A Mystical Experience

Running into people along the way, while being in the right place in time. What’s the chance:  when it happens  over  and over again  that has become  a trademark of  Solitarius. Is it good  fortune ~ GOD’s intention, impeccable  timing or just  fate.  Just a  few day’s ago when I’m wondering what it takes to turn our health care crisis around…. than he shows up in a store?

This messenger working  for Synder Trucking, as a Traffic Engineer and living in Montreal, Canada. While talking  for over a enlightening half hour the conversation centers around Quebecker’s Health Care System  and with this gentlemen , dispelling the myth’s of  their universal health care system. With  Quebec’s  system  consisting  of  no  health  care  premiums  and  a  six percent additional sale tax  with the other 6%  they already pay.

No matter what you buy it’s always 12% sales tax, however, that leaves them devoid  of  any cost of  health care, and that’s assurance to them that  everybody pays  and nobody skates.  Another  fascinating aspect that was  in contrast to our system  is college tuition,  Quebec  has  a  tuition cost of  $400 Canadian dollar for semester and all told when a doctor gains their degree in Quebec ( I was surprised to hear the total is  $14,000  compared    to American educated…. well over $300,000 here in the states.)

With Quebecker’s  percentage of  GDP being 12%  and the United States at 18%       while  being  projected  at 30%  by 2020 …. our  system  is  headed  for disaster???

Waiting  for a doctor in Montreal  “IS NOT”  a problem,  the longest he   has ever waited was one week  for a non emergencies office visit. Because those  with  emergencies  issues  get  preferred  treatment,  while  another stark contrast with their system… being devoid of  malpractice insurance because the government settles with the patient,  and  “if ”  the issue is of  serious nature the doctor stands accountable.

This allows doctor’s   freedom  from additional business cost besides   their already robust supplies cost  and  office expense.  Giving  them  the  breathing room to talk to patients about ways of  preventing the disease instead  of trying to find the cure in aftermath.  For instance one disease        I would like to add here is Mitochondrial Disease?     Luke 21:5-19.

Mitochondrial Disease is genetic in naturewhich there is “no cure.”    Resulting  from  failures of  the specialized compartments  in every cell in     the body except red blood cells. The mitochrondrial are the inner nucleus responsible  for  creating more than  90 percent of  the  energy needed  by the body to sustain life and support life and growth

With mitochondrial disease, much like cancer cell injury occurs along   with  death of  cells.  As  the  body  systems  begin to  fail  and the patients health  is severally compromised.  This disease primarily affects children, however, adult onset is becoming more n’ more common.  While suffering with gastrointestinal issues,  making  it more difficult  for  your digestive system to process solid  food ( Your Energy Declines as you grow weaker and weaker…. until it becomes in most instance  fatal.)

What Solitarius senses to accomplish is create awareness as a means        of  preventing chronic disease.  While reading the blog post with an open minded  approach  great information a bounds.  On  the  first  page alone    the blogs  detail  Meditation,  preventing  chronic inflammation  through diet,  Insight into paradoxical Q  (managing stress)  within the starkness       of  contrast in a vegetarian diet.

Whereas,  Awakening the Mind Around You,  provides awareness of         carcinogenic matter in your environment.  Than Rattle Collective Chain contains  different  insight  through  individuals  with  unique  thoughts.     As  well  as,  Alkalinity  and Cancer Prevention shows the importance of  proper pH Balance,  Protein Synthesis of Healthy Cells  and  also  in  the  blog  Cancer Cells Micro Evolutionary Hypothesis  gives  ideals  how  to protect cells in your body.

Dr.  Kelli M. Ward   D.O.,  who is an Osteopathic  family practitioner      from Lake Havasu City,  Arizona statethere are six essential nutrients   that are body needs each day ( protein,  carbohydrates,  fats,  vitamins, minerals and water.)  The best sources are  through  a healthy balanced    diet comprised of  fruits  and vegetables with plenty of  filtered water.

However,  even when you strive  to consume a healthy diet essential  nutrients can be devoid. Therefore, multivitamins should be considered  especially after  age  of  45  years  when your body doesn’t work as well. Thereby,  also  always consider  some multi vitamins  contain synthetic nutrients instead of  natural ones  which  makes  it hard  for  your body          to absorb them (ask a certified pharmacist having expertised.)

Some  of  the more popular supplements  being taken today  are  the      multivitamins,  omega 3s,  Amino  acids  ( protein drinks/shakes),  with probiotics,  Digestive enzymes,  B vitamins,  Iron,  Antioxidants, COQ10, Resveratrol and green tea being  favored with your inner bold side. Also multivitamins are important when combined  with omega 3s  ~  exercise helps…. combat the problem of  high triglycerides  and low good  (HDL) cholesterol which is a common medical problem.

Dr.  Allan  Pantuckeven  at  a  leading  cancer  institute  at U.C.L.A               in  California  recognizes  natural  products,  such as pomegranate juice      and green tea. As possible preventives to onset or recurrence of  prostate cancer by stabilizing levels of  prostate specific antigen (PSA)  which is a biomarker  indicating  the  presence  of  cancer.  Therefore,  a  published study indicated drinking pomegranate juice increased nearly  four- fold    the length of  time PSA levels in cancer patients remained stable.

According to Dr. Ward a common misconception “that  fat  is  bad,”     when quite the opposite is true. The healthy omega 3s should be always taken in proper ratio  to omega 6s.  With  the  healthy  fats  such  as  the  monounsaturated  fat,  and polyunsaturated doing everything  for your body.  While building cell membranes  to  performing the key  functions         of  your brain, eyes, and lungs    ( increasing metabolism.)

A  fine example of  good  fat making a difference in ones diet is when        you  put  someone  on  a ketogenic diet  when  they  succumb to epilepsy.  While taking them away  from  excitotoxins  it  lessen  the symptoms  of  seizures.  The role of  excitotocity  may  influence Asperinger’s  Disease,   high autism, attention deficient hyperactivity and tuberous sclerosis as   well.  Since 1971,  Andrew Wakefield  had  a theory  about the childhood MMR vaccinations  being  a  cause,  however,  excitotoxins  in  our  diets might lay claim  for the everincreasing rates of  cancer.

Preventive medicine is one aspect of  Osteopathic/Holistic  medicine       that Osteopathic Physicians (D.O.) provide.  DO’s are  fully liscensed to prescribe medicine  and  practice speciality areas,  while being trained          to consider the whole person. I’m always open to trying different items         in my diet, with supplements being part of  that regiment. While never experiencing side effects…. with exception…. loose bowel movement of       Aloe Vera Juice.  However,  you should always check with doctors that      are trained in Healing Herbs/nutritional science.
