A Speech on Laughter Is the Best Medicine – Bing video

I Am Very Happy Today to Be Able to Have the Chance to Discuss
with You About the Topic “Laughter Is the Best Medicine”.

‘Laughter is the best medicine’ is a very well-known proverb which means that laughter is the best process and medicine to get cured emotionally as well as physically. It is a natural health tonic to recover faster than other medicines. Laughter yoga is a mind-body exercise, which is always mentioned as a reliable therapy for depression, stress, anxiety and other numerous mental problems.
The ability to laugh happily is the best resource to overcome most of your problems
which you have to face in your entire life. A good laugh always helps in reducing the stress and physical tension. It improves the condition of your body and the function of the blood and also increases the flow of blood in your body while maintaining your healthy condition throughout your life. This will help in protecting the good condition of the heart and many other diseases. Laughter also helps in increasing the energy level of your body that would keep you charged throughout the day.
Humor helps in building a positive and confident attitude towards many different situations in our life and also helps in decreasing negativity. Negative attitude shall have
a negative effect on a person’s life and health while a positive attitude will affect one’s life in a positive way. Positive attitude is also very important to stay focused properly and to develop positive relationships within the entire lifetime. Sharing joy and happiness will always increase your delight thus increasing good mental health.

There are many people in our world who benefit and recover from the laughing
therapies. It replenishes and rejuvenates your mind and mood. It is the kind of exercise that improves our overall health of body and as well as the mind. It helps us flow of blood to everybody’s parts and thus relaxes our muscles and prevents the release of stress hormones in our body.
Laughing exercises also help the production and secretion of endorphins which
makes you feel happy, relaxed and relieves the pain. It works as a wonder in reducing stress and depression. It boosts up your immunity and refreshes you, making you feel more energetic. It is also an activity that will help to develop your social health and connections with your surroundings.
Life is stressful these days but ignoring our health is not a good thing for ourselves. Therefore, we must try to laugh as much as we can.
Like this a person should always continue to maintain his/ her positive attitude in life
and keep laughing. You will spread joy and happiness everywhere as that is the one and only way you will feel joy from within. So, stay happy all the time and spread happiness
to everyone.
I give many thanks and good wishes to all of you for bearing with this speech of mine. Hope you all are in good health as always. Life is short so it’s important to not take it
too seriously.

Laugh always and make people happy.  38b2839a-2283-4dbe-bfcb-2458f29ca867.png

Louie Anderson, Mar 24, 1953 – Jan 21, 2022 (age 68)
the beloved star of Baskets and Search Party, not to mention —
Life with Louie and Family Feud, from blood cancer, according to reports.
He was “in a Las Vegas hospital being treated for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,
a form of cancer,” his rep Glenn Schwartz, told Rolling Stone in a statement.
“More than 18,000 people are diagnosed with DLBCL each year.
Despite being an aggressive lymphoma, DLBCL is considered potentially curable,” according to the Lymphoma Research Foundation

Early life
Anderson was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the son of Ora Z. (née Prouty), a Mayflower descendant, and Louis William Anderson.[1][5] His father was a trumpeter for singer Hoagy Carmichael.[6] Anderson was the second youngest of 11 children in his family. In a 2016 interview on WTF with Marc Maron, Anderson revealed that his mother actually gave birth to 16 children, but five of them—the first baby and then two sets of twins—died at birth.[7] Anderson described his father as “abusive” and an alcoholic.[8] Anderson attended Johnson Senior High in Saint Paul.[9]

Career
Anderson made his television debut on January 13, 1984, on Rodney Dangerfield‘s
Young Comedians Special on HBO. [citation needed] On November 20, 1984,
Anderson made his network debut as a comedian on The Tonight Show.[10]
In late 1985, Anderson was cast as Lou Appleton alongside Bronson Pinchot on
the pilot episode of Perfect Strangers for ABC (which was known in this early stage as
The Greenhorn). When the show was picked up, Anderson was replaced by Mark Linn-Baker in the role of Appleton (whose first name was then changed from Lou to Larry) as the producers didn’t think the chemistry between Anderson and Pinchot was quite right. The show ran for eight seasons on ABC.

In 1986, Anderson had a small role in the singing-telegram scene
in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.[11]
In 1987, Anderson appeared in a comedy special on Showtime.[12]
In 1988, Anderson played a role in John Landis‘ film Coming to America, which starred Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall,[13] a role which he reprised in the 2021 sequel. Anderson also starred in the 1988 camp comedy The Wrong Guys, based on a story by John Hughes.
In 1989, Anderson guest-starred on the first episode of the Muppet Television segment of The Jim Henson Hour.[14]
In 1995, Anderson created and produced a Saturday-morning animated series for Fox called Life with Louie.[15] The series was based on Anderson’s childhood
with 10 siblings, a sweet-hearted mother and a loud, war-crazed father.
It also detailed how he was picked on for his weight, and how he used comedy
to deal with the teasing. The show was a 3-year hit on Fox and won two
Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program.[15]
In 1996, Anderson created and starred in The Louie Show for CBS.
The show had Anderson playing a psychotherapist in Duluth, Minnesota.[16]
The show ran six episodes and was canceled.
In 1999, Anderson landed the role of host of the new version of Family Feud.[2]
Anderson asked former Feud host Richard Dawson to appear on the premiere show to give him his blessing, but Dawson declined.[17] Anderson organized a 9/11-themed tournament week of Family Feud between the FDNY and the NYPD, putting up $75,000 toward both organizations for recovery from the September 11, 2001, attacks.[17] Anderson was let go from the show in 2002 and was replaced by Richard Karn.[18]

In 2000, Anderson appeared as a panelist on an episode of To Tell the Truth hosted by John O’Hurley.
In 2001, Anderson appeared on an episode of Weakest Link, winning $31,000.[19]
He made appearances on network television in Scrubs,[13] Grace Under Fire,[13]
Touched by an Angel (Then Sings My Soul, November 28, 1999), and Chicago Hope.
He guest starred on the Adult Swim cameo-filled show Tom Goes to the Mayor.
Anderson played in the 2006 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las VegasNevada.[20]
In 2012, Anderson filmed a standup special entitled Louie Anderson: Big Baby Boomer. In it, Anderson poked fun at his bad habits, pesky family members, and aging body.[21]
In 2013, Anderson appeared in the ABC reality television series Splash.
After practicing several dives into a swimming pool then nearly drowning,
he needed help getting out from co-star football player Ndamukong Suh.[22]
In October 2014, Anderson signed on as the promotional spokesperson for his home state’s Land O’Lakes Sweet Cream butter brand. Anderson appeared in radio jingles,
web ads, and television commercials promoting the product.
From 2016 to 2019, Anderson played the part of Christine Baskets on the FX comedy series Baskets.[23] Anderson won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his performance as Christine Baskets in 2016.
On July 23, 2017, Anderson competed on an episode of Celebrity Family Feud (hosted today by Steve Harvey); his opponent was singer/actress Christina Milian. This made him one of only a small number of individuals to have both hosted and been a contestant on the same game show, and also marked his first appearance on any form of Family Feud since his departure as host in 2002. Anderson was a regular panelist on the TV game show Funny You Should Ask from September 2018 until the show went on hiatus in 2020.
Stand-up style
Dennis Miller called him “one of the lightest on his feet comedians I know … There
are very few guys I’m going to leave my dressing room early (to watch). … (Louie has) a Fred Astaire, with a broken leg, approaches. Very nimble, and he wouldn’t hammer points home, but he would do a ‘weave-back’ that was almost Pulp Fiction-like.”[24]

Personal life
In 1985, Anderson married his high school sweetheart.
The marriage only lasted four weeks.[25]

In 2003, Anderson underwent two successful heart procedures.[29]
On January 18, 2022, it was announced that Anderson had been hospitalized in Las Vegas for large B-cell lymphoma.[30] He died of complications from the cancer three days later, on January 21, at the age of 68.[31][32]

Signs You Have Blood Cancer Like Louie Anderson
What are the signs and symptoms? Read on—and to ensure your health
and the health of others, don’t miss these Sure Signs You’ve Already Had COVID.
\
You May Have Swollen Glands (Lymph Nodes)
“The main symptom of DLBCL is having swollen glands (lymph nodes). These won’t necessarily be painful,” says Blood Cancer UK. “The most common place for you to notice these would be in your neck, armpit or groin (at the top of your leg on the inside, where it meets your body). In these areas the lymph nodes lie just under the skin, so you’re more likely to notice if they’re swollen.
Sometimes, the affected lymph nodes can be deeper in your body. You may not be able to see the swelling, but you might have other symptoms caused by this. The symptoms you get will depend on where the swollen lymph nodes are, and which organs they’re pressing against. These symptoms might include:

– Pain in the chest or stomach area (abdomen)

_ Bone pain

– Skin lumps

– Coughing or breathlessness.”

– You Might Have a Fever

Doctors consider your “B symptoms” when it comes to DLBCL. A Fever may be one
of them. If you have a temperature over 100.4 degrees F, that’s considered a fever.

Drenching Night Sweats
If you wake up with soaked night clothes and bedding, this is cause for concern. “Most patients say that either their nightclothes or the sheets on the bed are actually soaked. Sometimes, heavy sweating occurs during the day,” says Cancer.net.

– Unexplained Weight Loss
You may suffer from “unexplained weight loss in the last six months (at least 10% –
one tenth – of your previous weight),” says Blood Cancer UK. “You may also experience other symptoms, which won’t be used to guide treatment decisions. These include fatigue (an extreme tiredness that doesn’t go away after rest or sleep) and itching, which can be widespread or in one place.”

What to Do If You Experience These Symptoms
If you experience these symptoms, contact a medical professional.

“They may order any or all of these tests:”

“Lymph node biopsy: This involves taking a small sample of a
swollen lymph node to confirm the diagnosis of lymphoma.

Full blood count: This is a blood test that checks if you have developed anemia
(a low level of red blood cells that can lead to tiredness and breathlessness).

Liver function test: This is a blood test that checks how well your liver is functioning.

Urea and electrolytes test: This is a blood test that checks how well your kidneys
are functioning.”
