  cancer  and  about  25 percent reduction in all incidences of  cancer.

Each year,  we have 17 million Americans walking around with cancer    and  over  550,000 people  will  die.  Traditionally  we  focus  on late stage curative care  of  burning,  poisoning,  or  cutting out the tumor then wait, watch  and  pray it stays at bay.  While missing the underlying conditions that led to the cancer in the  first place.

Diet,  lifestyle,  thoughts,  and  environmental toxins  all  interact  with     our genes changing our health.  We always ask what type of chemotherapy, surgery or radiation is needed for the tumor.  Rather than asking ‘why’ and ‘how’: why did the cancer grow?    How can you/we change the condition that  fed  and support the cancer cell growth?

Surprisingly,  scientific literature is abundant with evidence that diet,   exercise,  thoughts,   feelings  and  environmental  toxins  all  influence  the initiation, growth and progression of  cancer.  If a nutrient – poor diet  full  of sugar,  lack of  exercise,  chronic stress,  persistent pollutants and heavy  metals can cause cancer.  Could  it  be  that  a nutrient – dense,  plant based diet,  physical activity,  changing thoughts  and emotional stress with also   some  form  of  detoxification change your  fortune.

Consider this  fact:  16 percent  of  all cancers are new primary cancers        in patients who had have cancer before, not recurrence. This means people whom have cancer  are more likely to get a secondary independent cancer. So what changes  did they make:  Nothing  ~  diet,  lifestyle,  environment; both physically  and emotionally stayed the same.

Consider this  fact: the lifetime risk of  breast cancer  for  those  with the breast cancer gene, or “BRCA 1  or 2  is presently 82 percent and increasing every year.  Before 1940, t he risk of  getting cancer  for those with the gene was 24 percent.    So what changed?   Our diet,  lifestyle,  and environment both physically and emotionally.

Cancer arises  from a disturbance in your physiological state, thereby, addressing this disturbance might be called  ‘milieu therapy’.  Rather than treating cancer per se’  we treat ‘the milieu’  in which cancer arises.  This is manageable: we can enhance ‘immune function’ and ‘surveillance through dietary  and  lifestyle changes, nutrient or phytonutrient therapy.  We can facilitate our body’s own detoxification system to promote the elimination  of  carcinogenic compounds.

We  can  improve  hormone metabolism  and  reduce  the  carcinogenic effects of  too much insulin  from our high sugar and refined carbohydrate diets. We can detoxify the toxic estrogens through the modulations of  diet and lifestyle.  We  can  alter  how our genes are expressed by changing the inputs  that  control expression — through diet,  phytonutrients, nutrients, eliminating toxins,  stress  and  other sources of  inflammation.

The  future  of  cancer  care:  must  use  patient’s  understanding  the mechanism of  the disease,  as well  physiological and metabolic balance.    to design treatments supporting  and enhancing normal physiology. The future of  cancer care lies  not in  finding the best chemo – cocktail  agent, right dose of radiation or surgical technique.  But  finding  the right way     to  personalize  treatment  according  to  the  individuals  imbalances  in each person?

The Biology of Stress

When Scientist  study stress  they always differentiate between acute,         or short term with a beginning or end, chronic or long term. For instance constantly struggling  to make ends meet  versus  simply  being late  for a meeting or  as serious as  getting into a car accident.  This  flight  or fight response starts in the nervous system… which tries to help you  find that happy place your looking  for to overcome!!!

The  central  nervous  system  (CNS)  responds  to  orders  from  the conscious mind,  while the autonomic nervous system  (ANS)   functions independently.  There  are  two  branches  within  the  ANS: sympathetic nervous system  (SNS)  and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). Therefore the (SNS) revs you up as the (PNS) calms you down. Let’s say,  that your lost in traffic  ~  so your heart pumps you up  as you get extra excited about the circumstances.

In milliseconds,  the hypothalamus  in the brain  sends a message to         the adrenal glands  near your kidney,  as the adrenaline increases your heartbeat to twice it’s normal speed.  As your  memory gets sharper, the immune system  goes  on  full alert,  arteries narrow,  pupils  dilate  and  your vision becomes more acute, the digestive  system  slows  down  and insulin ramps up design to help your  fight and  flight the event.

However,  chronic stress  is  much  more dangerous  with your career           in jeopardy,  marriage  on  shaky  ground,  bank  account  dwindling  it’s some rough patch,  as your aging parents  need care  and  it hits your all  once…. that’s chronic stress.  The problem is your body still reacts as the stress were acute stress ~ with only one important distinction there is no calming down period.

The  (SNS)  that  keeps  you  in  heightened physiological  arousal  has       you feeling threatened all the time, everyday.  The more your body stress response  is activated,  the  harder  it  is  to switch off.  With  that  being  a major concern given anywhere  from 60 to 90 percent of  illness is stress – related.  This is how the stress…. to health connection works:  the adrenal gland secretes cortisol…. during stress – cortisol regulates blood pressure, cardiovascular  function  and metabolism.

Therefore, elevated cortisol over — time weakens your immune system, puts your heart in over drive and raises blood pressure. Consistently high levels of  circulating stress hormones  can  adversely effect brain  function  as  well  as  memory.   Not only, can excessive cortisol interfere with your  ‘feel good’ neurotransmitters,  such as dopamine  and  serotonin,  making you more vulnerable to depression, but also, inflammation is our immune system’s response to stress,  injury  or  illness  (leading to cancer).

My  Sister’s  Question:  what’s the best method which to relieve stress?    Acupuncture  has been shown  to reduce levels of  protein neuropeptide Y.  According  to  a  study with rats by researchers at Georgetown University Medical Center.  This  study  may  help  explain  the  sense  of  well  –  being people say they receive  from this ancient Chinese therapy.

It has long been thought acupuncture can reduce stress, says the lead    author, Ladan  Eshkevari;  an assistant professor at Georgetown School     of  Nursing  &  Health Studies. Ladan conducted the study because many patients she treats with acupuncture,  reports  a  better  overall  sense of  well – being and  often remark they  feel less stress.

Playing It Cancer Smart

During  preparation  for this  website  one  of  my  favorite  reads       would  have  to  be:  Gene Smart  by  Floyd H Chilton.  Which detailed            the adaptive stress response that helps  the body adapt to the stress it encounters. Something our ancestors adaptive to well back in the day           of  less stress  filled days, less processed  foods,  pizza  and  fast  foods     being thrown at them.

Twenty  first century lifestyle will take and also drive the adaptive response  to  stress  toward  over ~ reactive  inflammation,  being over weight  with  poor health  and  premature aging.  It  is  with  a  lack  of nutrition that leads to profound  and  increased susceptibility toward              a whole host of  diseases that you see it’s impact.

So it’s our shift in lifestyle and  food supply, in combination with our ancient genes  that  puts us at risk.  When  you  consider the  times  we’re living,  much  like the catastrophic events  causing the dramatic changes        in the diets of  dinosaurs.  Altered weather pattern which in turn altered vegetation  and their ecosystem of  that time causing their extinction.

Change is needed to prevent a repeat of  history  and  scientist believe       an  extensive  laundry  list  is  needed  to  prevent a low – level,   full – body chronic  inflammation  state.   That  contributes  to  the  aging  process  by   eroding the cell’s ability to maintain themselves while causing themselves   to grow old before their time.

Therefore it’s important key is to trigger the adaptive stress response   with certain types of  calories  and biochemical compounds  (polyphenols, while adding  fiber, correcting the good  fat to bad  fat ratio,  with aerobic exercise to fight inflammation and restricting calories that can alter gene expression), thereby, reducing the biomarkers  for inflammation,  disease and the aging process.

Between  50  and  75 million  Americans  have  the metabolic syndrome defined by the presence of  three or more risk  factors. Including abdominal obesity,  high triglycerides or cholesterol, elevated high blood pressure and abnormal insulin or glucose levels. The components of  the Gene Smart Diet have been  found in clinical study to prevent  and  treat cardio arrhythmias, COPD, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis,  Crohn’s disease, IBS, psoriasis, asthma and even certain cancer.

Cancer  for  a long time  was  in a category of  it’s own  and  as  far back    as  the  late 19th century,  Scientist noticed inflammation  in the presence of  certain cancers, believed inflammation played a crucial role in turning any pre malignant cells into malignant cells. Cancer starts with a group of cells, gone haywire,  reproducing rapidly  and  then migrating  into surrounding healthy tissue.

This marks the transition  from pre malignancy to malignancy, scientist   suspect that the tumor essentially borrows the body’s natural inflammatory process to aid and a bet this transition. This mechanism was discovered by a researcher at the University of London, who  found mice engineered without the ability to produce a particularly inflammatory messenger; called tumor necrosis  factor – alpha.

Because it kills cancer cells  under certain conditions this inflammatory  messenger,  when it is chronically present  in low levels,  essentially creates a breeding ground for pre malignant cells to turn malignant.  However, this process  isn’t  the  primary cancer  that kills.  Metastases:  when cancer cells break off  and travel to other locations throughout the body while setting up camp.

Here again inflammation plays a crucial role accompanying cancer cells  in  the  journey  to the  fatal  end   (know  your  inflammatory  messengers.)

Leptin:  under  normal  circumstances  it  regulates  the  amount  of  fat       the body stores, slowing the process  if  fat becomes over stocked. However, in people who are obese;  this system breaks down and the body has seen so much  leptin  that  they  don’t  respond appropriately  to large amounts of it. Michael Rosenbaum MD at Columbia University Medical Center  found with weight loss.

Brain activity indicated increasing emotional  and  cognitive response     to  food,  as well as  declining control over eating behavior.  In other words, causes you to reach for the cookie jar and explains ‘why’ only 5 to 25 percent of people who had been obese. However,  lost 10 percent of their body weight through diet  and  exercise are able to keep off  the excess poundage.

C – reactive protein:  high levels of  CRP are so closely related to so many health malaise that sometimes it could be a biomarker of  disease and aging. Data collected showcases  high levels of  CRP are associated  with important cardio  vascular  factors  including   high cholesterol,   high  blood  pressure, insulin resistance  and diabetes.  Research studies also indicate women who obese are more than six times (men twice as likely) to have elevated CPR.

Interleukin – 6:  may have anti inflammatory effects in people who are     lean and physically active helping regulate metabolism, suppress appetite and  prevent  weight gain.  Whereas people  who are over weight  or  obese, elevated IL – 6  is associated  with whole body inflammation  and increased CRP production.

Interleukin – 8:  our  fat cells  also produce an inflammatory messenger  known as interleukin – 8.  (IL – 8) plays a pivotal role in the development of  atherosclerosis  and  other inflammatory diseases  by  controlling how and when white blood move into tissues to cause damage. One recent study also showed circulative IL – 8 correlated to obesity – related biomarkers CRP and IL – 6 as well as  glucose regulation.

Tumor  Necrosis  Factor  –  Alpha  (TNF)  is  an  inflammatory  messenger  made by macrophages.  A type of  white blood cells  that’s quite prevalent in fat tissue  and  in people that are lean,  macrophages  make up only  5  to  10 percent of  fat tissue; while they account  for 60 percent of all cells in the  fat deposits  of  people whom are over weight or obese.

One study  found  that  compared to those of normal weight, that obese release more than seven times as much  TNF  from their  fat tissue.  TNF  is associated with insulin resistance, diabetes, hardening of  the arteries and congestive heart  failure.  Although it does  kill cancer cells  in high enough doses it actually promotes tumor growth when present at lower levels over longer periods of time.

Biomarkers of  aging…. are things that make us look  and  feel old,  skin elasticity won’t restore, joints stiffen – up, we’re prone to more colds, bones weaken,  your  balance  worsen,  glucose regulation  is less efficient.  While muscle  mass  declines,  heart  muscle  weakens  as  exercise  becomes  more difficult with lower stamina  and energy level.  Which  can  also  contribute to weight gain,  poor endocrine system,  cognitive  function  and  lapses  in memory.

Therefore  ways  to combat aging process,  in 1934,  two  Scientist  from Cornell  UniversityClive McCay  and  Mary Crowell  made  an  interesting observation.  Laboratory  mice  given  a diet  that  was  nutritionally sound but severely reduced  in calories  lived twice  as long as  they were expected. In the proceeding  70 years  of  research  that has  followed  their  discovery, we find that calorie restriction is the only item that with stood the test over time to extend longevity.

Like human beings, mice begin a downward death spiral after reaching      a certain point in their life cycle as well. However, those living on a CR Diet this decline proceeds at a slower pace.  The lab mice don’t lose muscle mass, fur don’t thin as it usually does,  immune system  remains  strong  and  they don’t become susceptible to diseases like cancer, as older mice generally do.

In 2003,  a group  of  Scientists,  led  by David Sinclair Ph.D. at Harvard, and  Leonard Guarente Ph.D.,  at MIT  made  several  scientific observations. While studying the effect calorie restriction (CR) in the number of times that yeast could reproduce.  Finding  a  switch  board  for  controlling  genes  that dictate how long yeast cells have and how many times they divide. Actually the switch board is a biological pathway the scientist called Sir2.

Simply put, Sir2 senses how many nutrients are available to an organism  in it’s own environment. If nutrients are scarce as they are when restricting calories ~ the switch board lights up  and it’s activity increases.  This will in turn have a major impact on how long an organism lives  and/or how many times it can reproduce.  For yeast cells  activating this switch board extends the life span by a whopping 30 to 40 percent.

That same increase  in humans  would have humans living to  120 years.   Also in humans, a similar protein called SIRT1 was discovered and the entire family of protein are collectively known as sirtuins. When activated sirtuins offer  a  super ~ charged  protection  against  inflammation,   and  therefore, against disease itself as well as the aging process.

Within the French Paradox  and  laboratory at Harvard,  David Sinclair   reported that a naturally occurring polyphenol – like compound common in red wine or red grapes. Resveratrol most potently activates SIRT1  and even more astonishing from a paper that appeared in  Nature  (2006),  revealing mice  fed  resveratrol lived the same length of  time.  Having the same motor skills wether on a healthy low – fat diet  or  high – fat diet.

Duplicating CR’s effects, as resveratrol claim in itself that it can mimic a calorie restricted diet  or  exercising regularly. Dr. John Auwerx Ph.D. at the Institute of  Genetics and Molecular and Cellular Biology  in Illkirch, France. In  a  paper  published  in  the  journal  Cell  (2006),  Dr.  Auwerx  devised  an animal study to test high doses of resveratrol on exercise endurance in mice. Whereas your typical lab mouse can run roughly 1 kilometer on a treadmill before collapsing  from exhaustion.

However,  when mice where given up to 400 milligrams of  resveratrol     per kilogram of body weight.  They were able  to run twice  the distance of mice not given resveratrol.  Furthermore  they  found  that  mice  had more energy charged muscles with a lower heart rate – characteristically  found in  train athletes.  The  near  magical  properties  of  resveratrol  and  other potent bioactives don’t end there.

They  also  interfere…. with  the  three stages  of  cancer formation  and modulate the master regulator NF -kB  that control inflammation,  thereby,  protecting  against  neuronal cell dysfunction  and cell death.  Which means  in  theory  it  could  protect  against  Alzheimer’s  and  Huntington’s Disease. Harnessing the power of  bio-actives is like finding a treasure map directing  us to a  fountain of  youth.  One has to consider  the satiety of  fiber  and also the anti inflammatory properties of  Omega – 3  fatty acids.

Glycogen Cancer Connection

Success is the Sum of  Small Efforts Repeated Day in  and  Day Out.

~ Robert Collier ~

During the last three months  in the Archives of  this website.  I  have covered  a  tremendous  amount of  information  for  the  treatment  and  prevention of  cancer. Showcasing the various doctors, their treatments   and  procedures;  while  highlighting  estrogen  imbalances,  omega  3’s    and how they might increase your risk  for prostate cancer.  Also a cure through  the Ketogenic Diet  and  important links about the major types       of  cancer which is worth — a — scroll through the archives.

While also dispensing information about supplementation especially during  chemotherapy.  With  vital  information  about  oxidative  stress,  and overcoming depression, the alkaline state of  your body and chronic inflammation.  Also  the  importance  of  keeping  your  liver  functioning properly through routine exercise  for a strong immunity, while keeping your verceral belly  fat  ~  Body mass index down to avoid syndrome-X.

With the added information about managing cancer through palliative cancer care  in our  Cancer Hodge Podge Industry we have in this country. The cancer patient  must  understand  their cancer prognosis  to help them better  understand  what  they’re  up  against.  Until Government  and  our Business Leaders,  realize  and  recognize that working out the health care problem  from the  front door…  not  back routing cancer patients through the back door with all the cost.

Treatment in the  future might be secondary as prevention of  chronic disease will be key  to our long term health care whoa’s.  We as American must  find ways to prevent chronic disease before it occurs with nutrition being one important aspect. When my father was terminally ill and I had   the  dubious  distinction of  running  him  to  his  treatments  occasionally.

Sitting  there  in the waiting room  watching talk shows  like of  Dr. Oz    and  reading health magazines. While pondering to myself  ‘why’  isn’t all these health tips in one website centralized hub of  cancer research would   be nice.  It would do everybody  a lot of  good knowing  “what is”  and  for those  not  having  the  chance  to see this particular episode of  Dr. Oz  or haven’t  read  this  article  a vital resource  to turn to in their need.  Items    for instance like seleniumglutathione and a strong immune system are important information to know.

While putting these  5 Rules into Practice  and  watch it revolutionize    your life  for  the  better:   1.  No Sugar    2.  No High Fructose Corn Syrup     3.   No Trans  Fat   4.  No Saturated Fat  and   5.  Nothing Enriched. While using the words  ‘NO’  or ‘NOTHING’  loosely meaning in moderation, so always think holding down your sugar cravings each day to 100 grams.

However,  when  Nancy  Schuessler  found  the motivation  to lose more   than  200  pounds; while going from 400 pounds to 180 pounds in two years than appearing on  Dr. Oz in November 2009.  Eliminating trans fat, refined sugars,  high fructose corn syrup  and  enriched flour  from her diet  without  medical intervention.  It made people stand up  and  say, “what impact does  sugar really have on our health.”

While Nancy Appleton,  PH.D.,  clinical nutritionist  compiled a list  of      146  Reasons  ‘why’  sugar ruins our health.  With  the  body  changing  that sugar into  2  to  5 times  more  fat into our blood stream  than does starches which is the other half  of  carbohydrates. With the unique role that various sugars  plays  in  exercise  being  well  illustrated  by  a  Study  published  in March’s  (2010)  Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise.

Involving a group of highly trained cyclists  and their livers  (which this  was my motivation to take up cycling.) The liver which is an organ of  detox  often over looked  when you consider organs integral to exercise.  However, it’s an important reservoir of glycogen which the body stores  from glucose. All the sugars, including sucrose, table sugar, high fructose corn syrup and the works that provides you with the burst to  finish strong.

Usually  consisting  of  almost  equal  portions  of  glucose  and  fructose, they are converted into glucose  and  stored as glycogen in the body. Where strenuous exercise diminishes or exhaust this liver glycogen and until those stores are replenished.  The  body  isn’t  ready  for  another bout of  exercise, about like a seizure  from  low blood sugar…. it’s this balance that is vitally important to performance.

In  this  study,  those scientist  used  magnetic  reasonance  imaging  to measure the size of  each riders liver.  Before  and after the rides and all the riders lost liver volume during their workouts,  a sign their livers were also depleted of glycogen. However, those whom afterwards drank fructose had replaced that volume rapidly.  Showing  a  9  percent  gain  in  volume  after  6 – and – half – hours versus  a  2 percent  gain among  the riders  drinking just  glucose – sweetened drinks.

Overall the researchers concluded that fructose sweetened drinks were  twice as  –  effective – as  the  glucose  —  sweetened  drinks  stimulating  the livers  recovery  to  exercise. These  finding  concurs  with  a  large  body  of  earlier research suggesting  fructose is particularly useful of  avid athletes during long,  hard workouts  which they can burn through  their  glycogen storage and  produce bonking.   Beyond Hangovers and Liver Disease!?!

In  a  2008  study,  involving  cyclist that  found  when  they  downed  a sports drink sweetened with glucose during a two – hour bout of  moderate pedaling event.  They  found  they rode  faster  during  the subsequent time trail  than the riders  whom had drank just water.  However,  if  the  sports drink  contained  both  glucose  and   fructose ( a – two – to – one – ratio.) The riders  were  8 percent  faster  in the time – trial  than  those  drinking  only glucose – sweetened  fluid?

So  does  this suggest those whom regularly  and  moderately  work out might  want  to  consider ‘sugar  loading’ to  help  with  their  performance.   The million dollar answer to that question is ‘no,’   because  “if ”  somebody   goes for a thirty minute walk. That duration and intensity will be too short to  make  a  difference  in terms  of  performance.  Activity can significantly reduce the health risk associated with  fructose and other  forms of  sugar.

Consider the liver in sedentary lifestyle  and  large amounts of  fructose   which is mostly metabolized in the liver.  This  association  has  been  linked with the development of a disorder known as  fatty liver. That condition can reduce  the body’s ability  to respond to insulin,  the  hormone  that  helps  to control blood sugar.  A  person with a  ‘fatty liver’  often develops resistance to insulin,  while  becoming  less  able  to control  levels  of  glucose, thereby,  drifting towards Type 2 Diabetes  (The Bitter Truth.)

However,  exercise can derail  this  process  significantly  lessening  the amount of  fat in someone’s liver.  Overall  Dr. Richard Johnson,  whom is a  professor of  medicine  at  the  University  of  Colorado,   Anschultz  Medical Campus in Denver.  Concludes current science suggests  that exercise exerts    a positive physiological influence on some of the same metabolic pathways that sugar harms.

Exercise  may  make  you  resistant to the considerable effects of  sugar,” states Dr. Johnson whom also says, ” sugar isn’t all bad ~ but is hardly good nutritionally, the  best  sugars  come  naturally  and  can  be  found in fruit.”   It’s the best sweetener option and that  it comes  with a satiating dose of  all natural  fructose.  Therefore,  lets  take  a look  at  what impact sugar has on glycogen  in  the  liver  and  how  does  that  impact  your chances  of  getting cancer  or other types of  chronic disease.

How CANCER Developes

Doctors and Scientist  know cancer starts  when abnormalities in               one cell  or  a group of cells.  Usually many years before you can  feel               a lump or see it on a scan, it’s there starting to divide and reproduce uncontrollably. You can see the difference because some of  the genes            in  the  cell have been damaged  or  lost  (mutated.)  Genes  are  coded messages inside a cell telling it how to behave.

Therefore,  different genes make different proteins,  thereby, each               cell has many genes  and  produce  many different proteins.  Proteins          are  the building blocks  that  make  a cell  healthy cells.  While  some proteins  act  as on  and  off  switches  helping  to  control  how  a  cell behaves,  for example: hormone signals acts on a protein in or on the          cell;  these  proteins  send  a  series  of  signals  which  tell  the  cell  to  reproduce by dividing into two.

Mutations  mean  a  gene  has  been  damaged  or  lost  and  these mutations may have  too much protein  or  that  a  protein hasn’t been     made at all,  for example:  a signaling protein may been  permanently switched on, or other proteins whose jobs are to control and limit cell division  may  have  been  permanently  switched off.   Mutations can  happen by chance  when  a  cell is reproducing  and it’s not easy  for a normal cell to turn cancerous.

There  has  to  be  about  a  half  a  dozen different mutations before            this can happen.  Cells often destroy themselves if they have a mutation        or the immune system recognizes them as abnormal  killing  them  if  the immune system is  functioning properly.  This means most precancerous cells die before  they can cause cancer,  thereby,  only a small percentage     of  the mutated cells turn cancerous.

It can take years  before  enough  mutations  to  happen  for  a  cell  to  become cancerous.  This is reason  ‘why’   most types of  cancers are more  prevalent  in  older  people.   However,   some  people  are  said  to  have  a  genetic predisposition  to  a  type  of  cancer.  This  means  they  are  more likely to develop that type of  cancer than most people  (therefore, they’re more at risk, however, it takes many steps in the process of a normal cell      to become cancer and spread  ~  metastasis.)

Thereby,   some  people  with  particular  mutations  are  naturally    further  along  on  the  road  toward   getting  a  certain  type  of  cancer: Bladder,   Bone,   Brain,   Breast,   Colorectal,  GynecologicalLeukemia,    LiverLungMelanoma,  Non —  Hodgkin  Lymphoma, and  Pancreatic,   Prostate  or Thyroid.  Thereby, the links…. video library  I just installed showcasing  awareness  with refined  information providing prevention through knowledge ~ Proper Nutrition.

CACHEXIA   is the dramatic wasting away,  weight loss  and  muscle atrophy  from protein break down seen  in patients  with chronic disease. Including Type I diabetes, multiple sclerosis, HIV, cancer and individuals with  age  associated  ‘failure  to  thrive  syndrome.‘   With  weight loss  in these serious illnesses being unintentional  and  is a pathological process accompanying the primary disease.

A  Simple  TRUTH:  the abnormalities associated  with  cachexia than  include  anorexia,  preferential  loss  of  somatic  muscle  fat  loss,  altered hepatic glucose,  lipid metabolism  and anemia  (anorexia  alone  can not fully  explain  the  development  of  cachexia, the metabolic alterations in carbohydrates,   lipid  and  protein metabolism  contributed  with  severe tissue losses  and  fatigue.

Despite significant advances in our understanding, although complex; studies  suggest  an  inflammatory  response,  also  mediated  in part by a dysregulated  production of  pro inflammatory  cytokines  play  a  crucial role  in  the  genesis  of  cachexia.  Associated  with  both  critical illnesses and chronic inflammatory diseases.

These cytokines are  further thought to induce an acute phase protein response  (APR)  that produce the alterations in lipid  and carbohydrates metabolism.  Identified  as  the crucial markers  of  acute inflammation in  states of  malignancy  and  critical illness.  There is growing appreciation cachexia  represents  the  end  product  ~  appropriate  interplay  between the multiple  cytokines,  neuropeptides,  the classic  stress  hormones  and    intermediary substrate metabolism?

In cancer patients,  CACHEXIA  is  also  associated  with  a  decreased response  to  therapy   and  poor  prognosis.  With  the  overall  interest  is understanding  the  role of  the immune system  in preventing tissue  from pathology. Including severe muscle wasting  seen in patients with cancer, auto immunity and chronic infections. While restoring an immune system so that tissue is protected  from immune mediated damage.

Summation  of  Principled Points:  while  handily  the Top Four Foods to  limit  in  your  diet  if  you  want  to  stay  healthy   1.  Sugar   2. White Flour   3.  Processed Foods & Oils and  4.  Milk that may affect protein degradation and  synthesis. These  foods  can  also  activate  a  systematic inflammatory response changing  free amino acid patterns, hydration state and acid base balance. While also changing hormone secretion,  tissue perfusion,  oxygen availability and energy intake into cells.

Furthermore allergens  from  corneggs,   fish,  MSG,  peanuts  &  nuts, shellfish,  soy,  dairy  &  gluten  from  wheat  ~  can cause allergic reactions due to  the  body’s  immune response  to  a  perceived   “foreign”   protein  in the  food.   Fortunately  most  people  realize  their  specific  food  allergy  or sensitivities  and  avoid  the  food  that  causes  the  mayhem.  However,  for more  information  checkout  U.S.F & D.A.  Food  ingredient  list  as  well  as  The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network.

Rather than  food allergens another reason  for a strong immune system  that can be compromised  by those whom drink,  smoke heavily,  elderly or young  and patients that have cancer or diabetes.  Is  for those instances of pneumonia  or  legionnaires  disease  and  any  other  ‘bacterial  invasion.’ Legionnaires’  disease  can  be deadly  and  is caused  by  a  bacteria  called   legionella.

Named  after  a 1976  outbreak during  an  American Legion Convention        in  Philadelphia,  when  221 Legionnaires  became ill  and  34  of  them  died.    Legionella bacteria are commonly spread through airborne water droplets, mist  or  vapor.  The illness can happen anytime of  year,  however,  is  most common during summer  and  early  fall  (Legionella  bacteria  can  trigger pneumonia which is inflammation.)

The mortality  of  1976  in  Philadelphia  was high because the antibotics     used (penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides)  had poor intracellular pentration.   The  current  treatments  of  choice  are  the  respiratory  tract quinolones (levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, gemifloxacin) or newer macrolides (azithromycin,  clarithromycin,  roxithromycin),   with   levofloxacin  and  azithromycin used most frequently. The fatality rate range from 5% to 50% depending how quickly antibodies are used.

Cancer Etiology

   I.  G. Edward Griffin:  American  film producer,  author and political lecturer;  turned  health  advocate  in  1974.  Within  his  published  book: World Without Cancer and documentary video.  Griffin asserts cancer is        a metabolic disease facilitated with the insufficient dietary consumption    of  amygdalin, a view not endorsed by the medical profession.

Myself  consuming  dried  apricots  for prevention,  however,  Griffin   advocates the use of  laetrile, a semi ~ synthetic derivative of  amygdalin    as a treatment  for cancer.  Since  the 1970’s,  the  use of  laetrile  to  treat cancer  has been described as  canonical example of  quackery  banned in  the United States.  However,  than  President Ronald Reagan  seeked  out  Dr. Hans Nieper in Germany,  a regular practitioner helping him to beat cancer.       WOW….  Longevity NOW!?!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFii8vqVTTg

II.  Dr.  Nicholas GonzalezNew  York  City  Cancer  Specialist  and physician having remarkable  success treating patients diagnosed. With some of  the most lethal  forms of  this dreadful disease that conventional medicine can not effectively address. Focusing on alternative treatments using three – pronged nutritional approach.  One of  the most interesting articles I  found  of  his  dismantling the Ketogenic  Diet  for cancer.

The cornerstone of  his treatment is a personalized diet based on your nutritional and metabolic type. The second component an individualized supplement  protocol  designed   for  your  particular  metabolism,  while thirdly,  detoxification protocol  helping your liver  and  kidney mobilize   and  eliminate dead toxic cancer cells.   One  worth while  Dr. Gonzalez’s   beliefs  ~  is the usage of  pancreatic enzymes  for treating cancer.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggSVAHt9gZk

III.  Dr. Ray Sahelian  M.D., obtained  a  Bachelor of   Science Degree         in  Nutrition  from Drexel University,  thereby, completing  his Doctoral training  from Thomas Jefferson University Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.      A popular, well respected physician and medical writer.  Dr. Sahelian is internationally  recognized  as  a  moderate  voice  in  the  evaluation  of natural supplements.

In his books,  articles,  and  website  he  discusses  both  the  benefits       and risk  factors of  supplements. What separate Dr.  Sahelian  from all other doctors who write about supplements  is  he  actually  test various   dosages  of  the  herbs  and  nutrients  to  determine  the effect they have.        It is this method  that  has  provided significant insight  into  herbs  and supplements  few medical doctors have discovered.

Myrna Brind Center 0f  Integrative Medicine

IV.  Dr. James Forsythe:  native to Detroit, Michigan and graduating   from  University of  California Berkeley  in 1960;  he was accepted at the University California San Francisco Medical School.  Also to  finance his education he turned to the U.S. Army Medical School Program, in return   for  financial assistance he agreed to serve in the military after school in 1964.

After  fulfilling his military obligation in 1970 while joining the Army Reserves,  he accepted a hematology  and oncology  fellowship at U.C.S.F.   In  1974,  Dr.  Forsythe  relocated  to  Reno,  Nevada  where  he  developed cancer wards at Saint Mary’s Hospital and Washoe Medical Center. Then later  feeling disillusion  with  the  poor performances  in  the early 1990’s. Dr.  Forsythe began searching for better ways of integrating conventional oncology with alternative medicine starting Century Wellness Clinic.

    V.  Dr.  Robert A. Nagourney: when he began studying cancer biology nobody  had  to explain  the often  fickled  and  unpredictable  response to treatments.  His  guiding principle  always  has  been  to treat patients as uniquely different with different protocol based on diagnosis.  Therefore     in 1993,  his quest to provide personalized diagnosis  lead  to  the  finding         of   Rational Therapeutics.

There at Rational Therapeutics testing your cancer against a number         of  standard chemotherapies.  As well as the newest molecularly targeted agents.  Typically,  Rational Therapeutics  analyzes your tumor response    to 8 to 16 standards and combinations to identify which treatment works best to kill your personalized cancer cells.

VI.  Dr.  Lawrence  Plaskett:  graduated  from Cambridge University      in 1956 as a biochemist  and completed his PH.D., at University Hospital Medical  School London  in 1960.  During  the latter 1970’s  he  developed    his  interest  in  unorthodox approach  to  clinical nutrition  and  Chinese medicine.  Establishing  a  multi – discipline  alternative  clininc  in S. W. United Kingdom and London’s Upper Harley Street.

With  his  experience  working  the  borderlands  between  nutrition       and  medicine enabling  him  to  offer  a  synthesis. Between  many  fields nutrition,  pathology,  biochemistry, toxicology, pharmacology, cellullar biology, naturopathy and homoeopathy. In his remarkable written book: The Nutritional Therapy of  Cancer it comes as a surprise when he writes.

When you make  a radical change  to your diet  the power of  the body    can destroy tumours.  The biochemist,  medical researcher,  food industry expert,  practitioner of  nutritional,  herbal  and  homoeopathic  medicine.  Theorize  that nutrition can  figure as a possible reversal  of  this dreadful disease, better than surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.

This  theory  is  heavily  disputed  in  the  cancer  industry,  however,    when it’s possible to strengthen cells against the influence preventing the cancer  cells  to  form.  Also  during  the Cancer Nutritional Trust  in 1997,  Dr. Plaskett Cancer Protocol was put to the test by a  sunstantial number    0f  cancer patients  until  2006  and  0ver  half  had  their  cancer  go  into remission while returning to good health.

VII.  Dr. Francisco Contreras:  believes tumours are but a symptom of           a metabolic  failure  causing  them  to grow in the  first place.  Therefore, removing  or  destroying them…. without  taking  the  necessary  steps to restore  the  organic  deficiencies  causing  them.  Will  account  for  most cancerous recurrences, thereby, understanding the cause n’ effect of  the disease.  Should  be  more  important  then  granting  successes  to  what  happens to the tumor.

I’m not sure about the validity of  all Mexican Clinics,  however,  for     those cancer patients  labeled terminal  in the United States. Therefore, understanding differences of  quality in clinics is important  and not all clinics  are  created  equalAt Oasis of  Hope,  renowned  Dr.  Contreras        is  worthy  of  mention.   In  September  2012, The  Townsend  Letter  to physicians  published…. the  results of  a  five – year clinical  and   found Oasis of  Hope second to none

VIII.   Dr. Thomas Rau:  since 1992,  has served  as Medical Director             of  the Paracelus  Klinik; just east of  Zurick,  Switzerland. A  first 0f it’s    kind clinic  combining  holistic medicine  with  naturopathic treatment. Requiring  a  commitment  to  changing,  including  attitude adjustment     (the spirit,  mind  &  body  working  in  unison  that  provides  a  healing pathway.)   If  you  have  negativity  your  chance  0f  illness  is  greater, therefore, reawakening, reinvigorating life  forces  ~  it’s ability to heal     and regenerate is called Biological Medicine

Bi0l0gical Medicine  focuses on the whole body (spirit, mind & body) uncovering  the true cause 0f  illness  while  providing a comprehensive   wellness solution.  It’s  also  an understanding  how the body  functions    and  restoring the body to equilibrium,  thereby,  ending the symptoms, 0ptimizing  health,  while supp0rting  the bodies  own need to detoxify,  strengthen  digestion  and  build a healthy immune system.
