Secrets of the Supercentenarians

   With the death of Jiroemon Kimura, born August 26, 1896 whom died Wednesday June 12, 2013 and one of only 70 verified supercentenarians living past  110 years old.  Some might think Bernando Lapallo of  Mesa, Arizona  with the title of  oldest living man in the world.  However,  that claim may  fall to James McCoubrey,  born September 13, 1901  living in Walnut Creek, California in the San Francisco Bay Area.

    However, neither men has the claim as the oldest livng person in the   world with that honor  going to another Japanese.  Misao Okawa born March 5,  1898  making  her  115  years old  is  labeled  the  oldest  living person  and  officially  recognized  by  Guinness World Records  as  the oldest  on  February 27, 2013  while  still  living  in  a  nursing  home  in Higashisumiyoshi – Ku, Osaka in Japan  (Secrets of the Japanese.)

      What sets Bernando  Lapallo apart (born August 17, 1901 or 1910)                is his amazing vitality  with longevity.  Bernando who is the author of        the book: Age Less/Live More  was  allegedly  born in Brazil and move      with his  family to New York at age  five where he has lived most of his        life  a Yankee Baseball  fan  while  working  as  a  chef  on cruise ships     until he retired at age 57.

    In Bernando  later  years  he  moved  to Mesa,  Arizona  with  some                  of his ageless tips left to him  from his father whom passed  at 98 years.         Some of the tips Bernando states what he does religiously are drinking Sassafras  and  Cinnamom Tea daily every morning before he takes his             2 mile walk. With a  few of his hobbies being reading, playing checkers       and  working crossword puzzles to keep his mind sharp.

    While being  a staunch believer of  eating properly  and  not eating          fast  food or overeating. He also eats a lot of organic green vegetables,    fruit and  fish or lamb while shying away from the more saturated fat redmeats  (never eating hamburger,  hotdogs, or  french  fries with his   main treats being blueberries, garlic, olive oil (which he also rubs into         his skin to prevent wrinkles), cinnamon, chocolate and honey are also mainstays everyday.

    With other rules being never eating after 7 pm, cleansing his colon             so his liver can do it’s job.  While regularly supplementing daily with           Dr.  Schulze  Superfood   Supplements. While he  feels it’s important to      take care of  your eyes so your  feet doesn’t get lost,  it’s  best  to  also exercise because it’s a sure thing better  than gambling joints  or bars            at his age regardless.

      Claiming  to  be  the  oldest  living  Yankee Fan,  if  not  American,              on  June 1st, 2013  at Yankee Stadium.  Bernando was honored by his beloved Yankees.
