Love, Release & Healing

   Emotional  and psychological  factors  may be  the main reason why         some therapies work with some patients, but not with others. Releasing     past emotional hurts and resentment is definitely good and helpful with   any kind of  healing. However, it may not be enough ‘if ‘ positive  feeling remains missing so have cognizant of  mind over matter.

    Learning to experience  feelings of  LOVE  as  a subconscious exercise, energy vortex and chakra in our aura. In order to feel this LOVE we must first stimulate  the heart centre’  by  focusing  our  attention  on  harmony  and balance.  Because of  the  specific location of  the  heart  centre’  these diseases in the chest area normally respond most readily.

    Feelings  are energy  and energy  follows  thoughts  and  consciousness.    While becoming conscious of  our breath is one of  the easiest ways to build and generate a sensation inside our body and to keep our attention focused. Sit, lie and walk quietly and mentally  feel your breath as it gently moves in and out. Breath though your nose, become aware, of the significance of  the ever incoming and outgoing breath you take.

   JOY is the Twin of  LOVE  in helping as to live a healthy and  fulfilled life as Fear is the opposite of  LOVE.  You can’t Love if  you  fear it and you can’t lead a joyful life if you don’t have a joyful sensation and this has everything to do with Bio-Energies. “This Vital Life Force”  is the ability to separate air molecules  that can be deposited  anywhere in the body  if  you concentrate on the healing process.

    Powerful emotions such as pain, grief, disappointment, shame, anxiety, anger and longing.  Shocks  your  neural pathways  while  disrupting  your body’s natural energy flow making it near impossible to heal yourself. Also suppressed emotions  uses up a lot of  your energy which robs your body of the energy needed  for  vital  functions.  Therefore,  negative emotions taxes  your adrenal glands and uses up nutrients the body needs to sustain itself.

    Energy has to move:  if  an emotion isn’t expressed (outwardly) it is than suppressed (inwardly.)  Through  frustration,  anger,  depression,  physical pain and anguish…. control issues,  emotional “shut – down,”  self sabotage, harsh self  judgment, low self esteem and unworthiness may develop. Hence we learn to cope  with the stresses of  daily life  by  feeling connected  and at peace with ourselves.  

Here’s what we now know ….

  • An imbalance between your rational mind and your emotions will cause digestive upset,  constipation,  diarrhea  or digestive disorders.  That’s because your mental ‘digestion’ or assimilation process is mirrored by your body’s physical assimilation process….
  • Resentment  and bitterness are like acid in the body.  They cause inflammation and pain.  Stubborn, inflexible resentment goes to the knees and joints–the parts of your body that are designed to be open and flexible….
  • Arthritis is bottled-up hurt….
  • Cancer is a deep secret, hatred, guilt, or grief ‘eating away’ at you.  Breast and uterine cancer reveals  a lack of nurturing  or self – nurturing  in your life,  or  an  inability  to nurture others….
  • While back pain reveals feeling a lack of support.  Lumbar back pain points to lack of financial support.  Thoracic back pain  shows no emotional support  or love.  Middle back pain is carrying the weight of the past….

Negative emotions have a more dense, slower vibration and are ‘heavier’, so they sink to the lower parts of your body.  Your  legs,  calves  and  feet  store  much  of  your  trauma, resentment, jealousy, and emotional pain, both past and present. While speaking past & present involving a case  I have been following since February 2013.  Since the Gag Rule has been lifted in Socialized Medicine, why in hell does parents take a child to a hospital and that hospital end up with custody until present day?
